- 0:00speaking part one and three
- 0:30what kind of food do you
- 0:49like writing test to reasons
- 1:00I
- 1:01think what kind of food do you like well
- 1:04I'm a food Enthusiast so there are many
- 1:06Cuisines that I'm really into however
- 1:09the one I like best is the food from my
- 1:11home country because it's what I grew up
- 1:13with I also occasionally enjoy Italian
- 1:16food since I have a passion for
- 1:26pizza what kind of food do you like um I
- 1:29I'd have to say that I'm a big fan of
- 1:31seafood in particular I really like to
- 1:34enjoy Japanese seafood because it's
- 1:36always so fresh for instance I don't
- 1:39think I could ever say no to Salon
- 1:48Sashimi writing test causes problems
- 2:07what kind of food do you like I think it
- 2:10really depends if I'm at work I would
- 2:13prefer something quick like McDonald's
- 2:15cuz I only have a short break but if I'm
- 2:18out with friends I'd rather have
- 2:20something more exotic such as thigh or
- 2:22Chinese
- 2:26FD writing test agree disagree
- 2:30partly
- 2:36[Music]
- 2:41agree what kind of food do you like
- 2:44honestly I always have a soft spot for
- 2:46pizza with a lot of cheese on top
- 2:49however I think that it might not be all
- 2:51that healthy to eat so much cheese as
- 2:53I've heard it can lead to high levels of
- 2:56bad cholesterol which increase the risk
- 2:58of heart disease
- 3:25what kind of food do you like to be
- 3:27honest I'm a pey eater so I don't really
- 3:30have a favorite food but I guess that if
- 3:33I had to choose one then I'd go for
- 3:35something like pizza you know I just
- 3:37love all that cheese and tomato
- 3:55sauce
- 3:58test
- 4:06for
- 4:28speaking
- 4:58fore
- 5:27foreign writing test
- 5:37for different kinds
- 5:45of what are the popular kinds of shops
- 5:48in your country well there are wide
- 5:51range of places to go shopping one of
- 5:53the most popular types is department
- 5:56stores I think this is because they
- 5:58often stock High quality products and
- 6:01offer a clear 30-day refund policy if
- 6:03customers are not happy with the
- 6:05purchase another trendy place that
- 6:07people in my country enjoy shopping at
- 6:09is local markets I guess people are
- 6:12motivated by the fact that these places
- 6:14sell stuff at a cheaper price compared
- 6:16to that of big supermarkets though the
- 6:18quality is not always
- 6:21guaranteed on a general level small
- 6:24local shops and traditional markets are
- 6:26common across the country as they
- 6:29provide unique products and experiences
- 6:31for Shoppers more specifically these
- 6:34places are not just places to buy Goods
- 6:37but they are social hubs where people
- 6:39connect with each other for example at
- 6:41traditional markets in Vietnam you can
- 6:43find everything from fresh produce and
- 6:46seafood to textiles and souvenirs is a
- 6:50lively environment where hoglinger and
- 6:54these markets play an essential role in
- 6:56Vietnamese culture and daily life
- 7:00the popularity of different types of
- 7:02shops in Vietnam varies based on the
- 7:05region in big cities like Hanoi or
- 7:08haiming city large shopping malls and
- 7:11modern retail stores are becoming
- 7:13increasingly popular especially among
- 7:15younger Generations who are looking for
- 7:18Branded Goods fashion items and
- 7:20entertainment options on the other hand
- 7:23in smaller towns and rural areas
- 7:25traditional markets and small
- 7:27family-owned shops are still the goats
- 7:29Su places for most people these markets
- 7:31offer fresh locally soured products and
- 7:34there's a personal touch to the shopping
- 7:36experience where relationships between
- 7:38sellers and buyers are often built over
- 7:43time um supermarkets and Chin stores
- 7:46have grown rapidly in Vietnam especially
- 7:48in urban areas because they offer a wide
- 7:51range of products in one place making
- 7:53them very convenient for people with
- 7:55busy schedules however despite this
- 7:57growth many local residents still prefer
- 7:59shopping at traditional markets these
- 8:02markets are valued for offering fresher
- 8:04produce often at lower prices and the
- 8:07experience feels more personal plus the
- 8:10markets are part of the local culture
- 8:11and history while supermarkets are
- 8:14convenient they can sometimes feel
- 8:16impersonal and more expensive compared
- 8:18to these traditional
- 8:20settings it's hard to pinpoint just one
- 8:23type of shop that's popular in my
- 8:25country because people's preferences can
- 8:27vary greatly some might argue that
- 8:30modern shopping centers are the most
- 8:32popular because they offer One-Stop
- 8:34solution for everything from groceries
- 8:36to electronics but in my opinion
- 8:39traditional Street vendors and
- 8:41convenience stores are still more
- 8:42popular overall especially in urban
- 8:45areas the reason is that these options
- 8:47are affordable easily accessible and
- 8:49cater to the Daily needs of the majority
- 8:51you can grab a quick snack buy some
- 8:53vegetables or even pick up a household
- 8:56supplies without having to travel
- 8:58far comparing
- 9:01do men and women like to talk about the
- 9:03same
- 9:04topics I think men and women often talk
- 9:07about different topics based on their
- 9:09interests on one hand men might focus
- 9:12more on things like sports or technology
- 9:15because these are the areas they
- 9:17passionate about or heavily involved in
- 9:19on the other hand women tend to lean
- 9:21towards topics like relationships or
- 9:24personal experiences which they find
- 9:27meaningful and engaging of course the
- 9:29these are just general Trends and
- 9:30everyone's
- 9:33different um in general men and women do
- 9:36talk about some of the same things
- 9:38especially when it comes to Shared
- 9:39experiences like family work or social
- 9:42events but when you dig a Little Deeper
- 9:44the differences become clearer guys
- 9:47might get really into discussing the
- 9:48details of recent game or new tech
- 9:50gadgets while women often focus more on
- 9:53personal stories relationships or social
- 9:56topics for example at a casual Gathering
- 9:58you might notice guys clustered around
- 10:00the TV talking about the latest match
- 10:03while the women are more likely to be
- 10:05exchanging updates on their lives or
- 10:07discussing the latest trends so whilst
- 10:10there's definitely overlap each groups
- 10:12tend to have his own go-to
- 10:16topics I think it really depends on
- 10:18who's talking and the situation in mixed
- 10:21groups people usually stick to more
- 10:24neutral topics like movies travel or
- 10:26general news that everyone can join in
- 10:28on but when is all men or all women the
- 10:31conversations often shift towards their
- 10:33specific interests guys might focus on
- 10:36Sports Hobbies or Tech while women lean
- 10:38more towards relationships social
- 10:40matters or Lifestyles topics so the
- 10:43Dynamics really changes depending on the
- 10:45group makeup and the context but overall
- 10:47is about what's relevant and interesting
- 10:49to the people
- 10:52involved clearly I think men and women
- 10:54often have different preferences when it
- 10:56comes to Topics in general men are more
- 10:59likely to discuss sports or current
- 11:02Global events while women often enjoy
- 11:05conversations about shopping or the
- 11:06latest fashion trends however when it
- 11:09comes to personal interest those
- 11:11preferences can overlap regardless of
- 11:13gender for instance some women are
- 11:16really into talking about football and
- 11:18plenty of men are just as interested in
- 11:20discussing
- 11:23fashion um I'd say people naturally talk
- 11:26about what's relevant to them so there's
- 11:28definitely some Common Ground between
- 11:30men and women when it comes to
- 11:32conversation topics but if I'm being
- 11:34more direct i' say there are some clear
- 11:36differences guys are often more into
- 11:39things like sports Tech or Hobbies while
- 11:41women tend to prefer discussing
- 11:43relationships lifestyle Trends or social
- 11:46issues of course these aren't strict
- 11:48rules and everyone's different but in
- 11:50general you can see how those patterns
- 11:52play out depending on the settings and
- 11:54the people
- 11:55involved predicting
- 11:59is it good or bad for people to have
- 12:01free education in the
- 12:02future having free education in the
- 12:05future could be highly advantages for
- 12:07society initially it would ensure that
- 12:10everyone has equal access to educational
- 12:12opportunities regardless of their
- 12:14economic status this could lead to a
- 12:17more educated and skilled Workforce
- 12:19benefiting the economy as a whole
- 12:21moreover free education could
- 12:23significantly reduced student debt
- 12:25allowing graduates to start their
- 12:27careers without Financial burdens both
- 12:30of these factors could contribute to a
- 12:32more Equitable and prosperous
- 12:37Society I believe that in general free
- 12:40education could be a positive
- 12:42development for society it would ensure
- 12:44that everyone has the chance to learn
- 12:46and grow without a financial button for
- 12:49Citizens more specifically this could
- 12:52lead to a more educated Workforce and
- 12:54potentially lower an employment rates
- 12:57for instance if everyone could for to go
- 12:59to college or vocational training it
- 13:02might boost economic growth and
- 13:04Innovation however it's important to
- 13:07consider how to manage the costs and
- 13:09resources to make it
- 13:12effective I think whether the possible
- 13:14consequence of free education is good or
- 13:17bad really depends on the implementation
- 13:20in countries with strong financial
- 13:22systems and resources free education
- 13:25could be a fantastic way to promote
- 13:27equality and economic development
- 13:29but in countries where resources are
- 13:32limited it could be challenging to
- 13:34maintain quality and access for example
- 13:37while free education might work well in
- 13:40a country with a robust economy that can
- 13:42support the costs it could strain the
- 13:44system in a developing Nation if not
- 13:46carefully
- 13:48planned offering free ucation in the
- 13:51future could be advantages because it
- 13:53would make learning accessible to
- 13:55everyone and help reduce inequality
- 13:58however there are concerns that it could
- 14:00lead to higher taxes or government
- 14:02spending which might be challenging to
- 14:04manage so while the idea of free
- 14:06education is appealing and could bring
- 14:09many benefits it's crucial to balance it
- 14:11with considerations about funding and
- 14:15quality the topic of free education
- 14:18often Sparks a lot of debate some might
- 14:21argue that it could bring a lot of
- 14:22advantages since it would open doors for
- 14:25many people who otherwise couldn't
- 14:27afford it but on the other hand there
- 14:29are concerns about how to fund it and
- 14:31ensure that educational standards are
- 14:33maintained personally I think that the
- 14:36idea has a lot of potential benefits but
- 14:38would need careful planning to address
- 14:40the financial and logistical challenges
- 14:42involved the have advantages
- 14:46disadvantages what are the advantages of
- 14:49distance
- 14:50learning distance learning has some
- 14:52clear advantages for starters it offers
- 14:55incredible flexibility allowing students
- 14:58to learn at their own pace and fit their
- 15:00studies around their busy lives which is
- 15:02a real game Cher additionally it makes
- 15:05education more accessible to those in
- 15:07remote or undeserved areas who might
- 15:09otherwise be left out in the cold this
- 15:12means more people can have the
- 15:13opportunities to advance their skills
- 15:16regardless of their geographical
- 15:17constraints all in all it can be a
- 15:20win-win situation for expanding
- 15:22educational
- 15:23access overall distance learning can be
- 15:26a fantastic option for many it provides
- 15:28the freedom to study when and where it
- 15:30suits you which is a big plus for anyone
- 15:32with a tie schedule more specifically
- 15:35this flexibility allows someone's
- 15:37working full-time to hit the virtual
- 15:39books in the evenings or on the weekends
- 15:41for example if you're balancing a job
- 15:43and family online courses can be a real
- 15:46life saer fitting seamlessly into your
- 15:48life this adaptability can make
- 15:50continuing education much more
- 15:52manageable and less
- 15:54stressful the benefits of distance
- 15:56learning really depend on individual
- 15:59needs for someone with a hectic schedule
- 16:01or who lives far from educational
- 16:04institutions is Lifesaver offering the
- 16:06change to study without needing to
- 16:08commute however if you thrive on
- 16:10in-person interactions and a structured
- 16:13classroom environment distance learning
- 16:15might not be as effective so it's a
- 16:17mixed bag and depends on what works best
- 16:19for you ultimately finding the right fit
- 16:22for your learning style can make all the
- 16:25difference um distance learning has
- 16:27several advantages such as flexibility
- 16:30and accessibility which make it a great
- 16:32option for many it allows students to
- 16:35study from anywhere and manage their own
- 16:37schedules which is a huge plus however
- 16:39some people might feel they're missing
- 16:41out on the personal touch and immediate
- 16:43feedback that come with traditional
- 16:45classroom settings so while distance
- 16:48learning is beneficial it's not without
- 16:50its challenges balancing these pros and
- 16:52cons can help you decide if this the
- 16:54right choice for
- 16:56you when it comes to learning methods
- 16:59there is no right or wrong option
- 17:01because each has his own pros and cons
- 17:03distance learning is often surprised for
- 17:05his flexibility and the ability to study
- 17:08from anywhere which can be a real
- 17:09feather in his cap while it's not
- 17:11perfect and may have some Downs signs
- 17:13like a lack of face Toof face
- 17:14interaction the flexibility it offers is
- 17:17a significant advantage that makes it a
- 17:20strong choice for many people if managed
- 17:22well it can provide a balanced approach
- 17:25to education that suits diverse needs
- 17:27and situations Z them problems
- 17:30solutions how can we encourage people to
- 17:33do more
- 17:34exercise encouraging people to exercise
- 17:37more can be approached in a couple of
- 17:39ways for starters making exercise fun
- 17:42and social can be a real motivator like
- 17:45organizing group activities or fitness
- 17:48challenges which makes working out feel
- 17:50less like a chore additionally providing
- 17:52incentives or rewards for reaching
- 17:54fitness goals can give people that extra
- 17:56push they need by combining enjoyment
- 17:59with tangible rewards people might be
- 18:01more inclined to get off their couch and
- 18:04get
- 18:05moving to encourage more exercise we can
- 18:08start by promoting the benefits of
- 18:10staying active in groups this way
- 18:12members can follow one another to
- 18:14achieve a better well-being more
- 18:16specifically setting up Community
- 18:18fitness programs or local sports Leakes
- 18:21can make getting active more accessible
- 18:23and appealing for instance having a
- 18:25weekend soccer league or free yoga
- 18:27classes in the park can help you people
- 18:29incorporate exercise into their routines
- 18:31more easily and regularly this not only
- 18:34enhances their health but also broadens
- 18:36people Social
- 18:38Circles encouraging exercise often
- 18:41depends on the individual and their
- 18:43circumstances for socially engaged
- 18:45individuals joining a gym or Fitness
- 18:47class might be a great way to stay
- 18:49motivated but for those with a sedentary
- 18:52lifestyle finding ways to exercise at
- 18:54home like following online workouts
- 18:57videos or using fitness app might be
- 18:59more effective if they prefer privacy so
- 19:02it's important to tailor the approach
- 19:04based on what fits best with f person's
- 19:06lifestyle and
- 19:09preferences promoting more exercise can
- 19:11be achieved through engaging methods
- 19:14like fun group workouts or Community
- 19:16sports events these can be effective in
- 19:19getting people active however some
- 19:21individuals might still struggle with
- 19:23finding the time or motivation to
- 19:25exercise regularly so while these IES
- 19:29can help addressing personal barriers
- 19:30and providing support it's important to
- 19:33tackle the issue from multiple angles to
- 19:35make exercise a regular part of
- 19:38life um there are numerous strategies to
- 19:41encourage more exercise H with its own
- 19:44benefits for instance making Fitness
- 19:46activities more enjoyable and social can
- 19:49be a great motivator or offering
- 19:51incentives for achieving fitness goals
- 19:53might also help however if I had to
- 19:56single out one approach is probably
- 19:58about making exercise an integral part
- 20:01of daily life whether through Community
- 20:03programs or personalized plans the idea
- 20:06is to integrate exercise so seamlessly
- 20:09that it becomes second
- 20:10nature
- 20:14opinions why do so many people move from
- 20:16the countryside to cities there are a
- 20:19couple of key reasons why people often
- 20:20move from this Countryside to the cities
- 20:23for one cities offer more education
- 20:25options and job opportunities which can
- 20:28be a major draw from people to pursue
- 20:30their academic or professional Endeavors
- 20:32additionally urban areas tend to have
- 20:35better access to amenities and services
- 20:37such as health care and entertainment
- 20:40which can make City living more
- 20:41appealing both of these factors can make
- 20:43the city a more attractive option for
- 20:45those seeking a
- 20:47change generally people move from the
- 20:50countryside to cities for better jobs
- 20:52prospects and more vibrant lifestyles on
- 20:54a more specific level cities offers a
- 20:57wide range of employment opportunities
- 20:59that might not be available in rural
- 21:01areas for example someone might relocate
- 21:04to the city to pursue a career in Tech
- 21:06or Finance fields that are more
- 21:08concentrated in urban environments this
- 21:10shift often brings greater convenience
- 21:12and access to surfaces as
- 21:15well the reasons for moving from the
- 21:17countryside to cities can vary depending
- 21:19on individual needs and goals for some
- 21:22the move is driven by the chance for
- 21:24refresh of growth and urban areas often
- 21:26provide more job opportunities for
- 21:29others it might be about assessing
- 21:31Better Health Care education or social
- 21:33activities so whether it's about
- 21:35climbing the career ladder or enjoying
- 21:37Urban amenities it really depends on
- 21:40what people are looking to achieve with
- 21:42their
- 21:43move many people move from the
- 21:46countryside to cities for better drob
- 21:48prospects and assess to amenities cities
- 21:50generally provide more career
- 21:52opportunities and a wider range of
- 21:54services which can be very appealing
- 21:56however is worth noting that City Life
- 21:58can also come with its own set of
- 22:00challenges such as Higher Living costs
- 22:02and increased trust so while the move
- 22:05can offer significant benefits it's
- 22:07important to wait these against their
- 22:09potential Downs
- 22:11signs when considering why people might
- 22:13move from the countryside to cities
- 22:16there are several factors of play it's
- 22:18often said that cities provide more
- 22:20opportunities and conveniences which can
- 22:22be a big draw however if I had to point
- 22:25out one key reason is probably the
- 22:27permiss of better Korea prospects and
- 22:29access to various Services making a move
- 22:32to the city can be a way to open new
- 22:34doors and enhance one's lifestyle
