  1. 0:00Good morning. It’s me speaking, and
  2. 0:02I’m diving straight into the deep end
  3. 0:04, right to the heart of the matter, to
  4. 0:06avoid getting bogged down in
  5. 0:07unnecessary details. It may not be a
  6. 0:09literal quote, but I certainly won’t
  7. 0:11distort its meaning. Journalists turned
  8. 0:13out to be stupider than internet trolls
  9. 0:15. Parents turned out to be stupider
  10. 0:19than their children, and Twitter, or
  11. 0:21the X platform, proved stupider than
  12. 0:23TikTok. Surprisingly, this is a quote
  13. 0:26from a journalist. I won’t mention
  14. 0:31their name, as they might not want me
  15. 0:33to, and while I’d consider it a full
  16. 0:35diagnosis of what has happened recently
  17. 0:37, I see a serious omission here. In
  18. 0:43fact, I would place this supplementary
  19. 0:45point in first place. And it sounds
  20. 0:49like this. The ruling authorities, with
  21. 0:53a special dishonorable mention for
  22. 0:55Donald Tusk, have proven to be stupider
  23. 0:58and more dangerous than teenage
  24. 0:59terrorists with knives. Every
  25. 1:07psychologist, every police mediator,
  26. 1:09people who understand the recesses of
  27. 1:11the human soul and the mechanisms that
  28. 1:13trigger appropriate or inappropriate
  29. 1:15behavioral reactions in various people,
  30. 1:17have a basic set of rules they stick to
  31. 1:20because they work. One of these
  32. 1:26fundamental rules is not to create
  33. 1:28panic, not to build an atmosphere of
  34. 1:31hysteria where a threat has appeared,
  35. 1:33and certainly not to transplant that
  36. 1:35hysteria elsewhere—in other words,
  37. 1:37not to spread it. The second rule says
  38. 1:43that you do not publicize certain
  39. 1:45inappropriate or dangerous behaviors,
  40. 1:47because the probability of copycats
  41. 1:49appearing, and appearing on a large
  42. 1:51scale, is high. Thirdly, you assure
  43. 2:00bystanders that the relevant
  44. 2:02institutions—certainly the state
  45. 2:03apparatus—are guarding their safety,
  46. 2:06that they have the full tools to ensure
  47. 2:08security, and that people should
  48. 2:10continue functioning as they have been,
  49. 2:12while simply exercising greater caution
  50. 2:14. On the principle that it is always
  51. 2:21worth being extra careful. I am only
  52. 2:24listing this in fourth place. One could
  53. 2:30argue about the order here, as this is
  54. 2:33probably the best-known principle: you
  55. 2:35cannot, under any circumstances, create
  56. 2:37an impression or an atmosphere that
  57. 2:39leads any terrorists—whether
  58. 2:41professionals or youths—to believe
  59. 2:43they are achieving their goal, that
  60. 2:45they are paralyzing people’s actions,
  61. 2:48and worse, paralyzing the actions of
  62. 2:50institutions, services, and so on.
  63. 2:56Meanwhile, what did we have to deal
  64. 2:58with yesterday? We saw a violation of
  65. 3:00all these rules, and not just these,
  66. 3:02but many others as well. And what’s
  67. 3:05more, it happened at the very center of
  68. 3:07government, and proving this fact is
  69. 3:09easy because Donald Tusk himself
  70. 3:11provided all the arguments, all the
  71. 3:13arguments confirming this thesis. We
  72. 3:19will start with a recording containing
  73. 3:21messages sent by the Prime Minister of
  74. 3:23the Republic of Poland, a man who
  75. 3:24should be responsible for the safety of
  76. 3:27Polish women and men, with special
  77. 3:28regard for children. Listen carefully
  78. 3:35to what Donald Tusk was saying
  79. 3:37yesterday,
  80. 3:40>> Taking into account, precisely taking
  81. 3:42into account the risk, the threat of
  82. 3:44imitation, and some radically foolish
  83. 3:50challenges resulting from these
  84. 3:52dramatic events so far, I would like
  85. 3:54everyone to grasp this, especially
  86. 3:56those who blocked this bill, that if
  87. 3:58today this teenage knifeman were to
  88. 4:06broadcast the crime online, we would
  89. 4:08not be able to block this content
  90. 4:09because we were not given this legal
  91. 4:11tool. Well, I am absolutely a supporter
  92. 4:15, and here is a request to Deputy Prime
  93. 4:17Minister Gawkowski. I know that you
  94. 4:20were looking for a way to convince
  95. 4:22opponents, including the president, and
  96. 4:23therefore the provisions most
  97. 4:25questioned by them disappeared in the
  98. 4:26next renewed draft. Let's break down
  99. 4:31these terrifying ones. Beyond the fact
  100. 4:36that it is cynical, not to use a
  101. 4:37stronger word, it is simply terrifying
  102. 4:39what fell yesterday from the lips of
  103. 4:41the highest representative of the
  104. 4:43coalition government of December 13th.
  105. 4:48First of all, he said that we are
  106. 4:50dealing with an unprecedented scale of
  107. 4:52aggression, that these are mass actions
  108. 4:54. The magic word "challenge" was used,
  109. 4:57which today by the police and some
  110. 4:59government representatives, like Mr.
  111. 5:01Gawkowski, has been called fake news.
  112. 5:05Therefore, this fake news was
  113. 5:07distributed by Prime Minister Donald
  114. 5:09Tusk. But that's not all. He said that
  115. 5:18the scale of the threat is enormous,
  116. 5:20that we are dealing with some organized
  117. 5:22group of young people who have set up a
  118. 5:24macabre game for themselves, but then
  119. 5:26he said something that really knocks
  120. 5:27you off your feet, namely that the
  121. 5:29state, he as Prime Minister and the
  122. 5:31entire administration, the entire
  123. 5:32government, has absolutely no tool to
  124. 5:34stop this kind of behavior. Tusk said
  125. 5:47directly that if this young man had
  126. 5:49recorded those macabre scenes, and we
  127. 5:51know in the end a tragedy occurred and
  128. 5:53the caretaker did not survive the
  129. 5:54attack by this teenage knifeman, then
  130. 5:56he as Prime Minister and all
  131. 5:57subordinate ministers and the entire
  132. 5:59state apparatus have no tools to remove
  133. 6:01such a video. When we put this
  134. 6:10information together, the message is,
  135. 6:12ladies and gentlemen, I don't even know
  136. 6:14which adjective to use here, but two
  137. 6:16simplest ones come to my mind. It was a
  138. 6:20message encouraging or even inciting
  139. 6:22such behavior, because what does that
  140. 6:24mean? What did these potential copycats
  141. 6:30, and as we know many appeared, 99%of
  142. 6:32whom are obviously, in quotation marks,
  143. 6:35"jokers." What did these jokers hear?
  144. 6:40There is a certain trend for certain
  145. 6:41behaviors, it is dangerous, but
  146. 6:43anything goes because I can't do
  147. 6:45anything about it. The state cannot do
  148. 6:47anything about it. So what is the
  149. 6:51conclusion for all these copycats, for
  150. 6:53all these kids who are now filming
  151. 6:54various reels and videos or making
  152. 6:56posts on various forums, that they will
  153. 6:58clean up the neighborhood. an
  154. 7:02unambiguous encouragement to this kind
  155. 7:04of behavior, to this kind of dangerous
  156. 7:06game. I will emphasize once again: do
  157. 7:10not buy into this hysteria and this
  158. 7:12panic that is being spread—and I will
  159. 7:14talk more about this in a moment—all
  160. 7:16over the internet in every possible way
  161. 7:18. 99.9%are macabre, idiotic pranks.
  162. 7:26They are unfortunately characteristic
  163. 7:28of a certain age, but not just age,
  164. 7:30because we know that adults are
  165. 7:31sometimes dumber, um, dumber than
  166. 7:33children. Also, those videos with masks
  167. 7:37, with knives, and everything that is
  168. 7:39happening right now is the harvest of
  169. 7:41what Tusk has sown. Therefore, the
  170. 7:46person who should be guarding our
  171. 7:47security and calming public sentiment
  172. 7:49has sent two contradictory messages.
  173. 7:53First, that it is very dangerous, that
  174. 7:55there is a trend for dangerous behavior
  175. 7:57, and second, that as a state
  176. 7:59representative—the highest
  177. 8:00representative in the government—he
  178. 8:02is completely helpless against it. Just
  179. 8:07what you heard a moment ago makes one
  180. 8:09clutch their head in disbelief; it is a
  181. 8:11disqualification for any politician,
  182. 8:13let alone a prime minister. What has
  183. 8:18been said so far is disqualifying, it
  184. 8:19is terrifying and disqualifying when we
  185. 8:21are talking about a man who leads the
  186. 8:23government. But that is not the end,
  187. 8:31because in addition to inciting
  188. 8:32hysteria, stoking this hysteria, and
  189. 8:34stating that the state is powerless
  190. 8:36against the actions of juveniles—
  191. 8:38whether they are pranksters or actual
  192. 8:40aggressors—we have even more
  193. 8:41disqualifying behavior. And here is
  194. 8:51something Tusk does very often, which
  195. 8:53is, in the first place, to distract
  196. 8:55public opinion from what is most
  197. 8:56essential and shift the public debate
  198. 8:58to completely different areas. The most
  199. 9:07popular area for Tusk is, of course,
  200. 9:09polarization, it is, of course,
  201. 9:11shifting responsibility to another
  202. 9:12center, which suddenly turns out to be
  203. 9:14not only a center of power—even
  204. 9:16though we constantly hear that the
  205. 9:18government is for governing and the
  206. 9:20president for representing—but is
  207. 9:22also an all-powerful and omnipotent
  208. 9:24center of power. And here follows the
  209. 9:29cynical game that Tusk put on display
  210. 9:31again yesterday, for the umpteenth time
  211. 9:33. He reached for the same mechanism as
  212. 9:38in the case of the fuel act, meaning if
  213. 9:40there were an act, if there were no
  214. 9:42veto, if the act were signed, fuel
  215. 9:44would cost 5.19. The President, as you
  216. 9:49know, defused this mine and caught Tusk
  217. 9:51with his pants down. He showed that
  218. 9:53from this moment on, Tusk bears full
  219. 9:55responsibility for fuel prices. And
  220. 9:57what those fuel prices look like, you
  221. 9:59can see on the pylons. They have
  222. 10:00nothing to do with what was promised,
  223. 10:02and it was confirmed several times and
  224. 10:04even emphasized that it was a very
  225. 10:06simple operation and that he, as a
  226. 10:07former prime minister, knows perfectly
  227. 10:09well how to do it. And now we have a
  228. 10:13similar situation, only wrapped in a
  229. 10:15thick layer of macabre, because we are
  230. 10:17being told that if President Karol
  231. 10:19Nawrocki had signed the DSA act, these
  232. 10:21behaviors would not exist, these
  233. 10:23recordings would not exist, these
  234. 10:24videos would not exist. Let's dismantle
  235. 10:28this lie. I have said it many times,
  236. 10:30and I will repeat it once again. The
  237. 10:32DSA operates throughout the entire
  238. 10:34European Union. However, what
  239. 10:37individual countries in the European
  240. 10:38Union must do is only implement the
  241. 10:40scope of regulations concerning the
  242. 10:42supervisory body and the level of
  243. 10:44penalties. It's an almost one-to-one
  244. 10:47analogy to cryptocurrencies. That is
  245. 10:50point one. Point two. President Karol
  246. 10:55Nawrocki signed the DSA act in the part
  247. 10:57obliging internet platforms to remove
  248. 10:59toxic content. It was very loud about
  249. 11:04that, by the way. Various
  250. 11:06representatives of the "true" right had
  251. 11:08grievances. Point three. All the
  252. 11:15biggest platforms, without any
  253. 11:17regulations, clearly state in their
  254. 11:19terms of service that content of this
  255. 11:21kind inciting the commission of crimes,
  256. 11:22not to mention videos illustrating said
  257. 11:24crime, are immediately removed along
  258. 11:26with the accounts. And I don't think I
  259. 11:32need to explain this to anyone, because
  260. 11:34there are scandals about this non-stop.
  261. 11:36How many times have various platforms,
  262. 11:38especially the biggest ones, censored
  263. 11:41content. Just to refer to the pandemic.
  264. 11:46Not to mention the scandalous behavior
  265. 11:48that occurred, such as blocking the
  266. 11:50account of then-President Donald Trump
  267. 11:52for purely political reasons, not for
  268. 11:53terrorism. Next point. Ignoring the DSA
  269. 11:59, ignoring the platforms 'terms of
  270. 12:01service, there are regulations in
  271. 12:02Poland that allow services to remove
  272. 12:04any content on the internet within an
  273. 12:06hour. This means the services approach
  274. 12:12individual platforms under Polish law
  275. 12:14and point to a specific recording or
  276. 12:16post that threatens security, and these
  277. 12:18platforms are obliged to remove this
  278. 12:20content within an hour. The next point.
  279. 12:27Even if this act were to enter into
  280. 12:29force, meaning if the president had
  281. 12:31signed it, it would not work because
  282. 12:32the act includes a six-month "vacatio
  283. 12:34legis" period. The next point. If this
  284. 12:42act actually entered into force, it
  285. 12:43would not provide the capabilities that
  286. 12:45the provisions of the regulation and
  287. 12:47the law already in force in Poland do,
  288. 12:49because the act states that the
  289. 12:50procedure for blocking this content
  290. 12:52could take up to several weeks. The
  291. 12:55last, most important point. This act
  292. 13:00brings nothing new, absolutely nothing
  293. 13:02new, regarding the capabilities and
  294. 13:04scope of action of the entire state
  295. 13:06apparatus. Except for one thing: the
  296. 13:10state gets a tool for censoring the
  297. 13:12internet, and to a full extent, because
  298. 13:14it depends on the interpretation of
  299. 13:16entities that are to cooperate with the
  300. 13:18state. And these will be all sorts of
  301. 13:22NGOs, other informants, these so-called
  302. 13:24"fake hunters." And we have seen many
  303. 13:28times how that works. What matters here
  304. 13:31is the ideological and political line,
  305. 13:33not the actual cleaning of the internet
  306. 13:35from toxic content, and that is what
  307. 13:37the whole fight is about. Or rather,
  308. 13:40put differently. The fight is taking
  309. 13:42place on several fronts. By creating an
  310. 13:47atmosphere of fear, by creating an
  311. 13:48atmosphere of panic, because under such
  312. 13:50conditions it is ideal to manage
  313. 13:52frightened people, and by shifting
  314. 13:54responsibility. For their own neglect,
  315. 13:58for their own omissions, for their own
  316. 14:00reprehensible, almost terrorist-like
  317. 14:02behavior, and that is what Tusk has
  318. 14:03shown, onto political opponents. Here,
  319. 14:09President Karol Nawrocki was
  320. 14:10particularly singled out, in quotation
  321. 14:13marks. And finally, the last element of
  322. 14:16this action, the result of this action
  323. 14:18is supposed to be the introduction of
  324. 14:20censorship to the internet. Of course,
  325. 14:23written between the lines in this act,
  326. 14:26which is supposed to save lives, health
  327. 14:28, and so on and so forth. We have heard
  328. 14:32this, we have heard this many times,
  329. 14:34but none of this would be happening, or
  330. 14:35at least Tusk would have significantly
  331. 14:37limited capabilities, if not for the
  332. 14:39behavior of all those mentioned at the
  333. 14:40beginning in the cited statement of
  334. 14:42journalists. Ladies and gentlemen, I
  335. 14:47only half accept the argument that it
  336. 14:49is hard to be surprised by parents who
  337. 14:51succumbed to a certain hysteria, a
  338. 14:53certain panic, since this hysteria and
  339. 14:55panic were fueled by the media and the
  340. 14:57government. Every adult, thinking
  341. 15:02person should know that this is exactly
  342. 15:04what the media and politicians do every
  343. 15:06day. And every thinking person,
  344. 15:15especially a parent who cares about
  345. 15:17their children, has an obligation to
  346. 15:19think and not succumb to the most cheap
  347. 15:21sociotechnical mechanisms, and
  348. 15:22certainly not to succumb to this
  349. 15:24hysteria that parents unleashed on
  350. 15:26forums, class groups, and cited some
  351. 15:28cretinous posts from Stonoga or other
  352. 15:30idiotic videos recorded on TikTok,
  353. 15:31where those brats showed off how they
  354. 15:33would restore order in the neighborhood
  355. 15:35. If parents succumb to such primitive
  356. 15:44manipulations and allow themselves to
  357. 15:46be manipulated more than, nomen omen,
  358. 15:48children, well, that is a real
  359. 15:50catastrophe. It is a real catastrophe
  360. 15:56and it reminds me one-to-one of what
  361. 15:58happened in Pomorze, but I do not want
  362. 16:00to return to that, because the topic is
  363. 16:02depressing. Yes, the responsibility for
  364. 16:08fueling this story lies with the media
  365. 16:10and politicians, but that is why you
  366. 16:12have a brain, that is why you have
  367. 16:14access to all possible tools, including
  368. 16:16the internet, where besides all the
  369. 16:18trash, all the junk, there is real
  370. 16:20information, reasonable comments,
  371. 16:22reasonable statements. I invite you to
  372. 16:26the Polish cottage. I personally have a
  373. 16:29clear conscience here, because
  374. 16:30yesterday, unlike many journalists and
  375. 16:32politicians, and other influencers, I
  376. 16:34recorded a very toned-down statement. I
  377. 16:38would even say a boring one, pointing
  378. 16:40to eternal laws, the rules of nature.
  379. 16:44And within the framework of these laws
  380. 16:46and rules, unfortunately, there is a
  381. 16:47margin. Fortunately, this margin is a
  382. 16:50per-mille fraction of extreme behaviors
  383. 16:52that end in such tragedies. Your duty,
  384. 16:56parent, is to think, not to fall into
  385. 16:59hysteria. Your duty is to analyze,
  386. 17:03verify information, and not to forward
  387. 17:05cretinous posts by Stonoga or other
  388. 17:07cynics who are making a business out of
  389. 17:09it. The same applies to local
  390. 17:14authorities, local government officials
  391. 17:16, school principals, and teachers. When
  392. 17:20I was watching TVN24 yesterday, I was
  393. 17:23truly deeply impressed. Most of the
  394. 17:28people speaking there, the so-called
  395. 17:30locals from where those dramatic events
  396. 17:32took place, they spoke in a way that
  397. 17:33was music to my ears. It might sound
  398. 17:42strange in the context of all those
  399. 17:43dramatic events, but these were truly
  400. 17:45sensible, balanced, and professional
  401. 17:47statements referring to everything I
  402. 17:49mentioned earlier: not to spread panic,
  403. 17:51that we are coping, and that we will
  404. 17:53ensure safety. There were comments
  405. 18:00criticizing those senseless ideas of
  406. 18:02setting up X-ray machines and other
  407. 18:04ways of scanning backpacks. The moment
  408. 18:10politicians from headquarters—led by
  409. 18:12Tusk, Kierwiński, and Gawkowski—
  410. 18:14spoke up, everything was turned upside
  411. 18:17down. And unfortunately, after this
  412. 18:25narrative was ignited by the political
  413. 18:27headquarters, many—or to be precise,
  414. 18:29too many—principals, local government
  415. 18:31officials, and those responsible for
  416. 18:33what is happening gave in to such an
  417. 18:35extent that even some schools were
  418. 18:37closed. When we open the first page of
  419. 18:45any marketing, management, or
  420. 18:47psychology textbook, we read a golden
  421. 18:49rule. Do not act rashly, do not act on
  422. 18:55emotion. Sit down, think, analyze the
  423. 18:58situation, only then draw conclusions,
  424. 19:01and finally take action. Here,
  425. 19:04everything is turned upside down. Here,
  426. 19:08everything happens within the framework
  427. 19:10of hysteria, panic, and drumming up
  428. 19:12emotions, and furthermore, it is
  429. 19:14happening on many levels. The worst and
  430. 19:18most dangerous level is, of course,
  431. 19:20that of state administration. That is
  432. 19:24the level where politicians of the
  433. 19:25ruling camp operate. This is the most
  434. 19:29depressing and terrifying thing at the
  435. 19:31same time. But this atmosphere of
  436. 19:33hysteria is also fueled by the media,
  437. 19:35mainly cynically. Although, analyzing
  438. 19:38individual posts by journalists, it is
  439. 19:40also a matter of intellectual potential
  440. 19:42or the lack thereof. Parents have also
  441. 19:46bought into this chaos and panic. And
  442. 19:53if you take a good look at all of this,
  443. 19:54contrary to appearances, children are
  444. 19:56probably behaving the most rationally,
  445. 19:58as they meet their peers every day.
  446. 20:04They know what their direct
  447. 20:05relationships look like. They also know
  448. 20:09that in practically every class—and
  449. 20:11certainly in every school—there is
  450. 20:13one tough guy or another who will shout
  451. 20:14: "I'll sort you out, I'll bring order
  452. 20:16to the neighborhood." And they know
  453. 20:22that there are those who have aged in
  454. 20:24certain classes and are causing trouble
  455. 20:25there. And above all, they also know
  456. 20:33how these social media accounts work
  457. 20:35among young people, that most of what
  458. 20:37these young people write and how they
  459. 20:39behave is posturing, not actual,
  460. 20:40intentional actions. Sure, some
  461. 20:49children fell into hysteria too, but
  462. 20:51they fell into that hysteria because
  463. 20:52that is how adults are behaving,
  464. 20:54because that is how some adults and
  465. 20:56some teachers are behaving, not to
  466. 20:58mention journalists and politicians. I
  467. 21:03will repeat what I said yesterday. One
  468. 21:11cannot avoid such situations, but when
  469. 21:13state bodies, the entire state
  470. 21:15apparatus, its highest representatives,
  471. 21:17and in addition local authorities,
  472. 21:19municipalities, school principals, and
  473. 21:21finally—though it is hard to speak of
  474. 21:23any hierarchy or chronology here—and
  475. 21:26finally parents, oh! Disaster is ready,
  476. 21:36chaos is ready, and a multitude of
  477. 21:38idiotic, dangerous decisions are made
  478. 21:40along the way. Finally, I will answer
  479. 21:44the moronic question that will surely
  480. 21:46arise. And what would you do if you had
  481. 21:49children and had to send them to school
  482. 21:51? Ladies and gentlemen, I would send my
  483. 21:53children to school. My child no longer
  484. 21:55goes to school, but I sent my old lady
  485. 21:57to school. And actually, the old lady
  486. 21:58went to school herself. Just as she
  487. 22:01went in Pomerania, as one of the few,
  488. 22:03or actually probably the only one in
  489. 22:05the school, she behaved normally and
  490. 22:07conducted speech therapy normally. And
  491. 22:10speech therapy involves, among other
  492. 22:12things, looking into children's mouths
  493. 22:14and massaging their tongues, exposing
  494. 22:16oneself to contact with various enzymes
  495. 22:18. So she went to school today, despite
  496. 22:21the fact that around the corner, at any
  497. 22:23moment, a thirteen-year-old, a 15-
  498. 22:25year-old, or maybe even an
  499. 22:26eight-year-old will jump out with a
  500. 22:28kitchen knife. Why did she go to school
  501. 22:30? Because she thinks, because she can
  502. 22:33filter out the trash from real threats.
  503. 22:38And not because she completely ignores
  504. 22:40what is happening in schools, because
  505. 22:42she sees it every day, but because she
  506. 22:44has common sense, because she is
  507. 22:45responsible, because she is guided by
  508. 22:47her own reason, intuition, and
  509. 22:49experience. We believe no one, we
  510. 22:51believe in nothing. We look at the
  511. 22:53facts and draw conclusions. Ladies and
  512. 22:55gentlemen, one wants to scream here,
  513. 22:57wants to howl, wants to sound the alarm
  514. 22:59, and certainly one cannot accept all
  515. 23:01of this. How many times has this
  516. 23:03happened? Those who are supposed to
  517. 23:07protect, those who are supposed to
  518. 23:08explain, those who are supposed to
  519. 23:10prevent, behave in the way that
  520. 23:11terrorists behave. How many times has
  521. 23:19Tusk shifted his own incompetence, his
  522. 23:21own negligence onto the opposition, and
  523. 23:24for a long time now, onto President
  524. 23:26Karol Wrocki? How many times do Donald
  525. 23:34Tusk and those in power provoke threats
  526. 23:36and, what's more, leave Poles alone
  527. 23:38with these threats, instead of standing
  528. 23:40guard over security, instead of calming
  529. 23:42social moods? Ladies and gentlemen, I
  530. 23:49will say it bluntly at the end, because
  531. 23:50I have written it many times on the
  532. 23:52Twitter portal and unfortunately, this
  533. 23:54is also a recurring theme. We are ruled
  534. 23:57by a psychopath. We are ruled by a
  535. 23:59psychopath who is capable of setting
  536. 24:01schools on fire, who is capable of
  537. 24:03setting Poland on fire. We are ruled by
  538. 24:05a psychopath who leads a group of
  539. 24:07failures. If we don't get rid of this
  540. 24:11psychopath, it could truly end in one
  541. 24:13great tragedy. Thank you all very much
  542. 24:16for your attention.
