- 0:00Binance, they had a breach $6.2 billion
- 0:03[music] heist.
- 0:03>> Where do you hide that type of money?
- 0:05>> Do it matter.
- 0:07Do it matter. But I'mma tell you what
- 0:09does matter. This great settlement risk
- 0:11war where all of the banks and all of
- 0:13the cryptocurrency companies, they're in
- 0:15a real life race to see who is going to
- 0:18be the world leader in establishing
- 0:21instant settlement. So we got JP Morgan,
- 0:23Circle City, DTCC, Ripple. What
- 0:27difference does it make if we can settle
- 0:28money instantly and it gets stolen
- 0:31instantly? Ripple had their annual
- 0:33conference called swell. 10 major things
- 0:35came out of that conference. It changed
- 0:37the game. Ripple got their bank charter.
- 0:40Ripple National Trust Bank. Is it a bank
- 0:42that you can go and deposit your money
- 0:43in? No. Based on my measuring stick
- 0:46after swell, the rankings changed. If
- 0:49you got a half a billion dollars that
- 0:51their whole business model is to buy and
- 0:53sell XRP and it is publicly traded,
- 0:55[music] what do you think that's
- 0:57providing for XRP? All right, y'all know
- 1:00the drill. This is not financial advice.
- 1:01Everything you're about to experience
- 1:02here is for information and educational
- 1:04purposes only. Do your own research and
- 1:06remember that every [music] investment
- 1:08has a risk of loss of your money. I am
- 1:10not a financial adviser. I am not your
- 1:11financial [music] adviser. Do your own
- 1:13research. And with that being said,
- 1:14enjoy the show.
- 1:17>> [music]
- 1:23>> Binance,
- 1:25the world's largest cryptocurrency
- 1:27exchange.
- 1:29Last week, they had a breach. $6.2
- 1:31billion heist.
- 1:34>> Billion dollar heist.
- 1:35>> What do you hide? That's how we
- 1:37>> do it matter. [laughter]
- 1:40>> Do it matter. But I'm going to tell you
- 1:41what does matter.
- 1:44We've been talking about this great
- 1:46settlement risk war where all of the
- 1:49banks and all of the cryptocurrency
- 1:52companies are in a race. They're in a
- 1:55real life race to see who is going to be
- 1:58the world leader in establishing instant
- 2:02settlement.
- 2:03>> Okay. So, we got JP Morgan, Circle City,
- 2:08DTCC, Ripple. We got about 28 different
- 2:12people and they are at it tooth and nail
- 2:15>> to figure out who is going to win this
- 2:18race.
- 2:19>> What difference does it make if we can
- 2:21settle money instantly
- 2:24and it gets stolen instantly?
- 2:28>> Mhm.
- 2:30>> So while this bank heist was happening,
- 2:33crypto heist was happening,
- 2:35>> this was all happening while we were
- 2:37recording last week talking about
- 2:38Ripple. Guess what else was happening
- 2:40while we were recording last week
- 2:42talking about Ripple.
- 2:43>> What
- 2:43>> Ripple had their annual conference
- 2:46called Swell.
- 2:48>> 10 major things came out of that
- 2:50conference. It didn't change the
- 2:52validity of the stuff that we were
- 2:53talking about, but it did change some
- 2:55urgency. It changed the game.
- 2:57>> They had that while we were filming.
- 2:58>> While we were talking, specifically
- 3:01while we were talking, they had a huge
- 3:02announcement literally while we were
- 3:04filming.
- 3:06>> One specific huge announcement. So on
- 3:08this episode, we're going to talk about
- 3:10the top 10 things that came out of Swell
- 3:13last week. This conference, I think it
- 3:15ran from October 27th through the 29th.
- 3:18So we recorded on the 26th.
- 3:20>> Mhm.
- 3:20>> The conference happened 27th through the
- 3:2229th. We're going to talk about the top
- 3:2410 things that happened just before and
- 3:27during. So it was all around that. Like
- 3:30all of these things were happening at
- 3:32the same time. Okay.
- 3:33>> Okay.
- 3:35And two of these things we're going to
- 3:36do a deep dive in because they are
- 3:39massively important. With that being
- 3:42said,
- 3:45I'm just going to rattle off the top 10
- 3:47things right now.
- 3:48>> Mhm.
- 3:48>> Okay.
- 3:50I'm going to go all the way down to
- 3:51number one, the most important one at
- 3:53the end. Actually, this is in no
- 3:55particular order. I'm just going to save
- 3:56the last two for the end. Okay.
- 3:58[laughter]
- 3:59All right. Number one, Bank of New York
- 4:01expanded custody. They announced it at
- 4:04the event. They add support for XRP and
- 4:07RLUSD to its institutional digital asset
- 4:10custody platform. So for those of you
- 4:12who are brand new to this series, we are
- 4:15doing like a three, five-part series. I
- 4:18don't know how many parts
- 4:20probably end up being like a four-part
- 4:22series. However many it take to get
- 4:23>> However many it take to I don't normally
- 4:25like to do series but this is so
- 4:28important y'all.
- 4:30>> Like so we are at y'all think we in an
- 4:34interesting time because of AI. Forget
- 4:35AI. We're in an interesting time because
- 4:37of this. This is changing how money
- 4:41works.
- 4:42>> Mhm.
- 4:42>> And you're so blessed because you're got
- 4:47a front row seat. In 30, 40 years, the
- 4:50kids going to be learning about this
- 4:53>> and they're gonna have to memorize all
- 4:55these facts. But you gonna have to do
- 4:56that because you're sitting here. Okay.
- 4:58This is so This is to me is more
- 5:01important than AI.
- 5:02>> And they were requesting it last week.
- 5:04>> They did request that we do a five-part
- 5:06episode. I would say for a five-part
- 5:07episode, but you know, you can't trust.
- 5:08>> I told you. I told you that.
- 5:10>> I know, but you can't trust them.
- 5:11[laughter]
- 5:12You can't trust them because there's a
- 5:14few people that say it, but also a lot
- 5:15of people didn't say it. So, you don't
- 5:16you can't trust them.
- 5:18He did say he was falling asleep in Tel,
- 5:20[laughter]
- 5:21>> but he said I can wake it up. I don't
- 5:23know. I I didn't know how to take that.
- 5:25Are we boring or what? I don't know.
- 5:27Okay.
- 5:29The reason why I'm doing this, even
- 5:31though I don't know how many of you
- 5:34actually wanted a five-part series is
- 5:36because that's how important it is. I
- 5:38don't care what you want or not. We have
- 5:40to go over this. Okay. All right. Number
- 5:43one, Bank of New York. The reason why I
- 5:46want to give that explanation is because
- 5:48if you don't know the difference between
- 5:49XRP and RLUSD, then you need to go to
- 5:53look at the very last episode and then
- 5:55come here the episode last time. It is
- 5:58so important actually two episodes ago.
- 6:02>> So important
- 6:04you have to watch this is equally as
- 6:06important. Okay? Nobody has
- 6:10comprehensive information about XRP
- 6:13anywhere.
- 6:16I told Brandon earlier that I promise
- 6:19you in about 5 years people are going to
- 6:22be studying this this series my videos
- 6:25in a university somewhere.
- 6:26>> Mhm.
- 6:29>> Cuz nobody else has it. Thanks. Okay. Um
- 6:33number two, Coinbase expands RLUSD
- 6:36distribution. They announced that at the
- 6:38event, RLUSD be becomes available
- 6:41through Coinbase's retail and
- 6:43institutional platforms, expanding its
- 6:45potential customer base.
- 6:48>> Number three, Ripple Treasury announced
- 6:50247 returns October 26. They announced
- 6:54it pre-event. Eligible corporate
- 6:56customers gain new ways to manage cash
- 6:58and pursue returns outside trading
- 7:00banking hours.
- 7:02>> That's crazy.
- 7:03>> That is very crazy. [snorts]
- 7:07Next one, C2FO supply chain financing.
- 7:10October 27th, they announced that at the
- 7:12event, Ripple and C2FO plan to connect
- 7:15invoice financing and settlement through
- 7:17XRPL
- 7:19and RLUSD.
- 7:22Next one, Aviva Investors tokenized
- 7:24funds October 26 pre-event. So, all the
- 7:28things that I said that's on October 26
- 7:30is literally why we were recording.
- 7:31Okay.
- 7:32>> So far, it's been a mixture. 26 and 27th
- 7:34and 28. Okay. Aviva launches the
- 7:36tokenized share class of its sterling
- 7:38liquidity fund with 50 million pounds
- 7:41invested in the new class and more than
- 7:4486 million pounds across two tokenized
- 7:46offerings. Aviva is a British insurance
- 7:50company.
- 7:51>> Okay.
- 7:51>> Okay.
- 7:53Big time over there.
- 7:55Next one is Robin Hood partnership
- 7:58October 27th. At the event announcement,
- 8:00Robin Hood expands its relationship with
- 8:02Ripple across RLUSD, institutional
- 8:05settlement, prime brokerage, and
- 8:06corporate treasury management. Next one,
- 8:09Ripple's financial performance. On
- 8:11October 28th, they made this
- 8:13announcement at the event. Ripple
- 8:14reports that it's approaching a $900
- 8:16million annual product revenue run rate
- 8:19and says its products enabled more than
- 8:2116 trillion in transactions in 2025.
- 8:26more than more than how many
- 8:28transactions?
- 8:29>> 16 trillion in transactions in 2025.
- 8:32They have a report on this. This doesn't
- 8:35equal liquidity.
- 8:37>> So, I'm going to do a a little bit of a
- 8:39on all 10 of these. I'm going to very
- 8:42briefly brush over it because we only
- 8:43got however long this episode is. But
- 8:47more importantly, I'm really going to do
- 8:49a deep dive on the last two that I have
- 8:51not announced yet. That's what we're
- 8:53really going to talk about today. And
- 8:54I'm going to let you know right now, I'm
- 8:56going to be reading a lot for my notes
- 8:57cuz I have a lot of little details that
- 9:00I want to make sure that I tell you
- 9:03guys.
- 9:04>> I don't want to forget the little
- 9:05details.
- 9:06>> Question before you get too far though,
- 9:07just about the transactions because I
- 9:09know it's not liquidity, but when you
- 9:10when I think about the word transaction,
- 9:12I think about merchant services. So
- 9:15transactions, yes, but wouldn't they get
- 9:17a small commission through the
- 9:19transactions? So, uh, we I don't know if
- 9:21we talked about this, but on the
- 9:23transaction, it's not a commission. They
- 9:25do make a really, really, really tiny
- 9:27fee. It's not super sizable.
- 9:29>> Okay.
- 9:30>> They a lot has [clears throat] to be
- 9:32done. It It's just not it. We have to
- 9:35have mass adoption for it to be like,
- 9:36"Oh my god, second coming of JB Morgan."
- 9:39>> Okay,
- 9:40>> real quick. This is a great moment. This
- 9:42is why you need to be on our newsletter
- 9:44list. I [clears throat] break everything
- 9:45down. You need to get the full picture.
- 9:47Some of y'all understand things better
- 9:49when you read it and you see the
- 9:50outline. I know the show is entertaining
- 9:52[music] and I'll be giving you a game,
- 9:54but I really give a full game away in
- 9:56the newsletter. Go to the link down
- 9:58below, sign up for the newsletter. It is
- 10:00absolutely free. Sign up right now. I
- 10:04actually have a theory real quick before
- 10:05we get to these last two cuz we're going
- 10:06to spend a lot of time talking about
- 10:07them. Don't go anywhere. I do have a
- 10:09theory I thought about as I was putting
- 10:11this all together. Um,
- 10:15so we're look, we're specifically
- 10:16looking at Ripple because y'all love
- 10:17XRP.
- 10:19Ripple is not the only company
- 10:21assembling all of this. We talked about
- 10:23this. They are not unique in that way.
- 10:26>> Okay, you got Circle City, JP Morgan,
- 10:30different ways that they're doing all of
- 10:32this, but nevertheless, DTCC, Canton,
- 10:35whole bunch of people.
- 10:37And so I I ran a little thought
- 10:39experiment in my mind.
- 10:41What if
- 10:43so JP Morgan been doing the darn thing
- 10:46for the past hundred years? Okay.
- 10:48They've been running everything for the
- 10:49past 100 years. What if Ripple does or
- 10:52Ripple or one of these other folks? What
- 10:55if they do take the torch?
- 10:57>> Mhm.
- 10:58>> Okay.
- 11:00What's the difference between JP Morgan
- 11:02and Ripple? And then of course, you
- 11:04know, my brain always goes into like,
- 11:06how can I take advantage of whatever the
- 11:08answer is?
- 11:14The old way of doing things,
- 11:18the old way of doing things is you got
- 11:22your main front and center person.
- 11:25They're the CEO and the mouthpiece.
- 11:29>> The new way of doing things is you don't
- 11:33want that key man risk.
- 11:36You might have
- 11:39a figure head,
- 11:42>> but the brains is really an operation.
- 11:44I'm g tell you what made me think about
- 11:45this.
- 11:48When we talked about like um we looked
- 11:50at Leo Ashenbrer,
- 11:52>> right? And he is the face 21 26 however
- 11:57old he is. I don't know why I can't 21
- 11:59or 26.
- 12:00>> He is the face of situational awareness.
- 12:03And it's like,
- 12:06he's not a traitor. This doesn't make
- 12:09sense. He ain't running that business.
- 12:13>> We looked and we saw who was the ones
- 12:14that was putting money in because
- 12:16they're the ones with the real juice. He
- 12:19ain't really running that business.
- 12:20>> Mhm.
- 12:21>> He might be making some important
- 12:22decisions,
- 12:24but he ain't really the power. Then I
- 12:27thought about um
- 12:30>> I thought you were gonna go Jane Street
- 12:32about
- 12:33>> Jane Street. I that that's a good one.
- 12:35Then I thought about Jane Street. They
- 12:37don't have a CEO.
- 12:38>> Mhm.
- 12:41>> Then I thought about Dang, I can't
- 12:43remember the other one that I thought
- 12:44about. Ripple.
- 12:47This is not the one I was going to say.
- 12:48I can't remember. Ripple. Who the taste
- 12:51of Ripple?
- 12:54So remember,
- 12:56go back and look at the previous episode
- 12:58if you want the history.
- 13:01Couple guys
- 13:03came up with this company. They launched
- 13:07XRP and then they made Opencoin turned
- 13:11into Ripple. Ripple got most of the
- 13:13shares of XRP.
- 13:15>> Y'all don't even know these people's
- 13:17names.
- 13:17>> You forgot another big one.
- 13:18>> Who?
- 13:20>> The most important. No, I ain't gonna
- 13:21say the most important, but the biggest
- 13:23right now. Bitcoin.
- 13:24>> Who? We don't even know who they are. An
- 13:27anonymity. Satoshi.
- 13:30Nobody,
- 13:31>> right?
- 13:32>> Knock nobody.
- 13:34>> Knock nobody.
- 13:35>> Knock a nobody. That's not the one I was
- 13:38going that I was thinking of. Um. Oh,
- 13:44open AI.
- 13:46Remember, it's not that there is no
- 13:48figurehead. is is the figurehead is a
- 13:50figurehead.
- 13:52That dude ain't he ain't nobody. Sam
- 13:55Alman.
- 13:56>> Mhm.
- 13:57>> He ain't nobody.
- 13:59Look at his Look, you look at his
- 14:00resume.
- 14:01>> I was following you into that one. You
- 14:03lost me with the
- 14:04>> He's not really making the decisions.
- 14:06>> He's just a figurehead.
- 14:09That's what all of these people are.
- 14:10They're figureheads.
- 14:11>> Okay.
- 14:12>> The old model JP Morgan.
- 14:16JP Morgan was running things, making
- 14:18decisions.
- 14:20All the old guard that is done.
- 14:24>> Donald Trump come from that age. That's
- 14:26why he like it's me. I'm making the
- 14:28decisions. I'm on the face of
- 14:29everything. I'm It's me. It's all me.
- 14:32It's all me. And we realize
- 14:35remove your opinions about him. There is
- 14:38risk. There's key man risk involved in
- 14:40that.
- 14:43Guess what? Sam Bman say something wrong
- 14:45tomorrow.
- 14:46>> You out of here,
- 14:49he not really the one pull pulling the
- 14:51strings.
- 14:53And I believe that's that's the truth
- 14:55about Facebook too, which is why like
- 14:58he's,
- 15:00you know, if you look at the
- 15:01conspiracies that technology was given
- 15:04to him by DARPA conspiracies.
- 15:06>> Mhm.
- 15:07>> You're just a figurehead.
- 15:10That's why he really don't really
- 15:13I ain't really a good businessman.
- 15:16You just got to put in that position.
- 15:18Neither is Sam Alman.
- 15:21All right, last two.
- 15:24Number one, y'all probably guessed it. I
- 15:28lost my space. Okay, Ever North's
- 15:31liquidity. We talked about Ever North a
- 15:34little bit
- 15:36>> and I said, "I don't have time to get to
- 15:37Ever North, but we got to talk about
- 15:39Ever North." Because they put out a
- 15:41report October 27th. They did a research
- 15:44and they released it and said that Ever
- 15:46North examined the difference between
- 15:48recording assets on chain and having
- 15:50usable trading, financing, and
- 15:52collateral markets. They are researching
- 15:55what?
- 15:57It's a word that begins with L. The L
- 15:59word. Remember I was obsessed with
- 16:01volatility. Nicole volatility liquidity.
- 16:03Yep. Nicole liquidity pervy.
- 16:05>> You said they're researching liquidity.
- 16:07>> That's what the That's what the That's
- 16:08what the the research report that they
- 16:10released on the 27th.
- 16:11>> Mhm.
- 16:14>> So, I'm going to explain who Evan North
- 16:15is in just a minute.
- 16:18But
- 16:20there are Ripple XRP
- 16:25like this.
- 16:25>> Mhm.
- 16:26>> All like this. Okay. I'll explain it in
- 16:28a minute. Its reported findings include
- 16:31XRP's role in RLUSD swaps and limited
- 16:34participation in permission venues.
- 16:37We'll talk about that report in a
- 16:39minute. It's important. And last but not
- 16:41least, this is the big thing that
- 16:44happened while we were talking last
- 16:46week.
- 16:47>> Ripple got their bank charter. Ripple
- 16:50National Trust Bank October 26, Monday,
- 16:53pre-event. The OC grants final approval
- 16:56for Ripple's federally chartered trust
- 16:58bank, adding supervised reserve
- 17:00management, trustee responsibilities,
- 17:01and digital asset custody.
- 17:05>> Wow.
- 17:06>> They're a bank.
- 17:08Is it a bank that you can go and deposit
- 17:10your money in? No. We'll talk about what
- 17:13a chartered trust bank is and how that
- 17:17benefits them in just a minute.
- 17:22All of this while we were talking we a
- 17:24ripple ripple ripple ripple ripple and
- 17:25ripple like ripple ripple ripple and
- 17:28another ripple and you get a ripple and
- 17:30you get a ripple. How was my weekend?
- 17:33How was my weekend? Sorry y'all again. I
- 17:37can't explain that joke. One of my
- 17:39friends was like I I missed that joke.
- 17:41How did this No, you didn't miss it.
- 17:43[laughter] Let me explain it to you.
- 17:45[sighs]
- 17:46This is Brandon's joke. I'm going to
- 17:48give you all a hint. [laughter]
- 17:49This is not my joke. This does not come
- 17:51from the mind of Nicole.
- 17:52>> Well, they want to know the joke.
- 17:53>> How was my weekend and Dave
- 17:54>> Chappelle? Yeah, that's it.
- 17:58>> Google it. Come back. This is from the
- 18:00sick mind of Brandon.
- 18:02>> It's not my mind. It's Dave Chapel.
- 18:04[laughter]
- 18:05>> Brandon just basically said every time
- 18:06he comes in, I have some exciting thing
- 18:08to say. How was your weekend? And then
- 18:10I'm like, how was my weekend? But it
- 18:13don't be exciting like that. [laughter]
- 18:16Okay. All right. I'm sorry. Let's go.
- 18:19Um, okay. Before we go into all of this,
- 18:23I do want to remind you of um something
- 18:26that I talked about last week. It's
- 18:27really important. I have a theory. It's
- 18:30called the pervy monetary liquidity
- 18:32flywheel. Okay? And so, one of the
- 18:35things that we all know XRP is a
- 18:40currency. It's a cryptocurrency. And
- 18:41everyone wants to have the
- 18:42cryptocurrency that gets mass adopted.
- 18:44Okay. Do they want to compete with the
- 18:47US dollar? Yes, but no. No, but yes.
- 18:52Would it be like how was my weekend if
- 18:54all of a sudden people stopped using the
- 18:55US dollar and now they're using XRP?
- 18:59Would that be like that for the people
- 19:00who own Ripple? Absolutely.
- 19:03But
- 19:05no.
- 19:07Why am I saying this? because no matter
- 19:09what they do want a cryptocurrency
- 19:12whether it's RLUSD or XRP that is mass
- 19:16adopted
- 19:18what makes a currency mass adopted
- 19:20because technically I can say lip gloss
- 19:22is a currency as I'm saying right now
- 19:24lip gloss is a currency does it have any
- 19:27value is it mass adopted
- 19:30>> no certain things have to be in place
- 19:33and so my Nicole Pervy monetary
- 19:36liquidity flywheel
- 19:39states that there are three pillars of
- 19:41monetary power. The first one is money.
- 19:44Money that people trust. I just
- 19:46established the money which is the
- 19:48liquid the lip gloss. That's the money.
- 19:51Number two, financial services. Sorry.
- 19:55You want to deposit your lip glosses at
- 19:57my bank. Okay. Now I got financial
- 19:58services.
- 20:00>> Number three is financial
- 20:03infrastructure.
- 20:06Okay. payment networks, clearing houses,
- 20:08settlement systems, securities
- 20:09deposiitories, custody infrastructure,
- 20:11financial le ledgers, foreign exchange
- 20:13settlement, tokenized platforms, digital
- 20:15asset networks. You have to have all
- 20:18three of these things. Once you have all
- 20:20three of these things, they feed into
- 20:22each other and you get the flywheel
- 20:24going. And guess what? They all equal.
- 20:27All three. You can't have one. You can't
- 20:29have two.
- 20:30>> Mhm.
- 20:30>> You have to have all three.
- 20:32Guess what they all give you?
- 20:35You know what?
- 20:36>> What?
- 20:37>> You guessed it. Say what again? You
- 20:39guessed it.
- 20:40>> What?
- 20:41>> The L word.
- 20:42>> Liquidity.
- 20:43>> Liquidity.
- 20:45So, I got this, but it's no liquidity
- 20:48cuz no one trusts it.
- 20:50>> No financial services, no
- 20:52infrastructure. How am I going to get
- 20:53this to you?
- 20:57And as you were saying that and as I'm
- 20:58thinking I'm thinking about all the
- 20:59different cuz I have a I have a personal
- 21:02theory about AI and digital currency. I
- 21:05think that digital currency is the
- 21:07currency for the internet specifically
- 21:10their race is AI. That's my personal.
- 21:13>> So you think this all fits into it by
- 21:15saying if we increase demand for AI,
- 21:17y'all got to do digital currency?
- 21:19>> Hand to hand.
- 21:20>> I'm not mad at that at all. That's
- 21:22probably something I overlooked.
- 21:24>> Mhm. I just hate how people are just
- 21:27going to waste so much. They're going to
- 21:28lose so much money better than
- 21:29>> because we trap the liquidity and so
- 21:31they got to make the dollar be able to
- 21:33stretch further like you know.
- 21:35>> Yeah. But also too like
- 21:38the the speed at which AI works.
- 21:41>> It needs to have instant settlement.
- 21:43>> Yeah.
- 21:44>> I ain't mad at that. Brilliant.
- 21:47I'm I think it's brilliant. I'm going to
- 21:50just flat out give you flowers. No ifs
- 21:52or buts. I do have some ifs, ends, and
- 21:54buts, but it's really no ifs, and ends,
- 21:56or buts.
- 21:57>> Mhm.
- 21:58>> I think I've just been so um my brain
- 22:01didn't even let me go down that road
- 22:04>> because
- 22:06I'm, you know, I try not to give y'all
- 22:08actual advice on this show.
- 22:11>> But what I'm hoping that you guys see is
- 22:14that AI works. It's great. Sure,
- 22:17whatever. I don't need the AI police
- 22:18coming after me. I ain't saying nothing
- 22:20bad about AI. But what we do know is
- 22:22that with every revolution, 99% of
- 22:26people fail.
- 22:28>> And so most of you will live lose lose
- 22:30the shirts off your backs betting just
- 22:33on AI. And it has no we did a whole
- 22:36episode on this. It has nothing to do
- 22:38with it working or not or being
- 22:40beneficial to humankind or not. Has
- 22:42nothing to do with that. It just has
- 22:43everything to do with people
- 22:46then take on way too much risk when
- 22:49they're excited about new technology or
- 22:52new innovation and they start making
- 22:54stuff we don't need
- 22:56and really at the end of the day there
- 22:58can only be a few winners.
- 23:00>> Mhm.
- 23:01>> That so that's that's really why my
- 23:03brain didn't even allow me to go there.
- 23:04But you're 100% right. So this thing
- 23:07needs AI to work. Everyone give Brandon
- 23:10his flowers. Pull some flowers in the
- 23:12comments cuz he ate with that. Oh, I'm
- 23:15giving you. [laughter]
- 23:17Look at that there.
- 23:21Brandon normally gives me his Pac-Man be
- 23:23from behind the camera
- 23:25and this time I'm giving him a Pac-Man.
- 23:27Okay. All right. So, what I wanted to
- 23:31just remind you about that uh I'm sure
- 23:34I'm flashing something on the screen is
- 23:36because we're going to look at each of
- 23:38the top 10 things that came out as well.
- 23:40that list that I gave you already and
- 23:42we're going to identify where they go
- 23:46in the flywheel. Wait a minute. Before
- 23:48we go into SW, I do want to give you a
- 23:49little bit of history just so you can
- 23:50have some context. Swell is Ripple's
- 23:53annual conference. They had it in New
- 23:55York City this year and last year. This
- 23:58year was the first year that they opened
- 23:59up tickets to every day regular people
- 24:01before it was invite only.
- 24:03>> The attendees went from 600 to I think
- 24:061,500. Mhm.
- 24:07>> From previous year to last year, they be
- 24:09having famous people speak. I think they
- 24:11had Matt Damon, they had Bill Clinton.
- 24:15Famous people be attending. Yeah, Matt
- 24:17Damon spoke at this year's.
- 24:20>> Oh, wow.
- 24:21>> I, you know, maybe he's a big crypto
- 24:24person. I don't know. But why do I want
- 24:28to hear about Matt? Y'all have to give
- 24:29me
- 24:29>> I think Matt Damon is a big crypto
- 24:31person.
- 24:31>> Okay. All right. I ain't mad at that.
- 24:32>> Yeah, I think I think
- 24:33>> But even then, I still don't want to
- 24:34hear what he has to say.
- 24:37I'm cool. I'd have been out in the lobby
- 24:40cracking jokes while he was talking.
- 24:42[laughter]
- 24:43>> M for president.
- 24:45>> Anybody for president other than what we
- 24:48got. [laughter]
- 24:49Scott Vent, he spoke. So some of the at
- 24:53this event, even though they open up
- 24:54tickets to everyday people, some of the
- 24:56events were invite only. Okay. We had
- 24:59the former president of the New York
- 25:01Stock Exchange, CEO of CME Group, the
- 25:04former governor of the Reserve Bank of
- 25:06India, former IMF chief. Yeah, they be
- 25:08having um people come up and pull up.
- 25:11Before we dive in to this, most of this
- 25:14is going to be about the bank. Before we
- 25:16dive into this, I do want to tell you
- 25:19that remember
- 25:22from two weeks ago, we gave a ranking.
- 25:25Remember the ranking?
- 25:27>> Joy. So we gave two rankings. So when we
- 25:31looked at all of the players in this
- 25:33settlement risk war
- 25:34>> Okay. Yeah.
- 25:35>> It was about 28 different companies.
- 25:38JP Morgan, Canton, City, DTCC,
- 25:43Ripple,
- 25:44>> all the peeps and we ranked them. It's
- 25:49our ranking. None of this is fact. I
- 25:51gave you guys a all my notes that
- 25:55explained my rankings. And so we came up
- 25:57with two lists of who would win, right?
- 26:00Because at the end of the day, y'all are
- 26:02looking at this. One of the ways that
- 26:03I'm looking at it is like, hey, I want
- 26:05to invest in a company that I want to
- 26:08make the bet as a passive investor on
- 26:10who's going to win.
- 26:11>> Okay.
- 26:13>> A educated bet, I should say. So, we
- 26:16looked at two rankings. We ranked the
- 26:18top 10.
- 26:19>> Yeah. The winner take off. winner takes
- 26:21all
- 26:22>> or interoperability.
- 26:24Interoperability, which will probably be
- 26:27most likely to happen, means that you
- 26:29have all of these systems speaking to
- 26:31each other or not all of them, but
- 26:33narrowing it down probably to five to 10
- 26:36different systems speaking to each other
- 26:38to make instant settlement work and
- 26:41tokenization work.
- 26:43>> All right. And so we had two different
- 26:45rankings. one for winter tanks all and
- 26:46who would win the most in
- 26:48interoperability.
- 26:50All right, so here's the thing. Based on
- 26:53my measuring stick
- 26:56after swell, the rankings changed, so
- 27:00I'm going to make you wait till the end
- 27:01to see it.
- 27:03>> I know.
- 27:07>> I'm I'm curious about this one now.
- 27:09>> I know you should be.
- 27:13All right. So, let's talk about uh what
- 27:15the Ripple charter means.
- 27:18So, just FYI, they had a conditional
- 27:20approval last year and then the charter
- 27:23was effective on the 26th, last Monday.
- 27:26And the approval gives Ripple a
- 27:29federally supervised institution
- 27:31authorized to perform specific trust and
- 27:34custody activities, including managing
- 27:36assets backing the RLUSD stable coin.
- 27:41Are they now your local bank where you
- 27:43can go and make deposits and cash your
- 27:46check? No.
- 27:48What can they do? Managed segregated
- 27:51reserve backing RLUSD.
- 27:54Remember for stable coins, one of the
- 27:57laws is if you're going to be a stable
- 28:00coin backed one to one by the US dollar,
- 28:03you can hold ca you not 10. You have to
- 28:06hold either cash
- 28:08>> or treasuries 93 days or less.
- 28:11>> Mhm.
- 28:12>> Okay. You can't just be like, "Oh, this
- 28:13is back by one the one by the dollar and
- 28:16I just woke up and here you go." No. All
- 28:20right. Where are you going to hold these
- 28:22assets?
- 28:26Is that a question?
- 28:28>> Maybe
- 28:33who's going to manage it? Because okay,
- 28:35you are the company that has the stable
- 28:37coin, but you also
- 28:42have your own
- 28:44cash,
- 28:46your your income, your operations, you
- 28:48know, all that has to keep stay
- 28:49separated. M
- 28:50>> who where you going to we got to decide
- 28:53who who going to be able to hold it.
- 28:54>> Mhm. So now you're saying the bank their
- 28:57their bank that they created is
- 29:00designated for that
- 29:02>> the trust. Okay.
- 29:06They can act as collateral trustee for
- 29:09RLUSD holders. So I buy some RLUSD
- 29:13wherever
- 29:15they are now the trustee of the
- 29:18collateral that backs the RLUSD that you
- 29:21hold. They are the trustee.
- 29:24>> Wow.
- 29:25>> I know. [laughter]
- 29:27I know.
- 29:31They provide fiduciary custody of
- 29:34digital assets. They actually hold
- 29:37custody. This is what I was trying to
- 29:38explain before. They actually hold the
- 29:40custody of the digital assets.
- 29:43Okay. Do they issue the RLUSD? No.
- 29:47Standard custody is the issuer. Guess
- 29:49who owns standard custody? Them.
- 29:52>> Okay.
- 29:54Offer ordinary checking and savings
- 29:56accounts? No.
- 29:59Do they make ordinary commercial loans?
- 30:02No.
- 30:05Do they automatically provide FDIC
- 30:07insured customer deposits? No.
- 30:12Does it automatically give Ripport XRP
- 30:14direct Federal Reserve payment system
- 30:16access? No.
- 30:20So, I said it last week and I'm going to
- 30:21say it again this week. It sound like
- 30:23they just created their own Federal
- 30:25Reserve. No.
- 30:27>> I you know, I have to really sit and
- 30:30think about answering that. I mean
- 30:33technically every bank is a reserve.
- 30:37Like that's what a bank is. Federal
- 30:40reserve just means that you are the
- 30:41reserve for the federal government.
- 30:46So if you bank at
- 30:48>> Don't we have isn't our federal like the
- 30:51the federal you're you're saying that
- 30:54they're inserted themselves as being a
- 30:55bank of the US government. Is that what
- 30:57you're saying?
- 31:00>> In such in so many words. Yes. to
- 31:02simplify it to dumb it down. Yes,
- 31:04>> sort of kind of with that with the layer
- 31:07of RLUSD being in between,
- 31:09>> right? For the for the new platform of
- 31:11course.
- 31:11>> That's why I said JP Morgan count your
- 31:12days.
- 31:13>> Yeah.
- 31:18>> Remember when I said on last episode I
- 31:20was like this is like Succession or bit
- 31:23Billions.
- 31:26>> I got to go watch it. I'mma watch it.
- 31:27But just imagine for just a second for
- 31:30those of you who have never seen
- 31:31Succession or Billions, it is a drama
- 31:34about cutthroat
- 31:37like
- 31:38the war of business.
- 31:40>> Mhm.
- 31:41>> They like what do you mean JP Morgan? We
- 31:44coming for your neck.
- 31:46>> Mhm.
- 31:49>> We just going to now having a a a a
- 31:52conference and announce 25 different
- 31:54features. Yes,
- 31:56>> it's very major. I feel like the the
- 31:58five-part series for that is very
- 32:00needed.
- 32:00>> I know. Isn't it crazy?
- 32:01>> I mean, cuz you said it from the
- 32:02beginning, but like as you go deeper and
- 32:04peel back the layers is showing how deep
- 32:06the whole financial structure is about
- 32:10to ch is changing about to change.
- 32:12>> And that's what that's why I was saying
- 32:14like I'm not doing this five-part
- 32:16series. Like I'm going to tell y'all the
- 32:18difference between this channel and a
- 32:19lot of channels and I'm actually really
- 32:21blessed and grateful that it works. If
- 32:24you study YouTube, what they teach you
- 32:25is basically like, and I'm not mad at
- 32:28this strategy like at all,
- 32:32>> go and look for opportunities
- 32:35to cover content.
- 32:36>> Mhm.
- 32:37>> Right. Go and look for gaps, information
- 32:41gaps. And I'm not going to go into the
- 32:42details about how they the different
- 32:44techniques they tell you, but go and
- 32:46look for things that you can touch on.
- 32:50Like I'll give you an example
- 32:52where it's like the viewer-led strategy
- 32:56for coming up with your content. Mr.
- 32:59Beast always talks about or he has
- 33:01talked about how like
- 33:03the idea always starts with title and
- 33:07thumbnail first. If we can't nail down
- 33:09the title and thumbnail, we won't make
- 33:10the video.
- 33:12>> Okay. I don't do that. I'm not mad at
- 33:15that. He's literally the largest
- 33:17YouTuber in the world. Get your money,
- 33:19young king. Get your money, white king.
- 33:22I love that for you.
- 33:24>> I'm not mad at it. I just don't do that.
- 33:27And I don't know why God wired me this
- 33:29way. Something about me have to do what
- 33:31I want to do.
- 33:32>> Mhm.
- 33:33>> And so I'm saying all this to say I'm
- 33:34not doing this five-part series because
- 33:37I
- 33:39it's a opportunity. I'm doing it because
- 33:42you really need it. I really didn't want
- 33:43to do it.
- 33:44>> Yeah.
- 33:45>> But this
- 33:48Okay.
- 33:49>> And you said something. You said you're
- 33:50grateful that it works. And like, you
- 33:53know, gratitude is huge. It's for us
- 33:56like having gratitude. And that goes
- 33:59back to what we said earlier about
- 34:02Warren Buffett and when he was like
- 34:05years ago when he was talking about how
- 34:07he owed those taxes, those seven billion
- 34:09in taxes
- 34:11>> and his statement was and we were glad
- 34:12to do it.
- 34:14>> We were happy.
- 34:15>> And we were talking about tithes. Yeah.
- 34:16>> Sorry y'all. Brief interruption. And so
- 34:20how did we even get on that
- 34:21conversation?
- 34:22>> You was like that sleep hit different.
- 34:24That's what you said, boy. Something
- 34:25about that sleep that hit different.
- 34:27That's how we got there.
- 34:28>> Sleep hit different. What?
- 34:29>> Cuz we you was like we both went through
- 34:31our trials for the last couple years.
- 34:34>> Yeah. So I've I've publicly, this is not
- 34:36new, talked about how um I've always
- 34:40been a money magnet. My whole life. I
- 34:42always had loads and loads of money.
- 34:462024 was a horrible year for me.
- 34:48>> And so I met Brandon coming up out of
- 34:51that and I was saying so right as of
- 34:54right now it's the second and I was
- 34:56saying cuz Brandon also went and do his
- 34:59stuff and I was like don't it hit
- 35:00different when the first come around you
- 35:02got your [laughter] rent.
- 35:03>> You said that sleep hit different.
- 35:05>> The sleep hit different and I was like I
- 35:07you be grateful to pay your pay your
- 35:09rent
- 35:10>> and pay all your first of the month
- 35:11bills,
- 35:12>> right? And um y'all 2024 was horrible
- 35:16for me.
- 35:18Never been more grateful to shove away
- 35:20some money in my life. And so you said
- 35:22that reminded him, he said it reminded
- 35:24him of Warren Buffett saying he's
- 35:26grateful to pay trillions, billions, not
- 35:29trillions, but billions of dollars in
- 35:30taxes, whatever he says tax bill was.
- 35:32>> And I said, "Yeah." And then I started
- 35:36talking about tithe.
- 35:36>> Yeah. I said, "That reminded me of me,
- 35:38me and my tithes, too. like have to be
- 35:41more
- 35:43be more mindful of being more grateful
- 35:44to pay my tithe. And then we got into
- 35:46the scripture part.
- 35:47>> Yes. And I was like I already knew where
- 35:48he was going to go with that because
- 35:49there's a scripture that says uh God
- 35:51loves a cheerful giver, right? And so I
- 35:54was like, "Oh, I'm so glad you brought
- 35:55that up because one thing about me is
- 35:59I
- 36:01I'm not saying this to brag at all cuz I
- 36:04got major areas
- 36:07as a believer.
- 36:10>> I have major areas that I need to work
- 36:11on, okay? I'm as filthy rags. But one
- 36:14area that I don't really struggle with
- 36:16is tithing.
- 36:18>> I don't play about my tithes, okay?
- 36:21And um I was saying to him, one of the
- 36:25strategies that I do, and I feel like
- 36:26this has always been something that has
- 36:28allowed me to be a money magnet, is I am
- 36:32very intentional. Every time I go to
- 36:34tithe, I kind of close my eyes and I
- 36:36just no matter where it's going, what
- 36:39church is going to, what I think of the
- 36:41pastor, what I think is going on in the
- 36:43church, it doesn't matter. I always go
- 36:44into a state of I'm happy to give this,
- 36:47not because of the church. And so this
- 36:49is how you a lot of y'all be getting
- 36:51tricked out of your blessings is because
- 36:53tithing is a sacrifice. Why is it a
- 36:56sacrifice? Because no matter who you
- 36:59give it to because man is flawed. No
- 37:01matter who you give it to, sorry, God
- 37:03is, you know, Jesus is not walking
- 37:05around here no more. God is not
- 37:06manifesting himself. So you can't just
- 37:08be like, "Here God, you have to give it
- 37:10to a man."
- 37:11>> So no matter who you give it to is going
- 37:13to be a flawed man,
- 37:15>> right? So you have to, no matter who the
- 37:17flawed man is, you have to still give
- 37:21with gratitude.
- 37:24That is the sacrifice. And y'all get
- 37:26tricked out of your blessings because
- 37:29you don't want to give because you're
- 37:30judging the pastor.
- 37:31>> Mhm.
- 37:33>> And you're think, "Oh, that's is going
- 37:34for hair to going." What they do with it
- 37:36is their business.
- 37:39>> That ain't got nothing to do. That's
- 37:40between you and your guy. For me,
- 37:44for me, if I have deemed you a man of
- 37:46God,
- 37:47>> now again, Grant, again, man of God does
- 37:50not equal perfect.
- 37:54>> Sorry,
- 37:56he left and said he'd be back.
- 37:58[laughter] You know what's synonymous
- 38:00about business and and that what you're
- 38:02saying is as you're talking about that
- 38:04I'm thinking about you know maybe it's
- 38:07the spirit moving right now but you it's
- 38:10more so like you ain't paying your ties
- 38:11and you blocking your liquidity you know
- 38:13>> you blocking your liquidity
- 38:15>> because in business
- 38:16>> so this is what I was the other thing I
- 38:17was going to say one of my favorite
- 38:19scriptures it says where Israel
- 38:24were not they were not tithing and God
- 38:27says I cut holes in your pocket. You
- 38:30making money, but you ain't got enough.
- 38:33Start tithing again. Test me in this.
- 38:36If you test me in this, I will pour you
- 38:38out a blessing that ye shall not have
- 38:40room enough to receive.
- 38:42>> And so, most people focus on I will pour
- 38:44you I I will open up the floodgates. I
- 38:46will pour you out a blessing that shall
- 38:47not have room enough to receive. Okay,
- 38:50there's so much in that.
- 38:53But
- 38:55the part that you miss, I'm going to go
- 38:56back to the do you not have room enough
- 38:57to receive. The part that you miss is to
- 38:59test me in this part.
- 39:02Do you know that God does not like to be
- 39:03tested
- 39:06over search the scriptures multiple
- 39:09times? It's maybe about five or six
- 39:10times where God's like, I don't like to
- 39:12be tested.
- 39:13>> Don't test me.
- 39:15>> Just imagine, do you like my son when he
- 39:17was small, we used to be like, Joseph,
- 39:20what is this? Hold up a a What is this?
- 39:23I don't like don't test me. I already
- 39:24know. He always been like that.
- 39:26>> Jesus [clears throat] said that to Satan
- 39:27in the wilderness. Do not put your God
- 39:29to the test.
- 39:30>> God don't like to test. But God loves
- 39:32you so much
- 39:34that he allow you to test him in one
- 39:36instance.
- 39:39>> That's with the tithes. So that you can
- 39:41break the curse of money. Loving money.
- 39:46Let's be very clear [laughter]
- 39:47because money is not cursed. Loving
- 39:49money and hoarding it is a curse.
- 39:51Brandon gave me my Pac-Man's for the
- 39:53day. Hoarding it is a curse. You stop
- 39:56the flow. You cut holes in your pocket.
- 39:58You'll make it, but it won't be enough.
- 39:59So, some of y'all is making it looking
- 40:01up like, "Dang, I just Some of y'all's
- 40:03October. Y'all just did your taxes.
- 40:06>> You know, you did the extension and
- 40:08you're like, "Yo, I literally made 300
- 40:11grand."
- 40:11>> Mhm.
- 40:13>> And you're looking at your investment
- 40:15account like, "Where did the money go?"
- 40:18>> Is that in your book? that whole like
- 40:20mindset and and your
- 40:23>> I might I think so I can't remember but
- 40:25I
- 40:25>> I mean because it sounds like investing
- 40:27like it is investing is investing
- 40:29>> it is
- 40:30>> that's why Jesus gave a lot of
- 40:32scriptures about investing
- 40:34>> the talents cuz you think you investing
- 40:38here God is investing in you all you got
- 40:40to do you can't outgive me
- 40:42>> all you got to do is give it back oh you
- 40:45want to test me in this
- 40:47you can't outgive me M.
- 40:50>> So
- 40:52that's the only time that he allows you
- 40:54to test him so that you can break the
- 40:58curse of hoarding money.
- 41:01What are you thinking?
- 41:03Which brings me back to my original
- 41:05statement because you you correct me if
- 41:07I'm wrong, but the real purpose of the
- 41:11US Federal Reserve Bank, right, is to
- 41:14when liquidity stalls is to inject
- 41:16liquidity in the economy, right?
- 41:19>> Oh, come on. $40. [laughter]
- 41:22>> So, I mean,
- 41:25so God is the bank.
- 41:28>> Yeah.
- 41:28>> When liquidity stalls, gold tithe. I got
- 41:30a story real quick. I think I don't know
- 41:32if I told y'all this story before, but
- 41:34um I remember one year um early
- 41:37entrepreneurship days I had staff
- 41:40staff was staffing and we were staffed
- 41:42up and I remember like either I had paid
- 41:47I had paid everybody for the week and I
- 41:50literally my bank accounts was zero zero
- 41:54and then um I went to church. I was
- 41:57heavy going to church at the time. I
- 41:59went to church and when they passed the
- 42:01collection plate around and this was one
- 42:03of the first times that I was like I
- 42:05really didn't have it like but I was
- 42:07like I'm just going to be happy anyway.
- 42:09I was fly in church. It was this is just
- 42:12what happens when you're in business and
- 42:13you got staff and you got overhead.
- 42:15Okay.
- 42:15>> And so I'm sitting there fly and I I
- 42:18remember what purse I had and everything
- 42:20and they passed the collection plate and
- 42:21I was let me just look one more time
- 42:23>> and I looked in my purse and there was a
- 42:26dollar. I was so happy. I just found a
- 42:30dollar.
- 42:31>> Promise you I wasn't there before. And I
- 42:34put it in the collection plate and
- 42:35passed it around. And do you know that
- 42:36next week I made so much money
- 42:39>> and I happily tithed my last dollar.
- 42:45>> And I'm going to say one other thing. Go
- 42:46ahead. Go ahead.
- 42:46>> No, I was just saying that's beautiful.
- 42:48That's just
- 42:48>> my favorite one of my favorite tithing
- 42:50stories. I'm going tell y'all one last
- 42:52thing. There's another scripture that
- 42:53says like given shall be given to you.
- 42:56Oh, I can't remember if it's this one
- 42:57tied with the other one.
- 43:00Given shall be given to you, pressed
- 43:01down, shaken together, running over. Man
- 43:03will give them to you um from of his
- 43:04bosom. I'm paraphrasing.
- 43:07This is the part that y'all be missing
- 43:08too. Especially when y'all be don't
- 43:10wanting to tithe.
- 43:13It doesn't say God is going to come. You
- 43:15have to find a perfect person who is the
- 43:18manifestation of God and God is going to
- 43:20give. No, it says pressed down, shaken
- 43:22together, man is going to give unto you
- 43:25of his bosom. So some you you press down
- 43:27shake. We don't know where it's coming
- 43:29from.
- 43:30>> You don't know. All you got to do is
- 43:31give
- 43:33>> some is going to come back to you from
- 43:35someplace else. It's not going to come
- 43:36back from that person. So you're
- 43:38expecting to pay and the church is going
- 43:40to repay you by being perfect.
- 43:42>> Yeah.
- 43:43>> And it doesn't work like that.
- 43:46>> A lot of people miss this shaking
- 43:47together part.
- 43:48>> They miss the shaking together. They
- 43:50miss the man given to you of his bosom,
- 43:52too. That's it's like they all have to
- 43:55work for it to work. And the shaking
- 43:57together part is a where people get
- 43:59stuck.
- 43:59>> They get stuck. You you giving you
- 44:01giving over here and you expect why this
- 44:03person won't get back to me. Why this
- 44:05won't get back and you you stopping your
- 44:07flow because you don't want to give
- 44:08because that person is not giving back
- 44:10to you. It's not that's not how it
- 44:11rolls.
- 44:14>> I'm done with my with my sermon after
- 44:16this. I was telling my friend that that
- 44:18part specifically that pressed down,
- 44:19shaking together, runth over is like
- 44:22equivalent to like
- 44:25creating a soda can and like God, you
- 44:28know, if the soda can just sit in the
- 44:30soda can, it's cool. Like ain't nothing
- 44:32going on. Then you take that soda can
- 44:34and then you shake it up real quick. Now
- 44:36the soda can expanding a little bit, but
- 44:39the pressure is so much that
- 44:41>> you got to pop it open. Once you pop it
- 44:43open, it's
- 44:45>> overflow.
- 44:46>> Overflow
- 44:46>> of floodgates of heaven. You shall let
- 44:48me say this one last thing about the ye
- 44:50shall not have room enough to receive.
- 44:53One of my favorite things about that
- 44:55scripture is um this is how this is how
- 44:58he allows you to test him when you hoard
- 45:02and don't give
- 45:05through that scripture is implying that
- 45:06you don't have room to receive.
- 45:11Hey, test me in this. When you finally
- 45:13do give, you have not corrected the fact
- 45:15that you don't have room.
- 45:17>> I'm going to open the floodgates of
- 45:18heaven that you still won't have room.
- 45:21There's another part. You have to
- 45:22increase your capacity.
- 45:24>> Mhm.
- 45:24>> But it's going to come at you so fast.
- 45:26And this is this is typically what
- 45:28happens when you're growing in your
- 45:30business. This is a great segue back
- 45:31into the topic. This is what happens
- 45:33when you're growing in your business and
- 45:35you have scaling problems or you have
- 45:38like rich people problems like oh my god
- 45:42the orders is coming in but we can't
- 45:43have it. You don't have room enough to
- 45:46receive. So the best thing you can do
- 45:50the best order is
- 45:52>> to
- 45:54give however what whatever strategy you
- 45:57want to use. I'm talking about giving,
- 45:59right? Give
- 46:00>> to open the floodgates and then expand
- 46:03the capacity. Some of y'all do the
- 46:05opposite.
- 46:06>> You try to expand your capacity and then
- 46:09you want it to come and then you when
- 46:10that happens, you never have enough.
- 46:13>> So, you're always operating at a
- 46:15scarcity. No, start with the giving.
- 46:20>> Remember, the giving doesn't solve the
- 46:21capacity issue.
- 46:24And then you could be like, "Oh my
- 46:25goodness, I got to hurry up. I got to
- 46:26hurry up. This is why we're growing very
- 46:28quickly
- 46:29>> because it's coming. I don't have room
- 46:30enough to receive, but I already been
- 46:32here before. So, I know I have to hurry
- 46:33up and scale my capacity. This is why we
- 46:36just new person started today.
- 46:38>> And it's so crazy how all of it
- 46:40intertwines cuz this makes me think
- 46:41about the 16 billion in transactions.
- 46:45It's like cuz it got it just got to keep
- 46:47flowing.
- 46:48>> It got to keep flowing. What the report
- 46:50show is that we got 16 billion
- 46:51transactions. A lot of those
- 46:52transactions was on the other side of
- 46:54XRP. It doesn't equal liquidity, but
- 46:57that don't mean we got to slow down. We
- 46:58just have to keep expanding capacity.
- 47:01So, we have 16 billion in transactions.
- 47:03That's not making XRP go up.
- 47:06>> Mhm.
- 47:08>> But it's okay. It's okay. We're going to
- 47:10keep going. We're going to keep quieting
- 47:12businesses. We going to keep quieting
- 47:13companies. We're going to keep
- 47:15>> cuz now they got a chartered bank for
- 47:17what they got in store.
- 47:21>> Come on. Okay. Sorry y'all who don't
- 47:24like Jesus. [laughter]
- 47:26Sorry.
- 47:29Now that now [laughter] that now that
- 47:30Satan's gone
- 47:35[laughter]
- 47:37for the people that clicked on.
- 47:41Now that the enem is gone, we can
- 47:43continue our conversation, y'all. Right.
- 47:46All right. All right. [clears throat]
- 47:47All right. All right. Um, let's go into
- 47:51um,
- 47:52>> for those who still here and ready to
- 47:54ready just put overflow in the comment.
- 47:57I just want overflow.
- 47:58>> Come on. We're going to try to get
- 48:00church pap.
- 48:01>> No, [laughter] I'm just saying whoever
- 48:02whoever stayed right now.
- 48:05>> Put overflow in the
- 48:06>> get it. It's coming.
- 48:08>> Put overflow in the cup.
- 48:09>> 2027 going to be the year. Who would
- 48:10have thought? [laughter] Who wouldn't
- 48:12wasn't on your wild card to hear a
- 48:14sermon about Ripple? Can Ripple and his
- 48:17sermon in the same YouTube video.
- 48:22>> What the application reveals about
- 48:23Ripple's intentions. Its proposed bank
- 48:26had three principal activities. Manage
- 48:28segregated RLUSD reserves under an
- 48:30arrangement directed by the stable coin
- 48:32issuer. Two, act as a collateral trustee
- 48:36in the interest of RLUSD holders. Number
- 48:38three, provide fiduciary digital asset
- 48:42custody to affiliated and outside
- 48:44institutional customers.
- 48:46Who owns the bank? Ripple Labs, Inc.
- 48:49Hopefully, you are already understand
- 48:51this, but I did want to break it down.
- 48:52How RLUSD and Ripple National Trust Bank
- 48:55work together. First, you have to
- 48:57understand what backs the stable coin
- 48:58one to one. You already know that the
- 49:00issuer simply can't spend the million
- 49:02dollars however it wants. So you give a
- 49:05dollar or a million dollars,
- 49:07the issuer gets the million. They can't
- 49:09just go and spend it. Okay. For a
- 49:11properly reserved dollar stable coin,
- 49:13the issuer must maintain eligible assets
- 49:15backing the outstanding tokens. Those
- 49:17assets might include cash, short-term
- 49:19treasuries, or permitted cash
- 49:21equivalents. The institution also needs
- 49:23systems for keeping those assets
- 49:25separate, managing liquidity,
- 49:27maintaining records. I already said
- 49:29this,
- 49:31right? keep it separate from their
- 49:33actual income. Ripple's structure now
- 49:36has three distinct institutional rules.
- 49:38One, standard custody and trust company.
- 49:41Told y'all this. We went over this last
- 49:43week. Issues and redeems RLUSD for
- 49:46eligible customers under applicable
- 49:48conditions. Number two, Ripple National
- 49:50Trust Bank manages the segregated
- 49:53reserves and acts as collateral trustee
- 49:55under its authorized arrangements.
- 49:57Number three, Bank of New York and other
- 49:59eligible reserve custodians. Custody
- 50:02arrangements and applicable supervision
- 50:04safeguard the actual reserve assets as
- 50:06designated accounts. How large is RLUSD
- 50:10become? Circulating RLUSD 2.627
- 50:15billion.
- 50:17>> The reserve $2.75
- 50:21billion.
- 50:23Why would they want to do this? I got a
- 50:25list of reasons. Number one, to compete
- 50:27for institutional trust. Number two, to
- 50:29reduce dependence on outside financial
- 50:32services providers. Number three, to
- 50:34make RLUSD more competitive with USDC
- 50:38and USDT.
- 50:40If y'all don't know what I'm talking
- 50:42about, you need to go and watch the
- 50:44previous two episode. Nobody explains it
- 50:47better than me.
- 50:49>> Mhm.
- 50:51>> Next one. To bring more of the financial
- 50:52services relationships inside Ripple.
- 50:55Next one to prepare for the Genius Act.
- 50:58This is important because it was signed
- 51:01July 2025. It addresses permissible is
- 51:04permissible issuers, reserve assets,
- 51:07redemption, supervision, and other
- 51:08safeguards.
- 51:10Ripple's trust bank structure can help
- 51:12it build infrastructure for more
- 51:13regulated stable coin market. F to build
- 51:16competitive moat. Talked about moes.
- 51:20That's moes. Moes everywhere. Mhm.
- 51:23>> That's how you run a business. Okay.
- 51:26Can't leave it up to these fickle
- 51:28customers. Moat them in.
- 51:31>> Masterclass in business. I'll say that
- 51:32in the in the last episode. This is a
- 51:34master class in business.
- 51:36>> I want to talk about where they land on
- 51:38the flywheel component.
- 51:40>> So, the Robin Hood partnership. So, like
- 51:42I said, number one, Ripple National
- 51:45Trust Bank, trusted money. That's number
- 51:47one. The Robin Hood partnership
- 51:49financial services. The Bank of New
- 51:52York, uh, they expand XRP and RLUSD
- 51:55custody, financial infrastructure.
- 51:57Coinbase expands RLUSD distribution,
- 52:00trusted money. Ripple Treasury 247
- 52:04returns, financial services, the C2FO
- 52:08invoice financing, financial services,
- 52:11the Aviva, the insurance thing,
- 52:14financial infrastructure,
- 52:18the 900 million Ripple revenue run rate.
- 52:22That's all three. That's business
- 52:23performance
- 52:26in Garlington House. XRP versus RLUSD,
- 52:29trusted money. And last but not least,
- 52:32Ever North, which we're going to talk
- 52:34about now.
- 52:35>> How much of a key component is Ever
- 52:37North to the whole?
- 52:39>> We won't be hearing about it a lot.
- 52:41>> Maybe just my ignorance,
- 52:43>> but I've never seen this type of
- 52:44structure before. Ever is a publicly
- 52:47traded company created to accumulate
- 52:49XRP, manage those holdings, generate
- 52:51investment returns, and potentially
- 52:53finance parts of the XRP economy. It is
- 52:56not a fund.
- 52:58>> All right. Where do they get if if it's
- 53:00not a fund, where do they get their
- 53:01money from? Where they get the XRP
- 53:03holdings from?
- 53:04>> Okay, which is 473 million tokens.
- 53:11>> This is to me this is part of the genius
- 53:13plan. They merged with Armada
- 53:15Acquisition Corp, a special purpose
- 53:17acquisition company, ESPAC.
- 53:20Okay. In October 20 of 2025, they
- 53:24described a transaction expected to
- 53:26generate more than 1 billion in gross
- 53:27proceeds or committed value with
- 53:29investors including SBI, Ripple,
- 53:32Arrington Capital, Pantera, Kraken, GSR,
- 53:35and Ripple associated participants. Then
- 53:37Avanorf begins accumulating XRP last
- 53:40year into this year.
- 53:43They developed their investment
- 53:44strategy, legal structure, custody
- 53:46arrangement, and financial
- 53:48relationships. October 9th through the
- 53:5012th of this year, the company completes
- 53:51his merger and begins trading. October
- 53:5412th, Evanorf begins trading on NA
- 53:56NASDAQ as XRPN. Okay, so
- 54:01they get investments from these guys.
- 54:04They combine with these guys. The
- 54:07company itself is now valued. That is
- 54:11what you can invest in. So if you go and
- 54:13invest in XRPN,
- 54:16>> ticker XRPN, do you own XRP? No.
- 54:22>> You own the company
- 54:24>> that part their main business is to make
- 54:28money off of trading XRP.
- 54:32Okay, does that make sense?
- 54:33>> Mhm.
- 54:34>> Good.
- 54:34>> It does make sense.
- 54:36>> All right.
- 54:38Why is this important?
- 54:41Because if you got a whole a half a
- 54:44billion dollars
- 54:46that their whole business model is to
- 54:48buy and sell XRP and it is publicly
- 54:52traded, what do you think that's
- 54:54providing for XRP?
- 54:56>> I don't know. I'm so lost. I have no
- 54:59clue. Tell me.
- 55:02>> You guess. I want you. This is Brandon
- 55:05Flowers episode.
- 55:07>> Liquidity.
- 55:10constant liquidity
- 55:13>> for XRP. Does this does the success of
- 55:15this
- 55:17company mean that the value of XRP is
- 55:19going to go up?
- 55:21>> Mm.
- 55:25>> But it's helping. Here's the other
- 55:28thing. I I forgot to say this. In their
- 55:30report, this was the whole point. In the
- 55:32report that was published on October
- 55:3327th, it revealed two findings. 92% of
- 55:36RLUSD swap volume on XRPL's native
- 55:40exchange traded against XRP during its
- 55:43measurement period.
- 55:46Number two, orders in permission
- 55:48revenues came from only 23 accounts with
- 55:50activity overwhelmingly concentrated in
- 55:53two accounts. These were orders placed
- 55:55not necessarily completed trades. So
- 55:57they did a report to see what is the
- 55:59liquidity coming from all of this that
- 56:03we're doing. wasn't very liquid. It
- 56:06wasn't producing a whole lot of
- 56:07liquidity.
- 56:10>> There's evidence to examine on both
- 56:11sides. The measurable XRP role, but also
- 56:14limited participate participation in
- 56:16some emerging markets. The question to
- 56:19investigate, has Ripple assembled the
- 56:22infrastructure faster than institutions
- 56:24have supplied the capital and trading
- 56:25activity to use it?
- 56:29This is Ever North research.
- 56:33It's not independently verified.
- 56:36>> So everything I'm saying to you, they
- 56:38put together this business, they
- 56:41manufacturing liquidity, all that stuff.
- 56:44Has it worked yet?
- 56:45>> That sound like a boulder. You know,
- 56:47when you talk about risk,
- 56:48>> it's illquid and they trying to move the
- 56:49boat.
- 56:50>> No, the question that the question that
- 56:52it just posed, did it build the
- 56:54infrastructure faster than uh how did it
- 56:56pose the question?
- 56:57>> Did it build the infrastructure
- 56:58basically faster than the demand?
- 56:59>> Right.
- 57:01Make me think about
- 57:03recently, maybe within the last two
- 57:04years or so, when uh I think you had
- 57:07talked about this too, where they were
- 57:09like building all these homes or maybe
- 57:10like these industrial and just stop
- 57:12>> in the middle.
- 57:14>> Yeah.
- 57:14>> Yeah.
- 57:16>> I mean, the the thing about it is when
- 57:18you want to take advantage of stuff like
- 57:19this, the timing has to be right.
- 57:21>> Is it going Are you going to get it
- 57:22perfect? No.
- 57:24>> But I'm gonna be honest with you, it'll
- 57:25get there. I think that's my
- 57:30unbiased opinion. I think it'll get
- 57:32there.
- 57:34>> Now, after we go through this XRP, I'm
- 57:37going to do a little some episodes
- 57:40looking at the ecosystem that some of
- 57:43these other guys have created and
- 57:44compare it.
- 57:45>> Cuz right now, we're only looking at
- 57:46XRP,
- 57:47>> right?
- 57:48>> Definitely want to look at Canton.
- 57:52They super sexy.
- 57:53>> Mhm.
- 57:54their system allows the different
- 57:56systems to speak to each other
- 57:59>> without sharing sensitive information.
- 58:01Remember we talked about
- 58:02interoperability
- 58:03>> say hey
- 58:05>> XRP ledger we can talk to
- 58:09>> uh JP Morgan I can't remember what they
- 58:10people called
- 58:12>> we can talk to this we be the glue that
- 58:14sticks everything together and we not
- 58:15sharing no information with nobody you
- 58:18not sharing your stuff and your stuff
- 58:19and you everybody keep your own stuff
- 58:23>> I know right so we need to look at that
- 58:25and see what they got set up and they
- 58:28got a coin
- 58:28>> Mhm. I think it's called Canton Coin.
- 58:33>> All right. Now, we're going to look at
- 58:35the rankings, the new rankings after
- 58:37Swell. Flashing them on the screen right
- 58:39now. DTCC still number one for the
- 58:43inter. Let's look at interoperability.
- 58:45They're still number one. Canton Network
- 58:48moved up to number three from number
- 58:49six. JP Morgan's number two. Still
- 58:52number two. They always been number two.
- 58:54Swift moved down to number four.
- 58:57City Token moved down from number four
- 59:00to number five.
- 59:02Circle moved down from number five to
- 59:04number six. Broadidge moved up number
- 59:07eight to number seven.
- 59:09Visa moved down from number seven,
- 59:10number eight.
- 59:12Ripple moved from number 10 to number
- 59:14nine. And Fed now moved from number nine
- 59:17to number 10.
- 59:19>> Winner take all. JP Morgans is number
- 59:22one. City still number two. DTCC number
- 59:26three still circle number four. Ripple
- 59:29moved from number six to number five.
- 59:32Canton moved to number five to number
- 59:34six. So the only thing that swapped out
- 59:35was uh Canton and and and Ripple.
- 59:44>> Okay. What can you do about it? Let's
- 59:47get all this. What do we we do about it?
- 59:49All right. Passive investment
- 59:50strategies. I'm still want to give you
- 59:51some of the tickers. JP Morgan,
- 59:54Broadidge, Bank of New York, Coinbase
- 59:56Circle, CME,
- 59:59Passive.
- 1:00:02Okay, so if you're going to invest in
- 1:00:04XRP versus XRP, you need to factor in
- 1:00:08expenses,
- 1:00:11this is not just a question of
- 1:00:14how much XRP goes up,
- 1:00:18>> how good are they running the business?
- 1:00:20That's what the question is. Do not
- 1:00:23forget that
- 1:00:25you still have to audit the company the
- 1:00:28same way you Some of y'all don't be
- 1:00:30auditing companies and the owners and
- 1:00:32their competency. Some of y'all don't do
- 1:00:34it. That's your business, not mine. I
- 1:00:36don't got nothing to do with that. But
- 1:00:38that's what you need to be fig looking
- 1:00:40at.
- 1:00:41>> Mhm.
- 1:00:41>> When you if you're going to do this
- 1:00:43versus investing in because let's say
- 1:00:46XRP go up and they got crappy
- 1:00:48leadership, the value of the company
- 1:00:49could go down.
- 1:00:50>> Mhm.
- 1:00:51>> Okay. Hey, if you're active, this is
- 1:00:52some advanced stuff. 99% of y'all not
- 1:00:55going to do it, but the point 0001% of
- 1:00:58y'all thank me later.
- 1:01:00>> Okay.
- 1:01:01>> So, I have a question based upon
- 1:01:03everything, your notes and things like
- 1:01:05that.
- 1:01:05>> Uhhuh.
- 1:01:06>> What are some of the good oldfashioned
- 1:01:08picks and shovels?
- 1:01:09>> You get you
- 1:01:11[laughter]
- 1:01:16businesses worth investigating.
- 1:01:18specialized bookkeeping and fund
- 1:01:20administration firms. If I'm an
- 1:01:22accountant or I'm in that role right
- 1:01:25now, you're going to see a boom in
- 1:01:28people
- 1:01:29who want to get in on this side of the
- 1:01:31business
- 1:01:33fund administration, but also get to
- 1:01:37understand the accounting and
- 1:01:40bookkeeping behind crypto. Mhm.
- 1:01:44>> Everybody ain't going to be able to do
- 1:01:45it.
- 1:01:48Financial compliance and reporting
- 1:01:50services,
- 1:01:53payment reconcili reconciliation
- 1:01:55businesses, loan servicing companies,
- 1:01:58financial data integration providers,
- 1:02:00cyber security and identity verification
- 1:02:03service firms
- 1:02:09by these businesses and increase the
- 1:02:12value by implementing systems to affect
- 1:02:16it. So you got the silver tsunami. All
- 1:02:19of the old people retiring, accountants
- 1:02:22retiring. He got a book of business. Get
- 1:02:25that book of business. Learn this cuz
- 1:02:27all this comes with new accounting rules
- 1:02:29>> and bookkeeping rules.
- 1:02:31>> Mhm.
- 1:02:32>> Learn this. Implement it in the
- 1:02:33business. Increase the value. Now, I
- 1:02:35know that I just made it be real simple,
- 1:02:37but it it is it easy? No. Is it simple?
- 1:02:42Yes. That's what that's where the the
- 1:02:44the sweet spot is.
- 1:02:47simple difficult things
- 1:02:51>> you don't want something complicate
- 1:02:54how can I put this
- 1:02:57so on the spectrum I told you you want
- 1:02:59to kind of live dance near you want to
- 1:03:02have some complexity involved in your
- 1:03:04business
- 1:03:05>> so you want to you don't want to go too
- 1:03:07complex
- 1:03:08>> you want it to be relatively simple it
- 1:03:11it's weird because you have to have a
- 1:03:13>> very interesting balance Mhm.
- 1:03:16>> between simple, complex, difficult.
- 1:03:21>> As you're saying that, the only thing
- 1:03:22that I can think about, of course, you
- 1:03:24know, I trade and so just the aspect of
- 1:03:27trading like it's a very simple thing
- 1:03:29once you once you know it. It's a very
- 1:03:31simple thing.
- 1:03:31>> If you're a good trader,
- 1:03:33>> it's very simple.
- 1:03:33>> When it go down,
- 1:03:35>> then when it go up like that,
- 1:03:36>> but it's difficult.
- 1:03:37>> But it's difficult
- 1:03:38>> if you're a good trader.
- 1:03:39>> Mhm.
- 1:03:41>> You already know how I feel about
- 1:03:42trading. That's why I'm saying if you're
- 1:03:44a good trader, if you're a good trader,
- 1:03:46you got time.
- 1:03:50>> But, and I'm not just saying this like
- 1:03:54understanding this
- 1:03:57is the difference between your
- 1:03:59successful business and not. I had a
- 1:04:02huge thing with one of my mentees.
- 1:04:06this person wants to bring in a another
- 1:04:11her to someone to service the operations
- 1:04:15in her business. And I said, if you
- 1:04:18bring in someone now
- 1:04:22>> before you establish complexity in the
- 1:04:26business of the business, they will
- 1:04:29steal your business. M
- 1:04:32>> it's almost like let's pretend like you
- 1:04:34grow trees. Okay.
- 1:04:38You let's pretend you grow you you you
- 1:04:40apples you have apple trees
- 1:04:42and you're like and you your job is to
- 1:04:44plant these trees. You go out you plant
- 1:04:46the trees and you're like yo I really
- 1:04:47want to double my business. I'mma hire
- 1:04:48another planter. Okay.
- 1:04:52And so all you do is plant the trees.
- 1:04:54When it's time to harvest you wash you
- 1:04:57pick the trees. You wash them off. You
- 1:04:58sell them
- 1:05:01at the first chance. Every time y'all
- 1:05:03get into an argument, guess what your
- 1:05:04other planter is going to do?
- 1:05:08You done trained them.
- 1:05:09>> Mhm.
- 1:05:10>> They're going to go and start their own
- 1:05:12business and become your competition.
- 1:05:13>> Mhm.
- 1:05:15>> But guess what you now have to do before
- 1:05:18you hire the the the other planter?
- 1:05:22Now you have to come up with a system
- 1:05:25that's way too complicated.
- 1:05:27>> Mhm. for somebody bogged down with the
- 1:05:29day with the troubles of life
- 1:05:32>> in order to get it to market
- 1:05:34>> in a more efficient way.
- 1:05:35>> Hold your horses. So, what you now need
- 1:05:37to do is assemble a line of picking
- 1:05:40them, washing them, sending off
- 1:05:43invoices,
- 1:05:45uh packaging them, put a pretty bow on
- 1:05:47it,
- 1:05:49coming up with a a a subscription
- 1:05:52service.
- 1:05:54Is your picker going to have time to do
- 1:05:56that? Mhm.
- 1:05:58>> Can they go and replicate your business?
- 1:05:59So then they go see your customers and
- 1:06:01the customer and they're like, "I can
- 1:06:02plant the apple for you and pick them
- 1:06:04and and all he can do is just bring them
- 1:06:06in the ugly barrel." But no, I'm on a
- 1:06:08subscription service with Homeboy and
- 1:06:10his is clean. They shined off.
- 1:06:13>> Mhm.
- 1:06:16>> The boxes is pretty. I'm just selling it
- 1:06:18right out. I ain't got to worry about
- 1:06:20packaging it up.
- 1:06:27That's what I have to say about that.
- 1:06:29What do you want to say?
- 1:06:30>> No, my question, it really wasn't a
- 1:06:33question, but it is a question. It was
- 1:06:34more so like is the word complexity or
- 1:06:36is the word opacity.
- 1:06:39>> You always want to have opacity in front
- 1:06:41of your complexity
- 1:06:45bar. [laughter] And I don't even know
- 1:06:47what that means, but it sounds like
- 1:06:49>> you always want to keep a your your
- 1:06:51secret sauce.
- 1:06:53Or if your secret sauce is so secret,
- 1:06:57you can share it and I know that you're
- 1:06:58not going to do it.
- 1:07:04>> All I tell you right now, I'm going to
- 1:07:07be able to ride this wave. We almost
- 1:07:09said I'm going to be able to ride this
- 1:07:10wave for a nice little minute cuz I'm
- 1:07:11going to tell you something. the people
- 1:07:12that's looking at and I'mma I'm going to
- 1:07:16remove the opacity.
- 1:07:18>> The people that's looking and being like
- 1:07:20cuz I already know what content creators
- 1:07:22do. They be like, "I want copy." And so
- 1:07:24somebody's going to try to copy what I'm
- 1:07:25doing. And I'm going to tell you right
- 1:07:27now, let me tell you why you can't do
- 1:07:29it. Cuz you know what I do that you're
- 1:07:32not going to do?
- 1:07:34Read.
- 1:07:35>> Mhm.
- 1:07:36>> All day every day. You can't match me
- 1:07:38with the books.
- 1:07:38>> Mhm.
- 1:07:41And I got I'm old.
- 1:07:46I look I don't know. Maybe I look my
- 1:07:47age. I don't know. I don't really care.
- 1:07:49Give me my money. [laughter]
- 1:07:51You can't You can't You can't You can't
- 1:07:54It'll take you 50 years to catch up to
- 1:07:56me.
- 1:07:57>> Mhm.
- 1:08:00>> I got Tab on my side.
- 1:08:04By the time you catch up to me, this
- 1:08:06business be a behemoth.
- 1:08:11You chasing old man.
- 1:08:12>> Mhm.
- 1:08:16>> Look behind you. I'm about to pass you
- 1:08:18twice. Comment if you know who verse is
- 1:08:21that.
- 1:08:21>> I don't I don't know who that is.
- 1:08:27You don't know.
- 1:08:31JJ
- 1:08:36[music]
- 1:08:39say this and we're gonna get started.
- 1:08:41Somebody I listen something and they
- 1:08:43pointed this out
- 1:08:46space, right?
- 1:08:48If you can just wake up and z anywhere
- 1:08:52in space in the known universe.
- 1:08:55>> Mhm.
- 1:08:56>> The chances are that you end up in empty
- 1:08:59voidness. The void emptiness
- 1:09:02>> is 99.999
- 1:09:05like e to the something.
- 1:09:07>> Okay.
- 1:09:08>> So you just wake up and just teleported
- 1:09:10somewhere.
- 1:09:12You will have to teleport for trillions
- 1:09:15of years until you magically teleported
- 1:09:17on something.
- 1:09:21That's how
- 1:09:23that's
- 1:09:26how how much vast darkness emptiness
- 1:09:29space is. Okay.
- 1:09:30>> Mhm.
- 1:09:31>> So, I think they broke it down like
- 1:09:33literally if you teleported
- 1:09:351 second, every second you have to
- 1:09:38teleport for millions of years before
- 1:09:40you teleport just by chance
- 1:09:42>> Mhm.
- 1:09:43>> onto a planet
- 1:09:45>> or star.
- 1:09:46>> Mhm.
- 1:09:47>> Okay.
- 1:09:49in that
- 1:09:51the possibility that that thing is a
- 1:09:54planet and then that that thing that
- 1:09:56planet is inhabitable is so slim to
- 1:10:01none. That is how blessed you are.
- 1:10:04>> Mhm.
- 1:10:04>> That you are on this planet.
- 1:10:07>> I be having a question about those
- 1:10:09statistics.
- 1:10:09>> Hold your horses.
- 1:10:10>> Mhm.
- 1:10:12And you mean to tell me you have all the
- 1:10:14resources in the world and you're going
- 1:10:16to divert it
- 1:10:20to leaving
- 1:10:23versus fixing the problem.
- 1:10:28>> You are a special kind of evil.
- 1:10:30Special. Very special.
