35. 1:59time I met her for the first time on my
36. 2:03on June 5th 2007 my 23rd
37. 2:08birthday kind of developed a friendship
38. 2:10type thing from there on out um uh kind
39. 2:15of uh not really until she started
40. 2:17dating Ricardo Morales and then that's
41. 2:21when we became better friends just
42. 2:23because Social Circles yeah exactly now
43. 2:27you said there was she was still a
44. 2:28friend but at more of a distant friend
45. 2:30rather than hang seeing her all the time
46. 2:34yeah cuz Lauren probably didn't want you
47. 2:35hanging out with anyone other than
48. 2:39her I wouldn't say

58. 3:13much she paid and her nanny mhm tell me
59. 3:15about that occurrence um I uh my sister
60. 3:19does uh she she's in grad school does
61. 3:21babysitting so um we were talking about
62. 3:24how much he made and I thought that it
63. 3:26was a low amount for being a babysitter
64. 3:29and and I suggested that we should um
65. 3:32ask Casey because she has a nanny and so
66. 3:36we were out uh we were watching the um
67. 3:38national championship college basketball
68. 3:40national championship over at um
69. 3:41Ricardo's house and my sister and her
70. 3:45husband were there and I asked Casey how
71. 3:47much she paid her nanny and she never
72. 3:50got gave me a concrete answer she just
73. 3:52told me that I pay her a lot don't worry
74. 3:55she's fine did she ever refer to her by
75. 3:58name the nanny she not to me no no did
76. 4:00you ever see her feeli a phone call from
77. 4:03that
78. 4:04Nanny um no she I don't remember her
79. 4:07ever saying hold on I have to talk to my
80. 4:09nanny or I'm going to call my nanny
81. 4:10exactly okay did you ever visit the
82. 4:12nanny's house and watch her drop the
83. 4:14baby off there no or pick the baby up
84. 4:26no we'll get to Melissa here in a little
85. 4:29while
86. 4:30that's all I have noted I'm going to go
87. 4:32to the calendar book starting we we
88. 4:35started you guys started your uh
89. 4:36recollection off at May 14th where um
90. 4:40Ricardo Casey and Troy all went to
91. 4:41Voyage together correct and she ended up
92. 4:44getting a flat tire two flat tires yes

96. 4:57went out to voyage that evening um we
97. 4:59came back back to Ricardo's house we
98. 5:01were there for she was probably there
99. 5:02for maybe 10 minutes um then she left
100. 5:07and she um she called us 10 minutes
101. 5:10later asking us to come and and help her
102. 5:13because she got two flat tires so me and
103. 5:15Ricardo went there she was driving the
104. 5:17white Pontiac correct okay well we
105. 5:21didn't ask him about how it got
106. 5:24smashed per we didn't go over that
107. 5:27didn't know did you how the flat tire
108. 5:29occur oh no she said she had wrecked her
109. 5:32car she told you somewhere along the way
110. 5:34up in the future that her car had been
111. 5:36total to the point where it couldn't be
112. 5:39repaired remember saying that I I always
113. 5:42thought it was just internal damage I
114. 5:43didn't I didn't get the idea that it was
115. 5:46like an accident this was after you came
116. 5:48back
117. 5:50from uh your trip correct I mean all the
118. 5:53car problems just kind of like pushed
119. 5:55together with me I never really even
120. 5:57thought much of it um I always thought
121. 5:59that she had the flat tires and I
122. 6:00assumed that that was just flat tires
123. 6:02and that was fine they throw two tires
124. 6:04on it and it was fine when was it she
125. 6:05told you she was going out shoping for a
126. 6:07car um I'm talking about now that
127. 6:11was let's see um that was the day
128. 6:16before I went to Puerto Rico or the day
129. 6:19of because it was a it was July 7th or
130. 6:228th no cuz I didn't go with them you
131. 6:24didn't go 11th job interview I had a job
132. 6:28interview yeah and um was that a text or
133. 6:32a phone conversation that was a phone
134. 6:34conversation she told me that there were
135. 6:35texts but when she specifically told me
136. 6:37that it was a phone conversation and it
137. 6:39was either the 10th or the 11th yes oh
138. 6:41and I didn't mention this before but um
139. 6:45on the night where she got the two flat
140. 6:47tires um she said she uh she actually
141. 6:50attempted to when we couldn't get cuz we
142. 6:53got one of them on and we were trying to
143. 6:55get since there was two we were trying
144. 6:56to get Ricardo spare on the other one
145. 6:59and just wouldn't fit you know it was
146. 7:00Square P round you know and um and then
147. 7:03she actually she was saying she has she
148. 7:05had to get home um for Kaye in the
149. 7:08morning and and so she actually
150. 7:11attempted to drive home on the two flat
151. 7:15tires and then Sparks flew and
152. 7:17everything was flying so she pulled off
153. 7:18maybe a half mile to a mile down the
154. 7:20road and then we uh then me and she
155. 7:23parked it in residential neighborhood
156. 7:25I'm not sure which one it was and then
157. 7:27um and then me and Ricardo drove her
158. 7:29home home okay two

162. 7:43that was on May 14th all that did you

167. 7:58fight was on you recall mhm and uh while
168. 8:02you were there Casey uh suggested you
169. 8:04and Casey went together yes and Amy met
170. 8:08us she came and got you and then you
171. 8:09guys went and then Amy met you there yes
172. 8:11then Casey suggested you go to a party
173. 8:13and this Tony guy was there correct
174. 8:16first time we ever met him
175. 8:19okay beer pong she said she was they yes
176. 8:24and I was trying to get on but they were
177. 8:27too many people in line too many people
178. 8:29I didn't know anybody there and yeah

181. 8:42wrapped in plastic Amy wrapped in who
182. 8:45knows what and Casey and a flag correct
183. 8:48and that's later towards the night
184. 8:50Brandon was ran into and Brandon is
185. 8:52someone that made Casey emotional and
186. 8:54she disappeared for a little while
187. 8:55correct no idea where the child was uh

192. 9:10Casey tries to call you or she does call

209. 9:53people telling me this that there was an
210. 9:54issue between um Ricardo and Casey
211. 9:57because she had brought Tony for
