  8. 0:16skill works in any app you already use.
  9. 0:18No film knowledge, no fancy prompting
  10. 0:20required, just write what you want in
  11. 0:22plain English. By the end of this video,
  12. 0:24you'll know how to make full cinematic
  13. 0:26sequences easier and cheaper than ever
  14. 0:29before.
  15. 0:29>> Your grace, Google marches only flow
  16. 0:31spark built in agents and everything.
  17. 0:33>> the strongest in the realm sire, our
  18. 0:34image craft is unmatched. Codex commands
  19. 0:35the keep and none do more for less.
  20. 0:36>> Then why, Greg?
  21. 0:37>> My lord, the young ones know, but the
  22. 0:38bards the influence goes to pay coppers
  23. 0:39at the front gate for what flows freely
  24. 0:40through the back.
  25. 0:41>> not know, your grace.
  26. 0:41>> Mister Andre, have we found him?
  27. 0:42>> Still searching, your grace.
  28. 0:43>> Find him.
  29. 0:43>> Anti-gravity search agent.
  30. 0:45>> Free, free, free, free.
  31. 0:45>> Flow with built-in agent and only my
  32. 0:47lord the moving pictures.
  33. 0:48>> coppers.
  34. 0:48>> But but but my lord, why? Why so cheap?
  35. 0:50>> Boy, Sora was cheap for the open court.
  36. 0:53Did it cost them the throne? We do not
  37. 0:54need their coppers, we need their
  38. 0:56attention.
  39. 0:56>> My lord, Codex gives image generation
  40. 0:58free. Google gives everything free.
  41. 1:00Everyone is giving more for free. My
  42. 1:01lord, what shall we do?
  43. 1:01>> Implement credits.
  44. 1:02>> Credits, my lord. Each subscriber
  45. 1:04receives a purse. When it empties, they
  46. 1:05pay by the spark at full bardic.
  47. 1:06>> So you are raising the prices?
  48. 1:07>> Quietly, Jared. Quietly.
  49. 1:13>> Let's start with Codex. A lot of people
  50. 1:16actually don't know that you can
  51. 1:17generate images inside of Codex. Now,
  52. 1:19the power of Codex is it can save the
  53. 1:22images directly into your file systems.
  54. 1:24Let's start with this example. So, let's
  55. 1:26keep the prompt simple here. Let's
  56. 1:28generate three images and like any
  57. 1:31Warcraft story here. Now, we have to
  58. 1:33keep in mind those generations are quite
  59. 1:36slow, but they are still helpful and
  60. 1:38they are useful in a lot of different
  61. 1:40ways. Now, the first thing it's loading
  62. 1:42up an image skill here, but keep in mind
  63. 1:45this is basically the default image
  64. 1:47skill. It don't has any style. The
  65. 1:49output will not be great, and you have
  66. 1:52to create your own skill. But, I'm also
  67. 1:55sharing, of course, my skill, which you
  68. 1:56can load into basically enhance the
  69. 1:59quality here. Now, one use case which
  70. 2:01was absolutely useful here was
  71. 2:03generating actually all the images from
  72. 2:06all those selectors. For example, if I
  73. 2:07pick a camera body here, as you can see
  74. 2:10all those images were actually generated
  75. 2:12directly inside of Codex without any
  76. 2:14providers and I was spinning multiple
  77. 2:17agents and they were creating all those
  78. 2:19images for me. As we can see, those
  79. 2:21images here were created all by Codex
  80. 2:24and those were for the styles and
  81. 2:26multiple agents were working at the same
  82. 2:28time here. So, as we can see, we have
  83. 2:29here the cameras, we have here some of
  84. 2:32those styles and now we have here of
  85. 2:34course our three storyboard Warcraft
  86. 2:37images. Now, the more specific we are,
  87. 2:40the better of course here as well. Now,
  88. 2:42the great thing about Codex is it is a
  89. 2:45very strong model and it is compared to
  90. 2:48Claude Opus actually also cheaper, but
  91. 2:50at the same quality level if not in some
  92. 2:52cases even better. Now, a lot of you are
  93. 2:55actually aware already that Google Flow
  94. 2:57gives you really unlimited, well, not
  95. 3:00really unlimited, but enough credits so
  96. 3:02that you can actually almost run
  97. 3:05everything for free here if you are
  98. 3:06running on a lower tier subscription.
  99. 3:09But, what's new here is actually that
  100. 3:10they have this agent mode. So, this is
  101. 3:13actually quite helpful as well. Now,
  102. 3:15without any further instructions or
  103. 3:17style guides, of course the images are
  104. 3:19maybe not as great, but again, like this
  105. 3:22is absolutely going into the direction
  106. 3:24where everything becomes so easy. But,
  107. 3:26even better than that, if you go now to
  108. 3:29tools, they have here actually like
  109. 3:31pre-built setups you can use, which
  110. 3:33makes it even simpler. But, again, like
  111. 3:36the problem always with those pre-built
  112. 3:38setups is they make everything so
  113. 3:39simple, but then you are also stuck in
  114. 3:41the way they are working. But, let's
  115. 3:43have a look here into Google Studio. So,
  116. 3:45let's just select here the realistic
  117. 3:47option. And now this here is actually
  118. 3:49making a lot of things simple. Again,
  119. 3:51keep in mind, this is also almost for
  120. 3:53free here. So, we can input here the
  121. 3:55same script or we put it here inside.
  122. 3:57Now, we let the agent enhance the script
  123. 4:00here. And here we go. Now, it's actually
  124. 4:02looking like a decent script here. And
  125. 4:04this is absolutely amazing. Even though
  126. 4:06I'm not the biggest fan, you can
  127. 4:08actually go into assets. What it's
  128. 4:11doing, it's actually generating here all
  129. 4:13those assets for you, which you can now
  130. 4:15auto fill. And now it's generating the
  131. 4:17props, the locations, and the characters
  132. 4:20all automatically. And again, like
  133. 4:22almost for free here. And here we go. It
  134. 4:24generated literally everything without
  135. 4:27further instructions. And of course, now
  136. 4:29here in Google we are able actually also
  137. 4:31to change it here. Like we can change
  138. 4:34the style. But if that wasn't easy, I
  139. 4:36think there is actually no tool easier
  140. 4:39than this currently. So, here we have
  141. 4:41the character reference. But I'm also
  142. 4:43explaining why in a lot of cases
  143. 4:45actually you are still not using Google
  144. 4:48Storyboard Studio here in a bit. But you
  145. 4:50can go now and create actually your
  146. 4:52storyboard images. So, now you just
  147. 4:54press again this button and it makes it
  148. 4:56incredible simple. And you can always
  149. 4:58change the shots here. Another free
  150. 5:00method which actually also maybe a lot
  151. 5:03of people are not aware of is that you
  152. 5:05can use Cloud Code or Codex, any of
  153. 5:08those coding assistants to actually
  154. 5:09operate for you. Now, you can run Google
  155. 5:12Flow to generate also those free images.
  156. 5:15But using a model with your own skills,
  157. 5:18with your configurations without any
  158. 5:20limitations basically. So, now you can
  159. 5:23write it. And there are a couple of
  160. 5:25Chrome extensions. But I think this is
  161. 5:27actually easier and more powerful if you
  162. 5:30do it this way than if you are using
  163. 5:32those Chrome extensions here because you
  164. 5:34can plug it into any skill you like. And
  165. 5:36now let's just say, can you please
  166. 5:38create five images for me? Now, it will
  167. 5:40ask me like, what kind of images? But
  168. 5:42let's keep it really simple here. Again,
  169. 5:44like I I actually want to use any skill
  170. 5:47now, and now it's operating the browser
  171. 5:49here without me. So, my hands are here,
  172. 5:51and now it's generating all those images
  173. 5:54here. And again, like we can now work on
  174. 5:56storyboard sequences. We can work on any
  175. 5:59idea we have, and it will do it all for
  176. 6:01me. And the again, like the greatest
  177. 6:03thing is we can plug in our own skills,
  178. 6:06and it will generate those images for
  179. 6:08me. And usually, like Google Flow does
  180. 6:11not have an API because if you are using
  181. 6:13their API, they want you to pay a per
  182. 6:15credit, but this way you can literally
  183. 6:17generate it for free. Now, as you can
  184. 6:19see, it's like generating more and more
  185. 6:21images. Again, like those are random
  186. 6:23images. All right, let's talk about the
  187. 6:25skill. First of all, it's free. So, if
  188. 6:27you download, this is how it's working.
  189. 6:29We have Skill MD, which serves basically
  190. 6:32as a router because this skill literally
  191. 6:35contains everything you need, like all
  192. 6:37the reference sheets for location,
  193. 6:39style, and so many more. And it also
  194. 6:42contains like providers. We just
  195. 6:45included file and Key AI, which of
  196. 6:47course, you can always extend to
  197. 6:49whatever tool and provider you wish for.
  198. 6:51Then we have some Python scripts. They
  199. 6:54will help you to upload your images and
  200. 6:56also calculate token costs and many
  201. 6:59things more. So, we will use it in a
  202. 7:01bit, but here maybe a little
  203. 7:02visualization how the skill is working.
  204. 7:04It will ask you to configure basically
  205. 7:07your project and your workspace. So, you
  206. 7:09are running a short setup. It then
  207. 7:12indexes everything. So, for example, if
  208. 7:14you are having a new project, it creates
  209. 7:16a folder for you. Then it asks, are you
  210. 7:19needing any characters? And then if you
  211. 7:22say yes or no, it depends. It either
  212. 7:24generates then characters for you, and
  213. 7:26then it asks, do you need locations? And
  214. 7:28then also, you pick your style
  215. 7:30basically. Now, this is then up to you.
  216. 7:33You can choose the provider. Basically,
  217. 7:35as I said, we have Key and file here as
  218. 7:37default providers, but you can also just
  219. 7:40store the prompt and use the prompts in
  220. 7:42whatever software you are needing. Now,
  221. 7:44this whole skill can be not only used
  222. 7:46inside of Claude code, but you can of
  223. 7:48course use Codex and any other provider
  224. 7:51of your choice. Now, all you need to do
  225. 7:52is basically activate your skill. Either
  226. 7:55you do it directly, for example, it
  227. 7:57loads up when you are just asking like,
  228. 7:59let's work on this film, and then it
  229. 8:00will activate it. But, in this case, I'm
  230. 8:02just activating it by asking to load up
  231. 8:05my skill here. And now, the very first
  232. 8:07thing it's asking me are those setups.
  233. 8:10Now, it basically asks me for those
  234. 8:12configurations. For example, if I would
  235. 8:14like KeyAI because it's cheaper than
  236. 8:16FileAI, then I would just select this
  237. 8:19one, and basically it will render the
  238. 8:21images also in the dedicated folder.
  239. 8:24Maybe I will do another video explaining
  240. 8:26this skill more in detail, but in this
  241. 8:27video, let's choose the prompt only
  242. 8:29option here. Now, I've written already
  243. 8:31this idea out here, basically a sequence
  244. 8:33of OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic, which
  245. 8:36I have written down here. So, you can
  246. 8:38just give it a name. In our case, the
  247. 8:40name is Game of Tokens. So, let's just
  248. 8:43submit this here. It will then ask me
  249. 8:45like a couple of questions. Let's just
  250. 8:46select any random answers here. Let's
  251. 8:49select the folder that exists already,
  252. 8:50and then our style will be 16 by 9. And
  253. 8:53the great thing is it will save those
  254. 8:55information. So, even though I'm maybe
  255. 8:57creating a new chat, the moment I'm
  256. 8:59working on that folder, it saves it in
  257. 9:01the hot cash here. So, in plain English,
  258. 9:04it basically has this index file that
  259. 9:07serves as a hot cash layer. So, every
  260. 9:09time that you are saving any settings,
  261. 9:12for example, you want to work with GPT
  262. 9:14the image model too, or you have Key as
  263. 9:17your provider of choice, it saves it so
  264. 9:19you don't have to re-explain it over and
  265. 9:21over again. And that's doing it per
  266. 9:23project. That means it's asking you if
  267. 9:25you have a new project, basically. And
  268. 9:27then it will ask you, "Hey, do you have
  269. 9:28a draft or outline already?" Yes, I have
  270. 9:31already one. And then it's asking you,
  271. 9:33"How is the style be?" Okay. Now,
  272. 9:35because I already have spent the time in
  273. 9:38developing the outline of the script as
  274. 9:41I've showed, I basically just point to
  275. 9:43this outline here and also say here you
  276. 9:45can save it under this folder all my
  277. 9:48prompts, okay? Now, because it would ask
  278. 9:50me like, "Hey, do you need this? Do you
  279. 9:52need that?" I just said, "You know what?
  280. 9:53Give me the character sheets, give me
  281. 9:55the location sheets, and give me start
  282. 9:57frames." So, now I just press enter, and
  283. 9:59now it's spinning up everything. It's
  284. 10:02running like a lot of inspections, but
  285. 10:04then also it's creating all those files
  286. 10:06for me. And as we can see, it already
  287. 10:08started to generate those folders here.
  288. 10:11So, we have cast, location, start
  289. 10:13frames, and the styles. And those
  290. 10:15settings were like as we saw in the
  291. 10:18beginning. And as you can see, it's like
  292. 10:20generating all the character sheets and
  293. 10:23also already all the locations here.
  294. 10:25Okay, so while it's loading, here one
  295. 10:27problem we have with Google Slow. Those
  296. 10:30are obviously like well-known people,
  297. 10:33and if we try to use them as reference
  298. 10:35images, we can see that all of them
  299. 10:37violates against their policies. Now,
  300. 10:40the good thing is if we are using
  301. 10:41outside providers, usually we don't have
  302. 10:44those problems. So, we can just load
  303. 10:46them in, pick any model, and just write,
  304. 10:48create a group image, and usually that
  305. 10:51should work without any problems. And
  306. 10:53here we go, we have a group image
  307. 10:55without any problems. Now, this video
  308. 10:57was sponsored by Artlist, and they have
  309. 10:59this huge price drop. But as I'm always
  310. 11:01saying, everything I'm mentioning here
  311. 11:03and everything I'm saying can be applied
  312. 11:05to every platform you are currently
  313. 11:07working with. You can go here into their
  314. 11:09blog article and read basically on what
  315. 11:12models you save what amount. Okay, so
  316. 11:14now I took those prompts that Claude
  317. 11:16just generated, and we can see here the
  318. 11:18character reference are fine. And we can
  319. 11:21also see that sometimes, as we can see
  320. 11:24here, it's not accurate in terms of the
  321. 11:26face. So, here with her image two
  322. 11:28images, and then we can actually take
  323. 11:31out those images We don't like. For
  324. 11:33example, this year we can delete this
  325. 11:35one. This year is also not looking good.
  326. 11:37We delete this and so on. Now we have
  327. 11:39our four characters ready here. And
  328. 11:41again, like Claude did it all on its own
  329. 11:44here. And now we can actually start to
  330. 11:46create the start frames and the location
  331. 11:49sequences here. We can just move on to
  332. 11:51the locations. We can just copy and
  333. 11:54paste them. And the same thing here. We
  334. 11:56can also use Claude to control the
  335. 11:58browser. But in this case, let's just
  336. 12:00use Nano Banana Pro. And this time we
  337. 12:02are doing four images because when we
  338. 12:05give it also some freedom, we want to
  339. 12:07pick the best possible location here.
  340. 12:09Okay, let's do that quick now. So again,
  341. 12:11copy. We go to the next location here
  342. 12:14and then paste. And I'm doing it
  343. 12:16manually now, but you can of course use
  344. 12:19Key AI or File AI, so that you can
  345. 12:21render those images using the API key.
  346. 12:24But because Artlist has this great promo
  347. 12:26here, it's actually quite cheap
  348. 12:28generating those images directly here
  349. 12:30inside. So that we can also use that for
  350. 12:33generating our video clips after we have
  351. 12:35created those location images here.
  352. 12:37Okay, great. Those images are already
  353. 12:40what we are looking for. Again, we can
  354. 12:42of course always change them. But now we
  355. 12:44have to pick and we can actually see
  356. 12:47which we like the most here. I think
  357. 12:49this year is actually nice. It has even
  358. 12:51here the Google colors. Let's keep this
  359. 12:53here. And now let's select those
  360. 12:55location images here. And now we are
  361. 12:57just copying the prompt here. So with
  362. 13:00our reference images here. For Seed
  363. 13:02Dance, we are doing a 15-second clip
  364. 13:05here. And this time with a dialogue. So
  365. 13:08let's see if it's actually working in 15
  366. 13:11seconds. Maybe it can't capture
  367. 13:12everything, but let's just work this out
  368. 13:14here. Just to be transparent, I have
  369. 13:16generated three videos at the same time
  370. 13:19here. But then if I was not happy with
  371. 13:21the results, I generated extra videos.
  372. 13:24For example, on Google I have generated
  373. 13:26actually more videos here, but as you
  374. 13:28can see those sequences were actually
  375. 13:31not edited at all. On the first sequence
  376. 13:33we have no cut at all, like only here at
  377. 13:36the end. On those other sequences we
  378. 13:38have cuts, but those were already placed
  379. 13:41by seedance here. So we can see again
  380. 13:44those sequences have no cuts at all. And
  381. 13:47like on the last sequence also all cuts
  382. 13:49were made by seedance. So all those
  383. 13:52prompts here were written from Google
  384. 13:54Cloud with the skill here. So you can
  385. 13:56see here that we have here the cuts
  386. 13:59already written down. And that's
  387. 14:01actually something you can then ask also
  388. 14:03in your skill. Okay, I need it with cuts
  389. 14:05or without cuts. This is like literally
  390. 14:07up to you. And if I would have the time,
  391. 14:09I would probably also use the start
  392. 14:12frames, but I didn't, so I just used the
  393. 14:15location and the single images here, but
  394. 14:17that's also what the skill was writing
  395. 14:19here. So we can see we have here the
  396. 14:22start frames for those sequences. But of
  397. 14:25course we can also ask to generate
  398. 14:27basically every single image. So if I
  399. 14:30would have more time, I would probably
  400. 14:32generate really a storyboard sequence.
  401. 14:34So just that you also understand that it
  402. 14:36can also do 3x3 prompts. If you for
  403. 14:39example just want to create the full
  404. 14:41sequence in the 3x3 prompt, then it can
  405. 14:44do it also for you. Those prompts are
  406. 14:46usually quite long because it will
  407. 14:48describe here as you see all the panels
  408. 14:50separately. Now if you even want to save
  409. 14:53more money, I have created last week
  410. 14:55actually a video touring a little bit
  411. 14:57about what I've built here. So now we
  412. 14:59have 45 tools you can use completely for
  413. 15:02free and we have your prompt builder,
  414. 15:04cinematic composer, all for free. And
  415. 15:06what you can do with this actually is
  416. 15:08create like those production sheets. So
  417. 15:10let's just use this here as an example
  418. 15:13and use our story we just created. For
  419. 15:15that let's just take the entire prompt
  420. 15:17here. This was basically like my initial
  421. 15:20script with just a dialogue without any
  422. 15:23sequences. We give it now to the tool
  423. 15:25here and we are not even specifying. So,
  424. 15:28we just choose the director's sheet. But
  425. 15:31this time we are because we don't have
  426. 15:33any skills implemented, so we have to
  427. 15:35define the style, the look basically.
  428. 15:37For that we can of course browse our
  429. 15:39templates here and let's just choose
  430. 15:41Christopher Nolan IMAX here and use the
  431. 15:44style and we apply this one, okay? So,
  432. 15:46now we have here the sequence, but we
  433. 15:49have to keep in mind that the dialogues
  434. 15:51will not be like transported here. It's
  435. 15:53just a general look and feel and it will
  436. 15:56basically give you a sheet without the
  437. 15:59dialogues. Now, we can have a reference
  438. 16:01image. I'm not describing it now, but we
  439. 16:03have now here what's happening a little
  440. 16:05bit and then we have the style lock and
  441. 16:07now we can generate this prompt sheet
  442. 16:09here. And here we go, we have the full
  443. 16:11composed prompt here that includes
  444. 16:13everything. So, let's just select again
  445. 16:15GPT here, the highest quality, let's
  446. 16:17just do two images here and paste in the
  447. 16:20prompt and of course we want our
  448. 16:21character to be included. So, this was
  449. 16:24the Sam Altman prompt here and now we
  450. 16:26can generate the production sheet here.
  451. 16:28And here we go, we have already the
  452. 16:30first image here of Sam Altman and here
  453. 16:33another version. I think I prefer this
  454. 16:35one here and now you could give it to
  455. 16:37see dance. So, again like you can also
  456. 16:40add locations. So, if you have already a
  457. 16:42location in mind, then you can add it
  458. 16:45like I didn't include the location, but
  459. 16:47since we did the locations before have
  460. 16:50like maybe included the location here,
  461. 16:52then it would know, okay, that's
  462. 16:54actually the type we are looking for.
  463. 16:56All right, I hope this video was
  464. 16:57helpful. If the video was not helpful,
  465. 16:59the skill will definitely be helpful and
  466. 17:01I will give it for free. Everything is
  467. 17:03in the description below. See you till
  468. 17:04the next one.
