4. 0:06The B stands for beta, which is how
5. 0:08much the stock moves compared to the
6. 0:10general market. If the beta is one,
7. 0:12it's the same as the market. Above one
8. 0:14it moves more strongly, and below one
9. 0:16it moves more calmly. I look for
10. 0:18between 0.5 and 2. Google has 1.23. Now
11. 0:22the R for RSI goes from 0 to 100 and
12. 0:25tells you if the stock is overbought or
13. 0:29oversold. Above 70 it's overbought,
14. 0:31meaning it could be expensive. Below 30
15. 0:34it's oversold. I am more demanding and
16. 0:37look for less than 25. Google is at 45,
17. 0:40not yet. And the M for gross margin. If
18. 0:43a company sells something for $ 100 and
19. 0:45making it costs 50, it has 50 left. The
20. 0:48margin is 50%. I look for more than 45%
21. 0:52, Google has 61%. It passes. Watch out
22. 0:55for two things. The RSI doesn't tell
23. 0:57you what the company is worth and the
24. 0:59margin changes a lot by sector. This is
25. 1:01my first filter, not the only one. I
26. 1:03look for these three data points on
27. 1:05free sites like Stock Analysis or
28. 1:07investing.com. Save this for your next
