0:00morning detective i'm going to talk to
0:01you a little bit about um
0:03some communication that you might have
0:05had with mr halderson at this point i
0:07know you've testified before
0:09just going to july 8th
0:11so kind of the second full day of the
0:13investigation the parents reported the
0:15day before missing um on the 8th did you
0:17receive any calls from chandler
0:19halderson
0:20yes i received three telephone calls
0:22from chandler and uh did you talk to him
0:24all three times
0:26yes okay uh approximately when was the
0:28first call that day uh the first call
0:30was it at approximately 11 30 a.m okay
0:33and what to your recollection did you
0:35talk about mr halderson uh mr helderson
0:39wanted to inform me that he had spoken
0:41to the news
0:42the media gave some interviews on that
0:46i asked him if he had any further
0:47information for us
0:49that he may have provided to the media
0:50that we didn't have at that point and he
0:53said he did not
0:56approximately when was that call again
0:58uh that one i believe was approximately
1:0011 30 am was that recorded or not
1:03that was not
1:04uh the next call mr halderson when was
1:06that uh that one
1:08i believe was approximately 1 30 p.m
1:11okay and what did you talk about at that
1:13time with mr halderson chandler told me
1:15that he had been searching around in his
1:18parents bedroom
1:20located a set of keys in his father's
1:22nightstand the end table
1:25that he believed were to the cabin
1:28he told me that his brother mitchell was
1:30on his way over to the oak springs home
1:32to grab those keys because mitchell was
1:35going to drive up with his fiance to the
1:36cabin to check it out okay and around
1:40this time you got this call were you
1:41aware that dane county had asked
1:42langlais county to assist in this
1:44investigation i was uh and what was the
1:46plan at that point were deputies from
1:48here going up there
1:49yes um i told mr helderson that we'd
1:52like to be in contact with mitchell as
1:56we're going to be sending
1:57two members of the sheriff's office up
2:00to assist with the search
2:02um
2:04i didn't want anybody going in or around
2:06the home without law enforcement present
2:09sure and was that call recorded
2:11it was not okay um
2:14did something happen between the second
2:16call and you said there were three calls
2:19and the third call that day that was
2:20important in the investigation yes
2:23we received information that chandler
2:25helderson was observed out at the farm
2:29in the in cottage grove
2:32near a wooded area i also had just
2:35received prior to the third call
2:37information that
2:39torso was located in the area that
2:41chandler helderson was last seen
2:44in in your mind and in the course of the
2:45investigation is that the point where
2:47this became a homicide investigation for
2:48you versus missing persons investigation
2:51yes
2:52so the third call when was that
2:55that one was approximately 3 30 pm okay
2:58and was that call recorded
3:00that one was recorded and why was that
3:02one recorded in the prior to not
3:04um at that point uh chandler had called
3:08me
3:09um
3:10we found a torso in the location where
3:12he was observed uh it appeared to be a
3:15male torso at that time
3:18chandler moved from a person of interest
3:20to a suspect at that point sure
3:24the deputies that you had sent up to
3:26langlade county at some point
3:28was any action taken regarding those
3:30folks headed up to langley county yes
3:33those members of the sheriff's office
3:35were part of our crime scene unit
3:38we immediately called them and arranged
3:39for them to turn around and come back as
3:42we now had a active crime scene okay so
3:44when we watched the langlade county
3:46video and they talked about dane county
3:47turning around that was
3:49the impetus was you and that stage of
3:52the investigation where everything
3:53changed that was why yeah okay um
3:57the call that you recorded with mr
3:59halderson um approximately what time was
4:02that again that was approximately 3 30
4:04p.m i believe 3 38. i'm showing it's
4:07been marked as exhibit number 114. um
4:10it's usb drive correct
4:13correct and uh this is the recorded call
4:15you've had an opportunity to listen to
4:16this or with mr halterson yes okay move
4:19114 115 in evidence for court record no
4:21objection they are received
4:23move to publish 114.

4:30um a little confused i got two squads
4:35parked right outside my house they're
4:37not really canvassing they're just kind
4:39of sitting there
4:41is everything all right
4:43yeah i mean they're in the area doing
4:45canvassing and they're also
4:47uh probably doing a shift change right
4:48now getting our second shift crew on
4:50around three three thirty
4:58something going on that we need to know
5:01well they're probably doing reports
5:02they're probably doing shift change
5:05you know they've been going around
5:06trying to get older neighbors so i'm
5:08wondering if they're
5:10in the area trying to catch people now
5:11that they're coming home from work i'm
5:13not sure i haven't talked to any of them
5:15in just a little while
5:18all right
5:19any
5:23from news no as far as i know they're
5:25still on their way up north a couple
5:27hour drive so he's probably halfway into
5:29it right

5:32uh yeah i suppose about
5:34yeah
5:36any news on your end at all have you
5:37gotten any phone calls text messages
5:41other than from concerned parents
5:44um i can't there's no mail i got a
5:47there's a
5:48hold on my nail
5:53okay uh is that is that normal
5:57are you guys getting it at least
5:59no we we don't put a hold on people's
6:01mail
6:02i've never heard of that happening
6:03before there's a hold
6:11okay yeah nothing done by us that's for
6:13sure
6:14my medical bills
6:16yeah
6:17no we wouldn't put a hold on people's
6:19mail and typically only the people that
6:21live at the address can do that
6:24did your parents put a hold on the mail
6:27does it say who put the hold on the mail
6:30i know check i suppose

6:36know of anything

6:45it's kind of stressful

6:48so there's nothing new going on
6:50not that i'm aware of

7:02they're just four squads just parked

7:33anything i mean obviously with the mail
7:35that has nothing to do with us at all
7:36i've never heard of a detective or law
7:39enforcement agency holding somebody's
7:40mail
7:43you know and then as far as everybody in
7:44the area you know you kind of had to
7:46figure we were going to be in the area
7:47all day today
7:49yeah i was just wondering why there were
7:51four cars instead of
7:53the canvassing
7:55yeah um oh any news about that like blue
7:58house with the big cameras
8:02the blue house with the big cameras is
8:04that the one across the street
8:06yeah across the street kind of in the
8:08corner it's a newer house
8:10um to you stop by the house
8:13yeah i have a detective that's getting
8:16footage from the area i don't know
8:17exactly which houses he's
8:19gotten video from
8:20but yeah downloaded all of it and
8:23already have it
8:25okay so he's probably reviewing it now
8:28okay yeah it takes time to go through
8:30those things you figured you could only
8:32fast forward so much
8:34yeah
8:35all right okay
8:37all right well i'll give you a holler if
8:38anything pops up um
8:40you know i'll give a call around and
8:41just kind of get a briefing from people
8:43up in the area
8:45yeah yeah i appreciate that okay

8:56a couple of questions uh solve one thing
8:58right away this issue with the mail what
8:59was that about
9:01uh chandler told me that
9:04he received a ticket in the mailbox that
9:07the male was being held
9:09sure and did you later learn that that
9:11actually was true
9:12i did yeah law enforcement does not have
9:15the ability to hold somebody's mail
9:17so i didn't know exactly what was going
9:19on there
9:20throughout the investigation we did
9:21learn
9:22that the windsor post office um had
9:25heard of the
9:26you know the missing people barton
9:28christa helderson and put a hold on the
9:30mail for them at that point that had
9:32nothing to do with you guys it had
9:34nothing to do with us okay um there were
9:36parts of that conversation where mr
9:38halberson asked about uh increased
9:41police presence or whether something new
9:42had happened in the case at that point
9:44something new had happened in the case
9:45right correct why why did you not tell
9:48him that and why did you answer the
9:49questions in the way you did
9:52so at that point keep in mind we had
9:54just received the information that a
9:57torso was located in the area that
9:58chandler was at at the farm
10:01so in the command post we're trying to
10:03arrange
10:06a lot of different things a lot's going
10:07on we're trying to you know control that
10:10crime scene out there we're trying to
10:11get our crime scene investigators back
10:13to the area
10:14i'm trying to get detectives out in the
10:16area of the oak springs home
10:20i was trying to ask chandler who was at
10:22the house because i'm trying to
10:23determine you know first if he's home
10:26where he's at
10:27like i said he was a suspect at this
10:29point so i just wanted to find out where
10:31he was who he is with
10:34i didn't want to tip him off
10:36you know that i had other areas or other
10:38officers converging into the area
10:42okay what was the plan at that point
10:45following that call with chandler uh at
10:48you said about 3 30 correct and
10:50approximately how long before that had
10:52you received the torso news
10:54it was approximately a half hour prior
10:56so you're 30 minutes into knowing it's a
10:58homicide investigation what plan do you
11:00come up with in the command post at that
11:01point
11:03so we had already
11:04like i said called our crime scene unit
11:06back to respond to the farm
11:09we had several deputies and detectives
11:12in the area of dog springs address doing
11:15canvassing we're contacting neighbors
11:17we're talking to friends
11:20you know a lot was going on in that
11:22neighborhood so there was an increased
11:24police presence obviously
11:26throughout the investigation
11:29at that point a few phone calls were
11:31made just to have
11:33detectives and deputies more so in the
11:36area
11:39and then
11:40you know basically i was trying to
11:42arrange for
11:44uh chandler to come
11:46downtown to the public safety building
11:48where i was located uh so we could
11:50perform
11:51an interview sure
11:52and uh was there anyone else you really
11:54wanted to interview that day
11:56we wanted to interview kat also okay kat
11:59mellender
12:01how was that accomplished what happened
12:03so we had some detectives
12:06and also a deputy assist
12:09make contact with chandler and cats
12:13they can essentially
12:14basically they were told that detectives
12:16wanted to talk to them downtown
12:19and they consented to that okay were
12:22they driven downtown or did they drive
12:24themselves they were driven in squad
12:26cars correct and um
12:30were they in the same squad car or
12:31separate squad cars they were in
12:33separate okay
12:34when they got down here uh were they
12:36taken to the same room or were they
12:37together for any length of time
12:39yes when they arrived here um when the
12:42squads pulled in uh to the location uh
12:45they were able to talk they were right
12:47next to each other they were escorted up
12:50up the elevators to our interview area
12:53which is in an office area of the
12:54building sure let's show you it's been
12:56marked in this case it's exhibits number
12:59119
13:03the interview with chandler was that
13:04audio and video recorded yes it was and
13:07you've seen a copy of that in
13:08preparation for trial definitely 119
13:10appear to be a usb of that video
13:12yes i'll move 119 and 118 for the court
13:15record uh into evidence
13:18no objection it is received move to
13:20publish you may publish
13:22um while i'm getting ready to do that
13:24um
13:26interview rooms they have cameras in
13:27them correct um
13:29how many cameras usually
13:31uh there's typically two cameras
13:34and when cat and chandler were brought
13:36into these interview rooms were they
13:37kind of were they walked down together
13:38were they walked down separately how did
13:40that work
13:41yeah so they would have came up the
13:42elevator uh together
13:45in the presence of law enforcement
13:47you would walk out into a hallway
13:50catherine
13:51cat would have went down the hallway to
13:54the left and around the corner
13:56chandler remained in that position
13:57because the interview room he was going
13:59to was right there okay
14:01and uh sometimes there's a delay when
14:03people get put in the interview room for
14:04a few minutes yes okay so if we start
14:08eight minutes in you'll be able to
14:09represent that nothing notable happened
14:10in those first eight minutes other than
14:11mr halderson sitting there yes okay
14:14and there might be a minute or two more
14:16right after that before you walk in
14:17correct okay
14:19um
14:19and we'll do that in one second there's
14:21another detective that joins you in this
14:22interview correct
14:24correct who is that uh detective bill
14:26hendrickson uh why are there two
14:28detectives at this point in the
14:29interview
14:31we always have two detectives in
14:33interviews
14:34a couple different philosophies there my
14:37focus
14:38is the lead detective is
14:40getting the questionings out to the
14:42questions out to chandler and
14:44observing his responses but i also have
14:46to take notes so i can remember
14:48everything that's being said
14:50the second detective is also watching
14:53the you know the body language of the
14:55person and they can also chime in if
14:57there's something that they feel i'm
14:58missing uh maybe not asking
15:01the right question or asking the
15:03question in their in the proper way to
15:05get the answers that we're looking for
15:07um they can chime in and you know maybe
15:09clarify things for us okay um you know
15:12at this point i think it would probably
15:14um be best we'll play this video um i'll
15:17move
15:18this exhibit as to not obstruct anyone's
15:20view approximately how long are we going
15:22to be watching this video detective just
15:24to give everyone an idea of how long
15:25they're going to be moved i believe the
15:27interview is approximately two hours
15:29long
15:30okay
15:31so perhaps dimming the lights judge
15:33would would be appropriate and and we
15:35may see if if
15:37we started on the record with the jury
15:39at 9 30.
15:40i don't know that we can go through the
15:42entire interview we'll we'll find out
15:44maybe we'll take a break during it if we
15:46um at an appropriate point
15:48so we don't go much past nine 90 minutes
15:51in here and come back and finish up the
15:53remainder of the vin video before the uh
15:55the noon hour
15:59i mentioned we might
16:02speed up a little bit but for instance
16:03i'll just jump to 4 30 um
16:07here
16:09or i'll jump to eight minutes and 16
16:10seconds that's just mr halderson sitting
16:12in an interview room
16:14correct okay now
16:16uh a couple of questions just first mr
16:19halterson is eventually going to move to
16:20that chair that's in the bigger part of
16:21the screen right yes and that's when you
16:23guys come in yes okay we ask them to
16:25move to the other chair
16:27but looking at that top left screen at
16:29this point um mr halderson's there looks
16:32like he has a water cup on the table he
16:33does okay um he's not handcuffed or
16:36chained to the floor or anything like
16:38that right no he was down there
16:39consensually at that point okay and
16:42you mentioned that as they walked in cat
16:45went to another room if you're looking
16:46at that top left screen
16:49and you were to walk out that door would
16:50cat have been to the left or what if she
16:51had been to the right
16:53she would be to the right of the screen
16:55okay
16:56so at least in your knowledge the last
16:57time mr halderson saw cat that's the way
16:59she was walking correct all right
17:02and there might be a minute or two here
17:03but we're going to start playing at 8 16
17:06and

22:56read you your constitutional rights okay
22:58so there's a dane county issued card
23:00that they give us
23:02so i'll just read them to you right off
23:04the card okay
23:05you have the right to remain silent
23:07anything you say can and will be used
23:09against you in a court of law you have
23:11the right to consult with a lawyer
23:12before questioning and to have a lawyer
23:14present with you during questioning if
23:16you cannot afford to hire a lawyer one
23:17will be appointed to represent you at
23:19public expense before during any
23:21questioning if you so wish if you decide
23:23to answer questions now without a lawyer
23:25present you have the right to stop the
23:27question and remain silent at any time
23:29you wish
23:30and the right to ask for and have a
23:31lawyer at any time you wish including

25:06so today is july 8th uh it's about 5 11
25:09now we started talking at 508
25:11so yesterday july 7th i
25:14came to your house where you live with
25:16your parents bart
25:18and christa
25:20helderson
25:21and
25:23the reason i was there is you had gone
25:25to the windsor police department and
25:27reported them missing right yes okay
25:30um i would then go to the department i
25:32went to the like office break room
25:35area in the same building
25:38yeah i think it's mixed in with the city
25:40hall okay
25:42but nonetheless deputy came and spoke to
25:45you okay
25:46um
25:48so you reported your parents missing we
25:50got some information from you yesterday
25:52um we've been following leads last night
25:56working today to you know go through
25:58different things just trying to locate
26:00them right
26:02so i i guess if you want to start with
26:06let's just go back to
26:08the last wednesday
26:11uh wednesday
26:13i was with my dad
26:16we
26:17what time wednesday i remember it it was
26:20kind of a bad day
26:21okay why was it a bad day um

26:26well my mom had work so she was gone
26:30my dad and i were watching something
26:33over lunch it was
26:34the wheel of fortune
26:37and we have
26:38we're normally have the couch
26:40like with our back facing or the table
26:43we sat at at the end of you coming
26:45downstairs downstairs okay that room
26:48with the tv
26:49i toss the ball and i smashed the glass
26:55okay with the dog it does help
26:59that
27:00yeah set my dad off and
27:03we tried to clean it up
27:07i don't know about him but i got injured
27:10um but
27:12he was mad
27:13he didn't really talk to me too much
27:15that day
27:18my mom got home at five i believe
27:23that's her normal 5 20 to 5 30.
27:28what time does she work you know
27:307 30 is when she leaves i don't know her
27:32hours but i know when she leaves at 7 30
27:36and then
27:38all the way up till 5 and she
27:40she comes home 5 25 30.
27:44did she come home about 5 25 30 that day
27:47i believe so yeah okay
27:54so you guys are we're downstairs um just
27:57to touch back in that quick so the couch
28:00so yesterday when we were down in your
28:02basement the couches were
28:04in a bed i
28:05he helped me put him in a bed
28:08and thursday but they put it into a bed
28:12so i could sleep near the bathroom and
28:13the dogs sleep in that floor so okay
28:17they'll be a lot better if they're
28:19sleeping on that floor downstairs floor
28:21yeah just cooler form or something
28:25probably okay
28:27all right so you were tossing a ball
28:28what type of ball was it
28:31was this gross hairy tennis ball
28:34rizzo loves all right just like a green
28:36tennis ball like normal
28:38yeah
28:39okay with the squeaker not like a tennis
28:42racquetball but they don't charge my dog
28:44chews those out of any tennis ball they
28:46just chew the squeakers out and then
28:48they don't play with them anymore
28:50all right so you're just tossing that
28:51around
28:52broke the fireplace glass uh
28:54you said you were injured what type of
28:56injury i got a pretty deep hole in my
28:58foot
28:59last night mary looked at it and she
29:01said the reason it keeps bleeding is
29:03because there's glass in it oh that's
29:05the you showed us your toes
29:10yeah
29:12okay
29:13yeah so
29:16that one it could be infected is what
29:19she's thinking but neosporin's been
29:21helping okay good
29:23um keeping it clean and stuff
29:27invested campus i i know how i guess
29:29yeah um

29:32once i oh wednesday that wednesday yes i
29:34got all the glass out of the dog's hair
29:37um
29:38she didn't sustain any injuries good
29:42uh nothing even on her nose she got it
29:44with her
29:45shoulder bone i believe
29:48um
29:52so class dog that was
29:54roughly around two
29:58and then the rest he didn't really talk
30:00to me
30:02i went back to doing
30:04like a job search kind of just
30:08[ __ ] my day away
30:09just getting games youtube maybe
30:14uh that's when i came across one of the
30:15jobs i liked
30:17um
30:18then five o'clock rolled up by and we
30:20mom came home
30:22um
30:23dinner
30:26what do you guys have wednesday night
30:28i couldn't tell you okay
30:32who made it
30:34i think it was probably just stuff from
30:36the fridge
30:37i don't i think we all did our own thing
30:40again sure
30:44by the way a detective at my house said
30:46something's happened
30:48and while we're leaving people are going
30:49inside is there a warrant
30:52for my house
30:54should there be
30:55no i'm just wondering if okay
30:58okay
30:58as far as i know they were at your house
31:00and they were going to be there talking
31:03to you to ask if you would come up here
31:06and talk yeah
31:07um officer haley
31:10just like walked pretty much in to the
31:13gate you know the gate on the outside
31:16just kind of walked in i was wondering
31:18was that when you were getting your
31:20wallet uh no we were we were um i was in
31:23the car waiting to leave i was just
31:25wondering
31:26if everything's okay because she said
31:28something's happened
31:29okay and we need to go down all right
31:32i'll find out what that's about
31:34oh is that anything bad
31:36oh not sure
31:39all right so so wednesday night mom
31:41comes home um dad was angry was was he
31:44yelling or what was how would you
31:46describe dad being angry it was
31:50if you
31:51he would yell if you said
31:54something to him i guess if you talk to
31:56him if you give him his space
31:58he'll be okay
32:00so wednesday night or wednesday if
32:02you're just almost the best
32:06that's all we did just give him his
32:07space you you won't yell or do anything
32:10okay
32:12that's all we had to do
32:14um we just
32:16glad i went to clean
32:18uh do some laundry
32:21make our beds
32:24and stuff like that
32:26who we
32:27my night
32:28your mom okay
32:33that was wednesday night yes we had an
32:36early night
32:37no tv that night
32:39yeah

32:43what time did your parents go to bed
32:44wednesday night do you think
32:46i was in bed
32:48you were on yeah okay

32:58i couldn't tell you when they went to
32:59bed

33:02and you were downstairs that's where
33:04you've been sleeping you told me last
33:05time i was in my room wednesday upstairs

33:16in the bedroom upstairs
33:18and then you you slept downstairs
33:22why have you been sleeping downstairs
33:24again you told me last night
33:25the bathroom's right i need to be close
33:27because stairs i i can't see too well in
33:30the dark yeah so yeah

33:35and just like last night i'm jotting
33:37some notes quick you know it doesn't
33:38mean one thing is more important than
33:39the other it just means that i need to
33:41remember stuff and sometimes
33:44yeah
33:46all right so did you sleep with your
33:47door closed that night or open oh yeah i
33:49always have a close closed door yeah
33:51that makes sense

33:54feel like they argued a little bit after
33:56parents did
33:57what were they are going to vote
34:00probably would set my dad off that day
34:02to class
34:04us not having food already

34:59it's thursday morning
35:02i wake up

35:10okay dogs
35:13we talked about that yesterday 6am it's
35:15kind of your deal rights exam yeah that
35:17internal clock now
35:19yeah these two
35:21things for a while
35:23all right
35:26i
35:27don't often eat breakfast
35:30so
35:31i kind of just stay in my room on my
35:32phone
35:35help my mom out getting ready
35:38in the morning she she left for work at
35:417 30.
35:44i got her
35:47whatever she had to do
35:54it was
35:55a meaningless task like just daily
35:59like pillowcase changes and
36:02sheet changes stuff like that you know
36:04in the morning
36:06before work
36:07yeah
36:08that's what we always do
36:14then
36:15she's gone
36:20my dad starts the grill around 8 39 in
36:24the morning but yeah to get the
36:26temperature right
36:30was he working from home that day or yes
36:33okay
36:36we
36:38um the grill nothing really happened
36:41between that we kind of either were
36:43outside with the dogs
36:44from the lighting of the girl
36:47him going in taking a couple calls
36:51and now and then or emails or something
36:54but we just kind of watched the grill
36:55and waited to get it set steady at uh
36:58hamburgers for 350ish
37:02then
37:06so
37:07yeah we just kind of waited
37:10for the burgers
37:11um
37:14and then we had we ate
37:16noon noon 30.
37:23all right 12 30 sorry sure
37:26um
37:28then we went inside and
37:30at our tv show again wheel of fortune
37:33it's always on around our time for lunch
37:37or was it family feud that family feud
37:40was thursday
37:42family feud um
37:45where'd you guys watch that concert
37:48okay did you guys have a tv upstairs i
37:51don't remember no no okay
37:55um
38:02sorry i'm really trying to work the
38:04memory um
38:07then yeah
38:09we went to go do our own things i went
38:11back to
38:12a little bit more job searching this
38:14time i branched into forest instead of
38:16just windsor okay
38:19he went back to work
38:21we planned
38:23on
38:30something went well
38:34oh we were
38:43i don't know something went well for him
38:46so
38:46that's all
38:49um
38:51then we were hanging out again
38:54in my texts
39:02um i i believe i text her everything's
39:05going well
39:06uh his phone died my dad
39:09he didn't
39:11he's kind of like charged it put it on
39:13the dock
39:15and left it
39:17um
39:19then we just kind of hung out and my mom
39:21gets home
39:22and i start the
39:25i start
39:26shrimp scampi for my dad because that's
39:28what he wanted but we didn't have shrimp
39:31so i made shrimpless scampi
39:40that's that's where they told me while
39:42we were eating it they they were going
39:44to go with their friends and i was like
39:46oh cool
39:49um
39:50and they said they were going
39:52to the cabin
39:54yeah
40:01my dad doesn't talk about eats okay
40:03um
40:05so there we are at thursday dinner up
40:08north of the cabin my dad says i'll need
40:10a set for pipe repair
40:12and gas
40:15so i'm like all right
40:18i grabbed the pipe repair stuff from his
40:21um
40:22plumbing chest their plumbing plumbing
40:25box it's like a tote
40:27of what you need for
40:29pipe repair
40:33um
40:34and to
40:37whatever jerry cans i
40:39can't remember the amount
40:42but they're red with the safety nozzles
40:47got those squared away
40:49they had most of their duffels already
40:51packed at that point
40:53and we all just started bringing him
40:55down to
40:56the mud room with the shoes yeah by the
40:59garage where he showed me him
41:05after that we watched
41:07uh
41:13what was that
41:15there's a netflix original
41:17you know seven underground with a
41:20thrill-seeking like
41:24it's like they they fake their deaths
41:27and they they fly airplanes and um
41:31they like fight at the evil of the world
41:34by being ghosts it's
41:36pretty cool sound like i've seen that
41:38one yeah
41:39who was watching that three of us all
41:42three of you okay
41:43all three and that put it at
41:46nine they had their drinks
41:49um
41:51i went to my computer my computer was at
41:54that that black table we sent it sure
41:57you saw that stuff
42:02played played a video game called tarkov
42:06for
42:07until midnight
42:10well after midnight maybe even
42:13kind of lose track of time
42:15and my parents by then were asleep
42:18we got their teeth brush and everything
42:22um
42:25then i got
42:26i got upstairs
42:29oh
42:30that was thursday yeah so i did
42:32so we got the bed all set before they
42:35before we played tarkov
42:37and that's when i crawled into bed
42:40from the
42:41black table
42:43so after our movie we set up my my couch
42:46bed
42:47and um the pillows for the girls
42:50who helped to set the bed up my dad did
42:52okay because he knew he was leaving and
42:55i would need that
42:58um
43:00friday morning
43:03i woke up they had left with the stuff
43:06it was all set out i remembered the gas
43:12um
43:13i found the
43:16the folding chairs that they wanted to
43:18bring but they never brought them i'm
43:20assuming
43:21they couldn't fit a big
43:25so i put those away um
43:31that was friday morning i go upstairs
43:35do the dog or feed the dogs
43:38it was around six ish not 6 15 when i
43:42woke up i was a little late that day 6
43:4415 okay
43:47i guess just when i looked at my phone
43:53dogs
43:54saw my moz note
43:56the insurance for my appointment
44:01i just
44:03ate whatever's on the counter i think it
44:05was cornbread
44:12where was the note from your mom this
44:14was on the kitchen like there's a
44:17peninsula yeah with insurance stacked up
44:20but i i moved it to the table okay
44:26and then those insurance cards were
44:28there also that we saw yesterday yeah
44:31okay
44:33she knew which one i would
44:34need but i have three now
44:38um
44:46okay friday yeah
44:50friday night i believe would you do
44:52friday during the day
44:54oh oh yeah just work backwards um
45:02i kind of shoot the day away i played
45:04video games okay
45:06parents are gone why not right yeah i
45:09didn't do anything that i should have i
45:11should have been cleaning and all that
45:16the house seemed pretty clean
45:19when i was like you see all the dog hair
45:21that that's got to be gone it comes
45:23along with it yeah
45:26all right so friday during the day just
45:28played video games kind of
45:31after work
45:32i believe
45:34that was the big cat came over after
45:36who's work cat she is her work five was
45:40her work when she she was off
45:43i believe she came over
45:48um
45:52so she gets done around five because the
45:54cat came at five
45:56oh i don't think she went straight here
45:58after hereafter
46:02it could have been later like six maybe
46:04give her time for like getting close
46:07um
46:15she was after work did you say
46:17she worked out
46:19she works downtown middleton
46:21is a farm tech okay
46:24she um
46:25i believe she stayed with me on that
46:27couch that night
46:32so she spent the night over
46:34yeah
46:41you guys both slept on the couch
46:42downstairs yeah
46:46um
46:48what'd you do before
46:55that yeah have been my own night i might
46:57be wrong i'm wrong okay i think i spent
47:00that night alone i just kind of gamed
47:02online
47:04with some my friends
47:06i said saturday night
47:08i'm so sorry guys i know where is man
47:11so
47:12one night
47:13i gamed alone
47:15all night
47:17one night cat spent
47:19the night on the couch
47:21oh and sunday she spent the night in my
47:24bed with me
47:25she helped me out
47:28sunday night i know that because
47:31she didn't want to spend another night
47:33on the couch bed
47:35she didn't like
47:36it she went to work on monday morning so
47:40that was the my bed
47:42night we
47:44um
47:45backtracking
47:46one night she spent on the couch
47:49with me
47:51like the couch bed we've made
47:54but one night i
47:55gained all night
47:57here all day and night pretty much
47:59and i'm pretty sure that was
48:04friday night and let's go with saturday
48:07was my night alone okay
48:11so friday we believe she came over
48:14yes and then saturday was the game night
48:17yes
48:18so backtracking to friday
48:22when she came by
48:24we
48:28um
48:29actually
48:31just um oh right no not right um
48:35there's this movie or a tv series on
48:38netflix we watched pretty much the
48:40entirety of that
48:41into
48:43the morning it was um
48:47uh apocalypse show okay i don't know the
48:50name
48:53what time do you guys think you went to
48:54bed
48:59i say we stayed up well until
49:0310 i would say
49:05pm
49:07yeah okay you gotta be at least
49:12um
49:16morning
49:22saturday we didn't do much
49:24she left
49:28this is when i'm really starting to
49:30notice my legs
49:32because i'm kind of having the
49:35anxiety and all of that like
49:38getting a little frustrated with myself
49:39and all that like i it wasn't too bad
49:42until
49:45like last week tuesday when i started
49:48noticing it and saturday was like the
49:51peak
49:52it's kind of stayed out like this
49:55okay
49:56peek things out
49:58and this kind of like set me
50:01like to ask for some space and i just
50:03kind of game
50:05saturday
50:07um
50:09i couldn't tell you when i went to bed i
50:11i think i might have even stayed up till
50:13two
50:15that yeah
50:24yeah it's just the same game escape from
50:26tarkov
50:28um
50:31i i couldn't get a hold of any of my
50:33friends to play with unfortunately i
50:35played like some here and there
50:38from discord but none would
50:41stick around for that late in the night
50:45then we get to sunday
50:48it's the fourth
50:50judge
50:52i'll give the court reporter a moment
50:55i'm pausing the video at uh what's on
50:58the screen is 17 37 33 uh what's
51:02actually time played as 41.58 it is 10
51:0530 the traditional time for the morning
51:06break
51:07we'll go ahead and do that ladies and
51:08gentlemen we'll when we come back we'll
51:10finish up the video i think it'll take
51:12us to the noon hour but i don't want to
51:14go
51:15more than that time with you so even
51:17though you've only been in this room
51:19about an hour we'll take a 10 minute
51:20break so everybody can have a chance to
51:22stretch
