4. 0:10panel Pro if for whatever reason it
5. 0:12becomes unresponsive or an update fails
6. 0:15or hangs on the intro screen which has
7. 0:17happened to me recently this will
8. 0:19restore the NS panel Pro back to the
9. 0:22firmware that is stored on its recovery
10. 0:24partition so this should be a last
11. 0:25resort as everything will be lost on
12. 0:27your device so let's dive on in
13. 0:34you'll need to be able to turn on and
14. 0:36off the power to your NS panel Pro so if
15. 0:39it is wall mounted you'll need to remove
16. 0:41it and wire it accordingly please be
17. 0:44careful in this process and make sure
18. 0:45you obey the electrical regulations of
19. 0:47your country turn on your NS panel Pro
20. 0:51when the sonoff logo animation starts
21. 0:53turn off and wait for 3 seconds now turn
22. 0:57on your NS panel Pro now repeat the the
23. 1:00process from before when the animation
24. 1:02starts turn off the NS panel Pro wait
25. 1:05for 3 seconds and turn back on we'll be
26. 1:07performing this five
27. 1:15times your NS panel Pro will now
28. 1:18reinstall the firmware version stored on
29. 1:21the recovery partition once installed
30. 1:23the NS panel Pro will reboot it will now
31. 1:26run through its standard startup process
32. 1:29and drop you to the welcome screen and
33. 1:31you are now ready to set up your NS
34. 1:32panel Pro as you did when you purchased
