0:02video I just thought I'd share another
0:04one of our warm-hearted family moments
0:07and exciting stories of being on family
0:11locked down shelter in place [ __ ] on
0:14orders from the mayor and the governor
0:17and the president and all that so I was
0:21going to get into the shower last night
0:23and after all the applause died down
0:26right before I shut the door I said and
0:29don't be picking the damn lock koala men
0:31there and popping up out of nowhere and
0:33giving me a damn heart attack and from a
0:36bar dark corner of the living room came
0:39a voice that said why the hell would I
0:42do that
0:42it was my damn husband he still thinks I
0:45go around pining after him after all
0:48these years I said I wasn't talking to
0:51you damn it right before I slammed the
0:53door and traditional Kimberley style and
0:56turning on the shower to be in the
0:59blissfulness of the running water
1:01temporarily relieved of granny duties
1:04but yeah that's the extent of our
1:07exciting [ __ ] going on around here
1:10the video I'm playing right now at the
1:12first of this video is of course is
1:14asshat flippin his [ __ ] while nosy
1:18neighbor Nate and nosey has said in
1:20Jessa please don't get your feelings all
1:22hurt on behalf of Nate I am kidding
1:25but while nosey neighbor Nate is showin
1:29the police officer the security video
1:32and shed the reason I'm showing this is
1:34because Nicholas says in his interview
1:37that [ __ ] was attempting to cover
1:39the upper left of Nate's TV screen from
1:43not only of the officer but from his
1:45view too and Nick said I had to keep
1:48moving because of this so I don't see
1:51that and the only reason I point this
1:54out is because Nick is seen on the
1:57officers body cam coming into the house
1:59just as lunk head was leaving so I'm not
2:03calling Nick a liar or anything up the
2:06sort he could have very well been in the
2:08house
2:08and behind the officer walked out and
2:11then come back in in fact this is likely
2:13the case I just want you to know that my
2:17gumshoe skills picked up on this so you
2:21know it's just a little bragging on my
2:23part but and then while I was editing
2:26this video I'm pretty sure I saw Nick
2:30there in Nate's house he was holding
2:32this little sister standing next to
2:35Nicole and I'm pretty sure that it's
2:38next damnit I have to admit again that
2:42I'm wrong this is hard for me but I'll
2:45do it cuz I try to be all artists and
2:48[ __ ] but yeah so Nick apparently
2:52sometime walked out and then came back
2:55in so never mind all that [ __ ] god
2:58dammit also the original of this
3:01interview with Nicholas with his mother
3:04is actually video recorded in the police
3:07station and I just extracted it
3:10extracted I'm my mouth is full of
3:13marbles again extracted the video or the
3:16audio from it because the video quality
3:19was horrible and right before the video
3:22went to black it was flashing off and on
3:26and all the psychedelic colors something
3:29fierce and it was about to trigger me
3:32into a seizure or a stroke so that [ __ ]
3:35just wasn't going to fly plus it would
3:38be boring for y'all to look at while I
3:40am err on and on so as I said I just
3:44extracted the audio portion and gave
3:46y'all something else to look at plus it
3:49made it easier for me to clean up or
3:52make cleaner the audio cutting out the
3:54really long pauses and [ __ ] some of it's
3:57still hard to hear though when they
3:59mumble or maybe they aren't mumbling but
4:02that's what I usually accuse people of
4:04doing because I don't want any where my
4:06hearing aid it's not a bandit II thing I
4:09just don't like [ __ ] touch of my body I
4:12think it's the fibro crap but that
4:15includes
4:15clothes but
4:17Sheetz classes my own hair every damn
4:20thing
4:20so I edited out all of the tedious
4:24[ __ ] the arms a toss and horse [ __ ]
4:26like that I am working on some stuff for
4:29the Gannon stout case trying to put
4:32stuff into some semblance a border for
4:35you guys and it's quite the undertaking
4:37so in order to tide you over
4:40I've cleaned up this Nick Atkinson
4:42interview I'm not sure of ACTA centers
4:45really his last name like his mom but

4:49and perhaps you've seen this before on
4:52another channel long ago but I took out
4:54all the tedious bits and bobs but at the
4:57same time I took away nothing from the
5:00interview itself do you really want to

5:07what they're gonna say I thought not so

5:13husband tells me so all the time in
5:16addition near the end of this interview
5:18Nicole is sitting there chatting with
5:21detective Baum over she mentions a news
5:24interview that she did that she wishes
5:27she hadn't have done because they did
5:29not do it she had asked well imagine
5:32that
5:32so this interview at the police station
5:35with Nicholas was done August 20th
5:39the only other interview I found with
5:41Nicole Atkinson in it was the Nightline
5:44when she did the other times I saw her
5:47on the news was at the beginning of this
5:50whole fiasco and they were just doing
5:52quick sound bites for the news the
5:55Nightline story ran on the night of the
5:5819th then was posted around 5:00 a.m. on
6:01the Taniya
6:02on the ABC to go app and their web site
6:06so I'm confident this is the one she's
6:09speaking of and I would play it at the
6:11end but ABC is very strict with their
6:14stuff and I don't want to get a damn
6:16copyright strike therefore I will post a
6:20link to this news story with Nicole

6:29remember Shannon saying once and one of
6:32her videos that a friend of her son had
6:35a crush on her and always thought she
6:38meant a little boy but now I think it
6:40was Nick she was talking about and I
6:42just think that's really sweet and cute

8:17and a few times okay and then we call a
8:20Kris and Kris said des you don't play

8:29okay good good after that we called what
8:35mom called one of her friends and told
8:37what was going
8:38and then they called Chris and Chris
8:40told them that she was I don't remember

9:24garage door so to trigger it and it
9:26triggered and then was disarmed okay
9:29post amplitude the garage door purposely

9:34purposely because I figured if she's
9:36asleep and getting hers to the door
9:38usual I would definitely a growl and
9:40then she had been at work so then me and
9:44mom Chris called us and said to leave
9:47the house alone and also asked us not
9:51call the cops or kicked the door open or
9:52anything you said that a little foam yes
9:54you heard it yourself
9:56he called back and said that you
10:00yes he did and then after that we
10:04perceive it we told we told him that we
10:06weren't there because we didn't want you

12:17upstairs and then when I came upstairs I
12:19figured something was up in some was and
12:22I so I instantly went over the couch and
12:24start moving pillows and I found

15:13tried to interest the baby's own

15:29baby birthday covers most of you know we
15:32were all on speaker and her mom on
15:33speaker Kathy was on speaker we're going
15:35to out yeah because they were telling me
15:37places to look first up I may not have
15:39thought of okay and then after that they
15:42started going through the phone and I
15:44didn't want to go through anything else
15:45because if they were somewhere in the
15:47house I didn't want to go through stuff
15:49in front of Chris turn so I am I went to
15:52the basement and I went through to
15:55pretty much I looked under the bed
15:57what opened they had like a pantry
15:59opened that
16:00and on a why would I open the fridge
16:03freezers and I opened everything down
16:05there but I could get a photo and then
16:09finance I anything so I back up says the
16:11main the main floor and I looked around
16:13and there was nothing mail came
16:15downstairs and then I went upstairs and
16:17pretty much look I looked in all the
16:19closets the rooms under the beds the
16:22restrooms pretty much everything
16:24anything yeah did you in your bedroom
16:26see anything in there at all the bed was
16:29stripped which is mad because I babysat
16:32the kids I dog sat farm and everything
16:36and that that I've never seen not have
16:38so fun it's always had okay she's on it
16:42and they've always kept their room and
16:44pretty good shape and the sheets have
16:47never been on the pool and fellows were
16:48never on the floor
16:49walked in there the pedals crawl floor
16:51the sheets were like the comforter was
16:54sewn into the corner along with another
16:57cop Senshi but the elastic man thing you

17:13denim stairs and walked out of the house
17:15and was out about the carpet

17:27come look at it and I said yeah so I
17:29went over there and we did footage and
17:31then we saw a Chris's truck back out to
17:34the garage to where you kind of see the
17:36back of the truck right and then I could
17:38well quick I would how did his neighbor
17:40become a word I forgot my sermon when
17:44the officer arrives I we were both in
17:47the backyard and I was falling out so
17:49around just trying to help him because
17:51if he found a way to get into the house
17:53I was going to obviously want to go into
17:55to go front door the end of a neighbor's
17:59sauce in the backyard but ran and he

18:03missing and after the I asked my beeps
18:05Tanner and he said now which is some
18:07kind of strange and then that's how he
18:09knew what happened and then he said then
18:13I don't know what the conversation was

18:19and I said okay and then we all pretty
18:21much went back to the crime house and
18:23waited for Chris and then after an
18:25apparent search and everything then he
18:27told me that he has a camera sees
18:29everything so we were putting it was
18:31mean the officer went into the house to
18:33end up with him to the neighbor's house
18:35and watch the footage because at that
18:37point I was really curious and wanted to
18:39know if that was happening because that
18:41we watched the footage and criticized
18:44for the nicer than Chris promised and
18:46that is as we were watching and once we
18:50saw his truck back up but he was you
18:51could tell he was faring something back
18:54there's tricky kept going like this and
18:56getting in front of the car to them from
18:59the view of the TVs to try and prevent

19:06left corner of the screen and some

19:38went and they wrote that me and told me
19:39to go inside and see like look carefully

19:45something did happen so I went inside
19:47and looked around and that's when I came
19:50back out to you and said that I thought
19:52I saw they plan to get rid of
19:56and then after that I believe you in the
