  1. 0:00OpenClaw 2.0 just dropped, and you can
  2. 0:02now run it completely for free with over
  3. 0:05500 of the best AI models on the planet.
  4. 0:08That is possible through a tool called
  5. 0:11OmniRouter, which lets you connect
  6. 0:13OpenClaw to models like GPT-5.6,
  7. 0:16DeepSeek, Gemini, and even some of
  8. 0:18Anthropic's top models like Opus 5 and
  9. 0:21Sonnet without paying a single cent.
  10. 0:24Plus, at the end, I'm going to put it to
  11. 0:26the test by creating workflows that
  12. 0:28automate all of my research and handle
  13. 0:31all of my daily tasks. So, close all of
  14. 0:33your other tabs, and let's dive right
  15. 0:35into it. But, before I show you how you
  16. 0:37can set this up, let's talk a little bit
  17. 0:39about what is OpenClaw 2.0. Well,
  18. 0:42OpenClaw is one of the most popular AI
  19. 0:44agents on the planet with 120,000
  20. 0:48GitHub stars. And it's an autonomous
  21. 0:50agent that allows you to perform and
  22. 0:53automate any task that you want and make
  23. 0:55it run on schedule. And the good thing
  24. 0:57with it is that you can run it with any
  25. 1:00AI model that you select. Usually, you
  26. 1:02have to pay for the usage of the AI
  27. 1:04model that you're using through that
  28. 1:06company's API. But, with the method that
  29. 1:08I'm going to show you in this video,
  30. 1:10which is by using this service called
  31. 1:12OmniRouter, you will be able to access a
  32. 1:15bunch of different free providers like
  33. 1:18OpenCode, OpenRouter, Nvidia, which will
  34. 1:21give you access to powerful models like
  35. 1:23Opus 5, GPT-5.6, DeepSeek V4, and many
  36. 1:27more, which if you then take and connect
  37. 1:30over to OpenClaw, you will basically be
  38. 1:32able to use it completely for free. So,
  39. 1:34now that you understand how this works,
  40. 1:36let me show you how you can set it up.
  41. 1:38Now, the first thing that you have to do
  42. 1:40is to go over to openclaw.ai, which is
  43. 1:42the official website from which you can
  44. 1:44install OpenClaw in your PC. And I will
  45. 1:47also leave a link for it in the
  46. 1:48description below. And then, all you
  47. 1:49need to do is to come down here to the
  48. 1:51quick start page where you can either
  49. 1:53select to download the OpenClaw app or
  50. 1:56to install it in your terminal. Now, if
  51. 1:58I'm going to be honest, I tried
  52. 1:59installing the app, but I got a lot of
  53. 2:01errors with it. So, I would actually
  54. 2:03advise you to install it in your
  55. 2:05terminal by simply coming over here,
  56. 2:07selecting your operating system, for me
  57. 2:09it's macOS, simply copying the command,
  58. 2:12then you need to open up a terminal. It
  59. 2:14can either be inside an IDE like under
  60. 2:16gravity or cursor, or it can even be
  61. 2:18natively inside your PC. I personally
  62. 2:20prefer to use an IDE, and then you
  63. 2:22simply need to paste it in and click on
  64. 2:24enter. And what this is going to do is
  65. 2:26start installing Open Claw in your
  66. 2:28machine, which as you can see it just
  67. 2:29finished installing, and it also spinned
  68. 2:32up a local host. So, we're actually able
  69. 2:34to access it. But just so you know, if
  70. 2:36you close down your PC, this local host
  71. 2:38will end. So, to spin it up again, all
  72. 2:41you would need to do is to simply type
  73. 2:43in the word Open Claw, click on enter,
  74. 2:45and then this would basically spin up
  75. 2:47Open Claw again in your machine. But
  76. 2:49since it is already up, all we have to
  77. 2:50do is to simply come over here to this
  78. 2:52local host and simply click on it, which
  79. 2:54is going to open up Open Claw in our
  80. 2:56machine. Now, this is the interface from
  81. 2:58which we can use Open Claw, and as you
  82. 3:00can see it's just a simple chat
  83. 3:02interface just like ChatGPT in cloud.
  84. 3:04And at the bottom of this interface over
  85. 3:06here, we can see all the models that we
  86. 3:09can access from Open Claw. And as you
  87. 3:11can see, this is already preconfigured
  88. 3:14to run with my OpenAI usage since when
  89. 3:17you're installing it, Open Claw asked
  90. 3:18you whether you allow it access to
  91. 3:20basically take a look at the PC and see
  92. 3:22if you have any active connections that
  93. 3:24it can then use when it starts working.
  94. 3:27But the problem with this is that this
  95. 3:28is obviously paid usage from a ChatGPT
  96. 3:31subscription. Now, to make Open Claw run
  97. 3:33completely for free, we need to use the
  98. 3:35service that talked about before, which
  99. 3:37is called Omni route. And as you can
  100. 3:39see, Omni route is a very popular GitHub
  101. 3:42repo that has over 60,000 stars. Now, to
  102. 3:45install Omni route to Open Claw, so you
  103. 3:47can access all the different models that
  104. 3:49I talked about completely for free, all
  105. 3:51you have to do is to simply copy the URL
  106. 3:54of the GitHub repo, which I will also
  107. 3:55leave a link for in the description
  108. 3:57below, and then come back over to Open
  109. 3:59Clo, paste it in over here, and say
  110. 4:01something like, "Hey, what I want you to
  111. 4:03do is to install OmniOut and spin up a
  112. 4:05local host so I can log in to it and
  113. 4:08connect all of the different third-party
  114. 4:11model providers that I want." Or
  115. 4:13something like that, basically telling
  116. 4:15it to install OmniOut and spin it up in
  117. 4:17a local host, and then send over this
  118. 4:19prompt. So, Open Clo can install
  119. 4:21OmniOut. And as you can see, that's
  120. 4:22exactly what Open Clo is doing. It is
  121. 4:24first inspecting the OmniOut repo that
  122. 4:27we gave it access to, and now it is
  123. 4:29installing it locally in our workspace,
  124. 4:31which it just finished doing, and it
  125. 4:33also spun it up in this local host.
  126. 4:35Which now means that if we actually come
  127. 4:37back here and we open it up, we're going
  128. 4:39to see the OmniOut interface. Where the
  129. 4:41first thing that we have to do is to log
  130. 4:43in into an account. Now, you might say,
  131. 4:44"Well, Damian, I don't have an account."
  132. 4:46Well, you don't actually need one, since
  133. 4:48all you need to do is to input the
  134. 4:50password that is called change me, which
  135. 4:52is the default password that is given to
  136. 4:55you underneath the actual password box.
  137. 4:58So, make sure you simply come back here
  138. 4:59and you copy it, then you paste it in
  139. 5:01over here, and you click on continue.
  140. 5:03And if this gives you an error, you
  141. 5:05probably copied a space character, so
  142. 5:07make sure you just copy the text change
  143. 5:09me underneath, and you should be able to
  144. 5:11log in successfully. And once you do so,
  145. 5:13then you will be brought over in the
  146. 5:15home page of OmniOut. Now, for you to be
  147. 5:17able to use all these different AI tools
  148. 5:20completely for free, as I mentioned
  149. 5:21before, you need to move over in the
  150. 5:23connect providers page. So, simply come
  151. 5:26back here and click on providers, and
  152. 5:27then this is going to bring you in this
  153. 5:29interface over here, where you will be
  154. 5:31able to see all the different
  155. 5:33third-party providers OmniOut allows you
  156. 5:35to connect to. Now, as you can see,
  157. 5:37these providers are separated by
  158. 5:38different sections. First, we have the
  159. 5:40off sections, then we have the IDE, and
  160. 5:43then after that, we also have the the
  161. 5:45tier providers, which if I actually
  162. 5:47select, this is going to give me all the
  163. 5:49different providers that offer free
  164. 5:51models. Which all I have to do to
  165. 5:53connect to them is either authenticate
  166. 5:55with my account or create an API key
  167. 5:57from their platforms. So, feel free to
  168. 5:59navigate through all these providers and
  169. 6:01see if there are some that you want to
  170. 6:03connect to. But since this is a video
  171. 6:05where I guide you through everything
  172. 6:06step-by-step, I will actually show you
  173. 6:08all the providers I would personally
  174. 6:10advise you to connect to that give you
  175. 6:12access to the best and most powerful
  176. 6:14models. Now, the first provider that I
  177. 6:15want you to connect to is OpenRouter,
  178. 6:18which we can find if we scroll down
  179. 6:20here. Now, to connect to OpenRouter, all
  180. 6:22we have to do is to simply come over
  181. 6:23here and click on add connection. Then
  182. 6:25for the name, we can name this exactly
  183. 6:28as we want. I'm going to say OpenRouter,
  184. 6:30and then all we need to do is to simply
  185. 6:32give it access to our OpenRouter API
  186. 6:35key. Which to create, we simply have to
  187. 6:37go over to openrouter.ai,
  188. 6:39create a free account, and then click on
  189. 6:41get API key, which is going to bring us
  190. 6:43over in the API key space, where we will
  191. 6:45then be able to come over here, create
  192. 6:47an API key. I'm going to call mine one
  193. 6:50Damian. And then once we create our API
  194. 6:52key, we simply have to copy it, come
  195. 6:54back over to OmniOut, paste it in over
  196. 6:55here. We can also click on the check
  197. 6:57button to test and see if this is
  198. 6:59actually valid, which as you can see it
  199. 7:00is. And then OpenRouter gives us the
  200. 7:03option to import only the free models
  201. 7:06that they are offering. Which if you
  202. 7:07want to use OpenRouter completely for
  203. 7:09free, I would actually advise you to
  204. 7:11turn on, and then you can simply click
  205. 7:13on save. And what this is going to do is
  206. 7:15fetch all the 21 models that OpenRouter
  207. 7:18is offering completely for free, that
  208. 7:20you will then be able to take a look at
  209. 7:21over here. And as you can see, this
  210. 7:23includes some very powerful models, like
  211. 7:25GLM 5.2. Where to see if they are
  212. 7:27actually working correctly, OmniOut
  213. 7:29gives you the option to test them out by
  214. 7:32simply clicking on the play button,
  215. 7:33which sends a request over to that model
  216. 7:35and see if it actually works. And if one
  217. 7:37of these models doesn't work, let me run
  218. 7:39a bunch of them for example, some of
  219. 7:41them are going to give us these error
  220. 7:43over here, which means that that model,
  221. 7:45for some reason, is not currently
  222. 7:47working. So, we know exactly what models
  223. 7:49are working and what models are in. So,
  224. 7:51now that we finished with OpenRouter,
  225. 7:53let me show you another very good
  226. 7:55connector that I think everyone should
  227. 7:58connect to, which is, of course,
  228. 7:59Invideo, because Invideo basically gives
  229. 8:02us access to all the most powerful
  230. 8:04Chinese models completely for free. And
  231. 8:06again, to connect to it, all we have to
  232. 8:08do is simply click on add connection,
  233. 8:09and then we simply need to give it
  234. 8:11access to our Invideo API key. Which to
  235. 8:13find, we have to go over to
  236. 8:15build.invideo.com,
  237. 8:16that I will also leave a link for in the
  238. 8:18description below. And then, all we need
  239. 8:20to do is to simply click on our profile
  240. 8:22and click on API keys, which is going to
  241. 8:24open up this interface over here, where
  242. 8:26we can simply generate our API key. And
  243. 8:29once we do that, we simply have to copy
  244. 8:31it, come back over to OmniRouter, paste
  245. 8:33it in, we can also check it and see if
  246. 8:35it works. And then, we again have the
  247. 8:37option to import only the free models,
  248. 8:39which you can turn on if you want, and
  249. 8:41click on save. And what this is going to
  250. 8:42do is import all the free models that
  251. 8:44Invideo gives us access to, which
  252. 8:46includes some very powerful models like
  253. 8:49GLM 5.2, MiniMax M3, and even Chimera
  254. 8:532.6. And now that we also have connected
  255. 8:56Invideo, which basically gives us access
  256. 8:58to all the most powerful Chinese models,
  257. 9:00it's time to show you two connectors
  258. 9:02that give you access to the most
  259. 9:03powerful Anthropic and OpenAI models
  260. 9:06completely for free. Now, the first one
  261. 9:08of these two connectors is called A Gen
  262. 9:10Router, which is a Chinese API provider
  263. 9:14similar to OpenRouter, that you can find
  264. 9:17by scrolling down here to the aggregator
  265. 9:19gateways. And then, all you have to do
  266. 9:20is to simply click on it, then click on
  267. 9:22add connection, and again, we need our A
  268. 9:24Gen Router API key. Now, I have made a
  269. 9:26full video on A Gen Router and how you
  270. 9:29can actually use it, which I will link
  271. 9:31somewhere over here. But, the TLDR of it
  272. 9:34is you go over to agenrouter.org, then
  273. 9:36you create an account, and then all you
  274. 9:38have to do is simply come over here and
  275. 9:39click on get key, which is going to
  276. 9:41bring you over in this interface over
  277. 9:43here, where once you sign up for an
  278. 9:45account, edgenrouter automatically gives
  279. 9:47you $175
  280. 9:50worth of free credits. Now, I personally
  281. 9:51have more because I have added some
  282. 9:53extra, but you are going to see $175
  283. 9:57over here, and then you simply need to
  284. 9:59create your own API key, which you can
  285. 10:01do by going over in the API key section,
  286. 10:04and then clicking on create token. Then
  287. 10:06for the name, you can name this however
  288. 10:07you want, and for the quota, make sure
  289. 10:09you do unlimited, and click on submit,
  290. 10:11which is going to generate you your
  291. 10:13edgenrouter API key that you will then
  292. 10:15be able to copy, come back over to Omni
  293. 10:17route, paste it in over here. You can
  294. 10:19also click on check to validate the
  295. 10:21connection. As you can see, it is valid,
  296. 10:23but then make sure you don't click on
  297. 10:24import only free models because
  298. 10:27edgenrouter doesn't have free models.
  299. 10:29They just give you $175 worth of
  300. 10:31credits, and then click on save, which
  301. 10:33is going to import all the available
  302. 10:35models that edgenrouter has that are
  303. 10:38super powerful and premium models like
  304. 10:40Opus 4.8, Opus 5, Deep Seek V4 Flash,
  305. 10:44GLM 5.3, and even GPT 5.6 all. And now
  306. 10:48we have also connected edgenrouter, it's
  307. 10:50time for the last connector that gives
  308. 10:52you access to premium Anthropic models
  309. 10:54like Opus 5 and Sonnet 5, which is the
  310. 10:58Kiro AI connector that you will be able
  311. 11:00to find under the auth providers. So,
  312. 11:03simply click on it, click on add
  313. 11:04connection, and then you will simply
  314. 11:06need to select how you want to connect
  315. 11:07to. I will personally choose my AWS
  316. 11:10account. And if you want anything, Kiro
  317. 11:12is basically the AI coding agent that
  318. 11:14Amazon has, which has a very generous
  319. 11:16free tier that gives you access to all
  320. 11:18of these models. So, simply come over
  321. 11:20here and click on continue and confirm.
  322. 11:22Then allow Kiro access to your account
  323. 11:24data, and boom, as you can see, the
  324. 11:26request was approved, and now we have
  325. 11:28also successfully connected Kiro AI,
  326. 11:30which includes powerful models like
  327. 11:32Sonnet 5, GPT 5.6 all, and Gwen 3. And
  328. 11:36the good part with Guido is that they
  329. 11:38basically give you $20 worth of free
  330. 11:40credits, so you can use all of these
  331. 11:42models. And now we're basically done
  332. 11:44with all my recommended connections.
  333. 11:46Obviously, if you want, you can connect
  334. 11:48any of these other third-party
  335. 11:49providers. Also, under Gravity is a very
  336. 11:51good one, since they also give you free
  337. 11:53usage on many Gemini and Anthropic
  338. 11:56models. But, specifically with the off
  339. 11:58providers, I would actually advise you
  340. 12:00to be a bit careful. If you use them a
  341. 12:02lot, you could potentially end up
  342. 12:04getting your account banned with our
  343. 12:06service. But again, that's only for the
  344. 12:08off providers. Any other connector that
  345. 12:10I showed you that happens through an API
  346. 12:12literally has zero risk to you, and you
  347. 12:15can use it as much as you want. I just
  348. 12:17did want to point that out, just so you
  349. 12:18guys are informed about the risk when it
  350. 12:20comes to connecting an off provider. But
  351. 12:23once you're done connecting all the
  352. 12:25providers that you want, then you could
  353. 12:27simply come back over to OpenClaw and
  354. 12:29say something like, "Hey, I've finished
  355. 12:31connecting all my providers over to Omni
  356. 12:33Route. Now I want you to connect Omni
  357. 12:35Route to OpenClaw, so I can actually use
  358. 12:37it and use all the different third-party
  359. 12:39providers that I have connected there
  360. 12:41inside OpenClaw." And then, all you need
  361. 12:44to do is to simply send over this
  362. 12:45prompt, so OpenClaw can go and do that
  363. 12:47configuration for you. What it's
  364. 12:49basically going to do is it is going to
  365. 12:51connect the connection to your Omni
  366. 12:52Route account, where it will then be
  367. 12:54able to draw the usage from all the
  368. 12:56third-party AI providers that you have
  369. 12:58connected over there, which as you can
  370. 13:00see, OpenClaw has just finished doing.
  371. 13:02And now I'm actually able to come over
  372. 13:04here and use any of the models that I
  373. 13:07connected over to Omni Route. And if I
  374. 13:09want to use a model from a specific
  375. 13:11provider, let's say Open Router for
  376. 13:14example, I can search for Open Router,
  377. 13:16and then this is going to return me all
  378. 13:18the Open Router models. Where if I
  379. 13:20select one of them, which I imported,
  380. 13:22let's take Minimax for example, and I
  381. 13:24say something like, "Hello," I'm going
  382. 13:26to get a response back in 5 seconds."
  383. 13:28Which means that our connection is
  384. 13:30working exactly as we wanted. But, the
  385. 13:32fact that we have to manually come over
  386. 13:34here and select each one of the models
  387. 13:36that we imported isn't ideal. Since if
  388. 13:38the usage from one finishes, then we
  389. 13:41would need to manually go over and
  390. 13:43switch. But, Omni route has already
  391. 13:45thought of this and that's why they have
  392. 13:47created the combos, which you can access
  393. 13:49by coming over here in the combo section
  394. 13:51and either selecting one of the already
  395. 13:53pre-existing templates that they have,
  396. 13:55which are combos that specialize on
  397. 13:57different things. For example, this
  398. 14:00combo picks the best available model
  399. 14:02that you have for coding. And if that
  400. 14:04one isn't available or its usage has
  401. 14:06finished, then it moves over to the
  402. 14:08second best and to the third best, etc.,
  403. 14:10etc. Up until all the models that you
  404. 14:12have don't work for some reason, which
  405. 14:14basically never happens. And they also
  406. 14:16have a lot more combos like best for
  407. 14:19reasoning, best for vision, and they
  408. 14:21also have the combo that is called base
  409. 14:24free, which basically picks the best
  410. 14:26free model available. And the good thing
  411. 14:28with this is that these combos come
  412. 14:30already pre-configured with Omni route.
  413. 14:33But, if you want, you can also create
  414. 14:34your own custom combo by coming over
  415. 14:36here and clicking on create your first
  416. 14:38combo. Then, you can select what type of
  417. 14:40models you want to use. I will
  418. 14:42personally select the free stack and
  419. 14:44then you can give a name to your combo.
  420. 14:45I'm going to call my one Damian and then
  421. 14:48click on next. And then, you can
  422. 14:49literally come over here and manually
  423. 14:51add in the specific provider that you
  424. 14:53want and then the specific model that
  425. 14:55you want from that provider. So, if I
  426. 14:57add this, you will see that this will
  427. 14:59now get added in my combo. And then, I
  428. 15:02can come over here, select a different
  429. 15:04provider, select a different model, and
  430. 15:06add it in as the next step. And I can
  431. 15:08keep doing that with all the models that
  432. 15:10I have already connected over in Omni
  433. 15:12route. And once I'm done adding the
  434. 15:14models and I also sort them out with a
  435. 15:16specific order that I want, I can simply
  436. 15:18click on next, select the strategy that
  437. 15:20I want to use, which for most of you is
  438. 15:22going to be the priority strategy, and
  439. 15:25click on next again, and then we can
  440. 15:27just review the combo that we created,
  441. 15:29and then click on create combo, which is
  442. 15:31going to create us our brand new combo
  443. 15:33that we can see over here. And now, to
  444. 15:35make this combo available in our open
  445. 15:37router, we simply have to come over here
  446. 15:39and say, "Hey, I created a brand new
  447. 15:41combo in my Omni route. Make sure you
  448. 15:42import it as a model option over in Open
  449. 15:45Clo." And simply send over this prompt,
  450. 15:48which, as you can see, just did. And
  451. 15:50now, if I actually come over here and
  452. 15:51search for the combo called Damian, I
  453. 15:53will be able to find it and actually use
  454. 15:55it. So, for example, if I come over here
  455. 15:57and say, "Hello." I'm going to get the
  456. 15:59response, "Hey, what's up?" which means
  457. 16:01that our combo is working correctly, and
  458. 16:03Open Clo is able to use the models that
  459. 16:05that combo has. And now, just to show
  460. 16:07you the capabilities of this, let's say
  461. 16:09that I wanted to do research on my
  462. 16:11competitors for my AI file organization
  463. 16:14app that's called File Egg, and then
  464. 16:16take that research and turn it into a
  465. 16:18presentation that I can then show to my
  466. 16:20team. Well, all I would have to do that
  467. 16:22is to simply make sure I have my combo
  468. 16:24selected over here, and then come over
  469. 16:26here and say, "Hey, what I want to do is
  470. 16:28do some research to the competitors of
  471. 16:31my AI file organization app that is
  472. 16:33called File Egg, and I want you to
  473. 16:35gather information about the prices,
  474. 16:37about the moves that they are doing,
  475. 16:38about any new features that they might
  476. 16:41have added, and then I want you to take
  477. 16:42that information, compile it, and turn
  478. 16:44it into a seven or eight slide
  479. 16:47presentation that I will then be able to
  480. 16:50take and present to my team. And now
  481. 16:51that I described that, all I have to do
  482. 16:53is to simply send over this prompt and
  483. 16:55let Open Clo start running, do the
  484. 16:58research for me using the Damian combo
  485. 17:00that I just created, and create me the
  486. 17:01presentation that I wanted. Now, I'm not
  487. 17:03going to bore you with a waiting time. I
  488. 17:05will just simply let this run in the
  489. 17:06background for a bit, and I will be back
  490. 17:08with you once it is done or if we face
  491. 17:10any errors. And boom, as you can see,
  492. 17:12Open Clo has finished gathering all the
  493. 17:14necessary information, and it turned it
  494. 17:16into this presentation over here, which
  495. 17:18if I actually open, I will be able to
  496. 17:20see what it managed to generate. As you
  497. 17:22can see, here we have some information
  498. 17:24about the ecosystem, then we have some
  499. 17:26information about the pricing of our
  500. 17:28competitors, and then some extra
  501. 17:30information about the features that my
  502. 17:32competitors have. Then, we have this
  503. 17:34very nice graph over here that shows the
  504. 17:36scale of my competition along with what
  505. 17:39I need to avoid and what openings that
  506. 17:41currently are on the market, which I can
  507. 17:42take advantage of and start getting some
  508. 17:44users. Which, overall, I have to say is
  509. 17:47a pretty decent presentation that I can
  510. 17:49now take and present to my team. And the
  511. 17:51best part is that we managed to generate
  512. 17:53it completely for free using model
  513. 17:55providers that we have connected over to
  514. 17:57our Omni router account. Now, if you
