  1. 0:00Physical appearance changes manifest
  2. 0:01through neutrality. To be fair,
  3. 0:03everything manifests through neutrality.
  4. 0:06But the reason neutrality is even more
  5. 0:08important when it comes to physical
  6. 0:10changes is because we tend to be so
  7. 0:13attached to our bodies. I mean, that's
  8. 0:15normal, right? You see yourself every
  9. 0:18day. You feel how your body feels. If
  10. 0:20you have pain, you have to feel that.
  11. 0:22You're experiencing life through your
  12. 0:24body because it's your vehicle. So when
  13. 0:26it comes to manifesting a change in
  14. 0:28that, it can be very very difficult for
  15. 0:31people to actually achieve neutrality.
  16. 0:34Now there are a lot of people that think
  17. 0:35that they have been manifesting changes
  18. 0:38in their body for a long time. But
  19. 0:40really they haven't been manifesting
  20. 0:42anything. They've just been obsessing
  21. 0:44and trying to control. And obsessing and
  22. 0:46controlling is the opposite of
  23. 0:48neutrality. So why is neutrality so
  24. 0:50important in general? It's because it's
  25. 0:52a receptive state. It's a state of
  26. 0:54non-attachment. It's a state of saying,
  27. 0:56"I am okay with the way things are now."
  28. 1:00And that is the state that allows more
  29. 1:02things to materialize. Because if you're
  30. 1:04not okay with the way that your body
  31. 1:06looks right now, if you are desperate to
  32. 1:08change it, if you think, for example, no
  33. 1:10one's going to like you unless you
  34. 1:12change your body, you're putting all
  35. 1:14this kind of all these kind of
  36. 1:15conditions on it. You are saying to the
  37. 1:18universe, you are putting the energy out
  38. 1:19there of I do not have this physical
  39. 1:22change. I do not look the way I want. I
  40. 1:24do not feel comfortable in my body.
  41. 1:27People aren't gonna like me if I don't
  42. 1:29look a certain way. And what happens is
  43. 1:31that has to be reflected back in your
  44. 1:33reality. So you go to the mirror, you
  45. 1:35see a body you don't like. You walk
  46. 1:36around in public, you don't feel
  47. 1:38comfortable. You go on a date, you get
  48. 1:40rejected. Your identity and what you're
  49. 1:43aware of constantly has to be reflected
  50. 1:45back to you. That is the law. That is
  51. 1:48how the world works. So if you want to
  52. 1:50see a change with your body or with
  53. 1:52anything else, you have to put the
  54. 1:54energy out there of I don't need this
  55. 1:56thing because I already have it. Because
  56. 1:58manifestations come from a state of
  57. 2:00someone who has that thing. If you have
  58. 2:02an identity where it's normal for you to
  59. 2:04look good, it's normal for you to get
  60. 2:07treated in a certain way. It's normal
  61. 2:09for you to enjoy looking at the mirror
  62. 2:11and feeling comfortable with what you
  63. 2:12see. Then that's going to be reflected
  64. 2:14in your reality. Another thing I want to
  65. 2:17discuss is the aspect of specity.
  66. 2:21So people can tend to get very fixated
  67. 2:25on wanting things to appear a certain
  68. 2:27way. Like for example, you might be
  69. 2:30trying to manifest a change in your
  70. 2:32appearance and you want it to look
  71. 2:34exactly like accurate to your
  72. 2:36specifications. Like you there's a
  73. 2:38celebrity you really like and you want
  74. 2:40to look exactly like her or there's a
  75. 2:42body type you want and you want it to be
  76. 2:44exactly that. Like this might be a bit
  77. 2:46of a controversial thing to say, but
  78. 2:47having so much specificity can be just a
  79. 2:51way of trying to control and things
  80. 2:55don't materialize and unfold from
  81. 2:56control. Things materialize and unfold
  82. 2:59from surrender. I mean that's what I
  83. 3:01found in my journey at least and I think
  84. 3:03many other people also. Um a lot of the
  85. 3:06religious texts and ancient philosophies
  86. 3:08like Vadic philosophy they talk about
  87. 3:11this too. They talk about a state of in
  88. 3:14Vadic philosophy I think it's called
  89. 3:16satva is the state where it's a state of
  90. 3:18revealing it's a state of the world
  91. 3:21unfolding itself to you now when you are
  92. 3:24so specific and obsessive and trying to
  93. 3:26control you're in the state of the ego
  94. 3:29you're in a state of attachment and
  95. 3:33manifestation is a state of
  96. 3:34non-attachment essentially now the word
  97. 3:36manifestation I think a lot of people
  98. 3:38don't even really know what it means uh
  99. 3:41or people have very specific ideas on
  100. 3:43what it means. Essentially, it just
  101. 3:45means having a vision, having an
  102. 3:48internal vision that materializes in the
  103. 3:513D reality where you can see it and
  104. 3:53experience it with your body. It's not
  105. 3:56supposed to be something where you're
  106. 3:57controlling every specific outcome. Not
  107. 4:00to say you cannot manifest specific
  108. 4:02things. You can absolutely manifest
  109. 4:04specific things, and I have done so. For
  110. 4:06example, with my appearance, I
  111. 4:09manifested pretty much a facial glow up.
  112. 4:11I manifested improving my facial
  113. 4:13structure, getting more symmetry. My
  114. 4:16body too, um, my body became more like
  115. 4:18my posture became better. My body became
  116. 4:21a bit more like slightly more curvy on
  117. 4:23my lower half. My skin became smoother,
  118. 4:26my complexion became brighter, my dark
  119. 4:28circles improved, my hair became fuller.
  120. 4:30So, these are things that I had a kind
  121. 4:34of vision for. But when they actually
  122. 4:37came, they weren't something that I was
  123. 4:39gripped on so tightly, too. It's not
  124. 4:41like I had this idea of like, okay, it
  125. 4:43has to look like exactly this way to the
  126. 4:45millimeter, you know? Like, I just had a
  127. 4:47general idea of what I wanted to look
  128. 4:49like. And to be fair, to be fair to the
  129. 4:53universe, props. Like, I pretty much got
  130. 4:55that. But you find that as you go on and
  131. 4:57as you attach less, your grip on exactly
  132. 5:01what you want loosens slightly and it
  133. 5:02becomes more of kind of a theme. Like
  134. 5:05you you essentially you want to look hot
  135. 5:07and feel good, right? And you want to be
  136. 5:08healthy. That's what everyone wants and
  137. 5:10that's completely natural and valid and
  138. 5:12you can absolutely have that and you
  139. 5:14should have that. And another thing I
  140. 5:16learned on my journey is how health and
  141. 5:18beauty are very much correlated and they
  142. 5:20really change your energetic state and
  143. 5:23what you're able to receive. I can talk
  144. 5:25about that more because that's a
  145. 5:26separate topic. Where was I? Oh yeah. So
  146. 5:29attachment, it's funny because Buddhism
  147. 5:32also says this. They say desire is the
  148. 5:35root of all suffering. And they say
  149. 5:37attachment, is it attachment is the root
  150. 5:38of all suffering or desire? But it's
  151. 5:40pretty much the same thing because they
  152. 5:42link together attachment and desire.
  153. 5:46They basically say that gripping onto
  154. 5:48anything tightly, obsessing about it,
  155. 5:51that's where the issue lies. Desiring
  156. 5:54something in itself is not an issue
  157. 5:57because desire is the way our souls
  158. 5:59evolve. If we had no desires,
  159. 6:03what would we be living for? How would
  160. 6:05we know in what direction to go? How
  161. 6:07would we have a vision and then
  162. 6:09materialize it? That's literally the
  163. 6:11whole point of being here on earth is to
  164. 6:13experience contrast and to create
  165. 6:16co-create a reality. So desire in itself
  166. 6:19is not bad. you wanting to look a
  167. 6:20certain way, you wanting to be hot, you
  168. 6:22wanting to feel good. There's absolutely
  169. 6:25no problem with that. The problem comes
  170. 6:27when it becomes obsessive, and instead
  171. 6:30of freeing you, it starts to limit you
  172. 6:33more because manifestation is always
  173. 6:35supposed to free you. And this is
  174. 6:37another thing I feel like people get
  175. 6:39stuck on. They use manifestation as
  176. 6:42another form of control. Like
  177. 6:44manifestation is supposed to be the key
  178. 6:46to unlock your prison. And then like
  179. 6:50some people take that key, they they
  180. 6:52lock themselves on the inside of the
  181. 6:54prison and then they throw away the key
  182. 6:55and that's them manifesting. And it's
  183. 6:57like what? Like that was not supposed to
  184. 6:59be the point at all. This is supposed to
  185. 7:01be liberation and evolving your soul.
  186. 7:04Now you might be wondering, okay, but
  187. 7:06how do I have a desire, focus on it
  188. 7:10while I'm neutral about it, and
  189. 7:12nonattached? And that's a very good
  190. 7:14question, and that probably deserves
  191. 7:17another video. So if you're interested
  192. 7:19to know my thoughts on that, please let
  193. 7:21me know. Just to give you a bit of
  194. 7:22background on me, I studied in
  195. 7:24hypnotherapy. So I'm a clinical
  196. 7:26hypnotherapist and I have probably like
  197. 7:298 years or 9 years of experience in
  198. 7:31manifesting in general. And also I had
  199. 7:34my own experience manifesting a new face
  200. 7:37and body or maybe not new, but an
  201. 7:40upgraded face and body. If you do want
  202. 7:42to work with me, I've put my information
  203. 7:44below and I have my website where you
  204. 7:46can see testimonials of my previous
  205. 7:47clients. I also have an ebook if you're
  206. 7:50interested where I discuss how I
  207. 7:52manifested my face and body in detail.
  208. 7:55But yes, please stay tuned if you're
  209. 7:56interested in this topic. I'm definitely
  210. 7:58going to make more videos about this.
  211. 8:00Okay, bye.
