5. 0:13and um it's actually an anonymous jury
6. 0:16because they're so worried about jury
7. 0:18tampering because it's happened so many
8. 0:19times before this is i guess you've
9. 0:21never seen this in a brooklyn federal
10. 0:22case before like they're really kind of
11. 0:24almost changing the rules in a way
12. 0:26because of what happened before
13. 0:29um you know the prosecutors begin
14. 0:31playing the tapes
15. 0:33you know where god is discussing gambino
16. 0:35business all the murders he approved
17. 0:38um
18. 0:39you know talking about how he hated
19. 0:41castellano you know so the motive to
20. 0:43actually kill him
21. 0:45um
22. 0:46and then you actually get brought to
23. 0:48trial on march 2nd
24. 0:50here you are
25. 0:52where most of your life you're told
26. 0:55you know you should not cooperate you
27. 0:57take a blood oath
28. 0:59and you know cooperators are getting
29. 1:01killed
30. 1:02for this type of thing
31. 1:04how hard was it to really say okay i'm
32. 1:06actually going to cooperate and take the
33. 1:08stand
34. 1:12hard was it it was something i was
35. 1:13against every principle in my life
36. 1:16something i never even thought of doing
37. 1:17i've been arrested all my [ __ ] life
38. 1:20and i faced cases and i've been offered
39. 1:22that a hundred times every time i was
40. 1:24pissed and i never did it
41. 1:27but i i'll be goddamned if i'm gonna
42. 1:29turn around if goes in austria is that
43. 1:31we kill each other we do this we do that
44. 1:34and then when we get pinched you're
45. 1:36gonna throw me to the wolves you want me
46. 1:38to do the time so you can hit the street

52. 1:54confessed to 19 murders

57. 2:05uh gotti's lawyers cross-examined you uh
58. 2:08called you a junkie
59. 2:10uh talked about you steroids and
60. 2:12everything else like that but
61. 2:14after days of of sitting on the stand
62. 2:17you pretty much maintain your story the
63. 2:19whole time

65. 2:23during the trial you and gotti would
66. 2:24look at each other sometimes yeah how's
67. 2:26that
68. 2:28well we're not that far from each other
69. 2:30when when we're talking sometimes we'll
70. 2:33glance and look at each other sometimes
71. 2:35we'll literally growl at each other
72. 2:38sometimes we would like to have a
73. 2:39[ __ ] pistol each and shoot each other
