0:01Good morning, beloved. Before you
0:03scroll, before you speak, before this
0:06day pulls you in 10 different
0:07directions, stop right here for just a
0:10moment. In Lamentations chapter 3 verses
0:13[music] 22 and 23, God's word tells us
0:16that his compassions never fail, and
0:18they are new every morning.
0:21Whatever happened yesterday does not get
0:23the final say over today. So, take a
0:25breath, quiet your heart, and let's step
0:28into God's [music] presence together.
0:30Believing that this prayer will meet you
0:31exactly where you are this morning.
0:34Heavenly Father, I come to you this
0:36morning with a heart full of
0:38Thanksgiving. You are holy, you are
0:41faithful, and you are the same God today
0:43that you were yesterday and will be
0:45tomorrow. Hebrews chapter 13 verse 8
0:49>> [music]
0:49>> reminds us that Jesus Christ is the same
0:51yesterday, today, and forever. You do
0:54not shift, you do not change your mind
0:57about me, and you do not grow tired of
0:59hearing my voice.
1:01Before I ask you for a single thing, I
1:03simply want to thank you for life, for
1:06breath, and for another chance to know
1:08you a little deeper than I did the day
1:10before.
1:11You spoke the stars into place and set
1:14the boundaries of the ocean. You knit me
1:16together before I was ever born, and you
1:19knew [music] every day of my life before
1:21a single one of them came to be. There
1:23is no problem too complicated for your
1:25wisdom, no need too large for your
1:28provision, and no heart too broken for
1:30your healing. I don't come to you this
1:33morning because I have to. I come
1:35because you are worthy, and because
1:37being in your presence is the safest
1:39place [music] I know.
1:40Lord, this is the day that you have
1:43made. Psalm 118 verse [music] 24 tells
1:47us to rejoice and be glad in it, and so
1:49that is exactly [music] what I choose to
1:51do. I will not waste today complaining
1:54about what is missing when I can spend
1:56it grateful for what remains. Thank you
1:58for waking [music] me up. Thank you for
2:01keeping watch over my home while I
2:02slept, for holding back danger I never
2:05even saw coming, and for setting my feet
2:07[music] on solid ground once again this
2:09morning.
2:10Even the ordinary details of this day, a
2:13working body, a roof over my head,
2:16another sunrise, are proof of your
2:18kindness toward me. And I refuse to let
2:21them go unnoticed.
2:23Father, I recognize that nothing [music]
2:25about today is guaranteed except your
2:27faithfulness. So, I lay this day at your
2:30feet before it even fully begins. I
2:33surrender my plans, my worries, [music]
2:35my to-do list, and my expectations into
2:37your hands.
2:39Where my own strength runs out, let your
2:41grace step in. Where my understanding
2:44falls short,
2:45>> [music]
2:45>> let your wisdom take over. I don't want
2:47to walk through today relying only on
2:49what I can see. I want to walk it hand
2:52in hand with you, trusting that you
2:54already know every turn this day will
2:56take.
2:57Lord, I'm asking you for wisdom this
2:59morning because I cannot navigate
3:01[music] this life on my own
3:02understanding. James chapter 1 verse 5
3:06tells us that if we lack wisdom, we
3:08should ask you because you give
3:10generously to all without finding fault.
3:13So, Father, I'm asking. Give me clarity
3:16where I've been confused. Give me
3:18discernment [music] for every decision
3:20in front of me today. Whether it's
3:22something as small as how I respond to a
3:24difficult message or a significant as a
3:26choice that will shape my future. Let me
3:29not lean on my own limited
3:31understanding, [music]
3:32and let me not be too proud to ask for
3:34your help.
3:35Proverbs chapter 3 verses 5 and 6
3:38instructs us to trust in the Lord with
3:40all our heart, to lean not on our own
3:43understanding, and in all our ways to
3:45acknowledge him, and he will make our
3:47[music] path straight. Lord, that is my
3:50prayer today. I choose to trust you even
3:52in the places where I don't [music] have
3:54all the answers. Straighten out what
3:56feels crooked in my life. Order my steps
3:59so I walk [music] in your timing and not
4:01my own impatience, and give me the
4:03patience to wait on you when the answer
4:05doesn't come as [music] quickly as I'd
4:07like.
4:08Psalm 119
4:10verse 105 says that your word is a lamp
4:13for our feet and a light on our path.
4:16Father, let me not walk through today by
4:19guesswork.
4:20When I don't know which direction
4:21[music]
4:21to take, let your word illuminate the
4:24next step, even if it's only the next
4:26step and not the whole road. Give me a
4:29hunger for scripture that's greater than
4:31my hunger for distraction, and let your
4:33truth settle every question my heart
4:36brings to you today.
4:37Father, along with wisdom, I'm asking
4:40for your peace. Philippians chapter 4
4:43verses 6 and 7 tells us not [music] to
4:45be anxious about anything, but in every
4:48situation through prayer and petition to
4:51present our requests to you,
4:53>> [music]
4:53>> and that your peace, which transcends
4:55all understanding, will guard our hearts
4:58and minds in [music] Christ Jesus.
5:00Lord, I need that peace today. Guard my
5:03heart from worry before it even starts.
5:06When my thoughts start to spiral toward
5:08fear, interrupt them with [music] your
5:10presence. Let me carry today with a calm
5:12spirit, not a frantic one.
5:15Father, I also come to you asking for
5:17protection over my life and the lives of
5:20everyone I love.
5:21>> [music]
5:21>> Psalm 91 verse 11 promises that you will
5:24command your angels to guard us in all
5:27our ways. So Lord, I'm asking you to
5:30send your angels ahead of me today into
5:32my home, onto the road I travel, into
5:35every room I walk into, and [music] into
5:37every conversation I have.
5:40Guard my body from harm. Guard my mind
5:43from every attack of fear and anxiety.
5:46Guard my spirit from anything that would
5:48try to pull me away from you.
5:50Psalm 121
5:52verses 7 and 8 tells us that the Lord
5:54will keep us from all harm and will
5:57watch over our life both now and
5:59forevermore.
6:00Father, I hold on to that promise for
6:02myself, for my family, and for everyone
6:05praying alongside me right now. Watch
6:07over our [music] comings and our goings,
6:09whether we travel by road, by air, or
6:12simply walk out our front door.
6:15Protect us from accidents, from
6:16sickness, from evil intentions,
6:19>> [music]
6:19>> and from dangers we cannot even see. Let
6:22your covering rest over every home
6:24represented in this prayer, and let us
6:26return safely to those same homes
6:28tonight.
6:29Psalm 32 verse 8 records your promise
6:33[music] to instruct us and teach us in
6:35the way we should go, and to counsel
6:37[music] us with your eye upon us.
6:39Father, order every appointment on my
6:41calendar today according to your [music]
6:43plan, not mine. Let the conversations I
6:46wasn't expecting turn out to [music] be
6:48the ones I needed most.
6:50Bring the right people across my path,
6:52the ones who will encourage me, and the
6:54ones I [music] meant to encourage. And
6:57where a meeting or a moment isn't part
6:58of your plan for me, close that door
7:01gently before it can waste my time or
7:03lead me somewhere you never intended.
7:06Lord, I am asking you for your favor
7:08today, not because I have earned it, but
7:11because you are a good and generous
7:13father. Psalm 5 verse 12 says that you
7:17surround the righteous with favor as
7:19with a shield. So Father, be that shield
7:22around [music] me. Let your favor go
7:24ahead of me into rooms I haven't entered
7:27yet. Let it speak for me in situations
7:30where my own words or qualifications
7:32might fall short. Open doors that no
7:35person could open on their own, and let
7:37people be inclined to help me, encourage
7:39me, and bless me in ways I could never
7:42orchestrate myself.
7:44I think of how you gave Joseph [music]
7:45favor even in a foreign land, even in
7:48seasons that looked like setbacks and
7:50betrayal. What his brothers meant for
7:52harm, you turned into a position of
7:55influence he never could have planned
7:56for himself. Lord, do that again.
7:59Wherever I feel overlooked or forgotten,
8:01remind me that you see me and that your
8:03timing has never once been late. Let
8:06this season of my life become one where
8:08I look back and say, "Only God could
8:10have done that."
8:12Father, I bring my finances before you
8:14this morning because I know provision
8:16comes from you and not from my own
8:18effort alone. Deuteronomy chapter
8:21[music] 8:18 reminds us to remember the
8:24Lord our God, for it is he who gives us
8:26the ability to produce wealth.
8:29Lord, give me wisdom [music] with what
8:31you have already placed in my hands.
8:33Teach me to be a faithful steward, not a
8:35careless one. Bless the work of my hands
8:38and let it be fruitful. And let my labor
8:41today produce more than I expect.
8:44Philippians chapter 4:19
8:47promises that you will meet all our
8:48needs out of the riches of your glory in
8:50Christ Jesus. Father, I stand on that
8:53promise today. Break every chain of debt
8:56that has weighed me down.
8:58Release provision where there has been
9:00lack.
9:01Open up new opportunities for income,
9:03for growth, and for breakthrough I
9:05haven't even thought to ask for yet.
9:07Teach me to be generous even while I'm
9:09believing you for more because I know a
9:12[music] giving heart is a heart that
9:13trusts you completely. And when that
9:15breakthrough comes, let me hold it with
9:18open hands, generous enough to bless
9:20[music] others the way you have blessed
9:22me.
9:23Lord, I lift up my family to you this
9:25morning. Joshua chapter 24:15
9:29declares [music] that as for him and his
9:31household, they will serve the Lord. And
9:33Father, that is my declaration over my
9:36own home as well. Let every person under
9:38my roof know your presence and walk in
9:41your peace. Where there has been
9:43tension, bring healing. Where there has
9:45been distance, bring closeness. Where
9:48there has been silence that needed to be
9:50broken, give us the courage to speak
9:52with love
9:53>> [music]
9:53>> and to listen with patience.
9:55Psalm 127 verse 3 reminds us that
9:59children are a heritage from the Lord, a
10:02gift entrusted into our care.
10:04Father, watch over the children in my
10:06family and in the families of everyone
10:09praying with me. Protect them from
10:11harmful influences. Give parents wisdom
10:14to raise them well and give every child
10:16a heart that seeks after [music] you
10:18from a young age.
10:19Strengthen marriages that feel like
10:22they're growing tired. Restore closeness
10:24between spouses who have drifted apart.
10:27Draw prodigal sons and daughters back
10:29home, back to their families, [music]
10:31and back to you. Let my family and every
10:35family represented in this prayer be a
10:37place where your love is obvious [music]
10:39to anyone who walks through the door.
10:42Lord, I also lift up the friendships and
10:44the wider circle of people you've placed
10:46around my family. The ones who show up,
10:49the ones who pray for us even when we
10:51don't ask, and the ones who have become
10:53family even without shared blood. Bless
10:56them the way you've blessed us.
10:58And for anyone praying this who feels
11:00like they're doing life without that
11:02kind of support, Father, be their family
11:05today.
11:06Surround them with people who will walk
11:08alongside them and heal whatever
11:10loneliness has settled into their heart.
11:13Father, I also bring my health before
11:15you and the health of everyone listening
11:17to this prayer. Jeremiah chapter 30
11:20verse 17 says, "I will restore you to
11:23health and heal your wounds," declares
11:25the Lord.
11:26So, I speak that promise
11:28>> [music]
11:28>> over every weary body, every tired mind,
11:31and every aching heart right now. Touch
11:34the places in my body that need your
11:35healing [music] hand. Strengthen what
11:37has grown weak, restore what illness has
11:40tried to take, and give doctors and
11:42caregivers wisdom in every treatment and
11:44decision.
11:463 John chapter 1 verse 2 is a prayer
11:48[music] that we may enjoy good health
11:51even as our soul is getting along well.
11:53Lord, I ask for that kind of wholeness,
11:56not just physical healing, but health in
11:58my mind, in my emotions, [music]
12:00and in my spirit. Where anxiety has
12:03taken root, replace it with your peace.
12:06Where discouragement has tried to settle
12:08in, remind whoever is listening right
12:10now that you have not forgotten them,
12:13and that morning always comes after the
12:15night. For the one who feels like
12:17they've been praying without an answer
12:19for far too long, remind them that a
12:22delay is not the same thing as a no.
12:25Father, give me strength for whatever
12:27[music] this day holds. Isaiah chapter
12:3041 verse 10 tells us not to fear, for
12:33you are with us, not to be dismayed, for
12:36you are our God, and that you will
12:38strengthen us and help us. Lord, I
12:41receive [music] that strength this
12:42morning. When today gets heavy, remind
12:45me that I am not carrying it alone. When
12:48fear tries to creep [music] in, remind
12:50me that you have already gone ahead of
12:52me and already know exactly how this day
12:55ends.
12:56I hold onto the promise in Jeremiah
12:58chapter 29 verse 11 that you know the
13:01plans you have for me, plans to prosper
13:04me and not to harm me, plans to give me
13:06hope and a future. Father, even on the
13:09days when my own plans feel unclear, I
13:12trust that yours are good. Realign my
13:14steps with your purpose. Don't let me
13:17miss what you have prepared for me
13:19because I was too busy chasing something
13:21smaller. Reveal the [music] gifts you
13:23have placed inside me and give me the
13:25courage to actually use them instead of
13:28burying them out of fear or self-doubt.
13:31Lord, I declare by faith that no weapon
13:33formed against me will prosper.
13:36Isaiah chapter 54 verse 17 promises
13:39exactly that, and I hold on to it today
13:42over every attack, whether it targets my
13:44health, my finances, my family, or my
13:48peace of mind.
13:49First John chapter 4 verse 4 reminds
13:52[music] us that the one who is in us is
13:54greater than the one who is in the
13:56world. So, I will not shrink back from
13:58anything today out of fear. And Romans
14:01chapter 8 verse 31 reminds [music] us
14:04that if God is for us, who can stand
14:06against us? Father, that settles it for
14:09me this morning. If you are on my side,
14:12I do not need to fear what [music] today
14:13brings.
14:15Romans chapter 12 verse 2 urges us not
14:18to conform to the pattern of this world,
14:21but to be transformed by the renewing of
14:23our mind. Father, renew my thinking
14:26today.
14:27Where I've absorbed more fear than faith
14:29from the world around me, reset my
14:31perspective back to your promises. Help
14:34me measure my life by your word and not
14:36by comparison to anyone else's. Let my
14:39thoughts today be filled with what is
14:41true, [music] what is good, and what
14:43actually deserves my attention.
14:46Lord, I also want to lift up everyone
14:48praying these words with me right now,
14:50wherever they are in the world.
14:52Some are praying from a hospital bed.
14:55Some are praying in their car before
14:56work. Some are praying [music] with
14:58tears they haven't told anyone about.
15:00Some are starting a job search after
15:02months of rejection. Some are trying to
15:05hold a marriage together. Some are
15:06raising [music] children alone and
15:08wondering if they're doing enough.
15:10Father, meet each person exactly where
15:13they are. Comfort the ones who are
15:15grieving.
15:16>> [music]
15:16>> Strengthen the ones who feel like giving
15:18up. Provide for the ones who don't know
15:20how they'll make it through this month.
15:22Heal the ones who are sick. Restore hope
15:25to the ones who have almost stopped
15:26believing that you hear them. Strengthen
15:29the ones serving others today with
15:31little [music] rest of their own, the
15:33caregivers, the single parents, the ones
15:35holding entire households together. And
15:38for anyone who has been faithfully
15:40praying for a breakthrough that still
15:41hasn't come, remind them that you are
15:44not slow, you are not silent, and you
15:46have not forgotten a single request
15:48they've brought to you.
15:50Father, as this day unfolds, keep my
15:53heart soft toward you. Don't let success
15:56make me proud, and don't let hardship
15:58make me bitter. Teach me to walk in
16:00humility, to forgive quickly, and to
16:03love the people around me the way you
16:05have loved me. Let my words build people
16:08up instead of tearing them down.
16:10>> [music]
16:10>> Let my life reflect you so clearly that
16:13people notice something different about
16:14the way I carry myself, even on hard
16:17days. And let that difference point them
16:19back to you rather than to me.
16:22Father, I pray not only for today, but
16:25for the years ahead. Let whatever I
16:27build [music] today in my family, my
16:30work, and my faith outlast me in a good
16:32way.
16:33Let my children and my children's
16:35children inherit more faith than fear
16:38because of the choices I make right now.
16:41Break generational patterns of struggle
16:43that have followed my family for too
16:45long, and let this generation [music] be
16:47the one that turns things around. Not
16:49because we're stronger than the ones
16:51before us, but because your grace is
16:53sufficient for every generation. [music]
16:56Lord, I choose to trust you with
16:57everything I cannot control. My future
17:00is safer in your hands than it ever
17:02could be in mine.

17:03>> So today, I walk forward in faith, not
17:07because I have all the answers, but
17:09because I know the one who does. Thank
17:11you for hearing this prayer. Thank you
17:13for already working behind the scenes on
17:15my behalf, even in the moments I cannot
17:18see it, arranging what I need before I
17:20even know to ask for it.
17:22May your favor rest on us from morning
17:25until night.
17:26May your wisdom guide [music] every
17:27decision, your protection cover every
17:30step, your provision meet every need,
17:33and your peace guard every heart. May
17:35our families [music] be strengthened,
17:37our bodies restored, and our faith made
17:39stronger than it was yesterday. Whatever
17:42this [music] day brings, let it draw us
17:44closer to you rather than further away.
17:47And whatever we face that we don't yet
17:49have words for, hear the prayer behind
