21. 0:52not be at the house with you right now

26. 1:10endorsing

28. 1:14you know your daughter you understand
29. 1:17her rights she does have the right to
30. 1:19reach out right on her own
31. 1:23um any type of activity that would occur
32. 1:26around
33. 1:27that would I turn it down absolutely not
34. 1:30because I only care about

36. 1:38um the people that have influence in her
37. 1:41life right now are obviously her
38. 1:43attorney and you guys well first and
39. 1:46foremost I really think it's the
40. 1:46attorney right now because this this
41. 1:49criminal case that he is building
42. 1:52and he didn't like what I said to
43. 1:55him was it
44. 1:58Saturday to
45. 2:00he he invited us to his house for dinner
46. 2:03stuff just to get
47. 2:04away um and I told my wife on her way
48. 2:07there I said you know something I don't
49. 2:08like the idea of going to his house she
50. 2:09says why we're just going to have dinner
51. 2:11we're just going to talk I said
52. 2:14because he's representing a his first
53. 2:16instinct is is is our our daughter I
54. 2:19understand that I understand what his
55. 2:20what he's doing with her respons profal
56. 2:22responsibility again bring it up the
57. 2:24point is at the expense of our
58. 2:26granddaughter and I said I don't
59. 2:28appreciate that she said well George I
60. 2:30really should go we've been giving
61. 2:31information to the Sheriff's Department
62. 2:33I'm giving you guys information today as
63. 2:35much as I can we've also been giving him
64. 2:40information whether that's that's been
65. 2:42good or bad with him I don't know but it
66. 2:44seems like everything we've given to him
67. 2:46he's not following up with our
68. 2:48daughter you know I
69. 2:51mean was trying to twist it in his own
70. 2:53way to help him out down the road for
71. 2:55anything there's certain things that he
72. 3:00doesn't want to
73. 3:01know for obvious reasons it puts a
74. 3:04tremendous ethical burden on him right
75. 3:07and and and I can I I understand that
76. 3:10and but we were his believe me I'm not
77. 3:12defended defense attorneys
78. 3:14wrong cuz right now and this going to be
79. 3:16no offense to you guys I know that the
80. 3:20the profession you guys are in it's you
81. 3:24have to believe in in in the law you
82. 3:25have to believe in in in so much stuff
83. 3:27about this judicial system but I'm
84. 3:29starting to
85. 3:30to not believe in it anymore as much as
86. 3:33I used to and I've always been one who
87. 3:35been very lawful and trying to do
88. 3:36everything I can to live within the
89. 3:38confines of everything but right now I'm
90. 3:40starting to lose scope or or or feelings
91. 3:44I have for it because of the way this
92. 3:46thing is being portrayed because of the
93. 3:48time element for this girl still being
94. 3:50away all this stuff I understand stuff
95. 3:52takes time you can't do it all like we
96. 3:53said in an hour's program but again it
97. 3:57all boils down to my daughter knows
98. 3:59something she won't say anything and
99. 4:00she's being coach H that's a bad thing
100. 4:04I'm going to say she's being told this
101. 4:05is your rights this is what you should
102. 4:06do this is what you can do why not bring
103. 4:09up this thing about um I know there's
104. 4:11different kind
105. 4:13of just before you say anything else I
106. 4:16don't want to know anything that the
107. 4:18attorney may or may you no I'm not going
108. 4:21to bring that that clear but but I'm
109. 4:22sure if my daughter knew something that
110. 4:23I'm sure this attorney and or the
111. 4:25sheriff department and or even you guys
112. 4:28could come with the conclusion is if she
113. 4:29tells us this this and this we'll drop
114. 4:32this or we'll get away from that I know
115. 4:35my daughter's facing some tough tough
116. 4:38stuff I understand
117. 4:39that but we get this little girl back
118. 4:43healthy
119. 4:47alive maybe something can disappear
120. 4:49somewhere has that been approached to
121. 4:51her I don't know I would think that if I
122. 4:54was in this attorney shoes I'd want to
123. 4:58say okay I'm representing but we need to
124. 5:00get this your granddaughter back to get
125. 5:01you hopefully as less time behind bars
126. 5:06as possible cuz she's going to be going
127. 5:07away I know that I know deep in my heart
128. 5:09she is
129. 5:11because of stuff that she's done so
130. 5:15guess my point is would you something I
131. 5:19could get to her and talk to her and
132. 5:21tell her listen this is the bottom line

135. 5:27don't want to say over but it's going in
136. 5:28a direction you know want to go in I
137. 5:30don't want her to be in the the regular
138. 5:32population of a jail I don't want her to
139. 5:34go to a state prison for the simple fact
140. 5:37is I I know it's going to happen inside
141. 5:39of these things there's people that
142. 5:41might have been bank robbers um they
143. 5:44might
144. 5:44have done some other kind of un
145. 5:47scrupulous act in life but some people
146. 5:49take offense whenever a child's involved
147. 5:50and I've tried to not speically say that
148. 5:54to her because I got to watch what I say
149. 5:56but I think someone needs to tell her
150. 5:58that listen when it comes to a child
151. 6:01some people take this thing a little bit
152. 6:03differently I don't want to see her get
153. 6:04hurt but that can be an inevitable thing
154. 6:07that could happen to her
155. 6:10and I've I don't want to say I've lost
156. 6:13this one I don't have her right now but
157. 6:14I don't want to lose my daughter
158. 6:17over something she won't say I wish you
159. 6:19guys could walk right now to I wish you

162. 6:24wish she would if she says that if she
163. 6:26says that to me I can make you the
164. 6:28promise that I'll do everything I can I
165. 6:30wish it was to walk in there and sit

190. 7:19keeps on dropping these little hints I

202. 7:45about what I've said and my wife said to

205. 7:51lies she's tell I know it but we just
206. 7:53can't get it together yeah and in one of
207. 7:57her password that she has she's got so
208. 7:59many passwords for her regular web page
209. 8:01and stuff that she has set aside there's
210. 8:03one that keeps on climing up it's called
