12. 0:25dealings both with his company's
13. 0:26machines and his company's founder but
14. 0:29also late in the day today testimony
15. 0:32about a biotech deal gone bad

17. 0:39rosendorf was back on the stand today
18. 0:42with both sides focusing on one question
19. 0:45when were things known and when were
20. 0:47they communicated to miss holmes
21. 0:50theranos founder elizabeth holmes on
22. 0:52trial for allegedly knowing her
23. 0:54company's blood testing machines did not
24. 0:57work even while she raised money from
25. 0:59investors and let the public get tested
26. 1:02by the machines the defense is clearly
27. 1:05trying to show it every step that
28. 1:07elizabeth holmes either didn't know
29. 1:09about these problems or if she knew she
30. 1:12took whatever steps she could or
31. 1:14delegated it to another person to take
32. 1:16the steps also taking the stand dr

35. 1:25with theranos to test a new drug
36. 1:28dr sung testified that she met holmes
37. 1:31and saw the edison blood testing device
38. 1:37dr sung also said that celgene was
39. 1:39interested in the theranose machines
40. 1:41partly because of their size partly
41. 1:44because they were told they only needed
42. 1:46a little bit of blood to do the test
43. 1:48ultimately though she testified that
44. 1:49they could not verify the theranost
45. 1:51results and the deal went south
