- 0:34I'm so glad you guys are
- 0:36here okay love you guys really okay I
- 0:40didn't think I was going to be able to
- 0:42make it but I was able to make it um um
- 0:46today to the ropes and safe truck
- 0:49hearing um I don't know if this is the
- 0:51first one um but it's the first first of
- 0:55it's one of the first ones and basically
- 0:59um it's a hearing to see if this can be
- 1:03heard by the court um right now we know
- 1:05that Mitchell beckoff has been the one
- 1:08that's doing all the estate stuff he is
- 1:10a probate judge so he is the one that
- 1:14anything that has to do with the estate
- 1:17custody um guardianship money bills
- 1:22debts um budgets um accounting he does
- 1:27everything that has to do with the
- 1:29estate so a lot of people were kind of
- 1:30confused on um on you know the estate
- 1:36why is Mitchell beckoff handling
- 1:38everything well Michael is by by the
- 1:41courts Michael is dead as far as the
- 1:43state of California is concerned so um
- 1:47right now everything goes through the
- 1:49estate which goes through probate and
- 1:51probate is still open probate has not
- 1:54closed and probate cannot close into all
- 1:58the Affairs of the estate have been
- 2:00handled and when it is closed then
- 2:03people start getting chunks of money and
- 2:06and so far uh we know no chunks of money
- 2:10um I'm not talking about debts bills
- 2:11living expenses I'm not talking about
- 2:13the stuff that is
- 2:15supposedly um provided for in the wheel
- 2:18or the trust I'm talking about um
- 2:21inheritance um money to go to Charities
- 2:24all that stuff has not been disseminated
- 2:27and I think that's done on purpose and I
- 2:29believe that's a part of uh the death
- 2:31Hox not to close the estate um now as
- 2:35far just real quick as far as Paris
- 2:37Prince and blanket or as the trust calls
- 2:40any of them um his children doesn't name
- 2:44who the children are in the trust it
- 2:45just says his children um don't get
- 2:48money till they're 30 or 35 so we don't
- 2:50have to I wonder what's what they're
- 2:51going to do when Prince turns 18 I'm not
- 2:54sure I have to reread the trust but
- 2:55anyway U Mitchell boff is the judge
- 2:58handling all affairs
- 3:00of the Michael Jackson estate so now um
- 3:04Wade Robison and James safechuck have
- 3:07filed a um a claim against the estate
- 3:11now this is not a Civil Trial and this
- 3:13is not a criminal trial but um uh
- 3:17gradstein who is the attorney for
- 3:20Robeson uh safe Chuck and Quincy Jones
- 3:23isn't that funny um remember Quincy
- 3:25Jones was suing the estate um because he
- 3:28wasn't getting his royalty
- 3:30from um from the Michael Jackson One and
- 3:35the moral tour and stuff like that I
- 3:37don't know what happened with that if
- 3:38that's been closed or not but anyway let
- 3:40me tell you so I got there about 9:00
- 3:42and I was oh my God I was late so it was
- 3:44hurry up and wait because the trial
- 3:46didn't really start until um around 9:30
- 3:49the hearing with them um didn't start
- 3:52Howard wisman many of you guys know uh
- 3:54he was also Michael part of Michael's
- 3:56legal team in the 1994
- 4:00um Jordy Chandler Scandal which ended up
- 4:02in a settlement uh which just catapulted
- 4:06into all kinds of problems with Michael
- 4:08and people thinking if I lie I can get
- 4:09$20
- 4:10million which there has been rumors that
- 4:14the Michael's Insurance paid for it
- 4:16because we know Lloyds of London when
- 4:17you're on tour you have to be insured
- 4:19for everything and um so but the the
- 4:22terms of that confident uh that
- 4:24agreement that settlement agreement is
- 4:26confidential so nobody really knows what
- 4:28it says in there also um it said that
- 4:31Michael did not admit to any guilt so
- 4:35anyway Mr gradstein uh the attorney for
- 4:38safe Chuck and Robeson he is arguing
- 4:42that um even though the statute of
- 4:44limitations has run out three different
- 4:47ways okay three different ways the
- 4:49statute of limitation has expired it
- 4:52expired because as of the earliest
- 4:55reming uh um he didn't want to say
- 4:58repress he wanted to call it
- 5:00compressed that's a word gradstein used
- 5:03memory um it was March
- 5:052012 so as of March 2012 you have 60
- 5:10days to file a claim after you remember
- 5:13that somebody molested you you have 60
- 5:15days to file a claim well he didn't file
- 5:17a claim until the next year which was
- 5:20May of 2013 but it wasn't officially
- 5:24claimed until August uh
- 5:282013 I believe I believe um I'm not sure
- 5:31if it's 12 or 13 I have to go back and
- 5:34review the reason why I do is because I
- 5:36know that the media blit started in
- 5:392013 um you're welcome Susie in
- 5:432013 but um the when he first talked to
- 5:47uh had started having problems or
- 5:49memorizing or saying that Michael had
- 5:52conned him or threatened him and his
- 5:54family that if he ever told that you
- 5:56know there' be danger to him and his
- 5:58family um so the 60 days has expired for
- 6:02him to tell after he remembered um also
- 6:05the statute of limitations for following
- 6:07a claim against the estate is one year
- 6:10um after you are aware that someone died
- 6:12you have a year and then there is a
- 6:14seven or 10 year um after you you turn
- 6:17an adult to file a claim okay and I
- 6:20think it's s years so all those three
- 6:22things have expired so the court right
- 6:25now is deciding whether they could even
- 6:28bring a case okay so there's a term that
- 6:31they kept using and the term was um
- 6:34Equitable estable so if somebody knows
- 6:37what that means you can look that up I
- 6:39meant to look it up but I was so busy
- 6:41trying to promote this that I didn't get
- 6:42a chance to to look that up Equitable
- 6:45estole okay well what I understand that
- 6:48to mean is um even though um um sat the
- 6:54limitations has um has expired they're
- 6:58extenda circumstan where you make
- 7:00exceptions to the rule okay so they kept
- 7:03talking about this 9103 and they were
- 7:05doing all these legal these legal
- 7:07numbers and all this other stuff well
- 7:10the
- 7:11estate what what um and that's what the
- 7:14estate argued okay the estate argued we
- 7:17shouldn't even be here okay all statutes
- 7:19of limitations have expired and this is
- 7:21ridiculous um the gradstein is saying
- 7:24well you know he didn't remember till he
- 7:26remembered and um he had this prison he
- 7:30was imprisoned in his mind with this
- 7:32compressed memory and this compressed
- 7:35memory uh just you know all of a sudden
- 7:38be um unlocked itself uh March 2012 so
- 7:43when it's March 2012 all heck breaks
- 7:46loose and he goes crazy and he um
- 7:49basically remembers all this stuff now
- 7:51he's s he is suffering emotional damage
- 7:54and emotional harm well um um that is
- 7:59only they were saying the estate was
- 8:01saying that is only good if it's a
- 8:04criminal case but right now it's not a
- 8:06criminal case it is a a a claim against
- 8:09the estate now also what they're arguing
- 8:12the estate is arguing saying that also
- 8:14this can't be brought up um in in in
- 8:17court because um they work for the
- 8:21estate The Heirs of Michael Jackson they
- 8:23don't work for Michael Jackson so The
- 8:26Heirs of Michael Jackson should not be
- 8:28punished because of the acts of Michael
- 8:31Jackson so that was another thing saying
- 8:34look we we we serve the interests of the
- 8:36Airs of the estate we don't serve the
- 8:38interest of a man that's deceased okay
- 8:42so um that was another argument now the
- 8:44judge did say I will not be making a
- 8:47ruling today on whether this can be
- 8:49heard or can't be heard and then there
- 8:51was the topic of Discovery so the um
- 8:54plaintiffs right now are saying look we
- 8:56want to look at all the stuff we want to
- 8:58see everything so release everything to
- 9:00me so we can look through it and see is
- 9:02there anything we can use against
- 9:05you and right now the estate is saying
- 9:08we ain't showing you nothing okay find
- 9:10your own stuff okay so um also um the
- 9:14plth wants um the estate to admit that
- 9:18they know of Michael's um sexual abuse
- 9:20to children and the estate is like we
- 9:22don't know nothing we never saw her what
- 9:24are you talking about how are we
- 9:25supposed to know if Michael abuse
- 9:26someone so they went back and forth and
- 9:28they talked about um well what about
- 9:31Jordy Chandler and what about um what
- 9:34about um gabin arzo well and then the
- 9:38name uh John brona came up and how risan
- 9:41is kind of there as kind of like an
- 9:43overseer of these two other attorneys
- 9:46it's a male and a female and I don't
- 9:48know their names good you know so I
- 9:50won't even tell you their names and what
- 9:52what would it matter anyway um um um I
- 9:56probably can call the courts and get the
- 9:58spelling of their names
- 9:59um and I'll post that later if I'm able
- 10:02to do that um um so anyway anyway so the
- 10:06estate is saying um look we don't know
- 10:09what Michael Jackson did and then they
- 10:11said well John brona has been Michael's
- 10:13attorney forever so John brona should
- 10:15know something and that's when Howard
- 10:17wisman got up and defended John brona
- 10:19and said look back in those two cases in
- 10:23'94 and in 20 uh 2005 number one it was
- 10:28a settlement in which he was a party to
- 10:30and he said and Michael did not admit
- 10:32any guilt okay in that and number two
- 10:34was fully acquitted Michael was fully
- 10:36acquitted no wrong doing so what are you
- 10:38talking about you know and they said
- 10:40yeah we know there's been accusations
- 10:41but none of them have been able to be
- 10:43proven yet now one thing I didn't think
- 10:45that they brought up um they they
- 10:47brought up was um um it number one it
- 10:52was for money they didn't talk about the
- 10:54merits of the case which is did Michael
- 10:56molest these people and do you need to
- 10:58give me some money for it
- 10:59um they tried to bring in something
- 11:01about U Michael's businesses you know
- 11:04that they were at fault because Michael
- 11:06had businesses and I guess they tried to
- 11:09use the there was a law back in the
- 11:11early 1900s it was because a boxer by
- 11:14the name of John Johnson um um he
- 11:18brought women over and also um uh what's
- 11:22his name not Chubby Checker but um the
- 11:25guitarist Johnny Be Good um that you
- 11:28cannot bring people over state lines to
- 11:31have sex with them they didn't bring up
- 11:33that law but I think they were trying to
- 11:34throw that law in there um we're talking
- 11:37about Chuck Barry okay so um the judge
- 11:41kind of threw both of those out and goes
- 11:43well I don't understand the businesses I
- 11:44I just don't get these businesses you
- 11:46know why would they have something to do
- 11:48with it so that was kind of tossed to
- 11:50the side um will they will it come up
- 11:52again I don't know people what they do
- 11:54in lawsuits they find prior cases and
- 11:57they call those presences to where uh Mr
- 12:00judge you should hear this court case
- 12:03because uh number one um um this person
- 12:07heard it and this was the result of this
- 12:09case and it was a very similar cases and
- 12:11there was something about a John R and
- 12:13somebody who died and they tried to sue
- 12:15the estate but it was unsuccessful so I
- 12:17don't know why they brought it up
- 12:19thousands believed Tupac did it Millions
- 12:22believed Elvis did it but did Michael
- 12:24Jackson really do it e movie book
