18. 0:37breakout affect my mental health and for
19. 0:40that I really thank subliminals because

33. 1:10pointed out to you that's just terrible
34. 1:13I just want to tell everyone listening
35. 1:15to this just don't do that the person
36. 1:17who's having acne already feels bad
37. 1:19enough about it do not point it out and
38. 1:22don't ask why they have it because no
39. 1:25one not even the dermatologist knows or
40. 1:28on understands why breakouts happen so
41. 1:31with the painful breakouts on my face I
42. 1:33did what every teenager would do in that
43. 1:35situation I started Googling and
44. 1:37researching about it I read this PDF
45. 1:40book on the internet which explained how
46. 1:43the modern diet is causing acne anything
47. 1:45that had dairy or sugar or gluten had to
48. 1:48be avoided because that was contributing
49. 1:50to my acne and by that point I was 15 I
50. 1:54guess I started heavily restricting my
51. 1:57diet in order to achieve Perfect Skin
52. 2:02it also meant that I had pretty much no
53. 2:05social life in my high school what are
54. 2:08you gonna do when everyone decides to go
55. 2:10for pizza or fried chicken when everyone
56. 2:12decides to go for ice cream and you know
57. 2:14that this ice cream is going to cause a
58. 2:17really painful people the next morning
59. 2:19that will stay with you for a month or
60. 2:21two so for a long time I didn't know
61. 2:24what to eat and neither did I have the
62. 2:26money to afford expensive organic food
63. 2:29or supplements that I read about in
64. 2:31blogs that would help me actually
65. 2:33achieve clear skin after I came to Korea
66. 2:36and even as a sophomore in University I
67. 2:39was still struggling with acne and poor
68. 2:41skin quality plus I was getting more and
69. 2:43more scared of aging and looking older
70. 2:45the moral of this sob story is that
71. 2:48after five to seven years of controlling
72. 2:50my nutritional intake I couldn't solve
73. 2:52any of my skin problems with food or
74. 2:55supplements but it was subliminals that
