- 0:07hi there and welcome to this FPL
- 0:10review.com video
- 0:12guide this video is intended really for
- 0:16newer users who aren't very familiar
- 0:18with the planner interface and it's
- 0:21really aimed at enabling them to get
- 0:24grips with the tool more
- 0:27quickly so this will range from being
- 0:30able to load your team so figuring out
- 0:32how to make
- 0:33transfers um using the draft
- 0:35functionality um setting your chip plan
- 0:39and running
- 0:42solves so as a start the first item is
- 0:45we want to be able to load our team ID
- 0:47this can be found out on the fanasy
- 0:50Perman League site
- 0:52itself on the history page for your team
- 0:55you will find your team code in the
- 0:58URL this uh Team ID can be stored on the
- 1:02FBI review site in your user settings
- 1:06page we also have the opportunity to set
- 1:08the amount of game weeks we want the
- 1:11protections for so this can go up to 12
- 1:14weeks
- 1:16um and we can set it lower if we
- 1:21wish we can also reload past fixture and
- 1:25Xmen settings um for the sake of this
- 1:28video I'm going to set us to not
- 1:30so let's load our
- 1:37team okay we have our team up um
- 1:43and we can scroll down and have look at
- 1:46the projections for the overall set of
- 1:53fairs we can also filter for different
- 1:56views so we want to look for the best
- 1:58value Defenders based on points per
- 2:00million um just as a
- 2:07summary so as a Planner tool we really
- 2:10want to be able to cycle through the
- 2:12game weeks and make transfers and also
- 2:16save different
- 2:17drafts so for example we can cycle
- 2:20through to game weeks up here quite
- 2:21easily and we can save our drafts in the
- 2:23draft overview section so let's create
- 2:26three drafts we're going to call One
- 2:28manual
- 2:30um the other one solver and the last
- 2:33draft is going to be called
- 2:36ships so for our first draft um let's
- 2:40just make a few small manual changes I'm
- 2:43going to sell Dy and we're going to look
- 2:47for a high value Defender that we can
- 2:50get
- 2:53in so let's go for um burn was
- 2:58relatively nailed at Newcastle now can
- 2:59go to other game weeks and also make
- 3:01transfers we can also manually change um
- 3:06the lineup so for example instead of
- 3:09having alvary starting you can have moon
- 3:11is
- 3:12starting we can change to Captain C from
- 3:15salid sucker and we'll see the
- 3:19difference reflect in EV
- 3:24total now we can also run the solver
- 3:27quite simply going to the transfer
- 3:28solver section of the Sol
- 3:30and clicking
- 3:32solve now we don't necessarily have to
- 3:34worry too much right now about solver
- 3:36settings the defaults are very robust um
- 3:39I will go through them in another video
- 3:41in more
- 3:43detail so now we see our solver output
- 3:45and it presents the top Tre lines with
- 3:47full detail of the suggested moves but
- 3:51also it provides a list of highly rated
- 3:54root
- 3:57moves now we can select this move
- 3:59instead ality or we can use the lower
- 4:02section to actually cycle through
- 4:04individual moves um let's just select
- 4:08this
- 4:08line and now we've got a fully developed
- 4:12plan if for turra we want to set our
- 4:15chips so we go to this chip usage
- 4:17section let's say we want a wild card in
- 4:20gaming 36 and free hit in gameing
- 4:2234 we can now go into solver and build
- 4:25around
- 4:28that so now we're
- 4:32solving basically for G me 33 and 35
- 4:36alone apply that now we run a free
- 4:40hit select that and lastly we'll run
- 4:43from the wild
- 4:49card so now we've got three fully
- 4:52developed plans we can save or drafts at
- 4:56the bottom of the draft overview
- 4:58section and hopefully that leaves you
- 5:01with a reasonable perspective on how you
- 5:04can quickly use this
- 5:10tool
