0:00Before we go any further, I can't stress
0:02enough, you guys, watch this video right
0:03to the end. Please watch it right to the
0:06end. I go through everything you need to
0:07know to set up and get Pokémon working
0:09TCG Card Shop Simulator. By popular
0:12demand, we are back doing another TCG
0:15Card Shop Simulator tutorial video.
0:17We're going to talk you through how to
0:18install it from the top to the bottom
0:20with all the new updates. There's going
0:21to be things like Pokémon Pocket, many
0:23generations. There's loads of stuff that
0:25It's Summarized done. Please [snorts] go
0:27and show It's Summarized some love.
0:29They've been doing some amazing work
0:30with these mods. And there is a donation
0:32link on their mod page. It's never
0:34required, but it is always appreciated.
0:36So, we're going to go through the mod
0:38manager, every single mod you need, how
0:41to install it, and then at the end of
0:42the video, we're going to go through how
0:44to use the mods. Please watch this to
0:46the end. I'm going to put this at the
0:47beginning as well, just a little
0:49reminder to say watch this video all the
0:50way through. Don't skip it. It's going
0:52to help you. So, please, please, please
0:55watch it all the way through. A few more
0:56little bits real quick. We need to make
0:58sure the game is updated to the latest
1:00version. And if you've attempted to
1:02install any mods or anything like that
1:04before this,
1:06delete them all, uninstall the game, do
1:08a complete fresh install. It works best
1:11if you've got just the base copy of the
1:13game and follow all of these
1:14instructions that are going to be in the
1:15video. So, updated game or fresh
1:19install, make sure there's no mods lying
1:21about. We're going to do some more
1:22videos on how other mods work with the
1:26Pokémon mods, but this video is purely
1:27about Pokémon mods.
1:29So, the first thing you're going to do
1:31is you're going to open up your web
1:32browser. You're going to go to Google
1:35and type in Nexus Mods and search for
1:38TCG Card Shop Simulator.
1:41If you're struggling to find that, all
1:42the links will be in the the description
1:44below. So, you don't really need to do
1:45that, but we had a comment on the video
1:47saying they didn't know how I got to
1:48this point. So, all the links will be
1:50below if you need them. If not, Nexus
1:51Mods, you can find them. You can see the
1:53names clearly on this. So, this is
1:55basically the mod manager. It's
1:56Summarized made this as an offline
1:58manager. So, all of these downloads
2:00downloads will be manual downloads, but
2:02it basically launches the game and
2:04manages the mods, so you don't have to
2:05do anything. It's a fantastic addition
2:08and one that you need to have. So, the
2:09first thing we're going to do is click
2:10manual download. And you'll see if
2:12you've got premium, go faster. That's
2:15great. If not, slow down download. It's
2:17not a very big file anyways. You're
2:19going to download that
2:20and find it in your download folder. It
2:23will be default to wherever your
2:25downloads default to. Mine's defaulted
2:26to here. It'll be a zip file.
2:29You're going to want to right click,
2:32go to extract all, and you're going to
2:33want to extract that to the location of
2:36your choice on any hard drive you want.
2:38Don't keep it in your downloads cuz it
2:40runs everything from this. So, you need
2:41to make sure you put it in a hard drive.
2:43So, I'm going to put mine in my D drive,
2:45select folder, and simply click extract.
2:50Once that's done, it'll open up. You'll
2:52see a folder here, Real TCG Overhaul Mod
2:56Manager.
2:57Open that up, and you'll see a dot exe
3:00file. All we're going to do is run that
3:04dot exe. Now, Windows might pop up with
3:06this, Windows protected your PC. All you
3:09need to do is click more info and run
3:12anyway. This is 100% safe. There is no
3:14viruses. You'll see me running it now.
3:16I've been running this for ages. I've
3:18uninstalled it all from my PC to show
3:20you guys how to do it from scratch.
3:24And there it is. This is the mod
3:26manager.
3:27So, once you've loaded loaded it up,
3:29you'll see in the folder that it was two
3:32folders have been created. So, you've
3:34got your dot exe file there, then you've
3:36got your staging, and you've got
3:38disabled mods. Leave them alone for now.
3:40Don't worry about that.
3:42Open up your mod manager full screen, so
3:44it's easier to see.
3:46Ignore recommended mods. You want to go
3:48straight down to settings.
3:51In here, you want to pick your game
3:53location. This is the first thing. This
3:54is wherever you launch your game from.
3:56It does have auto detect. It will detect
3:59Steam. It will detect Xbox. If you're
4:01not sure how to find that, um just do a
4:03quick Google. It will tell you exactly
4:04what you need to know. It tells you
4:06about the um
4:08your BepInEx, which is the main mod kind
4:11of
4:12um
4:13deployment
4:15software for the game. Probably the
4:17wrong terminology, but you get the
4:18drift. Um down on the bottom here,
4:20you've got a donate or join the Discord.
4:22By It's Samurai has a Discord. I also
4:24have a Discord. Check out both of them.
4:26Uh we help in both.
4:27And if you want to donate to It's
4:28Samurai, I'd highly recommend it. He is
4:30an incredible modder. Incredible modder.
4:32So,
4:34now you've selected your game location.
4:36We don't need to do anything else with
4:38this just now.
4:40So, you can minimize that or close it
4:42down, whichever one you'd rather.
4:45And you want to go to your
4:47Safari
4:48um
4:50Google Chrome, internet [clears throat]
4:51browser, whatever you use to browse the
4:52internet with. And there is going to be
4:54a whole host of mods that you guys need
4:57to download. We're going to go through
4:59every single one. The order does not
5:01matter because the mod manager is going
5:03to install them all, and they will all
5:05be linked below.
5:06So, if you're struggling,
5:08just go to the description below and
5:10make sure you click every single link.
5:12Right click, open a new tab, and
5:14download each part. I'll even link it to
5:16the file section, so you know exactly
5:18where to go.
5:19The first one is the actual Pokémon TCG
5:22Card Shop Expansions. So, we're going to
5:25open up the link. If it puts you to
5:27description, no problem. Go to files.
5:30And then you'll see there is one two
5:33three
5:34four
5:35five six seven eight. Eight files to
5:39download in here. Download all of those
5:42via manual download. The next one is the
5:44collection tracker.
5:47This one
5:48again, go to files,
5:50manual download.
5:53Enhanced binder, go to files, again,
5:57manual download.
5:59Pokémon pocket. This is a brand new one
6:01that was literally released yesterday.
6:04Um
6:04it's in a separate phone app. So, again,
6:07go to files if the link doesn't take you
6:08there.
6:09Manual download the shop app and manual
6:12download Pokémon pocket pocket
6:14expansions.
6:16Download the EPL card animator.
6:20Manual download again.
6:22Download the enhanced prefab loader.
6:24Some of these will say mod manager
6:26download. Do not download that. You need
6:28to download manual download. And it's
6:30only this top one here, this main file.
6:32You don't need the optional file.
6:34So, manual download.
6:37And then you need the enhanced prefab
6:39loader API.
6:41The enhanced prefab loader won't run
6:42without this. So, you've got to make
6:44sure you download that. And again,
6:46manual download.
6:48Now, the EPL demand,
6:50manual download.
6:52Trading overhaul,
6:54manual download.
6:56Holographic overhaul,
6:58manual download.
7:00Don't worry about the old files, just
7:02the main files.
7:04Phone overhaul,
7:06again, main files, manual download.
7:10BepInEx mod manager. This basically lets
7:13you manage the mods from a better menu
7:14than the game provides. So, download
7:16that via manual download.
7:20Preconfigured BepInEx with configuration
7:22manager. This is the cream that holds it
7:25all together, the glue that holds it all
7:27together is probably a better word.
7:29Again, manual download. Do not do mod
7:31manager download.
7:33This one puts some pretty cool TVs
7:35inside your shop. Manual download that.
7:37And finally, you've got your texture
7:39replacer, which is very important for
7:41your textures in the game to become
7:43Pokémon.
7:44Files and again, manual download. So,
7:47once you've downloaded all the files,
7:48I'd recommend putting them in a separate
7:50folder inside your downloads just so you
7:52can keep them all together. Um but,
7:54leave them loose in your downloads if
7:55you want. It doesn't really matter
7:57either way. For organization, I I like
7:58to keep them separate. So, I've created
8:00a folder called Pokémon mods and they've
8:02all been saved in there and you see this
8:04is every single mod you've just
8:06downloaded. So, at this point in the
8:07video, check
8:09that you've got
8:1223 different files all in their zipped
8:16format. Do not unzip them.
8:18Check you've got 23 files. If you
8:20haven't got 23 files or you've got less
8:22or you've got more,
8:24go back through the video, look at which
8:26ones you've missed or go through the
8:27links and work it out and make sure
8:29you've got every single file that we've
8:31mentioned. You gathered all of these
8:33files inside your
8:36folder, you're going to select every
8:38single one.
8:40Right click
8:42and copy.
8:44Then, wherever you saved your mod
8:45manager, so where you saved your .exe,
8:47so again, mine's on my D drive, you'll
8:49see the staging folder we talked about
8:51earlier. You're going to open up that
8:53folder and you're going to paste every
8:55single one of those mods in their zipped
8:57format into the staging folder. Once
9:00they've copied across, you should see
9:01all in there. Again, we've got 23.
9:04We're going to go back to our mod
9:06manager. So, if you closed it down, just
9:08double click the .exe, it'll load up
9:10first time. I just minimize mine.
9:13We're going to go to downloaded mods on
9:15the left here
9:16and you'll see
9:18in the top, we've got zero mods, zero
9:21active and 23 staged. The ones in the
9:23staging folder is basically what the
9:25software is going to download for you
9:27and install them all. So, at the right
9:29here, you've got install new in brackets
9:3223. We're going to click that and all
9:34it's going to do do install them all
9:35themselves.
9:37So, once the mod manager's finished
9:38installing all the mods, you'll see at
9:40the top it says 23 mods, 23 active.
9:44You can now remove those mods from your
9:46staging folder to save space if you
9:48wish. I'm going to leave mine in there
9:49for now. But, then the next thing to do
9:51now is on the top right it says play the
9:53game. Just click play.
9:56See, you load it in, you've got the
9:58Pokémon loading screen, TCG card shop
10:00simulator, Field of Van. Going to show
10:02you that you can load your save games as
10:03well. So, I've actually deleted all of
10:05my mods, deleted the whole thing, and
10:07reinstalled it. And as long as you
10:08install it in the same places, it's
10:10going to let you load in your save game.
10:12Game will load in.
10:14And
10:15first thing you want to do is open up
10:17your phone pressing tab.
10:19It's going to have a little tutorial to
10:20do. Just do this tutorial first. It's a
10:22bit of a headache, but it doesn't really
10:23matter.
10:24Uh you need to do that. So, once you've
10:26done the tutorial and you've got on your
10:28phone, the first page you'll see there's
10:29a normal Tetramon stock. Ignore that.
10:32You don't need to buy that. You won't be
10:33using that anymore. Um you're going to
10:36move the phone to the page next, and
10:39you're going to see there's Pokestock,
10:40and then you're going to see Pokémon
10:41Pocket Stock.
10:44You open Pokestock up, and you can see
10:45you've got all your booster packs, and
10:47there's loads now. You've got all the
10:49way down to
10:52um Neo Destiny.
10:55Pretty cool. You've got Neo Revolution.
10:57You've got booster boxes. You've got
10:59everything you need there. There's loads
11:01and loads added here.
11:03You go to accessories, and we've got all
11:05sorts of different playmats and base
11:08theme and you know, you unlock all these
11:10the further up you go in the game.
11:13Go to your figurines, and you've got
11:14your Bulbasaur, your Charmander, your
11:17Squirtle, all updated, all really cool.
11:20You've got your Game Boy Color games all
11:22the way down to Fire Red and Leaf Green.
11:28If you go to the Pokémon Pocket Stock,
11:32you can see in here you've got
11:35genetic apex booster packs and mythical
11:38island. Now, at the minute, there are no
11:40accessories and no figurines in the
11:42Pokémon pocket one. They will come and
11:44we will show you how to add those. Now,
11:46at the minute, you've got the two
11:47booster packs, so you can stock them on
11:49your shelves and it's pretty freaking
11:51cool.
11:53If you're looking for the Pokémon
11:54statues,
11:56so that's basically all the statues you
11:57downloaded, you can go to your uh
12:00decorations
12:01and go to deco
12:04and at the very end of the page, you'll
12:06see all of the statues. You've got
12:09Squirtle, Wartortle, Blastoise,
12:10Charmander, Charmeleon, Charizard,
12:13Shinyzard, Megazard,
12:16Iron Thorns, Shiny Iron Thorns,
12:18Articuno, and Lugia, Lugia, however you
12:22want to pronounce it.
12:24And that's it. That is pretty much it.
12:26There's no posters or anything for
12:27Pokémon just yet. They're all Tetramon
12:29stuff, but if you like the look of them,
12:30put them in.
12:31Um there's no other real Pokémon stuff
12:33here either just now. But again, you
12:35don't really need that. It's just more
12:38all the Pokémon in-game stuff. And
12:40that's it. That is pretty much as simple
12:42as that. Um I'll just show you these
12:45cards in here were from previous.
12:47So, they're from when I didn't before I
12:49did the update. Just show you that they
12:51still work. Pick one up.
12:53Press R. Open it up. And you'll see that
12:57we'll get
12:58Pikachu, trainer, Pokéball, Rhyhorn,
13:01Marowak, Primeape, Vileplume. So, that
13:05all works. So, we haven't lost anything
13:07on our save games or anything. As long
13:09as you install them in the exact same
13:10way, just delete everything and do it
13:13the way in this video is probably the
