- 0:00What do you think about living in
- 0:01Bangkok?
- 0:02>> Living in Bangkok, my personality is not
- 0:05look like what I, you know, trying to
- 0:06chill
- 0:08>> on the outside. Yeah.
- 0:09>> And can I ask you what type of business
- 0:11your family is in?
- 0:12>> Um, one thing that's always been in my
- 0:14dreams is like I want to be a singer. I
- 0:17want to be a lady boy, you know, artist.
- 0:19>> And you tell me you're a lady boy.
- 0:21>> Yes, I am.
- 0:22>> What do you think about this words?
- 0:24>> This word it's just for me it's like
- 0:27it would be fun, you know. Would that be
- 0:29your dream to just move around all the
- 0:31time?
- 0:32>> Yeah.
- 0:32>> Yes. I cannot stay at the same place if
- 0:34I stay at the same place all the time.
- 0:36>> Where do you like to go if you travel?
- 0:38>> So I would say I like Pata the most but
- 0:42Paya like 10 years ago.
- 0:44>> Interesting.
- 0:45>> Not right now because 10 years ago pata
- 0:47for me
- 0:48>> and that's when I got this scar from
- 0:51fire jellyfish.
- 0:52>> Oh damn.
- 0:53>> I love it a lot. I would never want to
- 0:55remove this.
- 0:56>> Like what happened? Tell me the story.
- 0:58So the story is like,
- 1:01>> "Hey, Pinky.
- 1:03>> Hi.
- 1:04>> How are you today?"
- 1:05>> I'm good actually.
- 1:06>> Like pretty exhausted sometime from
- 1:09work, but
- 1:10>> And how old are you Pinky?
- 1:12>> Right now I'm just turned 22 just 2 days
- 1:14ago.
- 1:14>> Congratulations. Did you throw a big
- 1:16party?
- 1:18>> Not really big party. Just like a night
- 1:20out party.
- 1:21>> Are you a little bit like a party
- 1:22person?
- 1:23>> I wouldn't say party person. I'm more
- 1:25like homebody person. Oh yeah. So you
- 1:28would define yourself like an introvert.
- 1:31>> Um I would say like [music]
- 1:33in the middle.
- 1:34>> You told me you used to study in
- 1:35Singapore for a bit.
- 1:37>> Yeah, I used to study in Singapore.
- 1:39>> Nice. How old were you when you went
- 1:40there?
- 1:41>> Um 18.
- 1:42>> Wow. And what brought you there in the
- 1:44first place? Like a scholarship?
- 1:45Something like this?
- 1:46>> No, my family just sent me there.
- 1:49>> Yeah, because they want me to study both
- 1:51languages, English and Chinese. So they,
- 1:54you know, sent me there. And also they
- 1:56you know do business over there. So I
- 1:58have to help them out you know while I'm
- 2:00studying in you know university.
- 2:03>> So you are originally from Bangkok or
- 2:05from a different city?
- 2:06>> I'm from Isan.
- 2:07>> From Isan.
- 2:07>> Korat. You know Korat.
- 2:08>> Karat.
- 2:09>> Yeah I'm from Karat.
- 2:10>> And since what age did you came to
- 2:12Bangkok?
- 2:13>> Um I would say six or seven.
- 2:17>> Ah
- 2:17>> yeah.
- 2:18>> What do you think about living in
- 2:19Bangkok?
- 2:20>> Living in Bangkok crowned it. Um
- 2:26excited.
- 2:27>> Excited in what way?
- 2:28>> I love the way of people, you know, like
- 2:30the fashion, the sense of fashion in
- 2:32Bangkok. Like people not judging anyone
- 2:34like whatever you're wearing, people are
- 2:36appreciate it, you know,
- 2:38>> because when I saw you, you look very
- 2:40like like a outgoing person even though
- 2:42you told me introvert, but your outfit
- 2:43is really like uh you like to show
- 2:45yourself. Yeah, I'm very like I would
- 2:48say very socialized minded you know like
- 2:51because I used to work with my parents
- 2:52company you know business so I have to
- 2:55get into society a lot so my personality
- 2:58is not look like what I you know trying
- 3:00to show
- 3:01>> on the outside. Yeah.
- 3:03>> And can I ask you what type of business
- 3:04your family is in?
- 3:06>> Uh it's a construction company and dry
- 3:08foods company makeup and EDC you know.
- 3:12>> Nice.
- 3:13>> And what do you study? What is what is
- 3:14your subject? Digital marketing.
- 3:16>> Ah,
- 3:16>> and professional business. Yeah.
- 3:19>> And if you could choose one job that you
- 3:21really love to do, what would it be?
- 3:22>> Content creator. I love being on a
- 3:24camera.
- 3:26>> M. Yeah.
- 3:28>> Do you have many friends here?
- 3:30>> Not at all.
- 3:31>> Not at all.
- 3:31>> Yeah. I have high school friends, but
- 3:33it's still starting, you know,
- 3:35university. So, it's like they not
- 3:37graduated yet and they don't making any
- 3:39money yet. So, I cannot hang out with
- 3:41them. That's the bad part. Because are
- 3:44you a little bit picky like who you hang
- 3:45out with?
- 3:46>> Yeah, I'm really picky.
- 3:48>> You want to be a little bit challenged
- 3:50intellectually maybe?
- 3:51>> Yeah, I just feel like I want a friend
- 3:53who make me feel like okay, let's do
- 3:54this and that, you know, let's make
- 3:56something happen. Let's do anything that
- 3:58like improve our life, you know, or make
- 4:00any good things happen? Yeah.
- 4:02>> Is there something you really want to
- 4:04achieve within now and the next 5 years?
- 4:06>> Next 5 years.
- 4:07>> Yeah. Um, one thing that's always been
- 4:10in my dreams is like I want to be a
- 4:12singer. I want to be a lady boy, you
- 4:15know, artist. Yeah. Because I don't see
- 4:18much, you know, lady boy singer in this
- 4:21world, I would say. So that's what
- 4:24really I really want to achieve, you
- 4:25know, and I want to go international
- 4:28like I want to be more famous probably
- 4:30in United States or America, you know.
- 4:33>> Yeah.
- 4:33>> I feel like it would be fun, you know.
- 4:35Yeah. So since what age did you start to
- 4:38sing?
- 4:39>> What age did I start to see that?
- 4:41>> Probably like really young maybe nine.
- 4:44When I was listen to Bad Romance Lady
- 4:46Gaga for the first time.
- 4:48>> Okay. And you sing in Thai or English?
- 4:50>> I can sing both languages Thai, English,
- 4:53Chinese or Japanese, Korean
- 4:57also. Yeah.
- 4:58>> And what type of songs do you prefer to
- 5:00sing? Um I don't know how to call it
- 5:03probably but Vinnie Houston Mara Carey
- 5:06that's what I love to sing mostly
- 5:07>> and you also do like a training for your
- 5:09voice to to catch a certain pitch.
- 5:12>> M not training I just love singing you
- 5:14know I didn't go to class I didn't win
- 5:16any class but I think I can sing.
- 5:19>> Nice. And you tell me you're a lady boy.
- 5:21>> Yes I am.
- 5:22>> What do you think about this words?
- 5:24>> This word it's just for me it's like
- 5:27very you know normal words. I feel like
- 5:30it's this cry a person who is you know
- 5:33like when you born you were male right
- 5:35on your ID passport anything like that
- 5:38but your personality or what do you
- 5:41think about yourself is like you
- 5:42represent of a woman or femininity
- 5:45that's what I you know feel about the
- 5:47words lady boy for me yeah
- 5:49>> and what do you think when someone
- 5:51thinks it's a little bit like insulting
- 5:53term
- 5:54>> you mean like it's like object something
- 5:56like that
- 5:57>> for me I I I don't really care you know
- 6:00like everyone have different point of
- 6:02view about every words for me I just you
- 6:05know like feel happy about this word
- 6:08because I know what I am and I saw
- 6:11people in this society you know they all
- 6:13talented and I love lady boys you know
- 6:16>> nice so you went to Singapore did you
- 6:18also travel to different places
- 6:20>> yeah I did
- 6:20>> where did you go to
- 6:22>> um Malaysia Macau Japan um Hong Kong
- 6:27yeah From those places, which one
- 6:30impressed you the most?
- 6:32>> Probably Macau and Singapore.
- 6:34>> Yeah. How come? I mean Singapore because
- 6:36you study there, so I get it.
- 6:38>> But Macau.
- 6:39>> Macau and Japan. Japan.
- 6:41>> Yeah.
- 6:42>> Japan. Oh my god. There's amazing like
- 6:44people they are like a movie, you know,
- 6:46or anime like people are very culture
- 6:49like they are really into what they
- 6:51have, you know, and they're very unique
- 6:53from other nationalities. And also the
- 6:56food is amazing, the weather, everything
- 6:58is perfect, you know, like amazing. And
- 7:00Macau, I was there very long ago, but
- 7:03it's already civilized, you know, like
- 7:05more than Bangkok, like I would say
- 7:07three or five time, you know, like 10
- 7:08years ago.
- 7:10>> So I feel like, oh my god, right now it
- 7:12will look amazing.
- 7:13>> Wow. So you love traveling, huh?
- 7:15>> I love traveling. I love seeing. I just
- 7:17don't like to stick in somewhere
- 7:19somewhere is like stay the same, you
- 7:21know? I just love something new all the
- 7:23time. So, how do you do this when you're
- 7:25in Bangkok? Like, is it easy for you to
- 7:27get bored with the surrounding here?
- 7:30>> Yeah, I would say very easy to get
- 7:32bored, but I have a way, you know, to
- 7:34enjoy my life or not getting bored of
- 7:36whatever I do, you know. I just like,
- 7:38okay, this week, let's do some work and
- 7:41then let's find someday I can go
- 7:43somewhere that is like, you know, what I
- 7:45never do like for example, riding horse
- 7:48or doing much like outdoor activities.
- 7:51Yeah. So you like to find something new
- 7:53every time to keep yourself challenged
- 7:56maybe.
- 7:56>> Yeah, I think I have what people call
- 7:59ADHD like a hyper kind of things. So I
- 8:02cannot concentrate in something, you
- 8:04know, very long time for real.
- 8:07>> Yeah.
- 8:08>> Like I always want to, you know, go
- 8:10somewhere, you know, like one week. I
- 8:13think I go out from my condo probably
- 8:15like four or five times.
- 8:17>> Wow. That's
- 8:18>> I have to be outside at least. have to
- 8:20see people, new people, you know. Yeah.
- 8:22>> Do you get a lot of attention from guys
- 8:23when you're out and about?
- 8:26>> You mean like outside?
- 8:27>> Yeah.
- 8:27>> Yeah, I do.
- 8:28>> Yeah,
- 8:29>> I can I can confirm that.
- 8:32>> Like, can you share me some of those
- 8:33experiences? I'm curious.
- 8:34>> Um, let's say I used to use Okay, this
- 8:38is like kind of crazy story. I used
- 8:41Tinder before in Singapore and a very
- 8:43small, you know, country. So so many
- 8:46random guy just came to me and hey are
- 8:48you Pinky and I was like who are you you
- 8:51know and they saw me and sometime they
- 8:54come came up to me and it was like oh hi
- 8:57you look so pretty like you want to do
- 8:59you know and I was like I don't know I
- 9:02got a scared to be honest.
- 9:04>> Yeah I I get it because when you were on
- 9:06Tinder you were looking for something
- 9:08particular.
- 9:09>> Yeah very particular. I have my type
- 9:12>> like what is your type? My type probably
- 9:15someone is like hygienic and he got some
- 9:19class you know and when I look at him I
- 9:22feel like this guy interesting he do
- 9:24some he have some kind of knowledge that
- 9:26I don't have so when I talk with him I
- 9:28feel like it's more interesting you know
- 9:30>> so you are like a sapo sexual like you
- 9:32get attracted to intelligence maybe
- 9:35>> yeah kind of
- 9:36>> yeah I would say yeah
- 9:37>> okay you like the guy to be taller than
- 9:39you
- 9:40>> yeah that's would be perfect
- 9:42>> nice Okay. And when it comes to like a
- 9:45career, do you think it's important for
- 9:47a guy to be successful?
- 9:50>> For me, I don't know the word definition
- 9:53of successful, you know, like I I don't
- 9:55know like how much it's successful for
- 9:58someone. And for me, I just I just want
- 10:00someone who has something going on and
- 10:02don't have any like financially problem
- 10:04and he have his own passionate. That's
- 10:06all. Yeah.
- 10:07>> Yeah. Do you think it's good to have
- 10:08goals together if you're in a
- 10:10relationship?
- 10:11You mean like the same goals?
- 10:13>> Yeah. For example, you are both business
- 10:15driven or you like to um have some like
- 10:19business together or maybe you need to
- 10:21make a trip every month, you know,
- 10:23something like consistency, some some
- 10:26activities you want to do together.
- 10:28>> Yeah. I feel like it would be really
- 10:30really good because you know two people
- 10:33having the same mindset. It's it's make
- 10:35everything going faster and you know
- 10:36because they understand each other. So
- 10:39>> yeah.
- 10:39>> Yeah. Are you single right now?
- 10:41>> Right now? Um, I'm not single. Yeah.
- 10:45>> Okay. How long are you together with
- 10:46your boyfriend?
- 10:48>> Uh, 9 months already.
- 10:50>> 9 months. Okay. And what do you like
- 10:52about him the most?
- 10:53>> What do I like about him?
- 10:56He's the first guy on earth that I feel
- 10:58happy, you know, like I feel like I can
- 11:01be myself the most. And I feel like even
- 11:04I don't have to wear makeup. He will say
- 11:06I'm the most beautiful woman on earth.
- 11:10That's nice.
- 11:11>> That's Yeah, that's make me fall in love
- 11:14with him. Yeah.
- 11:15>> You ever want to get married?
- 11:16>> Yeah, I do.
- 11:17>> Yeah.
- 11:18>> Yes, I do want to get married like
- 11:20because first, you know, like if I
- 11:23married to one of the man that has
- 11:26strongest passport in the world, that
- 11:28could benefit me in really good way. And
- 11:29it's not just about that, you know, it's
- 11:31like it can bring so many benefits, you
- 11:33know, good benefits.
- 11:34>> Yeah. because I don't believe like
- 11:36people just married because of love you
- 11:38know it's you know there's something
- 11:41good come with this so yeah I want to
- 11:43get married one day
- 11:44>> okay I get it and then maybe also live
- 11:46in a different country
- 11:48>> yeah I'm guess support like I don't mind
- 11:51you know living around like just okay
- 11:53this year living Thailand next year
- 11:55living you know in Europe like it would
- 11:58be fun you know
- 11:59>> would that be your dream to just move
- 12:00around all the time
- 12:03>> yes I cannot stay the same place if to
- 12:05stay at the same place all the time. I'm
- 12:06going to be date
- 12:07>> or turn into [laughter]
- 12:09stone.
- 12:10>> I want to go back a little bit. You told
- 12:12me you you come from a little bit like
- 12:14maybe high so family or like very
- 12:16business-minded family.
- 12:18>> Yeah, I would say that.
- 12:19>> And I think in a family like that, they
- 12:21expect the son to be like successful and
- 12:25maybe like how can I say this in a in a
- 12:27in a good way?
- 12:29>> Like when they have a son, they want
- 12:30>> strict or Yeah. Yeah. Very strict. Maybe
- 12:32traditional.
- 12:33>> Yeah. Very. So, how was it for them
- 12:35knowing that you actually want to be a
- 12:37woman?
- 12:38>> Um, the first thing they said to me,
- 12:40they said it's okay to be lady boy. But,
- 12:44you know, like I think what they said is
- 12:47true. You know, they say like if you're
- 12:48just being lady boy, then you know,
- 12:50nothing going to be that good for your
- 12:52life because first you're not like what
- 12:55your gender is, right? And you know,
- 12:58most people don't understand what are
- 13:00you doing or what are you actually
- 13:01feeling about yourself. So what they
- 13:03told me it's like you know always stay
- 13:05pretty, be the most pretty, be the most
- 13:08smartest, be the most richest, then
- 13:09everything going to come in your way.
- 13:12That's what my family always told me. I
- 13:14have to study the best, have to be
- 13:16pretty, have to be good in every way.
- 13:18That's what they tell me.
- 13:19>> Wow. So they're very supportive.
- 13:20>> Supportive. But you have something in
- 13:23exchange.
- 13:24>> Yeah.
- 13:24>> Then they're going to support you, you
- 13:26know,
- 13:26>> like you had to have good grades in
- 13:27school like when you were younger. Yeah.
- 13:29>> Good grades. I have to I have to learn
- 13:31everything like for but it's good for
- 13:33me. Before that when I was young I feel
- 13:35like oh my god why my family is so
- 13:37strict or you know like tell me to do
- 13:40this and that you know but right now
- 13:41when I grow up I feel like what it told
- 13:43me to do it's all for me.
- 13:46>> Yeah
- 13:46>> it's benefit good for me like it's made
- 13:48me you know like really happy for what I
- 13:51am right now.
- 13:52>> What do you feel was the biggest
- 13:54struggle for you growing up?
- 13:56>> The biggest problem? Yeah,
- 13:58>> I would say to connect with other trans
- 14:01girl because my family they want me to
- 14:03be really like like real woman
- 14:06personality. So they don't want me to
- 14:08hang out with any trans, you know, to
- 14:09have like a very materialistic or like
- 14:13you know. Yeah. So that is my problem
- 14:16because when I grow up right now I want
- 14:17to get into trans social media content
- 14:20creator and when I want to connect with
- 14:22other trans girl people say like I have
- 14:25some kind of boundary kind of things you
- 14:27know like it's make me feel scared to
- 14:28connect with other trans because I feel
- 14:30like they're not going to like me. Yeah.
- 14:32>> And why do you feel they're not going to
- 14:33like you?
- 14:36Uh, in my experience, I feel like I
- 14:39don't know, like for example, if you're
- 14:42not friends with them since high school
- 14:43or university, they're not going to like
- 14:45you. Especially when you come from
- 14:47really different society.
- 14:50It would be mean if I say that, but like
- 14:54I don't know in for me in my experience,
- 14:56people who born rich and from the poor,
- 14:58they they don't like each other in
- 15:00general. I would say that
- 15:01>> it is true. there's some you know
- 15:04berseries between so when I talk with
- 15:07other trans in person they always like
- 15:10oh this and and after that when I text
- 15:12them I want to connect more making
- 15:14content more with them they ghosted me
- 15:16>> interesting
- 15:17>> don't supporting me so I feel like
- 15:19[sighs]
- 15:20you know real world
- 15:21>> yeah yeah but there is really a
- 15:23difference between like Thai Chinese
- 15:25Thai you know there's really a huge
- 15:27difference you go back to Isan sometime
- 15:30[sighs]
- 15:30>> I didn't go there for so long already.
- 15:32>> I only been there when I was young. But
- 15:34I miss, you know, Isan because I feel
- 15:37like that is the most realist part of
- 15:39me.
- 15:41>> Right now I look like this. I just
- 15:43spend, you know, my life in air con most
- 15:45of time. But when I was in Isan, I just
- 15:48the time before 7-Eleven, I just go out
- 15:51in the jungle. That's how I hang out
- 15:53with friends, you know,
- 15:54>> going to the jungle like chasing lizard
- 15:56to eat or crickets or
- 15:59[gasps and laughter]
- 15:59>> insects or flock, you I eat a lot of
- 16:02crazy thing, you know, in the sun.
- 16:04>> What is the most crazy thing you you
- 16:05eat?
- 16:06>> I would say lizard.
- 16:07>> Yeah.
- 16:08>> List flocks. Bees.
- 16:10>> Bees.
- 16:11>> Yeah. Like bees and ants.
- 16:13>> Like you catch them and then you roast
- 16:15them. Something like this.
- 16:16>> Mhm.
- 16:16>> Really?
- 16:17>> Not very ro Yeah, it roasted actually.
- 16:19>> Wow.

- 16:22>> how how does it taste? Like can you
- 16:23compare it with something else? M to be
- 16:27honest it tastes kind of weird but it's
- 16:29like very nice actually I don't know how
- 16:33to explain it but
- 16:34>> you really liked it
- 16:35>> I really liked it but I like cricket
- 16:36more you know
- 16:37>> it's very nice but the best food in my
- 16:39life sam
- 16:40>> I just wanted to ask Sam is so popular
- 16:42here right
- 16:43>> I love sam especially with the para
- 16:46sauce you know you know para sauce
- 16:48>> I love it like Thai people or foreigner
- 16:52they might taste para sauce just the
- 16:54sauce right the water things, but I
- 16:56taste the whole the fish thing, which is
- 16:59like crazy.
- 17:00>> I also wanted to ask you besides Thai
- 17:02food, what are some foods that you
- 17:04really love? Like western type of food?
- 17:06>> Western kind of food? Probably bara.
- 17:10Birata. Yes, I love Italian food a lot.
- 17:13Like for real, I have been in so many
- 17:15Italian restaurant in Thailand. And the
- 17:18most restaurant that I've been to
- 17:19probably almost 100 is Masa by Kote. is
- 17:24my favorite. And yes, borata is my
- 17:26favorite. I love burda cheese. I love
- 17:28cheese a lot. And paraham. I love it.
- 17:32Yes. [laughter]
- 17:34>> Very nice. Very nice.
- 17:35>> But I want to try escago like the French
- 17:38food.
- 17:39>> Yeah.
- 17:40>> I mean, I don't know. I cannot imagine,
- 17:43you know, the snails like how would it
- 17:45taste? So, I feel like it would be nice.
- 17:47>> And maybe Greek food.
- 17:48>> Greek food. Um
- 17:50>> like a nice salad, cheese, vegetable
- 17:54>> salad.
- 17:54>> Yeah.
- 17:55>> Like which one?
- 17:56>> Um would you recommend?
- 17:58>> It's like tomatoes, feta cheese.
- 18:00>> Feta cheese.
- 18:03Try it.
- 18:04>> So in Thailand, where do you like to go
- 18:07if you travel?
- 18:10>> This is really funny. This is really
- 18:12hard question for me because I am Thai
- 18:16but I have been only like eight or nine
- 18:18states in Thailand which is we have like
- 18:2127 states in Thailand. So I would say I
- 18:26like pat the most but like 10 years ago.
- 18:30>> Interesting. Not right now because 10
- 18:32years ago Pata for me it's like it's not
- 18:35like nowadays it's it's like Miami back
- 18:39then you know like very I don't know it
- 18:41feel like Las Vegas for me Pata like I
- 18:43don't know like 10 12 years ago is feel
- 18:46like Las Vegas for me like everything
- 18:49it's it's even popular more than Bangkok
- 18:51>> but also because you were younger in
- 18:53that time of course.
- 18:54>> Yeah.
- 18:54>> Right. So the experience is more like
- 18:56like overwhelming maybe.
- 18:58No, everything has changed. The weather,
- 19:01the environment, everything, you know,
- 19:04and there's no prostitute on the street.
- 19:06>> But because when is last time you went
- 19:08to Patya?
- 19:09>> Last time.
- 19:10>> Yeah.
- 19:11>> Oh my god. Really, really long ago. And
- 19:13that's when I got this scar from fire
- 19:16jellyfish.
- 19:17>> Oh, damn.
- 19:18>> I love it a lot. I would never want to
- 19:20remove this.
- 19:21>> Like what happened? Tell me the story.
- 19:23So the story is like I want to go
- 19:26swimming with my nanny and it's really
- 19:30crazy because I saw no one on the beach
- 19:32at all. So I was like why why is no one
- 19:35on the beach and I look at the ocean and
- 19:37I was like what is that plastic thing
- 19:39you know like a lot you know on the
- 19:41beach but I didn't know it was fire
- 19:42jellyfish. So I just go down there and
- 19:44then I just was like something is
- 19:46burning. So I just like ah what did this
- 19:49and it's like truly you know around my
- 19:52arms it looks scary when I had it
- 19:56>> not hurt it just feel like something
- 19:58burning
- 19:59>> damn
- 20:00>> but now I feel so good about it like
- 20:02when people ask me how did I get it and
- 20:04I was like a fire jellyfish you know
- 20:07>> and why are you proud of it
- 20:08>> was so unique like people would be like
- 20:11oh I just like had a car crash whatever
- 20:13you know but fire jellyfish you know
- 20:15>> wow I love it.
- 20:17>> So, you like to swim also?
- 20:19>> I love to swim.
- 20:20>> Yeah.
- 20:20>> That's that's why I'm really tall
- 20:22because my family forced me to swim also
- 20:24play sports. Swim.
- 20:26>> Wow.
- 20:27>> So, yeah.
- 20:28>> And what sports do you like to play?
- 20:29>> I love to like and you know volleyball.
- 20:33And how do you call this thing? Ping
- 20:35pong. But I hate footballs.
- 20:36>> You hate football?
- 20:37>> Yeah.
- 20:38>> Why?
- 20:39>> It's a man things. And also I realized,
- 20:42you know, when I was a lady boy, really
- 20:44young and my teacher trying to force me
- 20:46to play football, which is not really
- 20:47like,
- 20:48>> you know, trans girl thing. So I feel
- 20:50like
- 20:51>> I've heard stories about like
- 20:52transgenders going to school and the
- 20:54teacher they cut your hair, something
- 20:56like this. Did it happen to you?
- 20:58>> It's happened to me and he make fun of
- 20:59me. I hate that.
- 21:01>> Like what happened?
- 21:02>> So he How old were you to start there?
- 21:06I would say
- 21:10probably 14 like grade something 14 in
- 21:14middle school, right? And
- 21:17the teacher he probably know, you know,
- 21:19like everyone know lady boy, we want to
- 21:21have long hair. So the most value thing
- 21:24for lady boy is the hair and he cut my
- 21:28hair and I was crying so hard. I feel
- 21:30like this, you know, really hurt my
- 21:33feelings, you know, more than just
- 21:34saying anything to cut my hair, you
- 21:37know, it's really hurtful.
- 21:39>> And he did that in front of the class.
- 21:41>> Yeah, of course. Like he should have do
- 21:43it like privately, you know, but he just
- 21:45tried to humiliate me in front of the
- 21:48whole class and everyone just laughing.
- 21:50I didn't tell anyone because it's this t
- 21:53high school laws, you know, everyone had
- 21:56to follow it. But when you got back
- 21:58home, they obvious obviously saw that
- 21:59you got like shorter hair, right?
- 22:01>> Yeah. But they cannot do anything, you
- 22:03know. It's a school law. Unless I owning
- 22:06a school, then I can change it.
- 22:08>> But now it's already better. I feel
- 22:10happy for younger generation, you know,
- 22:12they can grow their hair.
- 22:13>> Nice. And you told me you had a nanny.
- 22:16>> Yeah, I had nanny before.
- 22:17>> Wow. How was it to have a nanny?
- 22:19>> Uh, I would say it's feel like little
- 22:22princess.
- 22:23>> Like this was a type person or different
- 22:24nationality. person
- 22:25>> type person
- 22:27>> like your parents did not had time to
- 22:28take care of you and then the netty was
- 22:30always there for you something like this
- 22:32>> it's just my family they are party girl
- 22:34>> after they give me birth they just like
- 22:37you know work and party and give you
- 22:39someone to taking care of
- 22:40>> they wanted to work and party and okay I
- 22:43got it
- 22:44>> how they you know
- 22:45>> oh that's nice and do you still keep in
- 22:47touch with the nanny
- 22:49>> no not anymore like I don't have nannies
- 22:53so long ago already
- 22:54>> and what's is always the same person or
- 22:56they change the nanny every year.
- 22:58>> Yeah.
- 22:58>> Yeah. Until they found a good one. Yeah.
- 23:00>> And which was the best one? Can you
- 23:02remember?
- 23:03>> I cannot remember. It's so many. I have
- 23:05very many nanny.
- 23:07>> What is What is the like best memory you
- 23:10have from your childhood? Like the super
- 23:12best memory.
- 23:13>> Super best memory.
- 23:18>> I think probably when I traveling to
- 23:21Japan with my whole family. That is the
- 23:24most happiest moment in my life because
- 23:26that time my brain never thinking about
- 23:29financially problem.
- 23:30>> Yeah.
- 23:30>> Never thinking about work. My life just
- 23:32like playing playing exploring exploring
- 23:35exploring eating. It's the most happiest
- 23:39moment of my life you know.
- 23:40>> How old were you when you made this
- 23:42family trip?
- 23:44>> Nine.
- 23:45>> Nine.
- 23:45>> Nine. Yeah.
- 23:46>> Wow. You still have it in in your in
- 23:48your memory?
- 23:48>> Because I've been I've been to Jen like
- 23:51I think three or four times.
- 23:52>> Yeah. So, it's like I've been to the
- 23:54same place, you know, many times. Yeah.
- 23:56>> Nice. I love it. Okay. And for like end
- 23:59of this year, you're going to like go
- 24:00for a party like do you have any plans?
- 24:03>> I'm still not have a plan yet, but next
- 24:06year of course I'm going to have a plan.
- 24:07I want I'm going to fly to Turkey and
- 24:10Dubai. Yeah.
- 24:12>> Wow. When is this in next year? Like
- 24:13middle or the beginning?
- 24:15>> M I would say January. Yeah.
- 24:17>> And is it because it's fairly easy to
- 24:19get a visa for those countries?
- 24:21>> Yeah. Correct. Yeah, nice.
- 24:23>> Because being lady boy is really hard to
- 24:24flying, you know, like to flying
- 24:26somewhere because we always have problem
- 24:27with immigration.
- 24:29>> Yeah. Like off camera you told me they
- 24:31they held you for interrogation when you
- 24:34were going to Singapore like the fifth
- 24:36time,
- 24:37>> right?
- 24:37>> Yeah.
- 24:38>> Can you tell me the story?
- 24:40>> Okay. The story is um I always go to
- 24:44Singapore, right? And I have been there
- 24:46many time and I never have problem with
- 24:49immigration. But last time, like five
- 24:51months ago, I just been there and I have
- 24:52problem with them because I I don't
- 24:56think it because I'm a lady boy, but
- 24:58they just target Thai people because
- 25:00when I, you know, put my Thai passport
- 25:02at the match, it just said go to the
- 25:05office directly. So I was in the, you
- 25:08know, the how to say investigating room
- 25:09and then all the people there, I asked
- 25:11them like, "Wait, are you guys Tai?" And
- 25:14then they was like, "Yes, we are Thai."
- 25:16And I was like, "What?" So it's not just
- 25:18me. So it's all Thai people
- 25:19>> also guys, girls in there. Yeah.
- 25:23>> So anyone who put the Thai passport over
- 25:25there that go to the office. I didn't do
- 25:29any bad thing but imagine you're being
- 25:32somewhere where is like random people
- 25:34like hundreds of them watching you like
- 25:36it was like you're going to go to jail
- 25:37or something.
- 25:38>> Yeah.
- 25:38>> It's crazy moment of my life. Yeah.
- 25:40>> But they let you go after that.
- 25:41>> Yeah. They let me go. I already told
- 25:43him, you know, like you could just, you
- 25:45know, research something I did, you
- 25:47know, like the history, the statesman,
- 25:49everything.
- 25:50>> Yeah.
- 25:50>> Okay, that's all. Thank you so much for
- 25:52your time. If people want to follow you,
- 25:54they can follow you on like YouTube,
- 25:57Instagram.
- 25:58>> Yeah, everywhere. YouTube, Instagram,
- 26:00Tik Tok, all the username is Pinky.
- 26:03Sorry.
- 26:04>> Okay. I put it also in the description
- 26:06of the video so people can follow you.
- 26:08Is there one last thing you want to say
- 26:10to people? for example, advice for a
- 26:12person who wants to date a transgender
- 26:14person.
- 26:15>> Just trying to be, you know, just trying
- 26:18to be open-minded, you know, don't care
- 26:21other people too much because as I
- 26:23always says, you know, there's nothing
- 26:25matter, you know, like as long as you
- 26:28feel happy about what you're doing or
- 26:30what you really feel and if you want to
- 26:32date trans girl, just give it a try, you
- 26:34know. We are very lovely people. Yeah,
- 26:37>> I love it.
- 26:38>> Yes. Thank you. Thank you so much for
- 26:39your time.
- 26:40>> Yeah, thank you.
- 26:42>> Are you okay? I use this for my YouTube
- 26:44channel.
- 26:44>> Yeah, of course.
- 26:45>> Perfect.
