  46. 2:19done to my son Nicholas sheris during
  47. 2:22his murder trial in Media Court Delware
  48. 2:24County Pennsylvania throughout the year
  49. 2:271982 on his behalf I have filed a
  50. 2:30complaint with the Federal Bureau of
  51. 2:32inst investigation for the great
  52. 2:34Injustice that had been done in our
  53. 2:35justice system and because of the
  54. 2:38many civil rights that were denied him
  55. 2:41in our whole family then the harassment
  56. 2:44and the prosecutor had to do which we
  57. 2:47had to
  58. 2:49withstand there was 200 mistakes there
  59. 2:51was 200 mistakes in his whole trial
  60. 2:54there were 38 other mistakes the
  61. 2:55attorney prepared for a motion for new
  62. 2:57trial but only argued two of them
  63. 3:00my son is scheduled to be moved to
  64. 3:03Huntington prison this week oh this is
  65. 3:06Janu oh

  67. 3:10hell in Huntington yeah oh do you

  92. 4:24then they got a black man and sign a
  93. 4:26piece of paper because he was from
  94. 4:28Philadelphia and I was a Philadelphia
  95. 4:31Police Department and detective Martin
  96. 4:33handed me two pieces of paper and they
  97. 4:35left they arrived around 6:30 and they
  98. 4:38left around
  99. 4:419:00 that was a bad night that was a bad

  143. 6:56I got sentenced on your 50th birthday
  144. 6:58remember

  179. 8:41that's coming off there and you drove
  180. 8:43all that all around that area and you
  181. 8:46made this is where husband and stopped
  182. 8:48the police car at the Willow Brook
  183. 8:51shopping center and told him his wife
  184. 8:52was missing at 5:00 yeah and you even
  185. 8:55rote all the times down and everything

  187. 8:59good job I think you did a great job I

  208. 9:59what any of his family fought as hard as

  224. 10:59know the oh you're the Killer's mother
  225. 11:02and yeah I I had to fight so many people
  226. 11:05on ignorance did do you remember
  227. 11:08listening to talk on the radio about you
  228. 11:11that time you said one time you heard
  229. 11:12him on the radio you don't remember
  230. 11:15probably no I don't remember I'm glad

  232. 11:19years yeah but you know what they last
  233. 11:22couple years they've been talking about
  234. 11:24me again and now they don't want to
  235. 11:28credit you for and my mom I know ain't
  236. 11:31that something it's like oh he's doing
  237. 11:32so good but it's not mother of the
  238. 11:34Killer and now I'm the mother
  239. 11:40nobody I would have think I would have
  240. 11:42got a wilky button or something oh at
  241. 11:44least a a kiss or something I love
