6:00is happening here. God is bringing West

6:07is there is a a prophetic convergence
6:11because it's the season of the continent
6:13of Africa to rise that rejected stone,
6:17rising in power, rising in grace. It's
6:20been written in prophecy. Now we are
6:22living it in that experience. You
6:24believe that? Shout amen.

7:07time. We ask in the name of Jesus that

7:13Bible says the entrance of your word
7:15gives light and even understanding onto
7:17the simple. We pray that you bless our
7:20hearts and we decree and declare that in
7:22the name of Jesus, Kenya will never be
7:25the same again. East Africa will never
7:28be the same again. Africa will never be

7:47Now before I just make a few salutations
7:50and go straight to my session, let me
7:52make an appeal and a request. My request
7:55is very simple. I would request and
7:58require your wrapped attention and your
8:01silence. So if it is possible to
8:03minimize um I know we're rejoicing, we
8:06are celebrating. That time will come.
8:08But if you lend me your attention with
8:10minimal distraction from sounds and the
8:13whistles, I'll greatly appreciate so
8:15that we can receive that which God has
8:18for us. Is that fine?

8:24the conveyor of this prophetic this
8:28prophetic convergence. A dear friend, a
8:31dear brother, but we truly honor you. a
8:34true apostle of reformation, one who
8:37embodies the spirit of Nehemiah. Would
8:39you help me honor my dear friend and
8:42brother, Reverend Julian Cula? Thank you
8:44so much, sir. We honor you. Honor you
8:47greatly as touching what you represent.
8:50We truly thank you and we love you.
8:52Praise the name of the Lord. Hallelujah.

9:00celebrate and just appreciate his
9:03excellency,
9:05your president, Dr. William R, and her
9:08excellency, Mrs. Rachel R. God bless
9:11you. Truly honor you, sir. Thank you. Is
9:14this how you honor your president? Come
9:15on, Kenya. Come on, Kenya. We are people
9:18of honor. We are people of honor. We
9:21honor you, sir. Thank you. Thank you.
9:24Hallelujah. Please be seated. The Bible
9:27says, "Blessed is a nation whose God is
9:30the Lord." I want to appreciate Dr.
9:34David Abui. How many of you were
9:37blessed? I mean, when I came in, I was
9:40just, he's a true apostle of
9:43reformation, a veteran of the gospel.
9:45Sir, I honor you. We honor you sincerely
9:48in the name of Jesus Christ. Let me
9:51thank every father of faith who is here
9:54represented in your various capacities.
9:56Thank you for the love and the labor,
9:59the spiritual investment upon this soil
10:02and across Eastern Africa. We thank you
10:04and we honor you as representing all
10:07that you have done for the kingdom. In a
10:08similar vein, let me appreciate the men
10:11and the women of God. We were only here
10:12for a few days, but there are vessels
10:14who have labored, have prayed, prepared
10:17the soil for our arrival, and they will
10:19still do the work of maintenance and
10:21building when we leave. Please, let's
10:23honor the vessels, all who serve in the
10:25ministry, men and women across the
10:28five-fold. The Lord bless you. Let me
10:30honor all the heads of government,
10:32perhaps the team that came with his
10:34excellency and all who are here
10:36deserving of honor. The Lord bless you.
10:38Very quickly, I want to make good use of
10:40my time. Um, this will be our final
10:43session together and I hope to make the
10:46most of it. So, yesterday we began a
10:49discussion. I've been on a two-part
10:51series. Tonight will be the second and
10:53final part. I've been teaching on the
10:56topic architects of hope. Architects of
10:59hope. Yesterday, we looked at the rise
11:02of rebuilders and reformers. And um, I
11:06emphasized a few things. Tonight we'll
11:08be looking at architects of hope part
11:10two. But very quickly just to do a brief
11:13recap particularly for those who were
11:16not able to make it here yesterday and
11:18then we'll go into the remaining part.
11:20Number one, we stressed a few things
11:23yesterday. [music] We said rebuilding is
11:26a restorative process and that it starts
11:30with an accurate diagnosis of what
11:33caused the breakdown in the first place.
11:36So when you are rebuilding, when you are
11:39reforming, the first way you approach
11:42the subject of rebuilding and
11:44reformation is to have an accurate
11:46diagnosis of the factors that were
11:49neglected that led to the decline in the
11:52first place. And we identified a number
11:55of factors that can lead to a broken
11:57wall. A broken wall here means it's a
12:00figurative expression that means decline
12:03that means degeneration of any and all
12:06sorts. We looked at that for an
12:08individual and that for a nation and I'm
12:11so honored that Dr. David Iguelli
12:14handled the issue of individual
12:16transformation because my focus tonight
12:19will be on nation building and how
12:21nations become great. Praise the name of
12:23the Lord. Right. So we said for an
12:26individual there are at least three
12:28factors that are responsible for any
12:31wall that becomes broken spiritually,
12:34economically and otherwise. Number one,
12:36we said a departure and a disconnection
12:39from God and his ordinances. A departure
12:43and a disconnection from God and his
12:46ordinances will always lead to decline.
12:49Isaiah 24 and verse 5. We considered
12:52that scripture that every time people
12:54depart and disconnect from the God of
12:57the Bible, there are consequences.
12:59Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord.
13:02Number two, we said the absence of
13:05wisdom and understanding. As the second
13:08cause of broken walls, broken walls in
13:11the life of an individual, the absence
13:14of wisdom and understanding. Proverbs
13:16says, "Through wisdom a house is built,
13:19and by understanding it is established.
13:22Through knowledge the rooms are filled
13:24with every treasure." It says, "By me
13:26kings reign, and princes decree justice.
13:28With me are riches, wealth, and honor,
13:31even durable riches, that they that love
13:33me, those that seek me early will find
13:36it." Said, "Does not wisdom cry?" Number
13:38three, we said the third reason as to
13:41why men decline, men degenerate, likened
13:44to a broken wall, is the absence of
13:47vision and purpose. The absence of
13:50vision and purpose. The Bible says,
13:54"Where there is no vision, the people
13:57cast off restraint or the people
14:00perish." Very quickly, we went on to
14:02look at decline and broken walls at a
14:06territorial level. And I gave you four
14:08causes for broken walls at a territorial
14:12or national level. Number one, I said
14:14just like it is for an individual, when
14:16nations reject God, when nations reject
14:20his value system, when nations
14:22disconnect themselves from the God of
14:24the Bible, there are consequences. 2
14:27Chronicles chapter 15 from verse three,
14:30the Bible says, "Now for a long time,
14:32Israel had no knowledge of the true God.
14:35They had no knowledge of teaching
14:37priests and of laws. And there were
14:39thick lines that followed when you read
14:41down to verse six. Hallelujah. Are we
14:44still together? Praise the name of the
14:46Lord. So number one, for a territory, a
14:49departure from God and his ordinances.
14:52And when we talk about ordinances, we
14:54are talking about the ordinances that
14:56maintain intimacy, prayer, the study of
15:00the word, worship, fellowship, corporate
15:03gathering, etc. Now very quickly we
15:06looked at number two that the second
15:08reason why nations and territories have
15:11their walls broken is the failure of the
15:14church to rise as light and salt. that
15:18when the church fails to play her role
15:21as light and salt, there will always be
15:24a breakdown, whether of law and order,
15:27whether of irresponsibility,
15:30increase in crime, and whatever it is
15:32that represents a broken wall. When the
15:35church, the Bible says, in redeeming
15:37lands, it is the business of God and his
15:40people. If my people, not just if
15:43everybody within the territory, my
15:46people called by my name, it says you
15:48are the salt of the earth, but if the
15:51salt has lost its sever wherewith shall
15:53it be salted again, it is stands forth
15:55good for nothing except to be cast down
15:58and trodden under foot of men. Then he
16:00says, you are the light of the world.
16:02You are the light of Ka. It says, you
16:04are a city that is set on an hill
16:07that cannot be hidden. Neither do men
16:09light a lamp and put it under a bushell,
16:12but that they put it on a lampstand so
16:14that it will give light illumination to
16:17all who are in the room. It says in that
16:19similitude, let your light so shine
16:22before men that they may see your good
16:25deeds [music] and glorify your father in
16:27heaven. The Bible also called the church
16:30the pillar and the ground of truth. The
16:33pillar and the ground of truth. So when
16:35the church fails to play her role as
16:39light and salt and there are many
16:41reasons for that it leads to broken
16:43walls at a territorial level. Number
16:46three we said lack of visionary and
16:49transformative leadership. Any nation
16:52and any territory that lacks visionary
16:55and transformative leadership will
16:58eventually have their walls broken down
17:01will have chaos and anarchy as the order
17:04of the day. And then number four, we
17:06said lack of systems, policies and
17:09institutions that protect and preserve
17:12visions, preserve projects and preserve
17:16programs. Like Dr. David Agui was
17:19sharing so powerfully here. Everything
17:21God creates, he puts a system around it
17:24for its continuity and its
17:26sustainability. When you create things,
17:29programs, projects, visions and there
17:32are no systems. There are no laws or
17:35policies. There is no modus operandi
17:38that maintains and preserves the
17:40continuity of that vision. Eventually,
17:43it will die. Who has learned something?
17:46Praise the name of the Lord. Now we said
17:48also that rebuilding happens at four
17:51levels.
17:53That when God desires to bring any
17:56business of rebuilding within a
17:58territory, it happens at four levels.
18:00Number one, we said the rebuilding of
18:03the individual. And because it is a
18:05restorative program, God restores fire.
18:08He restores hunger. He restores
18:11consecration. The individual is brought
18:14by the spirit and the mercy of God to
18:16begin to walk in keeping with what I
18:18call the ordinances of intimacy, prayer,
18:21the word, fellowship with the spirit,
18:24growth, and so on and so forth. Number
18:26two, the second level of rebuilding
18:28happens with the priesthood within a
18:31territory. So when God deals with
18:33individuals, his next cause of Paul or
18:36or the next port of call is to rebuild
18:38the priests. And I told you priesthood
18:40within a territory is a dual combination
18:44of the spiritual voices and the
18:47prophetic intercessors. So the spiritual
18:50voices within a territory and the
18:52prophetic intercessors within that
18:54territory make up the priesthood within
18:57that territory. They are responsible for
19:00setting the spiritual climate and then
19:03building the body of believers within
19:05that territory to attain onto a state of
19:07maturity and stature. When Satan wants
19:11to fight the program of God in a
19:12territory, he starts by fighting
19:14priesthood and there are two ways he
19:17does that. He fights the consecration of
19:20the priest or he corrupts the purity of
19:22the message. Usually he does both. So
19:25when God is restoring a territory, he
19:28restores priesthood. Number three, we
19:30says he rebuilds the church
19:33and he uses the priests, the teaching
19:36priests, the spiritual voices and he
19:39rebuilds the church. And one way he
19:41rebuilds the church is to bring them
19:43into the full council of God. Again, I
19:47would make reference to the message of
19:49Dr. David Agui. It was a profound
19:52balance. I think for far too long the
19:55church has not fully understood the
19:58entire scope of human development. Uh
20:01you see the gospel or the faith practice
20:05is a transformational practice. Meaning
20:08it should not leave you where you are.
20:10And when you come into the kingdom you
20:12are exposed to three ministries. The
20:14ministry of the Holy Spirit, the
20:16ministry of the word and prayer and then
20:19the ministry of the teaching priest.
20:21These are the ministries that begin to
20:23journey you through the process of
20:25salvation to transformation to
20:28empowerment until you are released as
20:30witnesses. The assignment of the
20:33five-fold is not to maintain membership
20:35but to grow believers from infants until
20:39they become visionaries, ambassadors,
20:42witnesses, agents of change, architects
20:46of hope. Who is learning? And then the
20:48fourth and final level or layer of
20:51rebuilding will now be the territory
20:54itself.
20:55So he builds institutions and nations. I
20:58did tell you that the way God builds
21:01nations is to build the builders.
21:04Yesterday we looked at what happens with
21:06architecture. You first build the brick
21:09or the block. Then when it is built you
21:11now use the block or the brick to build
21:14the building. The Bible says we all as
21:17living stones. It says we are built into
21:20a spiritual house. So God builds the men
21:23who will build the nation. God reforms
21:25the men who will reform the nation. God
21:28transforms the men who will transform
21:30the nation. Hallelujah. Praise the name
21:33of the Lord. We ended yesterday by
21:36making a very profound statement that
21:38I'd like to recap very quickly. I said
21:41the task of rebuilding at any level is a
21:45collective task.
21:47This will require a sense of unity, a
21:50sense of synergy and a sense of personal
21:54responsibility.
21:56We did agree yesterday that we must
21:59deliver ourselves from the mentality of
22:02insignificance.
22:04There is a place for you in God's
22:06prophetic program. I told us yesterday
22:09that the real value of a person to God's
22:13program is not in his being saved. It's
22:16in his being transformed until he
22:18becomes a witness. The real value you
22:20bring to the kingdom is not your
22:22salvation. Your salvation is for your
22:25own profit. But when you become an
22:27ambassador, you now become an advantage
22:30to the program of God. Praise the name
22:33of the Lord. Hallelujah. Everyone say I
22:36have a role. Come on, shout it Kenya.
22:39Say I have a role to play in God's
22:43program.
22:44Say I receive grace to play my path. Say
22:48I am a witness. Say I am light. Say I am
22:53salt. Say I am an ambassador. Say I am
22:56an architect of hope. Pray in the spirit
22:59for one minute and then we'll go very
23:01quickly to look at the second part. Can
23:04you pray in the spirit?
23:09Pray in the spirit.
23:14Oh come, let us adore him.

23:32the Lord.
23:34For he alone [music]

23:58Architects of hope part two. This will
24:01be our final part. And for a subtopic,
24:03we'll be looking at nation building and
24:06territorial transformation. Nation
24:09building and territorial transformation.
24:13I want to show you a few keys by the
24:15spirit of God and we'll walk very
24:16quickly with our time. [music] Ezekiel
24:18chapter 36. Please give us verse 33 and
24:22we'll end at 36. Ezekiel chapter 36. I
24:27prefer the NIV rendition for this
24:29portion of scripture. Ezekiel chapter
24:3236, we'll read verse 33 and then we'll
24:35go to 36.
24:38Ezekiel 36:33.
24:41It says, "This is what the sovereign
24:43Lord says on the day that I cleanse you
24:46from all your sins." It says, "I will
24:49resettle your town." Say, "Amen.
24:52And the ruins will be rebuilt." Next
24:55verse it says the desolate land will be
24:58cultivated instead of lying desolate in
25:01the sight of all who pass through it.
25:03Verse 35 it says they will say this land
25:07that was laid waste has become like the
25:10garden of Eden and the cities that were
25:14lying in ruins desolate and destroyed
25:17are now fortified and inhabited. The
25:20final read it says, "Then the nations
25:23around you that remain will know that I
25:26the Lord have rebuked what was destroyed
25:30and I have replanted what was desolate.
25:33I the Lord have spoken and I will do it
25:36together as a church." Let's shout amen.
25:40>> Second scripture very quickly is
25:42Jeremiah chapter 30. We'll read from
25:44verse 18 and we'll end at 22. Jeremiah
25:48chapter 30. still leave the NIV
25:50rendition. Afterwards, we go to KJV 18-
25:532:22.
25:56It says, "And the palace," Jeremiah
25:5830:8. Okay, thank you. It says, "This is
26:01what the Lord says, I will restore the
26:04fortunes of Jacob's tent and have
26:07compassion on his dwellings." It says,
26:09"The city will be rebuilt on her ruins,
26:13and the palace will stand in its proper
26:16place." Verse 19,
26:19it says, "From then will come songs of
26:22thanksgiving and sounds of rejoicing. I
26:26will add to her numbers and they will
26:29not be decreased."
26:32Come on, read the remaining part as a
26:35prophetic word. I will bring them honor.
26:38It says, "And they will not,"
26:42verse 20, "there their children shall be
26:46as the days of old, and their community
26:49will be established before me. I will
26:51punish all who oppress them." 21 It
26:55says, "Their leader
26:57will be one of their own."
27:03Uh-huh.
27:0922 the last verse
27:14it says so you will be my people and I
27:18will be your God say amen over Kenya
27:22receive that as a prophetic word in the
27:25name of Jesus Christ. All right very
27:27quickly I have two assignments under
27:30this topic nation building and
27:32territorial transformation. My first
27:35assignment tonight is to show you the
27:37credentials of a rebuilder.
27:42Everybody can be used by God. Everybody
27:46should be used by God. But
27:48unfortunately, not everyone will be used
27:50by God. When you come into the faith
27:53life, it's important that you know that
27:56being available is wonderful, but not
27:59enough. There are non-negotiable
28:01conditions that must be met by anyone
28:05seeking to be a reformer, seeking to be
28:08a transformer, seeking to be an
28:10architect of hope, a sponsor of
28:13reformation, rebuilding [music] and
28:15development. And let me run that key
28:17with you, the the keys very quickly.
28:19Number one,
28:21to truly be an agent of territorial
28:23transformation, a rebuilder, there are a
28:26number of keys. Number one is
28:28unconditional passion for God and total
28:33dependence on God. It's impossible for
28:37you to truly be a rebuilder if and when
28:41your passion for God is not there or
28:44it's conditional.
28:46The first credential of a rebuilder is
28:50that he or she must be a person of
28:53unconditional passion for God and total
28:57dependence on God.
29:00Like Neahhemiah and like we observed
29:03yesterday, God is looking for men who
29:06will love the king more than they love
29:08the rebuilding of the wall. As important
29:11as it is to rebuild the wall. I told you
29:13yesterday Neahhemiah did not start as A
29:16REBUILDER, HE STARTED AS THE CUPBEARER
29:19OF the king. And when the king released
29:22him to go and rebuild the wall, he did
29:24not dismiss him from his presence.
29:29Those who are cupbearers eventually
29:32become rebuilders. It starts with your
29:35LOVE AND YOUR PASSION FOR GOD, NOT JUST
29:37A DESIRE to rebuild walls. MOST OF THOSE
29:40WHO CHAMPION THE GOSPEL today across the
29:44landscape of Africa, you ask them for
29:46most of them even though they knew that
29:48they HAD THE CALL OF GOD, THEIR FOCUS
29:51was loving him and living for him. It
29:54was a better deal for THEM TO BE SERVING
29:57IN the presence of the king. And it was
30:00ON ACCOUNT OF THEIR faithfulness before
30:02the king that they were empowered to be
30:05rebuilders of destinies and nations. You
30:08must love the king more than you love
30:10the walls. BECAUSE AS POWERFUL AS THE
30:13PROJECT OF rebuilding is, the walls can
30:16become an idol. So all those who will be
30:20used by God in this end time, hear me
30:23Kenya, hear me Africa, God is looking
30:26for a breed and a brand of believers who
30:29love him more than ministry, love him
30:31more than titles, love him more than
30:34assignments, love him more than vision.
30:36DID YOU KNOW MINISTRY CAN BECOME AN
30:38IDOL? It can replace YOU. GOD CAN SEND
30:41YOU and then you dismiss yourself from
30:44his presence. Nehemiah when he releases
30:47you to build the wall, remember he did
30:49NOT DISMISS YOUR ASSIGNMENT OF
30:51COPIERING.

30:57Unconditional
30:59passion for God and total dependence. It
31:03says, "Trust in the Lord with all your
31:05heart and lean not unto your own
31:07understanding." Proverbs 3:5-7. It says,
31:09"In all your ways acknowledge him, and
31:12he shall direct your path." Verse seven
31:14says, "BE NOT WISE in your own
31:16understanding." It says, "Fear the Lord
31:18and depart from evil." Fear the Lord and
31:21depart from evil. Let me give you key
31:23number two. The second credential.
31:26In fact, let me say this.
31:29Those who love God and his agenda beyond
31:33personal ambition, still on point one.
31:36Those who love the Lord beyond the
31:39things that he gives. I'm talking OF
31:41UNCONDITIONAL PASSION. THOSE WHO LOVE
31:44GOD REGARDLESS THE OUTCOMES OF THEIR
31:47LIVES. That my love for God is not tied
31:49to things working or tied to things not
31:52working. I love him in spite of AND I
31:55LOVE HIM DESPITE. LISTEN, ONE OF THE
31:57elements of disciplehip is that
32:00believers must be taught to have
32:02unconditional LOVE FOR GOD. WHILE WE ARE
32:05CALLED into a life of victory and
32:08triumph, IT IS A DANGEROUS ORIENTATION
32:11TO CONNECT your trust and your love for
32:13God to results. You must love him BEYOND
32:16RESULTS. JOB SAID, "THOUGH HE SLAY ME,
32:19yet I will trust him." That God is good
32:23all the time. my condition, my current
32:25situation notwithstanding. Someone lift
32:28your hands and say, "Lord, you are
32:29good."
32:31Hallelujah.
32:32Number two, the second credential of a
32:36true rebuilder of an architect of hope
32:39is that you must have highlevel
32:42spiritual illumination and intelligence
32:46alongside the empowerment required. High
32:50level spiritual illumination, highlevel
32:55intelligence.
33:00With all due respect, let me speak to
33:02those who serve in ministry. We have a
33:05noble responsibility. We have been given
33:07the trust of the spirits, the minds, and
33:10the destinies of the people we lead. And
33:12we must be very careful to ensure that
33:16we help them to be grounded and to
33:18attain a state of maturity and stature
33:21in experience.
33:23I was so touched by the question that
33:26Dr. David Agui again asked and said if
33:29Jesus were your member would he be able
33:31to fulfill his assignment? That's a very
33:33interesting question. I don't KNOW HOW
33:36MANY PASTORS would have been able to
33:37raise Jesus or raise Joseph or raise
33:40Daniel.
33:41Hallelujah.
33:43More than maintaining membership, WE
33:45MUST BE VERY INTENTIONAL in building
33:48believers. And like you may have heard
33:50me teach, building believers is a very
33:53intentional project. The ministry of the
33:56word. The Bible says in Jeremiah 3
33:59and:15 that I would give you pastors,
34:01shepherds according to my heart and they
34:03will feed you with wisdom. They will
34:06feed you with understanding. There is a
34:09great responsibility upon us to raise a
34:12generation of consecrated, enlightened,
34:16responsible, vibrant, empowered
34:19believers.
34:21So the journey is from salvation to
34:24transformation to empowerment to
34:27purpose. Say that after me. Salvation,
34:30say transformation, say empowerment, say
34:34purpose. FOR ONE LAST TIME, SAY
34:36SALVATION, say transformation, say
34:38empowerment and then purpose.
34:42And a major part of that journey is
34:44transformation. The name given to the
34:46process that makes you become like
34:48Christ in experience. Listen, I made a
34:51statement during one of our conferences
34:53recently. I said, "It takes a union of
34:56the life of Christ plus the mind of
35:00Christ to produce a matured and
35:02victorious believer." If you only have
35:05the life of Christ AND YOU REJECT THE
35:07MIND OF CHRIST, IT WILL BE LIKE BUYING A
35:10BRAND NEW GADGET THAT IS NOT POWERED TO
35:12FUNCTION. Unbelievers have pieced
35:15together bodies of truth that are
35:18likened to the MIND OF CHRIST, BUT they
35:20hate God. They they reject his life. But
35:23with THE MIND OF CHRIST, THEY HAVE BUILT
35:26EMPIRES AND CONGLOMERATES. Believers
35:28have received the life of Christ. BUT
35:31THE VALUE OF THAT LIFE IS NOT SEEN, is
35:34not known. The profit of the life of God
35:36is not revealed because it is the mind
35:38of Christ that gives room for the riches
35:42and the blessings embedded IN THE LIFE
35:44OF Christ to be revealed. You need the
35:47LIFE OF CHRIST PLUS THE MIND OF CHRIST.
35:50The life of CHRIST COMES TO YOU AT
35:52SALVATION. BUT THE MIND OF CHRIST IS
35:54RECEIVED THROUGH THE METHODICAL process
35:57of transformation.
36:00Hallelujah. Transformation. And in
36:04transforming men, there are four
36:06elements of the ministry of the word. If
36:10the believer is not mentored across
36:11these four areas, your growth will be
36:14lopsided. Number one, doctrine. Doctrine
36:17talks about the foundational beliefs of
36:19the Christian faith. You must be
36:21anchored on doctrine. Number two, the
36:23principles of the kingdom. Believers
36:25must be exposed to the modus operandi of
36:28the kingdom. THE KINGDOM IS A CULTURE.
36:31THERE IS A WAY WE DO THE things that we
36:33do. They are called the mysteries of the
36:34kingdom. Number three, wisdom for
36:37living. This empowers the believer to be
36:40able to relate with your world because
36:42your world is a mixed multitude. Has
36:45those of the faith and then those all
36:47scattered across the cosmos. And the
36:49Bible teaches us for instance to learn
36:51to live as sheep among wolves. Wisdom
36:54for living else you will have
36:56consecrated vibrant believers who do not
36:59have the intelligence to operate within
37:01the cosmos. And then number FOUR THE
37:04FOURTH ASPECT that must be captured in
37:06the teaching ministry is a word
37:08compliant worldview. There is a way
37:11believer a believer looks at life. There
37:13is a way a believer looks at politics.
37:15There is a way a believer looks at
37:17governance, economy. WE HAVE A LENS. WE
37:20HAVE A VISTA through which we look at
37:22the world. And believers must be trained
37:25to look at the world from the word. You
37:28are following say amen.
37:30>> Praise the name of the Lord. HIGHLEVEL
37:33SPIRITUAL ILLUMINATION. That's why I
37:35thank GOD FOR THIS KIND OF apostolic
37:38platform that can SPEAK TO THE MINDS OF
37:41PEOPLE. It takes a grace of God to raise
37:45this kind of platform. And this is why
37:47we honor the faces
37:50behind this great work. Of course,
37:53ultimately represented by Reverend
37:55Julian himself. It takes a lot to drive
37:58the program of God at this level, AT
38:01THIS NATIONAL and regional level. Can we
38:04give him a big hand clap again?
38:09My charge with all due respect first to
38:12the men and the women of God and then to
38:15every believer here represented.
38:18Hear me ladies and gentlemen. Dominion
38:21is maturity dependent. The price for
38:24dominion is transformation.
38:27You cannot walk in the experience of
38:28dominion in ignorance. The Bible says
38:31the people that sat in darkness have
38:34seen a great light. Isaiah chapter 60
38:36and verse one says, "Arise, shine, for
38:39your light is come." Amplified says,
38:41"Arise from the depression and the
38:43FRUSTRATION THAT CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE KEPT
38:45YOU." IT SAYS, "RISE to a new light."
38:48Rise to a new light. Go for knowledge.
38:51Exact knowledge. Knowledge that brings
38:54value. Are we together? John 15, the
38:57Bible says, "The light shineth in the
38:59darkness, and the darkness comprehended
39:01not." I pray for you in the name of
39:03Jesus. Let me pray the prayer of Paul
39:05over you. He prayed over the church in
39:07Ephesus in Ephesians chapter 1 from
39:10verse 15 to 21. I decree and declare may
39:13the eyes of your understanding be
39:15enlightened
39:16that you will understand the hope of his
39:18calling in the name of Jesus Christ
39:22and that you will know the exceeding
39:24greatness of his power towards you who
39:26believe. I pray for you. You will no
39:29longer walk in ignorance. THE WORD OF
39:31CHRIST will dwell in you richly in all
39:33wisdom in the name of Jesus Christ. It
39:36says and that from a child thou has
39:38known the holy scripture which is able
39:40to make you wise unto salvation. Acts
39:4320:32 it says and now brethren I commend
39:46you to God and to the word of his grace
39:48which is able to build you up and to
39:51GIVE YOU AN INHERITANCE among them that
39:52are sanctified. Ephesians 4:18 says
39:55having their understanding darkened. it
39:57has been alienated through the life from
40:00the life of God through the ignorance
40:02that is in them. I pray for you the
40:05appetite for knowledge, the appetite for
40:08revelation. May the grace that brings
40:10that appetite rest upon you in the name
40:13of Jesus Christ. Please be seated
40:16very quickly. CREDENTIAL NUMBER THREE.
40:19What does it take to be trusted with the
40:21assignment of rebuilding and
40:24reformation? Are you ready? You must
40:27have a clear vision of God's endtime
40:30agenda alongside the mission of
40:33restoration. Write that down.
40:36The third credential of a true rebuilder
40:40of an architect of hope is that you must
40:43have a clear vision of God's endtime
40:47agenda
40:49alongside the mission of restoration.
40:52You cannot serve in a program that you
40:55are ignorant of. When you are given an
40:58employment to serve in a firm, there is
41:01a system of orientation that helps you
41:04know why they exist and what goals they
41:06seek to achieve for which you HAVE BEEN
41:09EMPLOYED. FAILURE TO understand why you
41:12were employed will leave YOU AN
41:14UNPRODUCTIVE STAFF. SO WHEN YOU COME
41:16INTO the kingdom uh more so that you
41:18want TO COME INTO PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD,
41:21it's important THAT YOU UNDERSTAND GOD'S
41:24PROPHETIC PROGRAM.
41:27I don't have all the time but perhaps
41:30let me take one minute and help TO DO A
41:32SUMMARY for you. WE CALL IT MANY THINGS.
41:35We call it thy kingdom come project. We
41:37call it the great commission the common
41:39name we have in the body of Christ. But
41:41you see, for a very long time,
41:44believers, WELL-INTENTIONED BELIEVERS,
41:47THAT includes preachers, we've not done
41:50JUSTICE TO A THOROUGH UH explanation as
41:54far as God's program is concerned. WE
41:56HAVE BITS AND PIECES OF GOD'S PROGRAM
41:58and we've not been able to sell an idea
42:01to believers that is wholesome. So very
42:04quickly let me just by way of summary so
42:08that we don't dwell here for too long I
42:10need to talk about nations.
42:13God's program is divided into three.
42:16Please listen everyone. God has a
42:19program for the unbelieving world is
42:23called world evangelization or world
42:25missions. That's the name of God's
42:27program for the unbelieving world. God
42:30has a program for the church. God's
42:33program for the church is called
42:36maturity and stature through
42:38disciplehip. That is God's program for
42:41the church.
42:43that believers who are now in Christ,
42:47they are methodically built until they
42:49attain a state of maturity and stature,
42:53deepening their consecration and
42:55fellowship WITH GOD, BEING EXPOSED to
42:58the resources that makes for a
43:00victorious life, AND THEN BEING
43:02CONNECTED TO PURPOSE SO THAT they know
43:04how to walk in partnership with God,
43:06God's program for the church. And then
43:08God has program for a program for
43:11territories and nations and society. We
43:14call that territorial transformation. I
43:17told YOU THAT THE CHRISTIAN FAITH is a
43:19transformative practice. Meaning it
43:22seeks to change whatever and whoever it
43:25meets. That's how the faith life was
43:27designed. It never leaves a person or a
43:31territory the way it meets it.
43:33Hallelujah. And in ORDER OF PRIORITY,
43:37CHANGE STARTS FROM THE MORAL fabric of
43:40society. That's how FAITH PENETRATES AND
43:43BRINGS value to state. It influences the
43:47moral fabric of society by introducing
43:50the value system of the kingdom. There
43:53is the message THAT SAVES BUT THERE IS
43:55THE VALUE SYSTEM that transform. THEY
43:58ARE ALL CALLED THE GOSPEL. So we should
44:00not just focus on teaching the message
44:03that saves. that affects THE INDIVIDUAL
44:06BUT YOU CAN BE SAVED AS A PERSON AND YET
44:09YOUR TERRITORY can remain depraved. It
44:11will still affect you. Lot was a
44:13RIGHTEOUS MAN BUT SODOM AND GOMORRAH
44:16WHERE HE FOUND HIMSELF WAS NOT A GOOD
44:18PLACE. He almost lost his daughters. He
44:21eventually LOST HIS WIFE. SO IT'S NOT
44:23ENOUGH TO BE SAVED AS A PERSON. YOUR
44:26TERRITORY MUST ADOPT THE VALUE SYSTEM OF
44:29the kingdom.
44:32Are we learning? Praise the name of the
44:34Lord.
44:36So it is evangelism, watch this, plus
44:41disciplehip
44:42plus territorial transformation. That is
44:46what is captured in God's prophetic
44:48program. Now with all due respect, many
44:51have taught evangelism alone. OTHERS
44:54HAVE FOCUSED ON DISCIPLEHIP alone
44:57without transiting the people.
44:59Disciplehip will leave you transformed,
45:02but purpose will turn you from a
45:05transformed believer into a witness.
45:08THAT'S THE ASSIGNMENT. NOT JUST THAT YOU
45:10STAY TRANSFORMED, BUT THAT YOUR
45:12TRANSFORMATION IS CONNECTED to
45:14empowerment and purpose. And God NOW
45:17DEFINES THE GEOGRAPHY OF witness for
45:19you. Whether it is media, business,
45:22politics, governance. Is someone
45:24learning now? God is raising a PEOPLE
45:27WHO ARE THOROUGHLY FURNISHED, WHO
45:30UNDERSTAND his program. So when you pray
45:32and say, "Your kingdom come," you're not
45:34just reciting something YOU FOUND IN THE
45:36BIBLE. You are saying your rule, your
45:38government, YOUR CULTURE, YOUR VALUE
45:40SYSTEM. Let it first affect the hearts
45:43of men and then every strata of HUMAN
45:46ACTIVITY. SOMEONE SHOUT, "THY KINGDOM
45:48COME."
45:50ONE MORE TIME, SHOUT, "THY KINGDOM
45:52COME." Number
45:54four, very quickly, the fourth
45:57credential of a true rebuilder is that
46:00you must understand the Godman
46:03partnership.
46:06Say that after me. SAY THE GODMAN
46:08PARTNERSHIP.
46:09One more time. Say the Godman
46:11partnership.
46:14Do you know what this means? The Bible
46:16says we are co- lababorers with God. And
46:20this right here is the responsibility
46:23component of the Christian faith. For
46:26any program, I told you yesterday that
46:28God's program can fail in the life of an
46:31individual. GOD'S PROGRAM OVER A NATION
46:34CAN FAIL. GOD'S PROGRAM OVER A FAMILY
46:37can fail. His program remains a
46:40prophetic reality until HE FINDS
46:42RESPONSIBLE MEN WHO CAN COME INTO DIVINE
46:46PARTNERSHIP. Say that word. say divine
46:48partnership.
46:50It is God and you that will birth his
46:53program in Kenya. IT IS GOD and you that
46:56will birth his program in your family.
46:58IT IS GOD and you every time you FIND A
47:02TERRITORY VOID OF THE INFLUENCE of the
47:05kingdom. IT IS THAT THE MEN WHO SHOULD
47:08COME INTO PARTNERSHIP WITH GOD HAVE
47:10failed to understand their role and
47:12their responsibility. So when you say
47:15here am I send ME IS A STATEMENT OF
47:18RESPONSIBILITY THAT I UNDERSTAND YOU
47:20HAVE A PROGRAM and I have been so
47:22oriented that it is in partnership WITH
47:25YOU THAT THAT program is born. How many
47:29of you know that transforming Kenya is
47:32God's agenda? But God found a man
47:35Reverend Julian who worked in
47:37partnership with the spirit to create a
47:39platform called Remma Fest. LISTEN, THE
47:43TRANSFORMATION YOU ARE RECEIVING TODAY
47:45and that you have received this week, IT
47:47IS NOT TODAY THAT GOD pre-ordained it.
47:50THE DAY DIVINE PARTNERS WITH GOD COME
47:54INTO ALIGNMENT, THAT IS THE DAY THE
47:57program of God finds expression. You
47:59have HEARD ME SAY REVIVAL HAVE NO DATE.
48:02THE DAY THE REVIVAL AGENTS ARE READY,
48:05THAT IS THE DAY REVIVAL COMES.
48:08Revival can be prolonged. transformation
48:12can be prolonged, productivity,
48:14development can be prolonged. Believers,
48:17please hear me. YOU'RE NOT ONLY MEMBERS
48:19OF A CHURCH. With all due respect,
48:21you're not only citizens of Kenya.
48:24You're not only um you know, members of
48:27your VARIOUS FAMILIES. IT'S IMPORTANT
48:29for you to understand that you are co-
48:32lababorers. God desires to use you and I
48:35TO COME INTO PARTNERSHIP WITH HIM SO
48:37THAT WE can birth his kingdom come
48:39program. And if you are ready, shout
48:41amen.
48:42>> Let me give you number five very
48:44quickly. Are you learning something?
48:46Number five,
48:49the credential of a reformer. They carry
48:53a king priest mentality. You cannot
48:56become a true rebuilder if you do not
48:59subscribe to the Mechisedc order of
49:02dominion. Believers are not given the
49:05liberty to choose their strategy. The
49:07dominion strategy that will help birth
49:10the program of God as well as produce a
49:12victorious breed of believers has
49:14already been described in the Bible. The
49:16Bible talking about Melkisedc. It said
49:19Melkisedc, king of Salem, priest of the
49:23most high. All believers in Christ must
49:27operate in THAT ORDER. PRIEST UNTO GOD
49:31AND KING OF SALEM. PRIESTHOOD talks
49:34about your devotion unto God, but the
49:37kingly dimension talks of dominion and
49:39relevance within your sphere of
49:41influence. All believers are priests,
49:44but all believers ARE KINGS. SOME HAVE
49:47chosen to remain priests and ignore
49:49their kingly responsibility. Others
49:52chose to focus on being kings without
49:54understanding the ordinances of
49:56priesthood. It is YOUR PRIESTHOOD THAT
49:58POWERS YOU IN THE PALACE and in the
50:01marketplace. Are we together? When it
50:04has to do with priesthood, you are a
50:05priest unto God, and then you are a king
50:09of Salem, a king in the media space, a
50:13king in business, priest unto God, and
50:17kings within their spheres of influence.
50:20Hallelujah. Number six, and this will be
50:23the final credential of a true rebuilder
50:27and a reformer. THEY UNDERSTAND THE
50:29POWER OF UNITY. And listen to this
50:32please. All rebuilders,
50:35all reformers, all architects of hope,
50:39like we have architects in our building,
50:42THEY UNDERSTAND THAT NO SINGLE MAN, no
50:45matter how yielded, CAN SUCCESSFULLY
50:48BIRTH THE PROGRAM of God. One man cannot
50:51be called the church. You can only be
50:53called a member of the body. It takes
50:56synergy.
50:58It takes cooperation. It takes unity to
51:02advance the kingdom of God and to build
51:05any society.
51:08Reformers understand that they have a
51:11role to play but their role does not
51:14cover everything that should be done. So
51:16they play their role effectively while
51:19stretching their hands to receive the
51:21contribution of other reformers. And
51:24this is what has happened before you in
51:26Rama Fest. a contribution from different
51:29vessels in worship in word coming with
51:32DIFFERENT DIMENSIONS AS TOUCHING THEIR
51:35DEALINGS with God so that everyone will
51:38be built holistically.
51:41Perhaps you may have heard me say if
51:44everybody if every believer listens to
51:47JOSHUA SELMAN ALONE THERE IS A DIMENSION
51:50OF GROWTH YOU WILL NOT HAVE in your walk
51:52with God no matter how yielded I am. You
51:56see vision also creates limitation
51:59because I'm looking at you right now but
52:01I cannot see what is BEHIND ME. SO THERE
52:03ARE CONSEQUENCES to being visionary.
52:06That is the reason why God raises orders
52:08TO COVER THE GAPS WHERE YOUR EYES CANNOT
52:11SEE. The church in Kenya must sustain
52:15the humility and the maturity to embrace
52:20the ministry of the body not just the
52:22ministry of individuals. And let me say
52:25this, beloved, do not go around singing
52:28songs THAT SAUL KILLED 1,000 and David
52:32killed 10,000. YOU WILL CAUSE A LOT OF
52:35problems for men of God. Learn to honor
52:37everyone. The one who is able to do
52:40remma first and the one who disciples 10
52:42men. They are ALL CONTRIBUTORS AS FAR AS
52:45THAT PROGRAM IS CONCERNED.
52:48HALLELUJAH. Now listen, please do not
52:51get me wrong. When I talk about unity, I
52:55don't mean embracing everything and
52:57everyone. There are verifications.
53:01Are we together? WE MAY DIFFER IN
53:03SEVERAL THINGS AND ACROSS VARIOUS
53:05PERSPECTIVES SPIRITUALLY, BUT THERE ARE
53:08CERTAIN THINGS THAT ARE MOST SURELY
53:10believed among us. AND IF YOU DO NOT
53:12BELIEVE THAT, you are simply not a
53:14Christian.
53:16But I advocate unity. And tonight as we
53:19delve into the concept of nation
53:20building, my prayer for the church in
53:22Kenya is that in the name of Jesus, we
53:25will attain a state of maturity where we
53:28respect the dealings of God in the lives
53:31of one another. Are we together? The
53:33truth is that graces differ, experiences
53:36with God differ, consecrations, our
53:39levels of investedness in spiritual
53:41things differ. And so OUR RESULTS
53:43DIFFER. HOWEVER, WE MUST HAVE THE
53:46MATURITY TO RESPECT THE SACRIFICES OF
53:49EVERYONE FROM THE PASTOR, THE MISSIONARY
53:52SOMEWHERE IN THE BACKSIDE OF KENYA WHO
53:54MAY NOT BE ON SOCIAL MEDIA, WHO IS NOT A
53:56celebrity to THE INTERCESSOR LIKE ANNA
53:59THE PROPHETESS, WHO NO ONE KNOWS ABOUT,
54:02to those who are vocal and visible. ALL
54:05OF US TOGETHER MAKE THAT REFORMATION
54:07ARMY. ALL OF US TOGETHER MAKE THAT
54:10TRANSFORMATION ARMY. ALL OF US TOGETHER
54:13ARE THE REBUILDERS OF THE BRIDGE, the
54:15repairers of the bridge and THE
54:18REBUILDERS OF DESOLATE PLACES. YOU
54:19believe that? Say amen.
54:21>> Amen.
54:24>> Now, very quickly,
54:27I want to show you
54:30something the Lord taught me on nation
54:32building. I'm not only a student of
54:35revival and awakenings.
54:38I am also a student of territorial
54:40transformation. I like to know why
54:43territories remain the way they are and
54:45I like to know how territories can
54:48improve because I'm one person as a
54:51preacher who believes in translating the
54:54reality of the faith life to a context
54:57that appeals to the needs of society. I
55:00AM PASSIONATE ABOUT GOD BUT I HATE
55:02FANATISM. I was telling the business
55:04community this morning while speaking to
55:07them, we must advocate the rise of
55:10passionate believers but not fanatics.
55:14The difference between fanatism and
55:16passion is knowledge, responsibility,
55:19and maturity.
55:22Hallelujah. Praise the name of the Lord.
55:27A few years ago,
55:30I was in Boston, Massachusetts, and I
55:33went to visit what we call the monuments
55:35of the forefathers.
55:37And um
55:39it was a goal to study what built some
55:43of these nations that we so admire like
55:46the US and other great nations. I'm a
55:49student of history. I like to know what
55:52happened because the secret of the
55:53future is in yesterday. The Bible says
55:55the thing that was is the thing that is
55:58and is the thing that is to come.
55:59There's nothing new under the sun. And I
56:02got someone as a tour guide who had a
56:05thorough understanding of how America
56:07came about to help give me education as
56:12to how the precepts AND THE CONCEPTS,
56:15THE principles that were kept. And I
56:18just want to take a little from it and
56:20let this be my gift and my contribution
56:23to the rebuilding of a greater brighter
56:27Kenya. The rebuilding of A GREATER
56:31BRIGHTER EASTERN AFRICA. The rebuilding
56:34of a greater brighter Africa. If you
56:36receive that, say amen.
56:38>> Amen.
56:38>> Praise the name of the Lord. Nations can
56:41be built. And let me give you six
56:44elements. There are six elements that
56:47can make any nation great regardless how
56:51bad things are. And I'm I'm speaking
56:53apostolically cuz I know there are
56:56people connected from across the various
56:58African regions. I'm telling you Africa

57:09GHANA, South Africa is an emergence of
57:12kingdom luminaries, APOSTOLIC
57:15VISIONARIES WHO ARE SPEARHEADING the
57:18campaign of maturity, STATURE AND THE
57:21ENFORCEMENT OF GOD'S governance at a
57:24macro level. These are men and women who
57:26God has dealt WITH FOR MANY YEARS AND BY
57:29GRACE AND MERCY THEY HAVE MAXIMIZED THE
57:31GRACE of God upon their lives. And let
57:34me tell you, I believe that from this
57:36Rama fest there are others who came from
57:39other nations. YOU WILL CATCH THIS FIRE
57:42and you will go back and replicate Rama
57:44fest in your nations. The Bible says the
57:47promise is unto you and to your children
57:49and children's children as many as are
57:52far off. Say amen.
57:55Six elements
57:57are responsible for the rebuilding and
58:00the transformation of any nation. Number
58:03one very quickly is vision. Nations are
58:07transformed. Nations are built when
58:10there is vision.
58:13Vision here is the ability to see things
58:15as they ought to be, not as they are.
58:19alongside the determination to see that
58:23picture manifest. VISION DOES NOT STOP
58:26AT SEEING what is possible. IT IS ALSO
58:29BACKED BY THE DETERMINATION to press
58:32until you see that picture manifest. HE
58:35TOLD MOSES, ENSURE you build according
58:38to the pattern that was shown you. IT'S
58:41NOT ENOUGH TO SEE. YOU MUST have the
58:43determination to see that which you have
58:46seen in your mind and in the spirit
58:48manifest in experience. Vision.
58:52Vision is also a picture OF A CLEARLY
58:55DEFINED FUTURE. Clear enough to be
58:58imprinted in the minds of citizens. Let
59:01me tell you this. One of the ways we
59:03lead is to create the picture of the
59:06future clear enough for everyone we
59:10intend to follow to understand.
59:12Followership is difficult when there is
59:14vagueness in vision. The Bible says
59:17write the vision. Then it says make it
59:19clear so that he will run that reads it.
59:22THE PACE OF FOLLOWERSHIP DEPENDS ON THE
59:25CLARITY of vision. This is true for
59:28nations but it is true for
59:30organizations. If you are a CEO and you
59:33are the only ONE WHO UNDERSTANDS WHERE
59:35YOUR COMPANY is going, you will have
59:37frustrated people following you who will
59:40turn back eventually. Clarity of vision
59:43is a secret of followership. In fact IS
59:46ONE OF THE ELEMENTS of unity. You're
59:48understanding me say amen.
59:51>> No nation can become great when there is
59:54no vision.
59:56No nation.
59:58Number two,
1:00:00the second element that defines a great
1:00:03nation or brings about greatness in a
1:00:06nation. Ready? Well defined values and
1:00:10policies. Welldefined values and
1:00:15policies.
1:00:17Values I wrote here define people's
1:00:20ideas about life and gives them a
1:00:23template for living and conducting
1:00:25themselves.
1:00:27NO NATION BECOMES GREAT WHEN there are
1:00:30no clearly defined POLICIES AND VALUE
1:00:34SYSTEMS, A MODUS OPERANDI THAT GOVERNS
1:00:38HOW PEOPLE BEHAVE WITHIN that territory.
1:00:41For an example, did you know that crime,
1:00:44corruption, laziness, injustice,
1:00:48entitlement, they are NOT JUST NEGATIVE
1:00:51VICES, they are belief systems. THERE IS
1:00:54SOMETHING SOMEONE BELIEVES THAT makes
1:00:57him an amrober. An amrober IS A
1:00:59BELIEVER. HE'S A BELIEVER IN something
1:01:03that the dignity of responsibility
1:01:06cannot bring him good. Are we together?
1:01:10With all due respect, when a gentleman
1:01:13lives his life carelessly or a lady
1:01:15prostitutes herself around that that ACT
1:01:18OF PROSTITUTION OR IRRESPONSIBILITY is a
1:01:21mindset in a similar vein. Justice,
1:01:26fairness, diligence, competence,
1:01:30PRODUCTIVITY,
1:01:32MORAL EXCELLENCE, RESPECT. They are NOT
1:01:35JUST POSITIVE TRAITS. They are also
1:01:38belief systems. And is the
1:01:40responsibility of the spiritual
1:01:43and political leaders and then all other
1:01:46leaders to lock hand in glove AND TO
1:01:49DEFINE VERY CLEARLY THE VALUES THAT MUST
1:01:53GOVERN a predefined territory and have
1:01:56rewards for those who work in KEEPING
1:01:59NOT JUST PUNISHMENTS FOR THOSE WHO
1:02:01VIOLATE IT. The human spirit works by
1:02:04motivation.
1:02:05If you do well you should be commended.
1:02:08Then if you do wrong and you are
1:02:10reproved, you do not find offense.
1:02:16Hallelujah.
1:02:18Number three.
1:02:20Number three.
1:02:22The third element very quickly
1:02:27that defines greatness within a nation
1:02:30and brings about greatness is education.
1:02:33Education both formal and informal. Hear
1:02:37my definition of education. The ability
1:02:40to read, the ability to write, the
1:02:44ability to communicate effectively,
1:02:48the ability to think constructively,
1:02:51and the ability TO USE THE KNOWLEDGE
1:02:54ACQUIRED as a tool to bet solutions.
1:02:58ANYTHING SHORT OF THIS IS NOT EDUCATION.
1:03:01I define it again very quickly.
1:03:04Education is the ability to read,
1:03:08the ability to write, the ability to
1:03:11communicate effectively, the ability to
1:03:14think constructively,
1:03:16and then the ability TO USE THE
1:03:18KNOWLEDGE acquired as a tool to birth
1:03:22solutions.
1:03:24I wrote here that education and Africa,
1:03:27we need to hear this. Education must be
1:03:30redefined
1:03:32AS THE PROPER USE OF KNOWLEDGE to answer
1:03:35questions to meet needs to build
1:03:39solutions and to solve problems.
1:03:42Education must go beyond just having a
1:03:45piece of paper that attests to the
1:03:47longevity of your stay within an
1:03:49educational institution. It must be
1:03:52redefined
1:03:53AS THE PROPER USE of knowledge. That
1:03:57means YOU ARE NOT JUST EDUCATED because
1:03:59you have a certificate to attest to your
1:04:01presence in college. You are educated
1:04:04when you can use knowledge to answer
1:04:08questions. The knowledge to meet needs,
1:04:11to birth solutions, and to solve
1:04:14problems. Number four,
1:04:16the fourth element that makes for a
1:04:19great nation. I'm showing you how
1:04:21nations are built and how nations become
1:04:24great. Number four, visionary and
1:04:27transformative leadership.
1:04:30Visionary and transformative leadership.
1:04:36I define leadership as the ability to
1:04:39harness and to coordinate human and
1:04:42material resources so as to meet a
1:04:45common predefined goal.
1:04:49the ability to harness and coordinate

1:05:01Leadership is a mentality, a mentality
1:05:05that makes the most of every resource
1:05:08and every opportunity.
1:05:10I wrote something here and please
1:05:12listen. structures must be put in place
1:05:15for leadership development across all
1:05:18age RANGES BOTH FORMAL and informal.
1:05:23Leadership development is an INVESTMENT
1:05:26OF INESTEEMABLE value to the kingdom and
1:05:30to society.
1:05:32Leadership in family, leadership in the
1:05:35corporate world, leadership in
1:05:38governance, church leadership. When we
1:05:40talk about leadership, don't just look
1:05:43at his excellency alone or look at the
1:05:46men of GOD THAT OCCUPY THE HIGHEST OF
1:05:48THE RANKS SPIRITUALLY. LEADERSHIP STARTS
1:05:50WITH EVERYBODY. The father is a leader.
1:05:54The elder brother is a leader. The
1:05:56sister is a leader. Are we together?
1:05:59LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MUST BE TAUGHT AT
1:06:02EVERY LEVEL. Every level.

1:06:09I heard God's servant Dr. David Agui say
1:06:12this many years ago and let me recap on
1:06:14what he said that every national problem
1:06:18was first a regional problem that was
1:06:21not solved by the leaders there. Every
1:06:24regional problem was a community problem
1:06:27THAT WAS NOT SOLVED BY THE LEADERS
1:06:29THERE. And every community problem WAS A
1:06:33FAMILY PROBLEM THAT WAS NOT SOLVED. SO
1:06:36EVERY CHALLENGE TODAY, LISTEN, HOW MANY
1:06:38OF YOU KNOW THAT THOSE perpetuating
1:06:41crime at a national level came from
1:06:43homes.
1:06:45When the leadership in the home fails,
1:06:48leadership in the school fails,
1:06:50LEADERSHIP IN THE CHURCH FAILS,
1:06:52LEADERSHIP in corporate GOVERNANCE
1:06:54FAILS, THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH POLITICAL
1:06:57LEADERSHIP CAN DO. So we must be ALL
1:06:59INCLUSIVE IN OUR CONCEPT of leadership.
1:07:04Business leaders, you have a role to
1:07:06play. FATHERS IN KENYA, YOU HAVE A ROLE
1:07:09TO PLAY. WHILE YOU LOOK AT GOVERNMENT,
1:07:12MAKE SURE YOU FIX YOUR own constituency.
1:07:16A responsible son will become a
1:07:19RESPONSIBLE CEO WILL BECOME a
1:07:22responsible governor. WHO UNDERSTANDS
1:07:24THIS? SAY AMEN. AND I PRAY for you. And
1:07:28I also pray for the church THAT THE
1:07:30CHURCH AND THE GOVERNMENT and business
1:07:33leaders will come up with programs.
1:07:36PROGRAMS THAT ARE INTENTIONAL in
1:07:39building leadership capacity. LEADERSHIP
1:07:42DEVELOPMENT IS VERY IMPORTANT.
1:07:46Please sit down. I have 10 minutes. I

1:08:42in Jesus name. Please sit down. Sit
1:08:45down. Let me give you an assignment. an
1:08:48assignment to cultivate leadership in
1:08:50you. When you go back home, clean your
1:08:53house, FIX THE PARLOR, THAT'S
1:08:56LEADERSHIP. Take care of your children.
1:08:58MAKE SURE THEIR FEES ARE paid on time.
1:09:01That's leadership. TAKE CARE OF YOUR
1:09:03WIFE, HUSBAND. THAT'S LEADERSHIP. TAKE
1:09:05CARE OF YOUR HUSBAND, WIFE. THAT'S
1:09:08LEADERSHIP. SIBLINGS, respect your
1:09:10parents. That's leadership. PARENTS,
1:09:12HONOR YOUR children and be kind to them.
1:09:15THAT'S LEADERSHIP. MEMBERS RESPECT
1:09:18PASTORS. THAT'S LEADERSHIP. PASTORS DO
1:09:20NOT TAKE MEMBERS FOR GRANTED. THAT'S
1:09:22LEADERSHIP.
1:09:26Leadership is at all levels.
1:09:35Number five. Number five. Number five. I
1:09:38have to walk with time. There are still
1:09:39other programs coming. Number five.
1:09:42The fifth element that defines the
1:09:45greatness of a nation is economic
1:09:47strength
1:09:49both for individuals and corporately
1:09:52speaking. Please listen. I wrote
1:09:54something here that I want you to
1:09:56listen.
1:09:58Please listen. Listen. Help me maximize
1:10:01my time left. Citizens must learn the
1:10:05skill OF VALUE and productivity.
1:10:09Citizens must learn the skill OF
1:10:12EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT. Citizens
1:10:15must learn the skill of investment from
1:10:19a very young age. Let me say that again.
1:10:22Financial intelligence,
1:10:24value and productivity,
1:10:26EFFECTIVE RESOURCE MANAGEMENT AND
1:10:29INVESTMENT. These are skills that must
1:10:32be taught from a young age.
1:10:34Learning how to be economically
1:10:36emancipated at 40 or 50 is almost too
1:10:40late because it takes time to build
1:10:42wealth with integrity.
1:10:46Hallelujah.
1:10:50Programs must be created
1:10:53that help to build a sense of economic
1:10:56responsibility
1:10:58in everyone.
1:11:02No nation can be economically
1:11:04emancipated with a dependency mentality.
1:11:08And this I don't need to say so much.
1:11:11God's servant again stressed IT DURING
1:11:13HIS TIME of preaching. Waiting for
1:11:16superstition
1:11:18or ABUSING THE CONCEPT OF GRACE AND
1:11:21favor as a license for irresponsibility.
1:11:24We must dump that mentality out of the
1:11:27window. I told you it's not grace
1:11:29available that profits. It is grace
1:11:31received, grace utilized and grace
1:11:35maximized because grace can be abused.
1:11:38Hallelujah. So everyone must take that
1:11:41responsibility. You must sit down and
1:11:44begin to build economically.
1:11:48families, schools, churches, AND OTHER
1:11:52RELIGIOUS BODIES. EVEN THE GOVERNMENT
1:11:55MUST STRUCTURE PROGRAMS THAT TEACH
1:11:57FINANCIAL intelligence and economic
1:12:00emancipation from a responsible
1:12:03standpoint. Listen. Void of gimmicks,
1:12:06VOID OF SUPERSTITIOUS PRACTICES, AND
1:12:09void of fraud.
1:12:14Number six. Number six.
1:12:19The sixth element that makes any nation
1:12:22great. Are you ready? Excellent and
1:12:26functional security architecture at all
1:12:30levels. Excellent and functional
1:12:34security architecture at all levels. Now
1:12:37listen please listen. The business of
1:12:41security goes beyond the government. It
1:12:44is everybody's responsibility.
1:12:47The man who forgot to lock his car, the
1:12:50one who left the door of his house
1:12:52unattended to. You see that? Now these
1:12:55are all elements of irresponsibility
1:12:57security-wise. Security is everybody's
1:13:00business.
1:13:02And we must train ourselves to be
1:13:05vigilant. We must train ourselves to
1:13:08speak well. How many of you know that
1:13:13cultured conversations is one way to
1:13:16keep security? When you are careless
1:13:18with words, you can heat up the
1:13:22territory. So when we talk ABOUT
1:13:24SECURITY, WE'RE NOT JUST TALKING OF
1:13:26HOLDING GUNS AND STANDING. THAT'S
1:13:28WONDERFUL. THAT'S ONE ASPECT. SPEAKING
1:13:31RIGHT IS A CONTRIBUTION to security.
1:13:34Love and kindness is a contribution to
1:13:37security. Unity and brotherhood is a
1:13:40contribution to security.
1:13:47Hallelujah.
1:13:52While government has a responsibility of
1:13:55creating a secure environment that will
1:13:58stimulate growth and attract foreign
1:14:00direct investment, the citizens must
1:14:03understand that at all levels they have
1:14:06a responsibility
1:14:07as stewards of this estate God gave you
1:14:11called Kenya.
1:14:13You see that now we must steward the
1:14:15security of Kenya. Nobody will come to
1:14:18invest in Kenya when there are security
1:14:20problems. The government has his role.
1:14:23And we pray that in the name of Jesus,
1:14:26God will continue empowering the
1:14:28government. But on your own part, you
1:14:31must learn the entire scope of security,
1:14:35speaking right, showing love, greed.
1:14:39Listen, listen, listen. Killing greed,
1:14:43killing greed is a security strategy.
1:14:52And I'm saying that to you.
1:14:55When you kill greed from your life, it
1:14:58is a security strategy. IT'S NOT JUST

1:15:32transformative leadership, in addition
1:15:35to economic strength and emancipation,
1:15:38IN ADDITION TO A FUNCTIONAL SECURITY
1:15:40ARCHITECTURE, the last element is faith
1:15:44and spirituality.
1:15:46And please, I want you to listen. We're
1:15:48wrapping up.
1:15:50Faith and spirituality.
1:15:53I have learned from study and from the
1:15:55experience of leadership that faith,
1:15:58particularly for the African continent,
1:16:01is the number one influencer of values,
1:16:05of morals, and of actions. Whether good
1:16:08or bad,
1:16:11people largely think, act, and behave in
1:16:16ways that reflect and honor their
1:16:18spiritual convictions about God and
1:16:21about life.
1:16:23If you find a gentleman who is
1:16:25irresponsible, with all due respect,
1:16:28most likely something he was taught
1:16:31INITIATED OR SUPPORTED THAT BEHAVIOR.
1:16:35Faith is an influencer of actions,
1:16:39behaviors, morals, convictions.
1:16:45Traits like love and peace, giving and
1:16:49tolerance, forgiveness and diligence,
1:16:53justice and fairness. All of these are
1:16:56morals and traits THAT ARE LARGELY
1:16:59INFLUENCED. IN FACT, the Bible calls
1:17:01them the fruit of the spirit.
1:17:06They are all faith derived virtues. Let
1:17:09me conclude by saying this. Faith and
1:17:12spirituality
1:17:15ALMOST ALWAYS DESTROYS WHEN IT
1:17:18degenerates to fanatism and extremism.
1:17:22Faith and spirituality
1:17:25ALMOST ALWAYS DESTROYS WHEN it
1:17:27degenerates to fanatism and extremism.
1:17:32When faith and spirituality is practiced
1:17:35responsibly
1:17:36and with integrity, it becomes a major
1:17:40catalyst for nation building and
1:17:43territorial transformation. I am
1:17:45passionate about God and I'm passionate
1:17:48about his work, but I hate fanatism and
1:17:52I hate extremism. the world right now
1:17:55across Africa, Western Africa,
1:17:57subsaharan Africa, there is a cancer OF
1:18:01ALL KINDS OF ILLS AND VICES THAT were
1:18:04largely sponsored from extremism and
1:18:07fanatism. Let me speak particularly to
1:18:10the emerging generation.
1:18:13Be careful who mentors you and how you
1:18:16are mentored into understanding God and
1:18:20understanding faith.
1:18:22Do not replace passion with extremism.
1:18:26Extremism hurts. Extremism kills.
1:18:31God calls US TO BE PASSIONATE ABOUT HIM
1:18:34AND HIS WORK. But extremism is where
1:18:37wickedness comes in and all kinds of
1:18:40vices. I pray for you in the name of
1:18:42Jesus Christ that as a nation and I must
1:18:45say this, listen. I must say this.
1:18:52I truly and and this this is just me.
1:18:54I'm a man of God. I truly want to honor
1:18:58the presence of his excellency and the
1:19:01wife in a prophetic program like this. I
1:19:05truly consider it prophetic.
1:19:08I've had the honor of meeting many
1:19:11presidents. I've had the honor of taking
1:19:14the gospel and the wisdom of God across
1:19:16many nations. It is not it's not a usual
1:19:20thing to find leaders at the highest
1:19:24level sit and listen and hear and learn.
1:19:29That for me is an embodiment of the
1:19:32willingness to bring reformation and
1:19:34transformation and is worthy of
1:19:36commendation. Please give his excellency
1:19:39and her excellency a deserving round of
1:19:42applause for their presence here
1:19:44tonight.

1:20:42John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the
1:20:44world." Let me reintroduce Jesus for
1:20:46you. Jesus is beyond the founder of a
1:20:49religion called Christianity. The Bible
1:20:51calls him the son of the living God. It
1:20:53calls him the propitiation for our sin.
1:20:56The Bible says there is no other name
1:20:58under heaven given unto men by which we
1:21:00should be saved. The verdict is clear
1:21:03that all have sinned and fallen short of
1:21:05the glory of God and that by the justice
1:21:08of God no one can stand before God
1:21:10guiltless. But then Jesus came as an
1:21:13emissary of mercy. The Bible says for
1:21:16God so loved the world that he gave us
1:21:18Jesus. He gave us Jesus as a gift. When
1:21:21Jesus walked upon the earth for your
1:21:23sake and my sake, the Bible says he went
1:21:26through the gruesome torture and through
1:21:28his substitutionary sacrifice, he's made
1:21:31available for us today a new and a
1:21:34living way.
1:21:35But the call is simple. John 3:16, it
1:21:39says that whosoever believeth on him
1:21:42should not perish. It's a law, but have
1:21:44life everlasting. Verse 17 of John 3
1:21:47says, "For God did not send his son into
1:21:49the world to condemn the world, but that
1:21:51the world through him might be saved."
1:21:53That in the day you hear his voice, he
1:21:55says, "To harden not your heart."
1:21:57Beloved brothers and sisters, one way to
1:22:00maximize this convergence is not just to
1:22:02rejoice and celebrate great preachers.
1:22:05Is to respond to this call. The Savior
1:22:07stands before you. He has to first be
1:22:10savior before he becomes king over your
1:22:13life. Allow me the honor standing on all
1:22:15the graces here represented to give you
1:22:17an opportunity to make it right with
1:22:19Jesus. There [music] are tens of
1:22:22thousands of people as far as my eyes
1:22:24can see. And in truth, not everyone may
1:22:26be able to come here. And I'll save the
1:22:29whole labor of trying to just walk with
1:22:31people. I will only allow as many who
1:22:34can have this place filled. Once the
1:22:36front is filled then every other person
1:22:39you can stand where you are cuz it may
1:22:41be a long walk from where you are coming
1:22:43but I want to count one to five for sake
1:22:45of time. You are in this place and you
1:22:47are saying apostle Reverend Julian I
1:22:50have heard you and I heard you clearly
1:22:52the spirit of God has convicted my
1:22:54heart. I'm looking for one sincere
1:22:56person who is not ashamed to win that
1:22:58war of destiny. I'm looking for one
1:23:00sincere person who is saying apostle I
1:23:03hear you and I hear God through you. I
1:23:05need to make it right. I need to [music]
1:23:07rededicate my life to Jesus. As I count
1:23:09one to five, I like you to run like I'm
1:23:12inviting you to receive an award. Only

1:23:17other award you will receive in your
