- 0:05Welcome to OSHO Kundalini Meditation
- 0:12This meditation is best done at sunset or in the late afternoon.
- 0:22Being fully immersed in the shaking and dancing
- 0:26of the first two stages helps to “melt” the rock-like being,
- 0:30wherever the energy flow has been repressed and blocked.
- 0:35Then that energy can flow, dance and be
- 0:39transformed into bliss and joy.
- 0:44The last two stages enable all this energy to flow vertically,
- 0:48to move upward into silence.
- 0:52It is a highly effective way of unwinding and
- 0:55letting go at the end of the day.
- 1:00Instructions.
- 1:03The meditation lasts one hour and has four stages.
- 1:08The meditation is over when you hear three gong beats.
- 1:15First stage: 15 minutes
- 1:22Be loose…and let your whole body shake,
- 1:33feeling the energies moving up from your feet.
- 1:38Let go everywhere and become the shaking.
- 1:45Your eyes may be open or closed.
- 1:52Second stage: 15 minutes
- 2:01Dance…any way you feel,
- 2:05and let the whole body move as it wishes.
- 2:10Your eyes may be open or closed.
- 2:15Third stage: 15 minutes
- 2:23Close your eyes and be still, sitting or standing…
- 2:31witnessing whatever is happening
- 2:36inside and out.
- 2:41Fourth stage: 15 minutes
- 2:48Keeping your eyes closed, lie down and be still.
