5. 0:19energy to hybrid or full electrical furnace.The flexible and scalable DES power skid allow
6. 0:26our customer to decrease their OpEx and their CapEx up to ultimately
7. 0:30lower their green house gas emission.
8. 0:34You can save CapEx easily positioning the DES power skid as close as possible to the
9. 0:40melting furnace and consequently converting costly electrical busbar to
10. 0:45much more simple electrical cable.
11. 0:48Using the DES power skid you can easily reduce your OpEx by minimising your maintenance cost
12. 0:55and eliminating the use of oil, which is by the way much more safer too.
13. 1:00The beauty of the DES power is to offer you a much more flexible solution than the old
14. 1:06conventional power boosting solution too. In use you can segregate the control of the electrode
15. 1:12by couple instead of 10-11 groups.
16. 1:15Then ultimately you may apply a much more spread and targeted energy to your melted glass.
