  1. 0:00If you learn how to play reality
  2. 0:02backwards, your desires will actually
  3. 0:05chase you. Now, this is quantum
  4. 0:07mechanics through reverse engineering
  5. 0:10that is going to get you everything that
  6. 0:12you want, to manifest anything that you
  7. 0:14want using this strategy. [music] And I
  8. 0:17truly believe this is what
  9. 0:18differentiates the people who get what
  10. 0:20they want out of life and the people
  11. 0:22that are stuck year after year as the
  12. 0:24same [music] version. So, let's get into
  13. 0:27it. If we understand, right, that in
  14. 0:28reality wherever we are wanting to go is
  15. 0:31essentially A to B. Pretty
  16. 0:33straightforward. You are currently here
  17. 0:36and you want to get to there.
  18. 0:39Cut through, what is the difference? You
  19. 0:40want your dream life strategy. You want
  20. 0:42your dream life which I call [music] the
  21. 0:44dream life formula. And what the dream
  22. 0:47life formula is is it's really creating
  23. 0:50that gap. Now, what is the thing that is
  24. 0:53creating the gap between where you are
  25. 0:55and where you want to go? And it's one
  26. 0:57word. It's time. Time is the one thing
  27. 1:00that is separating you from what you
  28. 1:02want.
  29. 1:03That is it. That is literally it. But if
  30. 1:06we understand what is time, like
  31. 1:08literally what is time, like what time
  32. 1:10is it on the watch?
  33. 1:11It's now. Whatever time you are watching
  34. 1:13this, it's now.
  35. 1:15Do you understand what I'm trying to
  36. 1:16say? So, when we think of who we were 10
  37. 1:19years ago, think of a memory. Think of
  38. 1:21something that happened 10 years ago, 15
  39. 1:23years ago, 5 years ago, whenever.
  40. 1:26And imagine you're in that moment.
  41. 1:28That was happening now. In that now
  42. 1:31moment. Meaning every single piece of
  43. 1:35time in our gap between where we are and
  44. 1:37where we want to go is a now moment.
  45. 1:41So, on a very basic level, we have to
  46. 1:44understand that with what we want in
  47. 1:46life, it is a continuation of
  48. 1:50repeated days.
  49. 1:53That's literally it. Repeated days. Now,
  50. 1:56this is the physical aspect before we
  51. 1:57get into the spiritual, the energy, but
  52. 2:00understand that where we are to where we
  53. 2:02want to go is a continuous of repeated
  54. 2:04days. And I remember I was meditating a
  55. 2:07couple days ago and I kept hearing this,
  56. 2:09which is extraordinary results are based
  57. 2:12on boring actions.
  58. 2:13And I'm going to give you an example.
  59. 2:15I love my body and I have worked very
  60. 2:19hard to achieve the body that I'm happy
  61. 2:22and confident in.
  62. 2:23And that has not come from changing my
  63. 2:26gym program every week. That has not
  64. 2:28come from changing my meal plan every
  65. 2:29week. I have been eating the exact same
  66. 2:32meals every single day for like nearly 3
  67. 2:35years.
  68. 2:37And a lot of people would find that
  69. 2:38extreme. It's not that I'm restricting
  70. 2:40myself. I literally love the food that I
  71. 2:43eat. It brings me so much joy. It brings
  72. 2:44me so much energy. Of course, I change
  73. 2:46it up from time to time like with snacks
  74. 2:48and stuff, but I pretty much eat the
  75. 2:49same things every day. And it has gotten
  76. 2:52me extraordinary results. My blood tests
  77. 2:54are immaculate. I have very high energy
  78. 2:56levels. My body is very well health
  79. 2:59conditioned wise. Is that even a word? I
  80. 3:01sleep really well. My body's just
  81. 3:03intact, right? And so a lot of people
  82. 3:05will be like
  83. 3:07thinking that in order to get to where
  84. 3:08we want to go, it has to be this really
  85. 3:11extraordinary massive big plan. But the
  86. 3:14reality is it's creating the same things
  87. 3:17that are repeatable. I go to the gym
  88. 3:19pretty much every day. I eat the same
  89. 3:20meals every day. That got me the result
  90. 3:22that I wanted, which at the time was my
  91. 3:24dream body. Right? So, that's an example
  92. 3:26for you to kind of understand that where
  93. 3:29we are to where we want to go and
  94. 3:30playing reality backwards is basically
  95. 3:33us looking at our dream life, right? So,
  96. 3:35we have to get super clear because our
  97. 3:37mind does not and our subconscious
  98. 3:40responds to clarity. Our subconscious
  99. 3:42does not respond to wishful thinking and
  100. 3:44just hoping and praying that our life
  101. 3:46just works out the way it wants. It
  102. 3:48actually applies to clarity and having
  103. 3:50crystal clarity on what you want. So, if
  104. 3:53we see, right, and we have crystal
  105. 3:54clarity on where B is, where B is where
  106. 3:57we want to go. So, that's our dream
  107. 3:58life, just FYI.
  108. 4:00And we go all the way back to where we
  109. 4:02are again.
  110. 4:04If we look at B, what we have to ask
  111. 4:06ourselves is the question, who do I
  112. 4:10have to become? That is the
  113. 4:12million-dollar question. You have to
  114. 4:15look at your dream life and go, "Who do
  115. 4:16I have to become to get those results?"
  116. 4:18Because again, most people are living in
  117. 4:20wishful thinking. They're hoping,
  118. 4:22they're praying, they're manifesting,
  119. 4:25but they're not living in the end
  120. 4:26result. They're living in the now,
  121. 4:28hoping and wishing for what they want,
  122. 4:30which is implying lack. When you are
  123. 4:32living in the end result, you are being
  124. 4:35being
  125. 4:37the version that already has that thing.
  126. 4:39So, I'll give you an example, back to my
  127. 4:41health. When I wanted to kind of get
  128. 4:43that dream body and I was on Pinterest
  129. 4:44and I was looking at my dream life, like
  130. 4:47this is me in the present, looking at my
  131. 4:48dream life. Okay, let's take it back a
  132. 4:50couple years. Ella in the present, dream
  133. 4:52life, where I want to go. I'm not
  134. 4:55insinuating, "Oh, I really hope one day
  135. 4:57I get to be like I really just I'm
  136. 4:59praying that it works out." No, I put
  137. 5:02the very scientific hat on and I said,
  138. 5:05"Well,
  139. 5:06how would I play reality backwards? How
  140. 5:08would I reverse engineer it so that it
  141. 5:10is inevitable that that manifests?" And
  142. 5:13I understood in taking the daily reps,
  143. 5:17which me my one of my best friends, we
  144. 5:18always say, "Just doing the reps every
  145. 5:20single day, do the reps." That is what
  146. 5:22will get you extraordinary results. So,
  147. 5:24we would look at the reps, right? And I
  148. 5:25would go, "Okay, well, if I wanted this
  149. 5:28end result, who would I have to become?"
  150. 5:30Okay, I would have to be someone that is
  151. 5:33disciplined. Okay, I would have to be
  152. 5:34someone that is self-loving. I would
  153. 5:36have to be someone that is nurturing and
  154. 5:37speaks very lovingly to my body.
  155. 5:40I would have to be someone that meal
  156. 5:41preps. I would have to be someone that
  157. 5:43falls in love with the gym, right? So, I
  158. 5:45looked at B and I said, "Well, who do I
  159. 5:47have to become?" And I made the magic
  160. 5:49formula list. Now, the magic formula
  161. 5:52list is understanding that our brain is
  162. 5:55always scanning for rewards. Like, our
  163. 5:57brain is always looking for rewards in
  164. 5:59life. And so, the issue with most people
  165. 6:00not getting what they want in life is
  166. 6:02because they're getting rewards from
  167. 6:04things that they shouldn't be getting
  168. 6:05rewards from. They're getting rewards
  169. 6:07from notifications, from scrolling, from
  170. 6:10instant dopamine. And so, they're
  171. 6:12getting so much artificial
  172. 6:15What is it called? Uh fulfillment from
  173. 6:17these rewards that their brain does not
  174. 6:19go out into the world to do the hard
  175. 6:21things, to actually seek that same
  176. 6:23uh validation or that same reward that
  177. 6:26our brain is literally wired because
  178. 6:28we're wired as primal beings to be
  179. 6:29hunters. So, we're going to go out and
  180. 6:31look for what we need. So, what I do is
  181. 6:34I call it the magic formula list. And
  182. 6:37the magic formula list is the part that
  183. 6:39makes this super fun. And what this is
  184. 6:41is is it's you basically going, "Okay,
  185. 6:44so I'm going to have this whole new
  186. 6:46version." And I got really clear on the
  187. 6:48identity. I wrote out a list and I said,
  188. 6:49"Okay, well, how would she think? How
  189. 6:51would she act? How would she feel about
  190. 6:53herself? What would she affirm to
  191. 6:55herself first thing in the morning?
  192. 6:56Would she practice gratitude?" And then,
  193. 6:59when I got super crystal clear on the
  194. 7:01version I knew I had to become to make
  195. 7:03that reality inevitable, right? Cuz
  196. 7:05we're working backwards.
  197. 7:07I then created the magic list. And this
  198. 7:09is what I call like the treats. And I
  199. 7:11believe this is also a very super
  200. 7:12important part to making your
  201. 7:14manifestation process so much more
  202. 7:17enjoyable and fun. Now, of course, do it
  203. 7:19with you will on a budget and what you
  204. 7:21can. But what I do is I encourage you to
  205. 7:24have three treats every day that are
  206. 7:27going to get you to where you want to
  207. 7:28go. So, what I did is my three treats
  208. 7:31were, "I'm going to spoil myself with
  209. 7:33getting the prettiest gym clothes,
  210. 7:35right?" And when I got these gym
  211. 7:36clothes, I just felt so much prettier
  212. 7:39and magnetic, and I felt like an athlete
  213. 7:41when I put them I knew the colors that I
  214. 7:43liked, I knew I loved the material, I
  215. 7:46love how it made me feel, and I truly
  216. 7:48believe that our environment and what we
  217. 7:50have externally does support us or it
  218. 7:53can take from us. So, we become subject
  219. 7:56to our environment. So, when I had at
  220. 7:58the forefront of my wardrobe really nice
  221. 8:00gym clothes and I put those on, I became
  222. 8:03someone that said, "I immediately want
  223. 8:05to go to the gym now." So, that was a
  224. 8:06way. The second thing was I got really
  225. 8:09good headphones.
  226. 8:11Don't mind my writing here, guys. I got
  227. 8:13really good quality headphones and you
  228. 8:14might be like, "Well, what's the purpose
  229. 8:16of all this?"
  230. 8:17The third one,
  231. 8:18let me explain, coffee. Coffee was my
  232. 8:20treat. I got a coffee machine, I got
  233. 8:22really cute coffee mugs, so that when I
  234. 8:25went to the gym I would have my coffee
  235. 8:26with me, I would have my headphones, I
  236. 8:28would have my gym gear, and I would get
  237. 8:29my workout done.
  238. 8:31When you have treats that give you that
  239. 8:33little bit of dopamine, that little bit
  240. 8:35of excitement, what you're really doing
  241. 8:37is you're bringing your end results of
  242. 8:39what you want now by getting
  243. 8:41satisfaction from doing the hard things.
  244. 8:44So, I could say to you,
  245. 8:46"Wake up at 5:00 a.m." and you'd be
  246. 8:48like, "No." And I said, "Well, what if
  247. 8:49you woke up at 5:00 a.m. and you got to
  248. 8:51see a beautiful sunset or sunrise?" You
  249. 8:53might be like, "Okay." What if I told
  250. 8:55you, "Hey, you need to start a
  251. 8:57business." You might be like, "No." And
  252. 8:58I was like, "Well, what if you started a
  253. 8:59business and you had freedom?"
  254. 9:02There you go. Because we as humans, we
  255. 9:05don't act for the sake of acting. We act
  256. 9:08because we know we're going to get an
  257. 9:11emotion from it.
  258. 9:14Right? We're going to get an emotion. We
  259. 9:16go on dates because we want the feeling
  260. 9:18of love. We work out so that we can feel
  261. 9:20confident. We create wealth so that we
  262. 9:23can feel freedom. Like, we don't do
  263. 9:25things without a reasoning attached to
  264. 9:27it. So, if we go back to that little
  265. 9:30diagram, right? And we go to the dream
  266. 9:31life and be, we have to ask ourselves,
  267. 9:34what is the feeling that I am looking
  268. 9:36for here? Is it freedom? Is it love? Is
  269. 9:38it peace? Is it confidence? What is the
  270. 9:42feeling?
  271. 9:45And from that feeling, what we're going
  272. 9:47to do is you're going to give yourself
  273. 9:49three treats.
  274. 9:51Three treats that are going to install
  275. 9:54that feeling now.
  276. 9:56And then we're going to install the
  277. 9:58identity of the person that already has
  278. 10:00what we want. And how we merge these
  279. 10:03two, which is the treat and the
  280. 10:04identity,
  281. 10:06is installation. Installation is like a
  282. 10:09buffer period that I would say can be
  283. 10:13done in 7 days.
  284. 10:15An installation period is the part of
  285. 10:17your brain where you are going to be
  286. 10:20installing this new identity. So, you're
  287. 10:21going to wake up every day and you're
  288. 10:22going to say, "I'm a fit person. I'm a
  289. 10:24successful person." And the issue and
  290. 10:26the flaw, again, of why so much people
  291. 10:28don't get their desires to chase them,
  292. 10:30is because they are living from an
  293. 10:32identity that does not operate from the
  294. 10:34identity that will get the thing. Let me
  295. 10:35give you an example.
  296. 10:37Let's say you want your dream job. Like
  297. 10:40you want your dream job and you are in
  298. 10:42the moment confirming and validating and
  299. 10:44owning on every cell of your body, "I am
  300. 10:47someone that is unemployed. I am someone
  301. 10:50that is not qualified." And we're
  302. 10:52dreaming and having our wishful thinking
  303. 10:54of our dream job, or we do this process
  304. 10:57and we say, "Well, if I reverse engineer
  305. 10:59time and I look at the version that has
  306. 11:01her dream job, how would she look and
  307. 11:04feel about herself and talk to herself?"
  308. 11:06And I will bring that identity from the
  309. 11:08future into my past, present, and I
  310. 11:11would install that identity now. So,
  311. 11:14you're borderline deluding yourself into
  312. 11:16a new timeline, a new reality, a new
  313. 11:18world. So, I would say in the moment, "I
  314. 11:20am employed. I have my dream job. I show
  315. 11:24up every day with conviction. I am
  316. 11:26strong in character. I am confident. I
  317. 11:28am successful." Whatever. And so, there
  318. 11:30is a 7-day buffer where you're going to
  319. 11:32be installing this identification. And
  320. 11:35how I do that is I have mood boards all
  321. 11:37over my home. I have affirmations
  322. 11:38written on my wall. I listen to my
  323. 11:40hypnotic programs, my guided
  324. 11:41meditations. If you want to learn how to
  325. 11:44do all of that, I'm going to link down
  326. 11:45below highest timeline. It's my private
  327. 11:47community where I guide you through the
  328. 11:49process to create an entire world that
  329. 11:52determines your new reality. That is
  330. 11:54going to literally wire your new
  331. 11:56identity in record speed time. So link
  332. 11:58that down below. We have live calls in
  333. 11:59there. It's super fun.
  334. 12:01But essentially what you're doing is you
  335. 12:03are now creating that installation. So
  336. 12:05you are telling yourself every day I am
  337. 12:06that new identity. And it usually takes,
  338. 12:09I have noticed from trial and error over
  339. 12:1010 years, it takes 7 days before you
  340. 12:13fully start to flick that switch. So me
  341. 12:16and my friends call it
  342. 12:17>> [laughter]
  343. 12:18>> uh the dropping-in zone where we first
  344. 12:21identify, okay, I'm claiming this new
  345. 12:23identity.
  346. 12:24And then we're like, oh, it still feels
  347. 12:26a bit icky. Like my heart rejects it. My
  348. 12:28heart feels like this isn't true. And we
  349. 12:30keep installing it until we say we feel
  350. 12:32it in our root, in our hips. Like it's
  351. 12:34dropped in where we're like, whoo, I am
  352. 12:36this new person. Like that old Ella,
  353. 12:38she's gone. She's She's old version. The
  354. 12:41current version is who I am. And it
  355. 12:43takes about 7 days to drop it in. And
  356. 12:45why we tie the the magic list, the goody
  357. 12:49list, right?
  358. 12:50Is because it really highlights to me to
  359. 12:53enjoy the process. Right? Because if we
  360. 12:55were constantly wanting to get to A to
  361. 12:58B,
  362. 12:59the moment you get to B, you're looking
  363. 13:01for your next next destination. And so
  364. 13:03the goody is not only ground you to take
  365. 13:06that action, to get addicted to doing
  366. 13:07the hard things because you're now
  367. 13:09backing up your identity with action,
  368. 13:11but also because life is for pleasure.
  369. 13:14Life is for fun. Life is for beauty. And
  370. 13:16if you can treat yourself and love
  371. 13:18yourself enough to experience the beauty
  372. 13:21in the building phase, you're going to
  373. 13:23fall in love with the process and you're
  374. 13:25actually going to have your desires
