- 0:06League and the final day of this 3w
- 0:08weekek international break. Personally,
- 0:11I think it's kind of worked, but not
- 0:14quite really. I think the twoe structure
- 0:16probably on the whole works out a little
- 0:18bit better. But it has been an
- 0:20experiment that has yielded some fun
- 0:22results. So, if you have enjoyed it, let
- 0:24me know down in the comment section
- 0:26below. We will of course be doing this
- 0:28all over again in just 6 weeks time for

- 1:18community polls for the Premier League
- 1:20and La Liga will be posted over the
- 1:22course of the next 24 hours as well. So,
- 1:24as always, please make sure you're
- 1:26heading over to that community page
- 1:27right now to have your say on the return
- 1:30of club football. Link in the
- 1:31description and in the pinned comment.
- 1:33As for today though, for the final day
- 1:36of this international break, we have
- 1:37still got a whopping 10 fixtures for you
- 1:40to cover today. So, without any further
- 1:42ado, let's get straight into it. We
- 1:45begin the final day of this
- 1:47international break in League C group
- 1:49three where these four teams have
- 1:51finally had their 4-day break having it
- 1:54between three and four. Everyone else
- 1:55had it between two and three. But we'll
- 1:57be beginning once again in Kazakhstan
- 1:59where this time they're going to be
- 2:01hosting Pharaoh Islands in what is a
- 2:02battle of fourth versus third in this
- 2:05group with both of these sides yet to
- 2:08win a single game in the Nation's League
- 2:10so far. On Friday night, a poor campaign
- 2:13got even worse for Kazakhstan as they
- 2:15lost here at home to Muldo, a side
- 2:19ranked nearly 50 places below them in
- 2:21the world rankings. And even if you look
- 2:23through the stats, it does seem like it
- 2:25was a fairly even game with Kazakhstan
- 2:27having slightly more possession. But if
- 2:29you look specifically at the first half,
- 2:31it was Muldova that had the better of
- 2:33it. And it was no surprise that they
- 2:35ended up taking the lead just before
- 2:37Halime in stoppage time in fact. And
- 2:40then it was 2-0 straight at the start of
- 2:42the second half as well with Kazakhstan
- 2:44failing to deal with a corner. To their
- 2:47credit, they did respond. They did have
- 2:49the much better play in the second half,
- 2:51but they were only able to score a
- 2:53consolation goal through Alex header
- 2:55also from a corner, but 2-1 at home.
- 2:57They ended up losing, meaning that they
- 2:59come into this with just one point from
- 3:02their opening three games. As for the
- 3:04away side, well, you can't say they've
- 3:06been anything but consistent in this
- 3:08nation's league so far. Match day one,
- 3:111-1 draw. Match day two, 1-1 draw. Match
- 3:14day three, 1-1 draw. And this time for
- 3:17the Pharaoh Islands, it was a very
- 3:18hard-fought point at home against league
- 3:21leader Slovakia on Friday night. And
- 3:22they actually scored both goals in the
- 3:24match, ironically, as Vatarma put
- 3:27through his own there in the first half
- 3:29following a Slovakia corner. But then in
- 3:31a game where they actually match
- 3:32Slovakia for the amount of chances they
- 3:34created, they got their goal when Justin
- 3:36Newsen scored bottom left from outside
- 3:39of the box to secure Pharaoh Island's
- 3:41third consecutive draw in this
- 3:43competition so far. So between the two
- 3:45sides performances, it does make for a
- 3:48very tough game to call coming into
- 3:50match day four. In terms of the team
- 3:52news, Kenzbeck is going to be suspended
- 3:55for Kazakhstan after picking up two
- 3:57yellow cards over the course of the
- 3:58first three match days. Similarly for
- 4:00Pharaoh Islands, Edmonson is going to be
- 4:03out for them, but I would still expect
- 4:04both sides to make a few other personnel
- 4:06changes as well. Last week with Pharaoh
- 4:09Islands drawing 1-1 in every single
- 4:11game, that of course means that in
- 4:12Pharaoh Islands at home to Kazakhstan,
- 4:14it ended in a 1-1 draw as well.
- 4:18Obviously, I think it still stands to
- 4:19reason that Kazakhstan should be
- 4:21considered the favorites for this match
- 4:23once again, but after losing at home to
- 4:25Moldova, I can't in any good conscience
- 4:28give them the win here either. And given
- 4:30that Pharaohs have drawn all 31-11, it
- 4:33just seems like the obvious choice to go
- 4:35for again here. So, that's exactly what
- 4:37I'm going for, 1-1 between Kazakhstan
- 4:40and Pharaoh Islands. As for the other
- 4:42game in League Coup 3, we now have
- 4:44Muldova taking on Slovakia. And this one
- 4:47is a lot more interesting than I think
- 4:49many people would have thought it would
- 4:50be because we now have Muldova in second
- 4:53in this group taking on Slovakia who are
- 4:56of course top. Muldova deserve big
- 4:58credits for their efforts away in
- 5:00Kazakhstan on Friday night as they could
- 5:01have sat back and played for less than
- 5:03the three points they ended up getting.
- 5:05But in the first half alone, they racked
- 5:07up 10 attempts on goal, six of them on
- 5:10target, and then eventually got their
- 5:12goal just before Halime when
- 5:14Kleschenko's great finish put them 1 nil
- 5:16ahead. Then straight into the second
- 5:18half, it was 2-0 following a corner, and
- 5:20it was Pescu who headed them 2-0 ahead.
- 5:23From there, they did start sitting back
- 5:25a little bit deeper on their two-goal
- 5:27lead. And they actually ended up
- 5:28conceding from a set piece themselves as
- 5:30they failed to deal with a Kazakhstani
- 5:32free kick. However, it was still an
- 5:34impressive 21 away win as they held on
- 5:37for the remaining 20 minutes of that
- 5:40match. It's still a big ask for them to
- 5:42now back this up at home though as they
- 5:44are taking on the top side in the group.
- 5:47Speaking of Slovakia and on Friday, it
- 5:49certainly was in my opinion their
- 5:51weakest performance of the Nations
- 5:53League so far. Now obviously they
- 5:55controlled the vast majority of the
- 5:56possession in the game but actually it
- 5:58failed to create any real clear-cut
- 6:01chances in the match away to Pharaoh
- 6:03Islands and they needed an own goal to
- 6:05get their only goal of the game.
- 6:07Eventually their overall complacency
- 6:09across the 90 minutes did end up costing
- 6:11them as they failed to deal with a
- 6:13pretty simple long ball downfield
- 6:15allowing Pharaoh Islands to equalize.
- 6:17But to be fair, on the balance of the
- 6:19play, they were probably lucky to even
- 6:21get away with a draw from that match.
- 6:23Given how poor they were in front of
- 6:25goal, now away to a very confident mold
- 6:28over side, it might not be as obvious a
- 6:31game to call as it may initially appear.
- 6:33In terms of the team news, as far as I
- 6:35could see, no major issues for either
- 6:38side coming out of Friday night, but
- 6:39again, being the fourth fixture of four,
- 6:41you'd still expect to see a little bit
- 6:43rotation from either side here. Last
- 6:46week in Slovakia, it was a 2-nil home
- 6:49win in another one that they did pretty
- 6:50much dominate throughout. Although I
- 6:52think this will be a tougher experience
- 6:55for them now away to a side with a lot
- 6:57more confidence. I would still expect
- 6:58the outcome of the match to be the same,
- 7:01which is a Slovakia to get the victory.
- 7:03I genuinely believe though Muldova still
- 7:05have a very good chance of getting
- 7:07something from this game. But I'm still
- 7:09going for Slovakia and I'm going for a
- 7:1121 victory for them. On to League C
- 7:16group one then and the opening game sees
- 7:18second place Albania taking on bottom
- 7:21side San Marino for the home side
- 7:23following back-to- back wins. They get
- 7:25off to the perfect start once again away
- 7:27in Finland on Saturday night with Nyash
- 7:30scoring from a corner to put them both
- 7:32one nil ahead and ruining my nil nil
- 7:34prediction for that game. Then came the
- 7:37big moment of the match though as
- 7:39goalkeeper Berisha was sent off for
- 7:41Albania following a challenge outside
- 7:44the area that prevented a goalc scoring
- 7:46opportunity. He's got himself sent off
- 7:48and then from the resulting free kick
- 7:50sub goalkeeper Sherry basically just let
- 7:52the ball go under his body for Finland
- 7:54to level at 1-1. From there 10 versus
- 7:5811, it was always going to be a very
- 7:59tough pass, especially away from home.
- 8:01And unfortunately for Albania, they were
- 8:04unable to hold out with Finland getting
- 8:06their winner with 20 minutes to go. And
- 8:08it was yet another direct free kick that
- 8:10I think Sherry should have done better
- 8:12with. But genuinely, they deserve big
- 8:14credit for their efforts in that match
- 8:16cuz even with 10 men, they ended the
- 8:19game with more shots and more shots on
- 8:21target. And they actually even had more
- 8:24touches of the ball in the opposition
- 8:25box. That's not a stat I'd normally
- 8:27throw around, but when you've got 10 men
- 8:29to have more ball in the opposition box,
- 8:32it's kind of a staggering stat. So, fair
- 8:34play to them, even though they ended up
- 8:36losing the game. As for San Marino,
- 8:39well, you know the drill by now. It's
- 8:42three defeats out of three for them and
- 8:44another four goals conceded for them
- 8:46away to Bellarus in Hungary on Saturday
- 8:49night. And the big worry for them as
- 8:50well, still no goals scored either. as
- 8:53good as they were in League D to get
- 8:56their promotion to League C a couple of
- 8:58years ago. It's clear that the world's
- 9:01lowest ranked side is not yet well
- 9:03equipped to deal with this level of
- 9:05opposition. In terms of the team news,
- 9:07Berisha is obviously going to be
- 9:08suspended for Albania following that red
- 9:11card. Nanny is going to be suspended for
- 9:13San Marino having picked up two yellow
- 9:15cards over the first three match days.
- 9:17In San Marino last week, Albania won it
- 9:20by three goals to nil. It was 5-nil the
- 9:23last time San Marino visited Albania
- 9:25after they conceded four away on
- 9:27Saturday. I could easily see it being at
- 9:29least that amount again here, if not
- 9:32more. I'm just going to go for the same
- 9:34score line though and I'm going to go
- 9:36for 4-nil to Albania. But honestly, this
- 9:38could end up being anything the way San
- 9:41Marino have played so far in this
- 9:42competition. The other game from League
- 9:45C Group One then sees us return to
- 9:47Hungary once again as Bellarus play
- 9:49their second official home game of the
- 9:51Nation's League and they're going to be
- 9:52taking on Finland in this one. For
- 9:54Bellarus on Saturday, it was their first
- 9:56goals. It was their first points and it
- 9:58was their first win as they beat bottom
- 10:01of the table San Marino 4-nil thanks to
- 10:03goals from Kongesty, Shimanssky and
- 10:06Bong. But even with their big margin,
- 10:09they did give up a fair few
- 10:10opportunities at the other end of the
- 10:12pitch. And on another day, San Marino
- 10:14actually could have leveled the game at
- 10:161 nil before Bellarus ended up making it
- 10:18two, three and four. To their credit
- 10:21though, they did survive that mini
- 10:22onslaught after going 1 nil ahead. And
- 10:24they in fact come into this game against
- 10:26Finland with back-to back clean sheets.
- 10:29So it could be a tough ass for the top
- 10:31side in this group to get another
- 10:33victory here. As for Finland, it was a
- 10:36shocking start to their game on Saturday
- 10:38when they conceded from Albania's first
- 10:41attack of the match and they left the
- 10:42goal scorer completely unmarked from a
- 10:45corner. Then, incredibly, for the third
- 10:48time this week, a dogzo red card
- 10:51resulted in a free kick still being
- 10:54scored anyway with Walter's effort
- 10:56beating the substitute Albanian
- 10:58goalkeeper following the first choice
- 11:00being sent off. From there, Finland
- 11:02actually should have done way better
- 11:04than what they did as they genuinely
- 11:06struggled playing 11 against 10 as they
- 11:08still found themselves giving away
- 11:10multiple chances to Albania that
- 11:12thankfully for them they ended up not
- 11:14converting. Then came Walter once again.
- 11:17Another free kick. This one from way
- 11:19further out, but he still found a way to
- 11:22bend it into the bottom leftand corner
- 11:24and secure Finland all three points and
- 11:26get them to the top of the National
- 11:28League table. But then genuinely will be
- 11:31some concern from the Finland
- 11:32perspective given how poor they were
- 11:34playing against 10 men. In terms of the
- 11:37team news, no fresh concerns for
- 11:39Bellarus heading into this one, but
- 11:41Finland are going to be without Kairen
- 11:42and he picked up his second yellow card
- 11:44on Saturday afternoon. Is going to be
- 11:46suspended for this game. Back on match
- 11:49day two, it actually ended in a nil nil
- 11:52draw between these two sides in Finland.
- 11:56So again, best believe Bellarus have a
- 11:59genuine chance here of getting a result
- 12:01in this fixture. Even though I still
- 12:03believe Finland to be the favorites for
- 12:05this match. Personally though, after
- 12:07that performance against Albania and
- 12:09drawing against Bellarus at home, I'm
- 12:12not confident enough to give Finland the
- 12:14win. So I'm going to go for a draw once
- 12:16again and I'm going to go for 1-1. But I
- 12:18still believe that if there is going to
- 12:19be a winner, it would be Finland. On to
- 12:23the final group from League C then and
- 12:25this is group four and we'll start off
- 12:27in Estonia as the two unbeaten sides in
- 12:30this group are going head-to-head here.
- 12:32Estonia are second on five points at the
- 12:35halfway mark with Iceland top on seven
- 12:38on Saturday. Estonia were able to secure
- 12:40their first win of the Nations League
- 12:42and that was by beating Luxembourg 1 nil
- 12:44at home with the winner actually coming
- 12:47right at the start of the match when
- 12:48Kite's initial effort was saved right
- 12:51into the path of right wing back Petson
- 12:53whose deflected effort went in off the
- 12:55underside of the crossbar from there
- 12:57Estonia did give up the majority of the
- 12:59possession but they were very dangerous
- 13:01on the break and especially from set
- 13:03pieces and could have very easily
- 13:05doubled their lead from the amount
- 13:07attempts they had against Lux
- 13:08Luxembberg. But despite having less of
- 13:10the ball, ultimately it was another
- 13:12solid defensive display, meaning that
- 13:14they remain unbeaten at the halfway mark
- 13:16and have only conceded one goal from
- 13:19their opening three games. That one goal
- 13:22did come against today's opponents
- 13:24Iceland though, who since their game
- 13:26against Estonia have gone on to score
- 13:28another six, beating both Luxembourg and
- 13:31Bulgaria by three goals to nil with
- 13:34young Rail Siad forward Oscarsen at the
- 13:37absolute heart of it. He has contributed
- 13:39five of the six goals that Iceland have
- 13:42scored and he was included in all three
- 13:44goals that they scored against that they
- 13:46scored against Bulgaria on Saturday,
- 13:48scoring two and then assisting the final
- 13:50one for Alertson in the match. He
- 13:52actually should have had a hat-tick, but
- 13:54he ended up missing a penalty. However,
- 13:56that did not dampen the mood and what
- 13:57was another very dominant performance
- 14:00and another emphatic win for Iceland,
- 14:02giving them a big boost ahead of the one
- 14:04side they haven't beaten yet in this
- 14:06group. In terms of the team news, Mets
- 14:09is going to be suspended for the home
- 14:10side following his second yellow card of
- 14:12the tournament on Saturday. He'll be
- 14:14joined in suspension by Ellson,
- 14:16Iceland's third goal scorer, as he was
- 14:18booked during their game at the weekend
- 14:20as well. Back on match day one, Estonia
- 14:23surprised everyone by actually being the
- 14:25better team away in Iceland and coming
- 14:28away with that 1-1 draw. However, since
- 14:30then, given how good Iceland have been
- 14:33in their last two fixtures, I actually
- 14:35think they're probably bigger favorites
- 14:37coming into this game than they were in
- 14:39the home game just last week. Still
- 14:41think it's going to be an incredibly
- 14:43tough game for them. I don't see them
- 14:45getting the 3-0 results they were
- 14:46getting against Luxembourg and Bulgaria
- 14:48here. But I am still going to go for
- 14:50them to end Estonia's unbeaten start.
- 14:53Don't rule Estonia out though. They
- 14:55prove their credentials on match day
- 14:56one. But I am going to go for a very
- 14:58narrow 1 nil win to Iceland. The final
- 15:03game from the entirety of League C now
- 15:06then is of course the other game in
- 15:07group four between Luxembourg and
- 15:10Bulgaria. A battle of the bottom two in
- 15:12this group with the home side coming
- 15:14into this with one win and two defeats
- 15:16and the away side coming into this with
- 15:18just a single point from one draw and
- 15:21two defeats. For Luxembourg, they once
- 15:23again put on a decent passing display
- 15:26against Estonia on Saturday, but they
- 15:28were never really able to create any
- 15:30sort of clear-cut chances in the match.
- 15:32They basically spent the entire match
- 15:34playing from behind as well as in the
- 15:36opening five minutes of the match,
- 15:38although the defender was very unlucky
- 15:40with how he attempted to block the ball.
- 15:42His block from the Estonia shot could
- 15:44only deflect the ball over the
- 15:45goalkeeper and in off the underside of
- 15:47the bar. From there, like I say, they
- 15:49controlled the possession, didn't really
- 15:51create anything, and they actually ended
- 15:53up having double the amount of shots
- 15:56faced against them than they had going
- 15:58forward, which is kind of strange when
- 15:59you consider how much of the ball they
- 16:01ended up having in that match. And now,
- 16:04due to that lack of cutting edge,
- 16:06they've lost on match days two and
- 16:07three. And on top of that, haven't
- 16:10scored in either of those matches
- 16:12either. As for Bulgaria, despite their
- 16:15best efforts on Saturday, they were just
- 16:17simply outmatched by Iceland. To be fair
- 16:19to them, they had a fair few good
- 16:20offensive moments in the match and could
- 16:22do nothing about the first two goals
- 16:24that Iceland scored. If anything though,
- 16:26their biggest highlight of the match was
- 16:28actually when goalkeeper Namov saved a
- 16:31penalty from Iceland, but that was only
- 16:33a short reprieve as Iceland then got
- 16:35their third just a couple of minutes
- 16:37later. Again, they tried their best, but
- 16:39they simply weren't good enough to
- 16:40handle Iceland. And it is very worrying
- 16:42signs from them now heading into this
- 16:45one. Bottom of the group with just a
- 16:47single point. In terms of the team news,
- 16:50center back Makumovic is going to be
- 16:52suspended for Luxembourg following his
- 16:54second yellow card of the tournament on
- 16:56Saturday. Velovski and Pepcov are also
- 16:59going to be missing this one for the
- 17:00away side for the same thing. Two yellow
- 17:03cards in the first three match days. In
- 17:05the reverse fixture, Luxembourg picked
- 17:07up a surprise 2-1 away win in Bulgaria.
- 17:10However, it should be noted that two
- 17:12years ago in this competition, Bulgaria
- 17:15did win away here. Momentum in my
- 17:18opinion still slightly rest with the
- 17:19home side coming into this one and I'm
- 17:21backing them to get the result once
- 17:23again here. Don't forget though with
- 17:25both sides blanking on multiple
- 17:27occasions so far in this tournament that
- 17:29nil nil is certainly not off the cards,
- 17:31but I am going to go for Luxembourg to
- 17:33sneak the victory and I'm going for a 1
- 17:36nil win for them. Now we move into
- 17:39League B for the final time then and
- 17:41group one is the final group in action.
- 17:43So let's begin in Scotland as they
- 17:45welcome Slovenia to Hampton Park on
- 17:47Tuesday night. This is actually third
- 17:50versus second in this group with both
- 17:51sides on four points from their opening
- 17:54three fixtures. For Scotland, Saturday
- 17:56saw them get their first win and also
- 17:58their first goals of this Nations League
- 18:00as Kieran Bowie got them ahead early on
- 18:02against North Macedonia with a brilliant
- 18:04touch turn and then strike from outside
- 18:07the box into the far corner. In the
- 18:09second half, it was all about penalties.
- 18:12Firstly, a foul on Ganondoke was
- 18:14overturned on V, but to be honest, I've
- 18:17seen it a few times and I genuinely
- 18:20think it's still a penalty, but luckily
- 18:22for Scotland, they ended up getting
- 18:23another penalty just 10 minutes later.
- 18:26This one given by V as Bowie's shot was
- 18:29blocked on the goal line by a hand and
- 18:31upsteps John McInn to secure the first
- 18:34three points of the tournament for
- 18:36Scotland. As for Slovenia, they actually
- 18:39put up a far better fight than we've
- 18:41seen from either of the other two sides
- 18:43against Switzerland on match day three.
- 18:44And to on top of putting in a good
- 18:46performance, they actually did it away
- 18:48from home as well. And they started off
- 18:50in the perfect manner when Vipnik, much
- 18:53like Bowie for Scotland, had a brilliant
- 18:55first touch turn and finish to put them
- 18:581 nil ahead. Unfortunately though, their
- 19:00lead did not last long when an absolute
- 19:03calamity of errors led to Jansa scoring
- 19:06an own goal. And honestly, if you've not
- 19:08seen it, is one of the craziest own
- 19:10goals I've ever seen. And there must be
- 19:12like five players [laughter] at fault
- 19:14for this one. It's such a bad own goal.
- 19:16Then things got even worse for Slovenia
- 19:19when a tackle on the edge of the box put
- 19:21Swiss clean through on goal to get their
- 19:24winner. But genuinely, they were well in
- 19:26the game for the entirety of the match.
- 19:28Although the Swiss still did end up with
- 19:30more possession and more chances, but in
- 19:32my opinion, it puts Slovenia in
- 19:34goodstead heading into this one. In
- 19:36terms of the team news, Scott McKenna
- 19:38was sent off late for Scotland on
- 19:41Saturday, so he is going to be out of
- 19:43this game. No fresh concerns for the
- 19:44away side coming into it. Last week when
- 19:47these two sides met, it ended in a nil
- 19:49nil draw in Slovenia. But do not forget
- 19:52that Scotland were by far the more
- 19:54dominant side in that match. It wouldn't
- 19:56surprise me though if this one ended in
- 19:58a nil nil draw either. Both of these
- 20:00sides have struggled going forward and
- 20:02both of these sides have looked
- 20:03relatively strong defensively. I still
- 20:06think Scotland will just about get this
- 20:08but I still think Slovenia have a half
- 20:10decent chance as well. I'm going for a
- 20:12very narrow 1 nil win to Scotland. Then
- 20:16the other game in this group comes from
- 20:18Switzerland where the runaway leaders of
- 20:21this group host the bottom of the table
- 20:23North Macedonia. For the home side, they
- 20:25were stunned in the opening couple of
- 20:27minutes of the match as they conceded
- 20:28their first goal of the tournament 90
- 20:31seconds into it in their first home game
- 20:33as well against Slovenia. From there,
- 20:35they were the dominant force, but they
- 20:37needed an element of luck for both goals
- 20:39they scored in the match. Firstly, a
- 20:41bizarre own goal getting them level just
- 20:435 minutes after they went 1-0 down. And
- 20:46I guess following an own goal, they then
- 20:48got an own assist in their favor as a
- 20:51Slovenian tackle quite literally put
- 20:53Andoi through on goal. And he put it
- 20:55past the Slovenian goalkeeper to make it
- 20:572-1 for the Swiss. Not their best
- 21:00performance by any stretch of the
- 21:01imagination, but it was still three wins
- 21:03out of three to kick off a very good
- 21:06start to their nation's league. And now
- 21:08against the bottom side in the group, no
- 21:09doubt they'll be the massive favorites
- 21:11to take the victory once again. Speaking
- 21:13of North Macedonia, more lazy defending
- 21:16from them allowed Scotland to score
- 21:18early on in the game and things got even
- 21:20worse for them in the second half as
- 21:22they conceded a penalty. Yes, it was a
- 21:25completely accidental handball, but it
- 21:28sort of sums up the sort of luck they're
- 21:29having due to the lack of effort they've
- 21:32put in in these first three matches and
- 21:34that they didn't really close down the
- 21:35Scotland player taking the shot and it's
- 21:38sort of a lazy effort to block it as
- 21:39well. the hand comes up. He doesn't mean
- 21:41it, but he prevents a goal. So, it's a
- 21:43penalty. 2-0 to Scotland and that is how
- 21:46it finished. And I think the worst stat
- 21:48that can come out of it is that they
- 21:49didn't have a single shot on target at
- 21:53home to Scotland and Scotland ended up
- 21:55having 10. Now, they must travel away
- 21:58from home to the side that has won every
- 22:00single match in this group so far. So,
- 22:02you've got to fear for their chances of
- 22:03getting anything in this one either. In
- 22:05terms of the team news for this match, I
- 22:07would expect the Swiss lineup to remain
- 22:09as consistent as it has been throughout
- 22:11this group so far. They've made it three
- 22:13wins out of three following a double
- 22:15change in the first half from Sloski on
- 22:19Saturday. Who knows what he's going to
- 22:21do with this North Macedonia this time
- 22:22around, but as far as I can tell, no
- 22:24fresh injury or suspension concerns for
- 22:27them. Last week, the Swiss won it 3-0
- 22:29away in North Macedonia in a match that
- 22:32they really should have won by more. Now
- 22:34back at home, I actually think that's
- 22:36exactly what they're going to do. I'm
- 22:38going for a 4N win to Switzerland. And
- 22:42now finally, it is time for League A
- 22:45group three. And we'll start off with
- 22:46Croatia, who are the third place side in
- 22:49this group, hosting the league leaders,
- 22:51Spain, who have won three out of three
- 22:53so far in this nation's league. For
- 22:55Croatia, after winning on match day one,
- 22:58it couldn't have gone much worse for
- 23:00them. firstly losing to Spain in Spain
- 23:03on match day two before then losing 7
- 23:06nil at home to England on Saturday night
- 23:09and some of the defending from
- 23:10legitimate big club players like Vardial
- 23:13of Man City and Stannis of Bayern Munich
- 23:16it was just hopeless defending they were
- 23:18absolutely all over the place and
- 23:20genuinely if it wasn't for Levakovic in
- 23:22goal it probably would have been double
- 23:24figures from England they were simply
- 23:26that bad on Saturday and they're going
- 23:28to need a serious response purely to not
- 23:31suffer the exact same fate at the hands
- 23:33of Spain coming into this game and
- 23:35surely they are not favored to get
- 23:36anything from this match. As for the
- 23:39world champions, they made it three wins
- 23:41out of three and once again it was Jamin
- 23:43Yamal who opened the scoring but it took
- 23:46him a whole six minutes to score this
- 23:48time after scoring in the opening two
- 23:50minutes in the opening two games. I mean
- 23:52he might as well just retire. He's
- 23:53clearly washed up and finished. Six
- 23:55whole minutes to score a goal. Shocking
- 23:57by his standards. Then came the turn of
- 23:59the captain Rodri who made it 2-0. Then
- 24:02Spain's sudden dip in defensive form
- 24:05reared its ugly head again as Czecha
- 24:07were able to get themselves back into
- 24:09the match. They've actually now conceded
- 24:11more games in this nation's league than
- 24:14the entirety of the World Cup campaign
- 24:16including qualifying. So keep an eye on
- 24:19that. Spain do look a little bit more
- 24:21dodgy at the back. But then upst
- 24:24Mourinho to hand them their third goal
- 24:26and their third straight win. They are
- 24:28obviously still the favorites to take
- 24:29the win in this match as well. In terms
- 24:32of the team news, no fresh concerns for
- 24:34either side coming into this, but surely
- 24:36multiple changes needed from Croatia
- 24:38after their 7-0il defeat. And there'll
- 24:40likely be more rotation for Spain after
- 24:42they also made a fair few changes in the
- 24:44Czech match. At home, Spain took it by
- 24:47four goals to one last week. After
- 24:49Saturday, it could really be any score
- 24:52line here. I'm just going to bottle it
- 24:54and go for the exact same score line
- 24:55that it was last week, which is of
- 24:57course 4-1 to Spain. But if Croatia do
- 24:59respond, it could be a little bit
- 25:01closer. If they don't respond, Spain
- 25:03could win this by even more. And then
- 25:06last and certainly not least, we have
- 25:07England in second hosting Czecha in
- 25:10fourth at Wembley. And I'll actually be
- 25:12at Wembley for this one. On Saturday
- 25:15night, what a simply unbelievable
- 25:17display it was from England away in
- 25:20Croatia. Kane Bellingham Gordon Sacka
- 25:24Kane Sacka Rogers 7 nil away from home
- 25:30and it was genuinely some of the best
- 25:31football I've ever seen from England and
- 25:33some of the goals on display as well
- 25:35were really really good and after a
- 25:37shaky first couple of match days it was
- 25:39a real statement of intent from the
- 25:42three lions heading into the second half
- 25:43of this tournament. As for the away
- 25:45side, I still think this is going to be
- 25:47a really tough game for England because
- 25:49even though Czecha have actually lost
- 25:51all three of their matches so far in the
- 25:53Nations League in my opinion, they've
- 25:55played pretty damn well in all three
- 25:57games. But it's just been a slight lack
- 25:59of discipline and a little bit of head
- 26:01loss that has ended up costing them. And
- 26:03it was the exact same thing when they
- 26:05played Spain on Saturday. They went 2-0
- 26:07down in the match through two goals that
- 26:09they couldn't really do much about, but
- 26:11then they got themselves back into the
- 26:12game as Slammer made it 2-1 in the
- 26:14second half. But then the discipline
- 26:16went. Captain Kitsky got himself sent
- 26:19off when they were pushing for an
- 26:20equalizer. And even in the buildup for
- 26:22Spain's third goal, there was another
- 26:24horrendous tackle on the halfway line
- 26:27where the Czech players then just
- 26:28stopped assuming it was going to be a
- 26:30foul. Spain made it three goals to one
- 26:32and that is how it finished. But
- 26:34genuinely, I've been impressed with the
- 26:36performances they've put in against
- 26:37England, Spain, and Croatia so far in
- 26:40this group. So, best believe they are
- 26:41going to be up for a fight in this game
- 26:43against England as well. In terms of the
- 26:45team news, England are actually expected
- 26:47to make a whole host of changes for this
- 26:49game. Apparently, this was always the
- 26:51plan. They were going to make changes
- 26:52for the Czech at home games that could
- 26:54actually end up costing England if they
- 26:56don't get the team right. As for Czecha,
- 26:59Kretzki is obviously going to be
- 27:00suspended following his red card, but
- 27:02Salt is back following the red card he
- 27:04got against England last week. In that
- 27:06game in Czech, it ended 2-nil to
- 27:09England. With a shirt to fight for, I
- 27:12would expect England's second 11 to put
- 27:14on a very strong performance here like
- 27:16the first team did against Croatia last
- 27:18week. I still think in terms of
- 27:20performance, it's going to be very, very
- 27:22close, but I still believe on the score
- 27:24line, England should still take a
- 27:26dominant victory. So, I'm going for a
- 27:283-nil win to the Three Lions. That is
- 27:30going to be it then for all of the 10
- 27:32matches taking place today and every
- 27:34single match of every single Nations
- 27:36League game over this international
- 27:38break. As always, let me know all of
- 27:40your thoughts down in the comments
- 27:41section below. And before I leave you,
- 27:43let's see what you guys have already

- 27:52think that Kazakhstan are going to beat
- 27:53Pharaoh Islands. But the faith in them
- 27:55is starting to wne. Basically, everyone
- 27:57thinks that Slovakia are going to win
- 27:59away in Muldova. Basically, everyone
- 28:01thinks Albania are going to win at home
- 28:03to San Marino. The majority think that
- 28:05Finland are going to beat Bellarus. The
- 28:06majority think Iceland are going to beat
- 28:08Estonia. The majority think Luxembourg
- 28:10are going to win at home to Bulgaria.
- 28:12The majority think that Scotland are
- 28:13going to win at home to Slovenia.
- 28:15Basically, everyone thinks Switzerland
- 28:17are going to beat North Macedonia.
- 28:18Basically, everyone thinks Spain are
- 28:19going to win in Croatia. and basically
- 28:21everyone thinks England are going to
- 28:24beat Czecha. A massive thank you very
- 28:26much for watching once again for all of
- 28:28this league campaign so far. As I said,

- 28:43as we will go back to the Premier League
- 28:45and La Liga. So, I'll leave you with a
