Nikke Beginner Guide | Tips for a Strong Account — Transcript

2. 0:01Goddess Victory Nikke video, and this is
3. 0:03a guide for new players. I see you, all
4. 0:05of you Lycoris Recoil fans. So, I'm
5. 0:07going to give you five things that you
6. 0:09should not do so you don't brick your
7. 0:11account, and then five things that you
8. 0:13absolutely should do. So, hopefully
9. 0:15these 10 tips really help you develop a
10. 0:17strong account from the very beginning.
11. 0:19The first one we're going to get to
12. 0:21needs to be in the Outpost, okay? And
13. 0:24that is the Synchro, all right? Most of
14. 0:27you guys have probably seen this, or if
15. 0:28you haven't already, definitely look
16. 0:30into it, okay? It does explain this to
17. 0:32you at some point, but the big thing
18. 0:34here is that you should not level more
19. 0:37than five units. Under no circumstances
20. 0:39should you ever level more than five
21. 0:42units at a time. Now, that's not because
22. 0:44you'll never use more than five units,
23. 0:46but that's because you have the Synchro,
24. 0:48which will automatically make all of
25. 0:52your other units that are in the Synchro
26. 0:54equal to whatever your five highest
27. 0:56levels are, okay? Now, as far as the
28. 0:58actual mechanics of putting units in
29. 1:00here, it's pretty simple. You just
30. 1:02choose what you want to put in to sync,
31. 1:04and you will unlock more slots of these
32. 1:06as you progress through the game. Now, I
33. 1:08have a ton of these slots unlocked.
34. 1:09Eventually, you can buy more, but don't
35. 1:12buy any slots for gems initially. You'll
36. 1:14get free ones as you go through the
37. 1:15campaign,
38. 1:17and you don't need that many units
39. 1:18leveled up at a time right away, okay?
40. 1:20So, just remember you have the Synchro,
41. 1:23only level five units at a time. Now, if
42. 1:26you have already leveled more than five
43. 1:27units at a time, don't panic. It's not
44. 1:30the end of the world. We're going to go
45. 1:32to our Nikkes here, and let me show you
46. 1:34something. So, I'm going to go down here
47. 1:36to some Nikkes that I don't have in the
48. 1:38Synchro. We'll go with Cocoa,
49. 1:41our little pink-haired maid, and you can
50. 1:44see I can upgrade. So, I can level her
51. 1:45up, and we'll go ahead and do that, get
52. 1:47her to level two. Oh, no, I just wasted
53. 1:50credits and battle data. It's okay. You
54. 1:52can always reset the level right here.
55. 1:54So, I can go to level reset, reset. So,
56. 1:57if you have leveled more than five units
57. 1:58already, again, just go reset them, and
58. 2:01then that means you can push the level
59. 2:02further on your other units.
60. 2:05Um,
61. 2:06you know, just big takeaways, only level
62. 2:07five units and then put everyone else in
63. 2:09the Synchro that you're using. And you
64. 2:10can swap units in and out of the Synchro
65. 2:12freely without, you know, losing
66. 2:14anything. So, not a big deal. One thing
67. 2:17to keep in mind is that your top five
68. 2:19units that you have leveled are going to
69. 2:20be in the Synchro permanently once you
70. 2:23get past level 200. That is a long ways
71. 2:26out, so just don't worry about that, and
72. 2:27then you can always just choose to reset
73. 2:30and put like your five units that you
74. 2:31want to be leveled for forever.
75. 2:33That's way down the road. All right. The
76. 2:35next thing is about summons,
77. 2:37and that is here in the recruit. And we
78. 2:40of course have a rate up banner here for
79. 2:41Chisato, and then we have the standard
80. 2:45banner. Now, you'll also see like a paid
81. 2:47banner and some things that I've already
82. 2:48completed that you might see on here.
83. 2:50Those aren't particularly important. You
84. 2:51got your friendship banner. Do your
85. 2:53pulls on here when you have enough
86. 2:55currency to do that. It's just free
87. 2:56summons, right? But the summit the
88. 2:59standard banner here, okay? You can see
89. 3:01we have different currencies up at the
90. 3:02top here. You can either use gems, or
91. 3:05you can use these blue tickets. Only use
92. 3:08the blue tickets, okay? Do not use gems
93. 3:11on standard banner under any
94. 3:13circumstances, okay? Now, at the very
95. 3:15beginning, if you use gems for a few
96. 3:17pulls here and there just to build up
97. 3:19your roster, it's not a big deal, but
98. 3:21really be careful with that. You don't
99. 3:23want to do more than you absolutely have
100. 3:25to, okay? Really, you're going to only
101. 3:27use your blue tickets here. You'll get a
102. 3:29lot of them, and you can put units here
103. 3:32on the wish list for units that you want
104. 3:34to get. Don't worry about that. You
105. 3:36won't have the wish list immediately,
106. 3:37but you will unlock it, okay?
107. 3:40Uh, what you want to use your rainbow
108. 3:41tickets for is the rate up banners,
109. 3:43okay? As well as your gems. Here is
110. 3:46where you use your gems on the rate up
111. 3:48banner, okay?
112. 3:50Uh, the other thing is something that
113. 3:52you may have heard of a lot about if
114. 3:54you're like looking around on internet
115. 3:56or whatever, like, "Hey, we got new
116. 3:57favorite items, okay?" Don't worry about
117. 3:59favorite items, okay? Favorite items
118. 4:02are only for specific units, and we'll
119. 4:05use, uh, Helm. Where's my girl Helm?
120. 4:09Um, right here. Um,
121. 4:11Helm is one of the units that has a
122. 4:13favorite item, and we can see it over
123. 4:14here in the upper left, okay? Here is
124. 4:16her favorite item, and people are like,
125. 4:18"How do I get favorite items? What's the
126. 4:20best favorite item? What do I level up?"
127. 4:22Favorite items are for like end game
128. 4:26players that have had units sitting
129. 4:27around for literally years that are
130. 4:29maxed out, and then they can get a
131. 4:30favorite item, okay? There are
132. 4:32requirements to get limit breaks, and
133. 4:34then affection level up, okay? So, you
134. 4:36need the two stars, and you need your
135. 4:39affection rank up here to be able to get
136. 4:41the favorite item. And again, there are
137. 4:43only certain units that have favorite
138. 4:45items, and those come from collection
139. 4:48items,
140. 4:50which are these, these collectibles,
141. 4:53okay? And we'll talk about these in a
142. 4:54second. I made a whole tutorial on
143. 4:57favorite items and collectibles. Link in
144. 4:59the description to for that if you're
145. 5:01really curious, but again, that is far
146. 5:03out in the future, so just don't worry
147. 5:04about it, okay?
148. 5:06The other thing is don't worry about
149. 5:07overloads. We can stay here on Dorothy
150. 5:09to talk about overloads. You can see all
151. 5:11of my gear is pink. I also did the
152. 5:13overloads in my Chisato video, in fact,
153. 5:16just because, you know, she's a new
154. 5:17unit. Let's go to Chisato for that
155. 5:20conversation.
156. 5:21Um, and we can see that she has the
157. 5:23overloads right here, okay? So,
158. 5:25overloads again are something that's
159. 5:27going to be pretty far out in the
160. 5:28future, not as far out as favorite
161. 5:29items, but overloads are going to be
162. 5:31pretty far out in the future, and this
163. 5:33is a way to use custom modules to, uh,
164. 5:36permanently upgrade gear and get some
165. 5:38really powerful stat lines on your gear,
166. 5:40okay? But again, don't worry about that.
167. 5:42I also made a full tutorial on how to

169. 5:45that as well if you want to be prepared
170. 5:48and do that. It's my most watched video

175. 5:56Uh, what else do I want to warn you not
176. 5:58to worry about or not to do right now,
177. 6:00okay?
178. 6:01Um,
179. 6:01don't use skill materials. Ooh, this is
180. 6:03a big one. Don't use skill materials on
181. 6:05a bunch of random units, okay? So, let's
182. 6:08say we go to Scarlet here, okay? And I
183. 6:11have her skills all at level 10, okay? I
184. 6:15do want to point out that skill one and
185. 6:17skill two will always use the same
186. 6:18materials to level them, and then your
187. 6:20burst will have a separate material to
188. 6:21level them, okay?
189. 6:23I have those all at level 10. Uh, let's
190. 6:25go to another unit. Um,
191. 6:29like Winter Guiltine. She has all her
192. 6:32skills at level four.
193. 6:34And then we can go back to Chisato, and
194. 6:37I have all her skills at level seven,
195. 6:39okay? Now, I have these skills leveled
196. 6:42up because these are units that I am
197. 6:44using, okay? But these take a lot of
198. 6:47different materials, and these are very
199. 6:49slow to farm. Now, when you start out,
200. 6:52you will feel like you have a lot of
201. 6:54these, and you'll be like, "Let me level
202. 6:55up this unit's skills, level up that
203. 6:57unit's skills." Because you're just
204. 6:58trying out new things, and you feel like
205. 7:00you might as well level up your units,
206. 7:01right? But don't be fooled. You will run
207. 7:04out of these materials, okay? These are
208. 7:06hard to get. It takes a lot of farming.
209. 7:08Trust me. You need to be careful with
210. 7:11these materials. Now, it looks like I
211. 7:12have a ton of them, but again, I am a
212. 7:13day one player. I've gotten everything.
213. 7:16That's not you, okay? Be careful with
214. 7:19those skill materials. Now, there are
215. 7:21limited times when it will allow you to
216. 7:22reset skills, okay? This happens like
217. 7:24once or twice a year. They'll give us a
218. 7:26period where like, "You can reset up to
219. 7:27three units." But this is pretty rare,
220. 7:30okay? And you can only do a limited
221. 7:32amount of units to reset them. So, be
222. 7:34very careful with your skill up
223. 7:36materials, okay? All right. So, those
224. 7:38are our five things not to do, okay?
225. 7:40Hopefully you haven't done too many of
226. 7:41these already. Um, those are things to
227. 7:43look out for.
228. 7:45Now, let's talk about some things that
229. 7:46you should do, okay? And we're going to
230. 7:47go back to the recruit banner, and that
231. 7:50is
232. 7:51these gold mileage tickets, okay? This
233. 7:53is the pity system for Nikke. You don't
234. 7:56have a standard pity system like in a
235. 7:57lot of games where if you like pull the
236. 7:59unit 10 times and you're guaranteed to
237. 8:01get it, or like give it a 50/50 chance,
238. 8:02something like that. The gold mileage
239. 8:04tickets are used to redeem the unit,
240. 8:07okay? And every time you do a multi
241. 8:09summon, you will get 10 of these
242. 8:11tickets. Once you have 200 of them, you
243. 8:14can use it to exchange for the rate up
244. 8:18unit. So, if we go to the shop,
245. 8:21I believe
246. 8:23which which shop is it? Let's see.
247. 8:26Uh, this one.
248. 8:27For instance, the current rate up is
249. 8:29Chisato, so we can go and get a copy of
250. 8:32her if we had 200 gold tickets. Now, you
251. 8:35can save up past 200 gold tickets, okay?
252. 8:37So, you can save up to 200, 400, 600,
253. 8:401,000, whatever. It doesn't matter,
254. 8:42okay? And then you can use those gold
255. 8:44tickets on any rate up banner. So, if I
256. 8:47don't want to use them on Chisato, I can
257. 8:48use them on the next rate up unit. Or if
258. 8:50I don't want to use any for a year, I
259. 8:52can use them, and I can use
260. 8:54400 of them on the same unit. It doesn't
261. 8:56matter, okay? So, this is a amazing
262. 8:58resource that you can use to target the
263. 9:00unit that you want, okay? So, if you get
264. 9:02to a unit that you're really really
265. 9:04wanting, you can just literally never
266. 9:06pull for them by using any gems or
267. 9:08rainbow tickets, and go straight to gold
268. 9:09tickets, and get yourself that unit,
269. 9:11okay? Gold tickets are extremely
270. 9:13valuable,
271. 9:15and they are what you want to save for
272. 9:18recruit. So, what are you actually
273. 9:19saving for? Well, one of them is going
274. 9:21to be limited time units, such as our
275. 9:23Lycoris Recoil units, okay? So, if
276. 9:26you're a big fan,
277. 9:27use them on the Lycoris Recoil units,
278. 9:29okay? That said, duplicates are not a
279. 9:31big deal. Now, they matter for some
280. 9:34units more than others, okay? So, you'll
281. 9:37see that I have like core four on
282. 9:41Modernia. That means that I've gotten a
283. 9:43total of eight Modernias to get that.
284. 9:45You This will go up to a maximum of core
285. 9:47seven. And before you have core one,
286. 9:50two, three, four, five, six, seven,
287. 9:51you'll have limit breaks, which are the
288. 9:53stars. So, you get your first base copy,
289. 9:55and then you'll get one star, two star,
290. 9:56three star, and then you'll start going
291. 9:58up on cores. These all give you slightly
292. 10:00more stats and they will unlock the
293. 10:02affection levels that you can get to.
294. 10:04Each one will give you 10 more
295. 10:06until you reach max limit break.
296. 10:09But it's fairly negligible stats and
297. 10:11again, limit breaks will matter for some
298. 10:13units more than others, but just as a
299. 10:17whole, it's not a big deal. Don't feel
300. 10:19like you need to limit break all of your
301. 10:21units, okay? If you get to maximum
302. 10:23break, then you get their lobby
303. 10:24wallpapers. If you're a big fan of the
304. 10:25unit, great. Or if you just want to go
305. 10:28for it, fine. But really [music]
306. 10:31especially for free-to-play players or
307. 10:33low spenders, just don't worry about
308. 10:34limit breaks, okay? So
309. 10:36don't worry about it. Save your unit
310. 10:38your gold tickets for limited time
311. 10:40units, which could be these Liter Recoil
312. 10:42units. The other thing is for Pilgrims,
313. 10:45which have [music] a lower rate. They
314. 10:47have half the chance of getting than a
315. 10:49normal rate up banner, okay? And often
316. 10:52times Pilgrims are released during big
317. 10:53events such as anniversaries. We're
318. 10:56going to have our 3.5 anniversary coming
319. 10:58up in a couple months. And also on New
320. 11:01Year's Day, often times there's a
321. 11:02Pilgrim release, okay? Those are the
322. 11:04times that you want to use your gold
323. 11:05tickets. Limited time collaborations and
324. 11:08Pilgrims on anniversaries, okay? All
325. 11:10right, hopefully I've driven that home.
326. 11:12Be careful with your gold tickets. Now
327. 11:13might be the right time to use it if
328. 11:15you're a big Liter Recoil fan, but just
329. 11:16be careful with that and duplicates
330. 11:18aren't a big deal. Okay, the next thing
331. 11:20is in the shop. Let's go to the shop.
332. 11:22And I'm not talking about the cash shop.
333. 11:23I'm not going to talk about making
334. 11:24actual purchases. If you're a whale or
335. 11:26you want to spend on things, that's up
336. 11:28to you. I'm not really going to like
337. 11:29touch on that, okay?
338. 11:31So for the shop, there's a few things to
339. 11:33keep in mind. Always get Core Dust,
340. 11:37okay? You can see Core Dust is right
341. 11:39here. If you see Core Dust in the shop,
342. 11:41buy it. This is actually a bad example
343. 11:43cuz this is for gems. Never use gems for
344. 11:46anything in the shop, okay? Just like
345. 11:47pretend that gems don't exist here.
346. 11:49You're only going to use your gems on
347. 11:51the rate up banners that I talked about
348. 11:53already, okay?
349. 11:54Um but a lot of times you'll buy things
350. 11:56for credits or other like farmable
351. 11:58currencies that you'll see, okay? So
352. 12:01when you see Core Dust, always get Core
353. 12:03Dust. You'll also see Core Dust boxes in
354. 12:05the event shops. When you go to Liter
355. 12:07Recoil event, you can buy Core Dust.
356. 12:09Always get Core Dust. Never buy Battle
357. 12:12Data. Battle Data is a waste. There will
358. 12:13be times when you're temporarily
359. 12:15bottlenecked by Battle Data. Don't be
360. 12:17tempted to buy Battle Data, okay? That
361. 12:19will fix itself. Just keep progressing.
362. 12:21Core Dust is the bottleneck. This is
363. 12:23more important than anything. Credits
364. 12:25can also be somewhat of a bottleneck cuz
365. 12:27you can use credits for everything,
366. 12:29whether it's leveling up your equipment
367. 12:30or your units or whatever.
368. 12:32Um but still
369. 12:33uh don't really go for credits too much
370. 12:35unless you've already gotten all the
371. 12:37Core Dust, but credits are a big deal,
372. 12:39okay? So right here we can see that this
373. 12:41cost zero. You're going to get them at
374. 12:43least one thing daily for zero. So you
375. 12:45can go ahead and grab that. And then I
376. 12:47don't think you get this right away, but
377. 12:48you will get a free reset. Don't forget
378. 12:50about resetting the shop. A lot of
379. 12:51people forget this. Um so I'm going to
380. 12:53go ahead and reset. And you can see ooh,
381. 12:56sweet. I got Core Dust, okay? So I'm
382. 12:58going to grab Core Dust. Also, it reset
383. 13:00everything else and now we can see that
384. 13:02there's Core Dust available for credits.
385. 13:05And this is something that I want to
386. 13:06buy, okay? So I'm going to buy this for
387. 13:08credits. Always get Core Dust. Just
388. 13:11don't to use your gems, okay?
389. 13:13Um what else in the shop? Uh we talked
390. 13:16about Core Dust, using the refresh. Oh,
391. 13:18and let's just kind of go through these.
392. 13:20Um so here, this is uh batteries to
393. 13:23level up your cubes. And this is a type
394. 13:26of equipment you'll get. I won't get
395. 13:27into the cubes. It's going to be too
396. 13:28much in the weeds, out of the scope of
397. 13:29this video. But you're going to get
398. 13:31these cubes over time and the two that
399. 13:32you want to level right away are going
400. 13:34to be Resilience Cube and Bastion Cube.
401. 13:37You have a bunch of other cubes in here.
402. 13:39Some of them are good, some of them are
403. 13:40really good are bad. But Resilience Cube
404. 13:42and Bastion Cube are by far the best and
405. 13:45most universal use and all of the top
406. 13:47ranked players are going to be using
407. 13:49these, okay? So
408. 13:51when you get this currency, this is from
409. 13:52raids and stuff, which again out of
410. 13:55scope of the video, but level up these
411. 13:57two. These are the ones that you want to
412. 13:58buy, okay? Ignore the other stuff.
413. 14:00Ignore the copies of these units.
414. 14:02They're not really that great. Just
415. 14:04level up Resilience and or Bastion Cube.
416. 14:08Probably focus on one of the other
417. 14:10uh at the beginning.
418. 14:12Um what else? Uh let's go to the next
419. 14:16shop. Um okay, as far as this shop goes,
420. 14:18for this currency, um this you'll just
421. 14:21get over time for like after you do a
422. 14:23bunch of pulls, you'll get these body
423. 14:24labels, um duplicate units, things like
424. 14:27that. Uh
425. 14:28I would always buy the discount thing
426. 14:31unless it is re-energy. So in this case,
427. 14:33I don't want to buy this. You're going
428. 14:34to get a ton of re-energy. Don't bother
429. 14:37buying it here in the shop, okay?
430. 14:39The other thing that you want to buy, so
431. 14:41again, buy the discount if it's not
432. 14:43re-energy. This will change daily. The
433. 14:44other thing you want to buy is this high
434. 14:46quality access record, okay? This is
435. 14:48going to give you more SSR units. This
436. 14:51is going to build out your roster, okay?
437. 14:55So this is really, really good. You're
438. 14:56going to get fragments of these. Buy
439. 14:58those. Particularly at the beginning,
440. 15:00this is a really, really good thing to
441. 15:02buy.
442. 15:04Um in here, buy your elemental things.
443. 15:07Um these are your uh
444. 15:10your things for leveling up skills. So
445. 15:12you're going to want to get these. And
446. 15:14never buy equipment in here. Don't buy
447. 15:15equipment. Don't buy equipment, okay?
448. 15:16You'll get equipment for progressing in
449. 15:18the game. Um we already looked at this
450. 15:20shop. Uh
451. 15:21I should say you'll get these black
452. 15:22tickets on the normal banners. So these
453. 15:24are equivalent to the gold tickets,
454. 15:26except it's only going to be used for a
455. 15:28limited pool of the standard banner
456. 15:30units. And you can just use these on
457. 15:33whatever units you want to level up
458. 15:34more, okay? I would just basically save
459. 15:36these initially.
460. 15:39Probably don't use them for anything for
461. 15:40a while, but it's not a big deal on who
462. 15:42you choose in that case.
463. 15:44Um you're going to get your recycling
464. 15:46shop. This is for co-op. Again, always
465. 15:48get Core Dust, okay? I've already bought
466. 15:50all of this.
467. 15:51Um this is a good thing to buy. Gems,
468. 15:53obviously, and then these two things,
469. 15:55okay?
470. 15:56Um and then you can go for credits
471. 15:58towards the end and don't really worry
472. 15:59about anything. And never buy the Battle
473. 16:01Data, okay?
474. 16:03Um this is the exchange shop. Don't
475. 16:05worry about this. You won't need this
476. 16:06for a while, but yeah. Okay, so that is
477. 16:09the shop tip. Okay, our fourth tip on
478. 16:11things to do is some battle tips, okay?
479. 16:15So let's actually go into the shooting
480. 16:17range and let's talk about combat a
481. 16:19little bit really quickly.
482. 16:22So you can see I have a team set up
483. 16:24here, okay? And the first thing when
484. 16:26you're making a team is you want to
485. 16:28think about how you've arranged your
486. 16:29units, okay? So unit order matters for
487. 16:32who you want to burst with. So if you
488. 16:35have your burst on auto,
489. 16:38which 99% of people are probably going
490. 16:40to have, okay? Um your burst will
491. 16:43resolve or activate in left to right
492. 16:46order, okay?
493. 16:47So if you have a burst that is uh if you
494. 16:50have more than one unit that is of the
495. 16:52same burst, it's going to resolve the
496. 16:54left one first, okay? So in this case,
497. 16:56you can see I have Cinderella as a burst
498. 16:59three, I have Snow White as a burst
499. 17:02three, and I have Helm as a burst three.
500. 17:04So that means when I get into full
501. 17:05burst, the first one that's going to
502. 17:06happen is Cinderella, okay?
503. 17:09Then on the second time, Cinderella is
504. 17:11going to be on cool down and then Snow
505. 17:12White is going to burst the second time,
506. 17:14okay?
507. 17:15Then on the third time, is it going to
508. 17:17be Helm? No, it's not going to be Helm
509. 17:18because now they have both refreshed. So
510. 17:21the first one that can activate is going
511. 17:23to be Cinderella. And so it's going to
512. 17:24keep activating or it'll activate
513. 17:26Cinderella, then Snow White, then
514. 17:27Cinderella, then Snow White. And Helm
515. 17:28will never burst. So the order of your
516. 17:31units are going to matter, okay? And
517. 17:33that's going to be the same for other
518. 17:35burst, too. If I had multiple burst
519. 17:36ones, say let's just pretend Helm was a
520. 17:39burst one, okay?
521. 17:41Rouge is going to burst. Helm won't
522. 17:43burst. Rouge only has a 20-second cool
523. 17:45down, so she's just going to burst every
524. 17:46single time. And again, Helm would never
525. 17:48burst, okay? Make sense?
526. 17:50The other thing about positioning
527. 17:52will uh oops, let's actually go into the
528. 17:56shooting range.
529. 17:58The other thing about um
530. 18:00positioning is that some units will have
531. 18:02specific
532. 18:04conditions, okay? And uh Rouge happens
533. 18:08to be one of them. She's only going to
534. 18:09activate certain abilities of hers if
535. 18:12she is in the {quote} back row,
536. 18:16which is going to be your uh second or
537. 18:19fourth position here in the lineup,
538. 18:22okay? So if we switch units, we can see
539. 18:25that if I go to uh Cinderella, we kind
540. 18:28of move forward and then we pull back.
541. 18:29If we go to Rouge, we move forward
542. 18:32again. If I go to Snow White and then we
543. 18:35pull back.
544. 18:36Oops, went to a burst.
545. 18:39And then we pull back if we go to Crown
546. 18:43and then we'll go forward with Helm. So
547. 18:45your uh
548. 18:47first, third, and fifth units are going
549. 18:51to be your front row and your second and
550. 18:54third units are your back row. Now 99%
551. 18:57of the time this doesn't matter, but
552. 18:58there are some units that will have a
553. 19:00position specific thing, so keep that in
554. 19:02mind. Also, generally the unit on the
555. 19:05far left will be the first thing to

558. 19:11taunting or units that are reloading or
559. 19:13whatever, there are a lot of things that
560. 19:14are happening. But by default, the unit
561. 19:17on the far left will get targeted first.
562. 19:19This is more important for PvP than PvE,
563. 19:22but keep that in mind. Things will be
564. 19:23targeted typically from left to right
565. 19:26order.
566. 19:28Something else that is really important
567. 19:30on
568. 19:32uh
569. 19:33fighting is quick charging, okay? So
570. 19:35over here on the right-hand side, you
571. 19:36have your burst gauge. Hopefully all of
572. 19:38you guys know that already. If you were
573. 19:40using a unit with a charge weapon such
574. 19:42as a rocket launcher or a sniper rifle,
575. 19:46you can either
576. 19:49hold
577. 19:51to charge
578. 19:53and then release to fire.
579. 19:55But you don't have to charge all the
580. 19:56way. So watch the little gauge over
581. 19:58there on the right, okay? It's a little
582. 20:00orange gauge on the right. As I hold it,
583. 20:02it builds up and then I release and it
584. 20:04fires. That's how much I'm charging,
585. 20:05okay? But I don't have to go to max. You
586. 20:07can quick fire by just going tap tap
587. 20:11tap tap tap tap, okay? And if you quick
588. 20:15fire like this with a rocket launcher or
589. 20:17a sniper rifle, it will build your burst
590. 20:20faster, okay? So this is something that
591. 20:22you want to do a lot of the time. Now
592. 20:23some units incentivize you going to full
593. 20:26charge all the time,
594. 20:27but if not, and sometimes it's good to
595. 20:30anyway, just quick charge. Tap tap tap
596. 20:32cuz the faster you can go into burst,
597. 20:34the better, okay? Um also, when you're
598. 20:38charging,
599. 20:39even if you're not doing quick charging,
600. 20:41the unit that you're actually looking at
601. 20:43is going to get a burst charge bonus,
602. 20:47okay? So you're going to fill more with
603. 20:49the unit you were actually looking at or
604. 20:51controlling. Even if you're on auto or
605. 20:52manual, it doesn't matter, okay?
606. 20:54So this is going to be really impactful
607. 20:56for again, rocket launchers and sniper
608. 20:58rifles because they charge more than the
609. 21:00other weapon types. So by default, I
610. 21:02would always look at a rocket launcher
611. 21:05or sniper rifle
612. 21:07and in a lot of cases, I would do the
613. 21:10quick charging by tapping, okay? Uh one
614. 21:13last thing, we're only have 7 seconds
615. 21:15left in the battle here. Don't forget
616. 21:17you can take cover, okay? You will see
617. 21:19projectiles. So if you tap the unit down
618. 21:21here that you're looking at, or if
619. 21:23you're playing on PC, hit space bar, you
620. 21:25can take cover and this is really
621. 21:26valuable for some projectiles or bombs
622. 21:28that will try and hit you. Don't forget
623. 21:30you can take cover and dodge powerful
624. 21:33attacks. That's going to be something
625. 21:34really important to do in a lot of
626. 21:36difficult battles.
627. 21:38Now the last tip I can give you
628. 21:41is just push campaign, okay? So you got
629. 21:45your main story here for campaign right
630. 21:47here.
631. 21:48Just do this. More than any other game
632. 21:50mode, just keep pushing campaign. Now
633. 21:53obviously, you want to try and do your
634. 21:54daily missions and you're going to have
635. 21:56the event going on over here and a lot
636. 21:58of things happening, but when in doubt,
637. 22:00push campaign. This is what's going to
638. 22:02get you greater resources for taking
639. 22:04things from the outpost. It's going to
640. 22:06level that up. This is what's going to
641. 22:08unlock new features.
642. 22:10It's just the best thing you can do.
643. 22:12Push campaign, push campaign. Um
644. 22:15complete your day-by-day missions. If we
645. 22:17go to event, okay?
646. 22:19As a new player, complete your
647. 22:20day-by-day, complete your Alice diary,
648. 22:23and complete your Road by Villain. These
649. 22:25will give you a ton of resources as well
650. 22:28as free units and this is going to give
651. 22:31you a massive boost as you're going
652. 22:33through your initial days and weeks of
653. 22:37Nikke. This is going to be really really
654. 22:38helpful, but remember, you'll feel like
655. 22:40you have a lot of stuff from this and
656. 22:42then that goes away. So like I said
657. 22:43before, be careful with those resources.
658. 22:45And then just click the red dots. If you
659. 22:48see a red dot, click on it and claim the
660. 22:50things or go do that activity. If when
661. 22:52in doubt, if you don't know what to do,
662. 22:53find red dots and tap them, okay?
663. 22:56Uh that's all I have for you. One thing
664. 22:58actually, I do want to go back really
665. 23:00quick and point out that I forgot to
666. 23:02mention. This isn't another tip, this is
667. 23:04what I should have talked about on the
668. 23:06standard banner, okay?
669. 23:08You will have a mileage redemption that
670. 23:11you can use here. I don't have it
671. 23:13because I've already completed it. I'll
672. 23:15put a screenshot up here so you can see
673. 23:17it, but there are five units that you
674. 23:18can redeem, okay? And that's going to be
675. 23:20Liter, Helm, Naga, Alice, and Tia, okay?
676. 23:24Go for Liter first. Liter is super super
677. 23:26valuable. Pick Liter first. After you
678. 23:29get a copy of Liter, then I would go for
679. 23:31Helm. That's your second most important
680. 23:32one. And then, depending on where you're
681. 23:34at, if you need more attackers or you
682. 23:37need more burst twos, I would go for
683. 23:39either Naga or Alice. And then the least
684. 23:42important one, the last one you're going
685. 23:43to grab is Tia. She's not a bad unit,
686. 23:46but she's probably the least useful of
687. 23:48those five. All right. Hopefully this
