1. 0:13All right, guys. It finally came in the
2. 0:14mail.
3. 0:15It is my uh you can't see it very well,
4. 0:18but it's my Qnix QX2710
5. 0:2227-in
6. 0:24uh 2560 by 1440 overclockable monitor.
7. 0:28I'm going to go ahead and do an unboxing
8. 0:30for everybody. So,
9. 0:32it came a very very fast from South
10. 0:35Korea.
11. 0:36Um as you can see,
12. 0:39it is very nicely wrapped. All wrapped
13. 0:42bubble wrapped.
14. 0:44Um
15. 0:45I got this in about 3 days.
16. 0:47Um they say 2 to 5 days. Um I got mine
17. 0:51in uh
18. 0:52yeah, 3 days.
19. 0:54So, I will get the bubble wrap off and
20. 0:57uh we will continue with the unboxing.
21. 1:00All right. Bubble wrap is off.
22. 1:03And uh now it's time to open the box up.
23. 1:07Uh I just wanted to show you the box
24. 1:10so you guys could see.
25. 1:12Um
26. 1:13the whole thing was well secured in this
27. 1:15pretty I mean, this bubble wrap is
28. 1:17really really thick.
29. 1:19I mean, you can see I'm pinching
30. 1:21pinching it together. It's
31. 1:23you know, I'd say a half inch thick on
32. 1:25each side. So,
33. 1:27um
34. 1:27they did a good job wrapping it. So,
35. 1:30I will go ahead and unbox this and we
36. 1:31will continue with this video.
37. 1:33All right. So, I got it out of the box.
38. 1:36You can see this is basically how it was
39. 1:38packed. Uh I'm assuming this will be the
40. 1:40cord box.
41. 1:42Um but Styrofoam on each side.
42. 1:49And let me go ahead and remove the box
43. 1:51here.
44. 1:53And get a picture of the backside here.
45. 1:59So, they did a good job packing it up.
46. 2:01You can see the
47. 2:03Assuming this is the
48. 2:05Yeah, this will be the monitor stand.
49. 2:08Right here.
50. 2:11They're dinky. The monitor stands
51. 2:13themselves are dinky. Uh you may want to
52. 2:15change it.
53. 2:17Um but I'll leave that for you guys to
54. 2:19decide.
55. 2:20All right, I'm going to continue
56. 2:21unwrapping this sucker
57. 2:23uh and we'll continue the video. Um all
58. 2:25right, so I got the monitor out and
59. 2:28everything. I got the stand on.
60. 2:31Um it does have
61. 2:33a coating here that needs to be taken
62. 2:35off the screen.
63. 2:37I don't know if you guys can see that.
64. 2:39Um I got a matte black finish on this,
65. 2:42so
66. 2:44I am going to hook this sucker up.
67. 2:47Um
68. 2:49From my understanding, it's only DVI.
69. 2:52And I'm going to put it in this bad boy
70. 2:54of a computer
71. 2:56right here.
72. 3:00And we will
73. 3:03give this a go.
74. 3:05Okay, everybody, I set up my monitor. Um
75. 3:07I am going to do a quick comparison for
76. 3:10you out of the box. I haven't touched
77. 3:11the settings or anything.
78. 3:13Uh this is my old 23-in monitor um and I
79. 3:16wanted to show you guys exactly how that
80. 3:1823-in monitor would fit on the 27-in
81. 3:21monitor.
82. 3:22Um basically, that's this right here.
83. 3:25You could see the picture, but you can
84. 3:26also see all of the real estate that
85. 3:29this monitor has.
86. 3:31Um basically,
87. 3:33a lot of real estate
88. 3:36um
89. 3:37that is with this monitor.
90. 3:40So,
91. 3:41but this is basically it right out of
92. 3:42the box.
93. 3:44Um as you can see, it's I'm not
94. 3:46understanding the brightness that
95. 3:48everyone has said has come with it.
96. 3:50Um I haven't touched any of the
97. 3:53brightness settings.
98. 3:54So, I am going to go ahead and configure
99. 3:57this and my computer to accept the
100. 4:01the 20
101. 4:022560 by 1440.
102. 4:04And we will and I will let you guys know
103. 4:07how that goes.
104. 4:10All right, everybody. As you can see, I
105. 4:11now have it hooked up. It is a
106. 4:14dual link DVI only.
107. 4:17The cord itself is about 6 ft long.
108. 4:20Um, as and it also came with the power
109. 4:23adapter
110. 4:24um
111. 4:25that was
112. 4:26I'm guessing Euro
113. 4:28uh converted to or you know, the 120
114. 4:32from the 240 or whatnot voltage-wise.
115. 4:35I just went ahead and used uh
116. 4:37the cord from one of my other monitors
117. 4:40to run to my surge protector because it
118. 4:45is grounded.
119. 4:46Um, that being said, as you guys can
120. 4:48see, the monitor itself is beautiful.
121. 4:51Uh
122. 4:52this is 24 or excuse me
123. 4:552560 by 1440.
124. 4:59And uh
125. 5:01let's see all the real estate that you
126. 5:02have with this monitor.

128. 5:06overclock this.

130. 5:08you can get up to you can make these 120
131. 5:11hertz
132. 5:12if you choose to, so.
