  1. 0:01There is a theory according to which we
  2. 0:03shouldn't have such well-developed five
  3. 0:04senses, a bit as if we had learned a
  4. 0:06language based on context. Some even go
  5. 0:10so far as to think that it is society
  6. 0:12itself that dictates which language we
  7. 0:14should learn. And if we think of
  8. 0:17reality as an experience created by the
  9. 0:19subconscious, then it is the
  10. 0:21subconscious that decides what you can
  11. 0:23experience in this life. In fact, many
  12. 0:27of the things that happen to you are in
  13. 0:29line with the conventions you hold or
  14. 0:31with a predominant emotional state. The
  15. 0:34fact is that we cannot see other
  16. 0:36possibilities, not so much because they
  17. 0:38aren't there, but because they are
  18. 0:39outside of our filter. So, in a certain
  19. 0:44sense, you arrive on planet Earth
  20. 0:45having already undergone this
  21. 0:47instruction to the context. This
  22. 0:51instruction to the context creates a
  23. 0:53version of you that you send out into
  24. 0:55the field and keep replicating for a
  25. 0:57sense of convenience, which, translated
  26. 0:59, means survival. Therefore, even if
  27. 1:03there are possible realities, they are
  28. 1:05not on your usual frequency and so your
  29. 1:07subconscious keeps them out because it
  30. 1:09cannot conceive them. The fact that
  31. 1:13these scenarios are not considered,
  32. 1:15however, does not mean they have been
  33. 1:17completely buried. It is probably still
  34. 1:20a memory of imagination, of childhood.
  35. 1:24There is probably a part of you that
  36. 1:26lets you see outside the glass, off the
  37. 1:28tracks, but the fears we have developed
  38. 1:30, as we were saying, have raised these
  39. 1:32walls that keep us here. I would have
  40. 1:36loved it if at 18 someone had popped up
  41. 1:38to tell me: "Hey, look, nobody here
  42. 1:40understands anything, from the person
  43. 1:42installing your fridge?" To the
  44. 1:44teachers? Even if the adults seem to
  45. 1:45have figured everything out and you
  46. 1:47seem like the only one who is wrong and
  47. 1:49has to adapt, has to correct yourself.
  48. 1:51"In reality, all those people are just
  49. 1:53on autopilot. So when I talk about
  50. 1:56deceiving the subconscious, they
  51. 1:58already deceived yours when they taught
  52. 2:00you Italian, when they took the food
  53. 2:01and told you there was an airplane,
  54. 2:03when they told you the medicine was
  55. 2:05actually a candy. They deceived you
  56. 2:07into respecting adults, eating three
  57. 2:09meals a day, a whole series of habits,
  58. 2:11a whole series of behaviors that we
  59. 2:12take for granted but that have built
  60. 2:14our context. Now functional, yes, but
  61. 2:17perhaps they also deceived you, due to
  62. 2:19the voids of others, into believing you
  63. 2:21are worth little, into being shy, into
  64. 2:23not being able to deserve certain
  65. 2:24things just because the person who
  66. 2:26installed this belief in you had
  67. 2:28dysfunctional programs they never
  68. 2:29processed. So, involuntarily, you have
  69. 2:32undergone so many of those deceptions
  70. 2:34that they have now formed your reality
  71. 2:36to a frightening degree. They deceived
  72. 2:38you into believing in these energetic
  73. 2:40pendulums that are reinforced, which
  74. 2:42are the popular beliefs a community, a
  75. 2:44village, or an entire country might
  76. 2:45hold. And they deceived you by telling
  77. 2:49you that if you didn't do something
  78. 2:50that was convenient for others, you
  79. 2:52would probably be punished. And the
  80. 2:54fact is that, fortunately, when a
  81. 2:56person turns 18, they stop believing in
  82. 2:58these things, right? No, as adults, we
  83. 3:01carry forward the same childhood
  84. 3:03programming. It is an initial
  85. 3:05programming that gets a few updates,
  86. 3:07but it is more or less the same. Due to
  87. 3:11initial childhood programming and
  88. 3:13reinforcement in adolescence, we build
  89. 3:14a version of ourselves that remains
  90. 3:16trapped within certain boundaries. And
  91. 3:24the last thing you want to do is cross
  92. 3:25that boundary and go beyond it, because
  93. 3:27on the other side, the threat might
  94. 3:29still be there. It doesn't matter if
  95. 3:34you are 30, 40, or 50 years old, you
  96. 3:36are still afraid of what awaited you if
  97. 3:38you didn't get good grades, if you
  98. 3:40didn't say hello, or if you didn't
  99. 3:42respect your elders. All those
  100. 3:46behaviors that in a certain way are
  101. 3:48still stuck in you, things that were
  102. 3:50then reinforced by school because there
  103. 3:52was humiliation in front of others, the
  104. 3:53fear of being called on, of judgment;
  105. 3:55you didn't want to be cringe, so there
  106. 3:57is still that specter of the group
  107. 3:59mocking you if you cross the line, if
  108. 4:00you make a video on social media, or if
  109. 4:02you try to be yourself. Machiavelli
  110. 4:06said that inside each of us there is a
  111. 4:08beast, but that isn't true for everyone
  112. 4:10, in my opinion. There is a beast for
  113. 4:12those who haven't crossed this boundary
  114. 4:14and haven't realized the illusion.
  115. 4:16There is a beast for those who haven't
  116. 4:18integrated their own shadows. In fact,
  117. 4:20when you stay within these boundaries,
  118. 4:22people tell you," You are a good person
  119. 4:24, "or more than good, you are
  120. 4:25domesticated. To understand if a person
  121. 4:27is truly good, if they are truly kind,
  122. 4:29watch how they behave with the weakest,
  123. 4:31watch how they treat animals, watch how
  124. 4:33they act around children, watch how
  125. 4:35they treat their own kids. A person who
  126. 4:38breaks through this imaginary line and
  127. 4:40sees that the monster doesn't exist,
  128. 4:42has integrated those parts, manages to
  129. 4:44keep their ego in check, and is no
  130. 4:46longer triggered by the problems of
  131. 4:47others. Do you know why? Because, as
  132. 4:51Jung said, when you understand and look
  133. 4:53at your own darkness, you then see that
  134. 4:55of others. The fact is that all these
  135. 4:59possibilities that are currently
  136. 5:00outside the boundaries, as we were
  137. 5:02saying, all these scenarios, all these
  138. 5:04parallel lives that I could be living
  139. 5:06still exist right now. So, if you had
  140. 5:09been born in another place in the world
  141. 5:11, in another family, in another
  142. 5:13situation—something you might
  143. 5:14question now, but in truth, you'll
  144. 5:16discover you're exactly where you need
  145. 5:18to be, but anyway, that's a topic for
  146. 5:19another video. Try thinking outside
  147. 5:23your usual context, which has
  148. 5:24reinforced who you are, making you
  149. 5:26believe you are who you are now. You
  150. 5:31can imagine that by having undergone
  151. 5:32different conditioning, different
  152. 5:34customs, and different habits, you
  153. 5:35would be a totally different person. Is
  154. 5:38that true or not? Well, what I am
  155. 5:43telling you is that if we want to start
  156. 5:45tricking the subconscious, we must
  157. 5:47start from a future, from a scenario,
  158. 5:49from a parallel reality described in
  159. 5:51the smallest detail, as if you had
  160. 5:53always been inside it. Just as your
  161. 5:59life right now is full of familiar
  162. 6:01references, things you've forgotten or
  163. 6:03not processed, well, in the same way,
  164. 6:05try to put yourself on another track.
  165. 6:09In this new tunnel, in this new comfort
  166. 6:11zone—we've given hundreds of examples
  167. 6:13in previous videos—you must feel it
  168. 6:15as real, as if it were for you, certain
  169. 6:17, as if it were normal for you. Now, if
  170. 6:21it were normal for you to have what you
  171. 6:23desire, you would have zero problems,
  172. 6:25there would be zero contrast, zero
  173. 6:27self-sabotage. Is that true or not? So,
  174. 6:29when people tell you," Oh, but that's
  175. 6:31not you, oh, you need to be yourself. "
  176. 6:33That" yourself "people are referring to
  177. 6:35when they say," Oh, you've changed, "
  178. 6:37which version are they thinking of? The
  179. 6:41one you have always kept out there as a
  180. 6:42defense mechanism, but that is not you.
  181. 6:48And here we arrive at a really
  182. 6:49interesting point because people who
  183. 6:51cannot integrate certain inner parts
  184. 6:53send out a fake version, an artificial
  185. 6:55version, just to prove they are that
  186. 6:57person, but in reality, the inner
  187. 6:58contrast is still there. So you keep
  188. 7:04changing your habits, your era, the
  189. 7:06people with whom you go to do different
  190. 7:08activities. You are constantly a new
  191. 7:13character because it's as if the ideal
  192. 7:15version is always the one yet to come,
  193. 7:17so you are always unhappy and the
  194. 7:18solution is always to cover up that
  195. 7:20superior version, but in reality, the
  196. 7:22initial programming has never changed
  197. 7:24—that is, on a subconscious level,
  198. 7:26you are very similar to that first
  199. 7:27version. This is why people can get to
  200. 7:33you, making you fall sometimes, making
  201. 7:34you slip, or keeping you under control,
  202. 7:36because in some way they speak to a
  203. 7:38part of you that you don't consider;
  204. 7:40they speak to your subconscious part.
  205. 7:44So the good news is that you don't have
  206. 7:46to spend a day trying to change just
  207. 7:48for appearances, but you can start
  208. 7:49spending a lot of time beginning to
  209. 7:51change the subconscious, which is that
  210. 7:53part of you that shapes how you
  211. 7:54perceive reality. Okay, but at first I
  212. 7:57won't be able to believe in the
  213. 7:59subconscious changes I want to impose
  214. 8:01on myself, right? So what is the
  215. 8:04difference between" fake it till you
  216. 8:06make it, "posturing, and actually
  217. 8:08changing and truly tricking the
  218. 8:09subconscious? In the first case, you
  219. 8:14try to change the projection, you try
  220. 8:16to change reality, and every bit of
  221. 8:18feedback from the outside world becomes
  222. 8:20material for you to see if it's working
  223. 8:22. In the second case, however, you
  224. 8:25completely disregard the feedback from
  225. 8:27the outside world, and the only thing
  226. 8:29you do is operate on that deep part of
  227. 8:31you. Let's say you are a person who
  228. 8:34gets mistreated by others, who keeps
  229. 8:36meeting arrogant people. So we have
  230. 8:41your concept, your subconscious, the
  231. 8:43deep mind, the part of the iceberg you
  232. 8:45don't see, which is buried, and then we
  233. 8:47have the reality that this part somehow
  234. 8:49creates. I always like making diagrams,
  235. 8:52I don't know if you've noticed. So the
  236. 8:55people who mistreat you come here to
  237. 8:57hit you in some way. So when you meet
  238. 9:05them, you always try to mask your
  239. 9:06version to the point where you are
  240. 9:08immune, or you react, or you send out a
  241. 9:10scarecrow in your place, hoping that
  242. 9:11this somehow resolves the issue. It
  243. 9:17might even resolve it in the
  244. 9:19three-dimensional world, therefore in
  245. 9:21your reality. The problem is the
  246. 9:24internal wound, because perhaps in
  247. 9:25private you mistreat yourself, you
  248. 9:27don't treat yourself well, you deeply
  249. 9:29believe that you have no value. This
  250. 9:33thing inevitably reflects in your
  251. 9:35external reality. So, faking it and
  252. 9:38operating in the 3D. Well, I hope this
  253. 9:41pattern doesn't work for you because it
  254. 9:43is inevitably dysfunctional. But if I
  255. 9:49start taking care of myself in private,
  256. 9:51nurturing myself, recognizing my value,
  257. 9:53giving myself authentic love,
  258. 9:55understanding what I deserve, and
  259. 9:56seeing my own light, even if the same
  260. 9:58stimuli as before happen in the 3D, I
  261. 10:00am able to handle the blow better
  262. 10:02internally. Yes, maybe I meet a person
  263. 10:07who has dysfunctions, who has problems,
  264. 10:09and I start to see their weaknesses
  265. 10:11because I realized that I no longer
  266. 10:13need to defend myself. And maybe that
  267. 10:16person is doing all those things:
  268. 10:17trying to override others only because
  269. 10:19they feel weak, only because they feel
  270. 10:21lonely, only because they feel unhappy.
  271. 10:25And now, perhaps I will initially take
  272. 10:27the hit, but then I will see that
  273. 10:28nothing happens, and then I will see
  274. 10:30that others 'judgment does not become a
  275. 10:32conclusion about me. So the more I work
  276. 10:36internally, the more I can see the big
  277. 10:37picture in the outside world. And when
  278. 10:41I understand why someone might do
  279. 10:42something, I am no longer a victim of
  280. 10:44it because I have the truth. Because,
  281. 10:46as Jung said, if you understand your
  282. 10:47own darkness, you can understand that
  283. 10:49of others much better. Therefore, these
  284. 10:51things can no longer appear because
  285. 10:53there is no longer a need for the
  286. 10:55message they were supposed to send you
  287. 10:56to arrive, and so the only thing you
  288. 10:58can feel for humanity is compassion.
  289. 11:03But in this specific case, you decided
  290. 11:04some time ago to deceive your
  291. 11:06subconscious and recognize your worth.
  292. 11:11That is what set you free. The same
  293. 11:13thing applies to money. How many people
  294. 11:17send out a scarecrow, someone who
  295. 11:19pretends to be rich, who goes to
  296. 11:20certain places, who takes photos on
  297. 11:22Instagram, but then has internal
  298. 11:24malfunctions when it comes to money,
  299. 11:26when it comes to proving their own
  300. 11:27value, when it comes to dealing with
  301. 11:29business. So, once again, I should
  302. 11:34instead internally understand my own
  303. 11:36value. I should, for example, start
  304. 11:42studying the world of business better,
  305. 11:44study marketing, investments, whatever
  306. 11:46it may be, and not need to receive a
  307. 11:48judgment that identifies my abilities,
  308. 11:50but rather I need to reprogram those
  309. 11:51dysfunctional programs regarding money.
  310. 11:57Why do I sabotage myself as soon as I
  311. 11:59can receive a large sum? Why do I start
  312. 12:01behaving in a strange way? Why do I
  313. 12:03feel disgust at receiving rewards,
  314. 12:05milestones, bonuses, or opportunities?
  315. 12:07Because think about the absurdity of
  316. 12:08that reasoning. If I have the concept
  317. 12:13of wealth in my heart, I have built a
  318. 12:15version of myself that is already
  319. 12:16well-off, I start living it, I even
  320. 12:18start pretending that my past was
  321. 12:20already like that, I completely
  322. 12:21brainwash myself with that version: the
  323. 12:23last thing I would need is the approval
  324. 12:25of others. Therefore, paradoxically, I
  325. 12:30do the opposite of what a person who is
  326. 12:32pretending is doing. In fact, when
  327. 12:37people get angry at someone or because
  328. 12:38you show your light, so they feel
  329. 12:40touched in some way, it is because
  330. 12:41people hate those who are what they are
  331. 12:43pretending to be. So, deceiving the
  332. 12:46subconscious is not about telling
  333. 12:48yourself a story, because that" telling
  334. 12:50yourself a story "you usually mean is
  335. 12:51just telling it to others. So, if
  336. 12:56you’ve understood the message, it’s
  337. 12:58not about going out to manipulate
  338. 13:00reality or chasing that money, that
  339. 13:01great treatment, or the things I want
  340. 13:03to see here; it’s about stopping the
  341. 13:05reinforcement of a version of me that
  342. 13:07aligns with all those things, which
  343. 13:09constructs that reality, and starting
  344. 13:10to create an alter ego. It’s true
  345. 13:16that perhaps you haven’t had much
  346. 13:18financial stability in your past; there
  347. 13:20are many failures, many things that
  348. 13:22make you say," Aha, see? You’re like
  349. 13:25this, this is your sentence. "Okay, but
  350. 13:30can I completely detach myself from who
  351. 13:32I believe I am, from my own head—
  352. 13:33which is always the same spinning pot
  353. 13:35—and start to idealize a parallel
  354. 13:37life of another person with all the
  355. 13:39things I want them to have, but as
  356. 13:41normal, everyday things in their life
  357. 13:42now and even in their past? Of course I
  358. 13:48can do that. The truth is that you are
  359. 13:50neither this nor that. I mean, you’ve
  360. 13:53always chosen to act this way because,
  361. 13:55poor you, these pieces gave you this
  362. 13:57and made you believe that this is who
  363. 13:59you are, but that image you have and
  364. 14:01are projecting into the 3D world is
  365. 14:02always a constructed mechanism. Now,
  366. 14:08not only with your adult awareness and
  367. 14:10all the experiences you can use as a
  368. 14:12reasoning process, but with your higher
  369. 14:13level of intelligence—because if
  370. 14:15you’re watching this video, let’s
  371. 14:17be clear, just the fact that you watch
  372. 14:19these videos means you should feel
  373. 14:20worthy, because you’re trying to
  374. 14:22understand things most people don't,
  375. 14:24and they look good on the outside, but
  376. 14:25really, it's just a perfect facade.
  377. 14:29Well, you say," No, I don't want to get
  378. 14:31into that channel, enough, I quit,
  379. 14:32I’m getting out of this, create a
  380. 14:34version of me that, for example, is
  381. 14:36wealthy. "Now, I don't know what your
  382. 14:38specific goals are, because the last
  383. 14:39thing I want to do is give you mine.
  384. 14:41But try to understand that, from the
  385. 14:43moment a person starts treating
  386. 14:45themselves well, society rewards them
  387. 14:47in reflection. Maybe not right away,
  388. 14:50but who cares? You create this version
  389. 14:52with everything you would have at this
  390. 14:54moment. Every time you are faced with a
  391. 14:57possibility, you can ask yourself if
  392. 14:59you are operating from a free potential
  393. 15:01or a conditioned potential. Conditioned
  394. 15:05potential stems from the conditioned
  395. 15:07mind, meaning all the things you desire
  396. 15:09and visualize are polluted by biases,
  397. 15:13those of other people who in turn have
  398. 15:16dysfunctional patterns, like society,
  399. 15:18energy pendulums, the small-town
  400. 15:19mentality, how we think at work, or the
  401. 15:22culture. So most people desire from a
  402. 15:25conditioned mind and operate from a
  403. 15:27conditioned mind. I believe you're
  404. 15:29drained; people say you have no energy
  405. 15:31because of what you eat. It could even
  406. 15:33be the sun, food, or sleep. They are
  407. 15:35certainly important physical factors,
  408. 15:36but most of the time it's because you
  409. 15:38are in a conditioned potential and that
  410. 15:40is not your role. Well, creating this
  411. 15:43version of myself that already has
  412. 15:45everything I want as normal gives me
  413. 15:47the chance to give myself suggestions
  414. 15:48throughout the day. Hey, how would I
  415. 15:52behave in this case? Hey, I would do
  416. 15:54this thing anyway even if I'm afraid.
  417. 15:56It would be on my side. It would make
  418. 15:58me see a whole series of possibilities
  419. 16:00that I exclude. It doesn't matter if I
  420. 16:02then get blocked because I'm afraid of
  421. 16:04going outside my habitual version. At
  422. 16:07least I can feel it and at least I can
  423. 16:09identify it. I won't always have energy
  424. 16:13, I won't always be in contact with it,
  425. 16:15but I can stop for a second and
  426. 16:16understand how I would act if I weren't
  427. 16:18afraid of others' judgment, if there
  428. 16:20weren't the negative consequences I
  429. 16:21might fear, which are only the fruit of
  430. 16:23my mind because of self-imposed limits.
  431. 16:28In short, I would be at a higher level
  432. 16:30of awareness, to the point of being
  433. 16:31able to obtain everything I want. Now,
  434. 16:34what is the problem? Even if this
  435. 16:40version becomes familiar, you will feel
  436. 16:42very blocked from acting like your free
  437. 16:44version, because inevitably your
  438. 16:45mammalian memory, the shocks, the
  439. 16:47nervous system is completely tuned to
  440. 16:49make you live in this reality and
  441. 16:50mammalian memory commands. It's a bit
  442. 16:58like a beast inside you that keeps you
  443. 17:00at those levels, and so you don't
  444. 17:02notice it, but all the movements you
  445. 17:03make, the micro-expressions, the things
  446. 17:05you try to do to provoke a reaction,
  447. 17:07all these things are part of the
  448. 17:09defense mechanism that wants to stay in
  449. 17:10the habitual. I have a meditation, I
  450. 17:17have many, based on Hemi-Sync, so it
  451. 17:19goes to synchronize, increase the
  452. 17:21synchronization of the two brain
  453. 17:22hemispheres and it serves to have
  454. 17:24facilitated access to the limbic system
  455. 17:26where all our programs are interlocked.
  456. 17:31So the truth is that the first thing I
  457. 17:32must do is get out of my habitual
  458. 17:34stress response, because the more I'm
  459. 17:36in stress–and where does the stress
  460. 17:38response activate, in your opinion,
  461. 17:39with faster brain waves?–when I am in
  462. 17:43society, when I move in the interface,
  463. 17:44in the game, because, because I have to
  464. 17:46pay attention to what could happen to
  465. 17:48me and therefore the behaviors are
  466. 17:50super reinforced. So, if I go beyond
  467. 17:55these, if I transcend completely and
  468. 17:57access my emotional mind, I can at
  469. 17:59least have the possibility of choice
  470. 18:01and signaling (this is a fundamental
  471. 18:03word) during these meditations, also
  472. 18:05through sensory experiences in which my
  473. 18:07wakefulness, my watchdog that is there
  474. 18:09judging me, is not present. I am
  475. 18:16therefore able to alter, albeit
  476. 18:17slightly, perhaps at the beginning, the
  477. 18:19area of the familiar. What does it mean
  478. 18:24that what is familiar to me begins to
  479. 18:25change? And this is enough for me. I
  480. 18:29mean, let's be clear, the body's stress
  481. 18:31response is because you should be ready
  482. 18:33in case you have to face a predator.
  483. 18:35But what predator is there? Your
  484. 18:36mother-in-law? WhatsApp, who's watching
  485. 18:38your story, your ex. In those 40-50
  486. 18:42minutes of meditation, I am finally
  487. 18:44able to have a lowering of this
  488. 18:46response. And try to think about all
  489. 18:51the muscle tension you have. Try to
  490. 18:53think about all these reactions that by
  491. 18:55now go on by themselves because your
  492. 18:57body does that. Try to think about when
  493. 18:58you jump into bed and you have those
  494. 19:00twitches. See, I don't need to sleep to
  495. 19:04lower stress, but I can, during the day
  496. 19:06, carve out this ritual in which I step
  497. 19:08out of this habitual subject that keeps
  498. 19:10me in reality, and slowly I become
  499. 19:12familiar with this. And you will tell
  500. 19:16me:" Wow, Mattia, you already made me
  501. 19:18go through this line of reasoning,
  502. 19:20something clicked, I'll do it, but why
  503. 19:21will I eventually stop doing this
  504. 19:23because I already know that I'll
  505. 19:25probably sabotage myself to be safe
  506. 19:26rather than sorry? "Excellent point.
  507. 19:28Thank you. And what I tell you is yes,
  508. 19:31it's true, you will actually return to
  509. 19:33the habitual and you will return to
  510. 19:35being prey, a target, a lightning rod
  511. 19:37for all these possible triggers that
  512. 19:39will inevitably arrive, right? In short
  513. 19:42, it's the subconscious returning to
  514. 19:43deceive you because its deception is
  515. 19:45more functional, but you must let it
  516. 19:47happen, you must simply recognize it.
  517. 19:51Observing becomes the key verb
  518. 19:52regardless; I tell you, if you commit
  519. 19:54yourself for one hour a day, between
  520. 19:56meditation, some reading, and other
  521. 19:58things, you enter that version, this
  522. 20:00one doesn't exist, you are only in this
  523. 20:02one for an hour. You say," Well, but
  524. 20:05one hour won't change much. "No, but
  525. 20:08that hour will slowly influence the
  526. 20:09following hours and will also slowly
  527. 20:11influence the previous hours, until we
  528. 20:13spread that one hour over your whole
  529. 20:15life. To strengthen and accelerate, to
  530. 20:20speed this up, I give you—we've
  531. 20:22already explained this, but today we'll
  532. 20:24give it a different key—the S for
  533. 20:26state, the S for story, and the last
  534. 20:28one we'll see now. When I talk to you
  535. 20:35about state, about your private,
  536. 20:37internal world, about when you are with
  537. 20:38yourself, you need an emotional one
  538. 20:40that’s hyped, almost, as they say in
  539. 20:42English," delusional, "meaning almost
  540. 20:44crazy; because if you don't have an
  541. 20:46energy level above your environment, it
  542. 20:48means your environment will continue to
  543. 20:50dictate your energy level. In short,
  544. 20:55you will become a product of your
  545. 20:57environment and you will want to
  546. 20:58replicate it, you will want to recreate
  547. 21:00one that is always practically the same
  548. 21:02. In this way, however, with an
  549. 21:05empowered state, I can use my energy to
  550. 21:07bend events, I can bend matter. Because
  551. 21:12if the same thing happens to me while I
  552. 21:14show myself as a totally different
  553. 21:15version of me, the fastest way to raise
  554. 21:17my state is to guarantee this as if the
  555. 21:19arrival of a new life were imminent. I,
  556. 21:23of necessity, must have an empowered
  557. 21:25state, and you, at the beginning, think
  558. 21:27it’s useless; but when you maintain
  559. 21:29it for a while, even without it
  560. 21:31seemingly making much sense, the truth
  561. 21:33is you start to see changes, you start
  562. 21:35to feel different, you say:" Ah, this
  563. 21:37feels good, "and this is where the
  564. 21:39story must come into play. Everything
  565. 21:42that happens to you. Honestly, in
  566. 21:46moments of change where I could see my
  567. 21:48old version continuously losing pieces,
  568. 21:50there were times when something
  569. 21:51negative happened to me: I would say"
  570. 21:53ugh, how annoying, "but then after a
  571. 21:55while I would raise my state, keep
  572. 21:57moving forward, and I would see the
  573. 21:58event that had happened two or three
  574. 22:00hours earlier in a totally different
  575. 22:02way, because we see things for who we
  576. 22:04are. So the story you tell yourself,
  577. 22:09the narrative, must all make sense.
  578. 22:13Just think of it this way, you already
  579. 22:15know the epilogue, so obviously, if I
  580. 22:17doubt the epilogue and keep doing so,
  581. 22:19the narrative will hardly bend to my
  582. 22:21advantage. But if I start from the end,
  583. 22:25" living in the end, "as they say, I
  584. 22:27can continue to deceive my subconscious
  585. 22:29more and more, because every time it
  586. 22:31tells me," see, this too will happen,
  587. 22:33get ready because now there will be
  588. 22:35punishments, fears. "You will already
  589. 22:38know the epilogue, you will already
  590. 22:40know that you are that person and have
  591. 22:41been that person, so it’s not so much
  592. 22:43a" I must become, "but when that
  593. 22:45version becomes familiar, it’s a" I
  594. 22:46must remember, "because I have already
  595. 22:48been there. And so when I feel that
  596. 22:53standard belongs to me, regardless of
  597. 22:55where I am right now, I feel a pull
  598. 22:56toward that place; I feel the movement
  599. 22:58is bringing me back to the frequency
  600. 23:00where I belong because it is just too
  601. 23:02familiar. And even if you don't believe
  602. 23:07it, this whole process is constantly
  603. 23:09changing the chemicals in your brain.
  604. 23:12It will inevitably change your
  605. 23:14movements and inevitably rewrite your
  606. 23:16neural pathways. You won't notice that
  607. 23:19you are changing day by day, nothing
  608. 23:21seems to change, but when we look back,
  609. 23:23everything has changed. It is clear
  610. 23:28that you must have a strategy process,
  611. 23:30the third S minimum, meaning you must
  612. 23:32have non-negotiables and you must—I
  613. 23:34always use this one—prevent, that is,
  614. 23:36according to Murphy's Law, anything
  615. 23:38that could go wrong will go wrong. So
  616. 23:43in life, every time I go to do
  617. 23:45something new for me, I don't want to
  618. 23:47tell you I prepare for the worst
  619. 23:48because that's incorrect, but I prepare
  620. 23:50to be my best version of myself. I
  621. 23:54don't prepare to defend myself, but I
  622. 23:56repeat, I prepare to confirm who I say
  623. 23:58I need to be. So, for this, we must
  624. 24:02have a journal; we must have, for
  625. 24:03example I do, a little notebook where I
  626. 24:05write down all the things I have to do
  627. 24:07the very next day. So they are, in a
  628. 24:09certain sense, in a certain way,
  629. 24:11pre-planned. And so all these things we
  630. 24:14mentioned, with meditation, the single
  631. 24:16hour—I call it a power hour—which
  632. 24:18acts as a base for everything, in which
  633. 24:20I can truly feel that way. Keep in mind
  634. 24:23that I would get up from some
  635. 24:25meditations and say:" Wow, the life I
  636. 24:27am living until this moment and that I
  637. 24:28have confirmed until now is just a
  638. 24:30facade, it is just something that can
  639. 24:32fall because I am reprogramming the
  640. 24:34mechanism at the source. "So, telling
  641. 24:39yourself this huge load of nonsense
  642. 24:41according to others 'opinions and
  643. 24:43according to a little voice inside you
  644. 24:44that tells you it's all rubbish...but
  645. 24:46it's telling it to yourself so big, in
  646. 24:48such a crazy way that it might actually
  647. 24:50work, that it calls back a part of you:
  648. 24:52an instinct you might think you've
  649. 24:54forgotten, but which has always been
  650. 24:55there. Fortunately, we are indeed
  651. 25:01domesticated, but that part, that side
  652. 25:03of the soul remains and it is calling
  653. 25:05out to you. So feel total freedom to
  654. 25:11tell yourself, to dream, to take all
  655. 25:13these things, to put them into a
  656. 25:14specific frequency, and as many times
  657. 25:16as possible during the day, enter into
  658. 25:18that frequency as if it were your
  659. 25:20normality. Yeah.
