0:16I stand before you tonight honored by
0:18your support, proud of the extraordinary
0:21progress we have made together over the
0:24last four incredible years,
0:27and brimming with confidence in the
0:29bright future we will build for America
0:32over the next four years.
0:40We begin this evening
0:42our thoughts
0:44are with the wonderful people
0:46who have just come through the wrath of
0:48Hurricane Laura.
0:51We are working closely with state and
0:53local officials in Texas, Louisiana,
0:56Arkansas, Mississippi,
0:59sparing no effort to save lives.
1:02While the hurricane was fierce,
1:04one of the strongest to make landfall
1:07in 150 years, the casualties and damage
1:12were far less than thought possible only
1:1524 hours ago.
1:21And this is due to the great work of
1:24FEMA,
1:25law enforcement, and the individual
1:28states.
1:29I will be going this weekend.
1:32And congratulations, thank you for that
1:34great job out there. We really
1:36appreciate it.
1:38We are one national family,
1:40and we will always
1:42protect, love, and care for each other.
1:47Here tonight are the people
1:49who have made my journey possible
1:52and filled my life with so much joy.
1:57For her incredible service to our nation
1:59and its children,
2:01I want to thank our magnificent First
2:04Lady.

2:32Ivanka for that introduction, and to all

3:10Let us also take a moment to show our
3:12profound appreciation
3:15for a man who has always fought by our
3:17side
3:19and stood up for our values, a man of
3:22deep faith
3:24and steadfast conviction,
3:26our Vice President, Mike Pence.
3:45And Mike is joined by his beloved wife,
3:47a teacher and military mom, Karen Pence.
3:51Thank you, Karen.
4:02My fellow Americans, tonight with a
4:04heart full of gratitude and boundless
4:07optimism,
4:09I profoundly accept this nomination for
4:12President of the United States.
4:41The Republican Party,
4:43the party of Abraham Lincoln,
4:46goes forward united,
4:48determined, and ready to welcome
4:51millions of Democrats, independents,
4:54and anyone who believes in the greatness
4:57of America,
4:59and the righteous heart of the American
5:01people.
5:08In a new term as President, we will
5:10again build the greatest economy in
5:12history,
5:13quickly returning to full employment,
5:16soaring incomes, and record prosperity.
5:25We will defend America against all
5:27threats, and protect America against all
5:31dangers.
5:32We will lead America
5:34into new frontiers of ambition
5:37and discovery,
5:39and we will reach for new heights of
5:42national achievement.
5:44We will rekindle new faith in our
5:46values,
5:48new pride in our history,
5:50and a new spirit of unity that can only
5:53be realized through love for our great
5:56country.
6:02Because we understand that America is
6:04not a land cloaked in darkness,
6:07America is the torch that enlightens the
6:10entire world.
6:17Gathered here at our beautiful and
6:19majestic White House,
6:22known all over the world as the people's
6:24house,
6:25we cannot help but marvel at the miracle
6:29that is our great American story.
6:33This has been the home of
6:35larger-than-life figures like Teddy
6:37Roosevelt
6:39and Andrew Jackson,
6:41who rallied Americans to bold visions of
6:43a bigger and brighter future.
6:47Within these walls lived tenacious
6:49generals
6:51like President Grant and Eisenhower,
6:54who led our soldiers
6:56in the cause of freedom.
6:59From these grounds, Thomas Jefferson
7:02sent Lewis and Clark on a daring
7:05expedition to cross a wild and uncharted
7:09continent.
7:11In the depths
7:12of a bloody Civil War,
7:15President Abraham Lincoln
7:18looked out these very windows upon a
7:21half-completed Washington Monument
7:25and asked God, in his providence,
7:28to save our nation.
7:31Two weeks after Pearl Harbor,
7:34Franklin Delano Roosevelt welcomed
7:37Winston Churchill,
7:39and just inside
7:42they set our people on a course to
7:43victory in the Second World War.
7:48In recent months, our nation
7:51and the entire planet
7:53has been struck by a new and powerful
7:56invisible enemy.
7:59Like those brave Americans before us, we
8:02are meeting this challenge.
8:04We are delivering life-saving therapies,
8:08and will produce a vaccine before the
8:11end of the year,
8:12or maybe even sooner.
8:21We will defeat the virus and the
8:23pandemic, and emerge stronger than ever
8:26before.
8:33What united generations past was an
8:36unshakeable confidence in America's
8:39destiny,
8:40and an unbreakable faith
8:42in the American people.
8:45They knew that our country is blessed by
8:47God
8:48and has a special purpose in this world.
8:52It is that conviction that inspired the
8:54formation of our union,
8:57our westward expansion,
9:00the abolition of slavery,
9:02the passage of civil rights,
9:05the space program,
9:07and the overthrow of fascism, tyranny,
9:10and communism.
9:12This towering American spirit has
9:14prevailed over every challenge
9:17and lifted us to the summit of human
9:21endeavor.
9:23And yet, despite all of our greatness as
9:25a nation, everything we have achieved
9:28is now in danger.
9:31This is the most important election in
9:34the history of our country.
10:00Thank you.
10:02At no time before
10:04have voters faced a clearer choice
10:06between two parties,
10:08two visions,
10:10two philosophies, or two agendas.
10:14This election will decide whether we
10:16save the American dream
10:18or whether we allow a socialist agenda
10:20to demolish our cherished destiny.
10:28It will decide whether we rapidly create
10:30millions of high-paying jobs or whether
10:33we crush our industries and send
10:36millions of these jobs overseas as has
10:39foolishly been done for many decades.
10:43Your vote will decide whether we protect
10:45law-abiding Americans
10:48or whether we give free reign
10:51to violent anarchists and agitators and
10:54criminals who threaten our citizens.
10:59And this election will decide whether we
11:02will defend the American way of life or
11:04whether we will allow a radical movement
11:08to completely dismantle and destroy it.
11:12It won't happen.
11:19At the Democrat National Convention, Joe
11:22Biden and his party repeatedly assailed
11:24America as a land of racial, economic,
11:27and social injustice.
11:30So, tonight I ask you a simple question.
11:34How can the Democrat party ask to lead
11:36our country when it spends so much time
11:39tearing down our country?
11:54In their last backward view,
11:57they do not see America as the most
11:59free, just, and exceptional nation on
12:02Earth.
12:03Instead, they see a wicked nation
12:06that must be punished for its sins.
12:09Our opponents say that redemption for
12:11you can only come
12:13from giving power to them.
12:16This is a tired anthem spoken by every
12:19repressive movement
12:21throughout history.
12:23But, in this country, we don't look to
12:25career politicians for salvation. In
12:28America, we don't turn to government
12:31to restore our souls. We put our faith
12:34in almighty God.
12:52Joe Biden is not a savior
12:55of America's soul.
12:58He is the destroyer of America's jobs
13:01and if given the chance, he will be the
13:03destroyer
13:05of American greatness.
13:07For 47 years, Joe Biden
13:10took the donations of blue-collar
13:12workers,
13:13gave them hugs and even kisses,
13:29and told them he felt their pain,
13:32and then he flew back to Washington and
13:35voted to ship our jobs to China
13:38and many other distant lands.
13:41Joe Biden spent his entire career
13:44outsourcing their dreams
13:47and the dreams of American workers,
13:51offshoring their jobs, opening their
13:54borders, and sending their sons and
13:56daughters to fight
13:57in endless foreign wars, wars that never
14:03ended.
14:04Four years ago, I ran for president
14:06because I could not watch this betrayal
14:10of our country any longer.
14:12I could not sit by
14:15as career politicians let other
14:18countries take advantage of us on trade,
14:20borders,
14:22foreign policy, and national defense.
14:26Our NATO partners, as an example,
14:30were very far behind in their defense
14:33payments.
14:35But, at my strong urging,
14:38they agreed to pay $130 billion more
14:42more a year, the first time in over 20
14:45years that they upped their payments.
14:52And this $130 billion will
14:56will ultimately go to $400 billion
15:00a year.
15:01And Secretary General Stoltenberg,
15:05who heads NATO,
15:07was amazed after watching for so many
15:09years and said that President Trump
15:12did what no one else was able to do.
15:17Thank you.
15:22From the moment I left my former life
15:25behind,
15:26and it was a good life,
15:30I have done nothing but
15:33fight for you.
15:35I did what our political establishment
15:37never expected
15:39and could never forgive, breaking the
15:41cardinal rule of Washington politics.
15:44I kept my promise.
16:01Together, we have ended the rule of the
16:03failed political class,
16:06and they are desperate to get their
16:07power back by any means necessary.
16:11You've seen that.
16:13They are angry at me because instead of
16:17putting them first,
16:19I very simply said,
16:22"America first."
16:33Thank you.
16:34Days after taking office, we shocked the
16:37Washington establishment and withdrew
16:39from the last administration's
16:42job-killing Trans-Pacific Partnership.
16:47I then immediately approved the Keystone
16:50XL and Dakota Access pipelines.
16:56Ended the unfair and very costly Paris
17:00Climate Accord.
17:04And secured for the first time
17:06American energy independence.
17:23We passed record-setting tax and
17:26regulation cuts at a rate nobody had
17:29ever seen before.
17:32Within three short years, we built the
17:33strongest economy in the history of the
17:36world.
17:37Washington insiders asked me not to
17:40stand up to China.
17:42They pleaded with me to let China
17:44continue stealing our jobs, ripping us
17:46off,
17:47and robbing our country blind.
17:51But, I kept my word to the American
17:53people.
17:54We took the toughest, boldest,
17:57strongest, and hardest-hitting action
17:59against China in American history by
18:02far.
18:08They said that it would be impossible to
18:10terminate and replace NAFTA.
18:13But, again, they were wrong. Earlier
18:15this year, I ended the NAFTA nightmare
18:19and signed the brand new USMCA
18:23Agreement into law.
18:29And right now, auto companies and others
18:32are building their plants and factories
18:34in America, not firing their employees,
18:37and not deserting us for other
18:40countries.
18:45In perhaps no area did the Washington
18:48special interests try harder to stop us
18:51than on my policy of pro-American
18:54immigration.
18:59But, I refused to back down, and today
19:01America's borders are more secure than
19:04ever before.
19:21Thank you.
19:23We ended catch and release,
19:25stopped asylum fraud,
19:28took down human traffickers who prey on
19:31women and children,
19:33and we have deported 20,000 gang members
19:36and 500,000
19:39criminal aliens.
19:46We have already built 300 miles of
19:48border wall, and we are adding 10 new
19:51miles every single week.
19:54The wall will soon be complete and it is
19:57working beyond our wildest expectations.
20:07We are joined this evening by members of
20:09the Border Patrol Union representing our
20:12country's courageous border agents.
20:14Thank you very much for being here.
20:16Thank you. Brave brave people.
20:43You see this country loves our law
20:47enforcement. They do.
20:49They do.
20:51They really do.
20:54Love and respect.
20:57When I learned that the Tennessee Valley
20:59Authority laid off hundreds of American
21:01workers and forced them to train their
21:04lower paid foreign replacement,
21:08I promptly removed the chairman of the
21:10board.
21:11And now those talented American workers
21:14have been rehired and are back providing
21:17power to Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee,
21:20Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina,
21:24and Virginia.
21:30They have their old jobs back
21:32and some are here with us this evening.
21:34Please stand. You went through a lot.
21:36Please stand. Thank you.

21:41You've been through a lot.
21:44Thank you very much.
21:48Last month I took on big pharma.
21:53You think that's easy? It's not.
21:55And signed orders that will massively
21:58lower the cost of your prescription
21:59drugs
22:01and give critically ill patients access
22:03to life-saving cures.
22:06We passed the decades-long
22:09awaited right to try
22:12right to try.
22:19We also passed VA accountability and VA
22:22choice.
22:24Our great veterans, we're taking care of
22:26our veterans.
22:2991%
22:31approval rating this month the VA given
22:33by our veterans. First time anything
22:35like that's ever happened. By the end of
22:37my first term,
22:39we will have approved more than 300
22:42federal judges including two great new
22:45Supreme Court Justices.
23:00And to bring prosperity to our forgotten
23:03inner cities, we worked hard to pass
23:05historic criminal justice reform, prison
23:09reform, opportunity zones, and long-term
23:12funding of historically black colleges
23:15and universities. And before the China
23:17virus came in, produced the best
23:20unemployment numbers for African
23:22Americans, Hispanic Americans, and Asian
23:25Americans ever recorded.
23:42And I say very modestly that I have done
23:44more for the African American community
23:47than any president since Abraham
23:49Lincoln, our first Republican president.
24:04And I have done more in 3 years for the
24:06black community than Joe Biden has done
24:10in 47 years.
24:19And when I'm reelected, the best is yet
24:22to come.
25:04Thank you very much.
25:08When I took office, the Middle East was
25:11in total chaos.
25:14ISIS was rampaging,
25:16Iran was on the rise,
25:19and the war in Afghanistan had no end in
25:21sight.
25:23I withdrew from the terrible one-sided
25:26Iran nuclear deal.
25:31Unlike many presidents before me,
25:34I kept my promise, recognized Israel's
25:38true capital, and moved our embassy to
25:41Jerusalem.
25:56But not only did we talk
25:59about it as a future site, we got it
26:02built.
26:04Rather than spending $1 billion
26:07on a new building as planned,
26:11we took an already owned existing
26:13building in a better location.
26:16Real estate deal, right?
26:20And opened it
26:22at a cost of less than $500,000.
26:32Many things like that the government is
26:34doing right now.
26:35We also recognized Israeli sovereignty
26:38over the Golan Heights.
26:42And this month we achieved the first
26:45Middle East peace deal in 25 years.
26:49Thank you to UAE. Thank you to Israel.
27:00In addition, we obliterated 100% of the
27:04ISIS caliphate and killed its founder
27:08and leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi.
27:24Then in a separate operation, we
27:26eliminated the world's number one
27:28terrorist by far, Qassem Soleimani.
27:40Unlike previous administrations, I have
27:43kept America out of new wars and our
27:46troops are coming home.
27:50We have spent nearly $2.5 trillion on
27:54completely rebuilding our military,
27:57which was very badly depleted when I
28:00took office, as you know.
28:02This includes three separate pay raises
28:06for our great warriors.
28:21We also launched the Space Force, the
28:25first new branch of the United States
28:28military since the Air Force was created
28:31almost 75 years ago.
28:34We have spent the last 4 years reversing
28:38the damage Joe Biden inflicted over the
28:40last 47 years.
28:44Biden's record is a shameful roll call
28:48of the most catastrophic betrayals and
28:50plunders in our lifetime.
28:53He has spent his entire career on the
28:55wrong side of history.
28:58Biden voted for the NAFTA disaster, the
29:01single worst trade deal ever enacted.
29:04He supported China's entry into the
29:07World Trade Organization, one of the
29:09greatest economic disasters of all time.
29:14After those Biden calamities, the United
29:16States lost one in four manufacturing
29:19jobs.
29:20We laid off workers in Michigan, Ohio,
29:23New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, and many
29:26other states.
29:28They didn't want to hear Biden's hollow
29:30words of empathy.
29:33They wanted their jobs back.
29:37As vice president, he supported the
29:39Trans-Pacific Partnership, which would
29:42have been a death sentence for the US
29:46auto industry.
29:47He backed the horrendous South Korea
29:50trade deal,
29:52which took many jobs from our country
29:55and which I've reversed and made a great
29:57deal for our country. He repeatedly
29:59supported mass amnesty
30:02for illegal immigrants. He voted for the
30:05Iraq war. He opposed the mission to take
30:08out Osama bin Laden. He opposed killing
30:11Soleimani.
30:13He oversaw the rise of ISIS and cheered
30:16the rise of China as a positive
30:18development for America and the world.
30:20Some positive development.
30:23That's why China supports Joe Biden and
30:25desperately wants him to win. I can tell
30:28you that upon very good information.
30:33China would own our country if Joe Biden
30:36got elected.
30:39Unlike Biden, I will hold them fully
30:42accountable for the tragedy that they
30:44caused all over the world they caused.
30:47In recent months our nation and the
30:49world
30:50has been hit by the once-in-a-century
30:53pandemic
30:55that China allowed to spread around the
30:57globe. They could have stopped it, but
31:00they allowed it to come out.
31:02We are grateful to be joined tonight by
31:04several of our incredible nurses and
31:06first responders.
31:07Please stand and accept our profound
31:11thanks and gratitude.
31:31Many Americans
31:33including me have sadly lost friends and
31:35cherished loved ones to this horrible
31:38disease.
31:40As one nation, we mourn, we grieve,
31:43and we hold in our hearts forever the
31:45memories of all of those lives that have
31:48been so tragically taken, so
31:50unnecessary.
31:52In their honor, we will unite.
31:55In their memory, we will overcome.
31:59And when the China virus hit,
32:01we launched the largest national
32:04mobilization since World War II,
32:07invoking the Defense Production Act.
32:10We produced the world's largest supply
32:12of ventilators. Not a single American
32:15who has needed a ventilator has been
32:17denied a ventilator, which is a miracle.
32:25Good job
32:27heading the task force by our great Vice
32:30President. Thank you very much, Mike
32:32Pence. Please stand up.
32:47We shipped hundreds of millions of
32:48masks, gloves, and gowns to our
32:50frontline healthcare workers.
32:53To protect our nation's seniors, we
32:55rushed supplies, testing kits, and
32:57personal
32:59to nursing homes, we gave everything you
33:02can possibly give and we're still giving
33:04it because we're taking care of our
33:06senior citizens.
33:11The Army Corps of Engineers built field
33:13hospitals and the Navy deployed our
33:15great hospital ships. We developed from
33:18scratch the largest and most advanced
33:20testing system anywhere in the world.
33:24America has tested more than every
33:27country in Europe put together and more
33:29than every nation in the Western
33:31Hemisphere combined. Think of that.
33:34We have conducted 40 million more tests
33:37than the next closest nation, which is
33:40India.
33:41We developed a wide array of effective
33:43treatments including a powerful antibody
33:46treatment
33:47known as convalescent plasma. You saw
33:49that on Sunday night when we announced
33:52it that will save thousands and
33:54thousands of lives. Thanks to advances
33:57we have pioneered, the
34:00fatality rate
34:02and you look at it and you look at the
34:03numbers, it has been reduced by 80%
34:07since April, 80%.
34:12The United States has among the lowest
34:14case fatality rates of any major country
34:18anywhere in the world. The European
34:20Union's case fatality rate is nearly
34:22three times higher than ours, but you
34:25don't hear that. They don't write about
34:27that. They don't want to write about
34:28that. They don't want you to know those
34:30things. Altogether, the nations of
34:32Europe
34:34have experienced a 30% greater increase
34:36in excess mortality than the United
34:39States. Think of that.
34:41We enacted the largest package of
34:43financial relief in American history.
34:46Thanks to our paycheck protection
34:48program, we have saved or supported more
34:52than 50 million American jobs. That's
34:55one of the reasons that we're advancing
34:58so rapidly with our economy.
35:00Great job.
35:02As a result, we have seen the smallest
35:05economic contraction of any major
35:07Western nation
35:09and we are recovering at a much faster
35:12rate than anybody.
35:15Over the past 3 months, we have gained
35:17over 9 million jobs and that's a record
35:20in the history of our country.
35:26Unfortunately, from the beginning our
35:28opponents have shown themselves capable
35:30of nothing but a partisan ability to
35:33criticize.
35:35When I took bold action to issue a
35:37travel ban on China very early indeed,
35:42Joe Biden called it hysterical and
35:44xenophobic.
35:46And then I introduced a ban on Europe
35:48very early again.
35:51If we had listened to Joe, hundreds of
35:53thousands more Americans would have
35:55died.
35:56Instead of following the science, Joe
35:59Biden wants to inflict a painful
36:01shutdown on the entire country. His
36:04shutdown would inflict unthinkable and
36:06lasting harm
36:08on our nation's children, families, and
36:11citizens of all backgrounds. The cost of
36:14the Biden shutdown would be measured in
36:16increased drug overdoses, depression,
36:19alcohol addiction, suicides, heart
36:23attacks, economic devastation, job loss,
36:28and much more.
36:30Joe Biden's plan is not a solution to
36:33the virus, but rather it's a surrender
36:35to the virus.
36:41My administration has a very different
36:44approach. To save as many lives as
36:46possible, we are focusing on the
36:48science, the facts, and the data.
36:51We are aggressively sheltering those at
36:53highest risk, especially the elderly,
36:55while allowing lower-risk Americans to
36:59safely return to work and to school and
37:03we want to see so many of those great
37:05states be open
37:08by Democrats. We want them to be open.
37:11They have to be open. They have to get
37:13back to work.
37:18They have to get back to work and they
37:20have to get back to school. Most
37:22importantly, we are marshaling America's
37:24scientific genius to produce a vaccine
37:27in record time.
37:29Under Operation Warp Speed,
37:31we have three different vaccines in the
37:33final stage of trials right now, years
37:36ahead of what has been achieved before.
37:39Nobody thought it could ever be done
37:41this fast. Normally, it would be years
37:43and we did it in a matter of a few
37:44months.
37:45We are producing them in advance so that
37:47hundreds of millions of doses will be
37:50quickly available.
37:52We will have a safe and effective
37:53vaccine this year and together, we will
37:56crush the virus.
38:04At the Democrat Convention, you barely
38:06heard a word about their agenda,
38:09but that's not because they don't have
38:11one. It's because their agenda is the
38:13most extreme set of proposals ever put
38:16forward by a major party nominee.
38:20Joe Biden may claim he is an ally of the
38:23light,
38:24but when it comes to his agenda, Biden
38:26wants to keep us completely in the dark.
38:30He doesn't have a clue.
38:33He has pledged a $4 trillion tax hike on
38:36almost all American families, which will
38:39totally collapse our rapidly improving
38:42economy and once again,
38:45record stock markets that we have right
38:47now
38:48will also collapse. That means your
38:51401Ks, that means all of the stocks that
38:54you have.
38:55On the other hand, just as I did in my
38:57first term, I will cut taxes even
39:00further for hardworking moms and dads.
39:04I will not raise taxes. I will cut them
39:06and very substantially.
39:11And we will also provide tax credits to
39:13bring jobs out of China back to America
39:16and we will impose tariffs on any
39:18company that leaves America to produce
39:21jobs overseas.
39:26We will make sure our companies and jobs
39:29stay in our country as I've already been
39:31doing for quite some time if you've
39:34noticed. Joe Biden's agenda
39:37is made in China.
39:40My agenda is made in the USA.
40:00Biden has promised to abolish the
40:02production of American oil, coal, shale,
40:06and natural gas, laying waste to the
40:08economies of Pennsylvania, Ohio, Texas,
40:13North Dakota, Oklahoma, Colorado,
40:17and New Mexico, destroying those states.
40:19Absolutely destroying those states and
40:22others. Millions of jobs will be lost
40:25and energy prices will soar. These same
40:28policies led to crippling power outages
40:32in California just last week. Everybody
40:34saw that.
40:36Tremendous power outage. Nobody's seen
40:38anything like it, but we saw that last
40:40week in California. How can Joe Biden
40:43claim to be an ally of the light
40:46when his own party can't even keep the
40:49lights on?
40:54Joe Biden's campaign has even published
40:57a 110-page
40:59policy platform. You can't get away from
41:01this.
41:02Co-authored with far-left Senator
41:05crazy Bernie Sanders.
41:08The Biden-Bernie manifesto calls for
41:10suspending all removals
41:13of illegal aliens, implementing
41:15nationwide catch and release,
41:17and providing illegal aliens with free
41:20taxpayer-funded lawyers.
41:22Everybody gets a lawyer. Come on over to
41:24our country. Everybody has a lawyer. We
41:26have a lawyer for you. That's what we
41:27need is more lawyers.
41:32Joe Biden recently raised his hand
41:35on the debate stage and promised to your
41:39giveaway. He was going to give it away

41:51numbers will pour into our country in
41:53order to get
41:55all of the goodies that they want to

42:01sanctuary cities that protect criminal

42:05He promised to end national
42:08security travel bans from jihadist
42:10nations, and he pledged to increase
42:13refugee admissions by 700%.
42:19This is in the manifesto.
42:22The Biden plan would eliminate America's
42:24borders in the middle of a global
42:28pandemic.
42:30And he's even talking about taking the
42:32wall down. How about that?
42:37Biden also vowed to oppose school choice
42:40and close
42:42all charter schools, ripping away the
42:44ladder of opportunity for black and
42:46Hispanic children.
42:49In a second term, I will expand charter
42:51schools and provide school choice to
42:53every family in America.
43:05And we will always treat our teachers
43:07with the tremendous respect that they
43:10deserve.

43:16Joe Biden claims he has empathy for the
43:20vulnerable, yet the party he leads
43:23supports the extreme late-term abortion
43:25of defenseless babies right up until the
43:29moment of birth.
43:31Democrat leaders talk about moral
43:33decency,
43:35but they have no problem with stopping a
43:36baby's beating heart in the ninth month
43:41of pregnancy.
43:43Democrat politicians
43:45refuse to protect innocent life,
43:48and then they lecture us about morality
43:50and saving America's soul.
43:53Tonight, we proudly declare that all
43:56children, born and unborn,
43:59have a God-given right to life.
44:16During the Democrat convention, the
44:18words under God
44:21were removed from the Pledge of
44:23Allegiance.
44:25Not once, but twice.
44:28We will never do that.
44:32But the fact is, this is where they're
44:35coming from. Like it or not, this is
44:37where they're coming from.
44:39If the left gains power, they will
44:41demolish the suburbs,
44:43confiscate your guns, and appoint
44:45justices who will wipe away your Second
44:48Amendment and other constitutional
44:50freedoms.
44:52Biden is a Trojan horse for socialism.
44:55If Joe Biden doesn't have the strength
44:58to stand up to wild-eyed Marxists like
45:02Bernie Sanders and his fellow radicals,
45:04and there are many
45:06There are many, many. We see them all
45:07the time. It's incredible, actually.
45:10Then how is he ever going to stand up
45:13for you? He's not.
45:15The most dangerous aspect of the Biden
45:17platform is the attack on public safety.
45:22The Biden-Bernie manifesto calls for
45:25abolishing cash bail,
45:27immediately releasing 400,000
45:30criminals onto the streets and into your
45:32neighborhoods.
45:34When asked if he supports cutting police
45:37funding,
45:38Joe Biden replied, "Yes, absolutely."
45:42When Congresswoman Ilhan Omar
45:47called the Minneapolis Police Department
45:50a cancer that is rotten to the root,
45:53Biden wouldn't disavow her support and
45:56reject her endorsement. He proudly
45:58displayed it
45:59shortly
46:01later on his website.
46:04Displayed it in big letters. Make no
46:06mistake, if you give power to Joe Biden,
46:10the radical left will defund police
46:12departments all across America. They
46:15will pass federal legislation to reduce
46:18law enforcement nationwide. They will
46:20make every city look like Democrat-run
46:23Portland, Oregon.
46:26No one will be safe in Biden's America.
46:28My administration will always stand
46:31with the men and women of law
46:34enforcement.
46:45Every day, police officers risk their
46:47lives to keep us safe, and every year,
46:51many sacrifice their lives in the line
46:54of duty.
46:55One of these incredible Americans was
46:58Detective
46:59Miosotis Familia.
47:02She was part of a team of American
47:04heroes
47:05called the NYPD, or New York's finest,
47:08who I was very, very proud
47:10to get their endorsement just the other
47:13day. Great people. Great, great people.
47:18They were allowed to do their job, you'd
47:20have no crime in New York. Rudy Giuliani
47:23knows that better than anybody.

47:273 years ago, on the 4th of July weekend,
47:31Detective Familia
47:33was on duty in her vehicle when she was
47:35ambushed just after midnight and
47:38murdered by a monster
47:40who hated her purely for wearing the
47:43badge.
47:44Detective Familia was a single mom. She
47:47recently asked for the night shift so
47:49she could spend more time with her kids.
47:532 years ago, I stood in front of the US
47:55Capitol alongside those beautiful
47:57children
47:59and held their grandmother's hand as
48:02they mourned their terrible loss,
48:04and we honored Detective Familia's
48:07extraordinary life. It was
48:09extraordinary.
48:11Detective Familia's three children
48:14are with us this evening, Genesis,
48:16Peter, Delilah.
48:17We are so grateful to have you here
48:19tonight.
48:21Thank you very much for coming. Thank
48:22you very much.
48:24Thank you very much.
48:41I promise you that we will treasure Mom
48:44in our memories forever.
48:47We must remember that the overwhelming
48:49majority of police officers in this
48:51country,
48:52and that's the overwhelming
48:54majority,
48:56are noble, courageous, and honorable.
49:00We have to give law enforcement
49:02our police back their power.
49:08They are afraid to act.
49:11They are afraid to lose their pension.
49:14They are afraid to lose their jobs, and
49:16by being afraid, they are not able to do
49:20the job that they so desperately want to
49:22do for you.
49:25And those who suffer most are the great
49:28people
49:29who they protect,
49:31and who they want to protect at an even
49:34higher level.
49:36When there is
49:37police misconduct, the justice system
49:40must hold wrongdoers fully and
49:42completely accountable, and it will.
49:45But when we can never
49:48have a situation
49:51where things are going on
49:54as they are today.
49:56We must never allow mob rule. We can
50:00never allow mob rule.
50:05In the strongest possible terms, the
50:08Republican Party condemns the rioting,
50:10looting, arson, and violence we have
50:13seen in Democrat-run cities all
50:16like Kenosha, Minneapolis, Portland,
50:19Chicago, and New York, and many others.
50:21Democrat-run.
50:23There is violence and danger in the
50:25streets of many Democrat-run cities
50:27throughout America.
50:29This problem could easily be fixed if
50:32they wanted to.
50:35Just call. We're ready to go in. We'll
50:37take care of your problem in a matter of
50:39hours. Just call.
50:42We have to wait for the call.
50:44It's too bad we have to, but we have to
50:46wait for the call.
50:47We must always have law and order.
50:50All federal crimes are being
50:52investigated, prosecuted, and punished
50:54to the fullest extent of the law.
50:57When the anarchists started ripping down
50:59our statues and monuments, right
51:01outside,
51:03I signed an order immediately. 10 years
51:05in prison.
51:07And it was a miracle, it all stopped. No
51:09more statues.
51:11They said,
51:12"That's just too long." As they looked
51:14at a statue, "I think we'll rip it
51:15down." Then they said, "10 years in
51:17prison. I think that's too long.
51:19Let's go home."
51:21During their convention, Joe Biden and
51:24his supporters remained completely
51:26silent about the rioters and criminals
51:29spreading mayhem in Democrat-run cities.
51:32They never even mentioned it during
51:34their entire
51:35convention. Never once mentioned.
51:38Now they're starting to mention it
51:40because their poll numbers are going
51:42down like a rock in water.
51:47It's too late, Joe.
51:50In the face of left-wing anarchy and
51:52mayhem in Minneapolis, Chicago, and
51:55other cities,
51:56Joe Biden's campaign did not condemn it.
52:00They donated to it.
52:02At least 13 members of Joe Biden's
52:04campaign staff donated to a fund to bail
52:07out vandals, arsonists, anarchists,
52:11looters, and rioters from jail.
52:14Here tonight is the grieving family of
52:16retired police captain David Dorn, a
52:1838-year veteran
52:21of the St. Louis Police Department, a
52:23great man and a highly respected man by
52:26all.
52:28In June, Captain Dorn was shot and
52:30killed as he tried to protect a store
52:33from rioters and looters, or as the
52:35Democrats would call them, peaceful
52:37protesters.
52:39They call them peaceful protesters.
52:42We're honored to be joined tonight
52:45by his wonderful wife, Ann, and beloved
52:47family members, Brian and Kaylee.
52:51To each of you, we will never forget the
52:53heroic legacy of Captain David Dorn.

53:14As long as I am president, we will
53:16defend the absolute right of every
53:18American citizen to live in security,
53:20dignity, and peace. If the Democrat
53:23Party wants to stand with anarchists,

53:29burners, that is up to them. But I, as
53:32your president, will not be a part of
53:34it. The Republican Party will remain the

54:04were murdered as the result of violent

54:23and victims of violent crime in these
54:27communities.
54:28Joe Biden and the left ignore these
54:31American victims. I never will.
54:34If the radical left takes power,
54:37they will apply their disastrous
54:39policies to every city, town, and suburb
54:42in America.
54:44Just imagine if the so-called peaceful
54:46demonstrators in the streets were in
54:49charge of every lever of power in the US
54:52government. Just think of that.
54:55Liberal politicians claim to be
54:57concerned about the strength
54:59of American institutions,
55:02but who exactly
55:03is attacking them?
55:05Who is hiring the radical professors,
55:08judges, and prosecutors?
55:11Who is trying to abolish immigration
55:13enforcement and establish speech codes
55:17designed to muzzle dissent?
55:20In every case, the attacks on American
55:22institutions are being waged by radical
55:26left.
55:28Always remember, they are coming after
55:31me
55:32because I am fighting for you. That's
55:34what's happening.
55:39And it's been going on from before I
55:42even got elected.
55:51And remember this, they spied on my
55:55campaign and they got caught. Let's see
55:59now what happens.
56:02We must reclaim our independence from
56:05the left's
56:06repressive mandates.
56:09Americans are exhausted trying to keep
56:12up with the latest list
56:14of approved words and phrases
56:17and the ever more restrictive
56:20political decrees.

56:28The goal of cancel culture is to make

56:33fired, expelled, shamed, humiliated, and

56:40The far left wants to coerce you into

56:47scare you out of saying
56:49what you know to be true.
56:51Very sad.
56:54But on November 3rd,
56:56you can send them a very thundering
56:58message they will never forget.

1:07:23that won a revolution,
1:07:26toppled tyranny and fascism,
1:07:29and delivered millions into freedom.
1:07:32We laid down the railroads, built the
1:07:35great ships,
1:07:37raised up the skyscrapers,
1:07:40revolutionized industry,
1:07:43and sparked a new age of scientific
1:07:45discovery.
1:07:47We set the trends in art and music,
1:07:50radio and film,
1:07:52sport and literature.
1:07:55And we did it all with style and
1:07:56confidence and flair.
1:07:59Because
1:08:00that is who we are.
1:08:03Whenever our way of life was threatened,
1:08:06our heroes answered the call.
1:08:09From Yorktown to Gettysburg,
1:08:12from Normandy to Iwo Jima,
1:08:16American patriots raced into cannon
1:08:18blasts, bullets, and bayonets to rescue
1:08:22American liberty.
1:08:24They had no fear.
1:08:26But America didn't stop there.
1:08:30We looked into the sky and kept pressing
1:08:32onward.
1:08:34We built a 6 million-pound rocket and
1:08:37launched it thousands of miles into
1:08:40space.
1:08:42We did it so that two brave patriots
1:08:44could stand tall and salute
1:08:46our wondrous American flag
1:08:49planted on the face of the moon.
1:08:52For America,
1:08:54nothing is impossible.
1:08:56Over the next 4 years,
1:08:59we will prove worthy of this magnificent
1:09:01legacy.
1:09:03We will reach stunning new heights,
1:09:06and we will show that the world
1:09:09For America, there is a dream,
1:09:12and it is not beyond your reach.
1:09:16Together, we are unstoppable.
1:09:19Together, we are unbeatable.
1:09:21Because together, we are the proud
