- 0:00Hello everyone. In today's video, I will
- 0:03show you one of the old methods that
- 0:06still works very well for me. In the
- 0:09method, I use indicators that are
- 0:12familiar to everyone. The main thing is
- 0:16to take the right positions at the right
- 0:18time and the method copes perfectly with
- 0:21any market complexity.
- 0:25I start by
- 0:27setting up the stochastic oscillator,
- 0:29which is a well-known indicator. Let's
- 0:32set the period to
- 0:34511.
- 0:38Uh color is blue, white,
- 0:43green,
- 0:45and red.
- 0:47And save. The next indicator is the
- 0:50moving average.
- 0:52Let's set the period to four.
- 0:58I leave SMA as it is. The color is green
- 1:02and save. I set the second moving
- 1:04average and this time
- 1:06I have to increase the period to 50.
- 1:11Let's set MA here, change the color to
- 1:15red, and save.
- 1:19And I choose the moving average again
- 1:21and increase the period to 200.
- 1:29Here too, I set MA.
- 1:32Uh let's choose the color white and
- 1:37save. Then we have to set Heikin-Ashi
- 1:39candles
- 1:41and transition time to 1 minute.
- 1:46And also, we have to set the trading
- 1:48time to 1 minute.
- 1:51>> [snorts]
- 1:51>> Uh the last step before starting trading
- 1:54is, of course, choosing the right
- 1:56currency pair so that the method gives
- 1:58me the best results. And as you already
- 2:02know, I always try to choose uh currency
- 2:04pairs
- 2:05uh that are about 70%.
- 2:08I think everything uh is set. So, let me
- 2:11find some good moments and get back to
- 2:13you.
- 2:16Friends, I think this particular
- 2:18situation is a strong signal for this
- 2:20method and I will tell you why
- 2:23right now. Uh first of all, I use the
- 2:26white moving average as an auxiliary
- 2:29indicator to make the signal stronger.
- 2:32If it crosses the red and green candle
- 2:34and at this time other indicators also
- 2:36give me a signal, this is the best
- 2:38moment for the method to open a position
- 2:41in a specific direction. It's not
- 2:44necessary for the white moving average
- 2:47to cross its own red and green lines at
- 2:49the same time. The main thing is that it
- 2:52crosses a red or in this case a green
- 2:56candle and that is all the function
- 2:59of the white moving average. I think
- 3:03everything is going in a perfect way on
- 3:06the market and of course, great.
- 3:09I love to have the first win.
- 3:13Again, it's a very good moment to open a
- 3:16position in the downward direction. As
- 3:20you can see here too, the white line of
- 3:22the moving average crosses the red
- 3:24candle. Here I primarily look for the
- 3:27green and red lines of the moving
- 3:28average, which must necessarily cross
- 3:31each other and in this case, the
- 3:33direction must be down. As you can see
- 3:36on the platform now, if after the
- 3:39crossing, the red and green lines of the
- 3:42moving average don't have a downward
- 3:44direction, in this case, I simply do not
- 3:48open the position because this is a very
- 3:50important factor that the
- 3:52red and green lines of the moving
- 3:54average must have a downward direction.
- 3:58Uh I think
- 4:00>> [sighs and gasps]
- 4:00>> situation is a little bit risky, but
- 4:03overall, everything is going in a
- 4:04perfect way.
- 4:06And so cool. Another successful trading.
- 4:12I also found a very good moment where
- 4:15the red and green lines of the moving
- 4:17average intersect each other and the
- 4:20white line also confirms that the signal
- 4:23is strong, but
- 4:25the signal of the moving average lines
- 4:27would have no meaning if the white line
- 4:29of the stochastic oscillator was not in
- 4:31an
- 4:32upward trend. As you see on the platform
- 4:35now, in short, for this method to work
- 4:40effectively, it is equally important
- 4:43that the red and green lines of the
- 4:45moving average intersect and the trend
- 4:47of the white uh
- 4:49line of the stochastic oscillator in a
- 4:51specific direction
- 4:54uh occur simultaneously in combination.
- 4:58This is very very important to act
- 5:01together and everything is
- 5:04perfect. Great. I have recorded three
- 5:09successful trade
- 5:10out of three. In this particular
- 5:13situation, I think that uh the candles
- 5:16will rise higher, but I want to end the
- 5:18trade here and discuss one more factor
- 5:20that the stochastic oscillator
- 5:23um
- 5:23indicator because I didn't uh have a
- 5:26time to fully discuss it. In this
- 5:29particular method, in order for the
- 5:31white line of the stochastic oscillator
- 5:33to be considered in an uptrend, it must
- 5:37cross its own green candle above and in
- 5:40order for it to be considered in a
- 5:43downtrend, it must cross its own red
- 5:45line below. I specified uh this because
- 5:49in some methods, moments um
- 5:52uh near the upper green line also means
- 5:55upward movement, but this is not the
- 5:58case here. They must cross each other.
- 6:02That's all I wanted to say. I wish you
- 6:04successful trading days and see you in
- 6:06the next video. Thank you so so much.
