  4. 0:07he replied and I quote here the story
  5. 0:10that we have millions or hundreds of
  6. 0:12millions of doses on people is
  7. 0:15completely false the reason I'm asking
  8. 0:18the question is having served on the
  9. 0:20committee now for a dozen years I don't
  10. 0:23really know what a dossier is in this
  11. 0:26context so what I wanted to see is if
  12. 0:30you could give me a yes or no answer to
  13. 0:31the question does the NSA collect any
  14. 0:34type of data at all on millions or
  15. 0:38hundreds of millions of Americans no sir
  16. 0:42it does not not wittingly there are
  17. 0:48cases where they could inadvertently
  18. 0:50perhaps collect but not not wittingly
