  1. 0:00New Chat GPT update is wild. Okay, so
  2. 0:03Chat GPT just got access to your email
  3. 0:06and your calendar. Not a fake demo, not
  4. 0:08a coming soon tease. This is live right
  5. 0:11now on your phone, your laptop, your
  6. 0:13browser. Doesn't matter which one you
  7. 0:15use. Here's what actually happened. On
  8. 0:17October 27th, OpenAI flipped the switch
  9. 0:21on two new connections inside Chat GPT.
  10. 0:23One links up your iCloud mail, the other
  11. 0:26links up your iCloud calendar. And once
  12. 0:28they're connected, you can just talk to
  13. 0:29Chat GPT like it's your assistant. Find
  14. 0:32an email, check your day, move a
  15. 0:34meeting, all without opening five
  16. 0:36different apps. And I know what some of
  17. 0:38you are thinking. Okay, big deal, it's
  18. 0:39just an inbox search. Stay with me
  19. 0:42because this is bigger than that. A year
  20. 0:44ago, this didn't exist. If you wanted AI
  21. 0:47to look at your email, you had to copy
  22. 0:49and paste the whole thing in every
  23. 0:51single time, manually, one email at a
  24. 0:54time. If you wanted to check your
  25. 0:56calendar, you had to go look at your
  26. 0:57calendar yourself, then come back and
  27. 0:59type it all out for the AI. It was
  28. 1:01clunky, it was slow. Honestly, barely
  29. 1:03anyone bothered. Hey, if we haven't met
  30. 1:05already, I'm the digital avatar of
  31. 1:07Julian Goldie, CEO of AI SEO and GEO
  32. 1:11agency Goldie Agency. Whilst he's
  33. 1:13helping clients get more leads and
  34. 1:14customers, I'm here to help you get the
  35. 1:16latest AI updates. Julian Goldie reads
  36. 1:19every comment, so make sure you comment
  37. 1:21below. Now, you just ask, find the email
  38. 1:24from my client about the project, and it
  39. 1:26goes and finds it. That's a shift. We
  40. 1:28went from AI that waits for you to feed
  41. 1:30it information to AI that goes and gets
  42. 1:32the information itself. That's a
  43. 1:34completely different tool. Let me break
  44. 1:36down exactly how this works because the
  45. 1:38setup matters here. This is two separate
  46. 1:40connections, not one. You turn on mail
  47. 1:43by itself. You turn on calendar by
  48. 1:44itself. They don't come as a package
  49. 1:46deal. So, if you only want Chat GPT
  50. 1:48looking at your schedule and nothing
  51. 1:50else, that's totally an option. And
  52. 1:52here's the part a lot of people are
  53. 1:53going to mess up if they're not careful.
  54. 1:55You don't use your normal Apple password
  55. 1:58to connect this. You use something
  56. 1:59called an app-specific password. Think
  57. 2:02of it like a spare key you cut just for
  58. 2:04one door. If something ever goes wrong
  59. 2:06with that key, you can cancel just that
  60. 2:08one key without changing the locks on
  61. 2:10your whole house. Apple makes you
  62. 2:12generate this separately and it's
  63. 2:14actually a smart safety step, not just
  64. 2:16an annoying extra one. Once it's
  65. 2:18connected, ChatGPT can do things like
  66. 2:21look up a contact, search through your
  67. 2:22messages, check what's on your schedule
  68. 2:24tomorrow, and even request changes to an
  69. 2:27event. Now, important thing here,
  70. 2:29depending on your settings, it might ask
  71. 2:31you to confirm before it actually
  72. 2:33changes anything, which honestly is a
  73. 2:35good thing. You want a heads-up before
  74. 2:37your 9:00 a.m. meeting gets moved
  75. 2:40without you knowing. So, let's talk
  76. 2:41about why this actually matters. For
  77. 2:43anyone running a business, even a small
  78. 2:46one, even a one-person operation. Right
  79. 2:48now, think about how much of your day
  80. 2:51goes into just managing information.
  81. 2:54Reading emails, trying to remember what
  82. 2:56you told a client last week, checking if
  83. 2:58you're double-booked, flipping between
  84. 3:00four tabs just to answer one simple
  85. 3:03question like, "Am I free Thursday?"
  86. 3:05That's not work. That's just moving
  87. 3:07information from one place to another in
  88. 3:09your own head. Let's pause here for a
  89. 3:11second before I show you the next part.
  90. 3:13This is exactly the kind of tool where
  91. 3:15having a clear path makes all the
  92. 3:17difference between cool feature I forgot
  93. 3:19about in a week and thing I actually use
  94. 3:21every day. So, we built a 30-day road
  95. 3:24map inside the AI Profit Boardroom just
  96. 3:27for this. Day one, you connect iCloud
  97. 3:29mail and run your first inbox sort. Day
  98. 3:31two, you connect calendar and build your
  99. 3:34own morning briefing prompt. Day three,
  100. 3:36you set up a client follow-up system so
  101. 3:38nothing slips through the cracks. And it
  102. 3:40keeps going from there, one small
  103. 3:42builder at a time. We walk through all
  104. 3:44of it live, four coaching calls every
  105. 3:46week, and a lot of our members are
  106. 3:47already running this exact ChatGPT stack
  107. 3:50inside their own businesses right now.
  108. 3:52If you want the road map, link's in the
  109. 3:54description or just go to ai profit
  110. 3:57boardroom.com. All right, let's get into
  111. 3:59exactly how you'd use this because I
  112. 4:01want to show you, not just tell you.
  113. 4:02First workflow, this one is for clearing
  114. 4:04out a messy inbox without reading every
  115. 4:07single email yourself. The prompt is
  116. 4:10this, search my connected iCloud mail
  117. 4:12for messages from the last 2 days, sort
  118. 4:14them into groups, questions people are
  119. 4:16waiting on, deadlines coming up, and new
  120. 4:18leads reaching out. Give me short
  121. 4:20summary for each one and tell me what I
  122. 4:21should do next for it. Don't send or
  123. 4:23delete anything yet. Think of this like
  124. 4:25having someone sort your mail into neat
  125. 4:28piles before you even open your eyes in
  126. 4:30the morning. What you get back is a
  127. 4:31clean list. No more guessing what's
  128. 4:33sitting in there. No more opening 40
  129. 4:35emails just to find the three that
  130. 4:36actually need you today. You know
  131. 4:38exactly where your attention needs to go
  132. 4:41in under a minute. Second workflow, this
  133. 4:43one is built for planning your day
  134. 4:45before it even starts. Here's the
  135. 4:47prompt. Look at my iCloud calendar for
  136. 4:49today and tomorrow. List everything in
  137. 4:52order by time. Tell me if anything
  138. 4:54overlaps. Then, based on what's on the
  139. 4:56calendar and anything relevant in my
  140. 4:58email, suggest the three things I should
  141. 5:00focus on first. It's like having someone
  142. 5:02hand you a clear to-do list the second
  143. 5:05you wake up instead of you piecing it
  144. 5:07together yourself. And what comes back
  145. 5:09isn't just a list of meetings, it's a
  146. 5:11plan. It tells you what actually matters
  147. 5:13today, not just what's on the calendar.
  148. 5:15Third workflow, and this one's big, if
  149. 5:17you run a business where client
  150. 5:18relationships are everything. The
  151. 5:20prompt, find recent connected to my
  152. 5:22active clients. For each one, tell me
  153. 5:24the last thing that was said, what I
  154. 5:26promised to do, and what's still waiting
  155. 5:28on an answer. Then, put it all into one
  156. 5:30list ordered by what's most urgent.
  157. 5:32Picture this like having someone read
  158. 5:34every client thread so you never have to
  159. 5:36say, "Wait, what did we land on again?"
  160. 5:38What you get is a follow-up system.
  161. 5:40Every client, every open thread laid out
  162. 5:42clearly. No more losing track of who you
  163. 5:44owe a reply to. And here's the thing,
  164. 5:46every single one of those workflows, I
  165. 5:48built them thinking about how we run
  166. 5:50things inside the AI Profit Boardroom
  167. 5:51itself. Sorting messages from our own
  168. 5:53community members, planning out our own
  169. 5:55coaching call schedule, following up
  170. 5:57with people who reached out wanting to
  171. 5:59join. This isn't theory. This is exactly
  172. 6:02the kind of setup our members are
  173. 6:03putting to work right now today inside
  174. 6:05their own businesses. If you're not
  175. 6:07techy at all, and this still feels
  176. 6:09intimidating, that's exactly why we
  177. 6:11build roadmaps like the one I mentioned.
  178. 6:13So, you're not figuring this stuff out
  179. 6:15alone, clicking around hoping you don't
  180. 6:17break something. And if you are already
  181. 6:18deep into AI tools, this is your
  182. 6:20reminder that the boring stuff, email,
  183. 6:23calendar, scheduling, is where the real
  184. 6:25time gets saved. It's not flashy, but it
  185. 6:27adds up every single day. Right now,
  186. 6:30there's a window where most business
  187. 6:32owners haven't even connected this yet.
  188. 6:34A lot of people will watch a video like
  189. 6:36this, nod, and never actually open the
  190. 6:38settings menu. That window doesn't stay
  191. 6:40open forever. The people who set this up
  192. 6:42this week are going to be running on
  193. 6:44autopilot while everyone else is still
  194. 6:46juggling tabs a month from now. If you
  195. 6:48want to be one of them, come build it
  196. 6:50with us inside the AI Profit Boardroom.
  197. 6:52You'll get daily tutorials the second
  198. 6:54new tools like this drop, four live
  199. 6:57coaching calls every week where we build
  200. 6:58this stuff together, a prompt library
  201. 7:00made for real business use, not generic
  202. 7:03examples, and a member map so you can
  203. 7:05connect with other people running this
  204. 7:07exact setup near you. Links in the
  205. 7:09description or head straight to
  206. 7:11aiprofitboardroom.com.
  207. 7:13Here's the human part of this, because I
  208. 7:15think it matters just as much as the
  209. 7:17tech. A lot of people feel behind right
  210. 7:19now, like everyone else figured this
  211. 7:21stuff out and they didn't get the memo.
  212. 7:23You didn't miss anything. This update is
  213. 7:25brand new. Nobody's been doing this for
  214. 7:26years. We're all learning this together
  215. 7:28right now at the same time. So, if this
  216. 7:30is the thing that finally gets you to
  217. 7:32stop juggling five tabs just to answer
  218. 7:35one question about your day, good. Start
  219. 7:37there. Small win first, then build from
  220. 7:39it. And if you want the full process,
  221. 7:42the SOPs, and over 100 AI use cases just
  222. 7:45like the ones I showed you today, join
  223. 7:47the AI Success Lab. It's our free
  224. 7:49community and everything is organized
  225. 7:51for you. The prompt templates, the
  226. 7:52step-by-step walk-throughs, all of it.
  227. 7:54Links are in the comments and the
  228. 7:55description. You'll get all the video
  229. 7:57notes from this exact episode, plus
  230. 7:59access to over 92,000 members who are
  231. 8:02already in there building with this
  232. 8:04stuff every day. Either way, go connect
  233. 8:06that email. Go connect that calendar.
  234. 8:07Try one prompt today. That's the whole
  235. 8:09move. Small step, real result, and
  236. 8:12you're already ahead of where you were
  237. 8:13yesterday.
