- 0:11All right. So there are things we call
- 0:12violation blocks, right? Violation
- 0:15blocks. And literally like I've always
- 0:17taught you guys, everything revolves
- 0:20everything blocks or everything trading
- 0:23revolves around what the concept of the
- 0:26other block. So this was why I would
- 0:29take I took my time to actually explain
- 0:30other block and I would still keep
- 0:31taking my time to keep explaining and
- 0:34explaining other blocks because once you
- 0:36have fully understood other blocks every
- 0:38other thing but the FVG every other
- 0:41thing but the FVG revolves around other
- 0:45blocks right if we talk about reclaim
- 0:48blocks we are just simply talking about
- 0:50a previous block that was um that was
- 0:54violated and now being reused If we talk
- 0:57about a breaker block, a breaker block
- 0:59cannot be formed without an other block
- 1:01formed. Like a breaker block can never
- 1:03be formed without another block for
- 1:05being formed. Do you get? So like
- 1:06everything if you talk about mitigation
- 1:08block, it cannot be formed without an
- 1:10order block. So everything still
- 1:11revolves around the the definition of
- 1:13what an order block is, right? So um
- 1:16when I understood this I stopped trading
- 1:18with every fact every other thing like
- 1:21block block disappeared from my memory
- 1:23and it was just other block and FVG but
- 1:26for the sake of just having every
- 1:29information and learning anything
- 1:31possible you want to learn we'll talk
- 1:33about violation blocks now violation
- 1:35blocks like the name goes violation it
- 1:37means that that particular area was
- 1:40previously a zone and then price
- 1:42violated it but there's a principle
- 1:44behind the violation blocks and the
- 1:47entire principle behind the violation
- 1:48block is based on what? It is based on
- 1:53um what do you call it? It is based on
- 1:57what was like expansions. Exactly.
- 2:00Expansions. Now this is what we call an
- 2:02expansion. When the candle
- 2:05this is this is an expansion. When the
- 2:07candle rapidly moves in one direction,
- 2:11right? Or we call this an imbalance.
- 2:13anyone. We can call it expansion and
- 2:15call it imbalance when the market
- 2:17rapidly expands in one direction because
- 2:20obviously a downtrend is an expansion.
- 2:22We have price expanding to the downside.
- 2:23So if you're going to use a better word
- 2:25for it, you say when the market um
- 2:27creates an imbalance, right? This is an
- 2:29imbalance. This is an imbalance candle
- 2:31and market price always likes to what?
- 2:34Price always like to rebalance this
- 2:36move, right? Because this move what when
- 2:40we actually got get to liquidity you're
- 2:41going to understand that this move
- 2:43actually what there was a runoff of
- 2:44liquidity. There was literally run off
- 2:46of liquidity because um the orders below
- 2:49here was able to run through every
- 2:51single cell every single cell um um um
- 2:56every single cell order that existed
- 2:57around here. Because if you've noticed
- 3:00if you've noticed for a while you can
- 3:01see that the market does not move in
- 3:02just one fashion. The market goes up it
- 3:05goes down. It goes up it goes down. And
- 3:06it goes up, it goes down until we get to
- 3:08the point, the final point, right? Just
- 3:09like here, up, down, up, down. You
- 3:12understand? The market is impulsive. But
- 3:14when we have something like this where
- 3:16price has
- 3:19go,
- 3:21I'm coming. I'm in a class. Just give me
- 3:2330 minutes.
- 3:25So, when we have something like this
- 3:27where price has like run through a a
- 3:31level without any resistance at all, we
- 3:34call this an imbalance. And that's the
- 3:35sole principle of um the violation
- 3:38blocks entirely. So I use the word
- 3:40violation because this is what I'm
- 3:42trying to explain. Let me go back to
- 3:44Euro USD chart. So I'm using the word
- 3:46violation because I want to try to get
- 3:48to this point, right? Let me expand the
- 3:51chart.
- 3:53Okay.
- 4:02So here's what I mean. Like we can have
- 4:06like um
- 4:08um and we can have a block like this,
- 4:12block like this, block like this. And I
- 4:16say block move like this. And then we
- 4:18have something like this where price
- 4:20takes this out. And then price expands,
- 4:23right? Price expands. Now this expansion
- 4:27has run off what the block here has
- 4:30violated the block here. Right? The
- 4:32imbalance of expansion has violated the
- 4:34block here. Right? Now the principle
- 4:37says that if it is a normal move, if it
- 4:39is a normal move like this where we have
- 4:41our uptrend, uptrend and then we now
- 4:44have a break structure. We have a normal
- 4:46move price always goes back to the
- 4:49extreme to seek the order block. If it's
- 4:52a normal move, there's a normal
- 4:53corrective move, price always goes back
- 4:56to the extreme to look for another block
- 4:57or price always reacts from another
- 4:59block. But if it is an expansion, this
- 5:04was I was trying to tell you guys the
- 5:05day we land the types of change of
- 5:07character. If it is an expansion,
- 5:11price will not climb back up to this
- 5:16level to continue sells. Why? Because
- 5:18there has been a runoff of liquidity.
- 5:20There are no single orders again left
- 5:23there. It's like when people see the
- 5:24imbalance, they just simply know
- 5:26liquidity has been entirely taken. So,
- 5:28everybody removes their orders. The only
- 5:30available source of the only available
- 5:33source of um um continuation or orders
- 5:36that will be left are those who
- 5:38previously had a buy entry here because
- 5:40you know they were expecting that price
- 5:41would want to continue, right? Those who
- 5:45previously had a buy entry here. What
- 5:46the market will do is the market to come
- 5:48mitigate their buys and then drop right
- 5:53thereby using them as liquidity right
- 5:55when we get to liquidity you're going to
- 5:56understand why the market needs
- 5:57liquidity to run. So um literally just
- 6:00know that whenever you see an expansion
- 6:02is something that all my students do.
- 6:03Whenever an expansion has violated a
- 6:06block or whenever you see an expansion
- 6:09um before a move don't even expect the
- 6:13retracement. You know what I mean by
- 6:15retracement? I mean this is a move. This
- 6:17is a retracement. A move a retracement.
- 6:20A move a retracement. So when we have a
- 6:23move take out a level and we're
- 6:26expecting a retracement
- 6:28if you want to actually continue price
- 6:30in the same direction or you want to
- 6:32change trend whatever it is because of
- 6:35that imbalance or because of that
- 6:38expansion whatever because of that
- 6:39imbalance the market will no longer
- 6:41reach the extreme right the market will
- 6:44no longer reach the extreme the market
- 6:46will just react from a very close point
- 6:49of interest um any of the violation
- 6:52blocks. There are three violation
- 6:53blocks. There is a reclaimed block,
- 6:56there is breaker block, there is
- 6:58mitigation block. three of them now this
- 7:00is how they look because you you will
- 7:02not see them everywhere and these things
- 7:04actually we are not a school of thought
- 7:06by that I mean these things did not
- 7:08exist before no single person know what
- 7:10a mitigation block is just you know
- 7:12curious body people that went and
- 7:14brought it out and that's why I said
- 7:16everything still revolves around the
- 7:17other block because when I when I
- 7:18basically sat down to look at all these
- 7:20things I realized that some of these
- 7:21names they give these things are so
- 7:23unimportant everything is still the
- 7:24other block right now this is what
- 7:28evaluation block means Now when we have
- 7:30this is this is a reclaim block. This is
- 7:33how it looks. Now we have a we have a a
- 7:35a zone a sell zone. A sell zone. Now we
- 7:42have price do something like this.
- 7:45Okay. No sorry let me let me start a
- 7:47fresh. Now let's say we have this zone
- 7:50like this. We have this zone.
- 7:54We have something like this. And then
- 7:55let's say price does something like
- 7:57this. Now you know that price has broken
- 7:59structure right? Most traders may not
- 8:01even know those who have no knowledge of
- 8:02what inducement may think that price has
- 8:04broken structure. So obviously here is
- 8:06going to be where price going to react
- 8:08not knowing that price just took
- 8:10inducement and price is basically still
- 8:12going to go down. Now when we have price
- 8:16violate this block right violate this
- 8:19block and somehow someway this why I'm
- 8:22saying somehow someway is because you
- 8:23will not see it all the time. It's just
- 8:25once in a while and somehow somehow
- 8:27price is able to make it back up as
- 8:29price goes back up and then now actually
- 8:32breaks or actually shifts right actually
- 8:35shifts now price would what do its
- 8:38confirmation our break or structure most
- 8:41of the time I mean majority of the time
- 8:43price always comes back to the reclaim
- 8:46block but why it is even tricky and why
- 8:50I said it is always some somehow not
- 8:52important because if If you're able to
- 8:54mark out your order blocks correctly,
- 8:57you would still get the entry. I don't
- 8:59know if you're getting me. If you're
- 9:00able to mark out your order blocks
- 9:01correctly, you will still be able to get
- 9:03in on the trade. But you see all the
- 9:05some people that will be draw this is
- 9:07basically Q KMR. This is what KMR is,
- 9:10right? When price price will now come
- 9:12back down to take this zone and then go
- 9:14up, right? People may think it's a
- 9:17reclaim block, but actually if you know
- 9:18how to draw your order block correctly,
- 9:20just like I have taught you, you're
- 9:21going to see that the other block is
- 9:23where price actually mitigated. But you
- 9:25know, now people would want to
- 9:26complicate trading to make it feel like
- 9:28it's a holy grail. So this that's
- 9:30basically the genesis of all these
- 9:32things. So I don't really even teach it
- 9:34so much anymore. I just tend to focus on
- 9:36other blocks and FVG. So this way what a
- 9:38claim block is. Next time you see it on
- 9:39somebody's chart, it just simply means a
- 9:41zone that was that was supposed to be
- 9:43previously used to sponsor a buy and
- 9:45price was what violated it and reclaimed
- 9:48it. That price went back up, right? When
- 9:51price is going to continue to the
- 9:52upside, price will most likely come down
- 9:54back to that level before going up. If
- 9:57you actually watch my video on reclaim
- 9:58blocks, you would understand more. If
- 10:00you want to go in depth, I have a video
- 10:01on YouTube that I I put out on reclaim
- 10:04blocks. If you're interested though, you
- 10:07could actually watch it. if two of them
- 10:08KMR and reclaim blocks is actually very
- 10:10interesting.
- 10:10>> I I've I've seen that I've seen that
- 10:12video.
- 10:13>> Mhm. Interesting video.
- 10:15>> I've seen the video. I have a question.
- 10:17>> Can I ask?
- 10:18>> Yes. Yes, please ask.
- 10:21>> Um now is it that anywhere you see this
- 10:25reclaim block like there there is going
- 10:26to be an other block. There must be an
- 10:28other block.
- 10:29>> Yes, there's most likely always another
- 10:32block there.
- 10:34>> Okay. So that means the claim block is
- 10:36just one grammar or what people call it.
- 10:39>> Yeah. It's just something people formed
- 10:41from their books.
- 10:43>> Okay. Okay. Okay.
- 10:44>> Yeah. Thank you.
- 10:50>> I have I have
- 10:53uh
- 10:56uh
- 11:11from what you done.
- 11:18>> Is that me?
- 11:19>> Shift now.
- 11:21shift now then
- 11:27a a break of structure. Normally we will
- 11:31set our from from the analysis you make
- 11:35now broke it um stop loss.
- 11:40Can you hear me?
- 11:41>> I couldn't hear you.
- 11:45Uh but
- 11:48I can't see the uh diagram again. Okay.
- 11:53Like let me cut the whole grammar.
- 11:56>> Yeah. Draw it on my screen. Draw it on
- 11:58my screen.
- 12:00>> Like no I I I want to use the diagram on
- 12:04your screen.
- 12:05>> Yes. Now that draw on your screen.
- 12:07>> Okay. Like what's the major cause of
- 12:11this liquidity stream? because
- 12:17I noticed that it crossed that h
- 12:22um uh up again.
- 12:26>> H
- 12:30>> you're cranking up. But then if you're
- 12:32asking about liquidities, you just
- 12:33forget it. When we get there, you're
- 12:35going to understand better.
- 12:38>> But I'm asking what happened here. Is it
- 12:41uh liquidity sweep?
- 12:43>> It's not liquidity sweep. Price used
- 12:45this place as an inducement to trigger
- 12:47what this let's say this place was a
- 12:49previous let me say for example what was
- 12:52this?
- 12:55So let's say for example this place was
- 12:57a previous um low. This was an
- 13:00incomplete pullback. Price will come and
- 13:02take this out to enter a sell order
- 13:04block before dropping. But some persons
- 13:06may think this incomplete pull back is a
- 13:08break or structure and we want to put
- 13:10their buys here now not knowing that
- 13:12price just went to use this place as an
- 13:14inducement to take sells to continue
- 13:17coming down. Now price will take them
- 13:19out on their buys and then finally let's
- 13:22say lucky enough price has come into a
- 13:24POI a high time frame POI price will now
- 13:27bounce and then actually shift and after
- 13:30shifting price will what break to
- 13:32confirm. Now what I'm saying is most
- 13:33times price comes down back to that
- 13:36previous place where every single person
- 13:38here thought was going to buy from.
- 13:39That's the other block here that
- 13:41everybody thoughts price was going to
- 13:42buy from. Price most times comes back
- 13:44down to that level and buys from there.
- 13:46But what I was telling Kot is that most
- 13:48of the time to forget about whatever is
- 13:51here. You're going to see the entry from
- 13:53this leg. This is why I said I don't
- 13:55really trade you the concept cuz
- 13:56whatever entry you're seeing here is
- 13:58like is is just waste of time cuz you'll
- 14:01still be able to see an entry from this
- 14:03leg itself. So people just actually draw
- 14:06extend it to the reclaim block just to
- 14:08make the whole thing look complex and
- 14:10scare newbies you know so that they
- 14:12would they would feel superior or so
- 14:14that they would feel like they know what
- 14:15they're doing. So it's not really a it's
- 14:18not really a difficult concept. Like I
- 14:21said, if you watch my video on reclaim
- 14:22block, you're going to understand
- 14:24better.
- 14:25And if you're asking about liquidity
- 14:27sweep, you cannot know it because you've
- 14:28not learned liquidity sweep.
- 14:31>> Okay?
- 14:32>> You always asking things not.
- 14:35>> Okay? Hold on. Hold on. See, because
- 14:37from from this now, this is actually a
- 14:40shift because it made a new high.
- 14:42>> It didn't make any new high. This is why
- 14:44I said you cannot understand it. I just
- 14:46explained this thing now. I explained
- 14:47this thing now again.
- 14:51didn't make any new high. I don't know
- 14:53what you're what you're talking about.
- 14:55You will not understand what I did
- 14:57previously. Just learn the concept and
- 14:59just let it be. This is what I'm saying.
- 15:06Let's say we are on a downtrend.
- 15:09Price can create an incomplete pullback
- 15:11and break. And the this leg can actually
- 15:14go up to take this place out as an
- 15:16inducement to continue sells from an
- 15:18order block here. Now when this when
- 15:21some person see this break people that
- 15:22don't have the knowledge they may think
- 15:24that this break is a shift but it's not
- 15:25a shift it's just an inducement to
- 15:28continue sells now they will put their
- 15:30entries on this block on this other
- 15:32block that will be here now the market
- 15:34will come down and continue sells and
- 15:36take out this low now let's say for
- 15:38example now that place that thing
- 15:40happened was close to a high time frame
- 15:43py now price will bounce there and then
- 15:45price is now ready to shift price will
- 15:47now bounce from there reclaim back this
- 15:49level and not just reclaim buy level now
- 15:51properly shift cuz when we now have a
- 15:53close above this high we now have a
- 15:55shift and to confirm it price may also
- 15:57still break or structure now what I'm
- 16:00saying is that most times the market
- 16:02actually comes down back to that
- 16:03previous block that was violated this
- 16:05block that people wanted to enter from
- 16:08most times the market comes down back to
- 16:10it and go right but you can still be
- 16:13able to find an entry from this leg
- 16:16that's from this leg you don't even need
- 16:18this leg for anything. That's why I was
- 16:20saying that that's why I said it's
- 16:21actually very relevant. But most persons
- 16:23still use it today just to make their
- 16:25chart look a bit complex because
- 16:27whatever you're going to see here, this
- 16:29area is going to provide everything for
- 16:31you. Both your other blog, both your
- 16:33FVG, anything at all, you're going to
- 16:35see it on this area.
- 16:38You see it on that area.
- 16:41If I'm if I'm able to see one on the
- 16:42chart, I'm going to explain. But I don't
- 16:44really get strength. They find I'm on
- 16:46the chart now.
- 16:48Um sorry I have a question.
- 16:51>> Yeah.
- 16:53>> Uh this is Bishop. That particular place
- 16:55the um
- 16:59the other block that would there be
- 17:01other block there as in the the the
- 17:04place that make the new high that broke
- 17:06the structure.
- 17:07>> Yes. Okay. Now this is an example
- 17:08>> other block.
- 17:09>> This is a very very good example here.
- 17:12Now this is this is a downtrend that has
- 17:15this is a downtrend basically. Now we
- 17:17created this low. Now we created this
- 17:19high. Some persons may think this is now
- 17:21the high, right? Not knowing that this
- 17:23is an incomplete pullback. Now this high
- 17:25created this low, right? They may not
- 17:27even see that this place did not break
- 17:29structure at all. Now when market now
- 17:31went above here and closed above here,
- 17:34they may start thinking that okay the
- 17:36market has you know shifted and you can
- 17:38see a very clean order block printed
- 17:40here. Now many of them will put their
- 17:42entries from here hoping to buy from
- 17:43here and the market that this place is
- 17:46actually an incomplete pullback and it's
- 17:47an inducement. Price would want to go up
- 17:50take orders from this other block here
- 17:52and then continue selling downwards. Now
- 17:55let's say for example the market
- 17:57actually goes up back which the market
- 17:59does. Now the market goes all back
- 18:02whatever is doing here is not our
- 18:03business and the market now finally
- 18:05closes above here. Right? This is a
- 18:07close above here. Now most of them will
- 18:10still draw from that other block that
- 18:12was violated. They will still drag it,
- 18:15drag it, drag it. And you can see that
- 18:16the market still bounced from that area.
- 18:19The market still bounced from that area
- 18:21because this place was the previous
- 18:23block that many persons would have
- 18:24thought market to bounce from. And but
- 18:27what I was saying is that all these
- 18:29things you don't even need it at all
- 18:30because you still be able to get your
- 18:32entry from the current leg that price
- 18:34has created something like here. You
- 18:37don't even need this one at all anymore.
- 18:39Do you get? So that's just the the whole
- 18:42concept of the reclaim block. The
- 18:43reclaim block will be like a previous
- 18:45other block people thought would have
- 18:47held and then price didn't hold from
- 18:49there and then price reclaims it back.
- 18:52Now many of them will rush to go and put
- 18:53their entries there because why? you
- 18:54think okay price going to come back and
- 18:56you know um continue their trades and
- 18:59whatn not what not but then um it's it's
- 19:02very very very irrelevant cuz you will
- 19:05still see an order block from any leg at
- 19:07all you're hoping to buy from so
- 19:09whatever has happened in the past has
- 19:11happened in the past just take your loss
- 19:12and let it be you get so that's just the
- 19:15thing
- 19:17>> but but looking at this chart now
- 19:19looking at this chart is there an other
- 19:21block here that you can take the entry
- 19:23from There's another block here. There's
- 19:26another block here. I'm on the one hour
- 19:28time frame. That's why you may not see.
- 19:29There's another block there. There's
- 19:31another block there. For me,
- 19:33>> for me, I think if you go to the higher
- 19:35time frame, you will not even see that
- 19:36that other block that failed.
- 19:39>> Which other block that failed? This one.
- 19:41>> Yes.
- 19:43>> Why won't you see it?
- 19:47>> Okay.
- 19:48>> Why won't you see it? That's the money
- 19:50block. Yeah, the man here.
- 19:54>> You see it's
- 19:58>> very very unnecessary. Somebody would
- 20:00have just taken his entry from here.
- 20:04>> Yeah,
- 20:07>> this was this trade. I haven't caught
- 20:09this trade cuz I took my entry from the
- 20:11I think H2 time frame or so.
- 20:17Is that another block? That's another
- 20:18block. So whatever is happening from
- 20:20here is none of our business cuz we
- 20:23still be able to see an entry from here
- 20:25and participate in the move. So that's
- 20:28what I was trying to say. The concept of
- 20:29the reclaim block is just a very silly
- 20:32thing. Now it feels like
- 20:33>> the other
- 20:35you have to first take a loss before you
- 20:37even be able to take a win. So it's just
- 20:39not it doesn't even make sense to begin
- 20:41with. It doesn't make sense to begin
- 20:43with. That was one of the things people
- 20:45actually asked in that my video like so
- 20:48what does this thing mean now? Does it
- 20:50mean you have to take a loss first
- 20:51before you actually now take a win? And
- 20:54is the truth is the truth. Now look at
- 20:57this one too. Look at this one.
- 21:03Let me first let me see if I can mark it
- 21:04out.
- 21:07One hour time frame.
- 21:11Let me see if the break is clear there.
- 21:17See another one. This one say looks even
- 21:21clean.
- 21:32Okay. Now uninformed traders cuz I know
- 21:35some persons who would actually do
- 21:36something like this. Right now we have
- 21:40we have this um this level we have this
- 21:44um level then many persons will think ah
- 21:47okay shift has happened here right a
- 21:50shift has happened there and then the
- 21:53market starts to go down and create
- 21:55something like this now this is W
- 21:57pattern some will think okay the market
- 22:00is now ready to buy because we've
- 22:01bounced from somewhere here right now
- 22:04this is where they will now say okay
- 22:06this is a confirmation shift
- 22:08Right? Not knowing that this
- 22:10confirmation shift they're talking about
- 22:11is an incomplete pullback, right? Is an
- 22:14incomplete pullback cuz just see how the
- 22:15move is. It didn't even reach up to even
- 22:1850% of this entire leg. This this is the
- 22:21entire leg. Look at how this move is
- 22:24right is an incomplete pullback. He
- 22:26needs to go up at least to 50% before we
- 22:28can call it an actual pullback. And most
- 22:30times incomplete pullbacks are like
- 22:32liquidity. Now it shifts you know you
- 22:35start screaming ah confirmation shifts
- 22:36gotten right and then there's a very
- 22:39clean order block it created here people
- 22:42would want to buy from here and the
- 22:44truth is that the market will trick you
- 22:45to think you're correct because the
- 22:46market will start buying from that zone
- 22:49only to come back and boom you've taken
- 22:52a loss now when you've now taken a loss
- 22:55we now have price has swept literally
- 22:57everybody here swept liquidity from
- 22:59there now price will now actually shift
- 23:03Right now price now actually shifts and
- 23:05not just shift price in fact you even a
- 23:07proper shift when price even breaks two
- 23:09levels it broke this first one also
- 23:11broke the second one that's a very valid
- 23:13shift now people those persons who
- 23:16already had their orders in that place
- 23:19would would still want to low key extend
- 23:22it to this zone and you can see that was
- 23:23where price reacted from they want to
- 23:26extend this zone and then you know
- 23:28hoping that market buys from there
- 23:29because this is a valid reclaim block
- 23:31But what I'm saying is that this is this
- 23:33is very extremely irrelevant because
- 23:35your other block is literally in front
- 23:37of you here. So what are you looking for
- 23:40again if you even go down the time frame
- 23:42when we get to time frame um other block
- 23:44refinement you can even refine it as
- 23:46much as you want cuz the other block is
- 23:48very very clean here. So however you
- 23:50want it to look like the reclaim block
- 23:52is is like a concept whereby you would
- 23:54first have to take a loss before you can
- 23:57even end up with a win. Do you get? So u
- 24:01most times I use it if I have a very
- 24:04very clear order if I have a very very
- 24:06clear um bias and then I take a loss
- 24:09from that trade and suddenly market now
- 24:12comes back into that my entry or market
- 24:15reclaims back that level. Many of the
- 24:17time many at times many at times the
- 24:20market is going to use that particular
- 24:22um block that you are currently on that
- 24:24took a loss to continue price. But if
- 24:28you actually have seen the val the
- 24:30actual leg of price, that's the current
- 24:32leg of price, you don't even need your
- 24:34reclaimed block, whatever. Just accept
- 24:35your wrong and take your entries from
- 24:37the other block and make money. It's as
- 24:39simple as that. So the reclaim block is
- 24:41more of a fancy name than actually
- 24:43useful concept. So I don't even use it
- 24:45all the time. You can't even see it on
- 24:46my charts. Maybe except if you want to
- 24:47make a YouTube video, you can't see it
- 24:49at all on my charts. This is a trade
- 24:52that even there's a lot of things. Don't
- 24:54worry, I proceed. There's something
- 24:56there's a lot of things that even
- 24:56validates this trade safe. The fifth
- 24:58rule, the fifth rule. So there's so many
- 25:01things that you could actually use
- 25:02before you enter a trade. You don't just
- 25:04see a trade and just blindly enter it
- 25:05like your spatter course or what.
- 25:10So that's about the reclaim block
- 25:12though. The reclaim block is not really
- 25:13an important concept. I just had to add
- 25:15it because you know to satisfy
- 25:18curiosity. Curiosity killed the cat.
- 25:21>> Tech. Hi. Quick question. It's Robert.
- 25:26>> Um,
- 25:27is it regarding the pullback and the
- 25:29incomplete pullbacks? I've seen I've
- 25:32seen you saying on some pullbacks
- 25:35>> that they are incomplete and on some of
- 25:37them you say they are complete while
- 25:39>> they're
- 25:42some that are incomplete, they actually
- 25:44pulled back quite a lot. Yeah.
- 25:47>> And the other ones that you say, "Oh,
- 25:48this is a complete pullback." They
- 25:51barely came down back. Make sense?
- 25:54That's what I'm saying.
- 25:55>> No, I cannot see a pullback that in fact
- 25:59I cannot see a move that didn't really
- 26:00pull back and call it an incomplete
- 26:03pullback. It's not possible. There's
- 26:04there is what you call an incomplete
- 26:06pullback. Do you get this one now is an
- 26:09incomplete pullback, right? An
- 26:11incomplete pullbacks actually form what
- 26:13you call inducement. And whenever I say
- 26:15an incomplete pullback, market always
- 26:17sweeps them. Even if market doesn't go
- 26:19back into it, the function there is just
- 26:21to trick traders to think that okay this
- 26:24is the place this is the new high and
- 26:26the market would sweep it. Whether it
- 26:28decides to sweep it and keep going up or
- 26:30just decides to sweep it and just reject
- 26:32immediately is literally none of our
- 26:34business. But when we have that sweep,
- 26:36we now have a new protected level,
- 26:39right? When we treat protected level,
- 26:40you're going to understand this. So I've
- 26:41never I don't think I've ever shown you
- 26:43guys any complete pullback that is not
- 26:44an incomplete pullback. If I've shown
- 26:46you one, any incomplete pullback I've
- 26:48shown you, just know it's an incomplete
- 26:49pullback. And the thing about trading is
- 26:52that it's not every incomplete pullback
- 26:54that the market will end up, you know,
- 26:59rebalancing. Some of them are even
- 27:00forgotten for a very long time and the
- 27:02market will come back to it, right? The
- 27:05market come back to it one way or the
- 27:06other. Some of them have forgotten
- 27:07totally and the market either comes back
- 27:09to violate the entire thing or comes
- 27:12back to to um rebalance it like the one
- 27:16on GU now on the weekly time frame one
- 27:19day one day one day the market is going
- 27:20to come back and fill it even if not now
- 27:23even if not later do you get so many
- 27:25times when the market starts to move
- 27:27just forget about it let's look at this
- 27:29is it on GPUs weekly
- 27:32so if the market doesn't come back it
- 27:34will come back someday or another and
- 27:37reclaim that level.
- 27:39>> Right? I I understand this. But what I'm
- 27:41trying to explain you is like is there a
- 27:44rule regarding this? You have to use
- 27:47your gam box to check it. I think
- 27:49complete pullback will stay into the the
- 27:52range up to 50%. Do you get even if it
- 27:55just taps on the 50% it's a complete
- 27:58pullback because I% of the range the
- 28:01high and the low. So if you have
- 28:03something like this,
- 28:05a complete pullback will enter into it
- 28:07at least 50%. Even if it just taps on
- 28:09the 50% mark and bounces from there is
- 28:13still a complete pullback.
- 28:17And is this valid
- 28:20on every break of structure?
- 28:23>> Which break of structure?
- 28:25uh like every boss has to go back to
- 28:28>> yes obviously it's v on every brick of
- 28:30structure but still on steel don't look
- 28:32at it like it is some kind of important
- 28:34thing that will relieve you all your
- 28:35trading burdens and all that because if
- 28:38you see and if you see a complete
- 28:39pullback and there is still a drone
- 28:42liquidity on that pullback if you're
- 28:44expecting that price will just bounce
- 28:45from there just a joker cuz there is so
- 28:47many things that the market actually
- 28:49uses to justify a level you don't just
- 28:51say any complete pullback any complete
- 28:52pullback is just one of the logics to
- 28:55help you know if price is going to come
- 28:57back to a level or not. It's not all.
- 28:59It's just one off. So when we get you're
- 29:02going to understand this, there are so
- 29:03many things that would help you know if
- 29:05price is going to come back to a level
- 29:07or price going to completely ignore a
- 29:09level. All right? There are so many
- 29:11things. It's not just an incomplete
- 29:12pullback alone.
- 29:14There are so many things that will help
- 29:17you know that
- 29:28This is a range from here to here. Can
- 29:32see how this level was basically left
- 29:34bare. One day one the price is going to
- 29:36come into this range. If price decides
- 29:38to just come into it and just tap on the
- 29:41line and go up is none of our business
- 29:43is a complete pullback, right? But see
- 29:46what price is. Price just came up here
- 29:48and then bounced from here. And this why
- 29:50I was like I'm actually a bit bearish on
- 29:51GU because if I can I can basically you
- 29:54can see me tomorrow I'm taking buys I
- 29:56can be taking buys but then one thing is
- 29:57for sure when price actually decides
- 30:00that okay it's not ready to come into
- 30:02this level I'll start looking for
- 30:04entries on this particular anywhere from
- 30:06below here because price is going to
- 30:09definitely sell till it takes out this
- 30:11till it takes out this midline right so
- 30:14that's what the incomplete pullback
- 30:16helps you kind of like um helps you um
- 30:19Understand? Do you guess? That's what it
- 30:21helps you understand.
- 30:23>> Is that an or order block? What you
- 30:24marked there?
- 30:25>> H.
- 30:27>> Is that box an order block?
- 30:29>> Yeah, it's an order block.
- 30:31>> So
- 30:34um Okay.
- 30:36>> Order block. Sh. But I didn't mark it
- 30:38out complete. You could decide to mark
- 30:40it out from here. But I'm marking it out
- 30:43based on the monthly time.
- 30:47the the the other block has been
- 30:49mitigated.
- 30:50>> That's why I say it doesn't matter. The
- 30:52other block has been mitigated, but
- 30:53still that range is in is still is still
- 30:55not at equilibrium. So price will still
- 30:58come back again.
- 31:00This is how it looks on the monthly time
- 31:02frame. The monthly time frame, this is
- 31:04the actual hidden block price should
- 31:06come into. And if you check it on the
- 31:08weekly time frame, this is how it looks.
- 31:11So indeed price has not even really
- 31:13reacted from the breaker block from the
- 31:15other block itself. So this is a hidden
- 31:17block. This is the place where price
- 31:18reacted from and kept buying. Are we
- 31:21wrong for saying price is going to react
- 31:22from here? No, you're not wrong. Once
- 31:24you see a rejection from here, you can
- 31:25start buying. But it doesn't still
- 31:27defeat the fact that someday someday
- 31:29after all this rubbish is doing, it's
- 31:30going to still come down back here.
- 31:32Still going to take out this low come
- 31:33into equilibrium before we have now the
- 31:36actual buys. Do you get? You're going to
- 31:38see happen though everybody. As long as
- 31:40God gives us life, we're going to see it
- 31:43happen.
- 31:45>> So, but what's what? Like, wow.
- 31:48Like this one now have confused me.
- 31:51>> Now, you keep asking questions when
- 31:53we've not gotten to the class. Keep
- 31:55asking questions question. We've not
- 31:57gotten to a class yet. Did I say, "Okay,
- 31:59this class is for incomplete pullbacks."
- 32:01No. Ask the what I just taught. Reclaim
- 32:03blocks. You know, ask that one.
- 32:06>> Okay.
- 32:07>> Asked that one. Now this is another one.
- 32:10This is this is something else. Now this
- 32:12is why I didn't want to even complicate
- 32:14um the whole learning process. Now this
- 32:17is an other block, right? This is an
- 32:19other block. Trading is very subjective.
- 32:22This other block was formed when we had
- 32:25price take out this high, right? And
- 32:28then we had this incomplete pullback
- 32:30here,
- 32:32right? Which is our inducement. But can
- 32:35you notice that price actually readed
- 32:37through? price didn't even care about
- 32:38it. Just dropped and basically raided
- 32:41through it. Right now, there are some
- 32:44persons that will still be able to draw
- 32:45this thing from here and say, "Okay,
- 32:47price has reacted from a reclaimed
- 32:49block." And you can't beat them because
- 32:51they are still correct. Price has
- 32:52reacted from a reclaimed block. Now,
- 32:54that aside, this is this is a block.
- 32:59This was this is a this is a what do you
- 33:02call it? This is an order block.
- 33:05This one too is an other block,
- 33:08right? This other block was meant for a
- 33:11sell and price actually did what? Break
- 33:15a structure. So, we're supposed to come
- 33:17back. Price is supposed to just come
- 33:19back, take orders and continue down. But
- 33:22now price raided through it and went up.
- 33:24Do you know that somebody can actually
- 33:26draw his and extend this thing to here
- 33:29and say price has reacted from a breaker
- 33:32block. Do you know that? And he's
- 33:34correct. It's correct because a breakout
- 33:36block is a previous zone that was meant
- 33:39to function as a buy or a sell and price
- 33:42was ran through it. And price ran
- 33:44through it with these expansion candles.
- 33:46This is why these expansion candles are
- 33:47very important because these expansion
- 33:48candles or these impulse imbalance
- 33:50candles is what gives them that um inate
- 33:54ability to still be used. But still on
- 33:56still somebody who actually even uses an
- 33:59order block will still be able to get.
- 34:01So three persons different things the
- 34:04same amount of money or different amount
- 34:06of money made.
- 34:08It all depends on which one do you want
- 34:10to focus on cuz I realized that my
- 34:14previous classes I told them so many
- 34:16things and they ended up getting
- 34:17confused because it's either should I
- 34:19trade from a breakout block, should I
- 34:20trade from another block, should I
- 34:22rubbish everything revolves around the
- 34:24other block itself. Nothing can can
- 34:27nothing can be formed without the other
- 34:28block. The reclaim block needs another
- 34:30block. The breaker block needs another
- 34:33block. The mitigation block needs
- 34:34another block. Everything needs another
- 34:37block. So if you just fully focus on
- 34:40understanding the other block itself,
- 34:42you've solved nearly 50% of your
- 34:45problems cuz trading is 50% market
- 34:48structure, 50% point of interest. And
- 34:51that 50% point of interest, you need to
- 34:53understand liquidity levels as well,
- 34:56right? Which is the next class we're
- 34:57going to get into. you need to
- 34:58understand liquidity levels as well. So
- 35:02um probably our next class we're going
- 35:04to do a a complete overview of um the
- 35:08other block itself. we just basically um
- 35:11touch down one other block itself right
- 35:13today I wanted to just explain the the
- 35:17unnecessities right or in necessities
- 35:20that we have like mitigation block and
- 35:23all these things you hear outside so you
- 35:24don't go outside tomorrow and think it's
- 35:26a difficult thing or a strategy you need
- 35:27to go and learn because everything is
- 35:30created or formed from the other block
- 35:33hope that's Hey,
- 35:44so
- 35:47okay,
- 35:51please go go on the higher time frame.
- 35:53Let me show you something where you
- 35:56marked out as an order block
- 36:00>> on which chart
- 36:03>> the last chart you before this this up
- 36:07one this up one how is it and other
- 36:10block
- 36:11>> well I know in the last class where I
- 36:13said this when you see something like
- 36:15this is a hidden block and there's an
- 36:17other block in it if you go down the
- 36:19time frame
- 36:21>> okay when when two weeks go
- 36:27>> like each other.
- 36:29>> Yes. And not just two weeks, the two
- 36:31candles must be like they must be they
- 36:34must be a long candle. It cannot form
- 36:36with short short candle. It must be like
- 36:38long candles. This is why you can't see
- 36:40them here where there are short short
- 36:42candles. Can't see them at all. So it
- 36:43must be two long candles and their weeks
- 36:45will go into each other. So when you see
- 36:47something like that, there's always an
- 36:48order block in that level where that
- 36:50thing that thing was created. If you go
- 36:52down from H1, you'll see it.
- 36:56>> Okay. So, like will it be the same
- 36:59like
- 37:01green like the same candlestick H
- 37:05pattern or different or it doesn't
- 37:08really matter.
- 37:13>> I don't understand
- 37:16what I
- 37:18now
- 37:20>> from the chat now. That's that's
- 37:22actually a bullish
- 37:26candlestick because it's actually
- 37:29>> Okay. Yes. It will be the same
- 37:31candlestick color.
- 37:32>> Does it Does the color
- 37:35>> Yes. It must be the same color. It must
- 37:38be the same color. It must be the same
- 37:40color for it to be a hidden block.
- 37:42>> Okay.
- 37:42>> It must be the same color.
- 37:45It can't be a different color. It must
- 37:47be the same color.
- 37:50must be the same color.
- 37:52>> Yeah.
- 37:54>> And long sticks that the W are into each
- 37:59other.
- 38:00>> Which one?
- 38:03>> Okay.
- 38:05>> It must be the same color. And look at
- 38:07it here. See it here. This is the other
- 38:08block here.
- 38:13So when you see something like that, if
- 38:14you go down the time frame, you're going
- 38:16to basically see that other block there.
- 38:18You're going to see it. So it must be
- 38:20the same color, must be a long candle
- 38:22and all that. So that one literally I
- 38:26picked it up from my study. It's not
- 38:28something that you can see anywhere.
- 38:29Nobody talks about what a hidden block
- 38:30is. I picked it up when I was studying
- 38:33and I saw it and I was okay. This one
- 38:34has played out so many times. Even
- 38:36there's a one I'm going to There's one
- 38:38here now, but I will not even disturb
- 38:39you guys about. There's another block
- 38:40here, but you may not be able to see it,
- 38:42but that is another block. When you see
- 38:44something that is another block, and I
- 38:46don't even have the energy to explain
- 38:47how it is another block, but if you go
- 38:49down the time frame, you're going to see
- 38:50that this thing is another block. First
- 38:52have an inside bar. We have the next
- 38:54candle take out its low and engulf it.
- 38:57Literally another block. Literally. So,
- 39:00some of these things you also still be
- 39:02able to pick them up during your study
- 39:04and during our weekly analysis, right?
- 39:07There is no rush at all. So everything
- 39:09revolves around the other block.
- 39:11Everything literally everything revolves
- 39:13around the other block if you have good
- 39:14understanding of what another block is.
- 39:16You will not even have problems with
- 39:18trading. I kid you not. You don't have
- 39:20problems at all with trading because you
- 39:22either need another block at every given
- 39:24point or an FVG. It's either an order
- 39:27block or an FVG. Either an other block
- 39:29or an FVG. Nothing more, nothing less.
- 39:33You know, there was a time I actually
- 39:34went to learn um I don't know if you
- 39:36guys have learned heard about weeks,
- 39:38right? like all these um people who
- 39:40actually um draw lines and then just put
- 39:43their entries and you know curiosity
- 39:46just made you go I just went to stupidly
- 39:48learn one rubbish like that cuz I was so
- 39:50curious to learn everything and then
- 39:54after I finished learning that whenever
- 39:56I see oh god I haven't forgotten I
- 39:59haven't forgotten the principle said but
- 40:01they will tell you whenever you see two
- 40:03weeks something like this
- 40:07whenever you See two weeks like you see
- 40:09one week you see this week the entry is
- 40:12going to be this week that's this one
- 40:14now did not give it a name I said it is
- 40:16a borrowed week the amount of stop-loss
- 40:20and missed entry this rubbish gave me oh
- 40:25my god I'm my father the amount of
- 40:27stop-loss and missed entry that stupid
- 40:29information gave me
- 40:32I cannot even I I'm not sure anybody can
- 40:36go through it and still be trading to
- 40:37this point cuz it was so much
- 40:40information I just soaked up in. I even
- 40:41had to write a thread on it. Writing
- 40:43rubbish and rubbish and rubbish. All
- 40:45these things they don't work. They are
- 40:47just fantasies people sell you. So there
- 40:49are some people you see their chat and
- 40:50you just keep asking yourself is this
- 40:52person truly making money. And you know
- 40:54I used to be in that stage. This I keep
- 40:56telling people I used to be all this. I
- 40:57used to be if I see your chat I
- 40:59instantly know if you're making money or
- 41:01not cuz I used to be also like you. I
- 41:04used to be very stupid on a chart and be
- 41:06very very 10 hour 100 hour 20 I'll be
- 41:09looking for how to catch 500 hour in
- 41:11like the next five minutes. So it took
- 41:13me to learning all those how do I enter
- 41:15the most precise point or how do I enter
- 41:18the most exact point where price going
- 41:20to reverse from. Do you get and these
- 41:22things are not sustainable at all.
- 41:24They're not sustainable at all because
- 41:25you end up you end up losing your money
- 41:29and even breaking yourself because you
- 41:31don't even have the energy to continue.
- 41:34The market has laid down some principles
- 41:36and made everything so easy for us. So
- 41:39why are you still disturbing yourself
- 41:40with wanting to learn more?
- 41:44Always disturb yourself with something
- 41:45to learn more. So literally everything
- 41:48revolves around the other block. This is
- 41:50even where I have my current entry for
- 41:52G. I'm still waiting for it to drop
- 41:55further and I'll buy from here
- 42:00on confirmation.
- 42:03Anyways, so yes, that's the reclaim
- 42:06block. The reclaim block is a violated
- 42:07block. a previous order block that was
- 42:09violated and letter reclaimed. So we are
- 42:12saying it is going to be an order block
- 42:14that was violated first
- 42:17and then price now what reclaims it and
- 42:22uses it. Right? So now a breaker block
- 42:27is an other block too that was violated
- 42:31and reclaimed. By that I mean a breaker
- 42:33block is something like this.
- 42:36Now we have a breakout block for a buy
- 42:39is going to previously be a sell zone or
- 42:41a sell order block as let's say we have
- 42:43a sell order block like this. We have
- 42:45our breaker structure here right? We
- 42:48have our breaker structure here and then
- 42:50the market now comes up and the market
- 42:54remember principle the market will not
- 42:56just come up and just maybe slightly go
- 42:58through it. Nah to not do that. What
- 43:00will make it a breakout block is when
- 43:02the market actually expands through it
- 43:03as runs through it one long candle. Now
- 43:06when it breaks through it it leaves it
- 43:08leaves this zone bare right and what
- 43:12happens that the market comes back to
- 43:13use this zone for entry and the only
- 43:16function for continuations. So please
- 43:18when you see a breakout block even if
- 43:20yes it's at the don't justify it to
- 43:23reverse price. If there's a shift that
- 43:25has happened before it do not justify it
- 43:28to reverse price. It only functions to
- 43:31continue what price. Now I'm going to
- 43:33show you one because this one caused an
- 43:35argument between me and my friend when
- 43:37we are trading. You know some people
- 43:39don't hear and it's good though to
- 43:41actually have blockhead and just trust
- 43:43your guts. Now this is on euro USD JPY
- 43:48right now. This is look at this.
- 43:53Now first and foremost we bought from
- 43:56here.
- 43:58We bought from
- 44:00Okay. Yes. So, we bought from here.
- 44:04We bought from this other block.
- 44:07I think I'm in the H4. Yes. We bought
- 44:09from this other block here. Right. And
- 44:12the market was going so good.
- 44:16Market was going so good.
- 44:18Right. And we had our breaker structure.
- 44:24We had our breaker structure
- 44:27right now. The market stopped somewhere
- 44:30here and I think there was an FVG
- 44:33because actually we were on a downtrend.
- 44:35We are trying to like beat the trend and
- 44:37there was a reason why we were on a
- 44:38current downtrend and the market is
- 44:40supposed to sell right. So the FVG
- 44:42caused a continuation although on the
- 44:44higher time frame it is an order block
- 44:46but then the exact place where the
- 44:47market stopped and just kept on selling
- 44:49was a fair value gap. So it was
- 44:52continuing price to go down now. But we
- 44:54wanted to reverse this price back up,
- 44:57right? Our intention is to actually take
- 44:59make sure we take out this high, right?
- 45:02And there's a reason why, like I said,
- 45:03when we get to the final class, you know
- 45:04why our intention was that this high was
- 45:06going to get taken out. So when we saw
- 45:08this shift here, the shift happened
- 45:11here, the shift happened here.
- 45:16Our expectations that was that price was
- 45:18going to come and find somewhere here
- 45:20and continue the trade, right? And start
- 45:22going up. Now my friend actually saw
- 45:24this zone because there's an FVG here,
- 45:27right? There's an FVG here and then the
- 45:29FVG is overlapping with the breaker
- 45:31block and the EU is like freaks out
- 45:33about oh more FVG overlapping breakout
- 45:35block. What not? What not? not not and I
- 45:38tell him this trade is not going to buy
- 45:39from here. Nothing in this world will
- 45:41make this trade buy from here. It's not
- 45:43even possible cuz now our shift is
- 45:45confirmed. We need a place that can
- 45:47bounce price up. Every single zone here
- 45:50was bare to us. We couldn't use any of
- 45:52them cuz they had already been mitigated
- 45:54on the lower time frame. Right? This was
- 45:56the only purest zone left for us to
- 45:58actually buy from. Now I told him the
- 46:01market was not going to buy from. This
- 46:02is where the market was going to buy
- 46:04from. These other blocks that are
- 46:06currently stacked up here.
- 46:09I refined it. Anyways, the other blocks,
- 46:11the other block
- 46:13from up there to here, but I refined it
- 46:15to get this zone. And this is the
- 46:17inducement.
- 46:19Very clean order block inducement. And
- 46:21then he started buying from here
- 46:22anyways. And he was in profit. Very
- 46:24clean profit saying that more break or
- 46:27structure. Say I they miss out. say he
- 46:29want he wants to continue because he saw
- 46:31a rejection week right and he wants to
- 46:33add more positions. It was not long
- 46:35after the market did what dropped and
- 46:38where did the market buy from at the end
- 46:40of the day from the extreme. So the
- 46:42other block only has the power even
- 46:44though there's a breakout block there
- 46:45because this was a previous sell zone.
- 46:47How was it previous sell zone? Look we
- 46:50closed what? Below break structure. So
- 46:53the market is supposed to come back and
- 46:56drop. Now can you see that the market
- 46:58actually broke with expansion candle?
- 47:00See that expansion candle was talking
- 47:02about it. So this also validated the
- 47:05breakout block itself and he felt that
- 47:07oh the breakout block was basically
- 47:08going to shift price. But at the end of
- 47:10the day logic is still logic. A breakout
- 47:13block can only continue price. It cannot
- 47:16cause a shift in price or it cannot
- 47:18sponsor a shift in price. And this was
- 47:20why we had our valid reaction because
- 47:23everybody will be buying from here.
- 47:25Everybody's was so clear. everybody to
- 47:26be buying from here hoping that the
- 47:28market to keep going up. The market did
- 47:29its thing and finally met a fair value
- 47:32gap and then start dropping until it got
- 47:33here and when it got here nothing
- 47:35stopped it from getting to the target
- 47:37which was this high. So there are some
- 47:39things you still see along the line and
- 47:41you just know that at the end of the day
- 47:43the other block is the most ultimate of
- 47:45them all. Right? At the end of the day
- 47:48is the most ultimate of them all. Now
- 47:50this is another one the same pair the
- 47:52same pair. Now this is the shift. The
- 47:54shift happened here,
- 47:57right? Shift happened here. This is the
- 47:59other block. Very bare, very unused,
- 48:02right? Very bare, very unused. And this
- 48:05guy started buying from here for some
- 48:07weird ass reason. And I was like, the
- 48:10other block is at extreme now. What are
- 48:11you looking for up here again? And what
- 48:14the USJ do as well as usual disappointed
- 48:17him and came down. Now it is currently
- 48:19going up.
- 48:20So there are some things you cannot just
- 48:22defeat for a fact that if you want price
- 48:25to shift from a previous position, this
- 48:27is a very very very very bizarre
- 48:30downtrend until we had our shift for
- 48:32price. If you actually indeed want price
- 48:34to go back up and take out this high,
- 48:36what you must be looking for is number
- 48:37one at the extreme and number two an
- 48:39unmititigated other block. Right? Why I
- 48:42didn't enter this trade, why I didn't
- 48:44trust it was because we didn't have an
- 48:46inducement and we had this gap here. We
- 48:49didn't have an inducement but a an
- 48:51engineered liquidity letter came in and
- 48:53helped right yeah we're going to learn
- 48:55what an engineered liquidity is. So in
- 48:57cases where there are no inducements
- 48:59engineered liquidity is going to form
- 49:00close to the entry. So both these things
- 49:02are things you still keep adding as we
- 49:04keep proceeding. So literally
- 49:08FVG order block don't need any other
- 49:10thing else everything else is just like
- 49:12noise right everything is just like
- 49:15noise every other block and um psychedel
- 49:19students something I always used to
- 49:20trick them whenever they write their
- 49:21quiz I would always ask them this
- 49:23question what is the only point of
- 49:25interest that is allowed to overlap a
- 49:28breaker block right what is the only
- 49:32point of interest that is allowed to
- 49:34overlap a breaker By that I mean this is
- 49:37something like this where if we have
- 49:39something like this let's say we have um
- 49:43let's say we have a break
- 49:46right and this is the breakout block
- 49:47this is the place where we expect sell
- 49:49and then we have like a boom v a a an
- 49:52expansion candle now I always ask them
- 49:55what is the only point of interest that
- 49:56can be allowed to be on this leg and the
- 50:00answer is the only point of interest
- 50:01that can allow to be on this leg is a
- 50:03fair value gap only a fair value gap can
- 50:05be allowed to be on this leg. That's
- 50:07directly opposite the breaker block.
- 50:09Directly opposite the breaker block. If
- 50:12another block is there, forget about the
- 50:14breaker block and whatever. Just mark
- 50:16the other block and take your entries.
- 50:17And it still happened here as well. We
- 50:19had this cell this sell order block and
- 50:23price ran through it with expansion
- 50:25candle. But before that happened, price
- 50:28created an order block there, right?
- 50:30Price created another block there. So if
- 50:32you had marked out the breaker block and
- 50:35marked out the other block, you still
- 50:37end up with a win,
- 50:39right? And the market was literally
- 50:41bounced from there and went up. There
- 50:43are confirmations too you could still
- 50:45use to get in on this trade. So
- 50:46literally everything is just um logic,
- 50:48patience, and just waiting for the right
- 50:50opportunity to present itself in no pass
- 50:52like that. Truthfully, you know pass
- 50:55like that.
- 50:57So let's see how it goes. Let's see how
- 50:59it goes. Um, if we can have a close
- 51:01above this high, right, if price wants
- 51:04to continue, we probably use a what? A
- 51:07fair value gap and then run it up.
- 51:10That's literally how the market moves.
- 51:12Continuations, fair value gap,
- 51:14reversals, other order blocks.
- 51:16Continuations, fair value gaps,
- 51:17reversals, other blocks, right? Other
- 51:20blocks. And this is why most times I
- 51:21don't trade in a week. If I don't see
- 51:23price close to another block, I just go
- 51:24and rest. when I see price close to a
- 51:27block, a valid other block meets all my
- 51:29criterias because obviously I'm not just
- 51:31I'm not dumb enough to just see another
- 51:33block and then jump into it. There are
- 51:35confirmations I still use to trade. So
- 51:38if I see price um presents my entire
- 51:41confirmations and then I can tell
- 51:43myself, okay, yes, I'm going to trade
- 51:45this week, but I'm not going to trade
- 51:46this week. And whenever I decide to
- 51:48trade, I will make money, right? I'll
- 51:50make money. So that there's no rush.
- 51:53There's no rush. The market takes out
- 51:55money from the impatient and gives to
- 51:57the patient.
- 52:00Ever heard that before? The market takes
- 52:02money away from the impatient and puts
- 52:05it in the hands of the patient ones.
- 52:08Takes some money from the impatient,
- 52:10puts it into the hands of the patient's
- 52:12wounds.
- 52:14Literally.
- 52:17So, finally on our list, mitigation
- 52:20block. Literally the same thing with the
- 52:24breaker block.
- 52:26Literally the same thing with the
- 52:27breaker block.
- 52:30Literally the same thing with the
- 52:31breaker block, the mitigation block. So
- 52:33I will not even talk about it. It's
- 52:35going to be a previous sell or a buy
- 52:37zone that was remember that was violated
- 52:41with an expansion candle. So for the
- 52:43breakout block and the mitigation block,
- 52:46in fact, forget about let's just call
- 52:47them breaker blocks. for the breakout
- 52:49blocks. Price has to raid through them
- 52:54with an imbalance candle. Price has to
- 52:57read through them with an imbalance
- 53:00candle. So, it is going to be a previous
- 53:03order block that was supposed to either
- 53:05sponsor a sell or a buy, but price now
- 53:08was raids through them with an imbalance
- 53:11candle. All right. Price reads through
- 53:14them with an imbalance candle. price
- 53:16reads through them with an imbalance
- 53:18candle. I'm going to show you one.
- 53:28You go girl.
- 54:03There's one here, but it's no clear.
- 54:06There's one here anyways. But if I ask
- 54:08you not to mark out the other block, you
- 54:09not be able to mark out the other block.
- 54:10But then this is the the breakup
- 54:14structure. So the block is supposed to
- 54:16be somewhere here,
- 54:19right? But now see what happened. Price
- 54:22read through it with an imbalance
- 54:24candle. And this was why price didn't
- 54:26what? Go up here to take this other
- 54:28block. So whenever price reads through a
- 54:32level, a valid level with an with an
- 54:34imbalance, price would always come to
- 54:36retest it and then drop. This is why we
- 54:39see that price didn't really come back
- 54:40to that other block anymore.
- 54:42So, but that one is not clear. I'm
- 54:44looking for one with a very clean other
- 54:45block that you're familiar with.
- 54:49In fact, when you see most times when
- 54:50you see this imbalance candles,
- 54:53price always reach the extreme anymore.
- 54:56Price does not always reach the extreme
- 54:58anymore. It just looks for the nearest
- 55:01looking structure and just takes entry
- 55:04from there.
- 55:05just look for the nearest looking
- 55:06structure and take entry from there.
- 55:08Whenever I see this imbalance candles,
- 55:10price rarely rarely reaches this place.
- 55:13It rarely reaches that other block
- 55:15itself. Just looks for whatever is in
- 55:18the middle of that zone and just takes
- 55:21entries from there.
- 55:23Right? Just takes entries from there.
- 55:28Just takes entries from there.
- 55:32Um big tech big tech I used to have a
- 55:35problem with this breaker block because
- 55:37yeah there are some charts you see now
- 55:39you see a whole lot of breaker blocks
- 55:41and then I think that is where
- 55:42mitigation comes in but
- 55:44>> I still find it very difficult
- 55:46>> okay
- 55:47>> cuz you see like
- 55:49>> so many you know
- 55:52>> I don't know you understand what I mean
- 55:53right
- 55:53>> I get you get you
- 55:57>> the breaker blocks are yes you can like
- 55:59this impulsive move now can come and you
- 56:01be asking yourself is Yeah, like this.
- 56:03Like exactly like this.
- 56:04>> Mhm. So there's only one correct breaker
- 56:07block here and price mitigated it.
- 56:12>> There's only one
- 56:14>> like in this line I just mentioned,
- 56:16there's only one correct one and price
- 56:17actually has used it and dropped
- 56:22because this one
- 56:24>> it still boils down to just like you
- 56:25said boils down to the knowledge of
- 56:27mitigation. This one was mitigated
- 56:29already. This one was migated already.
- 56:34>> So this is the only one that was
- 56:35unmmitigated
- 56:36>> and so price just used it and dropped.
- 56:38>> Yeah.
- 56:40>> Although there was also a fair value gap
- 56:42above here. So price still came and
- 56:45swept this high. But still on still if
- 56:48your stop loss is sufficiently placed
- 56:49you would still come out with a win on
- 56:51this trade.
- 56:53So it still boils down to how much of
- 56:55mitigation do you know? Do you have good
- 56:57knowledge of mitigation
- 56:59>> and Yeah, it's not hard
- 57:04at all.
- 57:05>> Yeah.
- 57:09You know, this was this man's name
- 57:11again. Uh
- 57:13US GPY doesn't have
- 57:16doesn't have a good price action.
- 57:19We look for GBPUSD.
- 57:25So, but 90% of the time, if you check
- 57:27where the price price bounced from,
- 57:30you're going to notice one thing.
- 57:32Majority of the time, bounce from
- 57:33another block. An order block. Majority
- 57:36of the time, the bounce from another
- 57:38block. This one too is a is a breakout
- 57:41block.
- 57:44It's a breakout block as well
- 57:48cuz we had
- 57:50this buy. That be this sell market was
- 57:54supposed to come take supposed to come
- 57:58drop but what happened violated
- 58:02then came into it and bounced.
- 58:07So many of times when there is that
- 58:08expansion that imbalance price doesn't
- 58:10really reach back to these zones anymore
- 58:13just picks the nearest level and just
- 58:16bounce
- 58:19and just bounce. So, so if price run
- 58:23through a another block
- 58:25>> Yeah.
- 58:26>> and close above it
- 58:27>> Mhm.
- 58:28>> it's not it's not a migated uh block,
- 58:30right?
- 58:31>> Yes. It's not mitigated.
- 58:33It's not mitigated. Price just violated
- 58:35it. And you know, it could still come
- 58:38back to use it in the future.
- 58:41Do you get? So, it's not This is This is
- 58:44the This one too is is a bit
- 58:47complicated, but if you look at it,
- 58:48you're going to be able to see it. If
- 58:50you remember what I marked as another
- 58:52block
- 58:53here, this was what price used.
- 59:00This one has been mitigated,
- 59:03right?
- 59:05This one too has been mitigated.
- 59:09So, but because of this expansion, price
- 59:13didn't reach this this place again. it
- 59:16just probably oh just chose to decide to
- 59:18react from this one again and then drop.
- 59:21So whenever you see that expansion price
- 59:24does not go to the extreme at all. It
- 59:25just looks for the nearest the nearest
- 59:28um this thing blocks by the side here
- 59:31and just taps and reacts from them. Go
- 59:34to your chart check every single place
- 59:35where there was an expansion price
- 59:37doesn't always reach back for the high
- 59:39or in fact any expansion don't worry
- 59:42when we learn inducement you understand
- 59:43better. Any expansion that doesn't have
- 59:45a form of inducement, it just drops like
- 59:46this. Most times price doesn't come back
- 59:48to the extreme. It just looks for the
- 59:50nearest violated block and just drops
- 59:54from there. You get it just drops from
- 59:56there. So some persons call it SNR.
- 59:59There's one there was a time on it
- 1:00:01happened on GU for three consecutive
- 1:00:04weeks people could not trade cuz it was
- 1:00:07just acting like a witch. It was just
- 1:00:08dropping and dropping and dropping from
- 1:00:10Let me look for that chart.
- 1:00:13It happened here. Yeah,
- 1:00:16it happened here. So, this was when it
- 1:00:19happened.
- 1:00:24Now, see this? See this?
- 1:00:34Can you see that?
- 1:00:37See this one too?
- 1:00:46Right?
- 1:00:48Whenever I see that expansion, just take
- 1:00:50notes cuz majority of the time price
- 1:00:53would not come back.
- 1:00:56Price would not come to the extreme. So
- 1:00:59I think it happened on that place too.
- 1:01:01This is not even the one I want to even
- 1:01:02talk about. There was a time it happened
- 1:01:06very very well.
- 1:01:10Well, though the market doesn't expand
- 1:01:11so much. In fact, currently now
- 1:01:14expansions are dead because I don't know
- 1:01:16what's wrong with the financial market.
- 1:01:17The news doesn't really pump price
- 1:01:19anymore. Come to trading last year, you
- 1:01:21could just be sleeping. If drops, your
- 1:01:23account is in shambles cuz the market
- 1:01:26has literally pumped like hell. That's
- 1:01:29why we had so much expansion candles
- 1:01:31last year. But this year, the only
- 1:01:32expansion candles we pray for is we pray
- 1:01:34for the day Trump will speak. is when
- 1:01:36you did Trump's pa there is enough
- 1:01:38volatility in the markets to create this
- 1:01:40expansion looking candles other than
- 1:01:42that you're left with nothing cuz the
- 1:01:44market will not even move so this one
- 1:01:46too this is a valid block that was is a
- 1:01:50valid block that was what ignored and
- 1:01:53you can see what price did because it
- 1:01:55was ignored price violated it came and
- 1:01:59dropped from there so you need to just
- 1:02:01know two things unmititigated demand
- 1:02:04violation with An impulse
- 1:02:08shift.
- 1:02:40So um let me share back my screen
- 1:02:45although my network is not going to be
- 1:02:47very strong anymore.
- 1:02:50Anyways so but you've gotten what I
- 1:02:52meant. I just want to talk about
- 1:02:54violation blocks today. You just need to
- 1:02:56know one thing. the markets would
- 1:02:59reclaim any level at all that was
- 1:03:02unmititigated and was violated with an
- 1:03:06impulsive move. That's just it. So if
- 1:03:09you had a previous demand that market
- 1:03:11did not mitigate and then price ended up
- 1:03:14reading that level or ended up like um
- 1:03:18um violating that level. Many of times
- 1:03:20price going to use that level to bounce
- 1:03:22back again. you get just like we can see
- 1:03:26here this other block was ignored price
- 1:03:29raed it continued from there and they
- 1:03:31only used for continuations mostly used
- 1:03:34for continuations so yeah if you see
- 1:03:36them on if you see them on um on on
- 1:03:39reversals they always very close to the
- 1:03:41other block so close you could even just
- 1:03:43mark out the other block and be on your
- 1:03:45way right so that is just literally the
- 1:03:51behind them That's the issue the theorem
- 1:03:54behind them and there's nothing more to
- 1:03:56talk about them though that's it. So in
- 1:03:58our next class we're going to be
- 1:04:00discussing more on other blog we'll
- 1:04:01probably look at the charts and we'll do
- 1:04:03an analysis based on how much you've
- 1:04:05learned and I'm also going to be asking
- 1:04:07you guys a lot of questions. So if
- 1:04:10you've not watched the previous classes
- 1:04:13have just this week cuz I would not call
- 1:04:16you up and say okay what can you see
- 1:04:18what's happening here and you explain
- 1:04:20and that thing for me because I take my
- 1:04:22time to ask you guys give me your
- 1:04:24questions at the end of every class and
- 1:04:27you you you decide not to ask you're on
- 1:04:29your own no
- 1:04:31the next class is going to be an
- 1:04:32interactive session we look at
- 1:04:34everything we've taught from beginning
- 1:04:36to the end so don't miss that current
- 1:04:38that particular class.
- 1:04:42>> I have a question.
- 1:04:43>> Please ask ask. You have a question. Ask
- 1:04:48>> zoom zoom out zoom out screen please.
- 1:04:50Let me ask you from the from the other
- 1:04:53block that was ignored. So once the once
- 1:04:56the other block once the other block is
- 1:04:59being ignored and and an
- 1:05:03expansion candle ran through it, do you
- 1:05:06know the
- 1:05:08one that would the h change the trend
- 1:05:12and how will you know the one that will
- 1:05:15continue the trend when it actually
- 1:05:17comes back to mitigate it? change the
- 1:05:21trend
- 1:05:24>> like now
- 1:05:27this red candle ran through it
- 1:05:29>> then
- 1:05:32let later it now went up it and and h
- 1:05:37in the same down trend. Yes, that place
- 1:05:40is second. But there are ones that like
- 1:05:43to go back mitigate it then reverse the
- 1:05:47the trend.
- 1:05:52>> A validated block cannot change trend.
- 1:05:56Only another block can.
- 1:05:58>> Wow. Wow. Wow.
- 1:06:01>> It can only continue. It can only
- 1:06:03continue in that direction. That's why
- 1:06:06this one pushed price down.
- 1:06:09All right.
- 1:06:10>> Push price down. So you can only
- 1:06:12continue. Can't change.
- 1:06:31ask your questions. I'm looking at this
- 1:06:33level and it's looking very strange.
- 1:06:36Do we explain this one that day we
- 1:06:38explained other blocks?
- 1:06:40Please ask your questions.
- 1:06:51Okay. Who is who is annoting? Annote
- 1:06:53your annote and ask your questions.
- 1:06:59Somebody was annotating. I be annotating
- 1:07:02on the chat.
- 1:07:04Where is Stella? Where is um Ruka?
- 1:07:16A ask Brown ask.
- 1:07:22Um I don't I don't have a question
- 1:07:24because you know um I'm just getting to
- 1:07:28know better from all this. I already
- 1:07:29know what's another blog but like just
- 1:07:32getting enlightened and everything is
- 1:07:34just getting more interesting for me.
- 1:07:36>> Okay. So I should ask you.
- 1:07:43>> Okay. That's actually nice.
- 1:07:47That's nice.
- 1:07:49Anyways um
- 1:07:52Um Friday ask
- 1:08:00Brown ask where is life
- 1:08:14your network your network your network
- 1:08:17wherever that person is your network is
- 1:08:19disturbing you
- 1:08:28Okay, delight say you have another
- 1:08:29question.
- 1:08:33>> There are other blocks that
- 1:08:35>> Mhm.
- 1:08:40lost that. What?
- 1:08:54>> Yes. So,
- 1:09:03>> I didn't get you. Can you hear me?
- 1:09:08I got
- 1:09:16is it me or is the network? What's
- 1:09:18happening?
- 1:09:26>> Friday, you want to ask? I can't hear.
- 1:09:28>> Yes, I wanted to ask you a question.
- 1:09:29>> Okay. Okay.
- 1:09:30>> Other other block can be can also be a
- 1:09:32pin bar, right?
- 1:09:33>> Yes.
- 1:09:35and tweezer close.
- 1:09:37>> Of course, it's can.
- 1:09:39>> Okay. Okay.
- 1:09:42>> It come. All you just need to do is just
- 1:09:44need to know the location and you know
- 1:09:48what it is going to function as. But
- 1:09:50when we look at inducements, we would
- 1:09:52see more more types of other blocks.
- 1:09:54There was one this guy asked this
- 1:09:55morning like okay this one now. Anyways,
- 1:09:58you guys would even know this one if I
- 1:09:59point it out. But this one is another
- 1:10:02block.
- 1:10:05So it's another block.
- 1:10:08>> Both both uh dodgy dodgy also another
- 1:10:11block.
- 1:10:12>> No no no. You see that one? You see that
- 1:10:14one? Please run away from it. Those dois
- 1:10:17don't never use them as your other
- 1:10:18block. Never ever ever cuz they still
- 1:10:22end up failing. Even if they push price
- 1:10:24a bit, you may think ah the market is
- 1:10:26going in my direction. It would come
- 1:10:28back and take you out. So Never use a
- 1:10:31dojo. I beg.
- 1:10:33>> It's all right. Understood, sir.
- 1:10:37>> Delight. Are you back? I he finally left
- 1:10:40the call.
- 1:10:45Are you Is this the first time you're
- 1:10:48joining us from BF Canada?
- 1:10:54How come you had the opportunity to
- 1:10:55join?
- 1:10:58Awesome.
- 1:11:02>> It's from UK.
- 1:11:04>> Okay. UK. I say Canada.
- 1:11:07>> Yeah. But I'm not working today. I'm not
- 1:11:08home.
- 1:11:09>> Okay. Not working today. That's
- 1:11:12>> And I've been joining previously as
- 1:11:14well. I don't just talk like I just But
- 1:11:16I follow up and watch videos later.
- 1:11:19Yeah.
- 1:11:20>> Okay. Yeah.
- 1:11:28I can't even I need to see a full list
- 1:11:30of those in class today.
- 1:11:33Okay, Praesh is Indian, so his English
- 1:11:37accent is not that good. None of these
- 1:11:39girls attended today.
- 1:11:41Anyways, we're going to be closing the
- 1:11:44violation blocks class. You just need to
- 1:11:46know two things. It's going to be
- 1:11:48another block and it's going to be
- 1:11:50violated with an impulsive candle. All
- 1:11:52right. So, every other thing that is not
- 1:11:55this is either an order block or an FVG
- 1:12:00until we get that violation
- 1:12:03uh with either cuz you know when it is
- 1:12:05when it is not with an impulsive candle
- 1:12:06it can be a reclaimed block but when
- 1:12:08it's with an impulsive candle then we
- 1:12:10start to call it a breaker block right
- 1:12:13the mitigation blocks is just it's it's
- 1:12:16just weird it's just a term if I even
- 1:12:17send you a picture of what it looks like
- 1:12:19you just scrape it off your head
- 1:12:22You would literally you would literally
- 1:12:25just tell yourself this just a breaker
- 1:12:27block a breaker block with a twist. So
- 1:12:30we just have
- 1:12:32um three POIs for now. Breaker blocks,
- 1:12:36fair values and other blocks, right? And
- 1:12:38then we could add um I think just these
- 1:12:42three is okay. Reclaim blocks is
- 1:12:44whenever reclaim blocks is very
- 1:12:46pointless. So just these three. We'll
- 1:12:48work with these three as we keep moving
- 1:12:50forward. And you know it's not something
- 1:12:52you're going to grasp at once. Trust me,
- 1:12:56it took me a lot of time to learn this
- 1:12:59thing. So it's not magic. But the truth
- 1:13:02is that if you the more you watch me do
- 1:13:06it, the more you you it starts to get to
- 1:13:08you. Like naturally it just gets to you.
- 1:13:11When we have our weekly reviews, when
- 1:13:14you see me do some things, you ask you
- 1:13:15questions. Why did you why did you From
- 1:13:18there you would start learning these
- 1:13:19things and it just becomes normal right
- 1:13:23my my old private students they they've
- 1:13:26had their classes since 2023 but still
- 1:13:29every week they ask me are we going to
- 1:13:32have a weekly market session today why
- 1:13:35because they just want to see if there
- 1:13:36is anything different from what I have
- 1:13:40what how I currently look at the chart
- 1:13:42and how I currently analyze the chart
- 1:13:44and this is literally the only thing
- 1:13:45they do when they when this they the
- 1:13:47when I start chatting they just keep
- 1:13:49quiet and they just keep watching and
- 1:13:50watching and watching and by observing
- 1:13:52you just tend to be able to see from
- 1:13:55that person's point of view right
- 1:13:57everything we've been learning you're
- 1:13:59going to see me apply them you're going
- 1:14:01to see me um you're going to see me
- 1:14:04basically decide there's going to be
- 1:14:06like it's going to be a battle of
- 1:14:07thoughts where I'm deciding okay which
- 1:14:09setup is the best for me to take which
- 1:14:11would not stress me the most which would
- 1:14:13play out without which would give me the
- 1:14:14most reward
- 1:14:15which would you know all these things
- 1:14:18right so it's not something you just ah
- 1:14:20okay I want to learn how to enter
- 1:14:22strategy a strategy B it's not that just
- 1:14:24you're literally learning the market
- 1:14:26logic and you're basically using what
- 1:14:28you know to justify entering a trade or
- 1:14:33not entering a trade right when I saw
- 1:14:35this shift here this break above this
- 1:14:37high every single person was still
- 1:14:39bearish at that point but then I was now
- 1:14:42bullish because that shift has happened.
- 1:14:46If we were bearish, we would have not
- 1:14:48closed above this high with a body
- 1:14:52prominently even two candles. If we were
- 1:14:56bearish, you would have just swept it
- 1:14:57and rejected back immediately.
- 1:15:00And on top of that, a new break
- 1:15:02happened. So whilst everybody was
- 1:15:04looking for how to sell, I was now
- 1:15:06looking for how to buy. So literally
- 1:15:09everything is just logic and you start
- 1:15:11to see that trading is simple when you
- 1:15:13number one have a have a set of rules
- 1:15:16that you follow and then when you get on
- 1:15:18the chart you're justifying every single
- 1:15:21trade based on what you actually know
- 1:15:24and the rules you you actually have set
- 1:15:27for yourself and actually it just gets
- 1:15:30easy from there right just gets easy
- 1:15:33from there so
- 1:15:36we'll be seeing more By God's grace,
- 1:15:38like I would always keep saying,
- 1:15:40if
- 1:15:42if God wills, as long as there's life,
- 1:15:46there's hope, we would definitely see a
- 1:15:48lot of things happen and would make a
- 1:15:51lot of money.
- 1:15:54Anyways, I think with that said,
- 1:15:58we just come to the end of today's
- 1:15:59class.
- 1:16:01>> Sorry. Uh class,
- 1:16:02>> excuse me, sir.
- 1:16:03>> Yes, please ask.
- 1:16:04>> Yeah, please. Uh your weekly reviews are
- 1:16:07always when sir so I can set a
- 1:16:09notification for it.
- 1:16:10>> Um Sundays.
- 1:16:14>> Sundays. What time sir?
- 1:16:16>> Let me say 900 p.m. But that time you
- 1:16:19guys always having classes. So I do it
- 1:16:21with them. Let's see. I used to do it
- 1:16:23with them 9:00 p.m. before, but then
- 1:16:24always that time you guys will always be
- 1:16:26actually be having classes. So I kind of
- 1:16:28like shifted it to like around 11:00
- 1:16:30p.m. with them. So although although
- 1:16:33though we could also still do it on
- 1:16:34Saturdays. It depends but anyways I
- 1:16:36always announce whenever we're going to
- 1:16:38have it. I always announce so you would
- 1:16:41definitely know.
- 1:16:43>> Sorry. No problem sir. Thank you.
- 1:16:45>> You definitely know. Yeah.
- 1:16:56All right. Um,
- 1:16:59I'll see you guys in the next one.
