- 0:00Let me tell you the truth,
- 0:02that no one else has the guts to tell
- 0:04you right now because they are too busy
- 0:06trying to [music] sell you comfort.
- 0:08They are too busy trying to sell you the
- 0:10shortcut,
- 0:11the hack, the easy way out. But you and
- 0:14I,
- 0:15we both [music] know the truth. Deep
- 0:17down in your gut,
- 0:19at 2:00 a.m. when the house is quiet and
- 0:22you are staring at the ceiling,
- 0:23you know it. You are wasting your life.
- 0:26Not all of it, but enough of it to
- 0:29matter. You are negotiating with your
- 0:31potential. You are making deals with
- 0:33your laziness.
- 0:34>> [music]
- 0:34>> You are telling yourself that you have
- 0:36time, that 2026 is a long way off, that
- 0:40you'll start next Monday, next month,
- 0:42next year. But look at the calendar.
- 0:45Look how fast the last 6 months
- 0:47vanished. They disappeared in a blink.
- 0:49And what do you have to show for them?
- 0:51If you continue doing [music] exactly
- 0:53what you are doing right now, if you
- 0:55keep waking up at the same time,
- 0:57>> [music]
- 0:57>> thinking the same thoughts, scrolling
- 1:00through the same screens, seeking the
- 1:01same cheap dopamine, where will you be
- 1:04when 2026 [music]
- 1:05actually arrives?
- 1:07I'll tell you exactly where you'll be.
- 1:09>> [music]
- 1:09>> You will be older. You will be more
- 1:11tired. And you will be filled with a
- 1:13poison called regret. Most people
- 1:15underestimate what is happening to them.
- 1:17>> [music]
- 1:18>> They think they are standing still, but
- 1:20in this life, there is no standing
- 1:22still.
- 1:23You are either climbing or you are
- 1:25sliding. You are either growing or you
- 1:28are decaying.
- 1:29>> [music]
- 1:29>> And right now, if you are waiting for a
- 1:31sign, if you are waiting for motivation
- 1:34to strike you like lightning, you are
- 1:36decaying. [music]
- 1:37Motivation is a myth. It is a feeling.
- 1:40It is the wind. It comes and it goes. If
- 1:42you build your house on the wind, it
- 1:44will collapse. You don't need
- 1:46motivation. You need a decision. There
- 1:48is a version of you
- 1:50>> [music]
- 1:50>> that is unstoppable.
- 1:52A version of you that commands respect
- 1:54when you walk into a room.
- 1:55>> [music]
- 1:56>> Not because you demanded
- 1:58but because your energy radiates
- 1:59discipline.
- 2:00>> [music]
- 2:00>> A version of you that doesn't need an
- 2:02alarm clock because your purpose wakes
- 2:04you up. A version of you that is
- 2:06physically dangerous, mentally
- 2:08bulletproof, and spiritually grounded.
- 2:11That version of you is waiting.
- 2:13But that version of you is demanding a
- 2:15sacrifice.
- 2:17The cost of your new life is your
- 2:18[music] old one. You cannot bring your
- 2:20excuses, your victimhood, and your
- 2:23comfort [music] zone into 2026. They are
- 2:26too heavy. You have to drop them.
- 2:28>> [music]
- 2:28>> So, how do we do it? How do we actually
- 2:31shift from average to exceptional? From
- 2:34lost to lethal? It starts with the
- 2:36mirror test. You have to stop running
- 2:39from the truth.
- 2:41We live in a world of noise.
- 2:43We are addicted to distraction [music]
- 2:45because silence is terrifying.
- 2:48Why?
- 2:49Because in the silence you hear your own
- 2:51thoughts.
- 2:52In [music] the silence you realize that
- 2:54you are not where you are supposed to
- 2:55be.
- 2:56I want you to go into a room
- 2:58>> [music]
- 2:58>> by yourself and shut the door.
- 3:01No phone, no music, no podcast, just
- 3:05you. And I want you to look at yourself.
- 3:08Not the image you post on social media,
- 3:10not the mask [music] you wear for your
- 3:12boss or your family.
- 3:13I mean the real you. The one who knows
- 3:16every time you quit. The one who knows
- 3:18every time you took the easy path. You
- 3:21have to admit that you are the problem.
- 3:24David Goggins talks about this. The idea
- 3:27that you have to own your failures. You
- 3:29have to look in that mirror and say, "I
- 3:31am lazy. I am unfocused. [music] I am
- 3:34living at 40% of my capacity." This
- 3:36isn't about self-hate. It's about
- 3:38self-respect.
- 3:39>> [music]
- 3:39>> You cannot fix what you will not face.
- 3:41You cannot change a reality that you are
- 3:43busy denying. Most people run from pain.
- 3:47>> [music]
- 3:47>> They feel a little bit of discomfort,
- 3:49a a bit of resistance,
- 3:51and they retreat.
- 3:53>> [music]
- 3:53>> They go back to the couch.
- 3:55They go back to the safe job.
- 3:57They go back to the toxic relationship
- 3:59because [music] it's familiar. But, I am
- 4:01telling you
- 4:02pain is not a stop sign.
- 4:04Pain is the doorway. The path to
- 4:06becoming unstoppable
- 4:08is the hard path. It [music] is the path
- 4:10of most resistance.
- 4:12Jim Rohn said it best, "Don't wish it
- 4:14were easier. Wish you were better. Don't
- 4:17wish for fewer problems. [music] Wish
- 4:19for more skills." The reason you feel
- 4:21weak is because you have avoided the
- 4:23weight.
- 4:24You have spent your life looking for the
- 4:26path of least resistance and it has made
- 4:28you soft. You need to understand that
- 4:30your brain is designed to keep you safe,
- 4:32not to keep you happy. It is designed to
- 4:35conserve energy. It is designed to keep
- 4:37you in the cave safe from the tiger.
- 4:40But, there are no tigers anymore.
- 4:42>> [music]
- 4:42>> The only thing hunting you today is your
- 4:44own mediocrity. When your brain says,
- 4:46"I'm tired." it is lying to you.
- 4:49>> [music]
- 4:49>> That is just a governor mechanism.
- 4:52It's a safety switch.
- 4:54>> [music]
- 4:54>> You have so much more in the tank.
- 4:56But, you will never find it
- 4:58if you stop the moment you feel
- 5:00discomfort.
- 5:01You have to callus your mind.
- 5:03You have to do things that suck.
- 5:05You have to do them every single day
- 5:08until the difficulty becomes your new
- 5:09[music] normal. And let's talk about
- 5:11time.
- 5:13Let's talk about the next 6 months.
- 5:15[music]
- 5:156 months is going to pass whether you
- 5:18work or not.
- 5:19The time is going to go by.
- 5:21The question is, what are you trading
- 5:23your life for?
- 5:24>> [music]
- 5:25>> You can transform your entire existence
- 5:27in 6 months.
- 5:29I'm not selling you a dream. [music] I'm
- 5:31telling you how biology and psychology
- 5:33work. If you dedicate the next 180 days
- 5:36to [music] a singular focus, if you cut
- 5:38out the noise, if you stop negotiating
- 5:41with yourself, you won't even recognize
- 5:43the person looking back at you. But, you
- 5:45have to stop announcing your moves.
- 5:47[music] This is where most people fail.
- 5:50They get a burst of excitement. [music]
- 5:53They write down a goal.
- 5:55And then they run out and tell the
- 5:56world, "I'm going to get in shape.
- 5:59I'm going to start that business. I'm
- 6:00going to change."
- 6:02>> [music]
- 6:02>> And what happens? You get a little hit
- 6:04of dopamine just from saying it. You get
- 6:07the applause [music] before you've done
- 6:08the work.
- 6:10And your brain, your primitive brain,
- 6:13it thinks you've already accomplished
- 6:15it. So you lose the hunger. Shut your
- 6:17mouth. Work in silence.
- 6:19>> [music]
- 6:20>> Denzel Washington said it, "Privacy is
- 6:22power. You don't need an audience to
- 6:24grow. In fact, you grow faster in the
- 6:27dark.
- 6:28You grow faster when no one is watching.
- 6:30Let them assume you've fallen off. Let
- 6:33them think you're losing.
- 6:34Let them wonder where you went.
- 6:36Disappear for a while. Disappear [music]
- 6:39into your craft.
- 6:41Disappear into the gym.
- 6:43Disappear into the books.
- 6:45Stop explaining yourself to people who
- 6:48are determined to misunderstand you.
- 6:50Stop trying to prove your worth to
- 6:52people who don't have the capacity to
- 6:53see it. Your results will do the
- 6:56talking. [music]
- 6:57When you learn to act as if nothing
- 6:59bothers you, when you learn to detach
- 7:01your emotions from [music] the opinions
- 7:03of others, you become dangerous. You
- 7:06become unstoppable because now you are
- 7:09not working for their validation. You
- 7:11are working for your own standard.
- 7:13[music] And let's be clear about what
- 7:15that standard is. It is consistency. It
- 7:18is boring. It is repetitive. It is
- 7:20unsexy. [music]
- 7:21Everyone wants to highlight reel, but no
- 7:23one wants to practice. Everyone wants to
- 7:26view from the top of the mountain, but
- 7:27no one wants to climb in the freezing
- 7:29cold. You have to fall in love with the
- 7:31boredom.
- 7:31>> [music]
- 7:32>> You have to fall in love with the
- 7:33repetition.
- 7:35Napoleon Hill taught us that
- 7:37self-discipline [music]
- 7:38is the master key to riches.
- 7:40Not just financial riches, but richness
- 7:43of life.
- 7:44You have to force yourself to be
- 7:46consistent [music]
- 7:47until your nervous system rewires
- 7:49itself. You see,
- 7:50>> [music]
- 7:51>> habits are just pathways in the brain.
- 7:53Right now,
- 7:54you have highways built for laziness.
- 7:56>> [music]
- 7:57>> You have super highways built for
- 7:58procrastination. When you feel stressed,
- 8:01your brain automatically takes the
- 8:02highway to check phone or eat junk food
- 8:04or compliment me.
- 8:06>> [music]
- 8:06>> You have to take a machete and hack a
- 8:08new path through the jungle.
- 8:10And at [music] first, it is going to be
- 8:12brutal. Every step will be a fight. Your
- 8:15mind will scream. Your body will ache.
- 8:18You will come up with a thousand logical
- 8:19reasons to quit. I'll start tomorrow. It
- 8:22doesn't matter. I deserve a break. Do
- 8:25not listen. You are the captain of this
- 8:27ship,
- 8:28>> [music]
- 8:28>> not your feelings.
- 8:30Feelings are great servants, but
- 8:32terrible masters.
- 8:33>> [music]
- 8:33>> If you only work when you feel like it,
- 8:36you will never build anything of value.
- 8:38>> [music]
- 8:38>> You have to learn to perform without
- 8:40purpose, to perform without applause, to
- 8:43perform simply because you said you
- 8:44would. [music]
- 8:45This brings us to the morning. How you
- 8:47start your day is how you live your
- 8:49life. If you win the morning, you win
- 8:52the day. If you lose the morning, you
- 8:54are chasing the day. Most of you are
- 8:56starting your day in defeat.
- 8:58>> [music]
- 8:58>> The alarm goes off and you hit snooze.
- 9:01You have just lost the first battle of
- 9:03the day.
- 9:04You have just told your subconscious
- 9:05mind that your comfort is more important
- 9:07than your goals. Then you roll over and
- 9:09look at your phone. You flood your brain
- 9:12with other people's lives, other
- 9:14people's problems, other people's
- 9:16agendas. You are reacting before you
- 9:18have even created. Wake up early.
- 9:21I don't care if
- 9:24it's 4:00 a.m. or 6:00 a.m., but beat
- 9:26the There is a magic in the early hours.
- 9:29The world is quiet.
- 9:31The energy is still. That is your time.
- 9:33[music]
- 9:34That is the time to sharpen your sword.
- 9:37Jim Rohn said, "The pain of discipline
- 9:39weighs ounces,
- 9:41but the pain of regret weighs tons.
- 9:42[music]
- 9:43When you wake up early, it hurts for a
- 9:45minute.
- 9:47The bed is warm, the floor is cold, but
- 9:49when you get up,
- 9:51when you wash your face, when you do the
- 9:53work while the rest of the world is
- 9:54unconscious, you [music] feel a surge of
- 9:57power. You feel a sense of victory that
- 10:00carries you through the rest of the day.
- 10:02You are building a cookie jar of
- 10:03triumph. Every time you do something
- 10:05hard, you put a cookie in the jar. You
- 10:08put a memory of strength in the bank.
- 10:10So, when [music] life gets hard, and it
- 10:12will get hard, you can reach into that
- 10:14jar and remind yourself, "I have been
- 10:16here before. I have suffered before. I
- 10:18have survived before. I can do this."
- 10:21But, you have to start.
- 10:22>> You are waiting for the perfect plan.
- 10:24>> [music]
- 10:25>> There is no perfect plan.
- 10:27The plan is to move.
- 10:29The plan [music] is to act. Action cures
- 10:32fear.
- 10:33Action creates momentum. You are
- 10:35standing on the edge of a cliff,
- 10:37terrified [music] to jump, waiting for a
- 10:39parachute. Need to understand the
- 10:40concept of flow. The psychologists tell
- 10:43us that the happiest moments in our
- 10:44lives are not when we are passive,
- 10:46relaxing, or doing nothing. The happiest
- 10:48moments are when our body or mind is
- 10:50stretched to its limits in a voluntary
- 10:52effort to accomplish something difficult
- 10:55and worthwhile. We are built for
- 10:57struggle.
- 10:58We are built for challenge. A life of
- 11:00ease is a slow death. Look at the
- 11:02successful [music] people you admire.
- 11:04Look at the athletes, the visionaries,
- 11:06the leaders. Do you think they are
- 11:08lucky? Do you think they just stumbled
- 11:10upon greatness? No, they built it. Brick
- 11:14by brick, rejection by rejection,
- 11:16failure by failure. They understood that
- 11:18failure is not the opposite of success.
- 11:21It is part of success.
- 11:23You are so afraid of failing that you
- 11:25are afraid to [music] try.
- 11:26But, failure is just data.
- 11:29Failure is just the world telling you,
- 11:30"Not this way. Try [music] a different
- 11:33angle. If you want to be unstoppable in
- 11:352026,
- 11:37you have to change your relationship
- 11:38with failure. You have to seek it out.
- 11:42>> [music]
- 11:42>> You have to be willing to look stupid.
- 11:44You have to be willing to be a beginner.
- 11:47The ego loves to protect you from
- 11:49looking foolish. [music]
- 11:50The ego wants you to stay in the lane
- 11:52where you are already good.
- 11:54Where you are already comfortable. Kill
- 11:57the ego.
- 11:58>> [music]
- 11:58>> The ego is the enemy. The ego will keep
- 12:01you small. Ask yourself,
- 12:04what would you attempt
- 12:05if you knew you could [music] not fail.
- 12:07Now, go do that thing
- 12:09and accept that you probably will fail
- 12:11at first and that it won't kill [music]
- 12:13you. It will make you stronger. You need
- 12:16to develop grit. Grit is passion
- 12:20and perseverance for long-term [music]
- 12:21goals.
- 12:23It is having stamina.
- 12:25It is sticking with your future day in
- 12:27and day out.
- 12:29Not just for the week, [music]
- 12:30not just for the month, but for years.
- 12:34It is living life like it's a marathon,
- 12:36>> [music]
- 12:36>> not a sprint.
- 12:38Talent is overrated.
- 12:40We are obsessed with talent, [music] but
- 12:42talent without grit is just unmet
- 12:44potential.
- 12:46Talent is what you have naturally. Skill
- 12:48is what you build with hours and hours
- 12:50of beating on your craft. [music]
- 12:52Effort counts twice.
- 12:54Talent times effort equals skill.
- 12:56>> [music]
- 12:56>> Skill times effort equals achievement.
- 12:59You might not be the smartest person in
- 13:00the room. [music] You might not be the
- 13:02most talented. You might not be the most
- 13:05privileged, but you can be the hardest
- 13:07working. You can be the most consistent.
- 13:10You can be the one who refuses to go
- 13:12away.
- 13:13And there is a spiritual component to
- 13:15this
- 13:16>> [music]
- 13:16>> when you focus on yourself.
- 13:19When you truly commit to your own
- 13:21growth,
- 13:22everything else falls into place.
- 13:25This [music] isn't selfish. It is
- 13:26essential.
- 13:28You cannot pour from an empty cup.
- 13:30You cannot help the world if you are
- 13:32broken. [music]
- 13:33When you start to vibrate
- 13:36at a higher frequency, when you start to
- 13:38demand excellence from yourself,
- 13:40you will notice
- 13:42>> [music]
- 13:42>> that certain people start to fade out of
- 13:44your life.
- 13:46Let them go.
- 13:47This is the hardest part for many of
- 13:49you.
- 13:49>> [music]
- 13:50>> You are holding on to dead weight.
- 13:52You are holding on to friends
- 13:54>> [music]
- 13:54>> who anchor you to the past. You are
- 13:56holding on to relationships that drain
- 13:59your spirit.
- 14:00>> [music]
- 14:00>> You are afraid to be alone.
- 14:03But you must learn to walk alone. The
- 14:05eagle flies alone. The crow flies in a
- 14:08flock. If you want to soar, you have to
- 14:10be willing to leave the flock. You have
- 14:12to be willing to be misunderstood.
- 14:14[music]
- 14:14They will say you changed. Good. You are
- 14:17supposed to change. You are not a rock.
- 14:20You are a living, breathing, evolving
- 14:22human being. Tell them, [music]
- 14:24"Yes, I have changed. I am no longer
- 14:27available for things that make me feel
- 14:28[music] small.
- 14:30I am no longer available for mediocrity.
- 14:32I am on a mission. [music]
- 14:34And this mission, it requires energy.
- 14:37You have to guard your energy like it is
- 14:39gold,
- 14:40because it is.
- 14:42Everything is vying for your attention.
- 14:44>> [music]
- 14:44>> The news, the social media algorithms,
- 14:46the drama, the gossip.
- 14:48They are all energy vampires. They
- 14:50[music] suck the life out of you and
- 14:52leave you drained, anxious, and
- 14:53paralyzed. You need to build a fortress
- 14:56around your mind. Stoicism teaches us
- 14:59this.
- 15:00You cannot control what happens in the
- 15:02world. You cannot control the economy.
- 15:05You cannot control the weather. You
- 15:07cannot control what people say about
- 15:08you. But you can control your own mind.
- 15:11You can control your own response. You
- 15:13can control your own will.
- 15:15>> [music]
- 15:15>> If you tie your happiness to external
- 15:17things,
- 15:19to the number in your bank account,
- 15:20>> [music]
- 15:21>> to the number of likes on a screen, you
- 15:23will always be a slave.
- 15:25But if you tie your happiness to your
- 15:27own character, to your own discipline,
- 15:30to your own integrity,
- 15:32then you are free. Nothing can touch
- 15:34you. Imagine being able to walk through
- 15:37a storm
- 15:38and not get wet. Imagine being able to
- 15:40stand in the middle of chaos
- 15:42and remain [music] completely calm. That
- 15:45is power. That is what it means to be
- 15:47unstoppable. It means that no matter
- 15:50what life throws at you, [music]
- 15:51divorce, bankruptcy, illness, betrayal,
- 15:54you have an inner core that cannot be
- 15:56broken. You have a why that is stronger
- 15:59than any how.
- 16:01You have to find that why. Why are you
- 16:03doing this?
- 16:04>> [music]
- 16:04>> And don't tell me to make money. Money
- 16:06is a byproduct. Money is nice, but it
- 16:08won't wake you up at 4:00 a.m. [music]
- 16:10when your bones ache. Your why has to be
- 16:12deeper. Is it for your children?
- 16:15Is it to break a generational curse of
- 16:17poverty and addiction?
- 16:19Is it [music] to prove to yourself that
- 16:20you are not who they said you were?
- 16:22Is it to honor the potential that God
- 16:24placed inside of you?
- 16:26You need a why that makes you cry.
- 16:28You need a why that burns in your chest.
- 16:31Because when the motivation fades,
- 16:32[music]
- 16:33and it will fade, your why will carry
- 16:36you. Your why will push you through the
- 16:38wall. And you have to stop waiting for
- 16:40permission. You are waiting for someone
- 16:42to pick you. You are waiting for someone
- 16:45to discover you. You are waiting for the
- 16:47world to give you the green light. The
- 16:49light is never going to turn green. You
- 16:51have to smash the pedal and go. You have
- 16:54to pick yourself. You have to validate
- 16:56yourself. In 2026,
- 16:59the world will belong to the
- 17:00self-starters. It will belong to the
- 17:02people who didn't [music] wait. It will
- 17:04belong to the people who built their own
- 17:06doors when the world slammed them shut.
- 17:09But you have to start with the small
- 17:10things. You want to change the world?
- 17:12>> [music]
- 17:13>> Go make your bed.
- 17:15You want to build an empire?
- 17:17Go do the dishes.
- 17:19You want to be a leader? Go lead
- 17:20yourself.
- 17:22If you cannot be faithful in the small
- 17:24[music] things, you will never be
- 17:26trusted with the big things. How you do
- 17:28anything is how you do everything. You
- 17:31think you can be lazy in your private
- 17:32life and effective in your public life.
- 17:35It doesn't work that way.
- 17:37It is all connected. Every time you walk
- 17:40past a piece of trash [music] and don't
- 17:41pick it up, you are training yourself to
- 17:44accept mediocrity. Every time you leave
- 17:46a task unfinished, you are training
- 17:49yourself to be a quitter. Excellence is
- 17:51a habit. It is a way of operating. It is
- 17:54a standard that you hold yourself to
- 17:56even when no one is looking, especially
- 17:58when no one is looking.
- 18:00So, here is the challenge.
- 18:02>> [music]
- 18:02>> For the next 7 days, I want you to
- 18:03become unrecognizable.
- 18:05I want you to go to war with your old
- 18:07[music] self.
- 18:09I want you to wake up earlier than you
- 18:11ever have. I want you to drink water,
- 18:13not sugar.
- 18:14I want you to move your body until it
- 18:16fails. I want you to read books that
- 18:18expand your mind,
- 18:20>> [music]
- 18:20>> not fill it with garbage. I want you to
- 18:22experience what it feels like to be in
- 18:24control.
- 18:26It will be hard. Your body will rebel.
- 18:29Your mind will try to trick you. But, if
- 18:32you can do it for 7 days,
- 18:34just 7 days, you will prove something to
- 18:37yourself. You will prove that you are
- 18:39not your habits. You are not your past.
- 18:42You are the creator of your future. And
- 18:44once you taste that power, once you feel
- 18:47the momentum building, you won't want to
- 18:49stop. You will realize that the only
- 18:51thing that was ever stopping you was
- 18:53you. But, listen to me closely because
- 18:56this is where the danger lies. Starting
- 18:59is easy. [music] Everyone starts in
- 19:00January. Everyone starts on Monday. The
- 19:03gyms are packed in January and [music]
- 19:05empty in February. The hard part is the
- 19:08middle.
- 19:09The hard part is the messy middle
- 19:11where the excitement [music] has worn
- 19:13off, but the results haven't shown up
- 19:15yet.
- 19:16This is the valley of despair.
- 19:18This is where dreams go to die.
- 19:20You will work hard for weeks
- 19:22>> [music]
- 19:22>> and look in the mirror and see no
- 19:23change. You will hustle for months and
- 19:26see no money. [music]
- 19:28You will practice for years and see no
- 19:30applause.
- 19:31This is the test.
- 19:33>> [music]
- 19:33>> Life is testing you.
- 19:34It is asking, "How bad do you want it?
- 19:37Are you just a tourist
- 19:39or are you a soldier?"
- 19:40A tourist leaves when it rains. A
- 19:43soldier fights in the storm.
- 19:44>> [music]
- 19:45>> You have to learn to love the plateau.
- 19:47You have to learn to love the grind. You
- 19:49have to understand that the bamboo tree
- 19:51grows underground for 5 years before it
- 19:53ever breaks the surface.
- 19:55For 5 years you water it, you fertilize
- 19:58it, and you see nothing. Nothing.
- 20:01But then, in 6 weeks, it grows 90 ft.
- 20:05Did it grow 90 ft in 6 weeks? No. It
- 20:08grew 90 ft in 5 years and 6 weeks. You
- 20:11are in the underground phase right now.
- 20:13[music]
- 20:14You are building the root system. If you
- 20:16stop watering now
- 20:18because you don't see the leaves
- 20:20>> [music]
- 20:20>> you kill the tree.
- 20:22You kill the dream. You have to have
- 20:24faith.
- 20:25Not blind faith
- 20:27but faith based on the laws of the
- 20:29universe.
- 20:30>> [music]
- 20:30>> If you plant
- 20:31you will harvest. If you sow you will
- 20:34reap. But you cannot plant today and
- 20:37harvest tomorrow.
- 20:38You have [music] to wait for the season.
- 20:40Patience.
- 20:41Aggressive patience. Be aggressive in
- 20:43your actions, but patient with your
- 20:45results. [music] Move with urgency every
- 20:48single day, but understand that
- 20:51greatness takes time. Napoleon Hill
- 20:53talked about the hidden guide.
- 20:55He said that every adversity carries
- 20:57with it [music] the seed of an
- 20:58equivalent benefit. Every failure has a
- 21:01gift wrapped inside it.
- 21:02>> [music]
- 21:03>> When you lose a job it's a gift. It's
- 21:06forcing you to find a better path. When
- 21:08you lose a relationship,
- 21:10>> [music]
- 21:10>> it's a gift. It's teaching you to love
- 21:12yourself. When you hit rock bottom,
- 21:15it's the greatest gift of all because
- 21:17rock bottom is a solid foundation. You
- 21:20can build a skyscraper [music] on rock
- 21:21bottom. You can't build anything on
- 21:24quicksand. So, stop cursing your
- 21:26struggles. Embrace them. [music] They
- 21:28are the fire that is forging you. They
- 21:30are the resistance that is building your
- 21:31muscle. You want to be unstoppable, then
- 21:34you must become unbreakable. You must
- 21:36become the kind of person who can take a
- 21:38hit
- 21:39and keep moving forward. The kind of
- 21:41person who can look at the worst case
- 21:43scenario and say, "Is that all you got?"
- 21:46And that resilience, that ability to
- 21:48look at the storm and smile, brings us
- 21:50to the most dangerous weapon in your
- 21:52arsenal. The weapon that Napoleon Hill
- 21:54whispered about. The weapon that the
- 21:56Stoics mastered. The weapon that makes
- 21:58you truly untouchable. It is the art of
- 22:00detachment. You need to learn
- 22:04to act as if nothing bothers you. And I
- 22:07don't mean pretending.
- 22:08I don't mean suppressing your emotions
- 22:11until you explode. I mean reaching a
- 22:13level of mental elevation
- 22:16where the petty drama,
- 22:18the gossip, the disrespect, and the
- 22:20noise of the world simply cannot reach
- 22:22you. Imagine you are a skyscraper.
- 22:25The wind blows, the rain falls, the
- 22:27people on the street yell and scream.
- 22:29Does the skyscraper care?
- 22:31Does the skyscraper bend down to argue
- 22:33with the ants?
- 22:34No. It stands. It pierces the clouds.
- 22:39It stays focused on its purpose,
- 22:41reaching the sky. Most of you are
- 22:43leaking energy. You are bleeding out
- 22:44your potential because you are reacting
- 22:46to everything. [music]
- 22:47Someone cuts you off in traffic, you get
- 22:50angry. A co-worker makes a snide
- 22:52comment, you replay it in your head for
- 22:543 hours. You didn't get the likes you
- 22:57wanted on a post, you feel worthless.
- 23:00You are a slave to the external. To be
- 23:02unstoppable
- 23:04in 2026,
- 23:06you must build an inner citadel.
- 23:07>> [music]
- 23:08>> You must decide that your peace is too
- 23:10expensive to be bought by cheap people.
- 23:13Mark Manson talks about the subtle art
- 23:15>> [music]
- 23:16>> of choosing what you care about. You
- 23:18have a limited amount of cares to give
- 23:19in a day. If you give them to your
- 23:21haters,
- 23:23if you give them to the news,
- 23:24>> [music]
- 23:25>> if you give them to things you cannot
- 23:26control, you have nothing left for your
- 23:29dreams. [music]
- 23:30You have to reach a point where praise
- 23:31and criticism feel the exact same to
- 23:33you. If you need their praise to feel
- 23:36good, you will need their [music]
- 23:36criticism to feel bad. You are handing
- 23:39them the remote control to your
- 23:40emotions.
- 23:41Take the batteries out. [music] When you
- 23:43stop reacting, you start commanding.
- 23:46People get confused when they can't
- 23:48trigger you. They get confused when they
- 23:51throw their chaos at you and it
- 23:53dissolves [music]
- 23:53into your calm. That is power. That is
- 23:56the definition of unstoppable. It means
- 23:59nothing outside of you can stop what is
- 24:01happening inside of you. But to maintain
- 24:04this state, to protect this fortress,
- 24:07>> [music]
- 24:07>> you are going to have to make the
- 24:09hardest decision of your life.
- 24:11You are going to have to audit your
- 24:13circle. Jim Rohn told us decades ago,
- 24:16you are the average of the five people
- 24:19you spend [music] the most time with. It
- 24:21is a cliché
- 24:23because it is true.
- 24:24But I want you to look deeper. It's not
- 24:27just about who you are with. It's about
- 24:29who you are becoming because of who you
- 24:31are with. Look around you right now.
- 24:34Look at your friends. Look at the people
- 24:36you [music] text every day. Are they
- 24:38talking about ideas or are they talking
- 24:41about people? Are they building their
- 24:43future or are they drinking away their
- 24:45present? Are they fueling your fire or
- 24:48are they pissing on it?
- 24:50>> This is brutal. [music]
- 24:51I know.
- 24:53You have history with these people.
- 24:55You have memories, but you cannot hang
- 24:58out with chickens [music]
- 25:00and expect to soar with eagles.
- 25:02Chickens look down at the ground.
- 25:04Eagles look at the horizon. If you try
- 25:07to fly while you are tethered to people
- 25:09who love the ground, you will crash.
- 25:12There is a concept called crabs in a
- 25:13bucket. If you put one crab in a bucket,
- 25:17it can crawl out. But if you put a bunch
- 25:19of crabs in, the moment one starts to
- 25:21climb, the others will pull it back
- 25:22down. They don't want you to escape.
- 25:25Your growth highlights their stagnation.
- 25:27Your discipline highlights their
- 25:29laziness.
- 25:30>> [music]
- 25:30>> So, when you start this journey,
- 25:33when you start waking up at 4:00 a.m.,
- 25:35when you start saying no to the happy
- 25:37hour so you can work on your side
- 25:39hustle,
- 25:40they will attack you.
- 25:42They will say,
- 25:43>> [music]
- 25:43>> "You've changed." They will say, "You
- 25:46think you're better than us."
- 25:47>> [music]
- 25:48>> And you have to have the courage to say,
- 25:50in your heart, "I am becoming better,
- 25:53>> [music]
- 25:53>> and you should be, too."
- 25:54You might have to walk alone for a
- 25:56while, and that is scary. The biological
- 25:59imperative is to belong. To be [music]
- 26:01cast out of the tribe meant death for
- 26:03our ancestors. But today, solitude is
- 26:06not death. Solitude is the laboratory of
- 26:09greatness. In that solitude, you will
- 26:11find flow. We live in an economy of
- 26:14distraction. Your attention is the most
- 26:16valuable commodity on Earth.
- 26:18Trillion-dollar companies are fighting a
- 26:20war for your eyeballs. They have hired
- 26:22the smartest psychologists in the world
- 26:24to engineer algorithms that hack your
- 26:26dopamine receptors. They want you
- 26:28scrolling. They want you clicking. They
- 26:30want you addicted. If you cannot control
- 26:32your attention, you cannot control your
- 26:34life.
- 26:35To be unstoppable, you must become a
- 26:37master of deep work.
- 26:39You must learn to enter the flow state.
- 26:42This is that magical zone
- 26:44>> [music]
- 26:44>> where time disappears, where the world
- 26:47fades away,
- 26:48and it is just [music] you and the task.
- 26:51This is where masterpieces are painted.
- 26:54This is where businesses are built. This
- 26:56is where the impossible becomes
- 26:57possible. But you can't get into flow if
- 27:00you are checking your notifications
- 27:02every 6 [music] minutes. You can't get
- 27:04into flow if your brain is fragmented.
- 27:07You need to build a wall around your
- 27:09work. Turn the phone off. Not on silent,
- 27:13off. Put it in another room. Lock the
- 27:15door. Tell the world you are dead for
- 27:17the next 4 hours.
- 27:19>> [music]
- 27:19>> When you do this, when you sit in the
- 27:21chair and refuse to move until the work
- 27:23is done,
- 27:24>> [music]
- 27:25>> you trigger a level of cognitive
- 27:26performance that most people will never
- 27:28experience. You start to connect dots
- 27:32that others can't [music] see. You start
- 27:34to produce at a level that looks like
- 27:36magic to the outside world. They will
- 27:38call you a genius. [music]
- 27:39They will call you lucky. But you will
- 27:41know the truth. You just learned how to
- 27:43focus in a world that has forgotten how.
- 27:46And as you build this focus, as you
- 27:49build this discipline, we have to talk
- 27:51about the fuel. We have to talk about
- 27:54money.
- 27:55Not in a greedy way, but in a realistic
- 27:57way. Jim Rohn taught the 12 rules of the
- 28:00rich. And the most important one is
- 28:02this.
- 28:02>> [music]
- 28:03>> Profits are better than wages. Wages
- 28:05make you a living. Profits make you a
- 28:07fortune. But it's not just about the
- 28:09fortune. It's about the freedom. If you
- 28:11are trading your time for money,
- 28:13>> [music]
- 28:13>> you are capped.
- 28:15You only have 24 hours in a day.
- 28:18You are selling the most precious
- 28:19resource you have.
- 28:21Your life for a currency that they print
- 28:23out of thin air.
- 28:24To be unstoppable in 2026, [music]
- 28:27you have to shift your mindset from
- 28:29earner to owner. You have to stop
- 28:31working for money
- 28:32and start making money work for you.
- 28:35This is the difference between being
- 28:36busy and being productive.
- 28:39You need to build assets.
- 28:41An asset is anything that feeds you
- 28:42while you sleep.
- 28:44A business,
- 28:45an investment, a piece of intellectual
- 28:48property. You need to use your 9-5 to
- 28:50fund your 5-9.
- 28:52Use your job as an investor. Take that
- 28:55capital and build your escape tunnel.
- 28:58Don't buy the liability to impress the
- 29:00people we talked about earlier. Don't
- 29:02buy the car to look like you made it. Be
- 29:04the person who drives a beat-up Honda
- 29:06but owns the parking lot. This requires
- 29:08[music]
- 29:10delayed gratification.
- 29:12It requires you to live a few years of
- 29:13your life [music] like most people
- 29:14won't. So, you can spend the rest of
- 29:16your life like most people can't.
- 29:19It is a temporal gain. The temporal
- 29:21motivation theory explains [music] that
- 29:24we naturally choose the immediate reward
- 29:27over the long-term gain. We want the
- 29:29pizza now, not the abs later.
- 29:32We want the Netflix now, not the
- 29:35financial freedom in 5 years.
- 29:38You have to hack this equation. You
- 29:40[music] have to fall in love with the
- 29:42vision of your future self.
- 29:44You have to love that person more than
- 29:46you love your current comfort. And this
- 29:48brings us to the internal dialogue, the
- 29:51voice in your head. Sports psychologists
- 29:54and elite coaches like Gilbert Enoka,
- 29:56who work with the All Blacks, talk about
- 29:58mental skills. [music]
- 30:00They talk about the ability to perform
- 30:01under pressure. When the pressure hits,
- 30:04when the fatigue sets in,
- 30:07what do you say to yourself? Most people
- 30:09[music]
- 30:09have a victim living in their head.
- 30:12This is too hard.
- 30:13Why is this happening to me?
- 30:15I can't do this.
- 30:17You [music] need to evict the victim and
- 30:19install a warrior.
- 30:21You need to develop self-efficacy. This
- 30:23is the scientific term for confidence.
- 30:25[music]
- 30:26It's the belief that you can execute the
- 30:28actions required to deal with
- 30:29prospective situations. But here is the
- 30:32catch. You cannot think your way into
- 30:35self-efficacy. You have to act your way
- 30:38into it.
- 30:39Confidence is memory. Confidence is
- 30:41looking back at your own history and
- 30:43seeing a trail of victories. That is why
- 30:46the small habits matter. That is why
- 30:48making your bed matters. That is why the
- 30:51cold shower matters. You are stacking
- 30:53evidence. When you are in the trenches
- 30:56and you want to quit, you need to be
- 30:58able to pull up the file in your brain
- 31:00that says evidence of badassery. You
- 31:02need to look at what you have already
- 31:04survived. And when you fail, because you
- 31:07will fail, you need to adopt the growth
- 31:09mindset. Carol Dweck gave us this gift.
- 31:14The fixed mindset [music] says, "I am
- 31:16not good at this."
- 31:18The growth mindset says, "I am not good
- 31:20at this
- 31:21>> [music]
- 31:21>> yet."
- 31:22That three-letter word is a portal.
- 31:25Yet. It means the story isn't over.
- 31:28It means your current limitations are
- 31:30not your permanent address.
- 31:32They are just a temporary parking spot.
- 31:35Neuroplasticity proves [music] that your
- 31:36brain is soft. It is moldable. You can
- 31:39literally rewire the physical structure
- 31:41of your brain by changing how you think
- 31:44and what you do. You are not a tree. You
- 31:47are not stuck.
- 31:48If you don't like where you are, move.
- 31:51If you don't like who you are, change.
- 31:53But you have to stop waiting for the
- 31:55feeling to arrive. We talked about this,
- 31:57[music] but I need to go deeper. There
- 32:00is a concept called the
- 32:01action-motivation loop.
- 32:03>> [music]
- 32:03>> Most people think it goes
- 32:04motivation-action.
- 32:06They wait to feel motivated to act, but
- 32:08that is wrong. It goes
- 32:10action-motivation. You act first.
- 32:13The motivation [music] comes after the
- 32:15action.
- 32:16You don't feel like going to the gym?
- 32:18You go anyway.
- 32:20And guess what?
- 32:2210 minutes into the workout, suddenly
- 32:23you feel like working out.
- 32:25The motion [music]
- 32:26creates the emotion. You have to be the
- 32:29spark.
- 32:30You have to be the ignition.
- 32:32And you have to treat your life
- 32:33>> [music]
- 32:34>> with the seriousness of an elite
- 32:36athlete. Look at the file on mental
- 32:39training of elite athletes. [music]
- 32:41They don't leave their mindset to
- 32:42chance. They visualize. They rehearse.
- 32:46They breathe. You need to visualize your
- 32:482026.
- 32:50I don't mean a vision board with
- 32:51pictures of Lamborghinis.
- 32:53I mean I want you to close your eyes and
- 32:55feel the texture of the reality you are
- 32:57building. See yourself waking up in that
- 33:00future. What does the air smell like?
- 33:02How does your body feel? Who is lying
- 33:05next to you? What is the first thing you
- 33:07do? The brain does not [music] know the
- 33:09difference between a vivid visualization
- 33:11and reality.
- 33:13If you replay this movie in your mind
- 33:15every single day, your reticular
- 33:17activating system, [music]
- 33:19the filter in your brain, will start to
- 33:21look for ways to make it true. It
- 33:23[music] will filter out the noise and
- 33:25highlight the opportunities.
- 33:27But you have to do the work in the dark.
- 33:30There is a shadow side to this. There is
- 33:32a price.
- 33:34As you climb this mountain,
- 33:36>> [music]
- 33:36>> the air gets thinner. The pressure gets
- 33:38higher.
- 33:40You will have days where you question
- 33:41your sanity. [music]
- 33:42You will have days where you cry in your
- 33:44car. That is the price of admission. If
- 33:47it were easy, everyone would be a
- 33:49millionaire. If it were easy, everyone
- 33:52would have a six-pack.
- 33:53>> [music]
- 33:53>> The rarity of the achievement is what
- 33:56gives it value. You are chasing a
- 33:58unicorn life. Do not expect it to come
- 34:00with a donkey workload. You have to
- 34:03embrace the concept of amor fati.
- 34:05>> [music]
- 34:05>> Love of fate. Whatever happens, fired?
- 34:09Good. Opportunity to [music] start that
- 34:11business. You get dumped?
- 34:14Good.
- 34:15Opportunity to find someone who actually
- 34:17deserves [music] you.
- 34:19You get injured?
- 34:20Good. Opportunity to train your mind
- 34:23while your body heals.
- 34:25Turn every obstacle into fuel.
- 34:27This is the alchemy of the unstoppable.
- 34:30You take the lead of life and you turn
- 34:32it into gold [music]
- 34:33and you must do it with urgency.
- 34:35I want you to think about your death.
- 34:38Memento mori. [music]
- 34:40Remember you must die.
- 34:42This isn't morbid. It is the only thing
- 34:44that matters. You are going to die.
- 34:47It might be in 50 years. It might be in
- 34:5050 minutes. [music] You do not know.
- 34:52Stop living like you have a thousand
- 34:54years. Stop acting like you can just do
- 34:56it later. There is no later. There is
- 34:59only now. This breath,
- 35:01>> [music]
- 35:01>> this moment, this decision. Imagine you
- 35:04are 90 years old
- 35:06sitting on your porch
- 35:08looking back at your life.
- 35:10You are holding the script of the movie
- 35:11you just lived.
- 35:13Are you proud of it?
- 35:14Or are you screaming at the screen
- 35:17begging the main character to stand up
- 35:19begging them to take the risk begging
- 35:22them to kiss the girl start the business
- 35:25book the flight. You are writing that
- 35:27movie right now.
- 35:29The pen is in your hand. Don't let the
- 35:31ink run dry.
- 35:33Don't let the pages be filled with safe
- 35:34[music] and comfortable and boring.
- 35:36Write a thriller.
- 35:38Write an adventure.
- 35:40Write a legend. Make 2026 the year the
- 35:43plot twisted. Make 2026 the year the
- 35:46hero finally woke up. You have the
- 35:48tools. [music]
- 35:49You have the philosophy.
- 35:51You have the science. The research on
- 35:53grit tells us that it is not the
- 35:55smartest who win
- 35:56but the ones who stick with their future
- 35:59day in and day out. The research on
- 36:01self-efficacy
- 36:03tells us that you can build the belief.
- 36:05The wisdom of the Stoics
- 36:07tells us that you can control your mind.
- 36:09So, what is missing? Only one thing.
- 36:12Your decision.
- 36:14Not a wish.
- 36:15Not a hope.
- 36:17>> [music]
- 36:17>> A decision.
- 36:18The Latin root of the word decision
- 36:21means to cut [music] off. It means you
- 36:23cut off any other possibility.
- 36:25You cut off the retreat.
- 36:27>> [music]
- 36:27>> You burn the boats.
- 36:29You are either going to take this island
- 36:31or you are going to die on the sand.
- 36:33There is no going back to the old you.
- 36:36That person is dead.
- 36:38We buried them in 2025.
- 36:40I want you to take a breath.
- 36:42A deep breath. [music]
- 36:44Feel the oxygen in your lungs. That is a
- 36:46gift. That is life knowing you are not
- 36:49done yet. Now look at your hands.
- 36:50[music]
- 36:51These hands can build. These hands can
- 36:54destroy. These hands can mold the clay
- 36:56of your existence into anything you
- 36:58want. But you have to move them. The
- 37:00knowledge I have given you is useless
- 37:02without execution. Insight without
- 37:05action is just entertainment. I don't
- 37:07want you to be entertained. I want you
- 37:09to be transformed. So here is the
- 37:11contract
- 37:12>> [music]
- 37:12>> for the next year. You are going to
- 37:14commit to the process.
- 37:17You are going to detach from the result.
- 37:19>> [music]
- 37:19>> And fall in love with the ritual. You
- 37:22are going to show up on the days you
- 37:24feel like a lion.
- 37:25And you are going to show up on the days
- 37:27you feel like a mouse.
- 37:29>> [music]
- 37:30>> Because the mouse needs to eat, too. You
- 37:32are going to stop negotiating with
- 37:34yourself.
- 37:35When the alarm goes off,
- 37:37the debate is over. The vote was cast
- 37:40the night before.
- 37:41You just execute.
- 37:43You are going to be a ghost. [music]
- 37:45You are going to build in silence.
- 37:48You are going to let them sleep while
- 37:50you grind. You are going to let them
- 37:52party while you work.
- 37:54>> [music]
- 37:54>> You are going to let them dream while
- 37:56you do. And when they ask you,
- 37:59"Why do you work so hard? Why are you so
- 38:01intense? Why can't you just relax?" You
- 38:05look them in the eye
- 38:06with zero emotion. And you say,
- 38:09"Because I am not here to participate. I
- 38:12am here to dominate." This is not
- 38:14arrogance. This is alignment. This is
- 38:17you finally agreeing with the potential
- 38:19that God placed inside you. But wait.
- 38:21[music]
- 38:22There is one final trap.
- 38:25One final enemy
- 38:28that will [music] try to snatch this
- 38:29victory from you right at the finish
- 38:31line. It is the enemy of good enough.
- 38:34You will make some progress.
- 38:36>> [music]
- 38:36>> You will lose 10 lb. You will make a
- 38:38little more money.
- 38:40You will feel a little better, and your
- 38:42brain will say,
- 38:43"Okay, we're good. We can relax now.
- 38:47We earned a break." That is the kiss of
- 38:49[music] death. Good is the enemy of
- 38:51great. Comfort is the enemy of growth.
- 38:54When you start to win, that is when you
- 38:56must press harder. When you get to the
- 38:58top of the hill, you don't sit down.
- 39:01>> [music]
- 39:01>> You look for the next mountain. You have
- 39:03to become addicted to the ascent.
- 39:05Gilbert Enoka taught the All Blacks to
- 39:07sweep the [music] sheds. Even the
- 39:09captains, the superstars, the best
- 39:12players in the world, after the game,
- 39:14they pick up a broom, and they clean the
- 39:16locker room. Why? Because you are never
- 39:18too big to do the small [music] things.
- 39:22Humility is the anchor of greatness.
- 39:25If [music] you lose your humility,
- 39:27you lose your edge. The moment you think
- 39:30you have arrived, you have started your
- 39:32descent. [music]
- 39:33Stay hungry. Stay foolish. Stay humble.
- 39:37You are an eternal student. The world is
- 39:40your classroom. Pain is your teacher.
- 39:43Failure is your textbook, and 2026
- 39:472026 is your graduation. But, the test
- 39:50is happening right now.
- 39:52The test is not in a year. The test is
- 39:54when this video ends.
- 39:56What will you do? Will you click on the
- 39:58next video?
- 39:59Will you scroll down to the comments?
- 40:01Will you check your notifications?
- 40:04Or, will you close the screen, [music]
- 40:05stand up, and start? The distance
- 40:08between your dreams and your reality is
- 40:11called action. The bridge is being built
- 40:13as you walk on it. Do not look down.
- 40:16Look forward. [music]
- 40:17The unstoppable version of you is
- 40:19standing at the finish line waiting for
- 40:21you to catch up. They are looking at
- 40:23their watch. They are tapping their
- 40:25foot. They are saying, "What took you so
- 40:28long?"
- 40:29Don't keep them waiting.
- 40:31Let me tell you one last story before
- 40:33you [music] go. A story about the
- 40:35Chinese bamboo tree.
- 40:37I mentioned it before,
- 40:40but you didn't hear me. You heard the
- 40:42words, but you didn't feel the lesson.
- 40:45You have to water it for 5 years. 5
- 40:48years of darkness.
- 40:49>> [music]
- 40:49>> 5 years of faith.
- 40:51You are in the dark right now. I know
- 40:54it. You feel buried, but you are not
- 40:56buried.
- 40:57>> [music]
- 40:57>> You are planted. There is a difference.
- 41:00When you are buried, you are dead. When
- 41:02you are planted, you are preparing to
- 41:05rise. The dirt you are feeling, the
- 41:07pressure, the darkness, that is
- 41:10necessary. That is the soil. If you
- 41:13didn't have the dirt, you couldn't have
- 41:15the roots.
- 41:15>> [music]
- 41:16>> And if you don't have the roots, you
- 41:17can't handle the fruits. You are being
- 41:20prepared for a harvest that you cannot
- 41:22even imagine. But you have to stay in
- 41:24the dirt.
- 41:25>> [music]
- 41:25>> You have to stay in the process. Do not
- 41:27dig yourself up to see if you are
- 41:29growing. That kills the seed. Trust the
- 41:31process.
- 41:33Trust the timing.
- 41:34>> [music]
- 41:35>> And know this,
- 41:37when you finally break through the soil,
- 41:39when you finally show the world who you
- 41:41really are,
- 41:43>> [music]
- 41:43>> it won't be a quiet entrance. It will be
- 41:46an explosion.
- 41:48You will grow 90 [music] ft in 6 weeks.
- 41:51You will surpass everyone who doubted
- 41:53you.
- 41:54Everyone who laughed at you. Everyone
- 41:56who left you. And they will [music] ask,
- 41:59"How did you do it? How did you get so
- 42:01lucky?" And you will just smile because
- 42:04you know about the 5 years. You know
- 42:07about the 4:00 a.m.'s. You know about
- 42:09the tears. You know about the dirt.
- 42:12>> [music]
- 42:12>> You are unstoppable not because you
- 42:15don't fail,
- 42:16but because you don't stop. So, are you
- 42:19ready to be planted? Are you ready to
- 42:21endure the dark? Are you ready to rise?
- 42:242026 is calling. Answer the call. And
- 42:27once you rise, once you break the
- 42:29surface, you enter a new phase, a phase
- 42:32that very few people ever talk about
- 42:34because very few people ever reach it.
- 42:36This is the phase of a
