Nolan Wells Shows Us How Far We Have To Go! — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:00You know, I was looking at this and I
- 0:03was thinking about this and one of the
- 0:06things I realized like I I just saw
- 0:08yesterday that I believe it was a white
- 0:12female police officer
- 0:16who shot and killed somebody and she was
- 0:19found guilty and she just got out after
- 0:22seven years
- 0:24and and she was found guilty of, you
- 0:28know, murder. And then we have Carmelo
- 0:30Anthony who I feel like is guilty but
- 0:36got 35 years
- 0:38and yes should be held accountable but
- 0:4235 years when
- 0:46it's people who are doing far worse
- 0:50getting out in seven years, six years,
- 0:5410 years and then they they give him 35
- 0:58years. And then you have Nolan Wells who
- 1:01turns up dead and they're saying he
- 1:05didn't drown,
- 1:07but yet nobody is arrested. Nobody is
- 1:11really questioned. Nobody is indicted.
- 1:14It's just like he just mysteriously
- 1:16died.
- 1:18So no water in his lungs,
- 1:22no signs of drowning,
- 1:25contusions on his head.
- 1:27and nobody killed him. It's like, come
- 1:30on now. But it shows you where we are.
- 1:34And people often times wonder why we are
- 1:40as black people, why we're so cautious,
- 1:43why we're so guarded, why we're so
- 1:46defensive, why we pulled the race card.
- 1:50And this is why. Because when we look at
- 1:54the hands of justice, they don't serve
- 1:58black people.
- 2:00And that's the unfortunate part about
- 2:02it. Whereas, if you kill a black person
- 2:06and you black, then
- 2:09you going to get all the time in the
- 2:11world. You kill a black person and you
- 2:13not black, you going to get a slap on
- 2:15the wrist. like George Zimman killed
- 2:18Trayvon Martin and all these other
- 2:20police that shot unarmed black men in
- 2:23their back and get no time. You got the
- 2:26one white guy who I think he got 20
- 2:29years for killing the the lady the black
- 2:32lady in her kitchen and she went to
- 2:34throw the hot water or they thought she
- 2:37about to throw the hot water or
- 2:38something like that and he was like I
- 2:40shoot you right in your face. I believe
- 2:42that was him who got 20 years. I can't
- 2:45remember his name, but we already know
- 2:48he probably going to get out in six.
- 2:52He probably going to get out in six on
- 2:54parole. And it's like they give that
- 2:56number just to made just to make like
- 2:59they serve in justice and then going to
- 3:01let him out just like this lady did not.
- 3:04And then we have no recourse. And the
- 3:06thing about it, the reason why we have
- 3:07no recourse is because we've normalized
- 3:10pain. Whereas if another race had to
- 3:14feel what we feel and what we go
- 3:17through, the inner pain and the rage
- 3:20will drive them crazy and they will
- 3:23commit all kind of crimes. But us, we've
- 3:26normalized pain and we've gotten so used
- 3:28to being in pain that we just we just go
- 3:33with the flow. We just like, hey, you
- 3:35know, I' I've felt worse. I've gone
- 3:37through worse. And we go with the flow.
- 3:40And a lot of times the unfortunate part
- 3:43and this what we got to be mindful of is
- 3:46we'll be done wrong and we'll take our
- 3:49pain out on our loved ones.
- 3:55If you look at it, a lot of people
- 3:58traumatize their children because of the
- 4:01trauma that they've experienced at the
- 4:04hands of America
- 4:06and will traumati traumatize their
- 4:08children, traumatize their spouse or
- 4:11significant other
- 4:14at the hands of
- 4:16America because of what they felt from
- 4:20America. And that's what we got to stop
- 4:22doing. If you want to be mad, take it
- 4:25out on the people that you mad at. If
- 4:27you can't take it to God in prayer and
- 4:30heal and grow, then take it out on the
- 4:33people that you mad at. Don't take it
- 4:36out on your children. Don't let your
- 4:39racist or sexist boss have you coming
- 4:43home cussing out your child and your
- 4:45child ain't did nothing to you. You
- 4:47yelling and screaming and cussing out
- 4:49your child, taking out your pain and
- 4:52angst and anger out on your child and
- 4:54your child is an innocent bystander
- 4:57and you snapping on your child and you
- 5:00shortcircuited. You ain't got the
- 5:02patience. You ain't got the temperament
- 5:05with your child who loves you
- 5:07unconditionally, who ain't done nothing
- 5:09to you because you mad about your job
- 5:12when you need to snap on that job. You
- 5:14need to tell your boss about they
- 5:16yourself and then go get you another job
- 5:18if you got to instead of and then you
- 5:21need to come and wrap your arms around
- 5:23your child and you need to love your
- 5:25love on your child. You need to care for
- 5:27your child. You need to speak life into
- 5:29your child. You need to encourage your
- 5:31child. You need to make sure your child
- 5:33got the utmost confidence. And guess
- 5:36what? You still gonna have to go
- 5:37through. I got to go to my email right
- 5:40now because I had to write somebody
- 5:42about my child and who who trying to
- 5:47affect my child confidence and trying to
- 5:50get on my child and that's exactly what
- 5:53they'll do. They will y'all forgive me.
- 5:56I'm look looking through my email. See
- 5:58if I got that.
- 6:05See if I got that email.
- 6:07Because that's what they'll do. They
- 6:09will try to break your child. They'll
- 6:13try to
- 6:16they want to destroy
- 6:18your child's confidence.
- 6:21And
- 6:23the thing about it is
- 6:26if you have a young child who is out and
- 6:30about and speaking and
- 6:36can hear and talk and understand and
- 6:41goes to birthday parties and things of
- 6:46that nature.
- 6:48and your child does all that,
- 6:52then
- 6:53you need to talk about this Nolan Wells
- 6:57case with your child. If your child is
- 6:58at a age of understanding, you need to
- 7:02have that discussion with your child
- 7:03about Nolan Wells because what happened
- 7:05to Nolan Wales can happen to you.
- 7:10And that's what that's what needs to be
- 7:12understood.
- 7:14What happened to Nolan Wales can happen
- 7:16to you
- 7:18and you need to realize and understand
- 7:21that.
- 7:24And so
- 7:28we have to start
- 7:31having these conversations with our
- 7:33children. You know, I I already talked
- 7:35to my oldest son about the Nolan Wells
- 7:38situation and he actually just been he
- 7:42he been staying home like his friends go
- 7:44to the frat parties and all of that and
- 7:47they up till 5:00 in the morning. He
- 7:49said, "Man, I just stayed in." He was
- 7:51like, "Ain't nothing ain't a ain't no
- 7:53reason for me to be out there." And
- 7:55that's the thing, like we got to have
- 7:56those conversations and we got to be
- 7:59able to get to that place to where we
- 8:02talking about those things and we we
- 8:06bringing that up and we touching on that
- 8:10of like, yeah, hey, yeah, you right.
- 8:13Because you'll be out and just out of
- 8:16jealousy. And the thing about it is, and
- 8:19this what black people don't understand,
- 8:23but we say we understand, but we don't
- 8:26really because if you truly understand
- 8:28it, you'll be a millionaire.
- 8:32So you you talk about black power and
- 8:37black magic, black girl magic and all of
- 8:40that, which I don't do nothing with
- 8:42magic, but black boy power, black girl
- 8:46power,
- 8:48and black power, but then we so set on
- 8:53remaining broke and we so afraid to
- 8:57stretch. We so afraid to believe in
- 9:01ourselves.
- 9:02I taught a class on AI money and using
- 9:07AI to make you some money and I think we
- 9:10had probably 80 people in the class.
- 9:13Class was only $5 to $25. Now the replay
- 9:16is up on tonygassacademy.com
- 9:19and every single black person under the
- 9:22sound of my voice ought to be taking
- 9:24that class. But you don't believe in
- 9:27yourself. You don't believe that you
- 9:29could be a millionaire. You don't
- 9:30believe you can make no extra money. So
- 9:32you sit on your thumbs. You go to their
- 9:34job and you work their dead end job and
- 9:37you put all of you into them and you put
- 9:41your whole life in their hand and they
- 9:43could fire you at any time and you have
- 9:46nothing to fall back on. You have no
- 9:47recourse cuz you don't actually believe
- 9:51that you born to be a millionaire, that
- 9:52you born to be great. You don't actually
- 9:55believe that you have a mind that is
- 9:57strong that can do anything you set your
- 10:00mind to. And what you have to realize is
- 10:04that
- 10:05and you got to step outside of yourself.
- 10:07And this is what I've done. I stepped
- 10:09outside of myself as a black man, as a
- 10:12black person. And I look in at black
- 10:15people and I realize our greatness and I
- 10:19realize how we are set up to be
- 10:25easily we easily set up to be envy.
- 10:28Because when you look at our bone
- 10:31structure and our natural build
- 10:34until we turn our life over to sugar
- 10:39or whatever, I'm going just say sugar.
- 10:42Until we turn our life over to sugar,
- 10:44cuz them crackheads be built like a mug.
- 10:46Eight pack of abs. Until we turn our
- 10:49life over to sugar. When you look at our
- 10:52bone structure, you look at a woman bone
- 10:55structure. Black woman
- 10:58legs going to be right. Whe whether she
- 11:01very slim and petite, she going to have
- 11:04a calf muscle, she going to have a thigh
- 11:06muscle, and she going to have two booty
- 11:09muscles, two strong glutes. If she's
- 11:12more voluuptuous,
- 11:14she's still going to have a thigh
- 11:16muscle, a calf muscle,
- 11:18and two roton booty cheeks.
- 11:23And stomach going to be flat, hips going
- 11:26to be a little wider, booty going to be
- 11:28nice.
- 11:30And when you look at a black man, he
- 11:32going to be muscle bound to till we turn
- 11:34our life over to sugar. either going to
- 11:36be lean and muscular
- 11:39like slim and muscular or he going to be
- 11:42thicker and muscular. Naturally strong
- 11:46skin do good in the suns. Yeah, need
- 11:49sunscreen. You got your little mix in
- 11:51you for sure. But yeah, you need
- 11:54sunscreen, but skin do good in the sun.
- 11:57The bodybuilders when they do
- 11:59competitions, they got to get spray
- 12:01painted black.
- 12:03All the bodybuilders get spray painted
- 12:05to be a black person.
- 12:08They be like bronze. My wife used to do
- 12:10it. She used to compete in the bikini
- 12:12division. And every single person, white
- 12:17skin does not do well. They will not let
- 12:20you go up there on that stage white. You
- 12:22got to be spray painted like a a
- 12:24light-skinned black person or a medium
- 12:27brown black person because they say
- 12:30muscles pop more on darker skin.
- 12:34What they got all around the country?
- 12:37Tanning beds.
- 12:39What is making millions of dollars?
- 12:41People who can do injections for the
- 12:43lips. If you is that type of nurse, you
- 12:46need to get certified right now to do
- 12:48lip injections. And you will make a
- 12:50fortune off of white women injecting
- 12:53their lips to be the thickness and the
- 12:56size that black women have naturally.
- 13:00Think about it. Like the greatest music,
- 13:05the most the music that every person of
- 13:09every race and genre and color listens
- 13:11to is black people music.
- 13:14Not every person of every color listens
- 13:17to country music. Not every person of
- 13:19every color listens to heavy metal. Not
- 13:22every person of every color listens to
- 13:25Indian music or Hispanic music. The one
- 13:29music that Hispanics, that Indians and
- 13:33Asians, Chinese,
- 13:35black, white, that every single race on
- 13:39the face of this earth listen to is
- 13:42black people music. Think about that.
- 13:46Whoever black people vote for wins the
- 13:50presidency.
- 13:52Whatever brand of clothes that black
- 13:55people support makes the most money.
- 13:59Whatever TV show or or streaming show or
- 14:05book or movie that black people support
- 14:10becomes number one.
- 14:14The most powerful dollar on the face of
- 14:17the earth is the black dollar.
- 14:20That's what you have to realize and
- 14:22understand. And white people will not
- 14:25tell you anything otherwise.
- 14:28They will not tell you. They won't tell
- 14:31you that it don't that that that ain't
- 14:34true. They won't tell you that. Remember
- 14:38I last time I was paying attention to TV
- 14:42uh scandal was on. They had a black
- 14:45female lead in the TV show Scandal. So
- 14:48guess what? It was number one.
- 14:51Then How to Get Away with Murder with
- 14:53Viola Davis and Empire. The show Empire
- 14:5750 Cent show Power
- 15:03Blight
- 15:05number one sports show Stephen A. Smith
- 15:07show man and all black men watch that
- 15:13show. It's the reason why his show
- 15:15number one over the other shows because
- 15:19he got the black vote. He got the black
- 15:22interest. Shannon Sharp on YouTube.
- 15:25Number one
- 15:27most viewed interview on YouTube.
- 15:46What is the I just Googled it. What is
- 15:48the number one most viewed interview on
- 15:51YouTube? The number one mostwatched
- 15:53podcast interview in YouTube history is
- 15:57Cat Williams appearance on Shannon
- 16:00Sharp's Club Shay Shay podcast which
- 16:03surpassed over 68 million views.
- 16:08And guess what? It overtook the previous
- 16:11record holder Joe Rogan 2018 interview
- 16:16with Elon Musk on the Joe Rogan
- 16:18Experience to claim the top spot. Here
- 16:21you have Joe Rogan, the number one
- 16:24podcaster in the world. He interviews
- 16:28the richest man in the world, Elon Musk,
- 16:31and it be between him and Jeff Bezos.
- 16:35And they was the number one spot.
- 16:38The number one spot
- 16:41from 2018 now. So Cat Williams interview
- 16:46release date was January 3rd, 2024. They
- 16:49had six years of views
- 16:54and Club Shay Shay came and snatched
- 16:58that
- 17:00in a little bit. He He hadn't hit that
- 17:0368 million views quick.
- 17:06Guess what? Two black men. Guess what?
- 17:10Black eyeballs
- 17:11got black people watching it.
- 17:14You have to understand the power
- 17:18in the essence of black people. Like you
- 17:20got like what color you think the
- 17:21Egyptians was that Moses freed out of
- 17:25captivity from Pharaoh? You think they
- 17:27You think they were pale white? No.
- 17:31They were black. They were black people.
- 17:35And what color was the slaves in America
- 17:38that got freed
- 17:40from
- 17:42the white power system? They were
- 17:44blight.
- 17:46So
- 17:48it is
- 17:52it is.
- 18:05So you got to realize,
- 18:10you got to think about this thing.
- 18:13It is
- 18:16a safe argument
- 18:18to say that black people
- 18:22is one of God's chosen people. Not to
- 18:26say that nobody else is, but you got to
- 18:30think about that
- 18:33as far as body type,
- 18:38skin type,
- 18:41just natural
- 18:43just natural powers in melanin.
- 18:48Just the things that melanin does
- 18:51and the strength in melanin.
- 18:54And that's why
- 18:58we are attacked
- 19:00because it's like people not people
- 19:02ain't dumb. Like people ain't dumb.
- 19:05People know like they they they could
- 19:07look and see, oh it's something in you.
- 19:11Like
- 19:12you naturally dynamic. You naturally
- 19:19majestic. Like it's something in you
- 19:21like what's going on? Like how in the
- 19:24world you doing what you doing?
- 19:28Like how you talk, how you talk, how you
- 19:31walk, how you walk. How is it that
- 19:36anything you get into?
- 19:39So
- 19:41you get into baseball and the number one
- 19:45home runner is a black man, Hank Aaron.
- 19:49You get into golf and we just put a
- 19:52little sprinkle in you and you become
- 19:54Ter Tiger Woods. You get into tennis and
- 19:58you Serena and Venus Williams. You get
- 20:02into basketball and you Michael Jordan.
- 20:05You get into boxing and you Muhammad Ali
- 20:07and Floyd Mayweather.
- 20:10You you get into the arts and the
- 20:12sciences
- 20:14and
- 20:16you computing
- 20:19rocket science. You you invent the
- 20:22internet. You invent the light. You
- 20:24invent
- 20:26you invent rockets. You whatever it is
- 20:29like black people invented
- 20:34almost everything that we use was
- 20:38invented by black people.
- 20:40And it was stolen. The inventions was
- 20:44stolen.
- 20:46The lady came e even the Jack Daniels
- 20:51was taught by a black man. And the lady
- 20:54was able to come and make tens of
- 20:56millions of dollars. Fawn Weaver before,
- 20:59you know, the company went defunct. She
- 21:01made millions of dollars and raised
- 21:04hundreds of millions of dollars off a
- 21:06black man name that she ain't even know
- 21:09wasn't even no ken to that black man
- 21:12name was able to raise who in the world
- 21:18the the the woman had over $150 million
- 21:21from the bank and had over $250 million
- 21:24from investors
- 21:27later easily went through over $400
- 21:29million
- 21:31that she spent cash moola not not
- 21:34stocks.
- 21:36She spent 400 million cash moola doula
- 21:40minimum of 350 million but it's a lot of
- 21:44loans that probably wasn't even reported
- 21:48350 million off a black man name.
- 21:54Now, of that 350 million, the family
- 21:56should have got bust down at least 35
- 21:58million. I don't think they got none of
- 22:01that. But think about the power in a
- 22:05black name.
- 22:09And that's why you supposed to be
- 22:10building your name.
- 22:12Are you building your name that your
- 22:14children could cash in off your name one
- 22:18day? Can your children go down and get a
- 22:21loan off your name?
- 22:24What are you doing with your gifts? You
- 22:25sitting on your gifts and you hiding
- 22:27your gifts. You sitting at the house
- 22:30talented and gifted in a mug and won't
- 22:33believe in yourself and won't invest in
- 22:35yourself and got all this talent and you
- 22:38sitting there. I got to start bumping my
- 22:40gums. I'mma be bumping my gums. I'm
- 22:42tired of talking about love
- 22:43relationship. So sent y'all notification
- 22:46with these other videos. a little tire
- 22:48to talk about love relationship
- 22:51and so realize
- 22:53you got to do something with your name
- 22:55like I want my kids to be able to get
- 22:57indoors because they daddy name. Yeah,
- 23:02absolutely. And it happened for them.
- 23:05They done got indoors. They didn't got
- 23:06in opportunities where all they needed
- 23:09was a opportunity and then they was able
- 23:11to show themselves. They was able to
- 23:13show that they worthy.
- 23:17But my name opened the door.
- 23:20The gift. You got to use your gifts. My
- 23:23my my son's in private school. They went
- 23:25to private school.
- 23:27Oldest son in college. My wife made that
- 23:29happen. Her gift. Gift of g. Gift of
- 23:34influencing people and winning friends.
- 23:36Like the book title. She lived that. was
- 23:39able to go up there and they gave her
- 23:42now we pay full tuition, but she was
- 23:44able to get a tuition deal that they had
- 23:49never given anybody before.
- 23:52She basically was able to get 90% off
- 23:56pretty much at least 80% off.
- 24:00We couldn't even afford it. We had to
- 24:03split it half and half with her mama
- 24:08for our oldest son tuition.
- 24:11And then God blessed us, moved in our
- 24:13businesses. And not only was we able to
- 24:16go to full tuition, but we also was able
- 24:18to donate to the school.
- 24:21So they got it back. And our sons, they
- 24:25use our sons and all their marketing.
- 24:28So they they got it back. They use our
- 24:30sons for their diversity. and man, my
- 24:32oldest son put them on the map in the
- 24:34spelling be won the region three years
- 24:37in a row. They ain't do it the next year
- 24:39because they were tired of seeing him
- 24:40win.
- 24:42They they they were just wanting to pat
- 24:43him on the back too. They ain't want to
- 24:45recognize him. I made the principal give
- 24:46my son a trophy that go from the ground
- 24:48to to to his hip cuz I told him I said,
- 24:51"You y'all ever had anybody win the
- 24:53spelling be?" He said, "No."
- 24:56I said, "So you never had a student in
- 24:58all the years y'all done the spelling
- 25:00be? never had a student win the spelling
- 25:03bee. He said, "No, we never had a
- 25:06winner."
- 25:07I say, "So now you have a student that
- 25:11not only wins the spelling be, but wins
- 25:13the spelling be three years in a row and
- 25:17y'all not going to honor him." I
- 25:20guarantee you if there was a white kid,
- 25:21you would be honoring him. Oh, well, we
- 25:24don't like to make other kids feel bad.
- 25:26I said, "You don't like to make other
- 25:28kids feel bad cuz it's a black kid
- 25:30that's winning."
- 25:32I said, "Only the great three Pete."
- 25:35Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant. Only the
- 25:37great three Pete. My son had a three
- 25:40Pete and y'all ain't never seen one win
- 25:42and he done won it three years in a row
- 25:45and you not f to honor him?
- 25:48That white man, he was Hispanic, too.
- 25:50Last name Valdez. He wasn't even no
- 25:53Johnson or no Smith or no whatever. He
- 25:57had some Hispanic in him but he he white
- 25:59passing and he went and got that trophy
- 26:03and at the next chapel he honored my son
- 26:05and when in his speech he said only the
- 26:07great three peak cuz that hit him cuz he
- 26:10loves sports. That hit him and he
- 26:12realized like what I was saying like uh
- 26:14don't be uh just cuz it's all white kids
- 26:17here if my son doing like this right
- 26:19here this level of dominance. Oh yeah,
- 26:22you f you fa recognize him cuz y'all
- 26:25recognize everybody else. But that's how
- 26:28they will do us. You have to advocate
- 26:30for your child. And they still playing
- 26:34in our face. They still trying to murder
- 26:36us and it go unsolved. They still over
- 26:40sentence us. So you have to And guess
- 26:43what? I don't like voting. Don't believe
- 26:46in it. But you got to use your voting
- 26:48power. Use your voting power. Get out
- 26:50there and vote. Get out there and vote
- 26:54cuz you see what we in right now. So
- 26:57come November, your butt need to be down
- 27:00there. Cuz you see what we going
- 27:02through. You see this economy and and
- 27:05while we struggling, all us struggling,
- 27:08he in there running up billions, doing
- 27:11crypto scams, doing all kind of stuff,
- 27:14running up billions,
- 27:16and we struggling.
- 27:19And then we get pandered to, oh, if
- 27:22y'all vote for us, we going to get y'all
- 27:245,000
- 27:26cuz they know that what we need most is
- 27:30some money.
- 27:33And look, I just seen and I'm going to
- 27:35tell you, the economy is down. Like
- 27:37these churches is going broke. Like
- 27:39right now I seen that they was saying
- 27:43TD Jake them was saying
- 27:47um that they they discount they
- 27:49conference you know two $300 on the
- 27:52tickets discounting them. Ain't nobody
- 27:55buying the tickets. Now my conference
- 27:57next month a and mine ain't discounted.
- 27:59Well it's all it is 50% off based on
- 28:02what I'm going be teaching. But November
- 28:0428th, go on get over to um Tony Gaston
- 28:07Academy and grab your
- 28:10grab your spot. Let me make sure I got
- 28:12it moved up to the front. But go get
- 28:16your ticket. Meet me in Tampa. And uh
- 28:24I'mma move it on up so you can see it
- 28:27cuz on the purpose art live seminar.
- 28:30Sign up right there. get your spot,
- 28:34come on down,
- 28:37and Lord willing, they don't switch it
- 28:39up on us and change it up on us. But

- 28:44got to drive down, come on down, bring
- 28:46your friend.
- 28:48And if you got to drive, you need to

- 28:52know. Friend could come on down with you
- 28:54and I'll let them in. I ain't ain't feed
- 28:57them now, but I'll let them in with you.
- 29:00So, let me see here. Products
- 29:04and the the pastor who got all that
- 29:09land. I think it's Bishop Hillard
- 29:12or something like that.
- 29:15Bishop Hillard.
- 29:18This man had to put his estate
- 29:23up for sale. Bishop Hillard got to put
- 29:26that estate up for sale.
- 29:29They he had it they say he had it. My
- 29:32wife told me he had it listed for
- 29:3715 million
- 29:39and now got it down to 11 million.
- 29:50I sure wish I could get it off of them,
- 29:53but I can't even get it off of them.
- 29:59I can't even get it off
- 30:03because
- 30:12and this thing saying 2024. It's almost
- 30:14like they went back and updated it. But
- 30:17yeah, Google that. Bishop Hillard.
- 30:21Hillyard. H I L L I.
- 30:28You know why? I guarantee you.
- 30:32I guarantee you he having to sell it.
- 30:40All these posts say from look like from
- 30:422024 he been trying to sell this thing.
- 30:49talking about in 2021, an attorney for
- 30:52the church told the Houston Chronicle
- 30:53that the property's primary use was as a
- 30:56minister's retreat and conference
- 30:58center, which made it eligible for tax
- 31:00breaks. Yeah, right.
- 31:02You don't How many conferences you
- 31:04having a year, buddy? You ain't going to
- 31:07have no $15 million estate for one
- 31:09conference a year. Like, you need to
- 31:12have a conference every week.
- 31:15But guess what? It was a time where
- 31:18people had so much money and people was
- 31:22doing so good in the economy and in
- 31:24their business. They was able to donate
- 31:26like that. So he was able to get this
- 31:29big old estate.
- 31:32Whole family could live there and
- 31:34literally living like a king. Literally
- 31:38living like a king.
- 31:40And I'm f to show it to y'all. Literally
- 31:43living like a king.
- 31:53And that's what it that's what it
- 31:56came to.
- 32:00Look at that.
- 32:02Look at Look how good that that grass
- 32:05mold that grass mold so good.
- 32:09You can lick that grass that grass mold
- 32:12so good.
- 32:13Look, all this his land, all this, all
- 32:16these houses, that's all on his
- 32:17property. All this whole thing is just
- 32:20his property. Blight man.
- 32:25Blight man. Everything is bigger in
- 32:27Texas. And we're not just talking about
- 32:29monster size hell or those 10gon hats.
- 32:32This time it's a massive compound made
- 32:35up of six separate houses and spread
- 32:37over 24 acres in the Houston suburb of
- 32:40Spring. And with that huge chunk of
- 32:42property comes a very hefty price tag,
- 32:4515 million.
- 32:47The incredible estate is being sold by a
- 32:50local mega church, the New Light
- 32:52Christian Center Church, having served
- 32:55for many years as the residence of its
- 32:57founder, Bishop Ivy Hillyard.
- 33:01Bishop, let me take over that church.
- 33:04Woo!
- 33:06Ting like that.
- 33:08my my
- 33:11bishop. And so listen to me. The state
- 33:15was classified by Hillyard as a
- 33:17parsonage,
- 33:19meaning that he has not had to pay any
- 33:22property taxes on it.
- 33:25Woo.
- 33:26Ain't had to pay no property taxes on
- 33:29it. Boy, it's a smart brother there.
- 33:31Look at that. And look at that genius.
- 33:34That brother didn't That brother didn't
- 33:36can't be mad at him.
- 33:38Can't be mad at them cuz they they do it
- 33:40all day long.
- 33:42That brother beat them property taxes on
- 33:44my little old house. My house probably
- 33:47about this size right here.
- 33:50Probably about like that right there.
- 33:52You know how much my property taxes were
- 33:55last year? 18,000.
- 33:58So, and I ain't even got now acre. I'm
- 34:01on a third of an acre. I'm on a corner
- 34:04lot in a neighborhood.
- 34:07So this man, he got one, two, three,
- 34:12four,
- 34:14five, six, seven, eight, nine. He got 10
- 34:17of my houses. That property tax, if it
- 34:19was like ours,
- 34:21how they tax where I live, that'll be
- 34:24170 grand a year.
- 34:28That man got no property taxes cuz it's
- 34:30a parsonage. I need to open my church so
- 34:35my house could be a parsonage. need me
- 34:37need me his CPA. If you his CPA, you
- 34:40watching this, get me a call,
- 34:44man. See this old school, too, cuz it
- 34:46got the brown. Everybody doing the white
- 34:48n got the brown countertops. Yeah, they
- 34:50old school.
- 34:52And this here carpet is is hideous.
- 34:55And that carpet, they're hideous, too.
- 34:57But they but they Joel ain't no no style
- 35:00now. My goodness. Sleeping in a funeral
- 35:03home.
- 35:05But they old school boy. Even need
- 35:07chair.
- 35:09Chail catching all kind of fart. All
- 35:11kind of booty. The chair supposed to be
- 35:14leather pastor. So you can wipe them
- 35:16thing down. Got all kind of booty
- 35:19jewels.
- 35:21Got a salon in here.
- 35:24Whole salon. Come on over. I mean they
- 35:27were living like kings. You hear me? But
- 35:30guess what?
- 35:32Guess what? Now,
- 35:37guess what?
- 35:39Church stopped tithing
- 35:42cuz people got to pay for their gas and
- 35:44their groceries. People ain't got no
- 35:46money to give.
- 35:49So, he got to sell it cuz that that
- 35:51ain't nothing you sell. That's something
- 35:52you want to have forever right there.
- 35:56That ain't nothing you sell.
- 36:03That ain't nothing
- 36:06you sell.
- 36:13What is this? That
- 36:16side right.
- 36:19I cannot side right.
- 36:26I will give you a $5 and that will be
- 36:30yours.
- 36:37Mama sent me something.
- 36:48So
- 36:50you got to realize that
- 36:54it's it's tough out here. So guess what?
- 37:06You got to use your voting power.
- 37:11Got to get on out here
- 37:23and you got to realize who you are. And
- 37:26I'm going tell you something.
- 37:29You know, we all doing bad. We all, now
- 37:31when I say doing bad, meaning we all
- 37:33struggling. We all trying to make it. It
- 37:35just it just different levels to it. So
- 37:38a lot of people assume that oh you know
- 37:40this person that person make a lot of
- 37:42money but what you don't realize is the
- 37:44more money you make the more bills you
- 37:46have because it's more expected of you.
- 37:48It's more of a lifestyle you got to
- 37:51upkeep and uphold because you can't be a
- 37:54millionaire living in the ghetto because
- 37:56you'll get robbed. You'll get killed. So
- 37:59you got to move out of the ghetto and
- 38:00you got to go to a gated neighborhood
- 38:02when you become a millionaire. And with
- 38:05that with that millionaire with that
- 38:07gated neighborhood come expenses,
- 38:10property taxes, HOA,
- 38:12the house costs more, the the lights
- 38:15cost more, the water costs more, the
- 38:17lawn cost more, the pool cost. Then you
- 38:21got to drive a certain kind of car
- 38:23because you living further out. You your
- 38:26car got to be efficient. It got to be
- 38:27good on gas. It got to be up tod date
- 38:30because if you got a old beat car, you
- 38:33going to be spending thousands of
- 38:34dollars getting it fixed. So, you might
- 38:36as well get a newer car. So, this guy
- 38:38did this video and it was good. I sent
- 38:40it to my to to to one of my one of my
- 38:44white partners. Let me let me see if I
- 38:45can find it. And he was saying basically
- 38:48the poorer you are, the more money you
- 38:52spend.
- 38:54And that thing was good. what he said.
- 38:56That thing was showing up good.
- 39:01Let me see if this the one.
- 39:06Let me see if this the one
- 39:07>> expensive thing it is to be in America
- 39:09is poor. And for the people that get it,
- 39:12this isn't news to you, but for a lot of
- 39:14people, they don't realize that by not
- 39:16having money, it costs more money. If
- 39:19you miss a payment, you get a late fee.
- 39:22If you overdraft in your bank, you get a
- 39:24fee. If you have bad credit, you pay
- 39:27higher interest rates for mortgage, for
- 39:29any type of loan you take out. If you
- 39:32don't have health insurance, you will
- 39:33pay everything just to go see a doctor.
- 39:36If you don't own a good car, you're
- 39:38going to take your car to the car shop
- 39:39more often for repairs. If you can't
- 39:41afford to buy groceries in bulk, you're
- 39:43going to pay more for groceries per
- 39:44unit. If you can't afford to buy a home,
- 39:47you rent. And the most important thing
- 39:49people don't talk about is time. If you
- 39:51don't have money, if you don't have
- 39:53resources, you are going to be spending
- 39:56time. That's the most valuable asset you
- 39:58have. In economics, we actually have a
- 40:00name for this, and it's called the
- 40:01poverty premium. Poor people have to
- 40:04spend more for the same necessities that
- 40:06people with money have. So, when someone
- 40:08with money tells someone without money
- 40:11to just make better financial decisions,
- 40:13it really is tonedeaf because it doesn't
- 40:16recognize the reality of what it truly
- 40:18means to be poor.
- 40:22Ain't that something?
- 40:25Young white brother that came and saved
- 40:27us. The cave and gave us an excuse. Now
- 40:30we Hey, you see it called motorbo.
- 40:33I like that though. But he told the
- 40:35truth. He told the truth because it's
- 40:38like and the other thing that people
- 40:40don't realize is like when you make it
- 40:42out and you make you a little bit of
- 40:44money which for some people that's
- 40:4640,000 50,000 because they live in a
- 40:49city where the median income is 25. So
- 40:53you making 50,000, 60,000, 70,000, you
- 40:56get to 80,000, 90,000, 100,000,
- 41:00you know, 110, 120, 140, 200. Like I
- 41:04think the most one of my clients make
- 41:07just as like everyday people is 500,000.
- 41:10So it's like at when you climb wherever
- 41:15that's at cuz it's different in Alabama
- 41:17and Mississippi. like the media going to
- 41:19be different than you know certain
- 41:22Atlanta Georgia or Washington DC or
- 41:26Houston, Dallas, Texas, Los Angeles. You
- 41:28know it's different. So you get to a
- 41:32certain place now everybody know you got
- 41:34this job.
- 41:36So all your friends and family come to
- 41:38you when they need that $20. So you
- 41:41start loaning money because you feel
- 41:44guilty that you successful.
- 41:47And then you get credit cards. And then
- 41:49when your stuff get tight, you use your
- 41:51credit cards. And then if your money get
- 41:54you get so spread out, you done loan so
- 41:56much money, you didn't gave so much
- 41:58money, you taking care of so many people
- 42:00to where now you laid on your credit
- 42:02cards and this what I live. And so a lot
- 42:07of people don't realize that that that's
- 42:08how that go. This what I live. So now
- 42:11you laid on your credit cards. So now
- 42:14your credit get bad. Now your credit
- 42:16bad, you got late payments and it and
- 42:18the people you taking care of, they
- 42:21ain't got no late payments because they
- 42:22living on your credit card or you
- 42:26helping them and so they ain't got no
- 42:28late payments and then they or they may
- 42:30have late payments, their credit already
- 42:32shot, but now they come shoot your
- 42:33credit. So now your credit shot. So not
- 42:36anything you want to do, then you get in
- 42:40debt. You can't even debt consolidate
- 42:43because the debt consolidation people
- 42:45want you to have a certain credit score.
- 42:47And if you of color,
- 42:50they not going to approve you. If you
- 42:53white, they'll approve you. And that's
- 42:56what a lot of white people don't believe
- 42:58is real, but that's real because they
- 43:01could tell. And that's why they want to
- 43:02talk to you. They want to get on the
- 43:04phone with you. and that underwriter
- 43:06have it written in the language
- 43:09of what they can deny, but they also
- 43:13have a choice
- 43:15on what they can approve.
- 43:17They they got a choice. It's a human. It
- 43:20ain't just a system. And I seen the guy
- 43:22who started Jersey Mike's the sub shop.
- 43:26He went to every bank. They all denied
- 43:29him. But he went to his football coach
- 43:32who also was a loan officer at a bank
- 43:36and because he the football coach knows
- 43:39him,
- 43:40he approved it at his bank. That go to
- 43:44show you. And it was a $25,000 loan way
- 43:47back in the day for him to buy the sub
- 43:50shop. He changed the name to Jersey
- 43:52Mike's. Now I think they say it's worth
- 43:558 billion
- 43:56or something like that. And so I say
- 43:59that to say, opportunities look
- 44:02different. A black man could have never
- 44:04got that $25,000 loan cuz a white man
- 44:06got turned down by every bank he went
- 44:08to. And he just happened to have
- 44:12another white man in his network who is
- 44:15a loan officer at a bank. And so that's
- 44:19how he was able to get the loan. And
- 44:21that $25,000 loan that he got as a
- 44:2417-year-old
- 44:26made him a multi-millionaire and his
- 44:28family will forever be good if he do
- 44:31right by that money. And so that's what
- 44:34I mean. So it's time now to start
- 44:38looking for ways to bet on yourself. How
- 44:42can you bet on yourself? How can you
- 44:46better your situation? Change your
- 44:48situation for you. change your situation
- 44:51for your family and get into a better
- 44:54place. And you got to double down on
- 44:58yourself. You got to invest in yourself.
- 45:00If you unwilling to invest in yourself,
- 45:04then you're going to be unwilling to
- 45:05earn. You unwilling to earn. You not
- 45:08going to be able to earn if you're not
- 45:11willing to invest in you.
- 45:14You got to be willing to do it. And a
- 45:17lot of people don't realize that. A lot
- 45:18of people don't believe that.
- 45:21A lot of people don't want to do the
- 45:24work. You got to be willing to do the
- 45:27work. You got to be willing to take that
- 45:31chance. Make that happen.
- 45:34Got to be willing. And a lot of people
- 45:36ain't willing. A lot of people ain't
- 45:38willing. A lot of people ain't ready.
- 45:40A lot of people don't want to. But guess
- 45:42what? You got to be willing.
- 45:46And it ain't going to be easy. It is not
- 45:49going to be easy.
- 45:51And yeah, y'all know my camera went off.
- 45:53I know. Oh, Tony, your camera went off.
- 45:55It ain't going to be easy. Ain't going
- 45:58to be a situation to where you could
- 46:00just It's so easily.
- 46:05Just jump off the porch and win. It's
- 46:07going to take time. And guess what?
- 46:09You'll go up and you can come back down.
- 46:13And right now, we all is down.
- 46:17And and listen, I'm going to tell you
- 46:18something. The economy affect everybody.
- 46:21Like
- 46:23don't think that
- 46:26Tyler Perry selling two of his mansions
- 46:29just to sell two of his mansions.
- 46:32If you got you got to think about it,
- 46:34when is the last time
- 46:36we went to
- 46:39the movie theater?
- 46:42When the last time you went to the movie
- 46:43theater to watch a Tyler Perry movie?
- 46:48TV don't pay like the movies pay. It's a
- 46:53reason why it's called a big screen. So
- 46:56yeah, certain TV could pay, but not the
- 46:59kind of TV that Tyler Perry does. So
- 47:03without them movies going to the box
- 47:05office, without getting them budgets to
- 47:07go to the box office and do them $35
- 47:10million weekends, $50 million weekends
- 47:14where
- 47:16if you do 35 million,
- 47:20you know,
- 47:21what if he what if he even get
- 47:2610% of
- 47:29the total box office? you do
- 47:32250 to 500 million.
- 47:36What if you even get 10% of that?
- 47:40That's big bread. And then you add the
- 47:43TV on top of that.
- 47:46And so, yeah, the TV going to pay a
- 47:48little something, but
- 47:51not that much
- 47:53considering the amount of bills.
- 47:56So a person could see where things are
- 48:00changing. Like right now Rick Ross got
- 48:02his got his mansion up for sale. Like
- 48:06think it not strange that all these
- 48:10mega millionaires are selling their
- 48:13mansions at the same time. This the
- 48:15economy there their streams of income.
- 48:19It don't mean that they broke. don't
- 48:22mean that they not making good money
- 48:24because you don't sell your stuff
- 48:29if you don't need to sell your stuff.
- 48:32You sell your stuff when you need to
- 48:36sell your stuff. We we we as humans are
- 48:38hoarders. We want to keep our stuff.
- 48:40Now, when we sell, what's the question?
- 48:44Why you selling? That's always the
- 48:46question. Like, why you selling? Now,
- 48:48some people Yeah. Oh, I'm selling cuz I
- 48:50want to get something bigger or I'm
- 48:53selling because I'mma get something new.
- 48:55And yeah, that what we say. That what we
- 48:58say, but that always don't be the case.
- 49:01That don't be the truth half the time.
- 49:05That don't be the truth half the time.
- 49:08So,
- 49:11you got to realize that.
- 49:14You got to realize that
- 49:28and
- 49:31so just how you going through
- 49:35everybody going through.
- 49:37Everybody got a bill collector.
- 49:40Everybody got something they want to do
- 49:41that they can't do right now.
- 49:43Everybody got that. So it's like this
- 49:46right here. Tyler Perry selling two
- 49:49different mansions I think I saw. And it
- 49:51say he gonna keep his studio. But guess
- 49:53what? He may h the studio could make
- 49:56money. The studio is a asset. Them
- 49:58houses don't make no money. One house
- 50:00like 39 million, another house like
- 50:02something else million.
- 50:05And so it's like them houses don't make
- 50:07no money.
- 50:09And
- 50:12Unless he want to put it on Airbnb, but
- 50:15Airbnb ain't making no money. It say
- 50:18Tyler Perry is selling two major
- 50:20properties as part of the portfolio
- 50:22downsizing ahead of his planned
- 50:23relocation to Puerto Rico. That man
- 50:26moved to Puerto Rico off of them two
- 50:28sales. Going to be able to live forever.
- 50:30I'm about to be out there in Puerto
- 50:32Rico, too. Beverly Hills, California
- 50:35Estate. Chatau Rev Tyler. Hey, man. Let
- 50:40me rent that off for you. Rent the own
- 50:42off for you, Tyler.
- 50:4525,000
- 50:47square foot Tuskinstyle mega mansion
- 50:50located on a 22.5 acre compound in
- 50:53Beverly Ridge Estates listed for 57
- 50:57million.
- 51:01Woo! That brother will make us a bull.
- 51:0657 million now. It's a black man now.
- 51:12A black man now. 57 million. It features
- 51:16eight to nine bedrooms, 12 to 15
- 51:18bathrooms,
- 51:20a 24 seat home theater, a music hall, a
- 51:25wine celler, a gym, and a guest house. I
- 51:29wonder if that was a guest house that
- 51:30that boy was at on that lawsuit.
- 51:34And then Jackson Hole, Wyoming Retreat.
- 51:36That's out there where Kanye like to be.
- 51:40The 37.62
- 51:42acre property located in Bar BC Ranch
- 51:46listed for 39.5
- 51:48million.
- 51:50Now, I'mma tell you, houses that big,
- 51:54that'll make one of them straight men go
- 51:56out there and turn gay.
- 51:59Houses that big, them boys might be out
- 52:01there, them young actors might be out
- 52:03there thinking they like women. get out
- 52:05there and see that house and be like,
- 52:07"Oh no, oh no, that might be what they
- 52:12were going through out there when they
- 52:15talking about and then they want to file
- 52:16a lawsuit." No, don't file no lawsuit
- 52:19now. You was in there cozy in that guest
- 52:21room. You in there around there in a
- 52:24road. What in the world you the acting
- 52:27at the director house for? What you
- 52:31sleeping at the director house for, boy?
- 52:34didn't want to file a lawsuit talking
- 52:36about he was grabbing on your booty and
- 52:38ball. Come on now. And so listen to me.
- 52:43That right there, you see that level
- 52:45right there.
- 52:49Right there. TP about to hit 100 million
- 52:53now. Yeah. Probably got a mortgage on
- 52:55him of course, but about to hit 100
- 52:58million. And the thing about it is don't
- 53:00mean that he broke. He just could
- 53:02probably see a runway like, "Okay, I'm
- 53:04paying this mortgage. This mortgage is
- 53:0650,000 a month, 100,000 a month,
- 53:09whatever it is." It's like, "This
- 53:12mortgage, I'mma run out of runway in a
- 53:14couple years if I going to get out of
- 53:15this." And the market about to crash. So
- 53:17they also all these people selling these
- 53:19houses too because you got to realize
- 53:22they tapped in.
- 53:24So they got the people in their corner
- 53:26that could that basically could do
- 53:27insider trading that could let them know
- 53:29like hey the bottom about to fall out of
- 53:32this market like you wait another 12
- 53:34months this house you going to have to
- 53:36list it for half of what you want. You
- 53:38ain't going to never be able to get out
- 53:40of it and the bank going to take it back
- 53:42and that's going to hit the news. So go
- 53:45list it for sale. And there's a lot of
- 53:48y'all that's listen to me. You won't you
- 53:49would never believe that. And I used to
- 53:51have to try to tell broke people cuz
- 53:54they'll be looking at people like a Rick
- 53:57Ross and he spend so much money and he
- 53:59show so much lavish lifestyle and
- 54:01they'll be like, "Man, that man got so
- 54:03much money. Man, that man got so much."
- 54:04And I'll be telling him like, "That man
- 54:05could be flat rope, bro." I said, "He
- 54:08literally could be making just enough to
- 54:10pay all of them bills."
- 54:12And just I said, "You I said it probably
- 54:15some days you got more money in your
- 54:17account than he got in his." And just
- 54:20nobody believe that. But it's like no,
- 54:22we live to the level
- 54:25that we earn.
- 54:28We live to the level.
- 54:48Mama Ry. So listen, know who you are.
- 54:54Tap in. Get over there. Tony Gas
- 54:56Academy. Grab the AI money. You'll see
- 54:59it on the little course icon. Get in
- 55:02there. Launch you something. Go through.
- 55:04I walk you through it. I do a screen
- 55:06share. Launch you something. Tap on in.
- 55:10And just just sell little stuff
- 55:14to your friends and family. Because one
- 55:17thing we going to do as humans is we
- 55:20always going to buy us a little outlet.
- 55:22Like we always going to,
- 55:25no matter how bad things get, we going
- 55:28to treat oursel a little bit. Whatever
- 55:31it may be, whatever, treat yourself. For
- 55:33some people, it's just a new shirt. Some
- 55:36people it's a iced coffee. Some people
- 55:39it's a night at the movies. It's it's a
- 55:41out to eat. We always going to treat
- 55:44ourselves.
- 56:00We always going to treat ourselves. So
- 56:02guess what? be the person that they
- 56:03treating themselves with your product,
- 56:06your service, your whatever
- 56:09and have you something and start
- 56:11building you something on the side. And
- 56:14if you got a job and you don't need the
- 56:16extra money, take that extra money and
- 56:20put it up in your Roth IRA and direct
- 56:24that Roth IRA to some strong performing
- 56:28funds
- 56:29and just let that compound interest just
- 56:32add up. 100, $200, $300 a month that you
- 56:36putting in there, just put it on over
- 56:39there all the way up for the next 10,
- 56:4220, 15,
- 56:44whatever years and let that compound
- 56:47interest like work for yourself like
- 56:49that. Pull your little bit out when you
- 56:51need it. Yeah, they say, "Oh, you got to
- 56:53pay a 10% penalty." Okay, cool. It's
- 56:55just 10%. Just a dime on a dollar. But
- 56:58start to believe in yourself. Start
- 57:00working on yourself. Start pushing
- 57:02yourself. Go to the next level. Do what
- 57:05you called to do. Use your gifts. Tap
- 57:08into your strengths. Don't just keep
- 57:11being comfortable being basic and
- 57:14regular. You know, being just over
- 57:17broke. And yes, it's hard out here. It
- 57:20is not easy. It's not easy at all.
- 57:24But you got to realize that it's doable.
- 57:30It is doable. And you can make something
- 57:33happen. You can make it happen. And
- 57:37it's it first has to start right here.
- 57:43It got to start right here.
- 57:46You got to get to that place to where
- 57:50you able to say, "Okay,
- 57:53I'm there.
- 57:55I believe in myself.
- 57:58I'mma work on myself.
- 58:02I'mma do what I'm called to do.
- 58:06And you got to be able to do that. And a
- 58:09lot of people don't realize and
- 58:11understand that this your choice.
- 58:15This is your choice. And
- 58:19if you believe you can,
- 58:23then you can.
- 58:25Now, yes, you it depends on other
- 58:28people.
- 58:30You need other people,
- 58:33but
- 58:35there's always somebody.
- 58:38And God will send you who you need.
- 58:43He'll send you who you need. He'll send
- 58:45you
- 58:47and he'll bless somebody
- 58:52to bless you.
- 58:56And that's what you got to realize and
- 58:58understand.
- 59:00So get to that place, work on you,
- 59:04do what you called to do
- 59:09and
- 59:11be the best that you could be at it and
- 59:14and keep p keep pivoting. You start you
- 59:18start your t-shirt line,
- 59:21you don't get that many sales. You post
- 59:23every day for 30 days in a row, you
- 59:25don't get a lot of sales, then okay,
- 59:27boom, pivot.
- 59:30Do the next thing. Post every day for 30
- 59:32days in a row. Pivot. Do the next thing,
- 59:35you know? Or if you get a little
- 59:36traction, stick with it. Keep going. But
- 59:40don't get stuck. Don't get stuck. Don't
- 59:43give up. Do what you called to do. Put
- 59:47it out there. Do what you called to do.
- 59:50be
- 59:52what you called to be and believe
- 59:55because they going to try to stop you at
- 59:57every
- 59:59turn, every step of the way. They're
- 1:00:01going to try to stop you. They're going
- 1:00:02to try to break you. They're going to
- 1:00:03try to discourage you and you can't give
- 1:00:05in. But hey, this Tony Gins. God bless
- 1:00:09you. Keep your head up. All the
- 1:00:10important links in the description.
- 1:00:12We'll talk soon.
