4:36saying a very big thank you to the host
4:41and the convenor of Remma Fist. An
4:44incredible man of God who has
4:46demonstrated apostilhip, stewardship,
4:50faithfulness, and consistency. Would you
4:54help me appreciate Reverend Julian
4:56Culer, my dear friend and truly my
4:59brother? We thank you and we honor you
5:02sir. Thank you for rising in stature to
5:07be trusted with such an enormous
5:10responsibility. Rama fest has gone
5:12beyond a Kenyan program. God
5:18has used and is using Rama Fest as an
5:21arrowhead to spearhead a major revival
5:25across East Africa and indeed across the
5:29entire African continent. And we're
5:31happy and proud to be associated with
5:34this great move of the spirit. One more
5:36time, do help me appreciate Reverend
5:38Julian Cula.
5:41Hallelujah.
5:43Amen. In a similar vein, let me honor
5:46and appreciate our father, Bishop
5:49Masindi. Truly honored to see you. Ever
5:52fresh, ever vibrant. Daddy, we love you.
5:55We're people of honor. Thank you for
5:57your investment. Thank you for all that
6:01you have done. Let me honor every man
6:04and every woman of God here seated. All
6:06who are deserving of honor. We are
6:09people of honor. And from the depth of
6:11my heart, I may not know you, may not
6:13see you, but I honor you as touching the
6:16grace that God has given you. I honor
6:18you as touching the work of the ministry
6:21that you are involved with. And I pray
6:23that together, God will lift us all and
6:26take us from glory to glory. Thank you,

6:30give the men and the women of God a big

7:01the Lord for them?
7:05every unit, every department,
7:08laboring seen or unseen, recognized or
7:11otherwise, we thank you. Thank you for
7:14making Rama Fist a worthwhile
7:17experience.

7:20I celebrate and I honor every voice in
7:24worship and in word who has made
7:29contributions in this conference. One of
7:32the things that God is doing across the
7:35African continent is that he's teaching
7:38us the value of unity. There is a
7:41dimension of God's program that cannot
7:44be hosted and successfully executed by a
7:49single individual. No matter how
7:51yielded, no matter how aligned, there
7:54are dimensions of spiritual reality that
7:56will require the contribution and the
8:00unity of the body. The best of us can
8:04only be an effective member, but
8:07together you can't call an individual
8:10the church. The church has to be a
8:13collection of believers. And so I really
8:16want to honor every man and every woman
8:20who has ministered here. Um, some I
8:24know, some I do not know, but all the
8:26same, please can we give them a big God
8:29bless you for their labor in the place
8:32of prayer, for their labor in the place
8:34of study, for their labor in the place
8:37of devotion to have brought the
8:39dimensions that they brought to us
8:41tonight. Hallelujah.

11:17You are the spirit of God and you are
11:19the spirit [music] of truth. Jesus gave
11:22you to us and he said when you come you
11:25will guide us into all truth.
11:29We thank you
11:33for your presence.
11:35We thank you for your power.
11:39We thank you for your wisdom.
11:43The Bible declares that the entrance of
11:45your word gives light and it gives
11:48[music] understanding unto the simple.
11:51We submit ourselves tonight
11:54and we receive from the spirit of God.
11:58We receive from the word of God
12:02more than an information.
12:04We receive a transference of spirits.
12:08We receive a quickening from within our
12:10[music] spirit man. Oh, let this be a
12:13ministry of life, life, life in the name
12:18of Jesus Christ. And I pray, oh God,
12:21that you will speak through me, that
12:24flesh will not be glorified in your
12:26presence,
12:28but that you alone will be seen. Jesus
12:30alone will be revealed and glorified.
12:34Lord, as you speak to us, let the sick
12:37be healed. As you speak to us, let the
12:41oppressed be delivered. As you speak to
12:44us, let the hopeless find hope. Let your
12:48word come with clarity and with
12:50precision.
12:52We ask this by faith and we know [music]
12:55it is answered. For in Jesus marvelous
12:58name we pray. Can you shout a believing
13:02amen?
13:04Can you shout a receiving amen?
13:09Hallelujah.
13:12It truly is an honor. Let me tell you
13:15this. It takes the anointing of the Holy
13:18Spirit to have this number of people
13:22come for this length of days to hear the
13:25word of God and to receive of the
13:28ministry of the spirit. The human spirit
13:30is not that disciplined by default. We
13:34like excitement and then we go back
13:36home. It takes an operation of the
13:39spirit upon men to bring us to a
13:42position where we can camp and
13:43tabernacle under sometimes not the best
13:47of conditions. And yet you look away,
13:49your eyes fixated on Jesus to receive
13:52that which he has for you tonight. It
13:56takes the Holy Ghost. It takes the
13:58operation of the spirit. And I want to
14:01salute you. I want you to know that you
14:02are in this atmosphere. There is
14:05something God is doing within your
14:06spirit.
14:09>> Out of this place tonight will rise
14:11mighty vessels, apostolic vessels,
14:15prophetic vessels. I'm speaking to you
14:17by the spirit. Out of this place will
14:20rise reformers, world changers. Out of
14:24this place will rise nation builders.
14:27Out of this place will rise captains of
14:29industry. The future of Kenya is seated
14:33right here. looking at me from my left
14:35to my right, the front to the back. And
14:38so tonight, you're not just listening
14:40for yourself. You're listening for the
14:42generation you represent and the
14:45generations connected to you. You
14:47believe that? Say amen.
14:49>> Let me beseech you therefore by the
14:51mercies of God that you lent me, you
14:53lend me your wrapped undivided
14:56attention.
14:57It takes focus to receive from the
14:59spirit. You have come now. Lend me your
15:02attention. Open up your eye gate, open
15:05up your ear gate and receive that which
15:07the Holy Spirit will be communicating in
15:09the name of Jesus Christ. Hallelujah.
15:13I have a series of teachings and um as a
15:17contribution I want to believe that
15:19several dimensions have come from
15:22several preachers in word in worship you
15:25know all together building us and
15:29speaking to the theme of the conference.
15:31But the Lord quickened a few things in
15:32my heart and I want to lay a foundation
15:34tonight. I trust that in addition to all
15:37that you've heard, God will use these
15:39words to build us and to make us so that
15:42indeed we become rebuilders in the name
15:45of Jesus. I'll be speaking on a two-part
15:48series. We'll start part one tonight.
15:50Wherever we end, we'll get to pray and
15:52then we'll finish up tomorrow as God
15:54grants grace in the name of Jesus
15:57Christ. Hallelujah.
15:59I'm speaking on the topic that I titled
16:02architects of hope.
16:05Architects of hope. Let me use that as a
16:08prophetic word over someone. In the name
16:11of Jesus, the Bible says, "And you shall
16:13be called by a new name which the mouth
16:15of the Lord will declare from tonight
16:17you become an architect of hope in the
16:21name of Jesus Christ." that everywhere
16:23there's darkness, everywhere there's
16:25despair, in the name of Jesus, God will
16:27send you as his emissary. God will send
16:30you as the answer, he will send you as
16:32the solution. If [music] you are
16:33receiving it, say amen.
16:36Architects of hope, tonight we'll be
16:39looking at the rise of builders and
16:42reformers. So this is part one,
16:45a few scriptures very quickly. Isaiah
16:48chapter 61 and we'll read verse four.
16:54architects of hope,
16:57the rise of builders and reformers.
17:00Isaiah chapter 61 and [music] verse 4.
17:04The Bible says, "And they shall rebuild
17:09the old ruins, and they shall raise up
17:12the former desolations.
17:14They shall repair the ruined cities."
17:17Give us KJV. and the desolations of many
17:22generations.
17:24The desolations, they shall build up the
17:26old waste. They shall raise up the
17:28former desolations and they shall repair
17:31the waste cities, even the desolations
17:34of many generations. Say amen.
17:36>> Amen.
17:36>> Our second read will be from Hagi. Hagai
17:42chapter 2 and we'll begin our reading
17:44from verse three just to allow the
17:46scriptures speak to us and then I'll
17:48begin to do a few explanations from
17:49verse three it says who is left among
17:52you that saw this house in its first
17:55glory and how do you see it now
18:00is it is it not in your eyes you know
18:02pale in comparison to what it used to be
18:05he was speaking verse four
18:07verse four we're reading down to nine
18:11It says, "Yet now be strong, O
18:13Zerubbabel, said the Lord, and be
18:15strong, oh Joshua."
18:18It says, "And be strong, all ye people
18:20of the land, said the Lord,
18:24and walk, for I am with you, sayeth the
18:26Lord." Verse 5, "According to the word
18:29that I covenanted with you when you came
18:31out of Egypt, so shall my spirit remain
18:34among you. Fear not." Reading tonight
18:36verse 6 it says for thus sayeth the Lord
18:39of hosts yet once it is a little while
18:42and I will shake the heavens and the
18:44earth I will shake the sea and the dry
18:47land. Verse seven and I will shake all
18:50nations and the desire of all nations
18:52shall come and I will fill this house
18:55with glory sayeth the Lord. Verse eight
18:58the silver is mine the gold is mine said
19:00the Lord. Receive verse 9 as a prophecy
19:03for Kenya. It says, "The glory of this
19:05latter house shall be greater than the
19:08former,
19:10saith the Lord of hosts, and in this
19:12place I will give peace." You believe
19:14that? Say, "Amen."
19:17>> Let me give you the final read. Amos
19:19chapter 9, we'll just read 11 and 12 for
19:22now. Amos chapter 9, 11, and 12. And in
19:27that day I will raise up the tabernacle
19:30of David that is fallen. And I will
19:33close up the breaches thereof. I will
19:35raise up the ruins. And I will build you
19:38as in the days of old
19:41that ye may possess the remnant of Edom
19:44and all of the heathen which are called
19:46by my name, sayaeth the Lord God of
19:48host. Say amen.
19:51So there are few things that I want to
19:53establish tonight that I believe are
19:56instructive and prophetic as far as
19:59connecting to the theme of the
20:01conference is concerned. Number one is
20:03that God has desires and God has plans
20:06for individuals, for families, for
20:10nations and for the church. God has
20:14desires and he has plans. Jeremiah 29:11
20:18says, "I know the thoughts that I think
20:20towards you, said the Lord. They are
20:22thoughts of peace and not of evil to
20:24bring you a future and to give you an
20:27expected end." God has a desire. God has
20:31a plan for nations. God has a program
20:35for individuals. God has a program for
20:38families. God has a program for
20:40communities. God has a prophetic program
20:44for Kenya. You believe that? Say amen.
20:46>> Amen.
20:47>> Hallelujah. And among his many programs
20:51and with respect to our discussion
20:52tonight, the first of his desire is that
20:55he tabernacles among men. 2 Corinthians
20:596 and:E1 16 is scattered through all
21:02scripture. God's desire to live and be
21:06with men, to be among men. 6:16 it says,
21:14"And what agreement
21:16has the temple of God with idols?" It
21:19says, "For ye are the temple of the
21:20living God, as God has said, I will
21:23dwell in them, and I will walk in them,
21:26and I will be their God, and they shall
21:28be my people." You believe that? Say,
21:30"Amen."
21:31>> Ephesians chapter 2:21 and 22. Very
21:34quickly, I'm spelling for you God's
21:36desire that among the many things he
21:39desires for men, number one is to
21:41tabernacle among men. The Bible says,
21:44"In whom all the building firmly framed
21:46together groweth unto an holy temple in
21:49the Lord." Uh-huh. Next verse.
21:54Verse.
21:56Yes. In whom ye are buildeth together
21:58for an habitation of God. build for
22:02inhabitation of God. God desires to
22:05tabernacle among men. Number two, God
22:08desires to establish his government. His
22:11government meaning his influence and his
22:14values across the earth and across every
22:17strata of human activities. God desires
22:21to establish his government, his
22:24influence and his value across the earth
22:27and across every strata of human
22:30activities. Number three, God desires to
22:33reveal his glory
22:35and to reveal his excellence through
22:37men.
22:39These three among many, many desires
22:42represent God's press, God's insistence
22:46for men. When you see God seeking for
22:48men, when you see God seeking to build
22:51and rebuild, it is to this intent number
22:54one that he would find for himself a
22:57habitation in men and a habitation
23:01across territories. Number two, that he
23:03will find a platform to establish his
23:05government, his influence, his reign,
23:08his rule, his culture, his values first
23:12across lives, across territories, and
23:15then across every strata of human
23:17activities. Number three,
23:19that through the men he has built, his
23:22glory and his excellence will be
23:24revealed. His glory and his excellence
23:27like a fragrance. The Bible says until
23:30the knowledge of the glory of the Lord
23:32covers the earth, covers Kenya as waters
23:35cover the sea. You believe that? Say
23:36amen.
23:39>> The Bible furthermore reveals that the
23:41execution of God's program and desires
23:45depend on human factors. That means in
23:49as much as God is mighty and has a
23:51desire for men, for families, for
23:54territories, the execution of his
23:57program depends on human factors. That
24:00means a man needs to come into
24:02partnership with God for the
24:04actualization of his program on earth.
24:07The meaning of that is that it is
24:09possible for God's program to fail over
24:12the life of a man. It is possible for
24:15God's program to fail over a territory
24:19that he has the desire does not mean it
24:21to be birthed nor successfully executed.
24:25It depends on many dynamics. Some of
24:27them you have learned and some you'll be
24:29learning tonight. The execution of God's
24:32program depends on human factors. Men
24:35must come into alignment with the
24:37government of heaven. Come into
24:39partnership. I call it the Godman
24:42partnership. The Bible tells us that we
24:44are his workmanship. The Bible tells us
24:47that we are co- lababorers together with
24:50God. You believe that? Say amen.
24:52>> These are very important foundations. So
24:55it is possible that God's program can
24:58fail. It is possible that God's program
25:00will succeed. This does not just depend
25:03on his power. It depends on the
25:05understanding, the willingness and the
25:08alignment of vessels. Hallelujah. The
25:12next thing I want you to know very
25:13quickly
25:15is that when God's desire, now listen,
25:18when God's desire for individuals and
25:21for nations fail, there are usually
25:24spiritual and physical consequences. In
25:27as much as God has given man the liberty
25:30to decide whether or not to come into
25:32divine partnership with him, we are
25:34saying that there are consequences.
25:37Every time the government of heaven
25:39fails to be established in a life and
25:42across a territory, every time the
25:44program of God fails to be executed,
25:47there are consequences both spiritual
25:50and physical. And at least some of the
25:53consequences for you very quickly, some
25:56of these consequences, for an example,
25:59include declines of any sort,
26:01retrogression,
26:03bondage. You find that in the nation of
26:05Israel. You find that all across
26:07scripture that every time men walked in
26:09defiance to God's desire for them God's
26:13prophetic agenda there were usually
26:15consequences of various degrees
26:18spiritual and physical
26:21who is learning
26:24the same way when men come into
26:26partnership with God and his program is
26:29successfully executed there are also
26:32consequences for the good godliness to
26:35show economic development, spiritual
26:37vibrancy. See that now? Love, justice,
26:41equity, all of these are expressions,
26:44things that happen when the government
26:46of heaven successfully finds expression
26:49within a territory. Now, the next thing
26:52I want you to know very quickly, I'm
26:54trying to rush so that I get to the core
26:57of our discussion.
26:59Rebuilding and please listen rebuilding
27:02I wrote here is a restorative process.
27:06Rebuilding when you talk about
27:09rebuilding it immediately suggests that
27:13something went wrong it is a restorative
27:15process. When you talk of building you
27:19are initiating a new process but when
27:21you talk of rebuilding it's a
27:24restorative process. It then means that
27:26something must have happened. Am I right
27:28on that? That took the building to a
27:31state of decline that would now
27:33necessitate the rebuilding like we find
27:35in the life of Nehemiah.
27:38The Jerusalem temple was once built. The
27:41walls were once built. But something
27:43happened and you find that in the prayer
27:46of Neahhemiah in chapter one. The Bible
27:48says as soon as he got report that this
27:51was the state of Jerusalem and her walls
27:53and that her gates had been gutted with
27:55fire. The Bible says he broke down in
27:58repentance. He knew that there had to be
28:00a cause. Decline has an explanation.
28:03There is a cause. When a man goes down
28:05spiritually, there is a cause. When a
28:08nation GOES DOWN ECONOMICALLY,
28:10SPIRITUALLY, there is a cause. When a
28:12family fails to rise to her PROPHETIC
28:15DESTINY, THERE IS ALWAYS A CAUSE. THERE
28:17IS an explanation for decline. So know
28:19this UPFRONT THAT WHEN WE talk about
28:22rebuilding,
28:24we're talking about a restorative
28:26process likened to that which happened
28:28in Ezekiel 37.
28:31Prophet Ezekiel was taken by the spirit
28:33to a valley. And the Bible says he saw
28:36that the valley was full of bones, dry
28:38bones. Did you know they were not born
28:40as bones? They were born as humans. ONCE
28:44UPON A TIME they were at the apex, the
28:46zenith of their life and their
28:48productivity. Something happened that
28:50brought them to a state of decline until
28:53they died disintegrated and the Bible
28:56says bone was scattered.
28:59So when the Holy Ghost said to the
29:01prophet prophesy, it was not just a
29:04creation process, it was also a
29:07restoration process. Someone shout
29:09restoration.
29:11Let the rebuilder say restoration. Like
29:14you're speaking about your destiny. Say
29:15restoration. Like you're speaking to the
29:18church. Say restoration. Like you're
29:20speaking to the soul of Kenya and East
29:22Africa. Shout restoration.
29:26Hallelujah.
29:28So rebuilding is a restorative process
29:33because something must have gone wrong
29:35to have warranted the decline the
29:37degeneration in the first place. Now
29:40like buildings and walls I wrote here
29:43individuals
29:45families institutions and NATIONS EVEN
29:48THE CHURCH CAN BE BROKEN down and can be
29:52reduced to a state of stagnancy decline
29:56and irrelevance.
29:58MEN JUST LIKE PHYSICAL STRUCTURES.
30:01FAMILIES JUST LIKE PHYSICAL STRUCTURES.
30:04The church JUST LIKE PHYSICAL STRUCTURES
30:07CAN BE BROKEN DOWN, can degenerate, can
30:10lose its vitality and power and reduce
30:13to a point where it is likened to a
30:15broken wall.
30:18Buildings can deteriorate.
30:21Men can deteriorate. VISIONS CAN
30:25DETERIORATE. FAMILIES CAN DETERATE. Even
30:29the church can deterate to a point where
30:33we get into a state of stagnancy of
30:36decline and insignificance or
30:39irrelevance.
30:41If it is true that rebuilding is a
30:43restorative process, then it means that
30:47the first law, listen, of restoration
30:50will be an examination of the cause or
30:54causes for the decline. You're not going
30:57to begin a process of rebuilding until
30:59you take a careful examination and an
31:02ASSESSMENT AS TO WHY THE walls were
31:05broken, as to why the destiny declined
31:08in the first place. The first law of
31:11treatment is correct diagnosis. Am I
31:14right on that medical people?
31:17When a patient comes to you and says I
31:19am sick, the first thing any qualified
31:22doctor does is to diagnose the
31:25situation. And there are many ways to
31:26diagnose. You can look at signs. You can
31:30CHECK THE VITAL ORGANS OR VITAL SIGNS.
31:33Sometimes you WILL INQUIRE OF THE
31:35PATIENT and ask the patient. You engage
31:37the patient in a conversation and the
31:40goal is to draw out to know okay how do
31:42you feel? Are you nauseated? Are you
31:44weak? Are you able to sleep? Are you
31:46able to eat? There are signs an unusual
31:49rise in temperature. Sometimes you would
31:52need to draw out his blood or her blood
31:54and do some blood work and there are
31:57still indices that show that there's a
31:59foreign attack to that person. Is

32:04Until we diagnose the cause of broken
32:07walls, until we diagnose the cause or
32:10causes of broken destinies, until we
32:13diagnose the cause of broken families,
32:16broken nations, our agenda and vision of
32:19rebuilding might not be an effective
32:21one. Suggesting solutions without
32:25diagnosing the problem might not do
32:27justice to the problem. So journey with
32:29me for a few minutes and let's look
32:31through the lens of scripture as to the
32:34conditions that lead to decline. The
32:37conditions that lead to broken walls.
32:40Walls here can be direct. Walls here can
32:42be figurative. Walls here can be
32:44prophetic. I prophesy over you already
32:47in the name of Jesus as you hear me
32:49speak. Everything broken in your life,
32:52everything degenerated in your life by
32:54the power that raised Christ from the
32:56dead. Tonight, bone will be joined to
32:59bone. Brick will be joined to brick.
33:02Block will be joined to block in the
33:04name of Jesus Christ. From lifeless
33:08BONES, YOU WILL BECOME AN EXCEEDING
33:10great army. YOU BELIEVE THAT? SHOUT
33:12HALLELUJAH.

33:31Light is coming to you in the name of
33:33Jesus Christ. The spirit of God is

33:38that can lead to a decline in the life
33:41of a man, in the life of a family, over
33:43a nation, over a territory. Decline does
33:46NOT JUST HAPPEN. GROWTH does not just
33:49happen. Reformers don't just emerge.
33:52There is an explanation. Would you lift
33:54your voice and pray in the spirit for
33:56one minute?
34:02Open our eyes, [music] oh God, to behold
34:04wondrous things out of your Lord.

34:29So there are factors that bring about
34:32decline. There are factors that bring
34:35about the breakdown of order. THERE ARE
34:38FACTORS THAT BRING ABOUT a diminishing
34:42of spiritual fire. THERE ARE FACTORS
34:45THAT BRING about retrogression at a
34:48national level, at a regional level,
34:52likened to a broken wall. The factors
34:54are many, but I just want to pick two or
34:57three.
34:58How it concerns an individual and then
35:01how it concerns a nation. Number one,
35:06let's talk about individuals. WHEN YOU
35:08FIND AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS LIKE A broken
35:11wall spiritually, economically,
35:14destinywise, there are explanations. And
35:17listen to me, beloved brothers and
35:18sisters, IF YOU UNDERSTAND WHAT I'M
35:20teaching tonight, the devil will never
35:23take advantage of you again because
35:25Satan thrives on ignorance. His
35:27operation thrives on ignorance. The
35:30Bible says, "Arise." IT SAYS, "SHINE FOR
35:32YOUR LIGHT IS COME AND THE GLORY OF GOD
35:35IS RISEN UPON YOU." IT SAYS THE PEOPLE
35:37THAT SAT IN DARKNESS, THEY HAVE SEEN A
35:40GREAT LIGHT FOR SOMEONE. A GREAT LIGHT
35:42IS SPRINGING FROM YOU. And in the NAME
35:45OF JESUS, WITH THAT revelation will come
35:47empowerment. Empowerment. You will not
35:50go down again. You will become LIKE A
35:52WALL THAT IS FORMIDABLE.
35:55FORMIDABLE. FORMIDABLE. The Bible says
35:58be steadfast, immovable. You can become
36:01like a WALL LIKE THE WALLS OF JERICHO.
36:04THE BIBLE SAYS THEY WERE SO BUILT, they
36:06[music] were so fortified, nothing could
36:09go in, nothing could come out. IT TOOK
36:11THE POWER OF GOD TO BRING THAT wall
36:13down. A BELIEVER CAN BECOME SO FORTIFIED
36:17THAT NO ORCHESTRATION, NO GANG UP OF
36:20DARKNESS CAN PREVAIL OVER YOU. YOU
36:23RECEIVE THAT? SHOUT AMEN.
36:36Fortified
36:38number one. The first factor as at
36:41individual level that affects
36:47the strength of the wall leading to
36:50breakdown AND DECLINE WHETHER
36:52SPIRITUALLY OR OTHERWISE. Are you ready?
36:56THE FIRST FACTOR IS A departure
36:59and a disconnection from God and his
37:03ordinances.
37:04A departure and a disconnection from God
37:09and his ordinances.
37:12Chaos and disorder in the physical and
37:16in any destiny IS USUALLY A SYMPTOM OF
37:20SOMETHING THAT HAS GONE WRONG
37:22SPIRITUALLY. Are we together? WHEN
37:25SPIRITUAL FIRE GOES DOWN, WHEN A DESTINY
37:28IS STUNTED, STAGNATED, WHEN DOORS CLOSE,
37:31WHEN ATTACKS PREVAIL, IT'S A SIGN THAT
37:34SOMETHING MAY HAVE GONE WRONG IN THE
37:36SPIRIT.
37:42A departure and A DISCONNECTION FROM GOD
37:45AND his ordinances.
37:48Isaiah 24 and verse 5. Walk with me as
37:51we look at a few scriptures very
37:52quickly. Isaiah chapter 24 and verse 5.

38:01Can we shout this together if you can
38:02see it projected? Ready? One, two, go.
38:06>> The Uh-huh.
38:11BECAUSE THEY HAVE TRANSGRESSED THY LAWS
38:15AND CHANGED THE ORDINANCES
38:18AND BROKEN THE EVERLASTING COVENANT. ONE
38:20MORE TIME. IT SAYS, "THE EARTH," JUST
38:23VERSE FIVE, JUST VERSE FIVE, "THE ALSO
38:25IS DEFILED UNDER THE INHABITANTS." WHY?
38:29THEY HAVE TRANSGRESSED YOUR LAWS. THEY
38:31HAVE CHANGED YOUR ORDINANCES. THEY HAVE
38:33BROKEN YOUR COVENANT.
38:38Deuteronomy chapter 29. Let's begin our
38:41reading from verse 25. Deuteronomy 29.
38:45The first reason why individuals decline
38:48as to a broken wall is when there is a
38:52departure or a disconnection from the
38:55living God and from his ordinances.
38:59Then men shall say,
39:02BECAUSE THEY HAVE FORSAKEN THE covenant
39:05of the Lord God of their fathers, which
39:08he made with them when he brought them
39:10forth OUT OF THE LAND OF EGYPT. NEXT
39:12verse it says, "For they WENT AND SERVED
39:16OTHER GODS AND WORSHIPED THEM, gods whom
39:20they knew not and whom they had not
39:23given unto them." Next verse 27, it
39:28says, "And the anger of the Lord was
39:30kindled against this land to bring upon
39:33it ALL THE CURSES THAT ARE WRITTEN IN
39:36THIS BOOK." Verse 28, that will be our
39:38final read for now. and the Lord.
39:42Uhhuh.
39:44And in wroth and in great indignation,
39:47and cast them into another land.
39:51When men depart from God, when men
39:54depart from his ordinances, THERE ARE
39:57CONSEQUENCES. WALLS BECOME BROKEN.
40:01Destinies become shredded. Are we
40:04together?
40:07We are diagnosing the cause.
40:13I sense in my spirit and let me just say
40:15this before I get back to the word. I
40:18sense in my spirit there are some of you
40:20right now you are receiving an anointing
40:23as saviors for your family. Now listen
40:26please. There are many people in your
40:29family who are not born again. Many
40:32people in your family who do not know
40:33Jesus. An anointing is coming upon you
40:36right now. The grace that will empower
40:39you to go back to your homes nuclear and
40:42extended and draw THEM AS THOUGH ONE WHO
40:46IS BEING YANKED OUT OF FIRE. I RELEASE
40:48THAT GRACE UPON YOU RIGHT NOW. I RECEIVE
40:52THAT GRACE RIGHT NOW in the name of
40:54Jesus Christ. Receive that grace right
40:57now. The mantle of a savior, the grace
41:00of a deliverer. You believe that? Shout

41:09When men depart and disconnect from the
41:12God of the heavens,
41:16they root themselves out from that
41:19foundation that brings glory, grace, and
41:23excellence.
41:25The Bible says, "Except the Lord builds
41:28a house, they labor in vain that build
41:31it. Except the Lord watches over the
41:33city. The watchmen watched but in vain.
41:37It is vain to wake up in the morning and
41:39to sleep late at night only to eat the
41:41bread of sorrow, but he giveth his
41:43beloved sleep.
41:45Hallelujah. It says, "Thou shalt have no
41:47other gods before me." Believers hear
41:49me. For someone God is speaking to you,
41:52THE PROPHECY OVER YOUR LIFE IS VALID,
41:54but you need to return. your departure
41:56from God, from the things of God,
42:00THE DECLINE OF YOUR PASSION, YOUR FIRE,
42:03YOUR HUNGER. YOU HAVE LOST THE
42:05ORDINANCES of intimacy. And this has
42:08staunted your growth. But the word for
42:10you tonight is return.
42:12Return, return like the prodigal son.
42:16Return in the name of Jesus Christ.
42:18Number two,
42:20for an individual. THE SECOND REASON WHY
42:24WALLS GET BROKEN, destinies get broken,
42:27why there is a decline spiritually and
42:29otherwise. Ready? The absence of wisdom
42:33and understanding. So the first reason
42:35is a departure and a disconnection from
42:38God and his ordinances. And by
42:40ordinances I mean prayer, consecration,
42:44the word of God, corporate fellowship,
42:46etc. Once you depart from those
42:48ordinances,
42:50THEY ARE CALLED THE ORDINANCES OF
42:52INTIMACY. FIRE GOES DOWN, WALLS BECOME
42:55BROKEN. Number two is the absence of
42:59wisdom and understanding. Proverbs
43:02chapter 24 and verse three. The absence
43:06of wisdom and understanding. Diagnosing
43:09decline. Proverbs 24 and:e3. Through
43:13wisdom give us amplified. Let me show
43:16you how Amplified explains this verse.
43:19Give us Amplified if we can find that
43:21very quickly. It says, "Through skillful
43:23and godly wisdom, a house, a life, a
43:28home, A FAMILY IS BUILT, and by
43:31understanding it is established on sound
43:34and good foundation." Verse four,
43:37through knowledge its rooms are FILLED
43:40WITH ALL PRECIOUS AND PLEASANT THINGS.
43:44Listen to me. There is a dimension of
43:47wisdom. There is a dimension of
43:50understanding that the believer must
43:53have progressively in order to walk in
43:56dominion and to remain as a fortified
43:59building. The Bible says when you see
44:01anything built, wisdom played a role
44:04there. ALL THINGS ARE BUILT BY WISDOM,
44:07NOT JUST PASSION. YOU CAN HAVE PASSION,
44:10YOU CAN HAVE HUNGER, THAT IS WONDERFUL,
44:12BUT THAT'S ONLY THE FOUNDATION. Many
44:14believers do not press for wisdom.
44:18Do not press for wisdom. AND SO LIFE
44:20HITS THEM AND BLOWS THEM LIKE THE WIND
44:22AND THEIR WALLS CRACK OPEN. THEIR
44:25DESTINIES CRACK OPEN. Because wisdom IS
44:28A PRESERVER. IT is not only a builder.
44:32It's a preserver. I pray for someone.
44:34May the spirit of WISDOM REST UPON YOUR
44:37LIFE. WHO IS receiving tonight? REST
44:39UPON YOUR CHURCH. REST UPON YOUR
44:41BUSINESS. Hear me. Rema fist is an
44:47expression of the grace of God in
44:49partnership with the wisdom of God. WHAT
44:52YOU SEE RIGHT NOW MIGHTY WORKS. WHENEVER

45:03PASSIONATE, BUT WE DO NOT KNOW THAT
45:05THERE IS A REQUISITE DIMENSION OF
45:08WISDOM. IN FACT, THE BIBLE puts it this
45:10way. Ephesians 3 and:e 10 it says to the
45:13intents that NOW UNTO PRINCIPALITIES AND
45:16POWERS MIGHT BE MADE KNOWN BY THE CHURCH

45:25might BE MADE KNOWN BY THE CHURCH the
45:28manifold wisdom of God MANIFOLD
45:31MULTI-LAYERED multi-sided
45:34we need wisdom OUR EDGE IS WISDOM THAT
45:38COMES FROM ABOVE IT SAYS GET WISDOM, GET
45:41UNDERSTANDING.
45:43Wisdom is a principle thing. WISDOM HERE
45:46DOES NOT JUST TALK OF PROFITABLE IDEAS.
45:49WISDOM IS A COMPENDIUM OF A BODY OF
45:52LIGHT THAT EMPOWERS THE BELIEVER. IT
45:55GIVES HIM AN EDGE. I CALL THEM SYSTEMS
45:57OF ADVANTAGE.
46:00YOUR LIFE IS NOT IN A PLACE OF ADVANTAGE
46:03BY DEFAULT. IT TAKES YOUR ACQUIRING
46:05WISDOM. Who is learning now?
46:09Say, "I RECEIVE WISDOM."
46:11>> SAY IT AGAIN. Say it again. Say, "I
46:14receive wisdom."
46:16>> IT'S IMPOSSIBLE. LISTEN TO ME. IT'S
46:19IMPOSSIBLE FOR YOUR WALLS TO BE AND
46:22REMAIN broken in the presence of wisdom
46:25and understanding. Paul prayed this
46:28PRAYER OVER THE CHURCH IN EPHESUS.
46:30EPHESIANS CHAPTER 1. When you read from
46:32verse 15 down to 21, HE PRAYED THAT THE
46:36EYES OF THEIR UNDERSTANDING BEING
46:38ENLIGHTENED THAT THEY MAY know flooded
46:41with light that they will have wisdom IN
46:44THE REVELATION OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF HIM.
46:47The Bible says, "Let the word of Christ
46:49dwell in you richly." Colossians 3:16,
46:52"In all wisdom, in all wisdom,
46:59and that from a child, thou has known
47:02the Holy Scripture, which is able to
47:04make you wise unto salvation." Perhaps
47:07you have heard me say this. Jesus first
47:09increased in wisdom before he received
47:12power.
47:14As a child, Luke 2:52, he increased in
47:17wisdom, in stature, in favor with God
47:20AND WITH MEN. THEN AS AN ADULT, HE
47:23RECEIVED POWER.
47:25THE VALUE OF POWER IS THAT IT RESTS UPON
47:28A destiny that has received wisdom.
47:32If you do not have wisdom, POWER WILL
47:34NOT BE profitable to you. Who is
47:35learning? The second reason for decline
47:39is the lack of wisdom and understanding.
47:42Let me give you number three very
47:43quickly.
47:46The third explanation as to decline,
47:50broken walls for individuals
47:54is the absence of vision and purpose.
47:58Vision and purpose.
48:01Proverbs 29 and verse 18. The absence of
48:05vision and purpose. Rama fist IS ONGOING
48:10IN SPITE OF THE devil ongoing in spite
48:13of negative forces. Not only BECAUSE GOD
48:16HAS ORDAINED IT. SO LET ME TELL you
48:19nothing dies when it has vision. When it
48:23is connected to vision the reason why
48:26people die is that they lose vision. I
48:29don't MEAN DIE PHYSICALLY. DIE IN TERMS
48:32OF THEIR RELEVANCE. PROVIDED THERE'S
48:34VISION BEFORE YOU, PLANS AND GOALS, YOU
48:38ARE TOO BUSY to die, too busy TO DIE,
48:41TOO OCCUPIED to die.
48:45>> WHERE THERE IS NO VISION, IT SAYS THE
48:48PEOPLE PERISH. ONE RENDITION SAYS THEY
48:51CAST OFF restraint
48:53where there is no vision. So every time
48:56you find broken walls, BROKEN DESTINIES,
49:00DESTINIES AT A STATE OF DECLINE. NUMBER
49:02ONE, IT IS A DEPARTURE USUALLY from God
49:06AND HIS ORDINANCES. THE ORDINANCES OF
49:09PRAYER, CONSISTENT PRAYER, FELLOWSHIP,
49:12CONSECRATION, LOVE FOR JESUS, PASSION
49:15FOR THE WORD, PASSION FOR THE HOUSE OF
49:17GOD, THE DESIRE TO LEARN AND TO GROW.
49:20ONCE THAT IS TAKEN AWAY, SUCH A PERSON
49:22WILL INEVITABLY BE IN a state of
49:24decline. Number two, the absence of
49:27wisdom and understanding. zeal that is
49:31NOT SUPPORTED BY KNOWLEDGE, by wisdom
49:34and understanding will still leave you a
49:37frustrated believer.
49:39And then number three, the absence of
49:41vision. Now for nations and for
49:45institutions, what is the cause for
49:47decline? Why do nations decline?
49:51Why do businesses decline? WHY DO
49:53CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONS DECLINE? WHY DO
49:56institutions decline?
49:59I don't know about you, but let me talk
50:02to my dear people in Africa. How many of
50:04you have seen buildings or schools or
50:08businesses closed and YOU SAW THEM ONE
50:12TIME IN THEIR GLORY? NOW, with all due
50:14respect, NO OFFENSE, THERE must have
50:17been something that went wrong. And I
50:19want to tell you very quickly when YOU
50:21FIND CORPORATE ORGANIZATIONS CLOSE,
50:24nations decline, there are many things
50:27but I'll give you three of them very
50:28quickly. Number one, just like it is for
50:31the individual, it can be for the
50:33nation. WHEN YOU FIND NATIONS GO DOWN,
50:36BUSINESSES GO DOWN,
50:39SOCIETIES go down, like the individual,
50:42THERE IS ALSO A DEPARTURE AND a
50:45disconnection from God. a departure and
50:49a disconnection from God. I'll read for
50:51you a scripture very quickly.
50:542 Chronicles 15, let's read 3-6. Are you
50:58learning something tonight?

51:02chapter 15 from verse 3 to 6.

51:24Thank you. Now for a long season. Read

51:31>> Come on. That's not everybody. Let's go
51:33again. One to go. Now for a long season,
51:37Israel had been without the true God.
51:40number one and without a teaching
51:44priest. Number two, and without hold on
51:47there for a moment. SO A WHOLE NATION
51:51CAN BE WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUE
51:53GOD, without a teaching priest,
51:57spiritual voices and without laws. ANY
52:00NATION THAT GOES THROUGH THIS TRAGEDY
52:03WILL certainly go down.
52:06WITHOUT THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE TRUE GOD,
52:08WITHOUT THE PRESENCE of spiritual
52:10voices, AND WITHOUT LAWS THAT GOVERN the
52:12land. THAT'S THE DEFINITION OF ANARCHY
52:15and chaos.
52:17Read to verse six. Verse four now. But
52:21when they in their trouble did turn to
52:23the Lord God OF ISRAEL AND SOUGHT HIM,
52:25he was FOUND OF THEM. WHY DID THEY SEEK
52:28HIM? THE Bible says in those TIMES WHERE
52:30THEY REJECTED GOD, there was no peace to
52:33him that went out and to him THAT CAME,
52:36BUT GREAT VEXATIONS WERE UPON ALL the
52:39inhabitants of the countries.
52:42A nation destroyed of nation, CITY
52:45DESTROYED OF CITY, FOR GOD DID VEX THEM
52:49WITH ADVERSARY. I forbid this over
52:51Kenya. Shout amen. I FORBID THIS OVER
52:55AFRICA. I FORBID THIS OVER East Africa
52:59that there will never BE A TIME WHERE
53:01YOUR NATION WILL REJECT GOD CORPORATELY.
53:03YOU BELIEVE THAT? SHOUT AMEN. THE BIBLE
53:06SAYS, "BLESSED IS THE NATION WHOSE GOD
53:09IS THE LORD."
53:13When nations
53:15reject God and his program and his
53:16ordinances,
53:18it gives way to decline.
53:21Number two,
53:23every time nations
53:26and territories go through a state of
53:28thickline likened to a broken wall. I
53:32tell you the second answer or the second
53:33explanation. It is that the church
53:36WITHIN THAT NATION HAS FAILED to
53:39manifest as light and salt.
53:42Every time a nation, every time society,
53:46every time territories
53:49go through that state of decline,
53:52degradation, degeneration, irrelevance,
53:56poverty, stuntedness, backwardness.
54:02Did you know that when it has to do with
54:04healing the land, God does not even
54:06speak to governments? when it has to do
54:09with healing THE LAND. GOD DOES NOT EVEN
54:11SPEAK to unbelievers. HE SAYS IF MY
54:13PEOPLE, so that whole solution rests
54:16with my PEOPLE
54:19CALLED BY MY NAME, IF THEY WILL HUMBLE
54:22THEMSELVES AND PRAY AND SEEK MY FACE AND
54:25TURN FROM THEIR wicked ways, then will I
54:27hear from heaven, I will not ONLY
54:28FORGIVE THEIR SINS, I will heal their
54:31land. Heal their land.
54:35When Nineveh, that great city, Jonah
54:38chapter 1, JONAH CHAPTER 3, THE BIBLE
54:40SAYS IT was a great city. It was in a
54:42state OF DECLINE, THE BIBLE HAD TO SEND
54:45AN EMISSARY AT THAT TIME. THE PROPHET
54:48CALLED JONAH. WE LAUGH AT JONAH'S STORY,
54:51NOT KNOWING THAT WE'RE DOING THE EXACT
54:53SAME THING. JONAH WAS ANGRY AT THE
54:55WICKEDNESS OF THAT NATION. Even though
54:57it was a great city, THE BIBLE SAYS HE
54:59ran away, found himself in the belly of
55:02the fish, God delivered by mercy. And
55:04then the word of the Lord CAME TO HIM
55:06AGAIN AND SAID, "GO TO NINEVEH, THAT
55:09GREAT CITY. Cities can be saved.
55:13Territories can be redeemed." You
55:14believe that? SAY AMEN. NOT JUST
55:16INDIVIDUALS. GOD IS ALSO INTERESTED IN
55:20THE SOUL, THE SALVATION, AND THE DESTINY
55:23OF SOCIETY, TERRITORIES, AND NATIONS.
55:28Go to Nineveh, that great city, AND
55:31PREACH UNTO THE CITY. NOT JUST THE
55:33PERSON, THE CITY. PREACH ALL THAT I BEAT
55:37THEE.
55:41Listen to me, ladies and gentlemen.
55:44The church has a mandate to rise as
55:47light and salt. And when the church
55:51fails to rise as light and salt, the
55:53Bible calls the church a center of
55:55excellence, the Bible calls the church
55:58the ground and the pillar of truth. The
56:00Bible calls believers corporately light
56:03and salt.
56:05Matthew chapter 5:13-16, the Bible says,
56:08"Ye are THE SALT OF KENYA. YOU ARE THE
56:10SALT OF EAST AFRICA." IT SAYS, "BUT IF
56:12THE SALT HAS LOST ITS SE WHEREWITH SHALL
56:15it be salted again? It is standsforth
56:17good for nothing except to be thrown
56:19down and to be trampled UNDER FOOT OF
56:21MEN. THEN IT SAYS YOU ARE the light of
56:23the world. It says you are a city NOT
56:26LIKE A CITY. YOU are literally a city.
56:31>> Are we together? THAT IS SET ON A HILL
56:34THAT CANNOT BE HIDDEN. NEITHER DO MEN
56:37LIGHT A LAMP AND PUT IT UNDER A BUSHELL
56:40BUT THAT THEY PUT IT ON THE LAMPSTAND SO
56:42THAT IT WILL GIVE LIGHT TO ALL WHO ARE
56:44IN THE ROOM. IT SAYS IN THAT SIMILITUDE,
56:46LET YOUR LIGHT SO SHINE BEFORE MEN.
56:51SOMEONE SHOUTS SO SHINE. COME ON NOW SAY
56:54SO SHINE BEFORE MEN THAT THEY MAY SEE
56:58YOUR good deeds AND GLORIFY YOUR FATHER.
57:04Glorify your father. Glorify your
57:07father. The Bible says it shall come to
57:09pass in the last days that the mountain
57:12of the house of the Lord SHALL BE LIFTED

57:35Let me tell you the truth. When the
57:38church fails to shine, listen, the
57:41church's responsibility is not just to
57:45maintain members, but to translate
57:47believers from infants to witnesses,
57:50from infants to ambassadors, FROM
57:53INFANTS TO APOSTOLIC EMISSARIES, MEN AND
57:57WOMEN WHO CAN BE SENT AS LIGHT AND
58:00ASSAULT. AND IF WE FAIL ON THAT
58:02ASSIGNMENT, IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY
58:04MEMBERS, THE REAL VALUE OF OUR MEMBERS
58:07IS THAT THEY GROW, THAT THEY TRANSIT,
58:09THAT THEY BECOME MEN AND WOMEN OF
58:11STATURE. THE LEAST AMONG US BECOMING
58:13LIKE DAVID, MIGHTY MEN, MIGHTY MEN, LIKE
58:17THE MEN WHO CAME TO DAVID,
58:20mighty men.
58:22The Bible later called them the mighty
58:24men of David.
58:27Is someone learning?
58:31Once the church fails to be light and
58:33salt, then darkness can have its free
58:36way and break down every wall that needs
58:39to be broken. Economic walls will break,
58:42MORAL WALLS WILL BREAK, SPIRITUAL WALLS
58:45WILL BREAK, FAMILY WALLS WILL BREAK,
58:48WALLS OF ADVANCEMENT AND PROGRESS will
58:50break. But in the name of Jesus, here
58:52comes an a a a [music]
58:54restoration army, architects of hope. In
58:58the name of Jesus Christ, I decree and
59:00declare FROM TODAY, I CALL you the
59:02repairers of the bridge, THE RESTORERS
59:05OF THE CITIES TO DWELL IN. I SAY IT

59:30The real value of a believer to the

1:02:38saw it. They did not leave it. We are

1:02:43GENERATION. COME ON someone celebrate
1:02:45THE GENERATION OF POWER, of wisdom, of
1:02:49grace, of grace, of grace. Not just of
1:02:52wisdom. We will display the excellency
1:02:56of the kingdom in a way that compounds
1:02:59principalities and powers. Oh, there
1:03:01will be an emergence, ARCHITECTS OF
1:03:04HOPE, REPAIRERS OF the bridge,
1:03:06rebuilders after the order of
1:03:08Neahhemiah, rebuilders after the order
1:03:11of Elijah.
1:03:16We will rebuild families. We will
1:03:18rebuild institutions
1:03:20in the [music] name of Jesus. We will
1:03:22repair the desolations of many
1:03:24generations. THE PROPHECIES UPON OUR
1:03:27head and the grace is available. THE
1:03:30BIBLE SAYS FIRE GOES BEFORE THEM AND
1:03:32BEHIND THEM a desolate wilderness. WE
1:03:35ARE THAT ARMY. We are rising in the name
1:03:38of Jesus. The carpenters that will judge
1:03:41the horns that have lifted up themselves
1:03:44against Israel, Judah, and Jerusalem.
1:03:59That's why God brought you here. Oh,
1:04:02that's why God brought you here. I can't
1:04:04see you, but he can see you. I can't see
1:04:07you, but he can SEE YOU. I KNOW THERE'S
1:04:09PROPHECY UPON YOUR HEAD. SHAKE UP

1:04:23the power of the Holy Ghost.

1:04:39hurry up. My God, I sense such glory in
1:04:42this place. I just sense grace resting
1:04:46on men. It's like a call. It's like a
1:04:48pool.
1:04:53Deep is calling unto deep. Deep is
1:04:56calling a MAN OF GOD. DEEP IS CALLING A
1:04:58PROPHET. Deep is calling an apostle.
1:05:04DEEP IS CALLING A REFORMER. WHERE IS
1:05:06ESTHER? Deep is calling you. [music]

1:05:12WHERE IS ISAIAH? WHERE IS ENOCH? DEEP is
1:05:15calling you.

1:06:04The waters stared in this place.
1:06:11Esther, get ready. Your season is about
1:06:13to open. Deborah, get ready. I'm telling
1:06:16you, your season is about to open. Ah,
1:06:19John, you have dwelt [music] in the
1:06:20wilderness for long. You are about to
1:06:22step into your season of visibility
1:06:25where you will manifest as a light and
1:06:28salt in [music] the name of Jesus. Your
1:06:30season of showing forth has come.
1:06:46Please sit down if you can.
1:06:48So I'm giving you three reasons why
1:06:51nations
1:06:53decline and while their walls are
1:06:56broken. Number one, I said like it is
1:06:59for an individual, a departure from God.
1:07:03a departure from faith and true
1:07:06spirituality. Number two, when the
1:07:10failure of the church to be light and
1:07:13salt within their predefined society can
1:07:17lead to a decline and will lead to
1:07:19broken walls. Number three, the absence
1:07:22of visionary and transformational
1:07:25leadership.
1:07:27The absence of visionary and
1:07:30transformational leadership can lead to
1:07:34the decline of nations of territories
1:07:37and organizations. The Bible says you
1:07:40strike the shepherd and the sheep will
1:07:42scatter. It says like it is with the
1:07:45priest so it is with the people.
1:07:48Leadership is a spiritual responsibility
1:07:52more than a business responsibility
1:07:55more than a political responsibility.
1:07:58The author of leadership was God
1:08:01himself. Leadership at any level is a
1:08:05spiritual responsibility because you
1:08:08have the unique privilege TO MANAGE
1:08:10DESTINIES NOT JUST resources to MANAGE
1:08:14PROPHECIES NOT JUST RESOURCES. YOU HAVE
1:08:17THE CAPACITY AND THE PRIVILEGE TO
1:08:20REDEFINE THE FUTURE of a people, a
1:08:24territory, and a civilization.
1:08:28When we fail to honor God, we go down.
1:08:31When we fail to be light and salt, our
1:08:34territories go down. When we fail to
1:08:37have visionary and transformative
1:08:40leadership, when we do not see
1:08:42leadership as an act of worship, when we
1:08:45do not SEE LEADERSHIP AS A SPIRITUAL
1:08:48RESPONSIBILITY,
1:08:50then our territories will go down. But I
1:08:52have good news for you.
1:08:54There will be a rebuilding of every
1:08:57broken wall.
1:08:59>> We come tonight in the spirit of
1:09:00Nehemiah. We come tonight in the spirit
1:09:03of Elijah. And we declare that we are
1:09:05the repairers of the bridge in the name
1:09:08of Jesus. We are the restorers of the
1:09:11parts to [music] dwell in. We will
1:09:12repair the desolations of many
1:09:14generations. The things that have been
1:09:16UNDONE BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL, we will
1:09:19correct it. We are called the architects
1:09:21of hope. We are the ones with the grace.
1:09:23He's given us the blueprint. WE ARE WISE
1:09:25MASTER builders [music] in the name of
1:09:28Jesus Christ. And we will build
1:09:30according to pattern IN SUCH A WAY THAT
1:09:33THE GLORY OF GOD will tabernacle upon
1:09:35our enterprises, upon our families, upon
1:09:38our nations. One more time. You believe
1:09:40that? Shout amen.
1:09:56Let me give you one more key. Are you
1:09:57learning anything tonight?
1:10:00Let me give you the fourth reason as to
1:10:02why nations have their walls broken,
1:10:07have their systems broken. I wrote here
1:10:09the fourth reason. The first being a
1:10:12deviation or a decline or a departure
1:10:16from God. The second again the failure
1:10:18of the church to be light and salt
1:10:21within their territory. Number three,
1:10:23the absence of visionary and
1:10:25transformative leadership. Number four,
1:10:28lack of systems, lack of policies and
1:10:33lack of institutions
1:10:35that protect
1:10:37and guarantee sustainability,
1:10:40lack of systems,
1:10:43lack of policies, lack of institutions.
1:10:48We'll leave part of that for tomorrow.
1:10:50Tomorrow I want to teach you by the
1:10:52spirit of God how the church and how
1:10:55nations become great. I will show you
1:10:58the making of builders and reformers and
1:11:01then I will show you the prophetic
1:11:03blueprint that leads to the greatness of
1:11:05any nation. It does not matter the
1:11:08decline.
1:11:11Is someone learning?
1:11:17When we lack systems,
1:11:20when we lack policies and institutions
1:11:23that protect or guarantee THE
1:11:25SUSTAINABILITY OF ANYTHING, THERE will
1:11:28be a breakdown. Let me tell you this,
1:11:31ideas and visions are not sustained by
1:11:34intentions. They are sustained by
1:11:37systems. There is nothing that lasts
1:11:40that is not systemic. When God created
1:11:43man, it was his desire. But he created
1:11:46man and earth and put systems.
1:11:50AND FROM THE TIME GOD PUT SYSTEMS, HE
1:11:52PUT POLICIES or laws that if you walk in
1:11:56keeping WITH THE SYSTEM AND THE PROJECT
1:11:59WILL CONTINUE without fail.
1:12:02Laws,
1:12:04systems, institutions.
1:12:09When the DEVIL WANTS TO ATTACK ANY
1:12:11TERRITORY, he attacks the systems.
1:12:16And if you do not have systems, nothing
1:12:18will last. YOUR BUSINESS MUST BE
1:12:21SYSTEMIC to last. Your ministry must
1:12:23have systems, policies, institutions to
1:12:26last. THE CHURCH MUST BE SYSTEMIC. WE
1:12:30MUST HAVE AN APOSTOLIC APPROACH. YOU
1:12:33CANNOT WIN THE WORLD JUST WITH ZEAL and
1:12:35desire. We need systems. There is a
1:12:38level of intelligence that must be
1:12:40invested in desire to bring longevity.
1:12:43If you're learning, say amen.
1:12:45>> Amen.
1:12:45>> Hallelujah. Now, very quickly,
1:12:48cuz I want us to pray. Let me show you
1:12:51the pattern for rebuilding.
1:12:54Just two keys and then we'll find
1:12:56somewhere to pray.
1:13:02From Nehemiah's model,
1:13:07any process of rebuilding and
1:13:10restoration
1:13:12always starts with the relationship that
1:13:14you have with the king. Now look up,
1:13:16please. So Nehemiah chapter one, when
1:13:19you read Nemiah chapter 1, the Bible
1:13:20tells us that Nehemiah,
1:13:23please give us a media one, the words of
1:13:26Nehemiah and then all of that verse two
1:13:28and three. We'll stop maybe at six. Then
1:13:31we'll jump to chapter two. The Bible
1:13:33says, "Hanani came to Nehemiah and
1:13:36briefed him about the progress or the
1:13:39situation of Jerusalem and its walls and
1:13:41he was a pathetic one. He said that
1:13:44EVERYTHING THOSE EVEN THE REMNANT that
1:13:46were in captivity that had escaped were
1:13:49still in captivity and they were in
1:13:51bondage." The Bible says, next verse
1:13:54three, the Bible says that all of those
1:13:57things, Jerusalem, THE WALL HAD GONE
1:13:59DOWN, HAD BROKEN DOWN, AND THE GATES
1:14:02were being burned with fire. When
1:14:04Nehemiah heard this, the Bible says he
1:14:07sat down, he wept, and he mourned for
1:14:10certain days. HE FASTED AND PRAYED TO
1:14:14THE GOD of heaven. Now watch this.
1:14:17And he said,"Lord God of heaven, great
1:14:19and terrible God, you who keeps the
1:14:21covenant and mercy to them that love and
1:14:24com and observe your commandment." Verse
1:14:26six, he says, "Let your ear now be
1:14:30attentive and your eyes OPEN THAT THOU
1:14:34MAYEST HEAR THE PRAYER OF your servant
1:14:36which I pray before you now day and
1:14:38night and all of that." And he began to
1:14:40confess his sins and the sins of the
1:14:42fathers. Rebuilding starts when there is
1:14:46a reconnection with the great king. And
1:14:49then when we get to chapter 2 and verse
1:14:52one,
1:14:54the whole permission
1:14:56and THE AUTHORIZATION TO BEGIN THE
1:14:58PROCESS OF rebuilding did not come from
1:15:00Neahhemiah. It came from the king. If
1:15:03you are not connected to the king, you
1:15:06will not have access to do any work of
1:15:08rebuilding. Nehemiah was not a
1:15:10rebuilder. He was a cupbearer who had a
1:15:14relationship with the king. You can be
1:15:16anything if you are with the king.
1:15:19Eventually you will become a rebuilder.
1:15:22He was a cupbearer. Nehemiah did not
1:15:26start as an architect. HE JUST HAD A
1:15:28BURDEN and then he leverage on his
1:15:31relationship with the king. Let's read
1:15:33one 2 3 thereabout.
1:15:35And it came to pass, you know, in all of
1:15:38that month, King Aes, the king, he had
1:15:41wine before him. He took wine, gave it
1:15:44to the king, and um he had not been
1:15:46there to serve the king in his presence
1:15:47for a while. Verse two, the Bible says,
1:15:49"The king said, "Why is your countenance
1:15:52sad?" That language is a language of
1:15:55proximity and relationship. If he did
1:15:57not know the king, the king will not
1:15:59even initiate the conversation. DID YOU
1:16:01SEE THAT? THAT CONVERSATION THAT LED TO
1:16:04rebuilding was even the king who
1:16:06initiated it, not Nehemiah.
1:16:10NEHEMIAH WAS JUST ALL BENT IN SERVING.
1:16:13ALBEIT HE HAD THE BURDEN TO rebuild
1:16:16Jerusalem and its walls, but because of
1:16:19his proximity and his relationship with
1:16:21the king, there are many builders who
1:16:24are more conscious of the tools than
1:16:27they are their relationship with the
1:16:28king. Listen to me. You cannot be a
1:16:32builder until you are related to the
1:16:35builder. I'll be showing you that that
1:16:38the king that you call God Almighty is
1:16:40also a builder. The Bible says he looked
1:16:43forward to a city. That should be
1:16:45Hebrews is it 11 and 10. He looked
1:16:47forward to a city whose builder and
1:16:50maker is the Lord.
1:16:53God is not only a king. THAT'S RIGHT.
1:16:55THAT'S it there. He looked for a city
1:16:59with foundations whose builder God is
1:17:02also a builder. God is a maker. I WILL
1:17:06LIFT UP MY EYES UNTO THE HILLS. FROM
1:17:08WHENCE COMETH MY HELP. IT SAYS MY HELP
1:17:11COMETH FROM THE LORD THE MAKER. HE DOES
1:17:15NOT JUST MAKE HEAVEN AND EARTH. HE MAKES
1:17:18MEN TOO. HE SAID COME FOLLOW ME AND I
1:17:20WILL MAKE YOU.
1:17:23GOD IS A BUILDER. GOD IS A MAKER.
1:17:27NEAHHEMIAH LEVERAGED ON HIS RELATIONSHIP
1:17:29WITH THE KING AND FROM THERE HE GOT
1:17:32permissions
1:17:34so that NO ONE WOULD HARASS HIM ON HIS
1:17:36JOURNEY. SO WHEN SAMBALAT AND TOBIAS
1:17:39AROSE HE HAD THE EMPOWERMENT, THE
1:17:42RESOURCES WERE GIVEN TO HIM. LETTERS
1:17:44WERE GIVEN TO OTHER NATIONS to cooperate
1:17:47with him. Let me TELL YOU THIS. MY BIBLE
1:17:49SAYS THE PEOPLE THAT DO KNOW, COME ON,
1:17:55the people, THE BUILDERS THAT DO KNOW,
1:18:00THEY ARE GOD. NOT JUST THE BUILDERS THAT
1:18:03HAVE THE TOOL. PETER, YOU CAN HAVE THE
1:18:06BOAT. PETER, YOU CAN HAVE THE NET.
1:18:09PETER, YOU CAN BE AT THE SEA. PETER, YOU
1:18:12CAN HAVE THE SKILL, BUT IF YOU CUT AWAY
1:18:15FROM JESUS, YOU WILL NOT CATCH FISH. YOU
1:18:18CUT AWAY FROM JESUS, YOUR BOAT may not
1:18:21help you. IT IS HIS PRESENCE AND YOUR
1:18:24RELATIONSHIP WITH HIM THAT MAKES YOUR
1:18:26FISHING PROFITABLE, THAT MAKES THE BOAT
1:18:29PROFITABLE, THAT MAKES THE NET
1:18:31PROFITABLE.
1:18:34Hear me reformers.
1:18:36I know you went to school profitable.
1:18:40Hear me reformers. I know you have taken
1:18:42programs profitable. But in this kingdom
1:18:46before you talk tools, you talk
1:18:48relationship with the king.
1:18:52>> OUR STRENGTH, THE AUDACITY TO BE
1:18:55REBUILDERS, THE AUDACITY TO BE
1:18:57ARCHITECTS OF HOPE IS NOT JUST IN THE
1:19:00AWARENESS OF THE TOOLS THAT WE HAVE. DID
1:19:03YOUR BIBLE NOT SAY TRUST IN THE LORD
1:19:05WITH ALL YOUR HEART? IT SAYS TO LEAN NOT
1:19:07ON YOUR OWN UNDERSTANDING THAT IN ALL
1:19:09YOUR WAYS YOU ACKNOWLEDGE HIM AND HE
1:19:11WILL MAKE STRAIGHT YOUR PATHS. IT SAYS,
1:19:13"BE NOT WISE IN YOUR OWN EYES, FEAR THE
1:19:16LORD AND TURN AWAY FROM EVIL. IS IT NOT
1:19:18IN YOUR BIBLE THAT EXCEPT THE LORD
1:19:21builds the house, THEY LABOR AS
1:19:24BUILDERS, TRYING to build cities without
1:19:26the Lord, trying to build businesses
1:19:29with the COME ON NOW. TRYING to build
1:19:31ministries without [music] the Lord,
1:19:32except the Lord watches over a city. The
1:19:36watchmen watched in vain. It is fain TO
1:19:39WAKE UP EARLY IN THE MORNING, to sleep
1:19:41late at night only to eat the bread of
1:19:44sorrow.
1:19:52Yes, the world
1:19:55will [music] bow down and say you are
1:19:57God.
1:20:01Every [music] man
1:20:04will bow down and say you are king.
1:20:09One more time. Yes. The world [music]
1:20:13will bow down and say you are God.
1:20:20Every man

1:21:53will be the end time rebuilders must be
1:21:56men who love God more than vision. They
1:22:00must love Jesus more than progress. They
1:22:03must love Jesus more than ministry. They
1:22:06must love his presence. His presence is
1:22:09the secret. Most of those who were later
1:22:12raised of God to be reformers,
1:22:15rebuilders, architects of hope,
1:22:18custodians of the mysteries of wisdom
1:22:20and power. THEY WERE MEN WHO SOMETIMES
1:22:23NEVER INTENDED TO BE USED BY GOD. THEY
1:22:26JUST WANTED TO LOVE HIM. THEY JUST
1:22:28WANTED TO SERVE HIM. Let me tell you
1:22:30this.
1:22:32When there is any other agenda
1:22:35that motivates
1:22:38your coming to Jesus above and beyond
1:22:41your love for him, you [music] have
1:22:42corrupted your heart. The heart
1:22:45condition is the greatest condition or
1:22:48greatest requirement as far as greatness

1:22:54There are many people who want Jesus
1:22:56simply because he's a more honorable way
1:23:00to get members or get money or get
1:23:03increase. Don't get me wrong, these
1:23:05things are wonderful. But I've learned
1:23:08in my walk with God
1:23:11that your presence
1:23:16is heaven
1:23:19to me.
1:23:23Not just your gift.

1:27:25REVELATION. DON'T CHANGE THE FORMULA.

1:27:40YOUR CONSECRATION, YOUR SECRET PLACE.
1:27:46Is someone learning?
1:27:48Let me tell you when I began my journey
1:27:50with the Holy Ghost, even though I knew
1:27:53about his call upon my life, I tell you
1:27:55sincerely, I was not as interested in
1:27:59fulfilling the call as I was knowing him
1:28:02and loving him. HIS PRESENCE MEANT MORE
1:28:04TO me than going to the nations. It's
1:28:07still so today. WHATEVER YOU SEE THAT
1:28:10GOD HAS DONE THROUGH this life, I'm

1:28:20SO WHEN I'M DONE REBUILDING THE WALLS, I
1:28:23RUN BACK TO BE A CUPBEARER. DON'T STOP
1:28:25BEING A CUPBEARER. THAT'S THE SECRET TO
1:28:28be a rebuilder. It started from his
1:28:31presence. So when you are a celebrity,
1:28:34WHAT DO YOU DO NEHEMIAH WHEN YOU ARE
1:28:36DONE BUILDING the wall? BECAUSE BUILDING
1:28:39THE WALL IS NOT AN INFINITE PROJECT.
1:28:41WHAT DO YOU DO WHEN THE WALL IS built
1:28:44and they clap for you and they call you
1:28:47a repairer of the bridge? I tell you
1:28:49what to do. Run back to the king and
1:28:52said, "The project is over, but I'm
1:28:54still interested in your presence."
1:29:00Someone learning there are many Nehemiah
1:29:04on their way to failure BECAUSE AS SOON
1:29:07AS THEY RECEIVED PERMISSION FROM the
1:29:09king they STARTED AS CUPBEARERS THEY
1:29:12STARTED WITH HIS PRESENCE THEY STARTED
1:29:14WITH THEIR LOVE FOR HIM but ministry can
1:29:17be a distraction. The building OF THE
1:29:20WALL IS A NOBLE PROJECT. BUT PLEASE DO
1:29:23NOT LET THE WALL REPLACE THE KING in
1:29:25your mind because the REBUILDING OF THE
1:29:28WALL can replace the king. You can be
1:29:32preoccupied
1:29:34building the wall for yourself.
1:29:36Rebuilding the WALL FOR YOUR REPUTATION
1:29:39AND FORGET THAT THE KING WHO SENT you
1:29:42did not dismiss you from service. He
1:29:45only GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO GO AND
1:29:47rebuild the wall and return back to his
1:29:50presence.
1:29:55There are many who started well. But
1:29:57they forgot that when the king sent them
1:30:01to send and to dismiss are two different
1:30:04things. He sends them meaning they
1:30:07should return back. Even the word
1:30:10returns back when it is sent. WHEN THE
1:30:13FATHER SENDS THE WORD JESUS TO THE
1:30:15EARTH. When the assignment was done, he
1:30:18returned back to the father. But there
1:30:20are believers who never return. Once he
1:30:23sends us, we go and we are conscious of
1:30:25anointing and power and revelation and
1:30:30influence and business. And the king for
1:30:33someone the king sent me to you to say
1:30:36return home. I have missed your
1:30:38presence. I see that you are building
1:30:40the wall well and I salute you. But
1:30:43don't forget the tools are finite. It is
1:30:46only in my presence that there is
1:30:47fullness of joy and pleasures forever
1:30:49more.
1:30:53Is someone learning?
1:30:55I'm emphasizing intimacy for someone.
1:30:58Maybe a pastor.
1:31:02Don't be preoccupied building the wall.
1:31:04We're going to talk about that.
1:31:06Reformation is powerful but it is only
1:31:08an assignment. When God calls you, he
1:31:12does not call you to it. He calls you to
1:31:14himself. Come follow me, not follow it.
1:31:18He sends you to the nations, but he
1:31:21remains the object of your followership.

1:32:22projects.
1:32:23I will never place before you another.

1:32:45Pray a prayer in one minute before you
1:32:46sit. I'll just show you something else
1:32:48and then we'll pray for the night. Can
1:32:50you pray a prayer and say, "Father, take
1:32:52away every idol. Even if that idol is
1:32:55called ministry, even if that idol is
1:32:58called business, leave the issue of
1:33:00rebuilding the world for a [music]

1:33:04reformer for a moment. Return back to
1:33:07being a cupbearer. Or should I say,
1:33:09return to his presence with your
1:33:11alabaster box. Let this be beyond a cup
1:33:14that you break it before him and say, "I
1:33:16started as a worshipper before I became
1:33:19a pastor." LET BEING A pastor not stop
1:33:22me from becoming a worshshiper. I
1:33:24STARTED AS A WORSHIPPER before I became
1:33:26a CEO. Let my travels [music] around the
1:33:29nation not become a curse to me. Come on
1:33:32pastors, lift your voice in repentance.
1:33:35Kenya, lift your voice in repentance.
1:33:38This is the true spirit of consecration.
1:33:41Abstinence from and devotion unto.
1:33:45Abstinence [music] from and devotion
1:33:47unto. If you only abstain from, you are
1:33:51still not consecrated. There must be
1:33:53devotion unto
1:33:56lift your voice in one [music] minute.
1:33:58That's why he brought you here.
1:34:02That's why he brought you here to show
1:34:04you the patterns.
1:34:06This is how to become an architect of
1:34:08hope. A man of stature in the spirit
1:34:11that can be trusted with God's program.
1:34:15trusted to be a repairer of the bridge,
1:34:21a restorer of the paths [music] to dwell
1:34:23in that you will fix the desolations of
1:34:26many generations.
1:34:39Hallelujah.
1:34:41Now, please be seated.

1:34:47Where you started from
1:34:50is where you must remain.
1:34:52When a fish, watch this. When a fish
1:34:56jumps out of water because it wants to
1:34:59enjoy the atmosphere, it intends to go
1:35:01back because that is its habitat. No
1:35:04matter how long a tree grows or how tall
1:35:08a tree is, it must be connected to its
1:35:11roots for survival.
1:35:13The birds of the air may fly for hours,
1:35:16but eventually they land back on trees
1:35:19and on earth. His presence is where you
1:35:22started from. Don't let the
1:35:25consciousness of being a rebuilder so
1:35:28distract you. You will be like a fish
1:35:31that did not just jump for a while but
1:35:33went out of water. You will eventually
1:35:36die because his presence is your
1:35:38habitation. Is someone learning now?
1:35:41Yes.
1:35:43We're talking reformation. We're talking
1:35:45rebuilding. But it must start with the
1:35:48consciousness of your love for the king.
1:35:51Reminding you again, Nehemiah did not
1:35:54start as a rebuilder. No, Neahhemiah had
1:35:58a burden, but his original assignment
1:36:01was a lover and a minister to the king.
1:36:06It was while he was faithful ministering
1:36:08to the king, the king looked at his
1:36:10countenance and said, "What is wrong?"
1:36:13Because there is a realm that is beyond
1:36:16the realm of fasting giants,
1:36:18churchgoers, prayer warriors. Is a realm
1:36:20of lovers where the king can look at
1:36:23you, WHAT IS IT? WHY? WHY ARE YOU THIS
1:36:25WAY? AND HE SAY, "LORD, [music] things
1:36:26have not worked in my life, but I still
1:36:29love you." And he can anoint you and
1:36:32send you.
1:36:35Ah for someone please. You have done
1:36:37well trying to rebuild the wall but
1:36:41don't love the wall more than the king.
1:36:43He's the reason why you have the
1:36:45permission to build the wall. And if you
1:36:47love the world more than him when you
1:36:49are done building
1:36:52you'll find out that there's nothing
1:36:53else to do.
1:37:03God builds through men. Hebrews chapter
1:37:063 and verse4. Let me give you a few
1:37:08things very quickly. God builds through
1:37:10men. Please write that down. It is true
1:37:12that God is a builder, but he builds
1:37:15through men. The Bible says, "For every
1:37:18house is builded by some men, even
1:37:20though the one who builds all things is
1:37:22God." God builds through men. He said,
1:37:26"I will build my church."
1:37:29I will build my church. But then he
1:37:32tells us HOW THE CHURCH IS BUILT. The
1:37:34Bible says he gave unto some apostles
1:37:36and prophets and evangelists and pastors
1:37:39and teachers for the maturing, the
1:37:41building, the edification, the the
1:37:44perfection of the saints. God builds
1:37:47through men. Say that after me. God.
1:37:51>> One more time.
1:37:54How will God build Kenya?
1:37:57>> How will God build your destiny?
1:38:00>> How will God build your business?
1:38:02>> Come on, talk to me like you're learning
1:38:04again. How will God build Kenya?
1:38:07>> How will God build your family? How will
1:38:10God build your business? HOW WILL GOD
1:38:12REBUILD THE broken walls?
1:38:15>> Now, here's what happens.
1:38:18God builds men.
1:38:22Then he uses the men he has built to
1:38:25build or rebuild walls.
1:38:28God builds men.
1:38:31How many of you have seen how homes are
1:38:33constructed? You start by building the
1:38:37brick or the block. Then when it is
1:38:40built, you now use the block to build
1:38:43the house.
1:38:45Are we together? So God builds the
1:38:48believer. Then he uses THE BELIEVER
1:38:51THAT'S NOW built to now build NATIONS
1:38:54AND TO ADVANCE his program. God builds
1:38:57through men. But not every kind of man.
1:39:02God builds through men. So when God
1:39:06builds you, IT IS NOT JUST for you. It's
1:39:09because he now wants to use you and
1:39:12build nations. Only men who are built
1:39:15can build. Only men who are built can
1:39:18rebuild. ONLY MEN WHO ARE REFINED CAN
1:39:22REFINE. ONLY MEN WHO ARE REFORMED can
1:39:25reform.
1:39:28So when you want to become a builder,
1:39:31the first assignment is not Lord, where
1:39:34are the tools to build a wall? Is Lord
1:39:36build me? Because when I'm built, I can
1:39:39become like the living stone that will
1:39:42be added to build that spiritual house
1:39:44of worship that becomes his habitation.
1:39:46who is learning now. Praise the name of
1:39:48the Lord. So I give you a few keys very
1:39:49quickly. God builds but he builds
1:39:52through men.
1:39:55God builds but he builds through men. He
1:39:59builds through men.
1:40:02He refineses and builds men. Then he
1:40:05uses the men he has worked on to build
1:40:08institutions, nations and ultimately
1:40:11establish his government. Now listen to
1:40:13what I wrote here very quickly. Chaos,
1:40:16disorder, anarchy, disunityity, lack of
1:40:21progress, poverty, demonic activities,
1:40:25all indicates THE ABSENCE OF GOD'S
1:40:28GOVERNMENT and values. BUT THEY ALSO
1:40:31INDICATES THE ABSENCE of builders,
1:40:34rebuilders, and reformers. Let me read
1:40:37that again. I like you TO LISTEN. CHAOS,
1:40:40DISORDER, ANARCHY, DISUNITYITY, lack of
1:40:45progress, poverty, demonic activities
1:40:49within A LIFE, A FAMILY, OR A TERRITORY
1:40:52AS SYMPTOMS THAT INDICATE THE ABSENCE OF
1:40:56GOD'S GOVERNMENT and values. number one.
1:40:59But on the other hand, it also indicates
1:41:01the absence of builders, the absence of
1:41:05rebuilders, and the absence of
1:41:08reformers.
1:41:10Listen to this. The hope of any nation,
1:41:14including this beautiful nation, Kenya,
1:41:17depends on the presence of refined and
1:41:21built men more than natural resources.
1:41:28The destiny AND THE FUTURE OF KENYA IS
1:41:31NOT JUST DEPENDENT ON THE ABUNDANCE OF
1:41:34THE RESOURCES YOU HAVE. IS DEPENDENT ON
1:41:36THE PRESENCE of refined, TRANSFORMED,
1:41:41THOROUGHLY furnished men unto good
1:41:44works.
1:41:46You need to be built to become an
1:41:49architect of hope. You need to be built
1:41:52to become a repairer of the bridge, a
1:41:55restorer of the parts of dwelling and a
1:41:58repairer of the desolations of many
1:42:00generation. Someone lift your hands and
1:42:02say, God, build me. Say, I submit myself
1:42:06to be built. Say it again. Say, I submit
1:42:08myself
1:42:10to be built.
1:42:12A final thought for tonight. The task of
1:42:15rebuilding, listen to this and write.
1:42:18The task of rebuilding happens at four
1:42:20levels. Please listen to this. The task
1:42:24of rebuilding.
1:42:26When you're talking about the Nehemiah
1:42:28spirit, you're talking about rebuilding,
1:42:31it happens at four levels. And you need
1:42:34to know these four levels. The project
1:42:37of rebuilding is not complete until it
1:42:41happens at four levels. Number one, the
1:42:44rebuilding of the individual.
1:42:47The rebuilding of individuals. Isaiah
1:42:51chapter 6, when you read from verse 1
1:42:53to8, right for reference.
1:42:56What does rebuilding of individuals
1:42:57entail? Restoration of passion,
1:43:01restoration of fire, restoration of
1:43:04hunger, restoration of your broken
1:43:07altar, restoration of the ordinances of
1:43:10intimacy. meaning prayer, the word. SO
1:43:14WHEN GOD WANTS TO DO THE BUSINESS OF
1:43:16REBUILDING, LISTEN, HE DOES NOT START BY
1:43:20BUILDING THE NATION. He starts by
1:43:22building individuals, the rebuilding of
1:43:25individuals.
1:43:27In Isaiah chapter 6, when you read from
1:43:29verse 1 to8, Isaiah was a great prophet,
1:43:32BUT TO BE USED BY GOD, HE NEVER heard
1:43:35the word send me until there was the
1:43:37pudging and the purifying of his lips.
1:43:41In the year that KING UZZIAH DIED, I
1:43:43ISAIAH SAW the Lord high and lifted. AND
1:43:46YOU THOUGHT AS SOON AS HE SAW the Lord,
1:43:48HE WOULD SAY, "ISAIAH, YOU ARE A
1:43:50PROPHET." NO. ISAIAH BROKE DOWN. HE
1:43:53SAID, "WOE IS ME. I AM UNDONE, a man OF
1:43:57UNCLEAN LIPS, AND I DWELL AMIDST A
1:43:59PEOPLE OF UNCLEAN LIPS." NOW MY EYES
1:44:02HAVE SEEN THE KING. The Bible says one
1:44:04of the SERAPHS TOOK A LIVE COAL AND
1:44:07TOUCHED HIS LIPS AND SAID, "YOUR
1:44:09iniquity is taken AWAY FROM YOU." THEN
1:44:12ONLY afterwards there was a call, "Who
1:44:15shall go for us and who shall we send?"
1:44:19Then the man that had been rebuked,
1:44:22reformed, refined, restored, consecrated
1:44:26said, "Here am I. Send me." Don't pray
1:44:30for send me until the life coal touches
1:44:33you. Until your consecration, the altar
1:44:36that's been left desolate.
1:44:39There are many people who want to be
1:44:41used by God. They want to be reformers,
1:44:43change agents, but their prayer life is
1:44:46down. Word study life down, worship
1:44:50down, time and passion for church down.
1:44:55These are the ordinances of intimacy.
1:44:58You don't grow by default. You engage
1:45:01with these forces. The force of
1:45:03consistent prayer, systemic prayer, the
1:45:06force of the word of God, loving it more
1:45:09than your necessary food. The force OF
1:45:11WORSHIP, TIME INVESTED in ministering
1:45:14unto God,
1:45:16the force of corporate participation,
1:45:18not forsaking the assembling of
1:45:20ourselves as the manner OF SOME IS, MORE
1:45:24SO AS WE see the day approaching.
1:45:27Is someone learning? So the first level
1:45:30of rebuilding is the rebuilding of the
1:45:32individual
1:45:35where God restores your altar. When it
1:45:38was time for Elijah to call fire from
1:45:41heaven, he did not start with prayer
1:45:45over the whatever it is. The Bible says
1:45:47he rebuked the altar that was broken.
1:45:51for someone you want to be used by God.
1:45:54God is calling you to rebuild that
1:45:57altar. The altar of prayer, the altar of
1:46:00the study of the word, the altar of
1:46:02worship, the altar of, you know,
1:46:05corporate participation as a believer.
1:46:08So that's the first level.
1:46:10Number two,
1:46:13the second level of rebuilding, are you
1:46:15ready?
1:46:17The rebuilding of the church. So God
1:46:20rebuilds the individual.
1:46:23Then he goes to the second level of
1:46:25rebuilding. The rebuilding of the church
1:46:29or no the rebuilding of priesthood. Let
1:46:32me take it that way. The church is the
1:46:34third. The rebuilding of priesthood. So
1:46:37he starts with individuals. Then he goes
1:46:40to the spiritual voices. Please write
1:46:42that. The [music] rebuilding of
1:46:44priesthood.
1:46:46The priests represent the spiritual
1:46:49voices in any territory. And let me tell
1:46:51you this,
1:46:53the advancement of God's program in any
1:46:55territory depends largely, not only but
1:47:00largely on the quality of priesthood
1:47:04within that territory. By priesthood I
1:47:06mean number one THE QUALITY OF SPIRITUAL
1:47:09voices trained, refined, wholesome,
1:47:13furnished with character, WISDOM, GRACE,
1:47:17PASSION AND THEN THE PRESENCE OF
1:47:19prophetic intercessors.
1:47:22THE SPIRITUAL VOICES PLUS THE prophetic
1:47:25intercessors within a territory make up
1:47:28the priesthood within that territory.
1:47:30Who is learning? When we talk about
1:47:32priesthood within a territory, we are
1:47:34talking about number one, those who
1:47:36serve the program OF GOD WITHIN THE
1:47:38CAPACITY of the five-fold IN PARTNERSHIP
1:47:42WITH THOSE WHO HAVE A responsibility of
1:47:45prophetic intercession. Listen to me.
1:47:49The spiritual climate in any territory
1:47:52will eventually reflect on the economy,
1:47:56reflect on sociology, reflect on the
1:47:59well-being of the people. It is true.
1:48:04That's the reason why you must pray for
1:48:06your pastors and that's the reason why
1:48:08there must be an emergence of prophetic
1:48:11intercessors. A prophetic intercessor is
1:48:14more than a prayer warrior. A prophetic
1:48:16intercessor carries intercession and the
1:48:19ministry of the watchman as a mandate.
1:48:21He knows that it is a necessary function
1:48:25to allow AND TO PRESERVE REVIVAL WITHIN
1:48:28a territory. When Satan wants to destroy
1:48:30a territory, he does not fight
1:48:32everybody. He starts with priesthood,
1:48:35the spiritual voices.
1:48:38That's why we must celebrate all the men
1:48:40and the women of God that are here
1:48:42represented
1:48:44because they are giants IN THEIR OWN
1:48:46RIGHTS AND IN their own respect. But
1:48:48they have all converged and are humbly
1:48:52learning and growing iron sharpening
1:48:54iron. Did you know why? Because the
1:48:56quality of the spiritual voices both in
1:49:00terms of consecration, LEVEL OF
1:49:03ILLUMINATION AND STATURE IN THE spirit
1:49:07to a large extent determines how the
1:49:10program of God fares within that
1:49:12territory AND WHETHER OR NOT THE WALLS
1:49:15THAT ARE BROKEN CAN and will be rebuilt.
1:49:18I pray for Kenya in the name of Jesus. I
1:49:21stand in partnership with everyone who
1:49:24loves and serves Jesus in this land. Let
1:49:26the fire of God truly fall upon the
1:49:30spiritual voices in Kenya.
1:49:33Thank God for what we HAVE SEEN. THANK
1:49:36GOD FOR THE PROPHETS. THANK GOD FOR THE
1:49:38APOSTLES. THANK GOD for the
1:49:40missionaries, the teaching priests, the
1:49:43evangelists. But let a thousand cubits
1:49:45be measured for us again [music] in the
1:49:47name of Jesus Christ. deeper levels of
1:49:50fire, deeper levels of power, higher
1:49:54levels of wisdom and illumination. Help
1:49:56that lady in the name of Jesus Christ.
1:50:03Let me tell you this as a man of God,
1:50:06you cannot raise people beyond your
1:50:08spiritual stature. You will raise them
1:50:11and peg them at the level of growth and
1:50:14understanding of spiritual things. SO
1:50:16WHEN WE GROW AS SPIRITUAL VOICES, it is
1:50:20not just for ourselves. We grow for the
1:50:22sake of those whose destinies are
1:50:24connected to us.
1:50:27Is someone learning? Pray for your
1:50:29pastors. Honor them. Support them. Make
1:50:33the work easy for them. And pray that
1:50:35they remain faithful that they commit to
1:50:38the ministry of word of doctrine. I
1:50:41don't have the time. Maybe tomorrow I
1:50:42will teach you the word ministry only
1:50:46profits believers when there are four
1:50:48elements captured. One is doctrine, two
1:50:51is the mysteries of the kingdom, three
1:50:54wisdom for living and four a word
1:50:56compliant worldview.
1:50:59If this is not the curriculum of the
1:51:01training of the believers, they cannot
1:51:03be people of stature.
1:51:07But I see a new season for Kenya.
1:51:10And hear me ladies and gentlemen. I
1:51:13don't know how many prophetic
1:51:15intercessors are here. But let me speak
1:51:17to you prophetically.
1:51:20I'm speaking not to everybody. Where are
1:51:22the watchmen? Where are those who
1:51:24understand the mysteries of the altar?
1:51:26Where are those who know how to make
1:51:28power to generate power in the secret
1:51:31place? Where are those who have taken
1:51:33the burden of Kenya? Where are those who
1:51:36have accepted the responsibility in the
1:51:38spirit to carry that revival power and
1:51:41drive it like Anna the prophetess? Where
1:51:43are the men and women of prayer? The
1:51:46ones who don't want to be seen. They
1:51:48just want God's program to be
1:51:50established. I pray for you. [music] I
1:51:52come by the mercies of God. And I come
1:51:54with the rod of the apostolic and the
1:51:56prophetic. Let fresh fire rest upon your
1:52:00altar.
1:52:03Fresh fire upon your altar. I'm speaking
1:52:06TO WATCHMEN. ARISE. I'M SPEAKING TO
1:52:10INTERCESSORS. ARISE WHERE you are weak.
1:52:13I empower you with the strength of
1:52:16Elohim. The grace to pray and pray
1:52:18through. The grace to stretch and
1:52:21stretch [music] through until revival
1:52:23comes. Until the move of God is
1:52:25sustained. [music] May your house be a
1:52:28place of prayer. May your church be a
1:52:31place of prayer. May your ministry
1:52:33[music] be a place of prayer in the name
1:52:35of Jesus Christ.

1:52:45The rebuilding of priesthood.
1:52:49Number three.
1:52:55If you want a scripture for that, let me
1:52:57give you Malachi 3:3. One scripture. I'm
1:53:00hurrying up. I have just 10 minutes

1:53:05Malachi 3:3.
1:53:08It says, "And he shall sit as a refiner
1:53:13and a purifier of silver, and he shall
1:53:17purify the sons of Levi, and purge them
1:53:21as gold and silver, that they may offer
1:53:24unto the Lord an offering of
1:53:27righteousness,
1:53:29priesthood, men and women of God, let me
1:53:32tell you, prophetic intercessors, hear
1:53:34me, like never before, there is a
1:53:37mandate upon us. We must pray. There is
1:53:41a mandate. The prophetic destiny of
1:53:43Kenya will remain hanging in the spirit
1:53:46until there are men who can do business
1:53:49with God in deep waters. Men who can
1:53:52dive [clears throat] deeper. Men who
1:53:53[music] can pray like Anna the
1:53:55prophetess. Pray like Elijah. Pray like
1:53:59Daniel.
1:54:03Hear me
1:54:06again. Let me pray one prayer with all
1:54:07humility to the men and women of God in
1:54:10Kenya. I pray that the eyes of our
1:54:13understanding
1:54:14that the level of spiritual illumination
1:54:17that we will come into a wholesome
1:54:19comprehension of the ways of the spirit
1:54:23we will come to a point of accurate
1:54:25understanding of doctrine. We will
1:54:28understand the ways of God such that
1:54:30from the standpoint of growth, stature
1:54:33and maturity. We will build a people who
1:54:35are men of power. That there will not be
1:54:38lopsidedness in the kind of growth or
1:54:41products that we bring from our
1:54:43churches. They will be balanced. They
1:54:45will be wholesome like the bride of
1:54:47Christ. Equal in length, equal in
1:54:49breath. I release that grace upon
1:54:51priesthood in the name of Jesus.
1:54:55Please be seated.
1:54:58So rebuilding is at four levels. Number
1:55:00one, the rebuilding of individuals.
1:55:03Number two, the rebuilding of
1:55:05priesthood.
1:55:08Number three, the bu the rebuilding of
1:55:10the church.
1:55:12The church meaning the body of believers
1:55:16built into a point of stature and
1:55:19maturity and responsibility. Why?
1:55:22Because they are the change agents. Why?
1:55:25because they are the reformers, not just
1:55:28an individual in Mars as a united
1:55:31people. And then number four, the fourth
1:55:34level of rebuilding. Listen to this and
1:55:37I'll leave this one for tomorrow. The
1:55:39rebuilding of institutions,
1:55:42of societies, and nations. Isaiah 61 and
1:55:46verse4. We read that earlier on. Isaiah
1:55:4958 and verse 12.
1:55:52And they shall build the old waste, and
1:55:55they shall raise up the former
1:55:56desolations, after they have built
1:55:59themselves,
1:56:01and thou shalt be called the repairer of
1:56:04the bridge, the restorer of parts to
1:56:07dwell in. When God builds individuals,
1:56:12when God builds the spiritual voices,
1:56:15when the prophetic intercessory ministry
1:56:19within a territory is intact and
1:56:21vibrant, then it makes it easy for the
1:56:25rebuilding of the church. Let me tell
1:56:27you this. WHEN INDIVIDUALS HAVE A
1:56:30PERSONAL walk with God. When the
1:56:32priesthood IS ROBUST, VIBRANT, STRONG,
1:56:36AND IN UNITY and synergy. WHEN PROPHETIC
1:56:39INTERCESSORS ARISE AND STAY IN THEIR
1:56:42PLACE OF CALL. WHEN THE CHURCH BECOMES
1:56:44OF MATURITY AND STATURE, then societies
1:56:48can be built. Then institutions can be
1:56:51built. Then the value system of the
1:56:54government of heaven can be imported
1:56:56across every strata of human activities.
1:56:59The Bible says they shall be called the
1:57:01repairers of the bridge.
1:57:05Now listen to this.
1:57:08The task
1:57:10of building or rebuilding at any level
1:57:13is a collective responsibility. I'll end
1:57:16with this. The task of building or
1:57:20rebuilding at any level is a collective
1:57:24responsibility
1:57:25spearheaded
1:57:27BY THE SPIRITUAL VOICES within the land
1:57:30but not limited to them.
1:57:33IT WILL REQUIRE UNITY AND A SENSE OF
1:57:36INDIVIDUAL responsibility
1:57:39to rebuild every wall because in our
1:57:42case it's not only the wall in
1:57:44Jerusalem. THERE ARE MANY WALLS THAT ARE
1:57:47BROKEN. Family walls,
1:57:52educational walls, media walls, MORAL
1:57:56WALLS. SO THE REBUILDERS WILL NOT JUST
1:57:59BE A FEW PEOPLE. WE HAVE TO BE MANY. And
1:58:02it must be a collective responsibility.
1:58:05Now listen to this. Everyone has a role
1:58:09to play. Say, "I have a role to play."
1:58:14In the name of Jesus, I destroy from
1:58:18your life the mentality of
1:58:20insignificance.
1:58:21>> Did you hear what I just said? In the
1:58:23name OF JESUS, I TAKE AWAY, I erode from
1:58:27your life the mentality of
1:58:29insignificance.
1:58:32SAY, I COUNT. SHOUT IT. SAY, I COUNT.
1:58:36SAY, I am an active part of God's
1:58:39program. Say, I am an active part of
1:58:42God's program.
1:58:46It's a collective effort. Hear me.
1:58:50Everyone has a role to play. Government
1:58:53cannot do the job alone. PASTORS CANNOT
1:58:57GET THE JOB DONE ALONE. Corporate
1:58:59institutions cannot get the job DONE
1:59:02ALONE. LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENTS CANNOT GET
1:59:05THE job done alone. It takes everyone.
1:59:09YOU MUST SAY THIS AFTER ME THAT I AM AN
1:59:11ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR TO the establishment
1:59:15of God's government in my territory. Say
1:59:19it again. I AM AN ACTIVE contributor
1:59:23to the ESTABLISHMENT
1:59:25OF GOD'S GOVERNMENT in my territory
1:59:29and the rebuilding of A BETTER SOCIETY.
1:59:33LET'S SAY THAT AGAIN. SAY, I AM AN
1:59:35ACTIVE contributor
1:59:37>> to the ESTABLISHMENT
1:59:39OF GOD'S government
1:59:42in my territory
1:59:44and the rebuilding
1:59:46of a better society. Say, I'm a change
1:59:50agent. Come on, this is where you SPEAK
1:59:52NOW. SAY, I'M A CHANGE AGENT. SAY, I am
1:59:55a builder AND A REBUILDER. SAY, I AM A
1:59:59REFORMER. SAY, I am a blessing. Say I am
2:00:03anointed to rebuild. Say I am anointed
2:00:07to rebuild. Say my [music] contribution
2:00:11is significant. Say my contribution is
2:00:15significant.
2:00:18Hallelujah.
2:00:21Rise up on your feet everybody.
2:00:23My contribution is significant.
2:00:30The work of rebuilding
2:00:32and the work of reformation is not just
2:00:35the work of Reverend Julian Cula. He's
2:00:37done his part. But you must do your
2:00:40part.
2:00:41If you do your part and I do my part and
2:00:44all the speakers who came do their part
2:00:46and the law enforcement agents do their
2:00:49part and the men and women of God here
2:00:51represented do their part and the
2:00:54financiers do their part and the
2:00:56intercessors do their part
2:00:59and the mothers do their part and the
2:01:02fathers do their part and the young
2:01:04people do their part and the vice
2:01:07chancellors and professors do their part
2:01:09and the media personalities do their
2:01:11part. Can I tell you this? 1,000 is one
2:01:16plus one plus one plus one plus another
2:01:21one plus another one north of Kenya plus
2:01:25another one west of Kenya plus another
2:01:28one east of Kenya plus another one south
2:01:32of Kenya. When you have everybody
2:01:34contributing, then together as a vibrant
2:01:38army, we can build. My prayer for you
2:01:41tonight in the name of Jesus Christ is
2:01:44that number one, you will return to the
2:01:47ordinances of intimacy.
2:01:50That the secret to being Neahhemiah the
2:01:53builder is to be Nehemiah the cupbearer
2:01:56to the king. It's in the presence of the
2:01:59KING THAT THE AGENDA of rebuilding comes
2:02:03to fruition and gains the power that
2:02:05drives it
2:02:08and that God works through men but not
2:02:12every man. Tomorrow I'll be showing you
2:02:15a little bit more as to how God makes
2:02:18the processes that leads to the birthing
2:02:21of a rebuilder and a reformer. and I'll
2:02:24be showing you the spiritual pathway
2:02:26that births greatness out of any nation
2:02:29and any territory. Please, you all
2:02:31stand. I have just two minutes.

2:02:40trusting God for miracles.
