  1. 0:00Hello guys, welcome to our free
  2. 0:02training. We're so happy to have you
  3. 0:04here to walk you through the best
  4. 0:06business model in our opinion. We're
  5. 0:08going to teach you the ins and outs and
  6. 0:10give you all the clarity that you're
  7. 0:12probably looking for.
  8. 0:13>> In this presentation, what you're going
  9. 0:15to learn is why this model works, how
  10. 0:17this model works. You're going to see
  11. 0:19some real life case studies, and most
  12. 0:21importantly, you're going to see how you
  13. 0:22can work with us and make it work for
  14. 0:24you. So before we get into anything,
  15. 0:26this is the most important mindset that
  16. 0:29you need to adopt. Cash isn't king. Cash
  17. 0:32flow is king. This business is a cash
  18. 0:35flow business. And you will see that
  19. 0:37very shortly.
  20. 0:38>> Yeah. You know, when it comes to, you
  21. 0:39know, the world of money, finances,
  22. 0:41freedom, retirement, you're never going
  23. 0:43to feel free with cash, right? Because
  24. 0:45no matter what, as you spend money,
  25. 0:46you're going to see your savings
  26. 0:47dwindle. It's going to feel like you're
  27. 0:48bleeding out. But as long as you have
  28. 0:50cash flow that is covering your monthly
  29. 0:51expenses, that is where you create real
  30. 0:53freedom. So, who are we, right? Why
  31. 0:55should you listen to us? We are the car
  32. 0:57rental couple. You see, it all started
  33. 0:59with this one car that you're looking
  34. 1:01at. And from there, little did we know
  35. 1:04that an empire would be built.
  36. 1:06>> Yeah. I mean, we started with just a
  37. 1:07vision. We were living in New York and
  38. 1:10Jared had a background in lead
  39. 1:11generation. And he was like, "What if I
  40. 1:13was able to get leads for drivers to
  41. 1:15rent these cars?" And we launched the
  42. 1:17ads before we even had any cars
  43. 1:19available. and our phone was ringing off
  44. 1:22the hook and we're like, "Okay, we need
  45. 1:23to go all in on this. Um, what better
  46. 1:26place than Vegas?" So, we picked up our
  47. 1:28stuff, moved to Vegas, got our first
  48. 1:30car, rented it out, and the rest is
  49. 1:32literally history. We're at over 70 cars
  50. 1:35at this point, which is crazy,
  51. 1:36>> which even we have a hard time
  52. 1:38believing. And the way we got there, you
  53. 1:40know, we always say this business is
  54. 1:42simple but not easy, right? Because as
  55. 1:44you can see, it's laid out with, you
  56. 1:46know, really eight simple steps. Step
  57. 1:48one, of course, you have to buy a car.
  58. 1:50Obviously, the types of cars we always
  59. 1:51like are Hondas and Toyotas. You know,
  60. 1:53if you're going to get anything else, we
  61. 1:55recommend sticking under $5,000. Step
  62. 1:58two, you got to make sure that car is
  63. 1:59ready. You got to insure it. You got to
  64. 2:00register it. You got to put a tracker in
  65. 2:02kill switch, right? That those are
  66. 2:04non-negotiables. Step three, you know,
  67. 2:06now you begin marketing the car, right?
  68. 2:08Whether it's Facebook ads, Google ads,
  69. 2:11you know, rental groups, Craigslist,
  70. 2:12whatever it is, whatever it's going to
  71. 2:14take, Facebook marketplace, getting that
  72. 2:15car out.
  73. 2:17>> Yep. And then of course, you know, we
  74. 2:19like to say the two most important
  75. 2:21things in this business are reliable
  76. 2:23cars and reliable renters. That is the
  77. 2:25reason for our success. So, back to the
  78. 2:27cars, you want to make sure you're
  79. 2:29getting a car that's not going to give
  80. 2:30you a lot of headaches. You want to
  81. 2:32bring mobile mechanics with you when
  82. 2:34you're inspecting these cars to make
  83. 2:36sure everything checks out. Um, and once
  84. 2:38you have a reliable car, the next step
  85. 2:40is the reliable renter. So, how do you
  86. 2:42prove that a renter is reliable? You
  87. 2:44have to run background checks on your
  88. 2:46renters. You want to make sure that they
  89. 2:48have a clear background and you want to
  90. 2:50make sure that they have experience with
  91. 2:52ride share already. So, you want them to
  92. 2:54send you proof that they have at least a
  93. 2:56thousand trips of experience on Uber,
  94. 2:59Lift, Door Dash, whatever it is that
  95. 3:01they do. And you also want to make sure
  96. 3:03that they have sufficient income. So, at
  97. 3:05least $1,000 a week is is what we look
  98. 3:08for, whether it's from just ride share
  99. 3:10or other jobs as well. But over a,000 a
  100. 3:13week kind of makes you feel comfortable
  101. 3:15w with the fact that they're going to be
  102. 3:17able to, you know, sustain the ral
  103. 3:19price, which is $350 to $400 a week
  104. 3:22typically.
  105. 3:23>> Yeah. And, you know, we always say as,
  106. 3:24you know, when it comes to this
  107. 3:26business, it relies on two things,
  108. 3:27right? Reliable people and reliable
  109. 3:29cars. So, you can't undermine any of
  110. 3:31these steps. And once you have someone
  111. 3:33that you know is reliable, then you can
  112. 3:34move on to step five where you send them
  113. 3:36the rental agreement. You send them the
  114. 3:38documents they'll need to get the car on
  115. 3:39whatever app they're going to use.
  116. 3:41You'll send them the insurance, the
  117. 3:42terms, everything that needs to be done
  118. 3:43in terms of paperwork to protect
  119. 3:45yourself and finalize the agreement.
  120. 3:47From there, you'll coordinate the car
  121. 3:49pickup. That is when they will submit
  122. 3:50their first payment. And of course,
  123. 3:53after that, it's really just rinse and
  124. 3:54repeat. That's why we love this business
  125. 3:56because it's very simple. It's very easy
  126. 3:58to understand that if you did it once,
  127. 4:00right, on average you'll make $1,000 per
  128. 4:01month per car. If you want to get to
  129. 4:0310,000 per month, you just need to do
  130. 4:05the same thing over and over again from
  131. 4:07there.
  132. 4:08>> Rinse and repeat. So, who is this for
  133. 4:10and who is this not for? Getting right
  134. 4:13into it. This is for someone who is
  135. 4:15capital ready. Do you need millions of
  136. 4:17dollars? No. But you need to be able to
  137. 4:20afford a car. Are there ways, you know,
  138. 4:22to finance? There's a bunch of ways that
  139. 4:24we can talk about acquiring cars, but
  140. 4:26you do want to have some capital to
  141. 4:28start. You do want to have a scaling
  142. 4:30mindset. Like we said, cash flow is
  143. 4:33king. So, you want, you know, you don't
  144. 4:35you're not getting into this business
  145. 4:36for one car. You're getting it to scale
  146. 4:38to really maximize on your cash flow.
  147. 4:41Um, so having a business mindset, not
  148. 4:43being afraid of risk. I mean, this this
  149. 4:45is a business of calculated risks.
  150. 4:48Obviously, there's going to be risk
  151. 4:49involved involved as there is with every
  152. 4:51other business, but the way we operate
  153. 4:53is to really mitigate risk and to
  154. 4:55maximize on our rewards.
  155. 4:58>> Yeah, absolutely. And of course, you
  156. 5:00need to be hungry, right? If you're
  157. 5:01already complacent with where you are in
  158. 5:03life, then this probably isn't the
  159. 5:04business for you. And ultimately, if you
  160. 5:06don't have the capital to buy cars,
  161. 5:07there's no way to sugarcoat it, right?
  162. 5:08You can't get involved in this business.
  163. 5:10Of course, you can use creative
  164. 5:12financing methods. Of course, you can
  165. 5:13close, you know, partnerships as we
  166. 5:14have. But what we like to say is you
  167. 5:16need to, you know, put the faith in
  168. 5:17yourself first before you expect others
  169. 5:19to put faith in you, right? You need to
  170. 5:21be able to invest in yourself first. So
  171. 5:23you have to be able to at least buy some
  172. 5:25cars. You know, if you want passive
  173. 5:26income instantly, this isn't the
  174. 5:28business for you. Now, the good news is
  175. 5:29once you get those cars on the road, it
  176. 5:31is basically passive. But in the
  177. 5:32beginning, you do need to buy the cars.
  178. 5:34You know, as we just discussed the
  179. 5:35steps, you need to register them and
  180. 5:36churn them. There is some work to get
  181. 5:38each car um on the road. If you're not
  182. 5:40someone who can follow structure, then
  183. 5:42this just isn't the place for you.
  184. 5:43Everything we teach, everything we do is
  185. 5:45a non-negotiable. H anytime we start
  186. 5:47working with someone and they start
  187. 5:48doing things on their own, acting like
  188. 5:50they know better than us, you know,
  189. 5:52there's a reason why you're here, right?
  190. 5:53It's cuz you want to get the results
  191. 5:54we've gotten. And we can help you get
  192. 5:56there. Of course, if you can't handle
  193. 5:57adversity, then this business is not
  194. 5:59going to be for you. Because even if you
  195. 6:01do everything perfect, right? The
  196. 6:02background check, the renter, you know,
  197. 6:04get a very reliable car, you never know
  198. 6:06what tomorrow can bring. You never know
  199. 6:08what can happen to the car, what issues
  200. 6:10might happen. You never know what arise.
  201. 6:11So you have to be you have to have thick
  202. 6:13skin. You can't let every little thing
  203. 6:15bother you if you want to succeed in
  204. 6:16this business. So ultimately, you know,
  205. 6:19these are all the cities that we've
  206. 6:20already worked in. So, you know, in
  207. 6:23terms of who this business is for, it
  208. 6:24doesn't mean you have to be in any of
  209. 6:25these cities. We can realistically work
  210. 6:27with anyone who's near any major city in
  211. 6:29America. You know, again, we've already
  212. 6:31had success in all of these cities and
  213. 6:33absolutely there's tons of room for
  214. 6:35more. So there's no, you know, in our
  215. 6:36opinion, there's no saturation. And
  216. 6:37we'll get into why this business works.
  217. 6:40And ultimately, it's because there's so
  218. 6:41much more demand than supply. So, just
  219. 6:43because we've worked in these in these
  220. 6:45cities already doesn't mean we can't
  221. 6:46continue working with more people. And
  222. 6:48again, if you're in different cities,
  223. 6:49any major cities, we can happily work
  224. 6:51with you and make this work with you.
  225. 6:53>> Exactly. I mean, a lot of people
  226. 6:54approach us with that concern that am I
  227. 6:56going to get leads in my area. But we're
  228. 6:58here to assure you that every single
  229. 7:01city that we've launched it in has
  230. 7:03massive success. I mean, you do want to
  231. 7:04be somewhat near a big city to make this
  232. 7:07work. that is going to be your biggest
  233. 7:08lead flow. Um, but yeah, I mean, we we
  234. 7:10have results in every single city that
  235. 7:12we launch this in.
  236. 7:13>> Yeah, I mean it's just common sense,
  237. 7:14right? You want to be where the drivers
  238. 7:15are, right? You want to be in places
  239. 7:16where there's people doing gig work. And
  240. 7:19what we've seen is every major city,
  241. 7:21every part, every place that we've
  242. 7:22tested in, we've seen that there really
  243. 7:24is so many more drivers than people
  244. 7:25renting cars. And we'll get into that
  245. 7:27more throughout this um presentation.
  246. 7:29So, let's continue. So, ultimately,
  247. 7:31let's talk again about why this business
  248. 7:33exists. It's because drivers need cars
  249. 7:35to earn, right? A lot of these people
  250. 7:37have already realized that using their
  251. 7:38own car isn't sustainable. Right? If
  252. 7:40you're going to be a full-time driver
  253. 7:42putting 60 70,000 miles on it per year,
  254. 7:45then you're not going to want to do that
  255. 7:46with your own car, right? You need to
  256. 7:47ask yourself, do you think taxi drivers
  257. 7:49are using their own cars? No. They're
  258. 7:50using the taxi company that, you know,
  259. 7:52they work for as cars. With us, it's the
  260. 7:54same concept, except they're independent
  261. 7:56contractors. We're not, you know, owners
  262. 7:58of them, right? They don't work for us.
  263. 7:59They don't pay us a cut. They're just
  264. 8:00simply paying us rent every single week
  265. 8:02to use our cars. we don't mind if the
  266. 8:04car breaks down in a year because we
  267. 8:06only really need six months or so to
  268. 8:07make all of our money back. So, it's a
  269. 8:09very different story. Ultimately, you
  270. 8:10know, we're helping them cover their
  271. 8:12maintenance. We're helping them cover
  272. 8:13all their repairs. You know, they don't
  273. 8:14have to worry about coming out of
  274. 8:15pocket. These people are living check to
  275. 8:16check. So, the convenience of them
  276. 8:18paying 350 a week and never having to
  277. 8:20worry after that is huge and ultimately
  278. 8:22a huge reason why this business exists.
  279. 8:24>> Yeah, it's totally convenience. That's
  280. 8:26the word I was going to use. And a lot
  281. 8:28of people again come to us with
  282. 8:29objections. Why would anyone pay that
  283. 8:31price to rent the car? they could just
  284. 8:32get cars of their own. I mean, you're
  285. 8:34not considering a lot of, you know,
  286. 8:36these people are in these types of
  287. 8:38positions where maybe they don't have
  288. 8:39the credit to get their own car or the
  289. 8:42biggest reason is just not being able to
  290. 8:44deal with a big maintenance bill. You
  291. 8:46know, every once in a while we have a
  292. 8:47big maintenance bill that we have to do
  293. 8:49on these cars that if the renter was
  294. 8:51using their own cars, they wouldn't be
  295. 8:52able to afford it. So, having a one set
  296. 8:55price that they pay us every week,
  297. 8:56that's all that they have to worry
  298. 8:57about. Everything else is on us.
  299. 8:59Maintenance is included, basic insurance
  300. 9:01is included, unlimited miles, not
  301. 9:03charging a deposit is something that we
  302. 9:06do that separates us from other rental
  303. 9:08companies. So, the demand is very high.
  304. 9:10Like, we are actually providing a
  305. 9:12service for these renters. We're not
  306. 9:13taking advantage of them in any way. So
  307. 9:15many people text Jared on a day-to-day
  308. 9:17basis saying, "You're a blessing to us."
  309. 9:19And we're always so considerate of these
  310. 9:21people's times and situations. Maybe
  311. 9:23they have to be a day late, something
  312. 9:24happens. We're usually very, you know,
  313. 9:26willing to understand. And people
  314. 9:29ultimately love renting with us. The
  315. 9:30renting is always going to be a thing
  316. 9:32and these are the rates that it goes
  317. 9:33for.
  318. 9:34>> Yeah. And you know, as the image
  319. 9:35illustrates, right, a lot of people
  320. 9:36always say, "How do you guys compete
  321. 9:37with Avis Hertz? These big companies."
  322. 9:39The answer is actually very easy. One, a
  323. 9:41lot of times the big companies don't
  324. 9:43have cars available. Two, a lot of
  325. 9:44people have already worked with them.
  326. 9:46They're looking for all uh just
  327. 9:47different options, you know. Three, a
  328. 9:49lot of these big companies have
  329. 9:50exclusive partnerships with Uber. So
  330. 9:52maybe these renters want to do Uber and
  331. 9:53Lift, you know. And there's just it's a
  332. 9:55never- ending cycle. There's so many
  333. 9:56reasons. We can go on for hours alone
  334. 9:58how we're able to get customers, but
  335. 10:00ultimately it comes down to the sole
  336. 10:02fact that there's more demand than
  337. 10:04supply for this service, which goes into
  338. 10:06the market demand overview, right? You
  339. 10:08know, we like to say there's endless
  340. 10:10drivers when it comes to these major
  341. 10:11cities. There's unlimited customers.
  342. 10:13Why? Because it's a never-ending cycle.
  343. 10:15There's always going to be someone who
  344. 10:17just got into an accident and now they
  345. 10:18need to find the quickest, most
  346. 10:20immediate, cheapest option. There's
  347. 10:22always going to be people whose rental
  348. 10:23agreements just ended. There's always
  349. 10:24going to be people whose cars just broke
  350. 10:26down. And again, when they're in pickles
  351. 10:27and they don't have a car, right? When a
  352. 10:29car is their livelihood, their way of
  353. 10:30making money, they do not have time to
  354. 10:32wait. They need to look for the
  355. 10:33quickest, most convenient option, that's
  356. 10:36when they find us. And ultimately,
  357. 10:37that's when we come through for them.
  358. 10:39>> Yeah. And remember, these are people who
  359. 10:41are incentivized to treat our cars well
  360. 10:44because they're making money from the
  361. 10:46car and they need to maintain good
  362. 10:48ratings and continue, you know, making
  363. 10:50good money. So, it's a win-win
  364. 10:52situation. We're providing them the car
  365. 10:54and we feel comfortable with them in our
  366. 10:55car because they're going to treat it
  367. 10:57well for their livelihood and they're
  368. 10:59going to pay us that weekly fee.
  369. 11:01>> Yep. And just to get into, you know,
  370. 11:03some statistics right now. This is from
  371. 11:062023. I'm sure these numbers are much
  372. 11:09bigger now, but about 5 million people
  373. 11:11in the US were performing platform based
  374. 11:13um type gig work. Right now, with that
  375. 11:15being said, you got to realize the
  376. 11:17abundance, right? 5 million people. You
  377. 11:19know, on average, we make about $1,000
  378. 11:22profit per month per car. So, imagine if
  379. 11:25you're doing 10 cars, right? That's not
  380. 11:27even a fraction of 1% of the 5 million.
  381. 11:30And ultimately, you're already making
  382. 11:31life-changing income, right? What would
  383. 11:32$10,000 per month do for you? You know,
  384. 11:35next time you're driving around the
  385. 11:36street, just open your eyes to how many
  386. 11:38cars you truly pass by? We discuss this
  387. 11:40all the time. There's so much abundance,
  388. 11:42so many cars on the road. You only need
  389. 11:44to be responsible for a few of them to
  390. 11:46truly change your life. And ultimately,
  391. 11:48you know, that's what we want to show,
  392. 11:50right? This is all from just one car.
  393. 11:53And as you can see, it was one of those
  394. 11:54amazing situations where the renter paid
  395. 11:56on January 1, which made which means
  396. 11:59that they paid five times this month.
  397. 12:00Cuz on average, you know, they will pay
  398. 12:02four times. But when you're doing weekly
  399. 12:03payments, you know, if you think about
  400. 12:05it, right, if you were to just do
  401. 12:06monthly payments, you would kind of do
  402. 12:08it based on a four-week cycle. So, you
  403. 12:10would get only, you know, 48 weeks of
  404. 12:12payments, but there's really 52 weeks of
  405. 12:14the year. So, weekly payments actually
  406. 12:16leads to making more money because there
  407. 12:17are occasions like this where in this
  408. 12:19one month, this car generated over
  409. 12:21$2,000.
  410. 12:22>> So, think to yourself how attainable it
  411. 12:24really can be. Do what you did once and
  412. 12:26do it again and again. This is a
  413. 12:28screenshot from one renter, one car.
  414. 12:31Like we said, I mean, we have 18 cars of
  415. 12:33our own. We have 80 cars that we manage
  416. 12:36at this point. 70 to 80, whatever the
  417. 12:38number is. Every day it changes. But
  418. 12:40bringing in $350 to $400 a week from
  419. 12:43each of these cars every single week, I
  420. 12:45mean, this is life-changing cash flow
  421. 12:47here.
  422. 12:47>> Yeah. And I mean, when you look at this,
  423. 12:49right, it really makes you realize that
  424. 12:50you really only need 3 to 10 cars to
  425. 12:52make life-changing money, right? It all
  426. 12:54depends on what your goals are. Maybe
  427. 12:55your goals are just to pay the bills
  428. 12:58from this so you can save all the money
  429. 12:59from your job. Maybe you're trying to
  430. 13:01retire early. Maybe you're trying to get
  431. 13:03a nice car, right? Cuz think about it,
  432. 13:05right? Even if you wanted like just say
  433. 13:06a Lamborghini, that lease is only going
  434. 13:08to be 3 4K a month. It only takes four
  435. 13:10or five of these cars to pay for that.
  436. 13:12So whatever your goals are, you need to
  437. 13:14think about them and then kind of just
  438. 13:15do the math. How many cars is it going
  439. 13:16to take to pay for the life that you
  440. 13:18want to live every single month?
  441. 13:20>> So yeah, as we mentioned, you know, it's
  442. 13:22a it's a cycle. It's a step-by-step
  443. 13:24process. It's rinse and repeat. It's
  444. 13:26something that you have to adjust to and
  445. 13:27then it just becomes second nature. So,
  446. 13:29you got to purchase your car. You got to
  447. 13:31rent out the car, make the weekly cash
  448. 13:33flow, reinvest your profits to get more
  449. 13:36cars, and continue to scale your fleet
  450. 13:38until this is a real operation.
  451. 13:40>> Yeah. I mean, it's just that simple,
  452. 13:42right? Again, you don't need to over
  453. 13:44complicate it. We're not saying it's
  454. 13:45easy. There's a difference between
  455. 13:46simple and easy. And ultimately, once
  456. 13:48you go through the process once, twice,
  457. 13:50three times, you'll know everything you
  458. 13:52need to know. And from there, it's just
  459. 13:53a numbers game. How can you get to 10
  460. 13:55cars, 20 cars? What is it going to take?
  461. 13:57Where is the capital going to come from?
  462. 13:58And it it really just becomes that easy
  463. 14:01to change your life. And ultimately,
  464. 14:03that's what it comes down to is a simple
  465. 14:05$6,000 car can start bringing you in
  466. 14:07$350, $400 per week. And truthfully,
  467. 14:11from our experience, there's really no
  468. 14:12better cash on cash returns than that,
  469. 14:15which ultimately is what we always love
  470. 14:17to discuss. We love to make this
  471. 14:18comparison. And this is a real life
  472. 14:20comparison of the house we live in.
  473. 14:22Obviously, that is not the picture of
  474. 14:23the house we live in, but when you look
  475. 14:25at the math, you know, the house we live
  476. 14:26in right now is worth $420,000 and we're
  477. 14:29paying $2,500 a month to rent it. And
  478. 14:32it's absurd because, you know, from a
  479. 14:34simple $6,000 car, we're generating
  480. 14:36$1,400 a month. So, we can buy two or
  481. 14:38three cars and completely clear the
  482. 14:40rent. You know, another two or three
  483. 14:42cars, now we're paying the rent, the
  484. 14:44groceries, you know, another two or
  485. 14:45three cars, now we're paying all of our
  486. 14:46bills and we have money to spare. And
  487. 14:48that's what's insane about this.
  488. 14:50>> Yeah. I mean, you you know, obviously
  489. 14:51there's the argument you're not gaining
  490. 14:53equity, but when you really look down at
  491. 14:55the cash on cash returns, I mean, would
  492. 14:57you rather put a down payment for a
  493. 14:59six-f figureure house or would you
  494. 15:01rather get multiple cheap, reliable
  495. 15:03Toyota Camry that is going to make you
  496. 15:05$1,400 a month each?
  497. 15:07>> Yeah. You know, I like to say like this
  498. 15:09business is what people think real
  499. 15:11estate is going to be, right? They get
  500. 15:12into real estate, they're like, I'm
  501. 15:13going to buy a property. It's going to
  502. 15:14start making money. I'm going to buy a
  503. 15:15second one. I'm going to buy a third
  504. 15:16one. when reality hits them, you know,
  505. 15:18they have to come up with 20% down
  506. 15:20payments. You know, not a lot of people
  507. 15:21can come up with 60,000, 70,000. A lot
  508. 15:24of people can come up on the flip side
  509. 15:25with 6,000, you know, to buy a car.
  510. 15:28They're not able to get approved for so
  511. 15:29many mortgages, right, for so many house
  512. 15:31loans or, you know, maybe a repair might
  513. 15:33cost six months of profit. You know, the
  514. 15:35beautiful thing about this, right, with
  515. 15:37these cars is the car only costs $6,000.
  516. 15:40So 90% of the time the repair is going
  517. 15:42to be a h 100red bucks, 200 bucks where
  518. 15:43you make it back in a week. you're not
  519. 15:45going to have to deal with uh you know
  520. 15:46AC unit breaking and now your entire
  521. 15:49year's profit's gone. Right? In terms of
  522. 15:51what Dana mentioned, there's no
  523. 15:52depreciation. We're buying these cars,
  524. 15:54you know, after they've already been
  525. 15:55around for 10 plus years and have done
  526. 15:57100,000 miles. So when you're renting
  527. 15:58them and making a,000 profit per month
  528. 16:00on a $6,000 car, you know, let's just
  529. 16:02say 10 months goes by. Now you've made
  530. 16:04everything you spent plus 4K, who even
  531. 16:07cares if you only sold it for 3K at that
  532. 16:09point, right?
  533. 16:09>> Right. People forget that you still have
  534. 16:11equity in the car. Like it's still an
  535. 16:13asset. So, I mean, we have a lot of
  536. 16:15people that we work with that came from
  537. 16:17real estate, and this has just been like
  538. 16:18life-changing for them because it just
  539. 16:20makes so much more sense. And we also
  540. 16:22have a lot of people that come from Turo
  541. 16:24because I mean, renting cars on Turo is
  542. 16:28very different than doing our model,
  543. 16:30private car rentals to Uber drivers. So,
  544. 16:33with the Turo model, they don't
  545. 16:34background check their drivers. There's
  546. 16:36constant bookings and cleanings. It's I
  547. 16:38mean, it's constant turnover. The car is
  548. 16:40out for one day. You have no idea who's
  549. 16:42driving your car, what they're doing
  550. 16:43with your car. It almost feels like
  551. 16:45you're operating a cleaning business at
  552. 16:47that point, a detailing business. Our
  553. 16:49cars are out for months at a time, much
  554. 16:52less turnover.
  555. 16:54>> Yeah. I mean, you know, going into what
  556. 16:55Dana just said, you know, when I see a
  557. 16:57lot of these tero hosts talk about, you
  558. 16:59know, a one-day trip, they made 50
  559. 17:01bucks. Why are you going through the
  560. 17:02risk of giving your car to someone to
  561. 17:03make 50 bucks, right? If we're going to
  562. 17:05give the car to someone, it's going to
  563. 17:06be minimal one month. We're going to
  564. 17:08make minimal $1,000 profit. Also, what
  565. 17:11Dana said, you know, half of these Turo
  566. 17:12hosts, it looks like they're running a
  567. 17:13detailing business because they always
  568. 17:15have to rush to then get the car back,
  569. 17:16clean it themselves. For us, our cars
  570. 17:18are gone for months. Our renters keep it
  571. 17:20clean. If we get the car back, we don't
  572. 17:21mind paying a detailer because we're
  573. 17:23only doing it every couple months. Yes,
  574. 17:25if you were going to be getting returns
  575. 17:26every couple days, then you would want
  576. 17:27to do it yourself because you don't have
  577. 17:29the margin to keep paying for a detailer
  578. 17:31that frequently.
  579. 17:32>> Not to mention, it's like a race to the
  580. 17:34bottom in terms of pricing. Like with
  581. 17:36us, it's 350 a week up to $400 a week
  582. 17:39there. It's not like you're undercutting
  583. 17:40each other in your competition, let
  584. 17:42alone the miles on the car. You know,
  585. 17:44with us, there's no mileage limit. You
  586. 17:46could rent out a car that has 150 to
  587. 17:48190,000 miles. On Turo, there are
  588. 17:51mileage restrictions. There's year
  589. 17:53restrictions. Um that the cost of the
  590. 17:56vehicles are higher. This is where a lot
  591. 17:57of people get these pricey cars because
  592. 17:59they think they're going to be able to
  593. 18:00make more money renting it out on Turo
  594. 18:02and your risk just skyrockets.
  595. 18:05>> Yeah. I mean, that's the thing, right?
  596. 18:06The year restrictions alone, right?
  597. 18:08Turo, it's 10 years versus what we do
  598. 18:09with Uber and Lift, it's typically 15.
  599. 18:11Turo, the mileage limit. We have zero
  600. 18:13mileage limit. And all in all, that's
  601. 18:15why we're able to buy these cars for 6
  602. 18:16to 8K where a lot of these Turo hosts
  603. 18:18are spending 10, 15, 20,000 to barely
  604. 18:21generate what we're generating. So, it's
  605. 18:22like we're spending half of what they're
  606. 18:24spending and making usually the same if
  607. 18:26not double because ultimately we aren't
  608. 18:28selling car rentals. We are selling a
  609. 18:30service. We're selling the fact that you
  610. 18:31can use our car for Uber, Lift, have
  611. 18:33unlimited miles, you know, have personal
  612. 18:35use. Ultimately, you know, we have
  613. 18:37roadside assistance. We have all these
  614. 18:39different offers for these people, great
  615. 18:41customer service. You know, we talk to
  616. 18:43people who do Turo all the time and
  617. 18:45ultimately they're not able to generate
  618. 18:46what we generate while doing way more
  619. 18:48work because they have to give Turo a
  620. 18:50cut. They have to deal with constant
  621. 18:51returns. And again, the no background
  622. 18:54checking, I mean, that's got to be the
  623. 18:55biggest thing because yes, Turo
  624. 18:56technically will cover instances, but
  625. 18:59there's a lot of instances where they
  626. 19:00won't. So, for us, you know, it really
  627. 19:02does make more sense in the sense of,
  628. 19:03you know, we're relying on no one but
  629. 19:05ourselves. We're relying on the fact
  630. 19:06that we're background checking the
  631. 19:08renters. The fact that we're spending
  632. 19:09the least amount possible on these cars
  633. 19:11and making the most amount possible. And
  634. 19:13all in all, when it's all said and done,
  635. 19:15you know, we have 2013, 2014 Hondas and
  636. 19:17Civics that are outperforming BMWs and
  637. 19:19Mercedes on Turo. So, you know, you tell
  638. 19:21me what's riskier, right? Spending 30
  639. 19:23$40,000 on a car that can barely make,
  640. 19:25you know, a,000 plus a month or spending
  641. 19:27five or 6,000 on a car and making over
  642. 19:29$1,000 every single month.
  643. 19:31>> Yeah. You want to you want to keep
  644. 19:32control of your entire business and this
  645. 19:34allows you to do that. And again, the
  646. 19:36cars are out for months at a time. We
  647. 19:38have over 20 cars that we manage here in
  648. 19:40Vegas and none of them are in front of
  649. 19:42our house. They're all out with drivers
  650. 19:44for months. It's not a constant
  651. 19:45turnover. It's not something you have to
  652. 19:47deal with often. Once the car is out, it
  653. 19:49stays out for a long time and and makes
  654. 19:51consistent income.
  655. 19:52>> Yeah. So, you know, let's get into
  656. 19:54comparing what we do to exotic rentals,
  657. 19:57right? Let me ask you, what would you
  658. 19:58rather spend, you know, 200 300k on?
  659. 20:01Right? 20 Toyota Camry or one
  660. 20:03Lamborghini, right? On average, a 200
  661. 20:06$300,000 Lamborghini can make anywhere
  662. 20:08between 3 and 10,000 profit per month.
  663. 20:11Where, you know, 20 Toyota Camry, as
  664. 20:12we've said multiple times already, the
  665. 20:14average car that we rent out does about
  666. 20:16a,000 profit per month. So, you'd be
  667. 20:17doing about double off of the 20 cars in
  668. 20:20the one Lambo. Now, on the flip side,
  669. 20:22it's super cheap to always repair these
  670. 20:24cars. Obviously, repairing a Lamborghini
  671. 20:26is going to be very expensive. You're
  672. 20:27going to have to go to specific
  673. 20:28mechanics. You're going to have to order
  674. 20:30specific parts. You know, you have way
  675. 20:31less risk. Why? Because if you have 20
  676. 20:33cars and something happens to one of
  677. 20:35them, you don't really care, right? You
  678. 20:36just brush it off your shoulder. But if
  679. 20:38you have one Lamborghini and something
  680. 20:39happens to that, there goes your entire
  681. 20:41business. And of course, you know, when
  682. 20:43you deal with exotics, it's all
  683. 20:44short-term rentals. We're dealing with
  684. 20:46long-term rentals. We're not dealing
  685. 20:47with kids who are going to drive
  686. 20:48recklessly. We're dealing with
  687. 20:50professionals who are using the car to
  688. 20:52make money and feed their families, not
  689. 20:54have fun, you know, not do donuts and
  690. 20:56not be reckless.
  691. 20:57>> May as well let the Camry buy you the
  692. 20:59Lambo. [laughter]
  693. 21:00>> That's how you got to look at it.
  694. 21:02>> Exactly.
  695. 21:04So, so why is it so easy to compete with
  696. 21:06these big companies, right? We've
  697. 21:07discussed it a little bit. Overall, the
  698. 21:09easy answer is one that there's way more
  699. 21:11demand than supply. But again, a lot of
  700. 21:14these people have already worked with
  701. 21:15them. They're looking for better
  702. 21:16options. Maybe they don't have any cars
  703. 21:17available. Maybe they want to drive Lift
  704. 21:19and these um platforms only offer Uber.
  705. 21:22Maybe they got into a no fault accident
  706. 21:24where these platforms will punish people
  707. 21:26if they get into a no fault accident.
  708. 21:28Maybe they missed one bill and now
  709. 21:30they're banned for life. There's
  710. 21:31infinite stories. You hear infinite
  711. 21:32stories all the time from these renters
  712. 21:34why they don't want to work with these
  713. 21:35big companies. And once they're working
  714. 21:37with you, they never want to leave you
  715. 21:39because they know to get into a
  716. 21:40different car, they're going to have to
  717. 21:42put a deposit down. They're going to
  718. 21:43have to do things that ultimately they
  719. 21:45wouldn't want to do.
  720. 21:46>> Yeah. I mean, we have how many renters
  721. 21:48at this point that told us nightmare
  722. 21:50stories. They end up, you know, the
  723. 21:52price says this, but they end up paying
  724. 21:53over 500 a week after everything because
  725. 21:55it's not unlimited miles, so they have
  726. 21:57to pay extra fees. The customer service
  727. 22:00is terrible. They never have cars
  728. 22:01available. They shut the car off after
  729. 22:03one day if they didn't pay. Just
  730. 22:05nightmare stories that we provide such a
  731. 22:08better experience to our renters. All in
  732. 22:10all, which you've heard us say again and
  733. 22:12again, we might sound like a broken
  734. 22:13record, but the moral of the story is
  735. 22:14that the demand outweighs the supply.
  736. 22:16These are the types of businesses you
  737. 22:18want to be in because it's not hard to
  738. 22:20find customers when there's so many more
  739. 22:21customers than options available. It's
  740. 22:23not hard to close customers when there's
  741. 22:25so many more customers than options
  742. 22:27available. And you know, it doesn't take
  743. 22:29a lot for you to change your life,
  744. 22:30right? A couple cars and now you're
  745. 22:32paying the rent. A couple more cars and
  746. 22:34now you're paying the rent. You're
  747. 22:35paying your bills. You have extra money
  748. 22:36left over. And before you know it, you
  749. 22:38might not even need the job that you
  750. 22:40were, you know, completely relying on.
  751. 22:43>> Yeah. And remember, you only need to
  752. 22:44rent out your cars. So, it's not like
  753. 22:46you're constantly running ads and you're
  754. 22:48competing with all these other car
  755. 22:49rental companies. You need one person.
  756. 22:51If you have one car, you need one person
  757. 22:52to rent it. Once it's rented, you shut
  758. 22:54off your ads. Like competition, you have
  759. 22:56to think in a much more abundant mindset
  760. 22:58than that.
  761. 22:59>> Yeah. And that's the thing, you know,
  762. 23:00you're able to shut your ads and
  763. 23:02ultimately just make profit and let your
  764. 23:04wealth compound. And you know, it always
  765. 23:06comes down to people rent with us
  766. 23:07because we're selling a service, not
  767. 23:09cars. We're allowing gig work. We're
  768. 23:11offering amazing customer support,
  769. 23:12unlimited miles, long-term rentals,
  770. 23:15quality cars. And when you sell a
  771. 23:17service, you're not racing to the
  772. 23:18bottom, as Dana mentioned earlier. We're
  773. 23:19not dealing with price gouging on Turo,
  774. 23:22and having to compete. And all in all,
  775. 23:24that leads to us making the same amount
  776. 23:26as a lot of Turo hosts are making with
  777. 23:27BMWs and Mercedes, with these cheap
  778. 23:29Hondas, cheap Toyotas, cheap cars that
  779. 23:32no one would bat an eye out. You know,
  780. 23:33this business, in my opinion, is the
  781. 23:35true definition of how one man's trash
  782. 23:36is another man's treasure. So, you might
  783. 23:38be saying, "Okay, this all sounds good,
  784. 23:40but is it real?" Right? Is this actually
  785. 23:42happening? Are you actually able to rent
  786. 23:44these cars out for these prices? And
  787. 23:46this is just from the last 24 hours in
  788. 23:48our cash app, you know, five different
  789. 23:50renters that have paid us, right? That's
  790. 23:52the thing. It's not like we got lucky
  791. 23:53and did it one time. It's not like this
  792. 23:55was some one-off situation where, oh, we
  793. 23:57had a friend who was in need, right?
  794. 23:59This is repeatable results, repeatable
  795. 24:00systems, right? These are strategies
  796. 24:02that work over and over again. This is
  797. 24:04just five renters who have paid us over
  798. 24:06the last 24 hours. And as Dana
  799. 24:07mentioned, between all of the cars we
  800. 24:09own and all of the cars we've partnered
  801. 24:10with across the country, we have 70 cars
  802. 24:12currently. You That is not luck, right?
  803. 24:14That is from when you know you have
  804. 24:16something that is real, something that
  805. 24:17has a strong foundation and you can just
  806. 24:19do over and over again.
  807. 24:21>> Yeah. So, as you could see, this is just
  808. 24:22one of our payment processors from last
  809. 24:24month, bringing in over $38,000, just
  810. 24:28compounding from different renters
  811. 24:29paying us weekly. And again, this is
  812. 24:31something that renters prefer because on
  813. 24:33a lot of other apps, they'll just take
  814. 24:35the profits right out of their Uber app
  815. 24:37or whatever Raichure gig work that they
  816. 24:39do. But we allow them to just pay us
  817. 24:41electronically. We don't have to worry
  818. 24:43about chargebacks. We don't have to
  819. 24:44worry about
  820. 24:46>> credit card fees.
  821. 24:47>> About credit card fees. Um Yeah.
  822. 24:49>> Yeah. No, I mean exactly like that's the
  823. 24:51thing. This is just one of the many
  824. 24:52processors. We take Zel, we take Venmo,
  825. 24:54we take Cash App, we take Chime. And you
  826. 24:56know, we're showing you this just to
  827. 24:58prove what is possible, right? The fact
  828. 25:00that again, this wasn't something where
  829. 25:01we got lucky. We didn't just have a
  830. 25:02friend who needed a car. These aren't
  831. 25:04people we've ever met before. These came
  832. 25:05from real ads, real processes, real
  833. 25:08systems, and it's repeatable. And
  834. 25:09ultimately, it's recurring. The revenue
  835. 25:11is recurring. When you have these people
  836. 25:12in your cars, they're just paying you
  837. 25:14every single week, which leads to, you
  838. 25:16know, what we want to talk about, how it
  839. 25:18compounds, right? with one car to three
  840. 25:20cars to five cars to 10 cars where cuz
  841. 25:22think about it when you have 10 cars and
  842. 25:23you're doing 10k a month profit. The
  843. 25:25profit alone is paying enough is paying
  844. 25:27you to buy another car every single
  845. 25:28month. Before you know it, you're making
  846. 25:30enough where you can buy a car every
  847. 25:31single week just off profits. So now you
  848. 25:33don't have to worry about where is the
  849. 25:34money going to come from? How am I going
  850. 25:35to keep scaling? And it's compounding
  851. 25:37cash flow.
  852. 25:38>> Yeah. No. And that's a huge mindset
  853. 25:40because so many people worry about each
  854. 25:42individual car like oh I have to make my
  855. 25:44money back on this car. But once you
  856. 25:46have multiple cars and have this
  857. 25:48compounding cash flow, you're like Jared
  858. 25:50said, you're making one car per week,
  859. 25:52that's more important than making money
  860. 25:54specifically back on one car.
  861. 25:56>> Yeah, exactly. Like, you know, that
  862. 25:58always needs to be the question, right?
  863. 25:59Is essentially what can 10 cars do for
  864. 26:02you, right? Maybe you're just trying to
  865. 26:04pay your bills, maybe you're trying to
  866. 26:06go on more vacations. Maybe you want
  867. 26:08more time with your family. Maybe you
  868. 26:09want that luxury lifestyle, you know?
  869. 26:11So, if you're getting into this business
  870. 26:12like, "Oh, I'm going to buy a car." And
  871. 26:14then when eight months goes by and I
  872. 26:15make my money back, buy a second car,
  873. 26:17you know, this might not be the business
  874. 26:18for you, right? You want to be in a
  875. 26:19position where you're going to buy a
  876. 26:20car, get it rented, buy a car, get it
  877. 26:22rented, buy a car. And that's what we
  878. 26:24did. We just kept going every week,
  879. 26:25every two weeks, we were buying another
  880. 26:27car until we got to this point where now
  881. 26:29we have all these cars. And if we don't
  882. 26:30want to buy a car for a month, we don't
  883. 26:32have to. If we don't want to do
  884. 26:33anything, we don't have to. Right? By
  885. 26:34simply existing, by letting time pass,
  886. 26:36we are getting paid every single week
  887. 26:38over and over again enough where it's
  888. 26:40paying for all of our bills, it's paying
  889. 26:41for our lifestyle, and there's money
  890. 26:43left over. And that's the beautiful part
  891. 26:44is when you have the freedom, you know,
  892. 26:46you don't need to do anything. You don't
  893. 26:47need to answer to anybody. You just need
  894. 26:49to collect the payments and if there's a
  895. 26:51situation, you deal with it when it
  896. 26:52arises. If there's a renter who can't
  897. 26:54pay, you deal with it when it arises.
  898. 26:55You don't need to worry about what might
  899. 26:56happen. You enjoy life and just take
  900. 26:58things day by day and just let the money
  901. 27:01roll in.
  902. 27:02>> Yeah. I mean, simply, it's addicting.
  903. 27:03Like, you'll see when you start, once
  904. 27:05you do it once or twice, it's just going
  905. 27:07to become a thing. Like, I have to get a
  906. 27:08car, get a renter. It's it truly is an
  907. 27:11addicting business model.
  908. 27:13>> Yeah. So, okay. So, we know you're all
  909. 27:15thinking before I get into this, how do
  910. 27:18I protect myself, right? I can't build
  911. 27:20an empire and risk losing it all. And
  912. 27:22ultimately, that's one of the biggest
  913. 27:24parts of this business that we discuss.
  914. 27:25You know, to keep it really simple, when
  915. 27:27it comes down to owning a rental
  916. 27:28business, rental owners are generally
  917. 27:30protected from driver negligence due to
  918. 27:32the Graves Amendment. Now, understand
  919. 27:34this. There is no perfect policy for
  920. 27:36every situation, right? our programs.
  921. 27:38They'll equip you with effective
  922. 27:40strategies tailored to protect your
  923. 27:41investment and maximize gains. And
  924. 27:43that's what we do. Everything we do is
  925. 27:44about protecting our investment,
  926. 27:45protecting our empire, and maximizing
  927. 27:47gains. Whether it's with insurance,
  928. 27:49again, background checking, reliable
  929. 27:50cars, reliable people and reliable cars.
  930. 27:53You're going to hear a lot of things
  931. 27:54throughout this presentation where we're
  932. 27:55going to sound like a broken record. And
  933. 27:57understand, you know, insurance and all
  934. 27:59that is important, but the number one
  935. 28:00thing is knowing how to protect
  936. 28:01yourself, you know, on your own.
  937. 28:03>> Yeah. It's a calculated risk. Like you
  938. 28:05cannot let something like insurance
  939. 28:07scare you. I mean that's the reason half
  940. 28:09the people won't get involved in this
  941. 28:10business. If everyone did this then it
  942. 28:12wouldn't, you know, be as successful. So
  943. 28:14there are strategies to deal with
  944. 28:16insurance the right way. No, there's no
  945. 28:19one insurance company that's going to
  946. 28:21ensure this business. Like if you're
  947. 28:23looking for that, it simply doesn't
  948. 28:24exist. I mean, we've spent hours and
  949. 28:26hours researching and we finally refined
  950. 28:28our systems where we're legally
  951. 28:30protected and we have the ways to ensure
  952. 28:33this business properly.
  953. 28:35>> Yeah. And that's the thing, right? Like
  954. 28:36if this business didn't scare people
  955. 28:37away, then it would be saturated, right?
  956. 28:39It's easy to convince someone to buy
  957. 28:41real estate. It's easy to convince
  958. 28:42someone to get into these well-known
  959. 28:44asset classes. This business, you know,
  960. 28:46there are some little things that scare
  961. 28:48people and ultimately that's what is
  962. 28:49creating, you know, all of this success.
  963. 28:51That is where the profit is, right? It's
  964. 28:52the perceived risk is what is allowing
  965. 28:54the profit margins and cash on cash
  966. 28:56returns on this car on this on these
  967. 28:58cars to be so ridiculous, right?
  968. 29:00Because, you know, it's easy for someone
  969. 29:01to rent out, let's just say, a dumpster
  970. 29:03where you don't have to worry about
  971. 29:04accidents. You don't have to worry about
  972. 29:05someone stealing your dumpster. And
  973. 29:06that's why the profit margins on
  974. 29:07something like that aren't going to be
  975. 29:09high, right? It's easy for someone to
  976. 29:10see why they should buy real estate. But
  977. 29:12again, that's why the profit margins
  978. 29:13aren't going to be high. This business,
  979. 29:15there's a lot of things that'll scare
  980. 29:16people away, which is why the cash on
  981. 29:18cash returns are so good. So instead of
  982. 29:20looking at this the insurance issues and
  983. 29:22all these you know risks as a bad thing,
  984. 29:24flip it and look at it as a good thing
  985. 29:26because that is what's creating all of
  986. 29:27the opportunity.
  987. 29:29>> Yeah. I mean the biggest thing to know
  988. 29:31which I think a lot of people don't know
  989. 29:33is something called the Graves Amendment
  990. 29:35which did you already mention that?
  991. 29:37>> We did mention it but it's something you
  992. 29:38want to mention over and over again.
  993. 29:39>> Right. You want to really familiarize
  994. 29:41familiarize yourself with the Graves
  995. 29:43Amendment. This protects rental
  996. 29:45companies just because you're renting
  997. 29:46out your car if the driver does
  998. 29:48something wrong. If as long as you did
  999. 29:50did your due diligence, if you did
1000. 29:52background checks, if you made sure that
1001. 29:54your car is in good condition, then
1002. 29:56anything that the renter gets into,
1003. 29:57that's between the renter and whatever
1004. 30:00he gets into that just because you own
1005. 30:02the car, you are not liable. And that's
1006. 30:04why this is such a huge law for our
  1007. 30:06company.
1008. 30:07>> Exactly. So, you know, real quick, just
1009. 30:08read what it said, right? The Graves
  1010. 30:09Amendment is a 2005 federal law
1011. 30:11shielding car rental and leasing
1012. 30:13companies from being held liable for
1013. 30:14damages or injuries resulting from
1014. 30:16accidents caused by their customers. So
1015. 30:18this is why there's so many processes we
1016. 30:20have. You know, we've spent hours upon
  1017. 30:22hours studying it. We've discussed it
  1018. 30:24with lawyers. We've paid lawyers,
1019. 30:25retainers. Everything we do is to make
1020. 30:27sure that our company is protected by
1021. 30:29this. So this way, if our driver did
  1022. 30:31ever cause something, they can't come
1023. 30:32after us. The only person they come
1024. 30:34after is the driver. This is how you're
1025. 30:36going to protect yourself. This is a
1026. 30:37huge factor of ensuring your business,
1027. 30:39insuring yourself, and making sure that
1028. 30:41you're never going to be held liable in
1029. 30:43anything caused by your renter,
1030. 30:45>> right? And remember, like as you
1031. 30:46continue to scale this business, your
1032. 30:48worry is less on the cars itself than
  1033. 30:51anything. I mean, you're not as worried
1034. 30:53about the cars, right? Because the cars
  1035. 30:55again are anywhere from $5 to $8,000. As
1036. 30:58you grow, if you lose one car, it's not
1037. 31:00the end of the world. What you're really
1038. 31:01worried about is protecting yourself and
  1039. 31:03your business.
1040. 31:04>> Yeah. I like to compare it to a gun
1041. 31:05store, right? If you ever bought a gun,
  1042. 31:06you know, they're going to background
1043. 31:07check you because then if you did
1044. 31:08something with the gun, now they can't
1045. 31:10be held liable. It's the same thing with
1046. 31:11the gravesmen. When you have proof that
1047. 31:12you background checked the renter, proof
1048. 31:14that the car was in good condition,
1049. 31:15there's ultimately nothing you could
1050. 31:17have done to prevent this incident. Just
  1051. 31:19cuz an incident happens doesn't mean
1052. 31:20it's your fault because you own the car.
1053. 31:22They're going to look for the person who
1054. 31:23was driving and who caused it. And of
1055. 31:25course, the other thing to mention is
1056. 31:26that most accidents won't be caused by
1057. 31:28your renters because you're giving it to
  1058. 31:29people who are full-time drivers, who
1059. 31:30are driving carefully, who are just
1060. 31:32looking to make an extra buck. So, in a
1061. 31:33lot of instances, an accident could
1062. 31:35actually be a good thing because you
  1063. 31:36just go through the other person's
1064. 31:37insurance, file a claim that way. And
1065. 31:39you know, on the other side as well,
1066. 31:40most accidents are just small fender
1067. 31:42benders. You know, from all the
1068. 31:43accidents we dealt with, most of the
1069. 31:44time you don't really have to do
1070. 31:45anything. So, it's really just the small
1071. 31:47scenario of if your renter caused a
1072. 31:49serious crash. And ultimately, as long
  1073. 31:51as you're doing everything that protects
1074. 31:52you by the Graves Amendment, you'll have
  1075. 31:53nothing to worry about.
1076. 31:54>> And another huge protection is obviously
1077. 31:56your contracts. Like, if your contracts
1078. 31:58are really strong, then at that point,
  1079. 32:01your company is bulletproof.
1080. 32:03>> Yeah. Yeah, I mean between contracts,
1081. 32:04background checks, reliable cars, proof
  1082. 32:06that you've done everything you could,
  1083. 32:08you know, again, this business, you're
1084. 32:10turning what looks like a risky business
1085. 32:12into a not so risky business because
1086. 32:14your initial investment is low. The
1087. 32:15person you gave the car to is a
1088. 32:17trustworthy person. You know, once that
1089. 32:18person's been in the car for 2 months, 3
1090. 32:20months, you know their habits. You know
1091. 32:21they're going to pay on time. You know
1092. 32:22they're communicative. You know you
1093. 32:23could trust them with your car, right?
1094. 32:25Because forget all the other stuff. How
1095. 32:26about them just taking good care of it,
1096. 32:28right? making sure they get oil changes,
1097. 32:29making sure that they get get the brakes
  1098. 32:31done, making sure that everything's in
1099. 32:32good standing, which again why renting
1100. 32:34to these people is such a plus because
  1101. 32:36naturally they have every
1102. 32:37incentivization to keep good care of
1103. 32:39your car because their car your car is
1104. 32:41what's going to keep their livelihood.
1105. 32:42That's what's putting food on the table
1106. 32:43for them and their family,
  1107. 32:45>> right?
1108. 32:46>> So, we want to get this through your
1109. 32:47head. There is no perfect policy in this
1110. 32:50business. You know, we show real world
  1111. 32:51protection strategies inside our
1112. 32:52programs. We go over basically all of
1113. 32:54the insurance strategies and everything
1114. 32:56you can do. But understand, you know,
1115. 32:58the most important thing is shifting
1116. 32:59liability from yourself to the renter.
1117. 33:01And of course, only renting to people
1118. 33:03who you won't have to worry about.
1119. 33:05People who again can show proof of
1120. 33:06income, proof that they have experience
1121. 33:08with Rise, proof that they have never
1122. 33:10committed any crimes, right? No criminal
1123. 33:12history. There's no reason for you to be
  1124. 33:13losing sleep over the people you're
1125. 33:15giving the cars to, especially when
1126. 33:16you're working with us. You have an
1127. 33:17abundance of leads to choose from, which
1128. 33:19we'll get more into. But just
  1129. 33:21understanding that there's no perfect
  1130. 33:22policy in this business.
1131. 33:24>> Yeah. Yeah, I mean, you could even go
1132. 33:25the next step and and get MVR reports on
1133. 33:28these drivers to make sure they have a
1134. 33:29clear driving history. And also, what
1135. 33:32those MVR reports do is prove that they
  1136. 33:34have a valid driver's license. So, that
1137. 33:36just shows that you did your due
  1138. 33:37diligence. You know who you're giving
1139. 33:38the car to. Also, when Jared does drop
1140. 33:41offs with these renters, he wears like
1141. 33:42the Ray-B band glasses and records them.
1142. 33:44So, it's good to have that on record to
1143. 33:47show who we're giving the car to.
1144. 33:49Someone who looks responsible and
1145. 33:51obviously passed all our checks.
1146. 33:53>> Yeah. So, you know, with all that being
1147. 33:54said, of course, there's always going to
1148. 33:56be risks involved, right? You cannot
1149. 33:58completely eliminate risk from the
1150. 34:00equation. You have to learn to embrace
1151. 34:02it because risk again is what's creating
1152. 34:03the opportunity. The fact that this
1153. 34:05business is perceived as so risky is why
1154. 34:07there is so much opportunity, why there
1155. 34:09is so much more demand than supply. So,
1156. 34:11no matter what, you can't fully prevent
  1157. 34:13accidents. You can't fully prevent
  1158. 34:14unexpected repairs. You can't fully
1159. 34:16prevent bad renters, right? Our
1160. 34:18percentage of bad renters is very low.
1161. 34:20But again, there's nothing you can do
1162. 34:22because even a good renter could always
1163. 34:23be turned into a bad renter, right?
1164. 34:25Maybe they had an unexpected death in
1165. 34:26the family. Maybe something happened
1166. 34:28where they got behind on their bills.
1167. 34:29The key is just them not being criminals
1168. 34:31because then at least, you know, they're
1169. 34:33going to, you know, return the car if
  1170. 34:34they can't pay. They're not going to
1171. 34:35give you problems. They're not going to
1172. 34:36want to risk, you know, getting a grand
1173. 34:38theft auto over your cheap old car,
1174. 34:40right? And that's the beauty of it.
  1175. 34:41There's nothing about these cars that's
1176. 34:43going to be tempting to these people.
1177. 34:44They're going to want to just use the
1178. 34:46car to make money, and if they can't,
  1179. 34:47then they'll return the car peacefully.
1180. 34:49>> Yeah. And back to the idea of scaling
1181. 34:51this business, like this really is just
1182. 34:53another example of more money, more
  1183. 34:55problems. When you're first starting and
1184. 34:57you have one or two cars, it really is a
1185. 34:59passive business. You're not going to be
  1186. 35:01getting calls. You're going to be
1187. 35:02getting the, you know, the standard
  1188. 35:04maintenance requests, oil changes once a
1189. 35:06month and you could kind of move on with
1190. 35:08your life. But keep in mind, as you
1191. 35:10continue to scale and make a lot more
1192. 35:12money and probably get to the position
1193. 35:14where you're able to quit your job and
  1194. 35:15make this a full-time thing, there are
1195. 35:17things that need to be navigated much
1196. 35:19more frequently. So, again, like Jared
  1197. 35:21mentioned earlier, it's like taking one
  1198. 35:24thing at a time. I remember when we
1199. 35:25first started getting overwhelmed by
1200. 35:27this renter isn't paying, this car has
1201. 35:30an issue. I mean, once you zoom out and
1202. 35:33take it and have the right mindset and
1203. 35:35know the money that you're getting paid
1204. 35:36is more than worth dealing with that
  1205. 35:38stuff, then you know you're in a good
  1206. 35:40position.
1207. 35:41>> Yeah. Exactly. And you know, that's why
1208. 35:43we like to compare our business to the
1209. 35:45casino and we like to look at it as if
1210. 35:46we are the casino, right? Because the
1211. 35:48casino always wins in the long term. So,
1212. 35:50yes, you might have an accident in the
1213. 35:52short term, right? Or yes, there might
1214. 35:53be an issue, but over the long term, you
1215. 35:55will be successful. And that's why we
1216. 35:56say having more cars makes it less risky
1217. 35:59because think about it. If you have one
1218. 36:00car and something happens to that one
1219. 36:02car, there goes your whole business.
1220. 36:03Going back to the Lamborghini analogy,
1221. 36:05right? Would you rather have 30 Camry or
1222. 36:07one Lamborghini? If you have one
  1223. 36:08Lamborghini, then the odds really aren't
  1224. 36:10in your favor because there's a 50-50%
1225. 36:12chance that anything could really happen
1226. 36:14to your entire business. Where in our
1227. 36:16business, we have all of these cars
1228. 36:17where we have a strong marketing plan,
1229. 36:19right? So, we have a constant flow of
1230. 36:21leads. All of our renters are completely
1231. 36:22background checked. All of our cars are
1232. 36:24reliable. All of our cars, all of our
1233. 36:26rental agreements are strong, right? All
1234. 36:28of our systems are in place. You know,
1235. 36:30we're charging very high amounts for
1236. 36:31these cheap cars. And of course, if god
1237. 36:33forbid the renter decide to go rogue, we
1238. 36:35have trackers and kill switches in these
1239. 36:37cars. So, everything we do is a
  1240. 36:38non-negotiable. And what we're doing is
1241. 36:40we are shifting the odds in our favor,
1242. 36:41right? We are putting ourselves in a
1243. 36:43position where we will have to win long
1244. 36:44term. Is there going to be an occasional
1245. 36:46short-term crash or stuff like that? Of
1246. 36:48course, right? Just like if a casino has
1247. 36:50someone come in one day and randomly
1248. 36:52beat them for a lot of money, right? We
1249. 36:54might have a bad renter. We might have a
1250. 36:55car breakdown or a car crash. But over
1251. 36:57the long run, it is just a welloiled
1252. 37:00machine that is producing consistent
  1253. 37:01returns.
1254. 37:02>> Yeah. I mean, it's the same concept. And
  1255. 37:04you know, it's not a perfect business,
1256. 37:06as no business is perfect, but it checks
1257. 37:09off a lot of boxes more than your
  1258. 37:11average business.
1259. 37:12>> Absolutely. And ultimately, again, it
1260. 37:14comes down to how we reduce risk. So, if
1261. 37:16you look to the right, you'll see this
1262. 37:18one renter has paid us over $12,000.
1263. 37:21Now, it's not easy to find these
1264. 37:22renters, but when you have a strong
1265. 37:24driver screening system, you have
1266. 37:25reserves for repairs, right? because you
1267. 37:27need to keep your cars on the road at
  1268. 37:28all times. You're putting GPS and
  1269. 37:30tracking devices. You know, you're
  1270. 37:32binding contracts, right? Strong
1271. 37:33contracts that are protecting yourselves
1272. 37:35and of course making the renter, you
1273. 37:36know, feel scared to ever try anything.
  1274. 37:39You know, you're your pricing strategy
  1275. 37:41is high enough where you're covering
1276. 37:42costs. And again, the margins just make
  1277. 37:44sense. The cars are cheap, they're
  1278. 37:45reliable, they're not cars that are
1279. 37:46going to keep you up at night, and
1280. 37:48you're not relying on insurance, right?
1281. 37:49We do not rely on insurance. Matter of
1282. 37:51fact, we go through this business
1283. 37:52expecting insurance not to pay us
1284. 37:53because that's the better way to go
1285. 37:54about it, right? You don't want to go
1286. 37:55through life hoping that you're going to
1287. 37:57win with insurance and that insurance is
1288. 37:58going to save you. No, you want to go
1289. 37:59through life on a system that is
1290. 38:01repeatable and scalable. So ultimately,
1291. 38:03your business comes down to the
1292. 38:04reliability of your cars and the
1293. 38:05reliability of your renters. And when it
1294. 38:07comes to reliable renters, the key is
1295. 38:09having an abundance of leads. And when
1296. 38:10it comes to reliable cars, you know, of
  1297. 38:12course, it's about buying cars,
1298. 38:13inspecting them with the mechanic, you
  1299. 38:15know, making sure they're in good
1300. 38:16condition. All things that of course we
1301. 38:18teach inside our program. And as long as
1302. 38:20you have reliable cars and reliable
  1303. 38:21renters, that's you could have systems
1304. 38:23like this where you can have one person
  1305. 38:25pay you $12,000. I think this car cost
  1306. 38:27$5,000.
1307. 38:28>> Yeah, I was going to say, like I said
  1308. 38:29earlier, you're not really worried about
1309. 38:31paying off the car, but this is a a
1310. 38:33perfect scenario where the car was
  1311. 38:35$5,000. It was a Honda Pilot and it's
1312. 38:38brought in over 12K. So, the car has
1313. 38:40been paid off. Now, it's just pure
  1314. 38:41profit.
1315. 38:42>> Yeah. Exactly. So, you know, now, God
1316. 38:44forbid something happens to the car, you
1317. 38:46know, we look at it like we've already
1318. 38:47made our money back. the investment has
1319. 38:48already produced positive returns. So
  1320. 38:50ultimately, you know, that's what you
1321. 38:52need to strive towards is buying these
1322. 38:53reliable cars, putting reliable people
  1323. 38:55in them, and that's how you'll have this
1324. 38:56amazing welloiled machine, which is why
1325. 38:59we love this business model, right? It's
1326. 39:01predictable cash flow. If we have a
1327. 39:03renter who's in the car, we know every
1328. 39:05seven days he's going to pay. We can
1329. 39:07account for that. So now we know we're
1330. 39:09making 350 every week off that one
  1331. 39:11renter. It's asset ownership, right?
1332. 39:13These cars are assets. They're not going
1333. 39:14to go down to $0 in value. If you paid
1334. 39:177K for the car and rented it out for a
1335. 39:19year and a half and all right, yeah,
1336. 39:20maybe you put 100,000 more miles, but
1337. 39:22guess what? You could still sell that
  1338. 39:23car for $3,000.
1339. 39:25>> And we've also talked about, you know,
1340. 39:26there's also the possibility of fixing
  1341. 39:28something like a transmission or an
1342. 39:30engine cuz sometimes financially that
1343. 39:32makes more sense than buying a new car.
  1344. 39:34>> Yeah, exactly. It's And that's the
  1345. 39:35thing, it's extremely scalable, right?
1346. 39:37You don't need large down payments. The
1347. 39:39repairs are cheap. You don't need to,
1348. 39:41you know, bank loans, mortgages, you
1349. 39:43know, you just get the cash. If you
1350. 39:44don't have the cash, you know, there's
1351. 39:45tons of ways to have creative financing.
1352. 39:47You know, down payments are a,000 or two
  1353. 39:49instead of 50,000, right? The monthly
  1354. 39:51notes are $200 instead of $4,000. You
  1355. 39:54know, it's very res recession resistant.
1356. 39:56Why? Because these people will always
1357. 39:58need these cars to make money. So, you
  1358. 40:00know, if there's a recession, they're
1359. 40:01not going to get rid of their cars,
  1360. 40:02right? They're going to continue
  1361. 40:03driving. And it's not a seasonal
1362. 40:05business either. If you have 60 cars on
  1363. 40:07the road, you're getting paid 60 times
1364. 40:09every single week. You know where you
1365. 40:10know we talk to car flippers, car
  1366. 40:12dealers, there's always slow seasons for
  1367. 40:14them. There's always slow seasons for a
1368. 40:15lot of businesses. This business is not
  1369. 40:17one of them.
  1370. 40:18>> Exactly.
1371. 40:18>> This business to the highest level. It
1372. 40:20all starts with confidence, right?
  1373. 40:21Because if you don't have confidence,
1374. 40:22you're not going to keep buying cars,
1375. 40:24right? Again, one car is not going to
1376. 40:25make you rich. It's also not going to
1377. 40:27make you broke, right? We like to say
1378. 40:28that's the gift and curse of this
1379. 40:29business. But in the end of the day, if
1380. 40:30you want to scale this to a lot of cars,
1381. 40:32the way you're going to have confidence
1382. 40:33is by having tons of leads, having a
  1383. 40:35marketing plan that's actually working,
1384. 40:36which is why we use things like Facebook
  1385. 40:38Marketplace, Google Ads, because
  1386. 40:40ultimately these this is how we're
1387. 40:41getting tons of our own leads. You know,
1388. 40:43we don't have to rely on Turo, any
1389. 40:44thirdparty platforms. And this is what
1390. 40:46gave us the confidence to scale. And
1391. 40:48two, this is what allows us to always
1392. 40:50wait for the right renter. We don't have
1393. 40:51to be desperate. We don't have to give
  1394. 40:53cars to criminals, people that we're
1395. 40:54going to be afraid of. We can always say
1396. 40:56no. I think we deny 80% of the people
1397. 40:58that you know apply to rent with us
1398. 40:59because ultimately we have all these
1399. 41:01leads so we never have to rush. We again
1400. 41:03never need to be desperate. We could
1401. 41:04always wait for the right person.
1402. 41:06>> Yeah. I mean remember we have that
1403. 41:07strict protocol of you know needing to
1404. 41:10see their experience, needing to see
1405. 41:11that they they have the right income,
1406. 41:13needing to see that they pass a
1407. 41:14background check. Also just good
1408. 41:15communication. Like you could kind of
  1409. 41:17tell when someone doesn't answer for
  1410. 41:19hours or just isn't communicating well.
1411. 41:22It's not really someone you want to deal
1412. 41:23with. So once all these things check
1413. 41:25off, then you're, you know, free to move
1414. 41:26on to the next step. And it's always
1415. 41:28good to have leads coming in from all
1416. 41:30angles. I know a lot of people in this
1417. 41:32industry use Facebook Marketplace, which
1418. 41:34is great because it's free leads, but
1419. 41:36the quality of leads is nothing compared
1420. 41:38to the quality of leads that you'll get
1421. 41:39with something like Google Ads and paid
1422. 41:41ads, which is something that we teach. I
  1423. 41:43mean, that's his expertise.
1424. 41:45>> Yeah, absolutely. And that's the thing,
1425. 41:46right? Like that's it. When it comes to
1426. 41:48Google ads and Facebook ads and
1427. 41:50marketing strategies, you know, you just
1428. 41:52want to have leads coming in from
1429. 41:53everywhere. You want to be talking to as
1430. 41:54many people as possible, getting as many
1431. 41:56reps as possible because we've spoken to
  1432. 41:57thousands of people. You know, we've
1433. 41:59rented hundreds of cars at this point.
1434. 42:00We know what to look for. We know the
1435. 42:02red flags. And so, this is the back end
1436. 42:05from our call tracking software. And as
  1437. 42:07you can see, we've generated 83 calls in
  1438. 42:09the last week. And what's funny is it's
1439. 42:11down 45% from the week before. Now, that
1440. 42:14is not because the leads dried up. it is
1441. 42:16because we've spent way less this week
1442. 42:18than last week because we've had way
1443. 42:20less cars available. And again, this is
1444. 42:22something we talk about all the time.
1445. 42:23Your wealth really compounds because
1446. 42:25think about it. Let's just say you have
1447. 42:26zero cars on the road and it cost you,
1448. 42:28you know, $100 in ads to get that car
  1449. 42:30rented. All right, you spend a h 100red
1450. 42:31bucks and you know, now the car is
  1451. 42:33rented, you're going to make 350 every
1452. 42:34week. Now imagine you already have 20
1453. 42:36cars on the road and you just have to
1454. 42:37rent one car. Now that 100 bucks in ads
1455. 42:40is going to feel like nothing. It's
1456. 42:41going to literally feel like you didn't
  1457. 42:42spend a dime. And that's where we're at
1458. 42:44now. And that's why we love this
1459. 42:45business is because your wealth
1460. 42:46compounds. In any other business model,
1461. 42:48for the most part, you have to continue
1462. 42:50spending money on ads to keep getting
1463. 42:51customers. In this business, you get the
1464. 42:53car rented, you shut the ad off, you
1465. 42:55keep making the same amount every single
1466. 42:57week. There's times where we might spend
1467. 42:58$100 in ads and make $30,000 that month
1468. 43:01because we already had 28 cars rented
1469. 43:03and we only had to rent one more car.
1470. 43:05So, it really does allow your business
  1471. 43:07to compound. And ultimately, there's
1472. 43:09just always so many leads coming in.
  1473. 43:11These 83 calls, this isn't even all of
1474. 43:13our leads. This is actually a fraction
1475. 43:14because we get most of our leads via
1476. 43:16quote forms. So, this only accounts for
1477. 43:18half the leads. And again, this is down
1478. 43:2045% only because we spent so much less
1479. 43:23this week, which allows our margins to
  1480. 43:25really expand.
1481. 43:27>> Yeah. I mean, I think in the next slide
1482. 43:28you could see that same renter that we
1483. 43:30were talking about with the Honda Pilot
1484. 43:32that's paid us over 12K so far. He's had
1485. 43:34the car since we first had it to market.
1486. 43:36So, that's like an ideal situation. We
1487. 43:39paid ads one time. You know, cost per
1488. 43:41click, what would you say on average is?
1489. 43:43Yeah, I mean it depends, right? We work
1490. 43:44with people all over the country, so it
  1491. 43:46depends on the city. Usually it's
  1492. 43:47between$1 to3 dollars, which as Dana
1493. 43:49mentioned, my wheelhouse was in
1494. 43:51marketing, and that was what I found in
1495. 43:53this business was it had very low cost
1496. 43:54per click and very high demand.
  1497. 43:56Ultimately, an unbelievable combination
1498. 43:58for a successful business. So, let me
1499. 44:00ask you a question. If you spent $100 in
1500. 44:02ads to acquire this customer that made
  1501. 44:04you $12,000, if you had a $100 uh return
1502. 44:07on investment turn into 12K, what is
1503. 44:09that? thousand times on your um ad
1504. 44:11spend. Is that something you would want
1505. 44:13to do? Right? Because when we tell
  1506. 44:14people it might cost 50 bucks or 100
1507. 44:16bucks in ads to get a car rented at
1508. 44:18first, like, oh, that sounds expensive.
1509. 44:19Well, guess what? This person might keep
  1510. 44:21the car for three months, 6 months, 9
  1511. 44:23months, 12 months, and now that $100
1512. 44:25feels like pennies. On top of that,
  1513. 44:27there's times where we've rented cars
  1514. 44:28out for five bucks, 10 bucks, 20 bucks.
1515. 44:30You know, we don't like to set those
1516. 44:31expectations. You know, we like to
1517. 44:33always be conservative, but understand
1518. 44:35that when you're renting these cars out
1519. 44:36of people who are going to keep the car
1520. 44:37for such a long period of time, the
1521. 44:39return on ad spend becomes astronomical.
  1522. 44:42>> Yeah. I mean, it's just crazy how
1523. 44:45there's literally been times where we
1524. 44:46get the first click once a car is
1525. 44:48available, $2, and that the car has been
1526. 44:50out for seven months at that point,
  1527. 44:52bringing in $375 every week. Like
  1528. 44:55returns that you literally don't see
  1529. 44:57anywhere.
1530. 44:58>> Yeah. Exactly. And you know, we paid
1531. 45:00$7,000 for this car and in under 12
  1532. 45:02months, it's made us over $15,000. I
1533. 45:04think it's only had two renters total.
  1534. 45:06So, I think we probably spent maybe 100
1535. 45:09to $150 total on ads for this car. And
  1536. 45:13again, it's generated over double what
1537. 45:15we've paid for the car. The car is still
1538. 45:16on the road till this day. It's with
1539. 45:17only, like I said, its second renter.
  1540. 45:19So, you know, in 12 months, it's gone
1541. 45:21through two different renters, generated
1542. 45:23double what we've paid for. At this
  1543. 45:24point, it's operating on pure profit.
  1544. 45:26And that's just a beautiful thing. You
1545. 45:27know, this is just something you want to
  1546. 45:28keep repeating, right? Again, if that's
1547. 45:30what one car can do for you, imagine
  1548. 45:32doing it with 10 cars, 20 cars, and it's
1549. 45:34not like you have to keep buying the car
1550. 45:35over and over again, right? The the main
1551. 45:37expense was just buying it. Once you
1552. 45:38have the car, all the other expenses are
  1553. 45:41basically minimal.
1554. 45:42>> Yeah. And you'll hear us mention and
  1555. 45:44reference Toyota Camry a lot. Majority
1556. 45:46of our cars are Toyota Camry just
1557. 45:47because we've noticed that they give us
  1558. 45:49the least headaches. I mean, everyone
1559. 45:51knows at this point Hondas and Toyotas
1560. 45:53are the most reliable cars. Um, and this
1561. 45:55one I think it was our second car ever,
1562. 45:57right? So that was when we were first
1563. 45:58starting. We paid $7,900 for this car.
1564. 46:02And since then, we we don't really pay
1565. 46:04that high anymore. I mean, now we really
1566. 46:06try to snipe deals. We're on Facebook
  1567. 46:07Marketplace constantly looking for
1568. 46:10deals. You know, 7K is probably our max,
1569. 46:12but and you know, 6K is even better. And
1570. 46:15you know, you could even get brands that
1571. 46:17maybe aren't Toyota and Honda, but if
1572. 46:19you're going to get it for $4,000 and
1573. 46:21it's in good mechanical shape, you need
1574. 46:23it to last a fraction of the time in
1575. 46:26order to make your money back. So, you
1576. 46:28have to kind of decide how you want to
  1577. 46:29go about that.
1578. 46:30>> Yeah. You want to just look at every car
1579. 46:31as a calculated risk, right? So, you
1580. 46:33know, if we're going to spend between
1581. 46:34six and eight, you know, it's going to
1582. 46:36be Hondas and Toyotas in great
1583. 46:37condition. You know, if you're going to
1584. 46:38look at other car brands, stay under
1585. 46:40five because, yeah, they might not be as
1586. 46:41reliable, but if you spend 3,000 or
  1587. 46:434,000, as Dana mentioned, you'll make
1588. 46:45your money back that much quicker. So,
1589. 46:46every single car is a calculated risk.
1590. 46:48You have to judge every scenario
1591. 46:50differently, you know, and ultimately
1592. 46:51make the decision. Obviously, spending
1593. 46:53as little as possible is the most ideal.
1594. 46:55Why? Because you're giving the car to
  1595. 46:56strangers, right? So, it doesn't matter
1596. 46:57how nice the car is, you don't know what
1597. 46:59that person might do within a day. You
1598. 47:01have no idea. You have no control. You
1599. 47:02can do the best you can, right?
  1600. 47:04background checking and everything we've
1601. 47:06already discussed. But again, once that
1602. 47:07car is gone, it is out of your control.
1603. 47:09So, you want to spend as little as
1604. 47:11possible to mitigate risk and again
  1605. 47:13maximize reward because you're never
1606. 47:14going to really have to charge less than
1607. 47:16350 a week. So, regardless of what the
1608. 47:18car is, if you're renting a car to an
  1609. 47:19Uber or Lift driver, you know, 350 a
1610. 47:21week is pretty much always the minimal.
  1611. 47:23You know, we've never gone less than 325
1612. 47:25ever for an Uber or Lift driver,
1613. 47:27regardless of what the car is. So,
1614. 47:28again, you might as well spend as little
1615. 47:30as possible. You know, we've seen people
  1616. 47:31who might spend 15, 20K on a car and
  1617. 47:34they're getting 400 a week where we'll
  1618. 47:35spend six and we'll get 350. So,
  1619. 47:37obviously, you'd rather spend, you know,
1620. 47:39as little as possible while maximizing
  1621. 47:41reward and that's what this business
  1622. 47:43offers.
1623. 47:43>> But you also don't want to get carried
1624. 47:45away, right? Cuz some people take that a
  1625. 47:47little too literally and they're like,
1626. 47:48"Oh, this car is two grand. I'm going to
1627. 47:49get it and make my money back so quick."
1628. 47:51Which is probably true. But at the same
1629. 47:53time, the reason we go for Toyotas,
1630. 47:55which you know are a little bit higher
  1631. 47:57in price, is because they're reliable.
1632. 47:59the maintenance issues are so much less.
1633. 48:01You're not spending crazy amounts of
1634. 48:03money on things that are popping up left
1635. 48:05and right with issues with the car. Like
1636. 48:06this car is just out, gets oil changes,
1637. 48:09keeps cash flowing, and and it's worth
1638. 48:11ultimately spending an extra grand or
  1639. 48:13two.
1640. 48:13>> Yeah. You know, guys, you got to keep in
1641. 48:14mind, right, you want to still provide a
1642. 48:16good experience for your customers,
1643. 48:18right? So, when you look at this car,
  1644. 48:19you can't notice any real cosmetic
1645. 48:21issues. Now, obviously, is it perfect?
1646. 48:23No. Like, if you look closely, you'll
1647. 48:24see scratches, but it's not like you
1648. 48:26could see something from this picture,
  1649. 48:27right? there's not a dent the size of a
1650. 48:28bowling ball, right? When it comes to
1651. 48:30mechanically, you know, the car needs to
1652. 48:32run because again, these people need the
1653. 48:33car to move to make money. So, you got
1654. 48:34to keep that in mind, right? Because
1655. 48:35some people, as Dana mentioned, they get
1656. 48:37carried away and they buy cars that are
1657. 48:38breaking down within a week or when you
1658. 48:40look at them, it just looks disgusting.
1659. 48:42Like, it needs to still be respectable.
1660. 48:44You know, they can't get bad reviews,
1661. 48:45right? You don't want to give them
  1662. 48:46something that's going to lead to
1663. 48:47passengers complaining or making them
1664. 48:49feel unsafe. And, you know, Toyota Camry
1665. 48:51overall are probably the best possible
1666. 48:53car, right? Because again, when you go
1667. 48:55too cheap or too small or something
  1668. 48:56that's not desirable, you're going to
1669. 48:58have a lot of people who say no. Of
1670. 48:59course, you will always find someone. We
  1671. 49:00like to say there's a butt for every
  1672. 49:02seat, you know, you'll always find a
1673. 49:03renter to take the car regardless. But,
1674. 49:05you know, if you want to get the perfect
1675. 49:06combination of reliability while also
  1676. 49:08being desirable, I mean, Toyota Camry
1677. 49:11are absolutely our number one choice.
  1678. 49:13So, you're probably asking, right, why
1679. 49:14doesn't everyone do this? If this
  1680. 49:15business is so good, why wouldn't
1681. 49:17everyone do it? And as we mentioned, you
1682. 49:19know, it takes a certain type of person
1683. 49:20to do a business like this, right?
1684. 49:22someone who can handle adversity, right?
1685. 49:24There's a lot of people we see who get
1686. 49:25involved in this business and it is not
1687. 49:26the right business for them. Maybe they
1688. 49:28can't afford to buy cars. Maybe they
1689. 49:30have very thin skin. So, if one thing
1690. 49:31happens, they start crying, they start
  1691. 49:33panicking, you know, maybe they can't
1692. 49:35handle risk, right? The idea of giving a
1693. 49:37random car cuz think about it. We spend
1694. 49:39$6,000 on a car and now that car is just
1695. 49:40driving around the, you know, the city,
1696. 49:43sometimes the country, right? And we
1697. 49:44have no control, right? We have to hope
1698. 49:46that the renter is going to do the right
1699. 49:47thing and pay. So, this business
1700. 49:49absolutely is not for everyone, right?
  1701. 49:51Yes, it's an incredible opportunity.
1702. 49:53Yes, it can be very good, very
1703. 49:54profitable. It can absolutely change
1704. 49:55your life. But if you're sitting here
1705. 49:57saying, "Oh, this is too good to be
  1706. 49:58true. Why doesn't everyone do this?"
1707. 49:59Just think to yourself, right? You can
1708. 50:01probably think of a lot of people who
  1709. 50:02either don't have the capital or
1710. 50:04couldn't possibly stomach the risk to do
  1711. 50:06something like this.
1712. 50:07>> Yeah. And I mean, a lot of people,
1713. 50:09they're starting from the way beginning,
1714. 50:10you know, whether you have experience in
1715. 50:12car rentals already, um, or you're just
1716. 50:15starting from scratch. A lot of people
1717. 50:16get overwhelmed by something like
1718. 50:17setting up your business. I mean, it
1719. 50:19really is just a simple LLC. I mean, we
1720. 50:21went to legalsoom.com and opened up our
1721. 50:24LLC and it was formed within a week. Um,
1722. 50:26you do want to have a business entity
1723. 50:29just for your own protection. And then
1724. 50:31with that, you want to open up a bank
1725. 50:33account that um the LLC operates under
1726. 50:36because you want to separate, you know,
1727. 50:38the income from this business, the
1728. 50:40income and expenses from your personal
  1729. 50:42expenses.
1730. 50:43>> Exactly. You know, you want to have
1731. 50:44structure. You want to always present
  1732. 50:46yourself as a professional, legitimate
1733. 50:48business, right? When people come to
1734. 50:50rent cars from us, they're not thinking
1735. 50:51they're renting cars from, you know, the
  1736. 50:52car rental couple, right? They're not
1737. 50:54thinking they're renting cars from me or
  1738. 50:55Dana, right? They're think they're
1739. 50:56renting cars from legitimate big
  1740. 50:58businesses. That's the impression you
1741. 50:59always want to give. You want to give
1742. 51:00like your systemized professional, you
1743. 51:02know? You want to give off like it's an
  1744. 51:04operation, right? There's people above
1745. 51:05people, you know, kind of like a Avis,
1746. 51:07kind of like Herz. You want to give that
  1747. 51:09impression because ultimately that's how
  1748. 51:11you're going to establish
  1749. 51:11professionalism. And that's how they're
1750. 51:13going to respect you at the highest
1751. 51:14level, not try to try you, right?
1752. 51:16They're not going to try to negotiate,
  1753. 51:17play games. They know they're either
1754. 51:18going to pay or you're going to come and
1755. 51:20get the car. And again, when you're
  1756. 51:21renting to people who aren't criminals,
1757. 51:23right, people who are over 25, you know,
1758. 51:25we stick to over 25 years old, um,
1759. 51:27ideally over 30, right? People that have
  1760. 51:29families, they're not going to risk
1761. 51:30anything. They're just going to pay for
1762. 51:32the car. And if they can't pay for the
  1763. 51:33car, they'll communicate with you. And
1764. 51:34if they can't work it out with you,
1765. 51:36they'll return the car peacefully
1766. 51:37because it's not worth it for them,
1767. 51:39right? Why would they want to steal a
1768. 51:412014 Camry with 150,000 mi and go to
1769. 51:44jail for Grand Theft Auto? Why would
1770. 51:45they want to put those risks on
1771. 51:46themselves, right? Ultimately, you know,
1772. 51:49this is what you need to do. You need to
1773. 51:50have your business set up. You need to
1774. 51:52establish these operations. You need to
  1775. 51:54protect yourself with, as we've
1776. 51:55mentioned, rental contracts. You need to
  1777. 51:57stay organized, right? Ideally, a
  1778. 51:58different bank account.
  1779. 52:00>> Yeah. I mean, staying organized, that's
1780. 52:01that's my specialty in this business.
1781. 52:03Um, you really want to make sure you're
1782. 52:05tracking the money that's coming in and
1783. 52:07going out at all times. It's extremely
1784. 52:08important or else you kind of just lose
  1785. 52:10track. You don't even know what you're
1786. 52:12making, you know. So, um, right now we
  1787. 52:14we don't use a CRM specifically,
1788. 52:16although there are a lot of CRM out
1789. 52:18there for car rental businesses. But for
1790. 52:20us, even with this many cars, we're
1791. 52:22still operating on spreadsheets. And,
1792. 52:24you know, in one of our offers, that is
1793. 52:26something that we provide to you, our
1794. 52:27P&L templates, so that you could kind of
  1795. 52:29just plug and play.
1796. 52:31>> Yeah. And that's the thing with business
1797. 52:32setup, right? It's so much deeper than
1798. 52:34just the LLC, right? You want procedures
1799. 52:36for turning leads into customers because
1800. 52:38there's a lot of things you can say
1801. 52:39wrong that are going to turn people off.
1802. 52:41You want SOPs for issues that may arise,
1803. 52:43right? If something happens, that
1804. 52:44person's going to be panicking. You need
1805. 52:46to act like you've been there before.
1806. 52:47You need to act like a professional like
1807. 52:48you know what you're doing. Right? At
1808. 52:49this point, we have SOPs for everything.
1809. 52:51We have mobile mechanics. We have
1810. 52:52roadside assistance. We have shops. We
1811. 52:54have We know how to handle any situation
1812. 52:56that's going to arise at any time. You
  1813. 52:58need a system for collecting payments
1814. 52:59weekly. You don't want to text them and
  1815. 53:01say, "Hey, your payments's due." Right?
1816. 53:02We make it seem like it's an automated
  1817. 53:04system, like it's a real business. And
  1818. 53:06ultimately, you need a system for
1819. 53:07scaling because all of this put together
1820. 53:09is what's going to give you the
1821. 53:11confidence, right? If you don't have all
1822. 53:12of this, you know, yes, anyone
1823. 53:14hypothetically can get a car on the road
1824. 53:15and rent it. But when it is a nightmare,
1825. 53:17right, the car breaks down or the renter
1826. 53:19steals the car or the renter crashes the
1827. 53:21car and you just didn't do your due
  1828. 53:22diligence, you didn't do anything right,
  1829. 53:23you didn't have the proper rental
1830. 53:24agreements in place and it just become
  1831. 53:26becomes a headache, then you're not
1832. 53:27going to scale, right? You're going to
1833. 53:28probably quit after one car, which we've
1834. 53:30seen people do over and over again. The
1835. 53:31people who get to the levels we've
1836. 53:32gotten to are the people that do all of
  1837. 53:34these things we're discussing because
1838. 53:36that is what sets up that's the
  1839. 53:37foundation for a successful business.
1840. 53:39>> Yeah. I mean, and we made all the
  1841. 53:40mistakes already. So, we're happy to,
1842. 53:43you know, be sharing this stuff to be
1843. 53:44able to help you avoid making these
1844. 53:47mistakes and be set up properly and run
  1845. 53:49this business properly.
1846. 53:50>> Yep. Which segus into our next point,
1847. 53:53why people need us, right? You know,
1848. 53:55again, anybody can go ahead and buy a
1849. 53:57car and rent it, but that doesn't mean
1850. 53:59it's going to be successful. it doesn't
1851. 54:00mean it's going to be profitable in the
1852. 54:02long term. And when you work with us,
1853. 54:04you're just speeding up the learning
  1854. 54:05process, right? You're learning our
  1855. 54:06systems, you're learning our marketing,
1856. 54:08you're learning from our mistakes, and
  1857. 54:10most importantly, you're learning just
1858. 54:12how to do it at the highest level,
1859. 54:14right? A way that we've done it over and
1860. 54:16over and over again. Because trying to
1861. 54:18figure it on your own, you know, it's
1862. 54:19going to end up costing you not just
1863. 54:21potentially tens of thousands of
1864. 54:23dollars, but weeks, months of your life,
1865. 54:25time that you can't get back, right? You
1866. 54:27barely have time to do it right the
1867. 54:29first time. So, you can't afford to do
1868. 54:31it wrong, right? You need to understand
1869. 54:32how to do it right and never have to
1870. 54:34think about, you know, am I missing
  1871. 54:36anything? Am I doing it wrong? Am I
1872. 54:38putting myself at risk to ultimately
  1873. 54:40lose lots of money?
  1874. 54:42>> Yeah, there's always going to be a
  1875. 54:43learning curve. There's always going to
1876. 54:44be an adjustment period. But having all
1877. 54:46the systems in front of you where you
  1878. 54:48can literally read a checklist like,
1879. 54:50"Okay, I have to do this. I have to get
1880. 54:52this car. This is who I have to run to.
1881. 54:54If this person doesn't check off this
  1882. 54:56criteria, then it's a no." you know,
1883. 54:58getting the car on the road, having the
1884. 55:00right contracts, having the right
  1885. 55:01systems in place. It's absolutely
1886. 55:03everything. It is how you will succeed
  1887. 55:05in this business.
1888. 55:06>> Yeah, exactly. And these are just two
  1889. 55:08examples of people that we've worked
1890. 55:09with or knew that tried to do it on
1891. 55:11their own and how it just ended up being
1892. 55:13a disaster. So, this one guy, he bought
1893. 55:15a Ford Bronco. His plan was to rent it
1894. 55:17on Turo. What ended up happening was it
1895. 55:19got recalled. He couldn't put it on
1896. 55:20Turo. Couldn't figure out how to market
1897. 55:22on his own. You know, we didn't want to
1898. 55:23use our system because for that car, it
1899. 55:25didn't really make sense for Uber
1900. 55:26andyft. All in all, he ended up losing
1901. 55:28$17,000 after he bought the car,
1902. 55:31depreciation, sold it. You know, then
1903. 55:33his car note was more than what he sold
1904. 55:35it for. It became an absolute nightmare
1905. 55:37where, you know, he could have bought a
  1906. 55:38car for 6K, so there's no possibility of
1907. 55:41losing 17 cuz the car is only worth six.
1908. 55:43He could have rented it out right away.
1909. 55:44He had the car for over a year, never
1910. 55:46actually rented it once because again,
1911. 55:47Turo kicked him off, had no marketing
1912. 55:49strategy. And then when you look to the
1913. 55:51right, you know, this guy bought two
  1914. 55:53different cars we don't recommend. We've
1915. 55:54never told anyone to buy hybrids. He
  1916. 55:56bought a Prius hybrid. We've never told
1917. 55:58anyone about Chevys. He bought a Chevy.
1918. 55:59Both cars broke down way before he can
1919. 56:02make any money on them. And it just led
  1920. 56:04to a absolute financial nightmare. Which
1921. 56:06brings up, you know, a point that we
1922. 56:08always talk about, right? How in the car
  1923. 56:09rental business, you're always walking a
  1924. 56:11fine line between a very successful
1925. 56:13business and a not so very successful
  1926. 56:15business. And if you've YouTubed car
  1927. 56:16rental businesses, you've probably seen
1928. 56:18this Dave Ramsey video about how a car
1929. 56:19rental business wrecked our finances.
1930. 56:21You know, just so you guys don't have to
1931. 56:22waste eight minutes watching. Basically
1932. 56:24what happened was this this couple they
1933. 56:26financed two or three Porsches for like
1934. 56:28$70,000 each. Their car notes were
1935. 56:30through the roof. They tried to put them
1936. 56:32on Turo, were barely making money. I
  1937. 56:33think their car notes were like 7K a
  1938. 56:35month. They were generating 4,000 a
1939. 56:37month. So they were losing 3K on top of
1940. 56:39the fact that the cars were depreciating
1941. 56:41rapidly. They couldn't sell the cars cuz
1942. 56:43they were upside down. Everything about
1943. 56:44it is the opposite of what we do, right?
  1944. 56:46We don't finance cars. We don't buy
1945. 56:48brand new cars. We don't use Turo, you
1946. 56:50know, we use proven marketing
  1947. 56:52strategies, you know, a service that
1948. 56:54people actually want, cheap, reliable
1949. 56:55cars. Again, you know, the finan the car
1950. 56:58rental business, you can hear tons of
  1951. 56:59horror stories. It's cuz these people
1952. 57:01have no game plan. They don't know what
  1953. 57:02they're doing. They're getting into it
1954. 57:04because maybe they want a luxury car
1955. 57:05they want to show off to their friends,
1956. 57:07you know, and then have other people pay
1957. 57:09for it. You know, god forbid someone
  1958. 57:10crashes it and now insurance doesn't
  1959. 57:12claim doesn't pay for it. You have a
1960. 57:14$60,000 car you owe. Like there's so
1961. 57:16many things. We could talk about this
1962. 57:17for hours, but as long as you're
1963. 57:19following what we teach, you won't have
1964. 57:20to worry about any of this being you.
1965. 57:23>> Yeah. Between our own experience and
1966. 57:24everyone we worked with at this point
  1967. 57:26that follows our systems, I mean, it's
1968. 57:27the same story. People are coming from
  1969. 57:29nightmare situations from Turo,
1970. 57:32any different type of car rentals, you
1971. 57:34know, you could really get yourself in a
1972. 57:35big mess, but the systems that we've set
1973. 57:38up put you in such a better position for
  1974. 57:40success. For sure.
1975. 57:41>> Yeah. I mean, it's just your risk is
1976. 57:43always low and your reward is always
1977. 57:44high. You know, again, these people,
  1978. 57:45they bought Porsches. We're making more
1979. 57:47than them or relatively similar off cars
1980. 57:49that are a tenth of the price with no
1981. 57:51car notes and no risk. And ultimately
1982. 57:53following us, you know, you could get
  1983. 57:55the results we've gotten, right? It's a
  1984. 57:57universe that's a cause and effect
1985. 57:58universe. So, when you f if you want
1986. 58:00results, you do exactly what that person
1987. 58:02did to get the same results, right? So,
1988. 58:04when you look at Eric, he just got his
1989. 58:05second and third car in. I know we
1990. 58:07remember when we started with him, he
1991. 58:08bought one car, got it rented, boom,
1992. 58:10second, boom, third. You know, David
1993. 58:12just delivered his first car.
  1994. 58:14>> Yeah, it's been such a similar process.
1995. 58:16Every time we work with someone, it's
1996. 58:17they rent a car out, the next day they
1997. 58:19are purchasing their next car because
  1998. 58:21like I said, it's just an addicting
  1999. 58:22process. Once one's out and it's under
2000. 58:24contract for over a month now, the only
2001. 58:26thing you want to do is buy the next
  2002. 58:28one.
2003. 58:28>> Yeah. And that's the thing when you look
2004. 58:30at someone like Kathy, you know, she
2005. 58:31started when she approached us, she had
2006. 58:33three cars just sitting in her driveway.
2007. 58:34She couldn't rent them. And as you can
2008. 58:36see, you know, we might have all the
2009. 58:37cars on the road tomorrow. you know, on
2010. 58:39the right side, you know, you got Kathy
2011. 58:41and Gina getting their first car on the
2012. 58:43road. You know, these are just scenarios
2013. 58:44where people who had zero experience, no
2014. 58:46idea what they were doing, know
2015. 58:48anything, right? They just knew that
  2016. 58:50this was a great opportunity. They
2017. 58:51wanted to get involved. They took the
2018. 58:52leap of faith. They trusted that we can
2019. 58:54teach them, that we knew what we were
2020. 58:55talking about, and just like we got
2021. 58:57results. They followed our exact system.
2022. 58:59They got the same exact results.
2023. 59:01>> Yeah. And just having us, you know, in
2024. 59:02their corner like, you know, whether
  2025. 59:04it's a partnership or a mentorship, just
2026. 59:06having us who have been experienced, who
2027. 59:09know every part of the process like the
  2028. 59:11back of our hands, it's very
2029. 59:13encouraging. You know, we if you ever
2030. 59:15are in a pinch and and need to figure
  2031. 59:17out how to handle a situation, we're
2032. 59:18always there to help you.
2033. 59:20>> Exactly. And just to keep showing you
2034. 59:22guys, we have, you know, Jeremy who got
2035. 59:24to his 14th car. We got Ike who got to
2036. 59:27six leads in one day. I don't even know
2037. 59:28how many cars he's at at this point. And
2038. 59:30we've helped people all over. These are
  2039. 59:31all different cities, different
2040. 59:33scenarios, different people, but the
  2041. 59:34same strategies, the principles, that's
  2042. 59:36all that applies. And that's the
2043. 59:37beautiful thing is you can take our
2044. 59:39exact systems and implement them in your
2045. 59:40city. Whether you're in our city or any
  2046. 59:42of these people's cities, it doesn't
  2047. 59:44matter because there's so much more
2048. 59:45demand than supply. If you're going to
2049. 59:46be able to supply these cars, there will
2050. 59:48be someone who will want to take them.
2051. 59:51>> Absolutely. And here's more. We have
2052. 59:53someone who put up a marketplace ad and
2053. 59:56have 27 messages at pe about people
  2054. 59:58wanting like never worry that there's
2055. 1:00:00not enough people looking for cars. I
  2056. 1:00:02mean, we've we've said it time and time
2057. 1:00:04again, but that is not your issue. So,
  2058. 1:00:07um, who else?
2059. 1:00:08>> We have James, right? Who I think he's
2060. 1:00:10had five cars now. This was when he got
2061. 1:00:12his second car. And that's the funny
2062. 1:00:13thing. If you look at the left about
2063. 1:00:14Mike talking about Facebook Marketplace,
2064. 1:00:16Facebook Marketplace is not even close
2065. 1:00:17to our number one marketing strategy,
2066. 1:00:18right? We love Google ads. We even run
2067. 1:00:20some Facebook ads. Real ads are, you
2068. 1:00:22know, our bread and butter. But just
2069. 1:00:24Facebook Marketplace alone can get you
2070. 1:00:25going, which, you know, would we be able
2071. 1:00:27to build an empire off just Facebook
2072. 1:00:28Marketplace? No. Right? You want an
2073. 1:00:30abundance of leads coming from all which
2074. 1:00:32way places. But again, you can get
2075. 1:00:33started with any which, you know, any
2076. 1:00:35marketing strategy can really work. Any
2077. 1:00:37marketing strategy can make this
2078. 1:00:38business work, you know? And if you look
2079. 1:00:39to the right, you see Jesus, who's
2080. 1:00:41talking about, can we turn the ads off
2081. 1:00:43because until we get another vehicle,
2082. 1:00:44again, what we talked about, right? You
2083. 1:00:45turn the ads on, get the car rented. At
2084. 1:00:48that point, it's just passive income. no
2085. 1:00:49reason to continue spending money on
2086. 1:00:50ads. You could just let the money roll
2087. 1:00:52in when once you get the next car, then
2088. 1:00:54you can turn the ads back on and just
2089. 1:00:56keep it going and keep compounding your
  2090. 1:00:58wealth.
2091. 1:00:58>> And I specifically remember with Jesus,
2092. 1:01:00that was like the second day. We
2093. 1:01:02launched his helped launch his ads the
2094. 1:01:04night before and the next day by 3 p.m.
  2095. 1:01:06he's like, "We're already under
2096. 1:01:07contract. Can you turn the ads off?"
  2097. 1:01:09>> Yeah. I mean, it's crazy. Like there's
  2098. 1:01:10situations where we've literally had
  2099. 1:01:12cars rented within 12 hours, 24 hours. I
2100. 1:01:15mean, again, we like to tell people
  2101. 1:01:16usually takes about 3 to 10 days, but
  2102. 1:01:18there's times where we've gotten cars
2103. 1:01:20out within 24 to 40 hours. It is so
2104. 1:01:22insane. So, you know, the question then
2105. 1:01:24becomes, what did all of these people
2106. 1:01:26have in common, right? All of these
2107. 1:01:27success stories, they had the mindset
2108. 1:01:29for success, right? They were able to
  2109. 1:01:30develop a winning mentality because if
2110. 1:01:32you don't have the right mindset, the
2111. 1:01:33rest won't even matter, right? We could
2112. 1:01:35teach you everything. We can give you
2113. 1:01:36everything that we've done, but if your
2114. 1:01:38mind isn't in the right place, you will
2115. 1:01:39not succeed. So, how do you have the
2116. 1:01:41right mindset? First, by focusing on
  2117. 1:01:42long-term goals, right? This isn't car
  2118. 1:01:44flipping. It's a slow flip, right? You
2119. 1:01:45don't just buy a car for 4K and sell it
2120. 1:01:48for six. And you know, it's going to
2121. 1:01:49take you 6 months to get your money
2122. 1:01:50back. So, you need to have that
2123. 1:01:51long-term vision. You need to embrace
2124. 1:01:53structured systems. Stop trying to
2125. 1:01:55figure it out on your own, right? When
2126. 1:01:57you're working with people like us,
2127. 1:01:58we've paved the road for you. All you
2128. 1:01:59have to do is follow the path, right?
2129. 1:02:01You need to avoid emotional decisions.
  2130. 1:02:03Whether something happened with a car,
2131. 1:02:04maybe a renter, you know, you have to be
2132. 1:02:06able to keep a level head at all times.
2133. 1:02:08You need to have financial reserves. You
2134. 1:02:10know, if you only have $5,000 saved up,
  2135. 1:02:12this probably isn't the business for
2136. 1:02:14you, right? You need to be able to buy a
2137. 1:02:15car and ultimately have money prepared
2138. 1:02:17to repair those cars. Ideally, you know,
2139. 1:02:19the car will be profitable, right? In a
  2140. 1:02:21perfect world, everything's going to be
2141. 1:02:22great. But there are going to be
  2142. 1:02:23scenarios where, you know, within a
2143. 1:02:25couple months, the car might need
2144. 1:02:26repairs. And if you're blowing all your
  2145. 1:02:28money, then what's going to happen,
2146. 1:02:29right? You need to keep the cars on the
2147. 1:02:30road to keep the cash flowing, right?
2148. 1:02:32You want to be able to minimize risk.
2149. 1:02:34You want to be able to maximize reward.
2150. 1:02:36And ultimately, you want to focus on
  2151. 1:02:38high cash flow activities.
2152. 1:02:40>> And as we've continued to mention, this
2153. 1:02:42isn't about just one car. It's about
2154. 1:02:44building an income machine. How many
2155. 1:02:46cars can you get on the road? The more
2156. 1:02:48cars you have on the road, the more
2157. 1:02:50you're cash flowing, the less risk that
2158. 1:02:52you're involved in. So, you really, you
2159. 1:02:54know, you don't want to limit your
2160. 1:02:55potential here. You want to start with
2161. 1:02:57one, get familiar with the system, and
  2162. 1:02:59just continue scaling.
2163. 1:03:00>> Yeah. Exactly. You know, you never want
2164. 1:03:02to focus on one, right? And as we always
2165. 1:03:04say, the gift and the curse of this
2166. 1:03:06business is you're not going to get rich
2167. 1:03:07off one car, but you won't go broke off
  2168. 1:03:08one car. Right? That's why it's a gift.
2169. 1:03:10It's a gift because if something happens
2170. 1:03:11to a car, you don't have to worry about
  2171. 1:03:12your life being over. And it's a curse
2172. 1:03:14because a lot of people want to rush.
2173. 1:03:16And the reality is, you think you want
2174. 1:03:17to rush, but you don't, right? You want
2175. 1:03:18to look back at your success and know
2176. 1:03:20that you built it brick by brick. You
2177. 1:03:21want to know that it took a lot to get
  2178. 1:03:23there because that's what makes it
2179. 1:03:24worthwhile, right? If it was so easy to
  2180. 1:03:26just buy a $4,000 car and become a
2181. 1:03:28millionaire again, everyone would do it,
2182. 1:03:29right? But understanding that you have
2183. 1:03:30to do it over and over and over again to
2184. 1:03:33make substantial income, right? Because
2185. 1:03:34one or two cars, you know, it makes you
2186. 1:03:36an extra couple thousand a month, which
  2187. 1:03:38maybe, you know, for you that's
2188. 1:03:39life-changing, but for the average
2189. 1:03:40person, they want a lot more than that.
2190. 1:03:41And, you know, when you when they
2191. 1:03:43realize, they do the math that it's
  2192. 1:03:44going to take 10 cars to get to 10K a
2193. 1:03:45month. You know, that scares a lot of
2194. 1:03:47people away. But the reality is that is
2195. 1:03:48a good thing because again if you get to
2196. 1:03:5010 cars now you never need to worry
2197. 1:03:52about one day losing all your income
2198. 1:03:54because god forbid something happens to
2199. 1:03:55one of them you still have nine others
2200. 1:03:57that are producing income and ultimately
2201. 1:03:59allowing you to live your life.
2202. 1:04:01>> Yeah. I mean a lot of people skip over
  2203. 1:04:03the mindset stuff and they're like I
  2204. 1:04:05don't I don't care. I just want to get
2205. 1:04:07into it and start. But it really is so
2206. 1:04:09important to have the right mindset and
2207. 1:04:11to approach this the right way and kind
2208. 1:04:13of be detached a little bit because
2209. 1:04:15there is a layer of luck to this
2210. 1:04:16business. You know, like you never know
2211. 1:04:17what's going to happen, but the more
2212. 1:04:19detached you are, the better things seem
  2213. 1:04:21to flow for you.
2214. 1:04:22>> Yep. So, if you're tired of hearing us
2215. 1:04:25talk, right, and you want to know how
2216. 1:04:27you can make this work for you, how you
2217. 1:04:28can work with us, then we have two ways
2218. 1:04:30that you're able to build wealth with
2219. 1:04:31us, which we're going to get into
2220. 1:04:33shortly. The first option is to partner
  2221. 1:04:35with us. We'll handle the rental
2222. 1:04:36operations and we will just be your
2223. 1:04:38business partner every step of the way.
2224. 1:04:40Um, and the second option is to get
2225. 1:04:42mentored, right? will teach you our
2226. 1:04:43system, guide you through every step of
2227. 1:04:45the way so you can do this on your own
2228. 1:04:46for the rest of your life and rent out
2229. 1:04:48as many cars as you possibly can.
2230. 1:04:51>> Yeah. I mean, the partnership program is
2231. 1:04:53a much more passive approach. If you're
2232. 1:04:54just looking to say, "Hey, I have these
2233. 1:04:56cars or I'll be able to get these cars,
2234. 1:04:58you guys handle the rest, that is the
2235. 1:05:00program for you. If you're looking to
  2236. 1:05:02really take this hands-on, take our
  2237. 1:05:04systems and keep a 100% of this business
2238. 1:05:07and really scale it on your own, then
2239. 1:05:09that's where the mentorship program
  2240. 1:05:10comes in."
2241. 1:05:11>> Yeah. So, let's get into the partnership
2242. 1:05:12program, right? What you can expect. So,
2243. 1:05:14you can expect to make on average $175
2244. 1:05:16to $200 per car and we will do
2245. 1:05:18everything for you. As Dana mentioned,
2246. 1:05:20this is the passive approach. If you are
2247. 1:05:21a busy professional, you know, you don't
2248. 1:05:23have the time to do car rentals, but you
2249. 1:05:24still want to profit off car rentals,
2250. 1:05:26then this is the option for you because
2251. 1:05:27we will do virtually everything for you.
2252. 1:05:29We will find the renter for you, vet the
2253. 1:05:31renter for you, background check the
2254. 1:05:32renter for you. The only thing you're
2255. 1:05:33going to have to do is literally give
2256. 1:05:34the car to the renter. And that's how
2257. 1:05:36we've been able to partner with people
2258. 1:05:37all across the country because this
  2259. 1:05:39isn't short-term rentals, right? If you
2260. 1:05:40were doing, you know, having to get the
2261. 1:05:42car to and from the renter every couple
2262. 1:05:43days, then yeah, partnering with us
2263. 1:05:45wouldn't really make sense for you. But
  2264. 1:05:46for majority of the people we've
  2265. 1:05:47partnered with, whether they're in Vegas
2266. 1:05:48with us or Denver or New York or
2267. 1:05:50anywhere across the country, majority of
2268. 1:05:52the time you give the car away, you
2269. 1:05:53don't see it for 4 months, 5 months. So,
2270. 1:05:55it's not like you have to spend much
  2271. 1:05:56time because we're going to do
2272. 1:05:57everything for you. If there's an issue,
2273. 1:05:59the renter reaches out to us. When it
  2274. 1:06:00comes to collecting payments, we're the
2275. 1:06:02ones that get it. We send you the cut.
2276. 1:06:03When it comes to anything that needs to
2277. 1:06:05be done, we are virtually doing it for
2278. 1:06:06you. The only thing again you have to do
2279. 1:06:08is buy the car, get it ready. From
2280. 1:06:10there, we will find the renter for you,
2281. 1:06:12background check the renter for you, um
2282. 1:06:14get the renter under the rental
2283. 1:06:15agreement, send the renter all the
2284. 1:06:17paperwork to get them approved by all
2285. 1:06:18the apps. Um from there, we will send
  2286. 1:06:20you the signed rental agreement. You'll
2287. 1:06:22see exactly how much the car is going
  2288. 1:06:24out for. We'll send you the renters's
  2289. 1:06:25driver's license, you have the renters's
  2290. 1:06:27info, and you're meeting the renter.
2291. 1:06:28We're never touching the car. Of course,
2292. 1:06:30if you live in our city, then, you know,
2293. 1:06:31we can um coordinate, you know, you
2294. 1:06:33bringing the car to us. But for people
2295. 1:06:34who are living all over the country,
2296. 1:06:36we're never touching the car, you know.
2297. 1:06:37So, if the car is in front of you, you
2298. 1:06:38know, it's not rented. When it is not in
2299. 1:06:40front of you, right, you you're the one
2300. 1:06:41giving it to the renter. That's when you
2301. 1:06:43get your first payment and then you can
2302. 1:06:44expect to just passively receive
2303. 1:06:46payments every seven days from there.
2304. 1:06:48>> Yeah. People have been loving our
2305. 1:06:50partnership program and have gotten so
2306. 1:06:52many benefits from it because whether
2307. 1:06:54you have cars already that are just
2308. 1:06:56sitting around that could make money,
2309. 1:06:57that's amazing. or you know like I said
2310. 1:06:59you go out and get a couple cars and we
2311. 1:07:02take it off your hands you don't have to
2312. 1:07:03you know spend time learning the systems
2313. 1:07:05because there is involvement you know
2314. 1:07:07you have to launch the ad and you have
2315. 1:07:09to talk to leads consistently and
2316. 1:07:11qualify the leads and get them approved
2317. 1:07:13on these apps and then manage the
2318. 1:07:14rentals and as you get more cars you
2319. 1:07:16have to make sure payments are coming in
2320. 1:07:18from every single renter what if this
2321. 1:07:20issue comes up you have to be there to
2322. 1:07:22manage it. So we are your partners you
2323. 1:07:24know we're paying to run the ads for
2324. 1:07:26you. We're vetting the drivers for you.
2325. 1:07:28where, you know, we treat our partners'
2326. 1:07:30cars more strictly than we treat our own
2327. 1:07:32cars. Like, we really do our best to put
2328. 1:07:35the perfect person in your car. All you
2329. 1:07:37have to do is give them the key and
  2330. 1:07:39that's it. It's a passive approach for
  2331. 1:07:41you.
  2332. 1:07:41>> Yeah. I mean, that's the thing, right?
  2333. 1:07:42As Dana just said, there's involvement,
2334. 1:07:44right? If you don't have the time to run
2335. 1:07:45a business, you know, you're not going
2336. 1:07:46to be able to make this work. I like to
2337. 1:07:47tell people there's no such thing as
  2338. 1:07:49passive income. There's just active
2339. 1:07:50income where you're not the one doing
2340. 1:07:51the work. And that's what we provide,
2341. 1:07:53you know, for the partnership. You know,
2342. 1:07:54there's two ways to provide equity.
2343. 1:07:56There's sweat equity and financial
2344. 1:07:57equity. So, the reason why these
2345. 1:07:58partnerships are so great, you provide
  2346. 1:07:59the financial equity, we'll provide all
2347. 1:08:01the sweat equity. We'll again get the
2348. 1:08:02renter, do everything to make sure it's
2349. 1:08:04the perfect person. As Dana just
2350. 1:08:06mentioned, we treat your cars more
2351. 1:08:07seriously than our own because we
2352. 1:08:08understand, you know, it is not
  2353. 1:08:10something small. If you're, you know,
2354. 1:08:11investing to work with us, we do not
2355. 1:08:13take it lightly. We don't treat this as
2356. 1:08:14a hobby. We treat this as a job with the
  2357. 1:08:16utmost professionalism.
2358. 1:08:18>> And we also do cover half the
  2359. 1:08:19maintenance. So, let's say the renter,
  2360. 1:08:21you know, for routine maintenance. Let's
2361. 1:08:22say the renter went to do an oil change,
2362. 1:08:24then we'll cover half the cost of that
  2363. 1:08:26as well.
2364. 1:08:26>> Yeah. and and not only just cover it,
2365. 1:08:28most of the time we're laying it out so
2366. 1:08:29you never actually have to go out of
2367. 1:08:30pocket from there. You could either send
2368. 1:08:31us the zel or we can take it out of
2369. 1:08:33future weeks payments. Of course, you
2370. 1:08:35know, if you qualify to partner with us,
2371. 1:08:36these are things that we can discuss and
  2372. 1:08:38negotiate. But it's a true partnership.
  2373. 1:08:40You know, we're splitting everything
2374. 1:08:41with you in terms of the maintenance.
  2375. 1:08:43We're splitting the revenue. We're
2376. 1:08:44taking on the work for you and
2377. 1:08:45ultimately making it so that you can
  2378. 1:08:47just collect income passively
2379. 1:08:49>> and scale super quickly.
2380. 1:08:50>> Yep. And be just like this guy. This one
  2381. 1:08:52partner, we've sent over $80,000. you
2382. 1:08:54know, he started working with us, I
2383. 1:08:56believe in July, so I think it was eight
2384. 1:08:57months from the day of this recording,
  2385. 1:08:59and we've already sent him $80,000. You
2386. 1:09:02know, because in this business, time is
2387. 1:09:04your friend, right? The more time
  2388. 1:09:05passes, the more money you're making
2389. 1:09:07every single week, we are sending him
2390. 1:09:08money. You know, at this point, he's
  2391. 1:09:09scaled to like 15, 20 cars. You know,
2392. 1:09:11when he started with us, he started with
2393. 1:09:13a few and he's just been buying every
  2394. 1:09:14single week since. I can't wait to see
2395. 1:09:16what this number is going to be like in
2396. 1:09:17a year cuz I can almost guarantee you
2397. 1:09:18it's going to be at three four $500,000.
2398. 1:09:21And again, he hasn't had to do anything
2399. 1:09:22except buy the cars and then give the
2400. 1:09:24cars to the renters. That's it. You
2401. 1:09:25know, we live in Vegas. He's out of
  2402. 1:09:27Cleveland, Ohio. And it's just an
2403. 1:09:29incredible partnership. You know, he
2404. 1:09:30just focuses on buying cars. He doesn't
2405. 1:09:32have to lift the phone, lift the finger
2406. 1:09:34to speak to leads, you know, cuz we're
2407. 1:09:35talking to tons of leads. You know, to
2408. 1:09:36get his cars rented, it's not like you
2409. 1:09:38just speak to 10 people and get 10 cars
2410. 1:09:40on the road. You know, you might speak
  2411. 1:09:41to a 100red people to get those 10 cars
2412. 1:09:42on the road. So, he didn't have the time
2413. 1:09:43to do all that. He didn't have the
2414. 1:09:45knowhow to run ads. Obviously, yes, he
2415. 1:09:47could have joined our mentorship, but he
2416. 1:09:48knew he wanted to be business partners
  2417. 1:09:50because, you know, there's an old
2418. 1:09:51saying, you're better off having half of
2419. 1:09:52a watermelon than a full grape, right?
2420. 1:09:54So, he understood that working with us
2421. 1:09:56was going to be his quickest path to
2422. 1:09:57success as opposed to trying to do it on
  2423. 1:09:59his own.
2424. 1:10:00>> And we're always keeping things super
  2425. 1:10:02transparent and we think we're, you
2426. 1:10:03know, fun to work with. So, it's always
2427. 1:10:06nice like having this partnership. And I
2428. 1:10:08mean, if you if you look at that, let's
  2429. 1:10:09say he spent on average $5,000 a car.
2430. 1:10:12What is that? 80,000 divided by five.
2431. 1:10:14That means he's made back, you know,
2432. 1:10:16what, like 15 cars already. All of his
2433. 1:10:19cars. He gave us 20 cars, you know. So
2434. 1:10:22you the compounding, like we really want
2435. 1:10:23you to start seeing how cash flow can
  2436. 1:10:26compound in this business.
2437. 1:10:27>> Exactly. You know, when it comes to
2438. 1:10:29partnering with us, it's not just about
2439. 1:10:30the good, right? It's about the fact
2440. 1:10:31that we handle the bad for you. So
  2441. 1:10:33again, if you're a busy professional,
  2442. 1:10:34you don't want to deal with a renter
2443. 1:10:35calling you in the middle of day if god
2444. 1:10:37forbid something happens. So, you know,
2445. 1:10:38this is one of our partners where, you
2446. 1:10:40know, a car got into an accident, the
2447. 1:10:41renter calls us, we handled everything.
2448. 1:10:43You know, we coordinated, we got the car
2449. 1:10:45towed from the scene of the accident,
2450. 1:10:46then we got it towed to a body shop, we
2451. 1:10:48got an amazing quote, got the car fixed,
2452. 1:10:50and now the car is getting ready to get
2453. 1:10:52back on the road. And that's the
2454. 1:10:53beautiful part, and that is again why
2455. 1:10:55someone like this partner wants to
2456. 1:10:56scale. We're already at six cars with
2457. 1:10:58this partner. Their goal is now to get
  2458. 1:10:59to 10 because they've seen it all
  2459. 1:11:01happen. They've been getting paid every
2460. 1:11:02single week on those cars. You know,
2461. 1:11:04they're very happy with how quickly
2462. 1:11:05we've gotten the cars rented. And again,
2463. 1:11:07on top of it, not just the good, how we
2464. 1:11:08handle the bad because this business
2465. 1:11:10could be stressful. and having us as the
2466. 1:11:12direct line of contact. You know, again,
2467. 1:11:14you might be busy with your family, busy
2468. 1:11:15with work, busy on vacation, you might
2469. 1:11:17not have time to deal with this. And if
2470. 1:11:19a renter's stranded, someone has to. And
2471. 1:11:21that is the service that we're offering,
2472. 1:11:23not just getting the cars rented, but
2473. 1:11:25ultimately being there every step of the
2474. 1:11:26way as your business partner,
2475. 1:11:28>> right? And just plugging it into the
2476. 1:11:29system that we already have working
2477. 1:11:31constantly all day, every day. And it's
2478. 1:11:32interesting with this scenario, right?
  2479. 1:11:34Because as we're talking about an
2480. 1:11:35accident going on at that moment, her
2481. 1:11:37only focus is all right, let's continue
2482. 1:11:39to scale this. You, you know, you would
2483. 1:11:41think, oh, an accident, maybe this isn't
2484. 1:11:43the right business for me. But in her
2485. 1:11:44mind, she has the right mindset. She's
2486. 1:11:46like, listen, right now, what do they
2487. 1:11:48have like six cars on the road? If we
2488. 1:11:50had 10, then this one accident would be
2489. 1:11:52even less of an issue. So, it's all
  2490. 1:11:54about scaling.
2491. 1:11:55>> Yep. Exactly. And again, you know,
2492. 1:11:57that's the thing about good snares and
2493. 1:11:58bad snares. You know, we love the good,
2494. 1:12:00right? We love to get cars rented
2495. 1:12:01quickly and just generate passive
2496. 1:12:03income. But the bad is fine because
2497. 1:12:04that's when you see the true colors,
2498. 1:12:06right? When you partner with people like
2499. 1:12:07us and you see that we can handle those
2500. 1:12:08situations like true professionals. You
2501. 1:12:10know, again, that's just going to give
  2502. 1:12:11you more confidence because you're going
2503. 1:12:12to understand that we're with you every
2504. 1:12:14step of the way. We're not going to just
2505. 1:12:15abandon you if a car gets into an
  2506. 1:12:17accident. You know, we're fully
2507. 1:12:18responsible for working with you and
2508. 1:12:19making sure these situations, you know,
2509. 1:12:21get resolved. So ultimately, that is why
2510. 1:12:24people want to work with us because
2511. 1:12:25we're able to do everything for them.
2512. 1:12:26get the cars rented, handle the issues,
2513. 1:12:28and make it as seamless as possible
  2514. 1:12:30possible. Again, there's no such thing
  2515. 1:12:31as passive income. There's just active
2516. 1:12:33income where you're not the one doing
  2517. 1:12:35the work. So,
  2518. 1:12:36>> absolutely.
2519. 1:12:36>> So, that goes back to the two ways to
2520. 1:12:38work with us, right? That was the
  2521. 1:12:39partnership. Now, let's get into the
  2522. 1:12:41mentorship. Let's just say you don't
2523. 1:12:43want to partner with us. You want to own
2524. 1:12:44100%. You want to just learn our system,
2525. 1:12:46steal our systems. Let's get into it.
2526. 1:12:48>> Get the keys to the kingdom.
  2527. 1:12:50>> Exactly.
2528. 1:12:51>> So, yeah. So, with the mentorship, it
2529. 1:12:52really is our entire blueprint. No stone
2530. 1:12:56goes left unturned. This is, you know,
2531. 1:12:58for the people who have a little bit
2532. 1:12:59more time, who want to run the business
2533. 1:13:02on their own, handle 100% of the work,
2534. 1:13:04and keep 100% of the profits, and
2535. 1:13:06obviously take on 100% of the expenses
2536. 1:13:08as well, because there are some expenses
2537. 1:13:10with this business, the ad spend, like
2538. 1:13:11we mentioned, you know, you got to pay
2539. 1:13:13for the phone number, you got to pay for
2540. 1:13:15the contract software, the background
2541. 1:13:18software. So, these are all things we're
2542. 1:13:19going to give you the tools and you just
2543. 1:13:21go ahead set those accounts up and
2544. 1:13:22you'll be, you know, completely set up
2545. 1:13:24to run a car rental business on your
  2546. 1:13:26own.
2547. 1:13:26>> Yep. Exactly. And, you know, when you
2548. 1:13:28partner with us, as Dana mentioned, we
2549. 1:13:29do cover all of those miscellaneous
2550. 1:13:31expenses. You know, they are all
2551. 1:13:32relatively small compared to buying the
2552. 1:13:34car, right? The main expense is always
2553. 1:13:35going to be buying the car. So, when it
2554. 1:13:37comes to the mentorship, right? This is
2555. 1:13:38for people who want 100%. They want to
2556. 1:13:41do it all on their own. You're going to
2557. 1:13:42get our exact system. As Dana mentioned,
2558. 1:13:44no stone left unturned. You know, we
2559. 1:13:46guarantee you're going to be able to
2560. 1:13:46rent your cars. We wouldn't even work
2561. 1:13:48with you if we didn't believe it, you
2562. 1:13:49know, we could get it done. We've
2563. 1:13:51already gotten it done in pretty much
2564. 1:13:52every major city in America. So again,
2565. 1:13:55there's no reason for us not to be
2566. 1:13:56confident. As we discussed earlier, like
2567. 1:13:58caused equals like effect, right? So
2568. 1:14:00when you do exactly what we did and
  2569. 1:14:02we've gotten all these results, there's
2570. 1:14:03absolutely no reason why you won't get
2571. 1:14:05the same results in your own life.
  2572. 1:14:07>> And remember, it's a mentorship, right?
2573. 1:14:08So you have access to us for any
  2574. 1:14:10questions. You, you know, we'll have a
2575. 1:14:12texting group chat that we can go back
2576. 1:14:13and forth. You could set up calls with
2577. 1:14:15us at any time. And you're getting our
  2578. 1:14:17rental contracts. You're getting our P&L
  2579. 1:14:19templates that we mentioned. You're
2580. 1:14:21getting our car acquisition checklist.
2581. 1:14:22You're going to know exactly the right
2582. 1:14:24cars to buy, exactly who to rent to.
2583. 1:14:26You're going to get our text messaging
2584. 1:14:28system, so you know how to collect
2585. 1:14:30payments. You're going to know how to
2586. 1:14:31handle issues that might come up. I
  2587. 1:14:33mean, you're getting everything. And
  2588. 1:14:34obviously, at first, like I said, it's
2589. 1:14:36an adjustment. You have to learn how to
2590. 1:14:38use these systems, which we guide you.
2591. 1:14:40We're pretty much holding your hand. And
2592. 1:14:42what's the biggest benefit of the
  2593. 1:14:44mentorship? We're building your website
2594. 1:14:46and building your Google ad for you so
2595. 1:14:48that you're set up for life. This is
2596. 1:14:50your asset to keep to get leads
  2597. 1:14:52consistently.
2598. 1:14:53>> Yep. And all in all, you're probably
2599. 1:14:55wondering, how much does the mentorship
2600. 1:14:56cost? And we've been able to come up
2601. 1:14:58with a price that we truly believe is
2602. 1:15:00fair for everyone. If anything, we truly
  2603. 1:15:02believe it's a ripoff for us. And the
2604. 1:15:03answer is $4,000. Now, you know, in
2605. 1:15:06terms of what we believe the value, we
2606. 1:15:07put the estimated value at $40,000. So,
  2607. 1:15:10you know, we're we're talking about 90%
2608. 1:15:11off. Now, you might be asking yourself,
2609. 1:15:13where do we get that number? Well, the
2610. 1:15:14Google ads alone, you know, we have
2611. 1:15:16companies till this day, as Dana
  2612. 1:15:17mentioned, I did lead generation before
2613. 1:15:19this. We have companies till this day
2614. 1:15:20that are still paying me $2,000 every
2615. 1:15:23month to run their ads, right? We have
2616. 1:15:24partnerships that we work with people
  2617. 1:15:26where we're partner with them on 10 20
  2618. 1:15:28cars. If we're partner with you on 20
  2619. 1:15:29cars and each car is making $1,000 a
  2620. 1:15:31month, we are making over $10,000 a
2621. 1:15:33month off some of our partnerships,
2622. 1:15:35right? We are teaching you ads. Again,
2623. 1:15:37these ads are worth, you know, you can
2624. 1:15:39you can't even put a price tag. We are
  2625. 1:15:40building a website for you. There's
  2626. 1:15:41people who will charge you5 $10,000 just
2627. 1:15:43to build a website. The contracts, you
  2628. 1:15:45know, we spent $2 to $3,000 on lawyer
2629. 1:15:48retainer fees just to get these
2630. 1:15:49contracts. The sales scripts, you know,
2631. 1:15:50we've closed hundreds of thousands of
2632. 1:15:52dollars worth of rentals with these
  2633. 1:15:54sales scripts. You know, the one-on-one
2634. 1:15:55coaching, just giving you our time,
2635. 1:15:57giving you direct access to us, direct
2636. 1:15:58access to our systems. You know, as we
2637. 1:16:00showed you, there's people who have lost
  2638. 1:16:02$17,000 on a single car or $10,000 on
2639. 1:16:05two cars. So, you know, for us, the
2640. 1:16:07price of 4K we still feel like is
2641. 1:16:09extremely cheap because, you know, if
2642. 1:16:10you if you partner with us on two or
  2643. 1:16:12three cars, you know, we're making 1,500
2644. 1:16:14a month where, you know, in a year
  2645. 1:16:15that's 15,000. Again, we have partners
  2646. 1:16:18right now that we're making 4 to 10K in
2647. 1:16:20a single month off the partnership. So,
2648. 1:16:22for us, it has to be an amount where it
2649. 1:16:23makes sense to lose the ability to
2650. 1:16:25partner with you, give you all of our
2651. 1:16:27systems, all of our secrets, and we
2652. 1:16:29understand it still has to be affordable
  2653. 1:16:30for you. And that's how we've came up
  2654. 1:16:32with this price.
2655. 1:16:32>> Yeah. And when you're operating this
  2656. 1:16:34business, especially at scale, I mean,
2657. 1:16:35you're going to be making back the
2658. 1:16:37custom mentorship fairly quickly. And
  2659. 1:16:39remember, too, this is a onetime
  2660. 1:16:43fee. It's not like we're going to be
2661. 1:16:44upselling you. How many courses have we
  2662. 1:16:46joined? Where it's like, oh, it's
2663. 1:16:48$4,000, but now you have to pay an extra
2664. 1:16:50two grand for the website, and now you
2665. 1:16:52have to pay an extra few grand for the
  2666. 1:16:54the ads. I mean there's no this is a
2667. 1:16:56onesize package that comes with
2668. 1:16:58everything you will need to build and
2669. 1:17:00scale your own mentorship I mean your
  2670. 1:17:03own car rental business and I I don't
2671. 1:17:05want to undermine the importance of
2672. 1:17:06having access to us. It's not just like
2673. 1:17:09we're throwing you off to a course where
2674. 1:17:10watch these videos and figure it out. I
2675. 1:17:12mean we you have consistent access to us
2676. 1:17:15to walk you through everything.
2677. 1:17:17>> Yeah. I mean it's not just about the
2678. 1:17:18fact that you're saving yourself tons of
2679. 1:17:20money that you know in mistakes that you
  2680. 1:17:22would have made. You're also saving
2681. 1:17:23yourself tons of time, tons of
  2682. 1:17:24experience, things that you wouldn't
  2683. 1:17:25possibly learn. You know, you're not
2684. 1:17:27going to be able to just buy a Google
2685. 1:17:28Ads course for less than thousands of
2686. 1:17:30dollars. And if you do, it's going to be
2687. 1:17:31a BS one. You're not going to be able to
  2688. 1:17:32just buy Facebook ads courses. You're
2689. 1:17:34not going to be able to just learn these
  2690. 1:17:35things, you know, cuz we've catered
2691. 1:17:36everything to the car rental business.
2692. 1:17:38Everything is catered for you. And, you
2693. 1:17:40know, not just that, we guarantee that
2694. 1:17:42it's going to work. Guarantee that
2695. 1:17:43you're going to be able to rent your
2696. 1:17:43cars or your money back because there's
2697. 1:17:45been tons of times where we've paid for
2698. 1:17:47courses and got nothing out of it,
2699. 1:17:48right? You know, there's been tons of
  2700. 1:17:49times where the course didn't teach
  2701. 1:17:51anything. didn't actually help me, you
2702. 1:17:53know, get anything done. So, in this
2703. 1:17:54type of instance, you know, when you pay
2704. 1:17:56us, we are guaranteeing that our system
  2705. 1:17:57is going to work. We're guaranteeing
2706. 1:17:58you're going to get leads, guaranteeing
2707. 1:18:00you're going to be able to rent your
2708. 1:18:00cars, and from there, you know, you'll
2709. 1:18:02see that you have all the tools that you
2710. 1:18:04need to take this to wherever you want
2711. 1:18:06to take it to. And ultimately, yeah, one
2712. 1:18:08car, you'll make that money back in
2713. 1:18:09three or four months. If you scale it to
  2714. 1:18:10four cars, you know, you're making
2715. 1:18:12$4,000 plus every single month. At this
2716. 1:18:14point, we have students who have scaled
  2717. 1:18:15to 10, 20 cars where they're making five
2718. 1:18:17times what they paid us every single
2719. 1:18:19month. So if you ask them, is it a good
  2720. 1:18:20investment? Of course they're going to
  2721. 1:18:22say yes.
2722. 1:18:22>> Yeah. And a big value of ours is giving
2723. 1:18:24more in use value than we get in cash
2724. 1:18:26value. So we the value that you will get
2725. 1:18:29from this mentorship program is so much
2726. 1:18:31greater than you know what you're going
2727. 1:18:32to be spending on it. And it's just so
2728. 1:18:34important for us to see you succeed.
2729. 1:18:36Like we don't really take this lightly
2730. 1:18:38whatsoever. Once you join us, we are
2731. 1:18:40going to make sure that you are
2732. 1:18:41successful just like we are.
2733. 1:18:43>> Yeah. And and that's the thing, you
2734. 1:18:44know, in the end of the day, it's about
2735. 1:18:45saving you time, saving you money,
  2736. 1:18:47making sure you're doing it right,
2737. 1:18:48because again, anybody can rent a car,
2738. 1:18:49but not anyone can do it right. Not
2739. 1:18:51anyone can build a car into business to
2740. 1:18:52the lengths we've built it to. And yeah,
2741. 1:18:54why make those mistakes on your own? Why
2742. 1:18:56try to figure things out on your own?
2743. 1:18:57It's going to cost you so much more time
2744. 1:18:59and money than if you just worked with
2745. 1:19:00us and did it right from the beginning.
2746. 1:19:02So, so with that being said, again, to
2747. 1:19:04reiterate, there's two ways to work with
2748. 1:19:06us, right? You can partner with us. It's
  2749. 1:19:08a true business partnership. There's no
2750. 1:19:09upfront fee. All you do is provide us
2751. 1:19:11the car. You don't have to pay us
2752. 1:19:12anything. We will just earn that money
2753. 1:19:14together and you could expect to make
2754. 1:19:15$175 to $200 per car completely passive
2755. 1:19:18or better yet as passive as possible.
2756. 1:19:21Again, you just get the cars, get them
  2757. 1:19:22ready, we'll handle it from there.
2758. 1:19:23>> Per car per week, just to specify that.
2759. 1:19:26>> Yep. Exactly. Or on the love side, you
  2760. 1:19:29know, let's just say you don't want to
2761. 1:19:30partner with us. You know, you want to
2762. 1:19:31keep 100% for yourself. You know, you
2763. 1:19:32want to run the business yourself, do it
2764. 1:19:33all yourself, but you want to use our
2765. 1:19:35exact systems. That is why we offer both
2766. 1:19:38options, right? Because we want to be
2767. 1:19:39able to work with everyone. We want to
2768. 1:19:40be able to work with the people who are
2769. 1:19:41too busy. Maybe they don't want to pay
2770. 1:19:43us anything up front. Maybe they just
  2771. 1:19:44have a couple cars that they're just
2772. 1:19:45trying to rent out. Or, you know, we
2773. 1:19:47want to work with the people who are
2774. 1:19:48serious about building an empire for
2775. 1:19:50themselves. They want to steal our
2776. 1:19:51entire playbook, our scripts, our
2777. 1:19:53contracts, everything that they can
2778. 1:19:54possibly use, you know, as their own
2779. 1:19:56tools, right? To their advantage. All
2780. 1:19:58the ammunition you can have to make it
2781. 1:20:00as successful as possible and make it
2782. 1:20:02happen as quickly as possible.
2783. 1:20:04>> Yeah. And it's also worth mentioning
2784. 1:20:05there are two other offers that you will
  2785. 1:20:07see on this page. Um, I'm sure you're
  2786. 1:20:09left with a lot more questions. We're
2787. 1:20:12happy to jump on a call with you. So,
2788. 1:20:13you'll see um a call option below. So,
  2789. 1:20:16it'll be a 45minute call to answer your
2790. 1:20:18questions maybe about more of one of our
2791. 1:20:21programs or just the business itself.
2792. 1:20:23There's also an option um for just our
  2793. 1:20:25resources. So, let's say you don't need
  2794. 1:20:27access to us, you don't need a website
2795. 1:20:29and an ad, you just want things like the
2796. 1:20:31contracts, the templates, the scripts,
2797. 1:20:34everything that we mentioned that like
2798. 1:20:35the physical tangible things. If you
  2799. 1:20:38just want that, we have a $300 package
2800. 1:20:40for that as well. And another thing is
2801. 1:20:43if you do get a call or the resource
  2802. 1:20:45package, you will get a $150 discount
2803. 1:20:48code to apply to any of our other paid
  2804. 1:20:51options. So let's say you paid $150 for
2805. 1:20:54the call, you can now take $150 off of
2806. 1:20:57the resource package or off of the
  2807. 1:20:59mentorship.
2808. 1:21:00>> Yep. And and we do all this because we
2809. 1:21:02want to offer everything to everyone,
2810. 1:21:04right? So, if you don't want to get
2811. 1:21:05mentored by us, you don't want to
  2812. 1:21:06partner with us, that's where we have a
2813. 1:21:07$300 package. You can get some of our
  2814. 1:21:09systems. You're not going to get
  2815. 1:21:10mentorship, you're not going to get
2816. 1:21:11website design, you're not going to get
2817. 1:21:12Google ads, you know, you're not going
2818. 1:21:13to have us as your your mentors, we're
2819. 1:21:15not going to be there for you, but you
2820. 1:21:17can get some of our systems, right? Or
2821. 1:21:19if you just want to pay us for a phone
2822. 1:21:20call, we're happy to get on a call with
2823. 1:21:21you, answer your questions, and
2824. 1:21:23hopefully help you figure out whatever
2825. 1:21:25it is you need to figure out from there.
2826. 1:21:26>> So, ultimately, it's completely up to
2827. 1:21:28you to choose your path. What makes the
2828. 1:21:30most sense right now? getting on a call,
2829. 1:21:32getting the the resources, getting right
2830. 1:21:34into it and joining the mentorship,
2831. 1:21:36starting this and scaling this for your
2832. 1:21:37own or reaching out to us. Um there's an
2833. 1:21:40application page on the partnership um
2834. 1:21:42part where you can just fill out the
  2835. 1:21:44application. We'll see if this is a good
2836. 1:21:46fit and we could both benefit from it.
2837. 1:21:48So, if you're ready to turn your dream
  2838. 1:21:50into a private rental fleet into
2839. 1:21:52reality, then feel free to choose your
  2840. 1:21:55path from here.
2841. 1:21:56>> And regardless of which path you choose,
  2842. 1:21:58right, it's the same route, right?
2843. 1:21:59That's the thing. Regardless of which
2844. 1:22:01path you go, we can succeed with you in
2845. 1:22:03any capacity. It's the same route. One
2846. 1:22:05car is going to make you a thousand a
2847. 1:22:06month. Right? If you want to greet three
2848. 1:22:07times that, let's get to three cars. If
2849. 1:22:09you want to make three times that, let's
2850. 1:22:11get you to nine cars, right? And it's
2851. 1:22:12just that simple as you see in the the
2852. 1:22:14illustration. You know, you get to nine
  2853. 1:22:16cars, you're doing 12.6 a month, you
  2854. 1:22:18know? So, there's not really a question.
  2855. 1:22:20You know, if you're making 1,400 a
2856. 1:22:21month, you don't need to ask yourself,
  2857. 1:22:22how do I get to 14,000 a month? Let's
2858. 1:22:25say you get to 10 cars on the road,
2859. 1:22:26right? So, regardless of which path you
  2860. 1:22:28choose, we're here to help you. We're
2861. 1:22:30here to succeed with you. We know we can
2862. 1:22:31make it happen. We wouldn't even work
2863. 1:22:32with you if we didn't think it was
2864. 1:22:34possible. And ultimately, again, no
2865. 1:22:36matter what, we are going to make sure
2866. 1:22:38you get as many cars as you possibly can
2867. 1:22:40on the road as quickly as possible, as
2868. 1:22:42efficiently as possible, and start
2869. 1:22:44turning your dreams into reality.
2870. 1:22:45>> Yeah. I mean, this business model is
2871. 1:22:47truly at its infancy. This is the most
2872. 1:22:49perfect time to get involved, and we're
2873. 1:22:51so excited to meet all of you and see
2874. 1:22:54you succeed in this business.
2875. 1:22:56>> Yeah. And that's the thing, you know,
2876. 1:22:57this truly is the time, right? So,
2877. 1:23:00forget the cost, right? Forget what it's
2878. 1:23:01going to take. Better yet, ask yourself
2879. 1:23:03what would happen if you don't do it,
2880. 1:23:04right? Cuz when we got started, that's
2881. 1:23:06what we realized, right? Of course, we
2882. 1:23:07could have spent the rest of our life
2883. 1:23:08contemplating the risk, being afraid of
2884. 1:23:10what might go wrong. But eventually, you
2885. 1:23:12just get to a realization where the risk
2886. 1:23:13of not doing it outweighs the risks of
2887. 1:23:15what what might go wrong, right?
  2888. 1:23:17Because, you know, maybe you're at a job
2889. 1:23:18you hate. Maybe you're trying to figure
2890. 1:23:20out how to change your life. Maybe
  2891. 1:23:21you're tired of struggling. Maybe you're
2892. 1:23:23tired of your cash flow barely being
2893. 1:23:25more than your bills every single month.
2894. 1:23:26So ultimately, you need to ask yourself,
2895. 1:23:28you know, not what the what is the risk
2896. 1:23:29of doing it, but what better yet, what
2897. 1:23:31is the risk of not doing it?
  2898. 1:23:32>> Yeah. I mean, we've tried so many
2899. 1:23:34businesses at this point, and this has
2900. 1:23:36just blown them all out of the water. I
2901. 1:23:37remember when we first started this
2902. 1:23:39business, our goal was to just pay our
  2903. 1:23:41rent, right? $2,500 a month. Let's just
2904. 1:23:43get to that and we'll be excited. But
2905. 1:23:45it, you know, surpassed our wildest
2906. 1:23:47dreams. And so we're so excited for
2907. 1:23:49other people to have that experience.
2908. 1:23:50>> Yeah. It's crazy cuz I think our first
2909. 1:23:52year our goal was to get to 10 cars,
2910. 1:23:53right? At first, our goal was to just
2911. 1:23:55pay rent. We got to there and our
2912. 1:23:5612-month goal was 10 cars. Little did we
2913. 1:23:58know in our first 12 months, we would go
  2914. 1:24:00from 0 to 70, right? Closing
  2915. 1:24:01partnerships and basically just
2916. 1:24:03acquiring cars by any means necessary.
2917. 1:24:05And that's where it all starts with just
2918. 1:24:06taking action, right? Cuz when you have
2919. 1:24:08goals and you hit those goals, then you
2920. 1:24:10have bigger goals and next thing you
2921. 1:24:11know, things that you never thought in a
2922. 1:24:13million years come true, right? And
2923. 1:24:14that's what we love about this business
2924. 1:24:16is you truly don't know, you know, where
2925. 1:24:18you could take it unless you just take
2926. 1:24:19action, right? get that first car on the
2927. 1:24:21road, you know, start, you know, getting
2928. 1:24:23confidence that you can keep getting
2929. 1:24:24more cars on the road, start generating
2930. 1:24:26more income, more cash flow, and
  2931. 1:24:28ultimately changing your life.
2932. 1:24:29>> Yeah. And another benefit that we forgot
2933. 1:24:31to mention of the mentorship is like
2934. 1:24:32we're happy to show you ways to get cars
  2935. 1:24:35maybe that aren't your own. If you don't
2936. 1:24:36have endless capital to just continue
2937. 1:24:38buying cars, you know, we have
2938. 1:24:40strategies that could help you. You
2939. 1:24:42might have family or friends that see
2940. 1:24:44the success that you're having and are
2941. 1:24:45like, you know what, I want to get
  2942. 1:24:46involved. So you'll start helping them
2943. 1:24:48manage their cars and really build a
  2944. 1:24:50whole operation.
2945. 1:24:51>> Yeah. And that's the thing about working
2946. 1:24:53with people like us, right, is we've
2947. 1:24:54started from the bottom and have scaled
2948. 1:24:56and you know it it just the business
2949. 1:24:58when it comes to structures, right, when
2950. 1:24:59it comes to systems even insurance,
2951. 1:25:01right? The way you might want to insure
2952. 1:25:02the car at one or two cars is different
  2953. 1:25:04from 5 to 10, from 15 to 20. So we know
2954. 1:25:06how to work with all sizes. We know how
2955. 1:25:08to help people with all fleet sizes and
2956. 1:25:10scale from all sizes. So ultimately, you
2957. 1:25:13know, holding your hand or guiding you
2958. 1:25:14regardless of which path you want to
2959. 1:25:16work with us, you know, we know we can
  2960. 1:25:17get you there. Again, it's a universe
2961. 1:25:19that's a like cause like effect, right?
2962. 1:25:20You see the results we have. If you want
2963. 1:25:22to generate those same results, you have
2964. 1:25:24to just do the same thing we've done,
2965. 1:25:25right? And then do it over and over and
2966. 1:25:27over again and have the discipline to do
  2967. 1:25:29it 10 times, 15 times, 20 times. And
2968. 1:25:31that's the beautiful thing. When you get
2969. 1:25:32a car rented, you do it once. If that
2970. 1:25:34renter keeps the car for eight months,
2971. 1:25:35like think about it, right? How many
2972. 1:25:36weeks is eight months, right? Like four
2973. 1:25:38four weeks in a month times by 8, you
2974. 1:25:40know, 32 weeks. So, you only have to do
2975. 1:25:42that one time to then get paid 32 times,
2976. 1:25:45right? If you work a job, you have to
2977. 1:25:47keep working to keep getting paid. So,
2978. 1:25:48that's why we love this business because
2979. 1:25:50unlike most businesses where, you know,
2980. 1:25:52you have to keep working to keep getting
2981. 1:25:53paid and keep serving new customers.
2982. 1:25:55With this business, you serve one
2983. 1:25:56customer, he might keep the car for 10
2984. 1:25:58months, and that one time that you
2985. 1:26:00bought that car one time, you met that
2986. 1:26:01customer one time, you spent money on
2987. 1:26:02ads one time, and you're getting paid
2988. 1:26:04over and over again. And that's what
2989. 1:26:05allows you to really compound because
2990. 1:26:07cuz if it was short-term rentals where
2991. 1:26:08every time you rent a car out, you have
2992. 1:26:09to get it back 2 days later, 3 days
2993. 1:26:11later, and then rerent it. It would just
2994. 1:26:13be impossible to scale, right? We would
2995. 1:26:14have been stuck at two cars, three cars,
2996. 1:26:16four cars. But when you get the car out
2997. 1:26:17and then it's just gone and you don't do
  2998. 1:26:19anything for 6 months, you know, that's
2999. 1:26:21what allows you to focus on making more
3000. 1:26:23money. And by the time you got your
3001. 1:26:25first car back, you now have 10, 15 more
3002. 1:26:27on the road. You don't even care about
3003. 1:26:28the first car anymore, right? because
3004. 1:26:30your cash flow is so much that you're
3005. 1:26:31making a car every couple weeks or every
3006. 1:26:33month that you know that first car you
3007. 1:26:35almost forgot what it looked like. Like
3008. 1:26:36that's what's happened to us. Like our
3009. 1:26:38first car when we got it back, we almost
3010. 1:26:40didn't even remember what it looked
  3011. 1:26:41like.
3012. 1:26:41>> So, thank you guys so much for watching.

3014. 1:26:45this. We hope that you're amped up and
