One Week, 7% Gain, Every Single Trade Shown (Step By Step) — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00In the last trading week alone, I made
- 0:017% gain. Specifically, one of them being
- 0:04a partial winning trade that went on to
- 0:06hit break even, one of them being a
- 0:08losing trade, and one of them being a
- 0:10winning trade. So, what I want to do is
- 0:12not show you a random cherry-picked
- 0:13winning trade example in isolation,
- 0:15which has no meaning. I want to walk you
- 0:17through an entire week of price action,
- 0:19the most recent week of price action, to
- 0:21show you my strategy in action with the
- 0:23highs and the lows, walking you through
- 0:25how I navigate complicated market
- 0:27situations, how I turn confusing price
- 0:29action into clarity, and how I take a
- 0:31losing trade not into a losing week.
- 0:34So, let's start off with a full top-down
- 0:36analysis. So, we're on the daily time
- 0:37frame. On the daily time frame, I only
- 0:39have three quick objectives. Especially
- 0:41when you're an intraday or intersession
- 0:43trader, spending a lot of time on the
- 0:45daily time frames is not useful. Why?
- 0:47Because on the daily time frame, you're
- 0:48going to see big moves and big trends.
- 0:51Now, if you're a swing trader, of
- 0:52course, that is relevant. But, if you're
- 0:53trying to catch not the entire swing,
- 0:55not the entire move, rather the most
- 0:57probable pockets of opportunity along
- 0:59the way. Then, the key thing is on the
- 1:00daily time frame, unless you're in a
- 1:02POI, unless you've just made a higher
- 1:04high, most of the time on the daily time
- 1:06frame, you are in no man's land. So,
- 1:07rather trying to understand each portion
- 1:09of the daily time frame, I try and
- 1:10extract just three quick things. The
- 1:12first one is going to be direction, or
- 1:14trend. Number two is going to be points
- 1:15of interest, and specifically, am I in
- 1:17them right now? And number three is
- 1:18going to be liquidity, cuz that's going
- 1:20to help me understand the difference
- 1:21between trend and traps, and most
- 1:23importantly, help me navigate between
- 1:24the short-term, mid-term, and long-term,
- 1:27or navigating through the terrains of
- 1:28multiple traps. So, when I pull the
- 1:30daily time frame up of the most recent
- 1:32week of price action, it's a very quick
- 1:34and easy read, because with those three
- 1:35lenses in mind, all I need to do is
- 1:37number one, understand the trend. And
- 1:38that's very simple to understand,
- 1:40because we just need to see the green
- 1:41dots, which is going to be from a higher
- 1:43low to a higher high. That was the
- 1:44previous range, and when the range was
- 1:46broken, and we made a new higher high,
- 1:48then I knew that the range was from this
- 1:50low to this high. That became the main
- 1:52push, that became the daily trend, hence
- 1:54the green arrow. And we to the high to
- 1:56mark our daily external range high, and
- 1:59we use the low, which was the higher low
- 2:00in that bullish trend, to be our daily
- 2:02external low. So, instead of trying to
- 2:04understand all of the price action we
- 2:06have, then I just focus from the range
- 2:08low to the range high, and I know the
- 2:09direction is bullish, meaning overall
- 2:11I'm expecting price to make a new higher
- 2:13high at some point. Where is that going
- 2:15to happen from? Ideally from demand
- 2:17areas. For example, this extreme block
- 2:19over here, the last push down before we
- 2:21had the price action going bullish,
- 2:23price returning into that area, and
- 2:24specifically doing a build-up, an
- 2:26inducement, and then breaking internal
- 2:28structure. So, with these things
- 2:30connected, I know the trend is bullish
- 2:31on the daily time frame. I know we've
- 2:33already come into the point of interest,
- 2:35the area of demand. I know we've taken
- 2:37liquidity in that demand area. That's
- 2:39led to a break of structure where we had
- 2:40the previous internal lower high that
- 2:42made this internal lower low, going to
- 2:44make an internal higher high, and then
- 2:46continue on to make a higher low, higher
- 2:48high, and now we have an internal break
- 2:50of structure. Where is that internal
- 2:51break of structure going? Likely we're
- 2:53headed to this demand area of this
- 2:55inducement to continue that trend
- 2:56bullish, to make an internal higher high
- 2:58and an external higher high. So, now we
- 3:00can map out very easily our trends.
- 3:02Well, we have our short-term trend is
- 3:04going to be bearish into this area, and
- 3:06then potentially bullish from here. Or,
- 3:08we can have multiple reads where we're
- 3:10going to have a bullish pullback into
- 3:12this supply zone. Why is it a supply
- 3:14zone? Because we had a bearish internal
- 3:16break of structure where this higher low
- 3:17that made the internal higher high now
- 3:19made an internal lower low. We are going
- 3:20to be now short-term bullish to get to
- 3:22the supply zone, mid-term bearish to get
- 3:25to this demand area, and then long-term
- 3:27bullish to make a new market higher
- 3:28high. So, now that we very easily at a
- 3:30glance notice the daily trend, the
- 3:32short-term, mid-term, and long-term
- 3:34bias, that is just speculation for the
- 3:36week. When we investigate lower, we'll
- 3:37see which roadmap is presenting. And
- 3:39then lastly, it's going to be liquidity.
- 3:41Well, that's very easy as well, because
- 3:42we can see we had a build-up of
- 3:43liquidity here. We had a sweep and an
- 3:45internal break of structure. And we also
- 3:47have a higher time frame demand area, a
- 3:49build-up, inducement, and a push higher.
- 3:52So, we are naturally between two
- 3:53inducement zones, and these two
- 3:55inducement zones are also our supply and
- 3:57demand area, therefore reaffirming that
- 3:59we might have a reaction at the supply
- 4:01area, head towards this demand area, and
- 4:03then have a bullish reaction from that
- 4:04area. So, we are connecting our trend,
- 4:06short-term, mid-term, and long-term
- 4:08direction connected with market traps
- 4:10and inducements. So, once you've done
- 4:12that read, you don't need to spend any
- 4:13more time on the daily time frame, and
- 4:15you can drop all the way from the daily
- 4:16down to the 1-hour or even M15. I like
- 4:19to look at as package time frames, and
- 4:21the higher time frame packages, whether
- 4:22it's weekly, monthly, daily, they all
- 4:24tell us a similar thing. So, from there,
- 4:25I can move down to the next package. So,
- 4:27as I'm walking through this entire week
- 4:28of price action, you're going to see a
- 4:29lot of information because I'm going to
- 4:31mark out every single impulse on the
- 4:321-minute time frame, every key time
- 4:34window, every inducement, every trap.
- 4:35It's going to be information overload.
- 4:37So, instead of trying to understand
- 4:38every candle on the 1-minute time frame
- 4:39for an entire week, what I've prepared
- 4:41for you is a handbook to take the key
- 4:43pieces of information for all of the
- 4:44trades and all of the key time windows
- 4:46for this week, so that you don't need to
- 4:48understand all the movements, you just
- 4:49need to understand the relevant portions
- 4:51that is going to be helping you either
- 4:53avoid losses or understand deeply the
- 4:54potential winning trades we're going to
- 4:56see, which is relevant because you're
- 4:57going to be seeing trade models in
- 4:58action with their descriptions and
- 5:00diagrams and full explanation, so that
- 5:02you don't need to always refer back to
- 5:03the video and break it down on the
- 5:041-minute time frame. You can refer back
- 5:06to the handbook to see the notes, the
- 5:07diagrams, and the chart example to see
- 5:09if the trade you're taking is similar to
- 5:11the checklist we have presented today.
- 5:13And it's something that you can have
- 5:14downloaded and ready and open as you
- 5:15watch this video, so you can take more
- 5:17value out of today's episode. So, that's
- 5:18in the link in the description, and
- 5:20let's jump back into the video. But,
- 5:21before I do head down to the next time
- 5:23frame, I want to cover a common
- 5:24question, which is, "Well, how do we
- 5:25know which one is the real trend, the
- 5:27real move, when you have all of these
- 5:29different higher highs and higher lows,
- 5:30different structure points, different
- 5:31breaks of structure, different supply
- 5:33and demand areas, different internal and
- 5:35external reads?" Well, you need to
- 5:36understand deeply market structure. By
- 5:38the way, I made an entire market
- 5:39structure guide, which was about 40
- 5:41minutes long, but to summarize it very
- 5:42quickly, we have green dots, which are
- 5:44going to be our external structure
- 5:46points. That means we found new
- 5:48territory. This higher low made an
- 5:50absolute higher high. Anything in
- 5:52between is just internal, but if we
- 5:54continue to make new bullish moves,
- 5:56still internal. This one continued to
- 5:58make a new bullish move, it's still
- 5:59internal. But then when we had the
- 6:01internal break of structure, then we are
- 6:02now internally bearish. And then we
- 6:04failed to make a higher high. We're not
- 6:06going to breaking the range anymore, so
- 6:08I know that this one was the external
- 6:10high because we are respecting it. And
- 6:12then tracking on from here, this build
- 6:13up this inducement and this bearish
- 6:15push, we might start to think it's a
- 6:17bearish market. It's not the case, it's
- 6:19just internal because we are still below
- 6:21the external high and above the external
- 6:24low. So, it's all internal because it's
- 6:25inside the external range. So, when we
- 6:27are trending, all the things we do
- 6:29inside of it is not so important. That
- 6:31is intraday and intrasession. So, when I
- 6:33see that we now break and make a new
- 6:35higher high of the range, the previous
- 6:37range is broken, and we've had a break
- 6:39of structure, then I know external
- 6:41structure has been made, and anything
- 6:42inside of it is naturally still
- 6:44internal. The interesting thing to note
- 6:45and a key bonus point is notice how we
- 6:48start to have an internal bearish break
- 6:49of structure where we had internal
- 6:51higher low, external higher high,
- 6:53internal lower low. Naturally, that's a
- 6:55break of structure. So, when we have
- 6:57that break of structure and you make a
- 6:58lower high that makes a lower low. What
- 7:01are people going to be thinking? People
- 7:02are going to be thinking, "Perfect, this
- 7:03is now a bearish market because we had a
- 7:05break of structure over here. Now, this
- 7:07is a bearish impulse, bearish
- 7:09retracement because it makes a lower
- 7:11high. We build up liquidity, we sweep,
- 7:13smart money sweep, and we make a lower
- 7:15low breaking the previous low. This is
- 7:17naturally going to be a bearish trend.
- 7:19And then when you come into that sweep
- 7:21area, that sweep order block with a fair
- 7:23value gap, notice how we have another
- 7:25build up inducement or sweep, and then
- 7:27bearish price action. We have a bearish
- 7:29trend line, we have bearish internal
- 7:31structure. A lot of people are going to
- 7:32be selling on this sweep zone, same
- 7:34thing, imbalance, fair value gap, smart
- 7:36money order block, and you're going to
- 7:37be looking for lower lows like so. But
- 7:39notice is the market does the complete
- 7:41opposite. when sellers are getting in,
- 7:43the market actually swept this
- 7:45liquidity, came into this previous
- 7:46demand area, and made a new higher high.
- 7:49Therefore, this last pullback before the
- 7:51bullish move up was a complete
- 7:53manipulation known as a decisional point
- 7:55of interest, but that's just something
- 7:56bonus to investigate to see even how in
- 7:58a clear market bullish trend, bearish
- 8:00participants can get confused and
- 8:02trapped in because they don't understand
- 8:03clearly trends, points of interest,
- 8:06internal and external structure, and the
- 8:08liquidity formations along the way.
- 8:09Because now that we did a read on the
- 8:11daily time frame, I'm just going to jump
- 8:12down to the 4-hour just to give you an
- 8:14update, so we're not jumping all the way
- 8:16down. And it was clear to see we had the
- 8:17daily demand area, we had this build-up,
- 8:19we had this sweep and inducements. That
- 8:22inducement into the daily demand area.
- 8:24So, now that we know we're in the right
- 8:25zone, having a manipulation that is
- 8:27leading to a break of structure, this is
- 8:29showing me bullish intent in a bullish
- 8:31daily trend in a bullish point of
- 8:33interest. This showing me alignment of
- 8:35buyer strength, but obviously buyer
- 8:36strength doesn't just go in one line all
- 8:38the way to a new higher high on the
- 8:40daily time frame. We're going to have
- 8:41internal trends, we're going to have
- 8:42manipulations, we're going to have POIs
- 8:44being interacted with. So, that's how
- 8:45we're going to navigate the week, but
- 8:47it's important when we start the week on
- 8:48the Monday, we know all of the relevant
- 8:50zones of interest where price is going
- 8:52to bounce between, manipulate between,
- 8:54before we end up making the new higher
- 8:55high on the daily time frame. So, the
- 8:57key things to note is we were bearish
- 8:59with these red dots coming into the
- 9:01daily demand area. Bearish meaning a
- 9:03pullback, so not a bearish market, it's
- 9:05just a bearish complex pullback into the
- 9:07demand area. Once we tap into that
- 9:09demand area, we take liquidity, we
- 9:10induce, and very quickly make a higher
- 9:13high internally. When we make that
- 9:14bullish break of structure, we make a
- 9:16higher low, a higher high, and now we
- 9:18are forming a lower low. Why is this a
- 9:21lower low? Well, it really depends where
- 9:22you look from. If you're looking from
- 9:24the low of the inducements, which is
- 9:26down over here, I'm just going to mark
- 9:27this as the range low, and I'm marking
- 9:29the top as the range high. When you read
- 9:32it like this, you might think, "Well, if
- 9:33we've just had a bullish impulse like so
- 9:35from a daily demand area having an
- 9:36inducement and breaking structure, then
- 9:38what is the difference between internal
- 9:40and external? Well, the difference is we
- 9:41notice this was one big move, but we can
- 9:44break it up from this internal higher
- 9:45low, from this internal higher high,
- 9:47this internal higher low, this internal
- 9:49higher high. So, we can break the
- 9:50structure over here. So, of course,
- 9:51liquidity is equal lows, but it was also
- 9:53a break of structure, but it's not a
- 9:55break of structure of the absolute low.
- 9:56It's the break of structure of an
- 9:58internal higher low that made a higher
- 9:59high, making an internal lower low.
- 10:01We're still inside of the range. This is
- 10:03the range high, this is the range low.
- 10:04We're still inside of it, but we are
- 10:06making a internal break of structure.
- 10:08And that internal break of structure has
- 10:09an objective. Where could that objective
- 10:11be? Naturally, it's going to be the
- 10:12demand area. So, when I start to look at
- 10:14road maps for the week, either we just
- 10:15go bearish straight away down to the
- 10:17range low, down to that demand area, and
- 10:19then we have the bullish impulse. That
- 10:20could be one valid road map. Another
- 10:22valid road map could be we start to have
- 10:24the bullish climb first for the week. We
- 10:27arrive to the supply area. Why is this a
- 10:29supply area? Because we built up
- 10:31liquidity, we induced, and we broke
- 10:33internal structure. So, it's a bearish
- 10:35lower low, lower high retracement, and
- 10:37going on to make a lower low down to
- 10:39that demand area, and then we go and
- 10:40make a new higher high. These are two
- 10:42equally valid road maps on how we begin
- 10:44the week. So, when we come into the
- 10:45Monday and Tuesday, we need to
- 10:46understand are we going to be the first
- 10:48road map, which is going down to the
- 10:49demand area and we look for buys, or is
- 10:51it going to be first we go to the supply
- 10:53area and then we look for sales down to
- 10:55the demand area, then again we switch to
- 10:56bullish. This is how you build
- 10:57frameworks for when you begin the week,
- 10:59navigating between inducements. So, we
- 11:01have this inducement over here and this
- 11:03inducement over here, navigating between
- 11:04points of interest, this supply zone,
- 11:06this demand area, and navigating between
- 11:08short-term, mid-term, and long-term
- 11:10objectives, which is these road maps
- 11:11that we have. Now, once we've built the
- 11:13framework for the week, we don't need to
- 11:14revisit the higher time frames for the
- 11:15entire week unless we start to break
- 11:17really higher and the market conditions
- 11:19change. So, from now on, once we can
- 11:20stay on the lower time frame and simply
- 11:22navigate the daily cycle variations as
- 11:24we go throughout the week. So, actually,
- 11:26the last thing to do is actually read
- 11:28this bearish portion. We know this POI
- 11:30and why it exists. We know this POI and
- 11:32why it exists. I just want to understand
- 11:33the most recent move and how it happened
- 11:36from the previous week and try to
- 11:38understand the moves inside of it. So,
- 11:39I'm going to jump down to M15 and we
- 11:41already know what happened. We already
- 11:42broke structure internally, already had
- 11:44this build up, this inducement, this
- 11:46internal break of structure cuz this was
- 11:47a higher low internally that made the
- 11:49higher high that took the liquidity of
- 11:51the previous highs and then we broke
- 11:53structure and made an internal lower
- 11:54low. And then once we had that, we built
- 11:56up liquidity, Asia high, high of
- 11:58previous day, we induced it and then we
- 12:00broke structure, breaking the previous
- 12:01low. So, we can see inducement leads to
- 12:03a break of structure. This inducement
- 12:05leads to a break of structure and then
- 12:06we have this rounding off, not a clear
- 12:08inducement, breaking structure once
- 12:10again. This information is going to be
- 12:11useful because I don't want to mark out
- 12:13my inducements because these will be
- 12:14zones of interactions for the coming
- 12:16week. So, I'm just going to mark these
- 12:17out and from here all the way down, we
- 12:20have one last inducement which is this
- 12:21area over here, not interesting for us
- 12:24or not super interesting because they're
- 12:25very minor inducements. It's just taking
- 12:27high of London, but I'm going to mark it
- 12:28out to help me navigate the current
- 12:30week. Very simply, that's it. Now we've
- 12:32done our full top-down analysis. Now we
- 12:34can go on the M1 time frame and walk
- 12:36through the entire week, reacting to
- 12:37each one of these zones and as we create
- 12:39new manipulations, new traps, we'll
- 12:41navigate them accordingly. So, first
- 12:43off, we're going to start off with
- 12:44Frankfurt open on this day on the Monday
- 12:46that we can see. We are very far away
- 12:47from our demand area that we're
- 12:49targeting and we're also quite far away
- 12:51from the immediate supply zone. So, for
- 12:53now, we have no information. All we know
- 12:55is one rule, any proximal zone to Asia
- 12:58high or Asia low is not really relevant.
- 13:00It's just a tail end lower high that
- 13:02made a lower low. It doesn't meet the
- 13:03criteria of a point of interest. Why?
- 13:05Because it doesn't have a depth of
- 13:07retracement, it doesn't have a duration
- 13:09of the point of interest, and it doesn't
- 13:10have an inducement inside of it. It's a
- 13:12very weak point of interest, so it's
- 13:13going to have no interest for me,
- 13:14especially because of how close it is to
- 13:16Asia high. This is a zone to really
- 13:17consider as a smart money trap,
- 13:19specifically when it's happening at
- 13:21Frankfurt open. So, when we have a
- 13:22manipulation most likely here, this is
- 13:24going to set a a for me so I can
- 13:26actually play the first candles. I want
- 13:27to wait for New York open. So, as we
- 13:29start the day, I'm going to approach my
- 13:31London key time window, which is this
- 13:32dotted line, 8:00 UK time. I want to
- 13:34wait for that, and I'm going to fast
- 13:36forward on M15. I'm receiving the
- 13:37Frankfurt open has already trapped in
- 13:39that supply zone. This lower high that
- 13:41made a lower low, people are seeing Asia
- 13:42high liquidity already taken out. And
- 13:44now we're arriving to the key time
- 13:46window, which is London open. So, as we
- 13:48arrive to that key time window, now I
- 13:49can drop down to M1, and I start to
- 13:51realize, okay, now we can build a
- 13:52potential framework. Is anything valid?
- 13:55I'm not trying to look for an
- 13:55opportunity every window. Every time I'm
- 13:57looking for lower time frame
- 13:58confirmations, you start off with a
- 14:00trade ideal, and then you look at the
- 14:01key time window and the lower time frame
- 14:03to execute upon the ideal. So, when I
- 14:05look at that, I don't start off with M1.
- 14:07I start to say, "Where am I? Have I got
- 14:09an inducement of control? Have I got the
- 14:11inducement of the day? Have I got an
- 14:12objective?" And the answers to all of
- 14:14these questions on this key time window
- 14:15is no. I don't have a clear objective
- 14:17because I could be going towards this
- 14:19supply zone. I could be targeting the
- 14:20liquidity of this supply zone, or I
- 14:22could be targeting down this demand
- 14:23area. So, I don't have a clear objective
- 14:25or direction. In terms of liquidity or
- 14:27inducements, yes, we've taken liquidity
- 14:29of this smart money trap, but I'm not
- 14:31seeing rejection. I don't have a clear
- 14:32liquidity target. So, that's not ideal
- 14:34either. So, unless I have a clear medium
- 14:36inducement or major inducement or a
- 14:38clear direction or a clear target or a
- 14:40clear manipulation to entice in
- 14:42liquidity or take liquidity, then I know
- 14:44this is not a key time window that I'm
- 14:45interested in. So, usually I'm just
- 14:47going to walk away. Instead of looking
- 14:48at the key time window and trying to
- 14:49fight M1, fight my emotions, and trying
- 14:52to find clarity, exercise patience, the
- 14:54reality is there's going to be a low
- 14:55quality opportunity if there's going to
- 14:57be an opportunity. So, save your mental
- 14:58capital and just walk away. So, in fact,
- 15:00we just play the key time window, don't
- 15:02stress out, and don't get caught up in
- 15:04all of this mess on the lower time
- 15:06frame. And we start to see, okay, we had
- 15:07a bit of a rejection price stalling in
- 15:10this area. Why was it stalling in this
- 15:12area? Is it an important area? No,
- 15:14because this was the low that was
- 15:16broken. The low was broken from this
- 15:18area, so it is a form of decisional, but
- 15:21it's not with the objective or trends
- 15:22that we see, and this doesn't have
- 15:24depth, the duration, and inducement in
- 15:26the point of interest. So, it's not
- 15:27really a key important zone for me. So,
- 15:29I knew that this was not a zone of
- 15:30interest. So, if we don't have trend, I
- 15:32don't have direction, I don't have a
- 15:33zone of interest, then there's no point
- 15:34me looking at the key time window,
- 15:36forcing myself to not take a trade,
- 15:37knowing it's low quality. So, what we do
- 15:39from here is just wait for the next key
- 15:41time window, and we see we arrive to a
- 15:43supply zone that could be relevant, but
- 15:44it's not at the right time. So, I know
- 15:46it's unlikely to give a favorable move.
- 15:48Now, we arrive to the New York key time
- 15:50window as we're approaching New York
- 15:51open, and I want to see the preparation.
- 15:54Now, we're in the key time window, what
- 15:56could there be? Now, this could be
- 15:57something a bit more interesting because
- 15:58we have a supply zone that is taken out.
- 16:00So, we have a medium inducement. We have
- 16:02a seller's early reaction also taken out
- 16:05around New York open, but we don't have
- 16:07a clear target, and we don't have a
- 16:08clear trend. So, when I jump up to a
- 16:091-hour time frame, I can start to see we
- 16:11are in a mixed objective because
- 16:13remember the road maps we made at the
- 16:14beginning of the week, we said we could
- 16:16either be bullish short-term to go to
- 16:18one of these supply areas, mid-term
- 16:21bearish to go to this demand area, and
- 16:23long-term bullish to make a new higher
- 16:24high. That was one of the road maps, but
- 16:26we also had another road map, which is
- 16:28we are in a bearish pullback because we
- 16:29made this low, we might just continue
- 16:32bearish. So, when we have two equally
- 16:34valid road maps that are at the same
- 16:35point to giving two outcomes, from here,
- 16:38we could go bearish or we could go
- 16:40bullish. This is known as an inflection
- 16:42point. I do not want to be trading at
- 16:44inflection points because it's hard to
- 16:46know which one to pick. You're just
- 16:47flipping a coin and saying this side
- 16:49over that side. Rather than trying to
- 16:50understand decode it, rather know this
- 16:52is a low quality area, you're going to
- 16:54find a low quality opportunity, or
- 16:55you're just going to be picking one or
- 16:57the other. Better save your mental
- 16:58capital and wait for a better zone. So,
- 17:01this is not one to skip totally. This is
- 17:03just a confusing zone. So, what I'd
- 17:04rather do, instead of sitting it out
- 17:05altogether because it is a low quality
- 17:08opportunity, but not an invalid
- 17:09opportunity like the previous key time
- 17:11window, I'm going to be more likely
- 17:13neutral, but I might observe and see is
- 17:15there telltale signs for me to see which
- 17:17road map is more likely, which one I can
- 17:20at least catch a pocket of opportunity
- 17:21even if I don't get the whole move, I
- 17:23might get a one to three reaction trade.
- 17:25And the foundations are there because
- 17:26we've got a medium inducement because
- 17:28this point of interest on the M15 was
- 17:30taken out. So once we induce it and we
- 17:33start to reject, this might show me we
- 17:34have a potential opportunity now. And
- 17:36upon further inspection, we can see that
- 17:38supply zone getting induced, the medium
- 17:40inducement at the key time window. We
- 17:42can say we had a inducement at a
- 17:43relevant time of a relevant place. So
- 17:46these are good things and more
- 17:47importantly, we start to see we have a
- 17:49internal break of structure. So if we
- 17:51have an internal break of structure
- 17:52after an inducement, this shows me
- 17:54rejection and it happens at the key time
- 17:56window. And more importantly, we get a
- 17:58minor inducement here of this wick. This
- 18:00inducement on the minute of the key time
- 18:02window leading to another internal break
- 18:04of structure. So now we have two legs
- 18:05bearish with an inducement, a medium
- 18:08inducement, and then a minor inducement
- 18:10on the open of the key time window. This
- 18:11is good inducement, good time window,
- 18:14and good rejection. Now I need to see
- 18:15can I take this trinity of confluences,
- 18:17the three main things that I look for
- 18:19and convert it into a trade. So what do
- 18:21I need to do is understand my execution
- 18:23criteria from a valid opportunity. And
- 18:25that criteria is going to be I need to
- 18:27find a refined IFC, which means in the
- 18:29second leg bearish, so this was the
- 18:31first one, medium inducement, internal
- 18:33break of structure, then we had a lower
- 18:34high, which was another inducement that
- 18:37made this lower low. I need to find in
- 18:39the second leg a refined IFC. And I look
- 18:41for it and I say in the key time window,
- 18:43I have time, I still have half of the
- 18:44window. to find that refined IFC. And
- 18:46that refined IFC needs to be around this
- 18:48inducement candle. And I see okay, is it
- 18:51here? Well, no because I don't have an
- 18:53imbalance. Is it here? No, I don't have
- 18:55an imbalance. Here? No, I don't have an
- 18:56imbalance. The entire way down, I have
- 18:58zero imbalances, zero fair value gaps,
- 19:01which shows me lack of intent. It's not
- 19:03about trading the pattern or trading the
- 19:05fair value gap, it's understanding if I
- 19:07have intention, which is inducement,
- 19:09which means I've got all of this
- 19:10liquidity, I've got all of this power in
- 19:12the markets, I should see a reaction.
- 19:14Not just breaks of structure, I should
- 19:15see reactions with intent because we had
- 19:17a imbalance over here, a large imbalance
- 19:19over here. There is imbalances all the
- 19:21time. So, if you're seeing imbalances at
- 19:22normal zones and then after a medium
- 19:24inducement you see no imbalances at the
- 19:26key time window when there is
- 19:27volatility, this shows me this is
- 19:29unlikely to be a valid move because
- 19:31there is no intention behind the price
- 19:33action. We're not trading patterns
- 19:35blindly, we're trying to see the
- 19:36intentions and I'm not seeing any
- 19:37intention over here. So, unfortunately
- 19:40this is not valid. Even though it's
- 19:41close, it's just not close enough to a
- 19:43tradeable opportunity. All of the trades
- 19:45that I'm showing you that I've taken
- 19:46this week is something that the entire
- 19:48community is doing supported by our
- 19:50predefined setups and trade models. So,
- 19:52you're not trading random confluences
- 19:53and independently hoping someone figures
- 19:55it out. Rather, everyone in the
- 19:56community is trading aligned. We have
- 19:58the same strategy, same reads, same
- 20:00confluences, same confirmations, and the
- 20:02daily live streams to make sure we are
- 20:03all orientated aligned in the same way,
- 20:05which means the entire community takes
- 20:07all of the same winning trades on a
- 20:09regular basis leading to large levels of
- 20:11funding and regular payouts within the
- 20:13community as you've now been seeing for
- 20:14years on this channel. So, if you'd like
- 20:16to be part of our entire ecosystem where
- 20:18we do one-on-one coaching, I'd encourage
- 20:20you to click the link in the description
- 20:21to apply for WWE Trading. The reason it
- 20:24is application only and you need to fill
- 20:25out an application form is because we
- 20:27get thousands of application. You see
- 20:29the hundreds of thousands of views this
- 20:30channel gets, but we only select a
- 20:32handful of people because there's only
- 20:33so many hours in the day that we can do
- 20:35one-on-one coaching. So, I would
- 20:37encourage you to fill the application
- 20:38form in as much detail as possible to
- 20:40see why we should consider you. And my
- 20:41promise to you is even if we are not
- 20:42selecting you and we don't work
- 20:43together, that will leave you better
- 20:45than we found you because we're going to
- 20:46be giving you some resources and goodies
- 20:48to help you along the way. But
- 20:49hopefully, I see you on a Zoom call
- 20:51very, very soon. So, I'm going to still
- 20:53watch to see does it convert into
- 20:54something important. Maybe I get another
- 20:56inducement, maybe I get another leg
- 20:57lower and I start to see okay, price
- 21:00violently reverses on me. Violently goes
- 21:03the other direction. And when I see this
- 21:06whipsawing, this is showing me this lack
- 21:08of clarity. Yes, there was a inducement,
- 21:11but it was not sustained. It was not
- 21:12settled because in the same way we had
- 21:14all of this build up to the low, we had
- 21:17this clear inducement, and we have a
- 21:18strong bullish push up breaking past the
- 21:21previous inducement zone. So, this was
- 21:22correct for me to understand not to take
- 21:25because no inducement meant no trade, no
- 21:27imbalance meant no trade, and then in
- 21:29the end it would have been a loss
- 21:30because price induced lower and then
- 21:32took over that zone. So, now we are in
- 21:33between two inducement zones where we
- 21:35have this inducement low, we have this
- 21:37previous inducement high. Price is
- 21:39reacting in this demand area of that
- 21:40inducement. So, what now I'm locked
- 21:42between two intentions. You know how I
- 21:44always say that the market is a game of
- 21:46tug-of-war between buyers and sellers.
- 21:48Both are pulling, both are trying. We
- 21:50need to see who's going to win that
- 21:51battle. First, you had a medium
- 21:52inducement, sellers were winning. Then
- 21:55you had a build up and inducement in the
- 21:56key time window, buyers are winning. And
- 21:58now you're locked between both zones.
- 22:00You've hit the bearish inducement point
- 22:02of interest, you've hit the bullish
- 22:03point of interest, the inducement zone,
- 22:05and now we need to see who's going to
- 22:06win that battle. Now, I suspect it's
- 22:08going to be the buyers because we had a
- 22:10sellers inducement, another inducement
- 22:12and mitigation, and we don't even break
- 22:14structure and make a low. However, the
- 22:16buyers are doing a build up over here,
- 22:18an inducement over here, a break of
- 22:20structure internally over here, a
- 22:21mitigation with another inducement. This
- 22:23shows me that most likely the buyers are
- 22:25going to win this battle. So, I'm not
- 22:27going to be taking any trade. Now, this
- 22:29zone over here could be traded if it was
- 22:31the key time window because I can start
- 22:33to see this is a smart money zone
- 22:35failure. I'm starting to see these zones
- 22:37where sellers are going to be loaded up,
- 22:39sellers are going to be interested is
- 22:40actually most likely a trap. Why?
- 22:42Because you've had a medium inducement
- 22:44with no reaction, no strength, and in
- 22:45reality what we do know is buyers are in
- 22:48control because we call it a medium
- 22:49inducement, but in reality for what it
- 22:51is right now, it's a bullish break of
- 22:53structure. This was a previous lower
- 22:54high that made a lower low, a supply
- 22:56zone, and now we broke it. Not only did
- 22:58we break it, we had a failure of
- 23:00inducement and a bullish inducement, a
- 23:02bullish inducement, and bullish moves
- 23:04higher. Most likely, buyers are going to
- 23:06win this battle. This is market
- 23:07mechanics. This is understanding
- 23:09intention and control. There is a
- 23:10difference between what we see and what
- 23:12we trade, and therefore this became a
- 23:14non-traded opportunity because it
- 23:15doesn't meet the criteria of lower
- 23:17timeframe confirmation, time window, and
- 23:19meaningful inducement. Market mechanics
- 23:21made sense. The market moved exactly
- 23:23from my point of interest, and a lot of
- 23:25amateur traders might get excited over
- 23:27here and say, "Yes, it makes sense. It
- 23:29meets my confluence. This is let me jump
- 23:30in." But confluence is not a strategy.
- 23:32Confluence is not a professional trader.
- 23:35Confluence is just taking things you
- 23:36know and throwing it at the market and
- 23:38hope it plays. It's not something that
- 23:39is predefined or tested. Although the
- 23:41confluence do make sense, we had a
- 23:42London close on the minute play on a
- 23:44inducement domino effect induce number
- 23:46one, induce number two, mitigation.
- 23:48Everything made sense. The trap played
- 23:50out. The sellers got trapped in. It was
- 23:52not a trade we could take, but we
- 23:54understood the move, and that's the main
- 23:56part. Once we've done the Monday read,
- 23:57no trade we saw, we understood all of
- 23:59the price action. However, now we have
- 24:01information going into the next day.
- 24:02Okay, so let's quickly revisit the
- 24:04one-hour timeframe as we go into the
- 24:05next day, which is of the roadmaps that
- 24:07we knew, we now have a clear one of
- 24:09control. We know which one is most
- 24:11likely going to be happening now, which
- 24:13is now that we've had an internal break
- 24:15of structure, we had this lower high
- 24:17that made a lower low, which is now made
- 24:19an internal higher high. We've had this
- 24:21bullish impulse. We're more likely going
- 24:22to be bullish to one of these supply
- 24:24zones, and then we're going to go to the
- 24:25demand area down here, and then we're
- 24:27going to be bullish. So we are
- 24:29short-term bullish, mid-term bearish,
- 24:31long-term bullish. This was the first
- 24:33roadmap that we spoke about. Now we
- 24:35don't have confusion for the week. At
- 24:37least the Monday, even if there was no
- 24:38trade, set a foundation for what's most
- 24:40likely happening for this week. So with
- 24:41that framework in mind, I now know the
- 24:43impulse that is in control right now is
- 24:45this. This can be my temporary range
- 24:47low. This can be my temporary range
- 24:48high, and my target is going to be
- 24:50either this supply zone or this supply
- 24:52zone, which we mentioned earlier. So now
- 24:54I have a framework, a direction, a
- 24:56target. Now I just need to find
- 24:57inducement in my direction, trend in my
- 24:59direction, points of interest in my
- 25:01direction, and then start to look for
- 25:02trade opportunities. And before we get
- 25:04into the M1, I always like to do a daily
- 25:06cycle read, and that's going to be
- 25:07understanding from the impulse of
- 25:08control we have for now, which is not a
- 25:10major impulse because it's not coming
- 25:12from a POI, it doesn't have an
- 25:13inducement. It's a temporary one, but I
- 25:15know I'm most likely looking for a
- 25:16replication of this move. Where is that
- 25:18going to be happening from? It's going
- 25:19to be happening from a decisional or
- 25:21extreme. The extreme is down here, and
- 25:23the decisional is the last pullback
- 25:25before we had the break of structure.
- 25:26So, it's going to be around here. Now,
- 25:28this doesn't meet the quality points of
- 25:30interest I usually want to be trading,
- 25:31especially the decisional because yes,
- 25:33it's a pullback before a break of
- 25:34structure, but it doesn't have a deep
- 25:36retracement. The depth of retracement
- 25:38doesn't have a long duration that I
- 25:39usually want to see, and it doesn't have
- 25:41an inducement. So, it meets none of the
- 25:42three criteria, so it's a valid
- 25:44decisional, but unlikely to be a high
- 25:45probability, high quality one. So, I'm
- 25:47just going to mark it out and see what
- 25:49happens when we arrive there. What I'm
- 25:50more interested in understanding is once
- 25:52we had the high of yesterday, we have
- 25:54now made liquidity over here, and the
- 25:56liquidity we're forming over here might
- 25:57entice early buyers because they're
- 25:59going to be seeing a sweep of Asia low,
- 26:02and that sweep of Asia low is going to
- 26:03invite in early buyers, which will be a
- 26:05target. So, most likely I'm going to see
- 26:07this low of Frankfurt being attacked,
- 26:09and at least I have an initial target
- 26:11for London key time window. It's not
- 26:13aligning for a full setup, but at least
- 26:14I can start to understand where price is
- 26:16at least headed next. The reason I don't
- 26:17know where it's headed next entirely is
- 26:19because I don't have an inducement of
- 26:20control, I don't have the inducement of
- 26:21the day. That's what I'm going to be
- 26:23searching for initially.
- 26:24What I do know is this points of
- 26:26interest is going to fail. This point of
- 26:28interest is most likely a smart money
- 26:30trap, and this stalling of yesterday
- 26:32could hold price, but when it's so close
- 26:34to Asia low, it's invalid for me, so I'm
- 26:35going to be waiting on this decisional
- 26:37as my only decision opportunity. Okay,
- 26:39getting into now the Frankfurt window,
- 26:41we can see we are loading up buyers in
- 26:43this area, and as we approach the London
- 26:46key time window, I want to understand
- 26:47where is price headed. I don't have an
- 26:49inducement of control. Now I have it.
- 26:51That smart money trap that I was very
- 26:53confident in because nine times out of
- 26:5510 a sweep at Frankfurt open of
- 26:57something that is not relevant, for
- 26:58example, just Asia low is most likely
- 27:00going to be a trap. So now I have a
- 27:02smart money trap sweep during my London
- 27:04open of a Frankfurt smart money trap
- 27:07zone. This is giving me inducements. I
- 27:09also have direction in mind, but I need
- 27:10to have quality confirmations. Let's see
- 27:13as we approach this key time window,
- 27:14does this convert into any meaningful
- 27:16opportunity? So let's go through the key
- 27:18time window. So as we open the key time
- 27:19window, we are still forming lows. We
- 27:21are still printing that inducement, so I
- 27:23need to first lock in the inducement and
- 27:25differentiate it from just bearish. So
- 27:27what that means is we sweep the
- 27:28liquidity of the smart money trap and
- 27:30then we have a confident intentional
- 27:32reaction the other way. If we don't have
- 27:33that, then it's just simply bearish
- 27:35price action cuz if this is where it
- 27:36starts to get a bit interesting because
- 27:38now I can start to see we had the
- 27:40bearish impulse lower to sweep
- 27:42liquidity. Then we started to get
- 27:43rejection, meaning we made an internal
- 27:45push bullish. We didn't continue lower.
- 27:47We failed to make a lower low and we
- 27:49made an internal higher high. So when we
- 27:50see that, we now see we have two legs
- 27:52bullish in the key time window after an
- 27:54inducement. However, although we could
- 27:56look to trade from somewhere over here,
- 27:58problem once again is is there a fair
- 27:59value gap or imbalance? No, there is
- 28:01not. So a failure of showing intention
- 28:05through an imbalance is a weakness. And
- 28:07secondarily, we have the efficiency of
- 28:08the pullback. This retracement before
- 28:10making the low is our efficiency of the
- 28:12pullback. You can also be a bit
- 28:13aggressive and say even if it's that
- 28:15imbalance, whichever one you decide,
- 28:17price has already hit the supply level
- 28:18of a bearish market. So therefore, for
- 28:21all we know, this could be bearish,
- 28:23complex pullback bullish, mitigation of
- 28:25supply zone, continue bearish. So I
- 28:27don't want to be buying if there's no
- 28:29imbalance and there is no intent. We
- 28:31haven't broke structure. We haven't got
- 28:32a lower time frame confirmation. So this
- 28:33is a key time window you just simply
- 28:35walk away. Even if it plays out bullish,
- 28:37it's not worth trading. And there we go.
- 28:38Price did go bullish, but without
- 28:40confirmations and a restricted trader is
- 28:42a profitable trader. We follow the plan,
- 28:44not our feelings, and this is how you
- 28:45avoid invalid losses. Today it played,
- 28:48tomorrow I may fail. Over the long-term
- 28:49horizon is not a confluence, it's not a
- 28:51setup, it's not a strategy. So, even if
- 28:53you miss out on one or two trades, it's
- 28:54okay because it's going to save you in
- 28:56the long term. What I would do from here
- 28:57is know that the key time window is
- 28:59gone, there's no opportunity for me. I'm
- 29:00going to fast-forward to the next one
- 29:02now, which is going to be New York. And
- 29:03observing through, we can see there was
- 29:04no clarity and there was no trade. Price
- 29:06did give a bullish reaction but ended up
- 29:08failing. So, if you were in the trade or
- 29:09chasing the trade or having FOMO, you
- 29:11would have taken a couple of losses.
- 29:12This is how you turn an amateur trader
- 29:14into a failing trader because you
- 29:15allowed the emotions to lead, lack of
- 29:17clarity, trading systems leading to
- 29:18overall going on tilt, and having
- 29:20back-to-back losses that could be
- 29:21totally avoided. But, when we focus on
- 29:23the market intentions now, we can see
- 29:25this previous zone where price went
- 29:27bullish yesterday has now given a
- 29:28reaction. And most important is given a
- 29:30reaction from a relevant area of
- 29:32yesterday. And it also built up
- 29:33liquidity and also induced into that
- 29:35area. And I love the fact that we also
- 29:37took liquidity of this previous
- 29:40zone and Frankfurt low. So, we've built
- 29:42up liquidity, built up liquidity,
- 29:44induced into a demand area, and given an
- 29:46internal bullish push because we had
- 29:48this lower high that made this lower
- 29:50low, now making internal higher high.
- 29:52We've now had an internal bullish break
- 29:54of structure. And we've had the
- 29:55mitigation, so I want to see where we're
- 29:57headed now as we approach the next key
- 29:58time window. But, it's forming in a nice
- 30:00way. We have inducement bullish, and
- 30:02then we have mitigation and new bullish
- 30:04push. So, we have trend and direction
- 30:06led by an inducement. So, this could be
- 30:07now interesting for this day or for this
- 30:09key time window. But, of course, it's
- 30:10important to understand intentions also.
- 30:13And the intentions for here is showing
- 30:14me that we have a lot of liquidity right
- 30:16here. All of this liquidity that's
- 30:18currently being taken. When we have all
- 30:20of these touches during Asia, we have
- 30:22this equal high over here, we have
- 30:23London high, we have the New York high,
- 30:25we have the pre-New York high, and then
- 30:27we have this area that could be
- 30:28considered an inducement. So, we have an
- 30:29inducement low that could go bullish,
- 30:31but we also have a build-up and
- 30:33inducement high that could go bearish
- 30:34down to these areas or just completely
- 30:36lower because remember this is not a
- 30:37point of interest that we like. The
- 30:39decisional is. So, we could be inducing
- 30:41to go down to our decisional. So, I
- 30:43don't want to be caught up buying when
- 30:44we haven't got full clarity just yet.
- 30:46So, coming into the key time window, I
- 30:48need to understand is this a bullish
- 30:49break and a bullish follow through, or
- 30:51is this simply a bearish inducement
- 30:53happening in real time? And the clarity
- 30:55for that is going to be time window,
- 30:56which we're approaching. I need to now
- 30:58see intention and rejection. And this is
- 31:00very clear intention. We have the
- 31:02inducement of all of the build-up on the
- 31:03left, not only inducing this level, but
- 31:06the Asia levels and the London levels.
- 31:07And then we get a push lower,
- 31:09mitigation, respecting this liquidity,
- 31:12respecting this potential demand area,
- 31:14allowing buyers to get in, and then
- 31:16quickly inducing lower. So, now we are
- 31:17breaking structure. And therefore, that
- 31:19tells me that these sellers have control
- 31:22and have intention for now. It doesn't
- 31:24need to be long-term, but at least for
- 31:25the immediate moment or for the key time
- 31:27window, sellers are in control and they
- 31:29could take price to at least this demand
- 31:31area over here. Realistically, if
- 31:32they've taken control and they've done a
- 31:34meaningful inducement, the likelihood is
- 31:36price is not going to go to the first
- 31:37demand area. It might start going lower
- 31:39and lower all the way down to our
- 31:40decisional. That could be the move of
- 31:42the session. Therefore, I'm interested
- 31:43to see can I capitalize on a sell? And
- 31:45of course, if price is really bearish
- 31:47and doesn't give me an opportunity to
- 31:49get in. Yes, I understand the move. We
- 31:50have an inducement, we have a break of
- 31:52structure, we have key time window. We
- 31:54just don't have lower time frame
- 31:55confirmation, we don't have an
- 31:56opportunity to get in, and therefore
- 31:57this is a missed trade. We understand
- 31:59it, but we couldn't trade it. And that's
- 32:00fine. Understanding each move in the
- 32:02market like we basically have all the
- 32:04way so far is a strong step in the right
- 32:06direction because before you can trade
- 32:08price successfully, you need to
- 32:09understand everything that's going on.
- 32:10So, now I can see we're coming back into
- 32:12that previous demand area, that previous
- 32:13inducement area. I want to see will
- 32:15there be any strength from buyers in
- 32:17this zone as we still have most of the
- 32:19key time window left. And I can see we
- 32:21are hanging around, but there's no real
- 32:22clarity for me here. There's no
- 32:24imbalances, there's no real strong
- 32:26inducement. Yes, we induced the low over
- 32:28here, so we could say potentially this
- 32:29is a minor inducement that we see. And
- 32:32we do get a bit of a bullish internal
- 32:33rejection, but it's wicks everywhere.
- 32:35There's no real clarity for me. And
- 32:37naturally, for now, we are between two
- 32:39inducement zones, the inducement high
- 32:40and the inducement low. Okay, and it
- 32:42gives a bullish reaction, which that
- 32:43inducement should have given, but you
- 32:44don't want to be trading one way or the
- 32:46other. The inducements tell us who's in
- 32:48control for now, but it doesn't mean
- 32:49permanent control. These are
- 32:50facilitators. So, we see this inducement
- 32:53allowed price to break these levels,
- 32:55break these levels, and make a low. Once
- 32:58we broke low, this inducement allowed
- 32:59price to retrace, come and take the
- 33:01liquidity over here, mitigate this
- 33:03supply zone that allowed the break of
- 33:04structure internally, and then continue
- 33:06price lower. So, each inducement has a
- 33:08purpose. This one was not to make a
- 33:10bullish market. It was simply to allow a
- 33:12bullish reaction. Now that we see the
- 33:13sellers are still in control, this now
- 33:15gives me clarity, but I want to revisit
- 33:17and understand what's going on. Why are
- 33:19we ping-ponging without clarity? And
- 33:20that's when I start to see we are now
- 33:22approaching a medium inducement level,
- 33:24especially because we had a break of
- 33:26structure yesterday, a test, and a
- 33:28continue higher. This becomes the break
- 33:30test liquidity, gives me an opportunity
- 33:32for a meaningful inducement, and we are
- 33:34also taking low of the day so far, and
- 33:37Asia low, of course. So, now, if we have
- 33:38a meaningful inducement area, the break
- 33:41test, and we are approaching the London
- 33:42close, the dotted line over here, 4:00
- 33:44p.m. London time, this could now give me
- 33:47a potential rejection. Unlikely to be a
- 33:49quality move, but something worth
- 33:50monitoring, because at times, this can
- 33:52give us a nice 1:3. And for now, there's
- 33:54no control, there's no clarity, because
- 33:56for now, we are just simply making low,
- 33:58high, maintaining the low, maintaining
- 34:01the high, and now we are starting to
- 34:02break. So, now I can start to see
- 34:03control, because we have one push,
- 34:05second push. And when we start to read
- 34:07into that a little bit further, we have
- 34:09the first push, the retracement, and the
- 34:11second push. We now have two legs. It's
- 34:13not a full lower time frame
- 34:14confirmation, but when we have a
- 34:15inducement of control at the end of the
- 34:17day, it's towards London close, and we
- 34:19have a clear target, which is this
- 34:21previous inducement supply zone of New
- 34:23York window, the one that allowed the
- 34:25bearish move so far. We have a
- 34:26framework. This can be a aggressive
- 34:28setup, for sure, as a market mechanics,
- 34:30because you would the entry on the
- 34:32candle closure, you cover the low, and
- 34:34you simply target the last inducement,
- 34:37which is up here. And it's exactly
- 34:38around a 1:3, which is usually my first
- 34:40take profit level. So, I would cap it at
- 34:42the 1:3 right here. This would be our
- 34:44London close trade as such. Market
- 34:46mechanics, not ideal for lower time
- 34:48frame confirmation, not ideal for key
- 34:49time window, but you are simply
- 34:51understanding control and traps. And we
- 34:53can see that a break test inducement is
- 34:55going to be stronger than any liquidity
- 34:56supporting this level. Therefore, this
- 34:58becomes a trap zone. And when we get a
- 35:00strong impulse engulfing candle in a
- 35:02trap zone after an inducement and clear
- 35:04targets, this can potentially be an
- 35:06opportunity. So, you execute on the
- 35:07candle closure, you protect the low, and
- 35:09you don't do a break even in this
- 35:10scenario. It's either take profit or
- 35:12stop loss because of the no lower time
- 35:15frame confirmation entry type. So,
- 35:16London close does give us the volatility
- 35:18to
- 35:19allow this trade to play. And then as we
- 35:21approach the end of the day, it kind of
- 35:23goes flat, which is why I don't love
- 35:24these trades. But it does give me that
- 35:261:3, which is at least what I wanted. Or
- 35:29actually, not just yet. We are just shy
- 35:31of it. Let's see if it plays towards it.
- 35:35I mean, this is just one or two pips
- 35:36away. This is where it gets a bit tense
- 35:38cuz it retraces now. But you allowed the
- 35:40market to do its thing. You don't need
- 35:41to over manage it. So, in the end, this
- 35:43trade was a 1:2.8 risk reward. Take
- 35:45profit level is 1:3, so it was just shy.
- 35:48So, this is a very unfortunate but
- 35:49realistic situation. And in the end, you
- 35:51would could make the decision to say at
- 35:52the end of the day, as we start approach
- 35:54the Asia range, you could just put the
- 35:55break even, and then you would have no
- 35:57loss. But I'll leave that for you to
- 35:58decide what you think would be best. But
- 36:00in my opinion, in these situations, you
- 36:01either leave it for a take profit or you
- 36:03leave it for a stop loss, especially
- 36:04when it's a market mechanics no lower
- 36:06time frame execution type. You're just
- 36:07doing a market execution. It's best to
- 36:09just leave it. Okay. Now, going on to
- 36:11the next day. Again, starting off the
- 36:13day with Frankfurt open. You can see we
- 36:14had a whipsaw. A whipsaw means you
- 36:17induce low and you induce high. When you
- 36:19induce Asia high and Asia low, and you
- 36:20don't have a clear trend, you don't have
- 36:21a clear direction, which we don't. We
- 36:23know we are bullish for now because we
- 36:25have the green arrow over here. Ideally,
- 36:26we go to the decision or demand area, or
- 36:28we take a lot of this liquidity, which
- 36:30we haven't. We've just taken Asia high.
- 36:31So, for now, we don't have a clear
- 36:32inducement of the day. We don't have a
- 36:34clear direction, and we don't have a
- 36:35point of interest. So, for now, we don't
- 36:37have clarity. So, going into the London
- 36:38window, I'm just going to be completely
- 36:40neutral and trying to understand and
- 36:41establish control. What I often find,
- 36:43however, is Frankfurt's low being swept
- 36:46is ideal, especially when the
- 36:48Frankfurt's low is sweeping Asia low on
- 36:51the minute of Frankfurt open. This is
- 36:53nine times out of 10 a smart money trap.
- 36:55So, with the Asia high liquidity that's
- 36:56just been taken, that can be the
- 36:57catalyst to allow price to come lower
- 36:59into our demand area. So, this
- 37:01inducement will trap in the buyers in
- 37:03this demand area, the smart money
- 37:04sweeps, smart money traders, and then
- 37:06take them lower. So, that would be a
- 37:08nice framework so far. Not tradeable,
- 37:10it's just what's likely to happen, but
- 37:12it's not a trade model. And you can see
- 37:14exactly what we wanted. We come into the
- 37:16Frankfurt sweep order block. We get a
- 37:18bullish reaction to load in more buyers
- 37:20on London open. You give them the
- 37:21internal break of structure. We make a
- 37:23higher high. Wait for the higher lows.
- 37:24Oh, we know reality is this is unlikely
- 37:26to be a sustained move. We're really
- 37:28loading up the buyers for now. We're
- 37:29getting bullish trend. We're getting
- 37:31bullish trend lines.
- 37:34And there we have it eventually. Took a
- 37:36bit of time, but we eventually grabbed
- 37:38the liquidity of the smart money traders
- 37:40who was trading that order block and
- 37:41sweep. That did not have any intention
- 37:43or control behind it. So, now I can
- 37:45start to build a framework because now
- 37:46we have information, which is we've
- 37:48taken all of this liquidity of the break
- 37:50test zone, Asia low, and smart money
- 37:52trap. So, when we've taken all of that
- 37:54liquidity, we can now potentially say,
- 37:55"Is this an inducement right here?" When
- 37:58I ask myself if this is an inducement, I
- 37:59want to understand where am I? And I do
- 38:01have the nice factor, which is I had
- 38:03this last pullback before the break of
- 38:05structure. So, if we have a last
- 38:07pullback before break of structure, this
- 38:08is a decisional. We've now had a
- 38:10decisional demand area developed, price
- 38:12arriving into the decisional area, and
- 38:13doing a Asia low sweep, a smart money
- 38:15trap sweep, and all of lower previous
- 38:17day, and the break test. So, this is a
- 38:19really nice inducement, but the problem
- 38:21is it's not in the key time window and
- 38:23we don't have rejection yet. But we can
- 38:24start to see we could see bullish
- 38:25control from here because it would make
- 38:27sense from a daily cycle perspective.
- 38:29Now let's see if we get any rejection
- 38:31and control after this meaningful
- 38:33inducement. And the way I want to do
- 38:34that is understand where our points of
- 38:36traps and manipulation for the sellers
- 38:38in the other direction. And the other
- 38:40direction sellers are going to be
- 38:41waiting for this idea of we've had the
- 38:44market high fails to make a low, makes a
- 38:46lower high, makes a lower low. So I'm
- 38:48going to be waiting for sellers to react
- 38:50in this area from the decisional and
- 38:51extreme of that sellers move. And this
- 38:53is where sellers are going to get
- 38:55trapped and maybe where I can get a buy
- 38:56opportunity. So first of all we have an
- 38:58internal break of structure. This is
- 38:59perfect. This could be traded if you
- 39:02trade it in zero break of structures,
- 39:03but we don't have key time window and we
- 39:04don't have imbalance. A lack of
- 39:06imbalance is not ideal. So already even
- 39:08though this could be a trade, it is not
- 39:09a trade. It's not valid. And then we
- 39:11come into that supply trap. We want to
- 39:13see sellers getting drawn in like so,
- 39:15exactly like this. When you get sellers
- 39:17drawn in on a sellers zone, they're
- 39:18targeting a low because they see break
- 39:20of structure, lower high decisional, go
- 39:22on to make a lower low. So this is where
- 39:24sellers are going to be getting drawn
- 39:25in. I now want to see buyers control.
- 39:27And for the buyers control all I need to
- 39:29see is an inducement. We don't have that
- 39:31yet. We're still drawing in sellers. So
- 39:33this is actually interesting. We are now
- 39:34getting another attempt for sellers to
- 39:36get in. If the first lot didn't get in
- 39:38or they hit stop loss already or break
- 39:40even, now they are really getting drawn
- 39:41in. And now we've engineered a low which
- 39:44I really like. This engineered low is
- 39:46somewhere that can be a liquidity target
- 39:47for the inducement I'm looking for. So
- 39:49if now we can induce below this area and
- 39:51we get an inducement somewhere in this
- 39:53box, then I know I've seen control
- 39:54because I've seen the inducement that
- 39:56was relevant in my decisional demand
- 39:57area. Sellers getting engineered and
- 40:00then if I induce once again, I can now
- 40:01find a nice buy opportunity. And we have
- 40:04it exactly here. Not where I predicted
- 40:06it, but we now have induced that
- 40:07engineered low. And now what I want to
- 40:09do is because I'm not in the key time
- 40:11window, is just check the correlated
- 40:12pair. Right now I'm on GU. I want to see
- 40:14how EU who looking. And this is exactly
- 40:16where my interest peaks now, because I
- 40:18can see there's a clear divergence where
- 40:20we are forming a higher low in the
- 40:22inducement box and where we have a low
- 40:24and then a higher low, but here we have
- 40:26a low and a lower low. That temporary
- 40:28D-peg known as a divergence after I'm
- 40:30getting my inducement and then second
- 40:32engineered inducement on this trap gives
- 40:34me the confirmation. Either I use a
- 40:36lower time frame confirmation model or I
- 40:38use a engulfing. So, that's exactly what
- 40:40we wait for as an execution criteria
- 40:42now. Wait for the 5-minute candle to
- 40:44engulf, which is exactly what we have.
- 40:45And on that engulfing I can market
- 40:47execute and take another trade right
- 40:49here. On the engulfing over this low for
- 40:51a 6-pip stop loss, target the 1:3 as our
- 40:54TP1. And the reason we don't do full
- 40:56take profit at TP1, rather we do TP1 and
- 40:59TP2 is because this is with the trend.
- 41:01Because we now have a clear objective,
- 41:03clear road map where we had this bullish
- 41:05push, retracement into decisional,
- 41:07inducement, inducement divergence, and
- 41:09now we're expecting a replication and a
- 41:11new higher high. So, therefore this now
- 41:12becomes a trend aligned trade with our
- 41:14short-term objective, which is bullish
- 41:16into this supply area, which we spoke
- 41:18about at the beginning. Therefore I can
- 41:19allow and hold this trade. So, now that
- 41:21we're in the trade, we're break even on
- 41:22the trade, we can allow price to come to
- 41:24the New York key time window. Okay, as
- 41:26we come to the New York key time window,
- 41:28all we have done is take Asia high
- 41:29liquidity. But once you have trend in
- 41:31the direction that we have it, a
- 41:33liquidity sweep alone as such is not
- 41:35going to be detrimental or is not
- 41:37something we're going to switch bias on
- 41:38because we know that this is a medium
- 41:40inducement in a higher time frame
- 41:41direction in a higher time frame point
- 41:43of interest, might get an inducement
- 41:45here, which might lead to a reaction
- 41:46bearish. Hopefully it doesn't kick us
- 41:48out of the trade. Anyway, we are risk
- 41:50free because we break even after the
- 41:51internal break of structure. So, now we
- 41:53are going to see where it goes, but it
- 41:54doesn't mean we should be looking to buy
- 41:55and then looking to sell and
- 41:56ping-ponging everything. We are in a
- 41:58good trade that is aligned with the
- 41:59higher time frames. We can see in our M1
- 42:01how it's going. And in fact, we can see
- 42:03a reason to get in once again. Of
- 42:05course, we have that inducement, but we
- 42:06can also see we have this block of
- 42:09demand. So, this block of demand is
- 42:11actually a decisional because this was
- 42:13the last pullback before we broke
- 42:15structure internally, before we had this
- 42:17zone getting taken out. Therefore, we
- 42:18had that clear break of structure,
- 42:20internal break of structure right here.
- 42:22So, now that we're in the New York key
- 42:23time window, we've had an internal break
- 42:25of structure, price come to a
- 42:26decisional, and then we get another
- 42:27inducement like so, and we get the
- 42:29internal break of structure. Right here
- 42:31could be another entry. Now, this is a
- 42:33good trade to be taking cuz we have a
- 42:34lot of things aligned. We have the trend
- 42:36aligned on the higher time frame. We
- 42:38have London being in our direction. We
- 42:40had nice inducement into a decisional
- 42:41demand on M15, secondary inducement
- 42:43showing us control with the divergence,
- 42:45and price going bullish in our
- 42:46direction. New York key time window, we
- 42:48come into a decisional, we get a
- 42:49inducement and a break of structure. The
- 42:51only hesitation could be and would be is
- 42:53this inducement over here of all of the
- 42:55highs on the left. So, that's the only
- 42:56reason we're not going to get in. But,
- 42:57for now, we can at least try and get an
- 42:59opportunity and break even fast. Break
- 43:00even fast means we break even at the
- 43:02internal break of structure, which is
- 43:03going to be right here. This is our
- 43:05break even line. So, our exposure or
- 43:06risk is not going to be for that long.
- 43:08We're already halfway there. only a few
- 43:10pips of exposure, so it's worth the
- 43:11shot, especially because we've already
- 43:13taken a partial because at 1:23 risk
- 43:15reward, we lock in half the volume. So,
- 43:17we locked in 1.5%. That 1.5% we can take
- 43:20a part of that and risk another 1%. So,
- 43:22we're not using our accounts, we're
- 43:23using profit of the day to compound into
- 43:26a same direction move. And very nice
- 43:28reaction we get, we are break even. In
- 43:30fact, we were able to get the 1:23 right
- 43:32here. So, now we can lock in another
- 43:341.5. So, for the day, we're at 3%. We
- 43:36are risk-free on both. And we can allow
- 43:38now the higher time frame trend to play.
- 43:40Now, in this case, it hits break even,
- 43:41and position two also hits break even,
- 43:43and then it goes like a rocket. So,
- 43:45market mechanics played out, but it
- 43:47didn't play out how we wanted it to
- 43:48because we had first inducement, we had
- 43:50second inducement right here of this
- 43:52buildup of that trend line. Price comes
- 43:54into the demand area where we got in,
- 43:56but we kicked us out before price went
- 43:58higher. And that's just how the market
- 43:59is sometimes. You don't fight it, you
- 44:00don't get angry. You say, "I protected
- 44:02myself because I wanted to be risk-free.
- 44:04I already locked in a partial twice. So,
- 44:06I got something out of it, but I
- 44:07couldn't catch the whole move, but at
- 44:08least we got the direction right. We
- 44:10understood the market mechanics. We
- 44:11understood the move even without being
- 44:13able to capitalize on the entire move.
- 44:15And now that the New York key time
- 44:16window is played, we can now see price
- 44:18moves perfectly in unison with our
- 44:20arrow. We make the higher high that we
- 44:22expected. Now we reset and calibrate for
- 44:24the next day. Okay. And now we see that
- 44:26we made a higher high. So, now we need
- 44:27to do the same framework again. We have
- 44:29the same direction, the same objective.
- 44:31We're working towards this supply area.
- 44:33Buyers are clearly in control cuz we've
- 44:34got higher high, retracement into
- 44:36decisional higher low, inducement, and a
- 44:38new higher high. So, therefore, we do
- 44:39the same framework as always, which is
- 44:41when you look to buy in a bullish trend,
- 44:43you mark out your impulse, which is this
- 44:45green arrow, and then you mark out your
- 44:46extreme and decisional. In this case,
- 44:48our extreme and decisional is the same
- 44:50thing. They overlap. So, we mark out
- 44:51this point of interest, and we only look
- 44:53for buy opportunities if we arrive
- 44:54there. In the meantime, we look for sell
- 44:56opportunities because we've had
- 44:57confirmation we are in a pullback. How
- 44:59do we know? It's because once you form a
- 45:01high in the market, you need to have an
- 45:02impulse bearish, failure to make a
- 45:04higher high. Even so, we have a build-up
- 45:07inducement, makes a lower low, fails to
- 45:08make another high, makes a lower low.
- 45:10We've had three legs of internal
- 45:11bearish. Clearly, we are targeting now
- 45:13somewhere down here. And now we are in
- 45:14the complex pullback. So, therefore, I
- 45:16want to be looking for buys in the
- 45:18demand area and sells down to that
- 45:20demand area if we get a nice meaningful
- 45:22inducement. Frankfurt is still within
- 45:24the range of Asia, so no movement for
- 45:26me, no information. And London open is
- 45:28kind of nowhere. We don't have any
- 45:29inducements. So, this is a
- 45:31non-opportunity. There's no information.
- 45:32Yes, we have some liquidity at Asia
- 45:34midline. Yes, we induce it. Yes, we have
- 45:36the internal break of structure. Yes, we
- 45:37have the mitigation on London open and
- 45:39the price action movement lower. This is
- 45:41nowhere near a trade opportunity. We
- 45:42don't have an inducement of control. We
- 45:44don't have a trend. We don't have a POI.
- 45:45This is simply market mechanics. We read
- 45:47it, but we don't trade it. Okay. And
- 45:48then once that's happened, we're going
- 45:49to allow price play now to our New York
- 45:51key time window. And we see London
- 45:53session did a lot. It just whipsawed
- 45:55around. It whips lower. It whips higher.
- 45:57We're just inducing Asia low like so. In
- 46:00the London window, we are inducing Asia
- 46:01high during London session, and we are
- 46:03in between inducement zones. We have
- 46:05slightly broken lower, so I'll
- 46:06investigate this one. But, for now, we
- 46:08can start to see as the New York window
- 46:09approaches, I want to be down here
- 46:11looking for buys or up here looking for
- 46:13sells. So, let's see how the New York
- 46:15window presents. Okay, so we're at the
- 46:17New York open. Let's play it to the New
- 46:19York key time window, which is going to
- 46:20be our gray box. And we can start to
- 46:22see, okay, we're having some build-up
- 46:23and inducements. We have this build-up
- 46:26over here of London lows, and then we
- 46:28are potentially inducing now. But, we
- 46:30don't have rejection or confirmation and
- 46:31not quite the key time window yet, so
- 46:33let's keep seeing. Okay, now we've seen
- 46:34a bullish impulse. And again, this could
- 46:36be an enticing area, but it's not a
- 46:38tradeable idea. Even though we have the
- 46:40nice formations, look where we are. We
- 46:43are in no-man's-land. I don't want to be
- 46:44buying in premium, which means if I take
- 46:47the range low to the range high, I want
- 46:49to be in these discounted areas. We're
- 46:50sitting around the 50%, so that's not
- 46:52ideal. But, we're not in a POI. We don't
- 46:54have a nice inducement. We just have a
- 46:56inducement of London session, which is
- 46:58not enough for me. I don't want to be
- 46:59taking a trade even though we have
- 47:01inducement of something, and we have an
- 47:02internal break of structure, and now
- 47:03we're mitigating in the key time window.
- 47:05No imbalance is in this area, right
- 47:07about the midline. We're not in
- 47:08discounts, and we're not inducing
- 47:09something so meaningful. So, I'm not
- 47:11going to be getting into this one. This
- 47:12is the difference between confluences.
- 47:14Yes, I have inducement, time window, and
- 47:15rejection, but it's not a setup. And
- 47:17that's the key difference between
- 47:18trading as an amateur and a pro, which
- 47:20is taking predefined setups which have
- 47:22data behind it versus just randomly
- 47:23throwing things at the market. Remember,
- 47:25the profitability we all seek is not in
- 47:27more winning trades. There's plenty of
- 47:28winning trades you can find that are
- 47:29valid. It's in avoiding losses. So, you
- 47:31need to be restricted to be profitable,
- 47:33which is why I always say this. And
- 47:34there's a clear zone that would be an
- 47:35avoided loss. We still have the rest of
- 47:37the key time window, and we are
- 47:38approaching our demand area. So, now I
- 47:40can start to get interested. Let's wait
- 47:42and see if price reaches down there.
- 47:44Okay, now we're in our demand area, and
- 47:46we have a strong rejection. This is
- 47:47where I can start to get interested now.
- 47:49And in fact, the execution would be
- 47:50perfectly here, where we have a break of
- 47:53structure. We have my demand area
- 47:54mitigation, like so.
- 47:57And it's in the key time window, and
- 47:58therefore the trade opportunity becomes
- 48:00on the imbalance right here, covering
- 48:02the low. Slightly larger the stop loss
- 48:04than we would love to have, but still
- 48:05valid. Now becomes a very simple trade.
- 48:07A lot easier than the last one, because
- 48:09we have point of interest, we have time
- 48:11window, and we have rejection. These are
- 48:13the three things that we look for, and
- 48:14it's aligned with our M15 and our road
- 48:16maps that we started off the week with,
- 48:18where we were going to look for a
- 48:19replication of a bullish move from our
- 48:21point of interest, targeting the supply
- 48:23area. So, I don't need to target the
- 48:25whole move, I just need my 1:3 and 1:10.
- 48:27And because with the trend, I should be
- 48:28looking for both. And now that the trade
- 48:30has been executed, we now wait for a
- 48:32break even management, which is going to
- 48:34be upon an internal break of structure,
- 48:35which is right here. So, we haven't had
- 48:37a break even just yet, and then price
- 48:39eventually hung around for a while,
- 48:41which is not ideal, but eventually we
- 48:43did get the break even protocol right
- 48:44here. And then the 1:3 as well. So, the
- 48:471:3 was approximately around here. So,
- 48:49we had the 1:3 in that impulse, and now
- 48:51we are still loaded and ready for our
- 48:531:10 if it presents the next day, which
- 48:56is the last day of the week, Friday. So,
- 48:58Friday we're already in this trade, so I
- 48:59don't need to aggressively look for an
- 49:00opportunity. I just need to look for a
- 49:02continuation of my trend in my
- 49:04direction, hopefully aligned with this
- 49:06demand area, which is the demand area
- 49:08controlling the move right now. We have
- 49:09all of this Asia low liquidity. If we
- 49:11can induce into my valid demand area,
- 49:13then I can potentially look for a trade.
- 49:15Okay, we are inducing perfectly, but
- 49:16we're not in our point of interest, so I
- 49:18don't want to be chasing it, as we're
- 49:20already in something. But this at least
- 49:21gives me confirmation that the trade I'm
- 49:23already in is valid. I'm more likely to
- 49:25hold towards my take profit. Why?
- 49:27Because we have Asia low and all of this
- 49:29build-up, we have inducement on the
- 49:31minute of London key time window, and
- 49:33then we're starting to get a break of
- 49:34structure. So, this is now pretty much
- 49:36likely to keep on going higher, like
- 49:38such. Not a tradeable opportunity
- 49:39because we're already in it, and then
- 49:41price comes to mitigate, so we're just
- 49:42reading price at this point. We don't
- 49:44need to chase it, we don't need to
- 49:45understand each little impulse, which is
- 49:47why I'm staying on the M5, because I'm
- 49:49already in a trade. I just want to be
- 49:50seeing if it goes towards my target,
- 49:52which is 1:10, which is looking highly
- 49:53probable cuz we have build-up,
- 49:55inducements, break of structure,
- 49:56mitigation, continuation higher. And
- 49:58there we have it with the New York open
- 49:59and New York volume. It does exactly
- 50:01what we need, which is build up some
- 50:03liquidity, induce New York window
- 50:05becomes the rocket to hit our targets,
- 50:07but we haven't quite hit the 1:10 just
- 50:09yet. So, we are very close. So, I want
- 50:11to see if I'm going to get there. For
- 50:12now, we have movement and volatility on
- 50:14our side. The key time window is
- 50:15inducing in our way, and we are holding
- 50:18the demand areas we need to be holding.
- 50:20So, everything is looking good. Now, by
- 50:21the end of the day, I just want to see
- 50:22or end of the week, will it go exactly
- 50:24where I want it to, which is my take
- 50:25profit level. And there we have it. We
- 50:27had to hold it over the weekend, but we
- 50:29eventually got the volatility and
- 50:30movement for this one also to be a 1:10
- 50:33risk-reward trade. So, that's a full
- 50:34week walk-through on the 1-minute time
- 50:36frame, walking through every
- 50:37opportunity. We understood most of the
- 50:39moves, as you can see as you watched the
- 50:40whole video. Each movement along the way
- 50:42was understood, market intentions were
- 50:43understood, and we got a 1:3 over here,
- 50:45we got another 1:3 over here, we got a
- 50:471:10 over here, and we did have a losing
- 50:49position over here. It was not a loss
- 50:50because we broke even, so trade
- 50:52management saved us. But in the end, a
- 50:53normal walk-through of a normal week,
- 50:55walking away with over 7% profit,
- 50:57especially when you see how we managed
- 50:59this position, it might even creep
- 51:00closer to 8 or 9%. But the key to all of
- 51:02this was not understanding the winning
- 51:03trades, it was understanding how you
- 51:05avoided losses because you could have
- 51:06taken these same winning trades, but
- 51:07also taken a bunch of losses if you
- 51:09didn't understand how to navigate it
- 51:10correctly, which is why I always say
- 51:12that a restricted trader is a profitable
- 51:14trader.
