  1. 0:00In the last 6 months, my online
  2. 0:02software has generated over 100 million
  3. 0:04CFA francs. And to understand how this
  4. 0:07is possible, we have to go back 40
  5. 0:09years. In fact, 40 years ago, the
  6. 0:11richest man in the world was selling
  7. 0:13oil. He was selling barrels, pipelines,
  8. 0:15things that we can touch, physical
  9. 0:16things. Today, the richest man in the
  10. 0:19world is selling software. And you, in
  11. 0:22the meantime, are using this model
  12. 0:23every day. You even finance it with
  13. 0:25your own money each month, but without
  14. 0:27knowing it. And in this video, I'm
  15. 0:30going to show you how wealth has
  16. 0:32changed sides and why it's the biggest
  17. 0:34opportunity of our generation here in
  18. 0:36Africa and how you can go from being
  19. 0:39the one who pays to the one who
  20. 0:40collects. So stay until the end of this
  21. 0:43video because I think it's going to be
  22. 0:45very interesting and you're going to
  23. 0:47discover a new business model that can
  24. 0:49literally make you financially free. Hi
  25. 0:52, it's Amadou, and if you don't know me
  26. 0:54yet, I'm an entrepreneur based in Dakar
  27. 0:55. I've been building online software
  28. 0:57for years. I'm a content creator,
  29. 0:59trainer, and author. So here's my book
  30. 1:0150 Days to Succeed in Africa, in which
  31. 1:03I talk about business ideas that you
  32. 1:05can launch here in Africa, no matter
  33. 1:07your budget. And in this channel, I
  34. 1:09show you how business really works. I
  35. 1:11tell you what I know. I share my
  36. 1:13experiences without the financial
  37. 1:15details. So I'm basically sharing my
  38. 1:17experience in the business world. And
  39. 1:19today, we're going to get into
  40. 1:21something big. I'm not talking about a
  41. 1:23tip or a trendy side hustle. I'm
  42. 1:26talking about a historic shift, the
  43. 1:28kind of thing that you understand once
  44. 1:30and then you'll never be able to see
  45. 1:32the economy or online business the same
  46. 1:34way again. So let's get started. A
  47. 1:37little test to start. Have you ever
  48. 1:39used Netflix, WhatsApp, or Wave today?
  49. 1:43Okay. So be honest. The answer is
  50. 1:45probably yes, probably one of the three
  51. 1:48, or probably all three. And if it's
  52. 1:51yes, you've just used what's called an
  53. 1:53SAS. So an SAS is simply an online
  54. 1:55software that you pay for on a
  55. 1:57subscription basis or that you pay per
  56. 2:00use. You've been a customer for years
  57. 2:02without ever having said a word about
  58. 2:04it, but it's something that you've been
  59. 2:06using for years. And here's what
  60. 2:08strikes me every time I think about it:
  61. 2:10there are millions of us paying for
  62. 2:12these services every month. Millions of
  63. 2:15customers. But on the other side, those
  64. 2:17who collect are just a handful, and
  65. 2:20almost none are from here. And this
  66. 2:23video is the user guide for changing
  67. 2:25sides, from the one that consumes to
  68. 2:28the one that produces. So, in this
  69. 2:31video, here is what we are going to see
  70. 2:32. Here's the program. So first, how has
  71. 2:35global wealth shifted? Because if you
  72. 2:38miss this move, you'll continue to play
  73. 2:40by the rules of a game that no longer
  74. 2:42exists. Next, let's see what an airlock
  75. 2:45is, okay? Without jargon, something
  76. 2:48very simple, down to earth. Third,
  77. 2:50let's see why this business beats all
  78. 2:52the others. In any case, most of the
  79. 2:54businesses that I know, the store, the
  80. 2:56freelance, the physical product, we
  81. 2:58compare everything. Honestly, I'm going
  82. 3:00to show you why the airlock business is
  83. 3:02truly one of the best businesses that I
  84. 3:04know. Fourth, we're going to look at
  85. 3:06the three objections, the three excuses
  86. 3:08that you already have in mind and why
  87. 3:10they no longer hold up today,
  88. 3:11especially in the era of artificial
  89. 3:13intelligence. Fifth, I'm going to
  90. 3:16explain to you why this is now the game
  91. 3:18here in Africa and even if you're in
  92. 3:21Africa. Okay? Sixth, we're going to see
  93. 3:24what software you can actually build
  94. 3:26with examples and real people who have
  95. 3:28done it. Developer or not, this video
  96. 3:30is for you and you'll understand why.
  97. 3:33Okay? So now, a few words about why you
  98. 3:36should listen to me and then we won't
  99. 3:38talk about me anymore, okay? Personally
  100. 3:40, I'm Amadou, as I said earlier, a
  101. 3:42business content creator. More than
  102. 3:44140,000 subscribers currently follow me
  103. 3:47on YouTube, but above all, I build, I
  104. 3:49created farata.net, net a halal Muslim
  105. 3:52dating platform for marriage with more
  106. 3:54than 200,000 users. I launched WhatsApp
  107. 3:56IA, a system that allows you to create
  108. 3:59AI assistants for WhatsApp with more
  109. 4:01than 70,000 users. We launched Easy
  110. 4:03Melo, a platform for creating music
  111. 4:05with artificial intelligence that has
  112. 4:07just exceeded 100,000 users. And
  113. 4:09besides that, I also created and sold
  114. 4:10other products. I created cagnotte.sn,
  115. 4:13SN, easy.store, easy.club that I built,
  116. 4:17developed and resold. So if I talk to
  117. 4:20you about SAS or business, I think I
  118. 4:22know what I'm talking about. Okay, so
  119. 4:24now the 100 million that I told you
  120. 4:25about at the beginning of the video,
  121. 4:27here it is with a little more detail.
  122. 4:28So there is more than 100 million CFA
  123. 4:30francs generated in cumulative revenue
  124. 4:32with my SAS products just in the last 6
  125. 4:34months. Okay? And today, that's it. Its
  126. 4:37business generates between 6 and 12
  127. 4:39million, between 7 and 12 million, uh,
  128. 4:42CFA francs each month. And that's all
  129. 4:44of them combined. Okay? So all the SASs
  130. 4:47, uh, combined. Now, there are also
  131. 4:49SASs that I created and I sold, so I
  132. 4:51sold several SASs worth several million
  133. 4:53CFA francs. Now, I'll give you these
  134. 4:55figures. Why? There's only one reason.
  135. 4:58The Internet today is full of people
  136. 5:00selling methods that they've never
  137. 5:01applied. Everything I'm going to show
  138. 5:03you, I live it, I do it. I help people
  139. 5:05do it. I've helped dozens of people do
  140. 5:07it. I coach people. I have a free
  141. 5:09training course of over 7 hours on my
  142. 5:11YouTube channel that has accumulated
  143. 5:13over 100,000 views in less than a month
  144. 5:15. The products exist, the evidence
  145. 5:16exists. You can go and type them into
  146. 5:18Google and you'll see what I'm telling
  147. 5:20you. This is really what I experience
  148. 5:22and what I'm able to achieve. Now
  149. 5:24that's over, let's get to the heart of
  150. 5:26the matter. So part 1, how has wealth
  151. 5:29changed, okay? And why did the kings of
  152. 5:33yesterday sell things and the kings of
  153. 5:35today sell software? Throughout the
  154. 5:3820th century, okay, the richest men in
  155. 5:40the world had one thing in common. They
  156. 5:43sold physical goods. We have
  157. 5:44Rockefeller who sold oil. We have the
  158. 5:47Walton family who owned the Walmart
  159. 5:49chain, okay? So supermarket chains,
  160. 5:52stores. We have Coca-Cola, which sold
  161. 5:54billions of bottles. We have Total,
  162. 5:56which sells fuel, and this model had a
  163. 5:59rule that no one could circumvent. To
  164. 6:02earn more, you have to produce more. So
  165. 6:04every franc of growth costs money. More
  166. 6:07factories, more trucks, more employees,
  167. 6:10more stock. Wealth was heavy and
  168. 6:13weighed tons, literally tons. Now, look
  169. 6:16at what dominates the world today.
  170. 6:18Today, the most highly valued companies
  171. 6:20in the world. We're talking about
  172. 6:22Microsoft, we're talking about Apple,
  173. 6:23Google, Meta, that is to say Facebook,
  174. 6:25Instagram, WhatsApp, Nvidia and so on.
  175. 6:28Do you see what they have in common?
  176. 6:29None of these companies sell something
  177. 6:32that you hold in your hand as their
  178. 6:34main product because even Apple derives
  179. 6:37a huge portion of its value from
  180. 6:39services and operating software that is
  181. 6:41used through, for example, iPhones,
  182. 6:44iMacs, the App Store and so on. So the
  183. 6:47biggest companies in the history of
  184. 6:49humanity are software companies. That's
  185. 6:52not my opinion, that's been the stock
  186. 6:55market for the past 15 years. That's
  187. 6:57the reality. And if you still have any
  188. 6:59doubts, here's the world's top
  189. 7:01valuation. Today, we have Apple,
  190. 7:04Microsoft, Nvidia, Alphabet, which is
  191. 7:07Google, Amazon, Meta, six companies all
  192. 7:10built on software. 40 years ago, that
  193. 7:14same list included oil, banks, and
  194. 7:16automobiles. So the world has changed,
  195. 7:18and the question that should keep you
  196. 7:20up at night is, has your way of
  197. 7:22thinking about business changed with it
  198. 7:24? Because in truth, most people around
  199. 7:27us still think according to the rules
  200. 7:29of the old world. Open a store, buy
  201. 7:32stock, and resell. That's not bad.
  202. 7:35That's profitable. It wastes money, but
  203. 7:37that's not where wealth is really
  204. 7:39created anymore. So why does software
  205. 7:42always win? There's one principle
  206. 7:44behind it, and one principle only. If
  207. 7:46you only remember one thing from this
  208. 7:48video, if you have to remember just one
  209. 7:51thing, remember this. Physical things
  210. 7:54have limits. A factory has a maximum
  211. 7:56capacity. A store has a maximum surface
  212. 7:58area. If you want to sell twice as many
  213. 8:00bottles, you have to produce twice as
  214. 8:02many bottles and it costs almost twice
  215. 8:04as much. Software has no physical
  216. 8:07limits. You build it once, just once,
  217. 8:09and then serving it to one customer or
  218. 8:12a million customers costs almost the
  219. 8:15same in a virtual way. Okay? All that
  220. 8:17changes is the size of the servers.
  221. 8:20Take a second to appreciate that. For
  222. 8:21example, a business where it costs
  223. 8:23nothing to grow, where each new
  224. 8:25customer is almost pure profit. That's
  225. 8:28the secret of modern wealth. It's
  226. 8:31neither luck nor an address book, it's
  227. 8:33the structure of the business that
  228. 8:35makes it possible. And this category of
  229. 8:37business has a name, it's called SAS.
  230. 8:41So what exactly is SAS? Okay? SAS has
  231. 8:46four letters. So S, A, A S. It means
  232. 8:50software as a service. In French,
  233. 8:53software that you use as a subscription
  234. 8:56service or that you pay for as you use
  235. 8:58it. The way it works is based on two
  236. 9:01sentences. You pay each month or you
  237. 9:03pay to use software, you access the
  238. 9:05service. You stop paying, you lose
  239. 9:07access to the service, that's it. No
  240. 9:10product to deliver, no stock, no
  241. 9:12premises to open at 7 a.m. It's just an
  242. 9:14online service, a subscription, an
  243. 9:16access, and I understand that the word
  244. 9:18is scary because it's in English and it
  245. 9:20sounds technical. But honestly, the
  246. 9:23concept is simpler than managing a
  247. 9:25neighborhood store. And the proof is
  248. 9:28simple, you already use it every day.
  249. 9:32Netflix, you probably pay for it each
  250. 9:33month, you watch it, it's a gateway.
  251. 9:35Spotify, you pay, you listen, it's a
  252. 9:37gateway. Canva, your flyers, you're
  253. 9:39visual, it's a gateway. Wave, your
  254. 9:41money, your transfers, you pay for each
  255. 9:43transaction, it's a gateway. You
  256. 9:45already pay each month for software and
  257. 9:48several software programs. You're a
  258. 9:50model customer in this industry. The
  259. 9:52only real question is when do you move
  260. 9:54to the other side of the contract? When
  261. 9:56will you stop being just a simple
  262. 9:58consumer and start becoming a producer
  263. 10:00instead? So, let's look at the other
  264. 10:03side, precisely how a SAS makes money.
  265. 10:06So, one, you land a customer, so with
  266. 10:09content, advertising, word of mouth,
  267. 10:12etc. The customer subscribes, they pay
  268. 10:16because your service simply solves a
  269. 10:19problem. They pay automatically each
  270. 10:23month, so you never have to remind or
  271. 10:25renegotiate. It is innate; what matters
  272. 10:28most is that he stays, and while he
  273. 10:30stays, he pays. And we call that
  274. 10:33retention. So the real secret of an SAS
  275. 10:35is not customer interest. That's the
  276. 10:37easy part. The real secret is keeping
  277. 10:39the customer. For a customer staying
  278. 10:41two years, that is 24 months of revenue
  279. 10:44per sales effort. You sell once, you
  280. 10:47collect 24 times. And find me another
  281. 10:49business that does that. I'll wait for
  282. 10:51you in the comments. Now, let's do the
  283. 10:54math because words are good but numbers
  284. 10:56are better. Okay? Let's take the
  285. 10:58example of 1,000 customers. Not 1
  286. 11:00million customers, just 1,000 people on
  287. 11:03a continent with 400 million
  288. 11:05inhabitants. Each of these 1,000 people
  289. 11:08pays 5,000 francs per month. 5,000
  290. 11:09francs is a meal, a meal at a
  291. 11:11restaurant, it's less than an internet
  292. 11:13connection package. Okay? You do 1000 x
  293. 11:165000, that's 5 million CFA francs per
  294. 11:20month. And the following month another
  295. 11:235 million CFA francs. Without starting
  296. 11:26from scratch or prospecting again, the
  297. 11:28counter does not reset on the first of
  298. 11:30the month. It simply continues to run.
  299. 11:33So build once, collect every month,
  300. 11:36write this sentence down somewhere. You
  301. 11:39build once and collect every month.
  302. 11:42That's the secret of the SAS. Now, to
  303. 11:45be complete, you need to know that
  304. 11:47there are three main families of SAS.
  305. 11:50To start, we have B2C. So for B2C, you
  306. 11:53sell to the general public, Netflix,
  307. 11:55Spotify, Wave, in fact anyone can use
  308. 11:58it. Then, we have B2B. So you sell to
  309. 12:02companies, so it's business to business
  310. 12:04. We have Sales Force, Slack, the tools
  311. 12:06that bosses use, that companies use
  312. 12:09internally, and so on. And finally, we
  313. 12:11have the vertical niche. So niche
  314. 12:13software, you sell to a specific
  315. 12:15profession. For example, software just
  316. 12:18for hairdressers, software just for
  317. 12:20pharmacists, etc. Now, which of these
  318. 12:22three types of software is the best? In
  319. 12:25fact, all three work. All three work
  320. 12:27here in Africa. I'll prove it to you
  321. 12:29right away with my own products because
  322. 12:31there are always some who say, "Yeah,
  323. 12:33it's an American thing, no one will pay
  324. 12:35for software." So look at farata.net, a
  325. 12:38halal Muslim dating site for marriage,
  326. 12:41it's pure bit, okay? So it's business
  327. 12:44consumer. We have more than 200,000
  328. 12:46users and people from here who pay with
  329. 12:49Wave, Orange Money, credit cards, etc.
  330. 12:52Then, we have WhatsApp AI, an AI
  331. 12:54assistant for WhatsApp for WhatsApp
  332. 12:56sold to entrepreneurs or businesses.
  333. 12:59It's B2B, 70,000 users. And finally, we
  334. 13:02have Easy Melo, creating music with Lia
  335. 13:05. Still B2C, currently more than
  336. 13:08100,000 users. So I have two B2C, one
  337. 13:11B2B, three product families and all
  338. 13:13three work. I built them here for
  339. 13:15people here with payments from here and
  340. 13:17it generates tens of millions. So it's
  341. 13:20not Silicon Valley, it's here. The
  342. 13:22question is no longer whether it's
  343. 13:23possible. The question is who's going
  344. 13:25to take the available places. Okay? So
  345. 13:28now we're going to move on to the next
  346. 13:31slide and we're going to see why SAS
  347. 13:34beats all other businesses. So there
  348. 13:36are basically four types of business,
  349. 13:38and you surely know them. We'll start
  350. 13:40with the retail business, the bodeque
  351. 13:42and so on. So you buy, you resell, you
  352. 13:45have a low margin, generally 15 to 20%,
  353. 13:48maybe even up to 30%. You don't have
  354. 13:50any leverage to sell more. You have to
  355. 13:52buy more stock and the day you want to
  356. 13:54stop selling a store, good luck my
  357. 13:56friend, you usually sell the stock at a
  358. 13:58loss and return the keys. Then, we have
  359. 14:01the freelance service business. There,
  360. 14:03you sell your time, so you have a
  361. 14:05decent margin but your time is limited.
  362. 14:0624 hours a day, not one more. Everyone
  363. 14:09has 24 hours, so you mathematically
  364. 14:10reach a ceiling. A business that relies
  365. 14:12on your time cannot be resold because
  366. 14:14without you, the business does not
  367. 14:16exist. So everything that is based on
  368. 14:18business, physical products, we have
  369. 14:20the stock that you have to have, we
  370. 14:22have the logistics that you have to
  371. 14:24manage, we have the start-up capital
  372. 14:25which is generally high and we have a
  373. 14:27generally low margin. And then we have
  374. 14:30the SAS. So with the SAS, we have a
  375. 14:32margin of 80 to 90%because there are
  376. 14:34almost no production costs. We have
  377. 14:36infinite leverage; it's a reusable
  378. 14:38asset, and I will come back to that in
  379. 14:40two minutes. So only one of these four
  380. 14:43businesses is designed in its very
  381. 14:45structure to grow its limit. Just one.
  382. 14:48Okay? And the technical word for that
  383. 14:52is scalability. Remember this word, for
  384. 14:55it is worth its gold. Scalability.
  385. 14:58Serving 10 or 10,000 customers costs
  386. 15:00almost the same when you have a SAS
  387. 15:03business. Imagine a store that gains
  388. 15:06100 new customers all at once. That's
  389. 15:08good news. Yes, but that means even
  390. 15:10more stock. Maybe an additional
  391. 15:11salesperson, maybe a larger location.
  392. 15:14Growth is expensive, growth is tiring.
  393. 15:17And the same event for an SAS, for
  394. 15:19example, is 100 new customers, 1,000
  395. 15:21new customers who sign up. Well,
  396. 15:23nothing happens because the product
  397. 15:24already exists. You sleep and the
  398. 15:26registrations come in. You sleep and
  399. 15:28you make money. That's what it is.
  400. 15:30Growing without the growth costing you
  401. 15:32anything. This is exactly the mechanism
  402. 15:35that created the fortunes we saw at the
  403. 15:37beginning. Okay? Now, the second
  404. 15:40advantage of this is recurring income.
  405. 15:43In a traditional business, you sell,
  406. 15:45you collect once, and the next month,
  407. 15:47you start over from zero. Every first
  408. 15:49of the month, the counter resets to
  409. 15:51zero and the race starts over. With a
  410. 15:53SaaS, you sell once and the client pays
  411. 15:56monthly. Your income doesn't start over
  412. 15:58from zero, it accumulates. In month 2,
  413. 16:01you have month 1's clients plus new
  414. 16:03ones. In month 12, you have a base that
  415. 16:05pays while you sleep. So recurring
  416. 16:08income is what transforms income into
  417. 16:11wealth. Income is earned, wealth is
  418. 16:14built. It's not the same life. And the
  419. 16:16third advantage, the one that no one
  420. 16:19talks about, is resale. A cash register
  421. 16:22that operates with subscribers who pay
  422. 16:23each month is an asset. It's like a
  423. 16:25building that generates rent. I call it
  424. 16:28digital real estate. An asset is
  425. 16:30generally sold for the equivalent of
  426. 16:32several years 'income from a single
  427. 16:34cost in a single transaction. And here,
  428. 16:36I'm not talking about an American book,
  429. 16:38I've done it three times myself. I sold
  430. 16:40cagot.sl, I sold easy.store, I sold
  431. 16:43easy.club. And I'm telling you, I
  432. 16:45remember the day I signed the
  433. 16:47Easyistore session: one signature, just
  434. 16:50one, and I collected what the product
  435. 16:52would take me years to earn; years of
  436. 16:55work transformed into capital in one go
  437. 16:57. And that capital was able to finance
  438. 17:00my next projects. So try selling a shop
  439. 17:02, try selling your freelance business,
  440. 17:04you'll see it doesn't work or it works
  441. 17:07very badly. Whereas if it's a lock,
  442. 17:09it's very possible. You're not building
  443. 17:11a job, you're building something that
  444. 17:12has value outside of yourself. And
  445. 17:14that's the difference between working
  446. 17:17and building. Okay? Okay. So now at
  447. 17:19this point in the video, I know exactly
  448. 17:22what's going on in your head. There are
  449. 17:24three sentences going around. I get
  450. 17:26them every day in comments and DMs. So,
  451. 17:28we're going to take them one by one and
  452. 17:31destroy them one by one. The first
  453. 17:33thing is objection number 1. Well,
  454. 17:35listen Amadou, I don't know. In 2018,
  455. 17:38this objection was acceptable and even
  456. 17:41in 2024-25, it was acceptable. You had
  457. 17:45to learn to program for years or pay a
  458. 17:48team millions. But in 2026, this
  459. 17:50objection no longer holds, my friend.
  460. 17:53Today, artificial intelligence writes
  461. 17:55the code. You simply describe what you
  462. 17:57want, what you want to build in French
  463. 17:59with your words and the machine builds
  464. 18:01it. It's called vibe coding and it's
  465. 18:04changing who has the right to create
  466. 18:06software. And I'm not talking about
  467. 18:08stuff seen in an American video. I
  468. 18:10built my own SASs all by myself using
  469. 18:12these tools from Dakar. What used to
  470. 18:14take a team and 6 months of work in
  471. 18:172018 now takes me just a few weeks. So
  472. 18:20the technical barrier has been broken.
  473. 18:22The only thing that's still standing is
  474. 18:24the idea you have of yourself. Okay?
  475. 18:27Secondly, you're probably thinking, "
  476. 18:29But I don't have the money, you'd need
  477. 18:31millions to launch something like this.
  478. 18:33" No, the answer is no, and I'll give
  479. 18:35you the exact figure. Less than 30,000
  480. 18:38CFA francs per month for all the tools,
  481. 18:40hosting, database, tools, everything.
  482. 18:4330,000 francs per month is about € 50
  483. 18:46. Okay? That's less than a Canal Plus
  484. 18:48subscription with options. That's what
  485. 18:50some people spend on mobile data. And
  486. 18:53at the very beginning, when you launch
  487. 18:54your first SAS, the free versions are
  488. 18:56more than enough. Okay? Your first
  489. 18:58prototype can cost you 0 francs. It is
  490. 19:01exactly when you start to get traffic
  491. 19:03and many users that you begin to pay
  492. 19:05for it. Okay? So the financial barrier
  493. 19:08has also fallen. There's no more entry
  494. 19:11ticket. There's just a choice to get in
  495. 19:14or stay outside watching others do it
  496. 19:17for you. Objection number 3: you tell
  497. 19:19yourself it is too much, it is too late
  498. 19:22, the market is saturated. And that's
  499. 19:24my favorite, okay? The exact opposite
  500. 19:27of the truth. And I'll prove it to you
  501. 19:29with a very simple question. How many
  502. 19:31serious SRIs do you know for
  503. 19:33hairdressers and beauty salons? Look
  504. 19:35carefully, you'll see. Maybe zero,
  505. 19:37maybe one. How many SRIs do you know
  506. 19:39for pharmacies? Zero. For private
  507. 19:42schools, zero. For craftsmen, tailors,
  508. 19:44carpenters, zero. Real estate agencies
  509. 19:47in the neighborhood? Zero. Every zero I
  510. 19:50just told you is an entire market
  511. 19:52waiting. It's a blue ocean. It's tens
  512. 19:54of thousands of professionals with real
  513. 19:56management problems and no one to sell
  514. 19:58them. An adapted solution. So the
  515. 20:00market is not saturated, it's empty.
  516. 20:03You're not late to the party. You
  517. 20:05arrive before the party starts and the
  518. 20:07best places are taken now. Okay? Not in
  519. 20:102 years, not in 3 years now. So why now
  520. 20:13exactly? Why 2026 and not 2020? Why
  521. 20:172026 and not 2025, not 2030? Because
  522. 20:21for the first time everything is
  523. 20:23aligned. So look closely, we have the
  524. 20:25first force, we have AI, we've just
  525. 20:27seen it, the technical barrier has
  526. 20:29fallen. What used to cost millions now
  527. 20:31costs thousands. What used to take
  528. 20:33months now takes weeks. Okay? Next, the
  529. 20:36second force, and this one is from us.
  530. 20:39We have the mobile money revolution
  531. 20:41because let's be honest, the real
  532. 20:43problem with Africa's blockage has
  533. 20:45never been the technique. It was like,
  534. 20:47how do I collect money? For years, you
  535. 20:50could have the best idea in the world
  536. 20:52if your customers couldn't pay you
  537. 20:54online by credit card. You didn't have
  538. 20:56a business. Only a minority had credit
  539. 20:58cards. PayPal wasn't even properly
  540. 21:01available in most African countries.
  541. 21:03But today, look at what's happening. We
  542. 21:04have Wave, Orange Money, Free Money,
  543. 21:07MTN Money and even Visa, Mastercard,
  544. 21:09Mastercard via local aggregators, and
  545. 21:11we also have payment aggregators. So
  546. 21:14you can collect all of this directly
  547. 21:16from your SAS. The customer pays with
  548. 21:17the Wave account they already have in
  549. 21:19their pocket and the money goes
  550. 21:21straight to you. This infrastructure
  551. 21:23didn't exist 10 years ago and we're
  552. 21:25experiencing a historic event without
  553. 21:27us realizing it. And I always say, this
  554. 21:30is an opportunity to seize right now.
  555. 21:32Let's talk about the third force. Your
  556. 21:34customers are finally online. The
  557. 21:37Internet has about 60%penetration in
  558. 21:40Côte d'Ivoire, more in Côte d'Ivoire
  559. 21:42and more than 80%in large cities.
  560. 21:45Smartphones are in almost every pocket
  561. 21:47in urban areas. Every young person
  562. 21:49today has a smartphone. So, in concrete
  563. 21:51terms, each of your future customers
  564. 21:53has a computer connected to them. 24/7,
  565. 21:55the market that everyone was waiting
  566. 21:58for has arrived. It's in taxis, it's in
  567. 22:01offices, it's in shops, it's the mobile
  568. 22:03phone and that's your strength. And if
  569. 22:06you want to know what happens when
  570. 22:08these forces align, history has already
  571. 22:10given you the answer. Let's go back to
  572. 22:122012-23. E-commerce is launching in
  573. 22:14Africa. We have Jumia, we have Conga.
  574. 22:17At the time, what was everyone hearing?
  575. 22:19No one would ever pay online in Africa.
  576. 22:22People want to touch before they buy.
  577. 22:25And I was there, I remember the debates
  578. 22:27. Okay. Those who ignored these
  579. 22:29sentences and jumped in early are now
  580. 22:31worth billions of CFA francs. Those who
  581. 22:34waited to be reassured arrived in
  582. 22:362018-29 and they are still fighting.
  583. 22:39They are still fighting for the best.
  584. 22:41In 2026, we hear exactly the same
  585. 22:42sentences about the airlocks. Word for
  586. 22:45word, no one will pay for software here
  587. 22:47. And history does not repeat itself,
  588. 22:49but it rhymes. The window that opens is
  589. 22:52the same as the one in 2012 and it will
  590. 22:54not stay open for long. And while you
  591. 22:57ponder, look at what is happening. You
  592. 22:59pay for Netflix, you pay for Spotify,
  593. 23:01you pay for Canva, you already finance
  594. 23:04this model every month with your own
  595. 23:06money and you are just on the wrong
  596. 23:08side of the subscription. Okay? Let's
  597. 23:10recap fraudulently. There are no more
  598. 23:12technical barriers, AI does the coding.
  599. 23:14No more payment barriers, mobile money
  600. 23:16takes care of collecting. There are no
  601. 23:18more market barriers. Your customers
  602. 23:19are online and there are no more cost
  603. 23:21barriers. 30,000 francs per month is
  604. 23:24enough to launch a business and for the
  605. 23:26first time you no longer have any
  606. 23:29excuses. I say this kindly, but I'm
  607. 23:31telling you anyway. Whether you're a
  608. 23:34developer or not, in Dakar, Abidjan,
  609. 23:36Douala, Bamako, no matter where you are
  610. 23:39, yesterday's excuses were real, but
  611. 23:41today's are just stories we tell
  612. 23:43ourselves to stay in our mediocrity.
  613. 23:46Okay? Enough of why, let's move to what
  614. 23:49? What can we actually build? Here are
  615. 23:54eight jobs waiting for you. We have
  616. 23:57hairdressers, beauty salons, pharmacies
  617. 24:00, private schools, okay? restaurants,
  618. 24:03real estate, craftsmen and construction
  619. 24:05, transporters, clinics. The common
  620. 24:08point is zero seriousness for each of
  621. 24:10our markets and professionals who
  622. 24:12manage everything on notebooks and
  623. 24:14WhatsApp and who lose money every week.
  624. 24:16So the common point is zero seriousness
  625. 24:19for each of these sectors and we have
  626. 24:21professionals today who because of this
  627. 24:24manage their entire business on
  628. 24:26notebooks and WhatsApp and who lose
  629. 24:28money every week because of it. And
  630. 24:30here is my most important piece of
  631. 24:32advice. Choose a job that you already
  632. 24:33know. If your tent manages a school,
  633. 24:35you know the problems schools have. If
  634. 24:37you worked in a pharmacy, you know what
  635. 24:39makes them suffer. Your knowledge of
  636. 24:41the field is truly your unfair
  637. 24:42advantage and you have to exploit it to
  638. 24:44the full. And if you do the math with
  639. 24:46me on just one example, for example in
  640. 24:48Dakar, there are hundreds of hair
  641. 24:50salons and beauty salons. Let's take
  642. 24:53300 for example. A software that
  643. 24:55manages their appointments with their
  644. 24:56clients at 10,000 francs per month. You
  645. 24:58do 300 x 10,000, that's 3 million CFA
  646. 25:01francs per month with just one city,
  647. 25:03one business, and zero serious
  648. 25:05competitors. Today, find the biggest
  649. 25:08problem in the business. Solve it and
  650. 25:11charge a subscription. It's as simple
  651. 25:13as that. And if you wish to dream
  652. 25:16bigger, here are the continent's hidden
  653. 25:18treasures. More than 80%of the African
  654. 25:22economy is informal. We have millions
  655. 25:24of businesses, artisans, and service
  656. 25:26providers operating today with no
  657. 25:28software, no tracking, and nothing. And
  658. 25:30each of them has the same needs:
  659. 25:32managing sales, monitoring customers,
  660. 25:34managing inventory, and cashing
  661. 25:36properly. Okay? So digitizing the
  662. 25:38African informal economy is not just a
  663. 25:41business opportunity, it's the
  664. 25:43opportunity of a generation, and
  665. 25:45there's room for everyone and there
  666. 25:47will be more. The market is far from
  667. 25:50saturated. Okay? Wait, last step
  668. 25:53because I know what's still missing.
  669. 25:55You might be thinking, okay, he's
  670. 25:57coming, but he's him. Okay, am I going
  671. 25:59to make it? So let me introduce you to
  672. 26:02the three people I told you about at
  673. 26:04the beginning. Okay? So we have
  674. 26:06Gamaliel, a content creator who started
  675. 26:08from zero, unable to code. He launched
  676. 26:11revision today. And he had more than
  677. 26:149,000 users in less than a month, okay,
  678. 26:16on his platform. So you can go type
  679. 26:19revision. But that's without the s.
  680. 26:21Okay? You do revision, you don't put
  681. 26:23the s. And you'll see, uh, quite simply
  682. 26:27without that. We have Boubakar CC,
  683. 26:29better known as Wall of Tuto. He
  684. 26:31launched One SMS and on social networks
  685. 26:33. Okay? Uh, generally, some of you
  686. 26:36watching this video have probably used
  687. 26:38One SMS, which allows you to buy
  688. 26:40numbers for those who want to validate
  689. 26:43Google accounts and allows you to buy
  690. 26:45international numbers. Well, it
  691. 26:47generated more than 30 million francs
  692. 26:49in 6 months. Okay. And finally, we have
  693. 26:52Fad Majou, okay? Uh, that's basic,
  694. 26:55she's not a developer, okay? But with
  695. 26:57this skill that she acquired, she
  696. 27:00launched her SAS Bu Teranga. So it's an
  697. 27:02appointment-making service for beauty
  698. 27:04salons. She did it all from A to Z in
  699. 27:07video coding alone, without a dev. So
  700. 27:10here, we have three different profiles,
  701. 27:12three products and three successes. He
  702. 27:14didn't have more than you, he didn't
  703. 27:15know more than you, he didn't have more
  704. 27:17money, no more qualifications, no more
  705. 27:19connections. The only difference
  706. 27:21between them and you tonight is that
  707. 27:24they started and you can start. And so
  708. 27:26that you leave with the complete map,
  709. 27:29here is the six-step path. So we start
  710. 27:31with step number 1, which is the idea.
  711. 27:33So find a real problem in a business
  712. 27:35that you know. Okay? Then we have the
  713. 27:37second step, which is validation. You
  714. 27:39check that there are people paying
  715. 27:41before building. You always check
  716. 27:43before building. Okay? Third,
  717. 27:45construction and you use AI without a
  718. 27:48team. And 4, we have the launch, okay,
  719. 27:51you have your first paying customers.
  720. 27:54We have 5, growth, so the income
  721. 27:56accumulates, and 6, which is optional
  722. 27:58if you want, you resell and you collect
  723. 28:00several years of income at once and you
  724. 28:02let someone else develop the business
  725. 28:04for you. So one step at a time, no one
  726. 28:06is asking you to do everything this
  727. 28:08week, just one step. So as they say,
  728. 28:11one step at a time. Okay? So this
  729. 28:14video's message fits into three
  730. 28:17sentences. Wealth is no longer created
  731. 28:20like it used to be, from oil to
  732. 28:22software, from factories to
  733. 28:23subscriptions. And for the first time
  734. 28:25in history, this way of creating wealth
  735. 28:28is accessible to Africans. Not in 10
  736. 28:30years, not in the footsteps when the
  737. 28:32conditions are perfect, but now with a
  738. 28:35phone, a connection, 30,000 francs per
  739. 28:37month and consistency, and the window
  740. 28:39will not remain open forever. The
  741. 28:42e-commerce window closed around 2018
  742. 28:45and this one will close too. It is up
  743. 28:47to you to take your place, for no one
  744. 28:50will take it for you. So now if you
  745. 28:52want to take action, I'll give you two
  746. 28:54doors, and the two links will be in the
  747. 28:56description of this video. So the first
  748. 28:58door is free. I've put 7 hours of
  749. 29:00training on my YouTube channel to
  750. 29:02explain what s are and how you can
  751. 29:04launch your first s. So the link is
  752. 29:07just below, you no longer have the
  753. 29:08excuse of the price. And the second
  754. 29:11door is for those who want to go faster
  755. 29:12and no longer advance alone. You can
  756. 29:14join my private Easis Premium community
  757. 29:17. And in my community, we will build
  758. 29:19together. I will support you and you
  759. 29:21will have access to more than 16 hours
  760. 29:23of training in which you will go from
  761. 29:25beginners. Even if you don't know what
  762. 29:27an SAS is, I will teach you how to
  763. 29:29create and launch your SAS and even
  764. 29:31market it and find your first 1,000
  765. 29:33users very easily. I've helped dozens
  766. 29:35of people who do this already. Okay? So
  767. 29:37if you join the community, tell
  768. 29:39yourself that you will have all the
  769. 29:40skills you need. Okay? But no matter
  770. 29:43the door, before you even click on
  771. 29:45anything, here's what I ask of you
  772. 29:47right now. Pause this video for 30
  773. 29:49seconds and write down just one thing:
  774. 29:51a job that you know well, the one in
  775. 29:53your family, the one at your old job,
  776. 29:55the one in your neighborhood, that's
  777. 29:57all. Write something. This job I will
  778. 29:59write of is your niche. And by writing
  779. 30:01it, you've just completed step 1.
  780. 30:03You've officially started, and then the
  781. 30:06training is in the description for the
  782. 30:08rest. So I'll leave you with one last
  783. 30:10step. The best year to launch your SAS
  784. 30:13was 2 years ago. The second best year
  785. 30:17is now. And the job that you just wrote
  786. 30:19about or the job that you thought about
  787. 30:20a minute ago, put it in the comments,
  788. 30:22okay? I read everything and I'll talk
  789. 30:24about the best niches in a future video
  790. 30:25. See you in the next one. And if this
  791. 30:27video opened your eyes to the SAS
  792. 30:29business, tell me in the comments and
  793. 30:32bye.
