  1. 0:00Monkey been feeling like trash recently.
  2. 0:03In fact, yesterday Monkey almost
  3. 0:05murdered his friend purely because his
  4. 0:07breathing annoyed him. Monkey is tired.
  5. 0:10He's grumpy and hasn't had an ounce of
  6. 0:12motivation to do any work in weeks.
  7. 0:15Monkey doesn't know it, but these are
  8. 0:17signs of low testosterone. For modern
  9. 0:20Monkey, low T is very common. Bad
  10. 0:23habits, microplastics, terrible food,
  11. 0:26these all cause low T. So, Monkey has to
  12. 0:28be careful.
  13. 0:30The good news, it easily fixed if Monkey
  14. 0:32know what to do and what to avoid. So,
  15. 0:35in this video, Monkey learn exactly
  16. 0:37that, how to maximize his T levels so
  17. 0:40that he has more energy, a better mood,
  18. 0:43and motivation to do his work.
  19. 0:45Testosterone is energy. Monkey may be
  20. 0:48wondering why higher T will fix his
  21. 0:50tiredness and energy. That's because
  22. 0:53testosterone is less of a horniness
  23. 0:55hormone and more of a motivation and
  24. 0:57competition hormone. It motivates Monkey
  25. 0:59to find love. That's its primary
  26. 1:01purpose. In modern ape society, things
  27. 1:04like more money, more friends, and a
  28. 1:06better physique are ways that Monkey can
  29. 1:08improve his chance of finding love. And
  30. 1:11this is why higher T motivates him to
  31. 1:13work on his business, go to the gym, and
  32. 1:15be more social because all of these are
  33. 1:17ways that help Monkey find a lady
  34. 1:20Monkey. So, by getting his T back to
  35. 1:22normal levels, Monkey can improve many
  36. 1:24areas of his life. So, here's what
  37. 1:26Monkey do. Number one, rest well. Most
  38. 1:30of Monkey's T is made during deep and
  39. 1:32REM sleep. When Monkey cut sleep short,
  40. 1:35he cuts the factory hours his body uses
  41. 1:37to make this hormone. Studies show just
  42. 1:39one week of Monkey sleeping only 5 hours
  43. 1:42a night can drop daytime testosterone
  44. 1:44levels by 10 to 15%. This is the same
  45. 1:47drop-off Monkey would expect from aging
  46. 1:4910 years. On top of this, bad sleep
  47. 1:52spikes cortisol, the stress hormone,
  48. 1:55which directly kills testosterone, too.
  49. 1:57To fix this, all monkey need to do is
  50. 1:59get 7 to 9 hours sleep every night. The
  51. 2:02best way to achieve this is getting to
  52. 2:03bed early enough and going to bed at the
  53. 2:06same time each day. Good sleep is the
  54. 2:08single most important habit for
  55. 2:09testosterone and literally everything
  56. 2:11else in monkey's life. But the next one
  57. 2:13is just as important for energy and
  58. 2:15often easier for monkey to do.
  59. 2:17Number two, earn your hormones. If
  60. 2:20energy and testosterone is what monkey
  61. 2:21wants, he must earn it. And strength
  62. 2:23training is how he do that. First,
  63. 2:26lifting heavy boosts testosterone and
  64. 2:28growth hormone. And second, regular
  65. 2:30movement improves blood flow and the
  66. 2:32health of monkey's blood vessels. When
  67. 2:34monkey's heart and vessels are strong,
  68. 2:36blood gets where it needs to go when he
  69. 2:38needs it to. So, what monkey need to do
  70. 2:41is lift two to four times a week
  71. 2:42focusing on big compound moves like
  72. 2:45squats, deadlifts, and presses. Monkey
  73. 2:47now knows how to create testosterone,
  74. 2:50but if he doesn't stop the habits that
  75. 2:51kill his T, then there's almost no
  76. 2:54point. So, next he learn what those are.
  77. 2:57Number three, moonshine. Alcohol is a
  78. 3:00big killer of testosterone. In fact, it
  79. 3:03is poison. When monkey drinks alcohol,
  80. 3:05his body tries its hardest to break it
  81. 3:08down. To do this, it uses up a chemical
  82. 3:10called NAD+. NAD+ is necessary for many
  83. 3:13things in monkey body, including
  84. 3:15testosterone production. Less NAD+ from
  85. 3:18drinking alcohol means less to create
  86. 3:20testosterone. Secondly, it weakens the
  87. 3:22signaling from his brain's pituitary
  88. 3:24gland to his balls. This is the main
  89. 3:26pathway that testosterone production is
  90. 3:28done, and a weakened signal means less
  91. 3:30is produced. Luckily for monkey, an
  92. 3:32occasional drink barely matters. So, pub
  93. 3:35with the lads is not canceled. But, if
  94. 3:38monkey is regularly polluting himself
  95. 3:40with five or more drinks, then he will
  96. 3:42likely have a low T or low energy
  97. 3:44problem. So, what monkey need to do is
  98. 3:46drink less and ideally keep some of his
  99. 3:48weekdays free from drinking so his body
  100. 3:51can recover. Reducing alcohol will have
  101. 3:53a huge impact on Monkey's energy and his
  102. 3:56happiness, too. Next is another thing
  103. 3:58that Monkey puts in his body that's
  104. 4:00causing issues.
  105. 4:02Number four, chunky boy. Monkey has a
  106. 4:05special place in his heart for chunky
  107. 4:06boys. Seeing a chunky boy will always
  108. 4:09brighten his day. But, chunky boys have
  109. 4:12more problems than just being fat. Fat
  110. 4:15tissue contains large amounts of the
  111. 4:17enzyme aromatase. This converts
  112. 4:19testosterone into estrogen. The more
  113. 4:22body fat that Monkey have, the more
  114. 4:24testosterone gets converted. This
  115. 4:26creates a vicious cycle as low
  116. 4:28testosterone promotes more fat gain,
  117. 4:30which means more aromatase lowering T,
  118. 4:33so Monkey gains even more fat. The fix
  119. 4:36is simply to lose fat. Losing fat means
  120. 4:38less aromatase and directly higher T
  121. 4:41levels. The more fat that Monkey lose,
  122. 4:43the more his T level will rise. And this
  123. 4:46is a positive cycle. Losing fat means
  124. 4:48more T, which makes it easier to lose
  125. 4:50more fat. So, what's the best way for
  126. 4:52Monkey to do that? Basically, Monkey
  127. 4:54need to eat less calories than he burns.
  128. 4:57He should aim for a 300 to 500 calorie
  129. 5:00deficit. Every diet works, but the main
  130. 5:02thing is to choose one that Monkey can
  131. 5:04stick to. Here's a simple template that
  132. 5:06Monkey can follow.
  133. 5:09Monkey simply follow this and then each
  134. 5:11week track his weight to make sure that
  135. 5:13things are working. And if he's not
  136. 5:15seeing change, then cut his calories
  137. 5:17even further. Do this and Monkey will
  138. 5:20look and feel way healthier. The final
  139. 5:22thing might be the most important for
  140. 5:24Monkey, and that is number five, reduce
  141. 5:27cortisol. A Monkey that feels under
  142. 5:29threat will not waste bodily resources
  143. 5:32on maintaining optimal conditions.
  144. 5:34Cortisol is the threat or stress
  145. 5:36hormone, and high cortisol reduces
  146. 5:38testosterone. It blocks Monkey's
  147. 5:40hypothalamus from producing GnRH. Less
  148. 5:43GnRH means less luteinizing hormone, the
  149. 5:46hormone that tells the Leydig cells in
  150. 5:48monkey's balls to make T. So, high
  151. 5:50cortisol leads directly to lower
  152. 5:52testosterone. Normal cortisol levels are
  153. 5:54fine. It is an important hormone to wake
  154. 5:56you up in the morning, manage your
  155. 5:58energy levels, and handle real threats.
  156. 6:00But, chronically high cortisol from
  157. 6:02stress that never switches off is not
  158. 6:04fine. So, the goal is restoring the
  159. 6:06natural rhythm. Here's what will make
  160. 6:08the biggest difference for monkey in
  161. 6:09order of effectiveness. Sleep is number
  162. 6:11one. Poor sleep directly raises cortisol
  163. 6:14the next day. If monkey has not realized
  164. 6:16it yet, sleep is the most important
  165. 6:17thing in his entire life. Second is the
  166. 6:20morning and night light pattern. Monkey
  167. 6:22needs to get bright light early in the
  168. 6:24day as this sets the healthy cortisol
  169. 6:26rhythm. He should also cut screens at
  170. 6:28night as these keep cortisol level
  171. 6:30elevated when it should be falling. And
  172. 6:32third is slow breathing. Long exhales
  173. 6:35and around five to six breaths per
  174. 6:36minute for a few minutes each day shifts
  175. 6:38monkey from fight or flight mode into
  176. 6:40rest and digest mode. Breathing may
  177. 6:42sound like woo key do key advice, but it
  178. 6:44actually measurably lowers cortisol and
  179. 6:46heart rate. So, for the next 30 days,
  180. 6:49monkey needs to track these five habits.
  181. 6:51Get 7 to 9 hours of sleep each night.
  182. 6:53Train his muscles three times per week.
  183. 6:55Cut down on his alcohol. Keep a 300 to
  184. 6:58500 calorie deficit. And track his
  185. 7:00weight. And finally, practice slow
  186. 7:02breathing to reduce his stress. Monkey
  187. 7:05can track all of these habits in the
  188. 7:06Monkey app. It's built to be fun so that
  189. 7:09monkey stays consistent. Over 3,026
  190. 7:12monkeys rate it five stars and some even
  191. 7:14say it changed their life. Monkey can
  192. 7:16download it by tapping the link in the
  193. 7:17description or pinned comment. If you do
  194. 7:19this, he will notice massive changes to
  195. 7:21his energy, mood, and sex drive. And
  196. 7:24maybe monkey might even get lucky. Who
  197. 7:26knows? But, what he does know is that
  198. 7:28whatever happens, he will always stay
  199. 7:31monkey.
