- 0:00Only those who are ready will see this
- 0:02today. The universe confirms it. Today
- 0:07you are one of the few individuals to
- 0:09receive these words, and what you are
- 0:11about to hear will not be found in any
- 0:13typical personal growth book, nor in a
- 0:15crowded seminar, nor in some brief
- 0:16two-minute motivational video that you
- 0:18might encounter elsewhere. It comes
- 0:22from a much deeper place. It comes from
- 0:25that part of the psyche that Carl Jung
- 0:27explored throughout his life. The
- 0:30unconscious is that even vaster
- 0:32dimension that he called the collective
- 0:34unconscious. If these words have
- 0:37appeared on your path today, there is a
- 0:40reason. A part of you has already
- 0:43recognized it, even if the rational
- 0:45mind may not yet be able to give it a
- 0:47name. And so I want to be clear from
- 0:50the very beginning. I am here to give
- 0:53you an empty hope. I am here to confirm
- 0:56a truth that your inner world already
- 0:58knows, but that you have been waiting
- 1:00for a long time to hear from the
- 1:02outside so that you could fully believe
- 1:05it. The hardest part of the cycle is
- 1:09over, the longest, most tiring, most
- 1:11silent part. You have been through it
- 1:15and you have already passed the test,
- 1:17even if no one has told you yet. There
- 1:20are three confirmations that prove it
- 1:22and perhaps you are already
- 1:23experiencing them without recognizing
- 1:24them. And before we finish, you will
- 1:27also recognize a precise sign, one that
- 1:29confirms it without leaving any room
- 1:31for doubt. Before we begin, do
- 1:34something for yourself. If you feel
- 1:37that these words have come at the right
- 1:39time, write in the comments: I am ready
- 1:41, I accept it. It is not an empty
- 1:44formula. When you put into words what
- 1:47you feel, you make it real first of all
- 1:49for yourself. And if this message
- 1:52speaks to you, leave a like and
- 1:53subscribe to the channel, so that these
- 1:55reflections can continue to accompany
- 1:57you. Now make yourself comfortable,
- 2:02breathe calmly and stay here until the
- 2:04end, because what you are about to hear
- 2:07will finally put in order something
- 2:09inside you that has been waiting too
- 2:11long to receive its true name. To truly
- 2:16understand what is happening to you, we
- 2:18need to delve much deeper into this
- 2:19matter. Beneath the surface of our
- 2:22everyday life, beneath the thoughts,
- 2:24the habits, and the petty worries,
- 2:26there exists a deeper layer of the
- 2:28psyche that does not belong to just one
- 2:30single person. Jung called it the
- 2:33collective unconscious. It’s like a
- 2:36vast, ancient common ground from which
- 2:39the images that humanity has always
- 2:41dreamed of are born: the mother, the
- 2:43journey, the descent into darkness,
- 2:45rebirth. It’s not a place you can
- 2:49touch with your hands, and yet it’s
- 2:51where many of the things you experience
- 2:53take shape. It’s not a poetic phrase,
- 2:56nor is it a cold theory from a book.
- 3:00For Jung, it was the deep structure of
- 3:02the human soul, the ground on which
- 3:04archetypes and those mysterious moments
- 3:06that he called synchronicity rest. And
- 3:10from this vision comes an idea that few
- 3:12have the courage to say out loud. Your
- 3:15inner state, the way you move, breathe,
- 3:18and look at things, doesn’t stay
- 3:20locked inside you. It changes the way
- 3:23reality appears to you, responds to you
- 3:25, and arranges itself around you. Not
- 3:28in an abstract way and not by magic.
- 3:32You see it in real life, day after day,
- 3:34because what you carry inside shapes
- 3:36what you encounter outside. Everything
- 3:39that has happened to you over the last
- 3:41few months has to do with this. Inside
- 3:44you, there has been a profound
- 3:46transformation. Seen from the inside,
- 3:48it seemed like a crisis with no way out
- 3:50, an exam that would never end, a fog
- 3:52bank in which you could no longer see
- 3:55the way. Perhaps you remember certain
- 3:57evenings on the couch, the television
- 3:59on and talking to itself. And you were
- 4:01unable to follow anything because your
- 4:03mind was elsewhere. Perhaps you
- 4:05remember the mornings when even making
- 4:07coffee seemed like a chore. And yet,
- 4:10seen from the outside, with the eyes of
- 4:13Jungian psychology, that phase has a
- 4:15precise name: crossing the threshold.
- 4:19It is one of the most important steps
- 4:22in what Jung called the process of
- 4:24individuation, the long journey by
- 4:25which a person becomes who they truly
- 4:28are, approaching their center, the self
- 4:30. When consciousness crosses this
- 4:33threshold, it reorganizes itself from
- 4:35the foundations and never returns to
- 4:37the starting point. Today this change
- 4:40is beginning to become visible and that
- 4:42is also why you are listening to these
- 4:45words. You are already on the other
- 4:47side. Now stop for a moment and listen
- 4:50carefully, because this is the heart of
- 4:52everything. The reality you live in
- 4:54does not await you out there, separate
- 4:56from you, like a motionless landscape.
- 4:59It is your psyche that interprets it,
- 5:01colors it, and constructs it at every
- 5:03moment, and the way in which it
- 5:05constructs it changes completely
- 5:06depending on the inner state from which
- 5:08you observe it. Think of the same
- 5:12morning experienced in two different
- 5:14ways, on Saturday at the market. If
- 5:18inside you there is struggle, tension,
- 5:20pure survival, you will see the line
- 5:22that is too long, the price that has
- 5:24gone up, the neighbor who has not
- 5:26greeted you, and the day will give you
- 5:29other obstacles one after the other.
- 5:32This does not happen because you are
- 5:34guilty or because life is cruel to you.
- 5:37For Jung, the unconscious is like a
- 5:39neutral and precise mirror. It gives
- 5:42you back the image of what you carry
- 5:44inside. When you carry war inside, it
- 5:47shows you battlefields. Now I would
- 5:50like you to imagine a scene together
- 5:52with me. Take all the time you need.
- 5:55Leave out distractions because this
- 5:57image will change the way you listen to
- 5:59everything else. Imagine having spent
- 6:03years deep underground, trapped inside
- 6:05an airless crypt, surrounded by the
- 6:07most complete and total darkness. In
- 6:11front of you is a huge, heavy, rusty
- 6:14iron wheel, and you push it. You push
- 6:18it with all your strength. It’s so
- 6:21heavy that you feel your muscles
- 6:23pulling until they tear. And for every
- 6:25little movement forward, you feel like
- 6:27you have to leave a piece of your soul
- 6:29there. You don’t know what that wheel
- 6:32is for, you don’t know when that
- 6:34darkness will end. You keep pushing
- 6:37with a raw, primitive faith, because
- 6:39you feel that if you stopped even for a
- 6:41second that weight would crush you.
- 6:45That crypt had a name, even though you
- 6:47never spoke it aloud; it was known by
- 6:49the name of Shadow. In Jung’s
- 6:53psychology, the shadow is everything of
- 6:54ourselves that we have pushed down into
- 6:56the darkness. The fears, the wounds,
- 7:00the unspoken anger, the parts we
- 7:02didn’t want to see. For years you
- 7:05worked down there in your own inner
- 7:07hell, and not a single soul knew about
- 7:09it. Not your children, not your friends
- 7:12, not even the people who passed you on
- 7:13the stairs at home and asked you how
- 7:15you were doing. And here’s something
- 7:17that depth psychology knows well. A
- 7:20mind that has been living in survival
- 7:22mode for far too long is unable to
- 7:24perceive the actual moment when the
- 7:25arrival finally takes place. It is not
- 7:28made to celebrate the last click of the
- 7:30lock that opens. She is used to
- 7:33preparing for the next blow, for the
- 7:35next bad phone call, for the next piece
- 7:37of news to face, and for the next
- 7:39problem that needs to be solved. It has
- 7:42learned to be on guard and no longer
- 7:44knows how to stop. That is why, at a
- 7:47certain moment, something happened that
- 7:50your mind did not register. That rusty
- 7:53wheel was connected to the floodgates
- 7:56of an immense dam, and you opened those
- 7:59floodgates a long time ago, much sooner
- 8:02than I ever dared to hope for. There
- 8:05was no celebration, no announcement.
- 8:10The great lock broke silently and you
- 8:12kept on pushing that old wheel into the
- 8:14darkness, against the void, simply
- 8:16because it was the only thing that your
- 8:19arms had ever learned how to do; It’s
- 8:21a bit like someone who retires and
- 8:23still wakes up at 6:00 the next morning
- 8:25, with their heart racing and looking
- 8:28for their car keys, even though
- 8:30there’s no office to go to anymore,
- 8:32and that darkness that was never really
- 8:34an obstacle, but an ancient projection
- 8:37of your mind, prevented you from seeing
- 8:40that the water was already entering the
- 8:42room. Clear water that washes, that
- 8:46purifies. It was there, already wetting
- 8:49your feet, but those who keep their
- 8:51eyes fixed on the wheel don’t look
- 8:53down, don’t feel the coolness of the
- 8:55water, they only feel the iron under
- 8:57their hands and the weight that
- 8:59doesn’t let go. Stop for a moment and
- 9:03ask yourself this. How many times
- 9:05lately has something gone the right way
- 9:08and you didn't even stop to notice it?
- 9:11How many times have you continued to
- 9:13worry about something that had already
- 9:16fixed itself? That’s what’s
- 9:18breaking today. Not slowly, but with a
- 9:22roar. The very illusion of that
- 9:25darkness is breaking, and when the
- 9:27darkness recedes, your eyes begin to
- 9:30see what previously went unnoticed.
- 9:33Small signs, encounters that come just
- 9:36when they are needed. Coincidences that
- 9:39, when you look at them closely, don't
- 9:41seem like coincidences at all. Now
- 9:45listen very carefully because what I'm
- 9:47about to tell you concerns something
- 9:49that you are already seeing in your
- 9:51everyday life, even if up until now you
- 9:53didn't know what to call it. That
- 9:57common thread that unites people
- 9:59doesn't remain silent; at a certain
- 10:01point it starts to make itself felt and
- 10:03it does so in the simplest of ways,
- 10:05almost on tiptoe. Think of an ordinary
- 10:09morning. You're in the kitchen, the
- 10:11coffee is rising in the moka pot and
- 10:13for no reason you think of a person you
- 10:15haven't heard from in years. A distant
- 10:18cousin, an old school friend, a
- 10:20neighbor from back in the day. A few
- 10:23minutes pass and the phone rings. It's
- 10:26her. It's him and you sit there with
- 10:29the phone in your hand wondering how
- 10:32it's possible, or you're in the car
- 10:34with the radio on and in the meantime
- 10:37you're mulling over a decision you
- 10:39can't make. A song starts playing, not
- 10:42just any song, the one you used to
- 10:44dance to when you were young, the one
- 10:46that seems to speak precisely about
- 10:48what you are going through now, and for
- 10:51a moment you have the impression that
- 10:53someone, somewhere, has put it on
- 10:55especially for you. Oh, you are still
- 10:59in the waiting room at the doctor's,
- 11:01leafing through a magazine left on the
- 11:03coffee table and your eyes fall on a
- 11:05sentence, just one. And it is the
- 11:08answer to the question you've carried
- 11:10inside you for weeks. The story goes
- 11:13that a woman, Rosa, had been undecided
- 11:15for months whether to leave the big
- 11:16house where she had raised her children
- 11:18. One evening on the couch she wondered
- 11:21out loud if it was right to start over
- 11:24somewhere else. The next day at the
- 11:27market she heard a stranger tell the
- 11:29greengrocer that houses are there to
- 11:32protect life, not to hold it back. Rosa
- 11:35went home with her groceries in her
- 11:37hand and a decision in her heart. Carl
- 11:41Jung observed this intertwining of what
- 11:44happens inside us and what happens
- 11:46outside us all his life, and he gave it
- 11:48a precise name: synchronicity. For Jung
- 11:52, synchronicity is a meaningful
- 11:55coincidence. Two events that are not
- 11:58linked by any cause, one in your inner
- 12:00world and one in the outer world, which
- 12:02meet at the exact same moment and carry
- 12:04with them one and the same significant
- 12:06meaning. It is not one thing that
- 12:09causes the other, it is a meaning that
- 12:11unites them. Jung himself recounted an
- 12:14episode that happened during a session.
- 12:17A very rational patient, locked within
- 12:20her certainties, was telling him about
- 12:22a dream. In the dream, someone gave her
- 12:26a golden scarab, a precious jewel. Just
- 12:30as she was speaking, Jung heard a light
- 12:32tap on the windowpane, turned, opened
- 12:35it and caught an insect in flight that
- 12:37was trying to get in. It was a scarab
- 12:40with golden reflections, the closest
- 12:42thing to the one in the dream that
- 12:44could be found in those parts. He
- 12:47handed it to the woman and told her
- 12:49that it was her scarab. At that moment
- 12:52something inside her melted. That mind,
- 12:56so controlled that for such a long time
- 12:58it had let nothing in, was finally
- 13:00beginning to open up. That is why these
- 13:03are not trivial coincidences, they are
- 13:06architectures, precise patterns. At
- 13:10first they make themselves felt in a
- 13:12subtle, almost timid way, but for those
- 13:14who know where to look they become
- 13:16unmistakable. A message that arrives
- 13:19just when you need it most, a door that
- 13:22opens on its own without you having to
- 13:24push it. A problem that you have tried
- 13:27with all your strength to solve for
- 13:29months and that suddenly dissolves on
- 13:32its own from a side that you had never
- 13:34even considered. An encounter that you
- 13:37had not planned and that changes the
- 13:38cards on the table for something you
- 13:40care deeply about. An answer that comes
- 13:43from a direction in which you were not
- 13:45even looking. None of this is the
- 13:48result of chance. None of this is luck.
- 13:53It is reality responding to a different
- 13:55frequency and that new frequency is now
- 13:58you. Before, inside you there was a
- 14:02continuous signal of struggle and that
- 14:05mirror we were talking about always
- 14:07returned new battles to fight, not to
- 14:10punish you, but because that was the
- 14:12mold with which you built your reality
- 14:14and life did nothing but indulge it.
- 14:18For Jung, what we don’t look at
- 14:20inside of us tends to come to us from
- 14:22the outside, and as long as your shadow
- 14:25was made of fear and struggle, the
- 14:27world sent fear and struggle back to
- 14:29you. Now that mold has broken, it has
- 14:32changed, and that’s precisely why
- 14:35solutions appear in the most unexpected
- 14:38places. It’s as if the pieces on a
- 14:41giant chessboard began to move on their
- 14:43own without you having to touch them.
- 14:47It’s as if those heavy iron doors
- 14:49that have remained closed for years
- 14:50were to come loose from their hinges
- 14:52and fall at your feet before you could
- 14:54even touch the handle. Stop for a
- 14:57moment now. Close your eyes if you can
- 15:01and think back over the last few weeks.
- 15:04Has there ever been a moment when you
- 15:05thought of someone and that person
- 15:07suddenly reached out to you? A phrase,
- 15:09a song, or a meeting that arrived
- 15:11exactly at the moment when you needed
- 15:13it? Don’t search for it with your
- 15:16head, let it come back to you. Often
- 15:20all it takes is a breath because it’s
- 15:22flowers and then there are those
- 15:24moments of profound calm that you
- 15:26can’t explain the origin of. Maybe in
- 15:29the evening, when the house is quiet
- 15:31and the lights are low. It’s not the
- 15:34tiredness of the end of the day, it’s
- 15:36not a simple rest, it’s something
- 15:38different. It has the taste of a goal
- 15:41achieved. It envelops you like a
- 15:43blanket, with a sense of completeness
- 15:45that perhaps you haven’t felt for a
- 15:47long time. Those moments exist
- 15:50precisely for this reason. This is your
- 15:53first confirmation. The things that now
- 15:56flow into your life without needing to
- 15:58be forced are not coincidences. They
- 16:02are the answer that life reserves for
- 16:04those who have stopped feeding the fear
- 16:06of lack, for those who have stopped
- 16:07believing that they must fight forever
- 16:09against their own shadow. And perhaps,
- 16:13together with this calm, you have also
- 16:15begun to notice something else,
- 16:17something that has nothing to do with
- 16:19the events around you, but with the
- 16:21looks of the people around you. And
- 16:25this is the second confirmation, much
- 16:27more intimate, much more personal,
- 16:29concerning the way in which others
- 16:31perceive your presence. We don’t
- 16:36speak to each other only with words, we
- 16:38read each other in a thousand ways that
- 16:40escape our awareness. A tone of voice,
- 16:43a pause, the way in which a person
- 16:46enters a room or sits down at the table
- 16:48. In Jung's psychology, much of this
- 16:52exchange takes place in the unconscious
- 16:54. That is why, when someone changes
- 16:57deeply within, others will perceive it
- 16:59long before they are actually able to
- 17:01explain it. They sense it before they
- 17:04can even find the words to say what's
- 17:06different about you. Think of an
- 17:10orchestra. Dozens of instruments, and
- 17:13for years one of them has sounded tense
- 17:15, out of tune, shrill like someone
- 17:17shouting to keep from sinking. Then one
- 17:21day that instrument finds its tune. No
- 17:25one in the room can say exactly what
- 17:28has changed, but everyone can hear that
- 17:30the music is different now. And it's in
- 17:34the simplest details that you notice it
- 17:36. At the market. The greengrocer who
- 17:39for years served you without looking up
- 17:42now looks at you, smiles at you, and
- 17:44puts aside the best peaches for you.
- 17:47The neighbor, the one who barely
- 17:49greeted you on the landing, now stops,
- 17:52asks how you are, and really waits for
- 17:55your answer. At the Sunday table, the
- 17:59children who usually talk to each other
- 18:01now turn to you when they have to make
- 18:04a decision. Gazes that once passed
- 18:08through you as if you weren't there now
- 18:09rest on you with a new sense of respect
- 18:11, as if they had finally sensed that
- 18:13something deep within you has hardened
- 18:15and become like solid rock. Stop for a
- 18:19moment and think about who has recently
- 18:22begun to look at you in a way that you
- 18:24didn’t know before. Maybe it’s the
- 18:27clerk at the pharmacy who now calls you
- 18:30by your name. Maybe it’s your sister
- 18:32who no longer interrupts you on the
- 18:34phone as she used to. Maybe it’s your
- 18:37nephew who sits next to you on the
- 18:39couch without you calling him. Little
- 18:42things that no one announces, but
- 18:45you’ve felt them. It’s not an
- 18:48illusion that your mind is invented to
- 18:50console you. To understand this, you
- 18:53need to know a fundamental idea of
- 18:56Jung’s, the persona. With this word,
- 18:59which in Latin indicated the actor's
- 19:01mask, Jung defined the social face that
- 19:03we choose to present to the world
- 19:04around us. The one who always does
- 19:08their duty in the family, who must
- 19:10appear strong, who can never stop. The
- 19:13kind person who always says yes. For
- 19:17decades you have worn one of these
- 19:19masks, perhaps more than one. And a
- 19:22mask that is worn too long is tiring.
- 19:26Others, without knowing it, felt that
- 19:28strain, they felt the act. When you
- 19:32stop acting, something simple and
- 19:34powerful happens. Behind the mask, the
- 19:38true face begins to show. For Jung, it
- 19:41is the self, the most authentic center
- 19:43of the personality that becomes visible
- 19:45precisely when the person no longer has
- 19:48to defend themselves. You no longer
- 19:50look like someone who is still fighting
- 19:52in the trenches. You look like someone
- 19:55who has reached the shore, someone who
- 19:57has crossed an important stage of their
- 19:59journey of individuation, and those
- 20:01around you sense it before they even
- 20:03realize it. There is also another
- 20:07dynamic that Jung knew well: projection
- 20:09. Others never see only us; they also
- 20:13see what they themselves are carrying
- 20:15inside. In the past, your tension
- 20:18became a screen upon which other people
- 20:20projected all of their own fears, their
- 20:22criticisms, and their haste. Now that
- 20:25there is more peace inside you, that
- 20:27screen has changed and people, without
- 20:30understanding why, feel attracted to
- 20:32that calm. Those who once barely even
- 20:35noticed you now seek out your advice
- 20:38even in your silences, because they
- 20:40perceive in you a solidity that is able
- 20:42to calm the chaos they carry within
- 20:45themselves. There is a story about a
- 20:48woman named Carla. All her life she had
- 20:51been the one who held the family
- 20:52together, the one who was always
- 20:54available, the one who apologized even
- 20:56when it was not her fault. After a long
- 20:59difficult period, something inside her
- 21:01had calmed down. She had not changed
- 21:04her clothes or habits. She had just
- 21:08stopped acting and she noticed that
- 21:10some people, those who took advantage
- 21:12of her availability, were gradually
- 21:14moving away. In their place others were
- 21:18arriving: a cousin she had not heard
- 21:20from in years, a new friend she had met
- 21:23at the parish, her niece who now called
- 21:25her in the evening just to talk and
- 21:27there is a story about a man, Stefano,
- 21:30who had just retired. His former
- 21:32colleagues had always considered him a
- 21:35grumbler, someone to avoid. And yet, in
- 21:38the months following his deepest crisis
- 21:40, the same men at the bar began to sit
- 21:42down next to him, so that they could
- 21:43share their inner thoughts with him. He
- 21:46had done nothing to seek them out; he
- 21:49had simply become more genuine. That's
- 21:53why your behaviors have changed on
- 21:55their own. That's why some old
- 21:58relationships have dissolved and others
- 22:00have taken on a new shape. The world
- 22:03didn't change first. The change started
- 22:06with you, from deep inside. And I want
- 22:11you to understand the sequence of this
- 22:13process well because it is crucial.
- 22:16First, your inner world and your
- 22:18deepest structure are reorganized; only
- 22:20then does the way in which others
- 22:22perceive and experience you begin to
- 22:24change. Only at the end, as the last
- 22:27step, do external circumstances, the
- 22:30concrete things in life, come into play
- 22:32. Most people give up between the first
- 22:36and second step, discouraged because
- 22:38they do not see immediate tangible
- 22:40results, but you have already passed
- 22:42those first two stages and the external
- 22:44circumstances are already beginning to
- 22:46align even right now, as you listen to
- 22:49these words. You don't need to force
- 22:53them, to struggle, to push that old
- 22:55wheel any further. The only thing that
- 22:58is asked of you, while they find their
- 23:01way to you, is not to go back, not to
- 23:04put your mask back on, and to remain in
- 23:07this new way of being. If in this
- 23:11second confirmation you have
- 23:13rediscovered your story, if you too
- 23:14have seen the way people look at you
- 23:16change, write it in the comments with
- 23:18these words. I am ready, I accept it.
- 23:24It is your way of telling yourself that
- 23:26you have stopped acting, because when
- 23:29the mask falls and others begin to
- 23:31really see you, something even more
- 23:33subtle happens. The world itself begins
- 23:37to speak to you in a new language. And
- 23:41here is the third confirmation, the one
- 23:43that puts a seal on all the others. It
- 23:47concerns the signals that repeat
- 23:49themselves, those that return and
- 23:51return again with an insistence that
- 23:53can no longer be ignored. Carl Jung
- 23:56spent years observing the connection
- 23:58between the psyche and symbols and he
- 24:00noticed something that leaves you
- 24:02breathless. When a person goes through
- 24:06a profound transition in their life,
- 24:08when something inside them is put back
- 24:10in order, the world around them begins
- 24:12to speak to them through images. A
- 24:16number that appears continuously, an
- 24:18animal that shows up in the strangest
- 24:20places, a word that you hear on the
- 24:22radio, then you find it in a letter,
- 24:24then your neighbor tells you on the
- 24:27landing. Contexts that have nothing in
- 24:30common with each other, yet they bear
- 24:32the same sign. Think of a simple scene.
- 24:36One morning you look at the kitchen
- 24:39clock and it is 11:11. The next day at
- 24:42the market the change they give you has
- 24:45those same numbers. In the evening on
- 24:48the couch the same number appears on a
- 24:50plate on the television. There is no
- 24:53need to give it a precise meaning as if
- 24:55it were a secret code. No number has a
- 24:58magical power written somewhere. But
- 25:01the fact that it returns precisely to
- 25:03this period of your life is like a hand
- 25:05that touches your shoulder and says: "
- 25:07Look, I'm here". There is a story of a
- 25:12woman, Teresa, who for weeks saw a
- 25:14robin on the windowsill, every morning,
- 25:16always at the same window, the one from
- 25:19which her husband looked out onto the
- 25:21garden. She had never paid any
- 25:24attention to it, until one day she
- 25:26stopped with the coffee cup in her
- 25:28hands and felt something begin to melt
- 25:30deep within her chest. It was not proof
- 25:33of anything, it was an invitation to
- 25:36remember, to let go, to start over. And
- 25:40it is said that Franco had been
- 25:42dreaming for months about the same
- 25:44house, a country house with a closed
- 25:46door at the end of the corridor. Every
- 25:49time he woke up just as he was about to
- 25:52open it. For Jung, dreams are not a
- 25:56noise in the night, they are letters
- 25:58that the unconscious writes to us in
- 26:00its language made of images and when a
- 26:03dream returns it means that the letter
- 26:05has not yet been read. In Jung's
- 26:10psychology, the house is often the
- 26:12image of our own soul and that closed
- 26:14door was a room in himself that Franco
- 26:16did not yet have the courage to visit.
- 26:20The day he understood this, the dream
- 26:22stopped coming back. The letter had
- 26:25been read. And you think back over the
- 26:29last few months calmly. There is an
- 26:32image that has returned more than once,
- 26:35a song heard in three different places.
- 26:38A name that resurfaces, a dream that
- 26:40reappears with small variations. Do not
- 26:44try to explain it right away; just let
- 26:46it surface on its own, like a
- 26:47photograph that has been found inside a
- 26:49drawer. These are the archetypal
- 26:52symbols that Jung spoke of. Water, the
- 26:56house, the door, the bird, the path,
- 27:00the light. Ancient images that belong
- 27:04to all of humanity and live in that
- 27:06common ground that he called the
- 27:08collective unconscious. When they
- 27:11repeat themselves in your life, it is
- 27:13not the external world that is going
- 27:15crazy, it is your unconscious that is
- 27:17trying to make itself heard. And when
- 27:20what is happening inside you and what
- 27:22is happening outside seem to respond to
- 27:24each other like two voices in the same
- 27:26choir, it is once again synchronicity
- 27:28that makes itself heard. There are
- 27:31those who are quick to dismiss all this
- 27:33. They say that the mind sees patterns
- 27:35where there are none, that it is only
- 27:37the need to find order in chaos. It is
- 27:40a convenient, reassuring explanation,
- 27:43but it remains superficial because it
- 27:46does not explain the thrill you feel,
- 27:48it does not explain why that symbol,
- 27:51right now, right at this time of your
- 27:53life. What you perceive is not an
- 27:56invention of an agitated mind; it is a
- 27:59message that has always been there and
- 28:01that becomes legible only when there is
- 28:03enough silence inside you to receive it
- 28:05. It is not background noise, it is a
- 28:09signal. It has always been so from the
- 28:12beginning. The difference lies in the
- 28:14person who receives it. Now imagine
- 28:17something with me. Think of an old
- 28:19radio, the kind that used to be in your
- 28:21grandparents’ house. Dark wood, a
- 28:24large brass knob, a little yellow light
- 28:26behind the glass. For years you had it
- 28:30on the wrong frequency. All it made was
- 28:33a rustling sound, a shrill, annoying
- 28:35buzz that scratched your ears and tired
- 28:38you out without you knowing why. You
- 28:41almost didn’t notice it anymore, you
- 28:42thought that’s how the radio was made
- 28:44. And then one day, almost by chance,
- 28:48your hand turns the knob 1 mm, just one
- 28:51. And suddenly, from that rustling,
- 28:54there flows a clear music, a symphony
- 28:56that is full, distinct, and altogether
- 28:58perfect. You stand there, motionless,
- 29:02listening because you realize something
- 29:04that takes your breath away. That music
- 29:07has always been there. The waves had
- 29:10been crossing the room for years. The
- 29:12signal had never gone away. It was your
- 29:15inner antenna that hadn’t yet been
- 29:17tuned in. Stop for a moment and think.
- 29:22When you lived on the frequency of fear
- 29:24, of crisis, of shadow, those same
- 29:25messages arrived to you as disturbances
- 29:27, as if they were nothing more than
- 29:29meaningless obstacles. The same word
- 29:32that seems like a gift to you today
- 29:34would have seemed like a nuisance
- 29:35yesterday. The same dream that speaks
- 29:38to you today would have only robbed you
- 29:40of sleep yesterday. But the moment your
- 29:43inner space finally found its own
- 29:45balance, the dial stopped right at the
- 29:47proper station, and the messages began
- 29:49to flow, crystal clear, as if someone
- 29:51were dictating them specifically for
- 29:53you. So, if lately a number seems to
- 29:58follow you everywhere, if an animal
- 30:00crosses your path too often, if a word
- 30:03or a dream keeps knocking on your door,
- 30:05don't ignore it, don't belittle it,
- 30:08don't tell yourself that it's your mind
- 30:10only seeing what it wants to see. Your
- 30:14inner world is simply picking up on
- 30:16what has always been there, because now
- 30:19, finally, your radio is on the right
- 30:22frequency. And know this: once the
- 30:25tuning has been found at this depth, it
- 30:27does not break apart on its own accord.
- 30:30Every signal you recognize makes what
- 30:33comes next clearer. It is like a chain
- 30:36of small links that call out to one
- 30:38another, and you have just ignited the
- 30:40first link yourself in this very moment
- 30:43, by listening to these words with an
- 30:45open heart. But there's one thing you
- 30:47need to know. Music, no matter how
- 30:50beautiful, if it only stays in your
- 30:52ears, sooner or later it fades. A truth
- 30:56, if it only stays in your head, is
- 30:58forgotten. For it to become yours
- 31:01forever, it has to go lower. It has to
- 31:05reach where you really feel things,
- 31:07where your breath widens and your heart
- 31:10beats. And now we're going to do
- 31:13something together that goes beyond
- 31:15words. Think about how many times you
- 31:17understand something in the evening on
- 31:19the couch and the next morning, between
- 31:21coffee and chores, it's already
- 31:22disappeared. What instead passes
- 31:25through the body, through a real
- 31:27gesture, remains, yes, anchors itself,
- 31:30becomes something you can find again
- 31:32when you need it. If right now you are
- 31:36in a safe place, whether sitting in an
- 31:38armchair, in bed, or at the kitchen
- 31:39table, please take this moment for
- 31:41yourself. If you're driving or walking
- 31:45down the street, just listen and do
- 31:47this exercise later, calmly. Now bring
- 31:51your right hand to the center of your
- 31:53chest. Really do it. Don’t just
- 31:56imagine it. Place it gently there on
- 31:59your sternum. Feel its weight. Feel the
- 32:04warmth of your palm passing through the
- 32:06fabric. Let your hand rest there
- 32:09without pressing. Breathe. That space
- 32:13under your hand holds a memory. The
- 32:17memory of that iron wheel that you
- 32:19pushed for so long in the dark, the
- 32:21nights when you couldn’t sleep and
- 32:23stared at the ceiling, the mornings
- 32:24when you got up anyway because someone
- 32:26was counting on you. The struggle of
- 32:31holding together the house, the
- 32:33children, the elderly parents, the
- 32:35end-of-month bills, the effort you made
- 32:38when no one was looking and the moments
- 32:40when even you doubted that you could do
- 32:43it. All of this is there under your
- 32:47hand, you don’t have to push it away,
- 32:49just acknowledge it. Now, if you feel
- 32:53comfortable, close your eyes, take a
- 32:57deep, slow breath. Fill your chest
- 33:01without forcing it, and as you let the
- 33:03air out, slowly, let go of the weight
- 33:06of that old version of you, that part
- 33:08that still habitually sits down in the
- 33:10dark pushing the wheel, like someone
- 33:13who continues to set the table for
- 33:15everyone even when no one else comes to
- 33:17dinner: there’s no need for it
- 33:19anymore. Take another breath. That part
- 33:25of you deserves gratitude, not shame.
- 33:28It brought you this far, it did its job
- 33:32, now it can rest. And now, if you can,
- 33:36repeat it with me, out loud, if
- 33:38you’re in a place where you can do it
- 33:41, otherwise, even just under your lips
- 33:43or inside yourself. Say it like someone
- 33:47signing a pact with their life. I
- 33:49passed the test. The universe knows it,
- 33:53I accept it. Breathe. Say it again,
- 33:58more slowly. Let every word sink down
- 34:01deep to the place where your hand is
- 34:04resting. I passed the test. The
- 34:08universe knows it, I accept it. Stay
- 34:11like this for a moment, with your hand
- 34:13on your chest and your eyes closed.
- 34:16Observe with curiosity what’s moving
- 34:18inside you. Don’t look for anything
- 34:21special. Maybe you notice something
- 34:24settling, like a drawer that closes
- 34:26properly again after years. Maybe you
- 34:29just notice the silence of the room.
- 34:32It’s all good. Whatever comes,
- 34:34welcome it. Stop for a moment and think
- 34:38: How long has it been since you said
- 34:40something nice about yourself? How long
- 34:44has it been since you acknowledged out
- 34:46loud how far you’ve come? It’s
- 34:49often easy for us to thank others—the
- 34:52doctor, the neighbor who brings us
- 34:54bread, the nephew who fixes our phone
- 34:56—but almost never to ourselves. These
- 35:00words are also that, a thank you that
- 35:02you finally say to yourself. There’s
- 35:06a story about a woman, Lucia, who had
- 35:08spent years taking care of her elderly
- 35:10mother and then her husband without
- 35:12ever stopping. When the house finally
- 35:16became quiet once again, Lucia kept
- 35:18waking up at dawn with her heart in a
- 35:19state of alarm, as if someone were
- 35:21calling out to her. One evening she sat
- 35:25down in the kitchen, put her hand on
- 35:27her chest and said these same words
- 35:30quietly, almost ashamed. Nothing
- 35:34extraordinary happened, but for the
- 35:36first time in years she realized that
- 35:38she could sit still without feeling
- 35:40guilty, and that’s when something
- 35:42began. You may be wondering why such a
- 35:47simple gesture should make sense.
- 35:50It’s not hypnosis, it’s not a trick
- 35:52. In Jung’s psychology, there’s a
- 35:55tool that he used with his patients and
- 35:57on himself, which he called active
- 35:59imagination. In simple terms, it works
- 36:03like this. Instead of letting inner
- 36:07images overwhelm us in secret, we
- 36:08invite them to show themselves with our
- 36:10eyes closed and we enter into a
- 36:12dialogue with them consciously. Jung
- 36:16was convinced that the unconscious
- 36:18speaks through images, not through
- 36:19reasoning. That’s why a phrase said
- 36:23with the body and an image experienced
- 36:25with our eyes closed reach where a
- 36:27thousand explanations fail, and
- 36:29there’s more. For Jung, the goal of
- 36:33the inner journey is not perfection,
- 36:35but wholeness. It’s the profound
- 36:38meaning of individuation. Recognizing
- 36:42even the parts that we’ve kept in the
- 36:44dark, our shadow, our fatigue, our fear
- 36:46, and integrating them instead of
- 36:48fighting them forever. At the center of
- 36:52this process is the self, the deepest
- 36:55and most complete core of who you are.
- 36:59When you say, “I passed the test,”
- 37:02it’s as if the self, the part
- 37:03that’s always been struggling,
- 37:05finally turns to the self and stops
- 37:07fighting alone. It’s not a surrender,
- 37:12it’s a homecoming, like when you open
- 37:15the door after a long journey, put down
- 37:17your suitcase, and feel like you can
- 37:20finally take off your shoes. Now, still
- 37:25with your eyes closed, look inside
- 37:26yourself into that dark crypt, look at
- 37:28the walls. Feel how heavy the air was,
- 37:33and now imagine something cracking. A
- 37:37small crack in the darkness. From that
- 37:41crack seeps a trickle of warm, clear
- 37:44water that shines like silver. It’s
- 37:47what it’s been waiting for a long
- 37:48time behind the dam. It was just
- 37:50waiting for you to open the door for it
- 37:52. Then the crack widens, the walls give
- 37:57way one after the other, the water
- 38:00comes in clear and brings light with it
- 38:03, and you realize that there’s no
- 38:06more wheel to push, no shadow to fight.
- 38:11Breathe from this new point in the
- 38:14light. Look back. Look at that fight in
- 38:18which you sweated so much, those
- 38:20moments when a part of you asked only
- 38:22to be able to surrender. And yet you
- 38:25kept walking, even when the darkness
- 38:27was so thick that you couldn’t
- 38:29understand how it would end. Now all of
- 38:33this is over there, far away, smaller,
- 38:36belonging to a past that no longer has
- 38:38power over you. You don’t erase it,
- 38:43you carry it with you, but in a
- 38:45different way, no longer as a boulder
- 38:47to drag, but as a wisdom that belongs
- 38:50to you, like the wrinkles on the hands
- 38:52of those who have worked a lifetime,
- 38:54signs of what you have been through,
- 38:57not chains. Think of Paul, who is said
- 39:01to have kept his fist clenched for his
- 39:03entire life, remaining always on guard
- 39:05against the next inevitable blow to
- 39:06come. When the waters finally calmed
- 39:09down, he discovered that he didn’t
- 39:11know what to do with his open hands. It
- 39:14took time. Learning how to live without
- 39:17war was for him just as new a thing as
- 39:19learning how to speak a foreign
- 39:21language. And it is the same for you.
- 39:25You are no longer being asked to push
- 39:27rusted gears; you are now only being
- 39:29asked to learn how to inhabit this new,
- 39:31lighter space that lies before you. Now
- 39:35, slowly, take one last deep breath.
- 39:40Leave your hand on your chest for a
- 39:42moment longer, and when you feel it,
- 39:45open your eyes. Look around. The room
- 39:49is the same, but something inside has
- 39:52changed place. If you have performed
- 39:56this exercise with me, leave a mark of
- 39:58this specific moment. Write in the
- 40:01comments: "I'm ready, I accept it." Not
- 40:06for someone else, but for yourself,
- 40:07because what you put down on paper
- 40:09becomes truer, first of all in your
- 40:11eyes. And now that the crypt is behind
- 40:16us, before we say goodbye, there's one
- 40:18last thing you need to know, and it's
- 40:20perhaps the most important of all. This
- 40:24window that has opened for you today
- 40:26will not stay open forever, not because
- 40:28life is cruel and certainly not because
- 40:30there is anyone who wishes to rush you.
- 40:34It will remain open for as long as it
- 40:36takes. Then your journey will have
- 40:39already entered the next phase, and
- 40:41looking back to stare at it from there
- 40:43would only slow you down. Life always
- 40:47flows forward. Even the psyche, in
- 40:50Jung's vision, never stands still. It
- 40:53moves, grows, and seeks its full form.
- 40:57Standing there staring at a gap that
- 40:59has already done its job would be like
- 41:01continuing to punch the walls of a
- 41:03prison that has already been torn down.
- 41:06Think about when, after a long winter,
- 41:09you finally open the windows of your
- 41:11house to let in some fresh air. No one
- 41:14stands there all day staring at the
- 41:16wide-open glass. You breathe, you let
- 41:19spring in, and then you go back to
- 41:21living in your renovated rooms. The
- 41:26path of individuation is precisely this
- 41:28, a journey towards one’s wholeness
- 41:31that never turns back, that passes from
- 41:33threshold to threshold, and each
- 41:36threshold asks only one thing: to be
- 41:38crossed. That is exactly why the right
- 41:42time to accept all of this is right now
- 41:44. Today, not just with your head, as
- 41:47you accept a line of reasoning, but
- 41:50with your body, with your breath, with
- 41:52that place in the middle of your chest
- 41:55where you feel the truth. Now, while
- 41:59that darkness beneath the surface is
- 42:01still thinning before your eyes and you
- 42:03can see it with the clarity of this
- 42:05moment, there are those who will let
- 42:07these words slip away without stopping
- 42:09and will continue to fight against
- 42:11their own shadow inside a crypt that
- 42:13they have already demolished with their
- 42:15own hands. They will continue to strive
- 42:19like someone who thinks there is still
- 42:21something broken inside, something to
- 42:23fix before they deserve a bit of peace.
- 42:25They will live with their shoulders
- 42:27always tense, like someone waiting for
- 42:29a blow that will never come again. But
- 42:32this is not your case. This does not
- 42:34concern you. You know it now. It is
- 42:38knowing it like this, not only in your
- 42:40mind, but in every fiber of your being.
- 42:43It changes the rules of the game, it
- 42:45changes everything from the root. If I
- 42:49had to take away just one thing from
- 42:51everything we have shared today, I
- 42:52would want it to be this. Jung's depth
- 42:56psychology has always repeated the same
- 42:59truth with different words. The
- 43:02difference between those who continue
- 43:04to suffer and those who begin to
- 43:06receive, to breathe, to let themselves
- 43:08be carried by life, almost never lies
- 43:10in the events that happen. It depends
- 43:14on what each person chooses to see and
- 43:16accept. The story is about two people,
- 43:21Marta and Enzo, who lived in the same
- 43:23town, just a few doors apart. One
- 43:26spring morning, the exact same morning,
- 43:29the same thing happened to both of them
- 43:31. Their son called earlier than usual.
- 43:37At the market, the greengrocer gifted
- 43:39them a bunch of basil, and later that
- 43:41afternoon, a postcard arrived in the
- 43:42mailbox from an old friend who had not
- 43:44been in touch for many years. Enzo
- 43:48watched all this with his usual eyes.
- 43:52Who knows what the phone call meant?
- 43:55The basil, a coincidence, the postcard,
- 43:59it was too late anyway. And that
- 44:03evening on the couch they told each
- 44:04other that nothing had changed, that
- 44:06the effort never ends, that the light
- 44:08is always somewhere else. Marta lived
- 44:13through the same hours, but in the
- 44:15evening, while she was putting the
- 44:16basil in a glass of water on the
- 44:18kitchen windowsill, she stopped. She
- 44:21felt that those little things weren't
- 44:24scattered randomly, they were like
- 44:27answers, as if life, after a long
- 44:29silence, had started talking to her
- 44:32again and she understood that the
- 44:34hardest part was behind her. She didn't
- 44:38call anyone to tell her about it, she
- 44:40just smiled to herself in front of the
- 44:43window, the way you smile when you
- 44:45recognize a dear voice after a long
- 44:47time. Life proved them both right, not
- 44:52because it prefers someone, but because
- 44:54, as Jung teaches when talking about
- 44:56projection, the outside world often
- 44:59gives us back exactly what we carry
- 45:01inside. The same day becomes a
- 45:05confirmation of the effort for those
- 45:07looking from the crypt and a
- 45:08confirmation of rebirth for those
- 45:10looking from the light. Stop for a
- 45:14moment and think: how many times in
- 45:17these years have you looked at your
- 45:19days with Enzo's eyes. It's not a fault
- 45:23, it was the way the darkness had
- 45:25taught you to look. But today you chose
- 45:29the second reading, Marta's, and you
- 45:31chose it not from the depths of
- 45:33darkness, but from the light that now
- 45:35comes through the collapsed walls. This
- 45:39choice from this moment puts the entire
- 45:42path ahead of you back in order. Not
- 45:45tomorrow, now. When you close this
- 45:48video, the world around you will be the
- 45:50same as it was an hour ago. The same
- 45:53kitchen, the same clock on the wall,
- 45:55the same light in the window, but
- 45:57something inside you is not the same as
- 46:00before and in the days to come you will
- 46:02see it emerge in the little things. A
- 46:06door that opens without you having to
- 46:08push. A kind word from someone you
- 46:11didn't expect, a meeting, a memory, a
- 46:13coincidence that seems to have been
- 46:15placed there just for you. It is
- 46:18synchronicity that continues its work
- 46:21when what happens outside responds to
- 46:23what moves inside. Don't try to force
- 46:27these things, don't go looking for them
- 46:29impatiently. Just observe them in
- 46:32silence. And now I'll leave you with a
- 46:35little practice for the next few nights
- 46:37. When the house falls silent, before
- 46:40turning off the light, sit for a moment
- 46:42on the edge of the bed. Think about the
- 46:46day. Find even just one thing that has
- 46:49brushed past you like a sign, like
- 46:52Marta's basil, a phone call, a postcard
- 46:54. Recognize it for what it is.
- 46:58Understand that this is your
- 47:00confirmation and then slowly pronounce
- 47:03these words to yourself: "I see it, I
- 47:06accept it." Just this, I see it, I
- 47:11accept it. Then just let it go and let
- 47:14the night take care of the rest.
- 47:17Nothing else is needed. No candles, no
- 47:20long formulas, no perfect moment. All
- 47:24it takes is a sincere heart that
- 47:26realizes that life is listening to it.
- 47:29Some nights it will seem like you can't
- 47:31find anything and that's okay. Even
- 47:35then, before going to sleep you can say
- 47:37the same words to yourself, because
- 47:39accepting doesn't mean waiting for a
- 47:41miracle, it means stopping defending
- 47:43yourself from the good that is coming.
- 47:48If you have walked with me until now,
- 47:50if these words have touched something
- 47:52deep inside you, it is no coincidence.
- 47:55A part of you needed to hear them today
- 47:58. So transform this moment into
- 48:01something that will last. Write in the
- 48:05comments: I am ready, I accept it and
- 48:08next to it, if you want, add just one
- 48:11thing. The first relief you felt in
- 48:14your chest when you realized that the
- 48:16walls of that crypt had collapsed and
- 48:18that the clear water was filling the
- 48:19space. Write it as it comes, without
- 48:23editing it, without thinking too much
- 48:25about it. It is not a simple comment,
- 48:28it is the sign of the day when your
- 48:31story changed direction. In some time
- 48:35you will come back here, you will
- 48:37reread your own words and you will
- 48:39remember clearly that this was the day
- 48:41when you finally saw. So repeat after
- 48:45me and write it down. I am ready, I
- 48:48accept it. I thank you from the bottom
- 48:52of my heart for letting these words
- 48:54find you. If these words have touched
- 48:56you, leave a like and subscribe to the
- 48:59channel. In the philosophy of Carl Jung
- 49:02we hope that you will recognize that
- 49:04the hardest part is now over and open
- 49:06your hands with trust to everything
- 49:08that is coming.
