2. 0:03you stayed longer than you planned went
3. 0:06further than you thought possible and
4. 0:08saw more than you could
5. 0:10imagine in 2015 I moved Halfway Around
6. 0:13the World to a little town in Uganda
7. 0:15called ruk and jury completely out of my
8. 0:18comfort zone I set out to live learn and
9. 0:21create opportunities for others in 2017
10. 0:25I started to see an opportunity to serve
11. 0:28an uneducated and under sourc group of
12. 0:30people that are essential to society if
13. 0:33you've ever been to East Africa you know
14. 0:36that there is one primary way to get
15. 0:38around on the back of a
16. 0:41motorcycle due to crowded roads limited
17. 0:44safety laws and high demand for
18. 0:46transportation the Boda driver has
19. 0:48become the fastest growing occupation
20. 0:50amongst men in East
21. 0:54Africa after surveying hundreds of these
22. 0:56men we found that less than 20% own the
23. 0:59motorcycle that they
24. 1:01drove with indefinite rent cycles and
25. 1:04unattainable bank loans these drivers
26. 1:06were spending over 50% of their monthly
27. 1:08income to rent a bike they may never
28. 1:12own so with just $66,000 in my bank
29. 1:15account I identified six drivers
30. 1:18performed background checks and with a
31. 1:20handshake agreement I watched them drive
32. 1:23off with my life savings hoping they
33. 1:25would return the following
34. 1:28week and they
35. 1:32did the demand rapidly increased for
36. 1:35this new leas to own program as drivers
37. 1:37began to see an opportunity for
38. 1:39Financial Freedom and I knew I needed a
39. 1:41lot of help I found the best and the
40. 1:44brightest to work with my name
41. 1:47is I am

43. 1:54called and the first Pure Flow team was
44. 1:57in
45. 1:58place we set out to build a worldclass
46. 2:02organization creating opportunities for
47. 2:05people to
48. 2:07thrive not knowing what was ahead we
49. 2:10focused our efforts on ensuring that we
50. 2:12selected the best members with the
51. 2:14greatest need and began partnering with
52. 2:16them to grow spiritually personally and
53. 2:20financially but we built a few things
54. 2:22along the way our first location was
55. 2:25constructed in five short weeks at the
56. 2:27beginning of
57. 2:282018 then we added a mechanic shop a
58. 2:32washing Bay and a place for the
59. 2:34community to spend
60. 2:36time but the demand
61. 2:38continued so we expanded to a second
62. 2:41location creating more opportunities
63. 2:44more jobs and more Financial
64. 2:47Freedom today we have had the
65. 2:50opportunity to see thousands of members
66. 2:53move into ownership while actively
67. 2:55serving thousands of current members in
68. 2:57many locations with a growing PureFlow
69. 3:02team our team gathers weekly with our
70. 3:05members in small Fellowship groups to
71. 3:07share stories read scripture and provide
72. 3:10encouragement while we walk this journey
73. 3:12alongside
74. 3:17them after those two years of payment
75. 3:19the Border will be mine in this one and
76. 3:22a half year when I I own my own bike
77. 3:27it's
78. 3:28like the my
79. 3:30business will
80. 3:33expand so what's
81. 3:36next with millions of Bowa bot drivers
82. 3:38in East Africa alone the market is ready
83. 3:42using a unique and 100% transparent
84. 3:45model we are inviting many to join the
85. 3:48adventure as we grow our goal Remains
86. 3:52the Same to engage people and Kingdom
87. 3:54initiatives that transform communities
88. 3:57and grow local economies through ass
