My Sabbath Story: What I Experienced Right Before My Specific Person Came Back — Transcript
Full transcript
- 0:10One of the most frequent topics that I
- 0:11get asked about is the topic of the
- 0:14Sabbath or that period of time where you
- 0:16are naturally living from the end before
- 0:20anything from the 3D has shown up. It's
- 0:22that period of rest that naturally
- 0:24occurs once the assumption has taken
- 0:27place, once that new state has been
- 0:29occupied or that new seed has been
- 0:32planted. This is essentially the point
- 0:34of completion where there is nothing
- 0:37left to do. If you are very new to the
- 0:39topic of Sabbath and are not quite
- 0:41familiar with what it is and what it
- 0:42means, I'll go ahead and link you to my
- 0:44video up here where I go into more
- 0:46detail about this state and how to enter
- 0:49it. But today I want to go more into
- 0:51what this looks like with examples and
- 0:54in this case my own personal account of
- 0:56what the Sabbath was like for me when I
- 0:59was manifesting my specific person.
- 1:01Today I'm going to walk you through the
- 1:02exact internal shift that took place
- 1:05that I felt before my person came back
- 1:08in the order that I lived it. So if you
- 1:10are curious to learn more, this is my
- 1:12own personal experience of the Sabbath,
- 1:14what that was like, how I knew I was
- 1:16actually there versus the previous
- 1:18attempts so that you are prepared and
- 1:20know what to look for when you reach the
- 1:22Sabbath yourself. Before we do dive in,
- 1:24hi, I'm Missy Renee and on this channel
- 1:26we talk all things manifestation and the
- 1:28law of assumption. So if that's the
- 1:29topic that you want to learn more about,
- 1:31then definitely be sure to subscribe to
- 1:32my channel, hit the bell icon for
- 1:33notifications and if you enjoy my
- 1:35videos, don't forget to hit that thumbs
- 1:37up button. If you're interested in any
- 1:38of my resources such as my coaching
- 1:39programs, workshops or master classes,
- 1:41I've got links to all that information
- 1:42down below in the description box so
- 1:44don't forget to check it out. And the
- 1:46reason I really wanted to make this
- 1:47video is to really highlight the
- 1:49importance of this because whatever it
- 1:52is that you are manifesting, the entire
- 1:54objective is the Sabbath. That is the
- 1:56place, and is the goal that we
- 1:58ultimately want to reach internally. The
- 2:00Sabbath is the entire end game here.
- 2:03Because when it comes to manifestation,
- 2:05your desire is not something that you go
- 2:07get out there in the 3D. Instead, in
- 2:10this teaching, the desire, whatever that
- 2:12is, whether that be wealth, health, a
- 2:15specific person, or anything else, is a
- 2:17reflection of your own state. When it
- 2:20comes to other people, the term that is
- 2:22used is everyone is you pushed out. And
- 2:25what this means in the context of
- 2:26manifestation is that the goal is never
- 2:28on that person and changing that person.
- 2:31It's always first and foremost the
- 2:33change of self. So, in this video, I'm
- 2:35going to be giving the accounts from my
- 2:37own personal journey, in this case with
- 2:40my specific person, but even if your
- 2:42objective and goal is not a specific
- 2:44person, perhaps it is some other area of
- 2:46your life, maybe it is abundance, maybe
- 2:48it's perfect health, but the same thing
- 2:50applies no matter what the goal and the
- 2:52desire is. And with that said, let's go
- 2:55ahead and dive in because there's a lot
- 2:57to highlight and go over in this video.
- 2:59Because for me and my experience, my
- 3:01journey was quite the adventure, to say
- 3:03the least. For those of you who may not
- 3:05be familiar or haven't seen my specific
- 3:08person success story, I'll leave that
- 3:10guy linked up here and also in the
- 3:11description box. But for context, before
- 3:14I reached the Sabbath, I was in a very
- 3:16similar place that most people are. And
- 3:19that was the constant seeking and need
- 3:22for external validation. And before we
- 3:24can really dig into the Sabbath, we have
- 3:26to understand what this is doing when we
- 3:29are constantly searching for proof or
- 3:31validation outside of us. Because for
- 3:33myself, for the longest time, every
- 3:35single day felt like a search party. I
- 3:37would dedicate my mornings to my
- 3:39imaginal acts, feel that feeling of the
- 3:41wish fulfilled, do all my techniques, my
- 3:43rituals, and then I'd spend the next
- 3:46several hours trying to decode and hunt
- 3:49down all this external information,
- 3:51looking for proof that it was working.
- 3:53Was [clears throat] that text a sign?
- 3:54Did that number on the screen mean
- 3:56something? Was the universe trying to
- 3:58tell me something? Or was I just
- 4:00imagining it? And here's the thing that
- 4:01I didn't understand back then. The
- 4:03searching itself was the problem. I
- 4:06would assume the feeling in the morning
- 4:08and spend the rest of the day seeking
- 4:10confirmation on the outside. Because
- 4:12every time I was checking, it was
- 4:13confirming the state of lack every time.
- 4:17Because you don't go seeking for the
- 4:19things that you already have. You don't
- 4:21go looking for things that you already
- 4:22know to be true. This constant checking
- 4:25was sending a very clear signal to my
- 4:28subconscious that they were missing,
- 4:31that they [clears throat] are not here,
- 4:32that they are absent. And so, the
- 4:34subconscious, being the ever faithful
- 4:37printer that it is, continued to spit
- 4:39out more of the same. I perceived more
- 4:42lack. And this is the exact feedback
- 4:44loop that breaks us down every single
- 4:46time. Because every time we are
- 4:48perceiving this lack, we end up taking a
- 4:51hit for it. We feel anxious, we feel
- 4:53discouraged, we feel frustrated, we feel
- 4:55sad, we feel unseen and lonely. And it
- 4:58keeps us locked in this very tense,
- 5:00anxious pressure cooker, where every
- 5:04minute feels like I got to do something
- 5:06to fix this. And at the same time, I'm
- 5:09completely exhausted. This is the exact
- 5:11opposite of the calm, settled state that
- 5:14we want to be dwelling in. So, the
- 5:16turning point for me here was incredibly
- 5:18simple. I realized that it was the
- 5:21watching and the surveying of the 3D
- 5:24itself that was the problem. I had my
- 5:26hands around this connection so tight
- 5:28that I was strangling it. So, what did I
- 5:30do? I stepped back. This realization is
- 5:33what gave me the clarity and the
- 5:34strength to start to direct my attention
- 5:37to the most important factor in this
- 5:39entire practice. And that is focus on
- 5:42our self. Focus on how we want to feel,
- 5:46not trying to get them in the 3D, but
- 5:48how do I want to feel? Who is the person
- 5:51and the version of Missy Renee who is
- 5:53loved, who is adored, who is confident
- 5:56in herself and secure in relationships?
- 5:59And that was what I was returning to.
- 6:01So, my attention went from scanning the
- 6:043D for evidence to observing myself and
- 6:07my inner state. It was around this
- 6:09realization at the same time that I made
- 6:12the conscious decision to cease our
- 6:15contact. And this is not to say that if
- 6:17you are in contact with your person that
- 6:19you need to do the same, not at all. But
- 6:21for me, seeing them in the 3D on a
- 6:24consistent basis was also perpetuating
- 6:27more of that feedback loop. So, the very
- 6:29first thing that I had to do before the
- 6:31Sabbath was even a viable option for me
- 6:34was to prepare my inner state and have
- 6:36that be the focal point before anything
- 6:39else. And that meant also putting
- 6:41boundaries in my 3D and removing
- 6:43anything that was potentially triggering
- 6:45for me.
- 6:46So, I stopped watching, I stopped
- 6:48following them on social media, ceased
- 6:50contact with any and all things that
- 6:52could potentially move me unwantingly in
- 6:54the 3D. I focused [clears throat] on
- 6:55myself. I focused on revising aspects of
- 6:58my past that had formed these core
- 7:00insecurities and fears and doubts in the
- 7:02first place. Started to imagine myself
- 7:05as the most confident version of myself.
- 7:07I started to see myself in that ideal
- 7:09state where I was secure, where I was
- 7:11supported and respected. My scenes were
- 7:15all scenes that implied these beliefs to
- 7:18be true. And there was seismic internal
- 7:20shifts that started happening almost
- 7:22immediately. But then what came next was
- 7:25the thing that genuinely surprised me.
- 7:27Because it started first in silence. And
- 7:29keep in mind, for weeks, even months
- 7:32prior, my mind was like a courtroom,
- 7:35constantly building a case to why they
- 7:37would come back and constantly building
- 7:39a case on why they wouldn't, then
- 7:41bargaining, then dread. Every day felt
- 7:43like I was going through the stages of
- 7:45grief. I was angry, then I was sad, then
- 7:48I was hopeful again, and then I got
- 7:50discouraged. And round and round all of
- 7:51this went until, as I started to shift
- 7:54more of my focus on my internal world
- 7:57instead of what was taking place outside
- 7:59of me, and then one day all of that
- 8:01noise just wasn't there. Not because I
- 8:04forced it, not because I flicked my
- 8:07thoughts into submission, just all of
- 8:08that noise and all of that internal
- 8:11dialogue, all of that fearful inner
- 8:13intrusive thought just stopped. And this
- 8:16is the first indicator of the Sabbath.
- 8:19And it's important to note that this
- 8:21didn't really feel like a choice that I
- 8:22was making, it just feels like something
- 8:24that happens to you. One day you just
- 8:27become aware that you're not focused on
- 8:29their absence, you're not aching for
- 8:30them anymore. Instead, it's just quiet.
- 8:33It's very peaceful, it's very calm. And
- 8:36this threw me for a bit because I
- 8:37genuinely thought that the Sabbath would
- 8:39feel much more intense, that I would
- 8:42feel more for them, that I would feel
- 8:44more love, I would feel more excitement,
- 8:47that it would be this big rush of
- 8:49feeling and emotion and bliss. But in
- 8:52fact, the exact opposite was true. The
- 8:54sign that you have crossed over and you
- 8:56are genuinely in the Sabbath is when
- 8:59that craving stops. Not because you've
- 9:01given up on them, but because it feels
- 9:03settled within you, and you can't crave
- 9:06a person that you already have. And
- 9:08following the silence came what I call
- 9:11the knowing. The knowing is when the
- 9:13assumption has genuinely taken root. You
- 9:16don't hope they'll come back, you don't
- 9:18beg the universe or God to have them
- 9:21back, you just know in the same flat way
- 9:24that you know your own name. For me, it
- 9:26became less of a wish and more of a
- 9:29settled fact that this was inevitable
- 9:31for me, that he is mine. And here are
- 9:33the exact markers that I felt so you can
- 9:36spot them for yourselves. Number one, I
- 9:38stopped doing all the techniques. I felt
- 9:40zero urgency or need to do any more of
- 9:44the imaginal acts and going to the end
- 9:46when it came to my specific person. And
- 9:49here's the trap that we want to be
- 9:51mindful of because there's giving up
- 9:53from a place of discouragement and this
- 9:55feels very heavy. It feels very
- 9:57defeated. It feels like we're giving up
- 10:00and abandoning this state. And then
- 10:02there's the releasing from a place of
- 10:04certainty. And this feels very light.
- 10:06Feels very calm. Almost casual. And
- 10:09these two things can look identical on
- 10:11the outside but feel completely
- 10:13different internally. I stopped going to
- 10:15the end not because I gave up on him or
- 10:19I was quitting but because rehearsing
- 10:22and rehashing something that you already
- 10:24know to be true feels redundant. It
- 10:27didn't feel necessary. And it's clear to
- 10:29have this distinction between giving up
- 10:31due to burnout and exhaustion and
- 10:33ceasing the techniques because it
- 10:35already feels settled and done for you.
- 10:37The second marker was mental saturation
- 10:39[clears throat]
- 10:40because at that point there was no room
- 10:42left to spiral out about them or to
- 10:44worry about when he was going to reach
- 10:46out and how long it's been. That
- 10:49question of when is he going to come
- 10:51back used to torment my mind constantly
- 10:55throughout the day. And when I made that
- 10:57internal shift, this question just
- 10:58completely disappeared. I was no longer
- 11:01worried about when they would reach out
- 11:03or if they would reach out because the
- 11:05answer was a very obvious and resound,
- 11:08of course they will. My mind was already
- 11:10full from the having instead of the
- 11:12wanting. The third marker was that my
- 11:14self-talk changed. And I remember
- 11:16catching it one evening when I was
- 11:19sitting there and contemplating what we
- 11:21would do for our upcoming anniversary.
- 11:23Now mind you at this time, we were very
- 11:25much broken up and in no contact but the
- 11:28thought came to me as effortless as any
- 11:31random thought and there was no
- 11:32resistance to it.
- 11:34I was no longer fighting with him in my
- 11:36mind. I was no longer having those
- 11:39fearful thoughts about hoping that he'll
- 11:41call me back, or wishing that he would
- 11:44reach out to me, hoping that he's not
- 11:45with another person. And they were
- 11:47replaced by thoughts like, I feel so
- 11:49loved right now. I am the most lucky
- 11:51girl in the entire world. He's the most
- 11:53lucky guy, and he knows it. And none of
- 11:55this I was doing consciously. This all
- 11:57took place very naturally, and there was
- 12:00no reaction to it, except that it felt
- 12:02true. The fourth marker that I noticed
- 12:04was that the things that would once
- 12:05trigger me were no longer triggering for
- 12:08me. They all went flat. Things that
- 12:10would send me into a panic before had no
- 12:12effect on me whatsoever. Seeing him in
- 12:15photos, hanging out with his friends,
- 12:17from my old state, I was constantly in a
- 12:19panic. What if he meets somebody when he
- 12:20goes out? You know, what if he's talking
- 12:22to somebody right now? Instead, whenever
- 12:24I would see photos by mutual friends on
- 12:26social media, I just felt happy to see
- 12:28him. Hearing our song on the radio,
- 12:31watching a movie that was our favorite.
- 12:33All of these old markers and old things
- 12:35that were once very upsetting stopped
- 12:37becoming an issue. And this is really at
- 12:39the heart of this changing of
- 12:41self-concept. When you have genuinely
- 12:43changed from within, the things that
- 12:46would once upset you, the things that
- 12:47would once be triggering for you, are no
- 12:49longer going to be the case. It didn't
- 12:51matter what the 3D was showing me
- 12:53because I knew unwaveringly that he was
- 12:55mine, and that I was his. And then, of
- 12:57course, there were the other
- 12:59indications, like the dreams that I was
- 13:01having, and he would frequent much more
- 13:03often, much more pleasant dreams, and
- 13:05just these little intuitive hunches, or
- 13:08those nudges that reassured me that
- 13:10everything was fine. It genuinely felt
- 13:13like everything is okay. And underneath
- 13:15all of those markers was just the sense
- 13:17of relief. That part of me that had been
- 13:20white-knuckling this process, and
- 13:23pressuring myself from a state of
- 13:25absolute fear, needing this to happen,
- 13:27trying to control the uncontrollable,
- 13:30all of that finally let go of the wheel.
- 13:32And the relief from that alone is
- 13:34impossible to put into words, because
- 13:36gripping that tight is exhausting.
- 13:38Setting it down and trusting is its own
- 13:41kind of freedom entirely. And what
- 13:43happened next is something that is
- 13:44really important to note because when
- 13:46this happened to me, I almost panicked.
- 13:48And it's actually quite a common thing
- 13:50that happens when we reach the Sabbath.
- 13:52So, it's really important to break down
- 13:54a couple of things that I noted along
- 13:56this journey. Because there came a
- 13:57stretch where two things shifted at the
- 14:00same time. First is that I stopped
- 14:02counting the time. I stopped caring
- 14:04about the time. For months I had been
- 14:07constantly doing the math. It's been two
- 14:09weeks. It's been two months. It's been X
- 14:12amount of time. And it was constantly
- 14:14creating and conditioning this fear of
- 14:16us ever getting back together. That
- 14:18feeling of frustration of how long is
- 14:20this going to take? How long is this
- 14:22supposed to take? Is this normal? Do
- 14:24people usually have this long to wait? I
- 14:26had this running dialogue about time
- 14:29constantly. And then one afternoon I
- 14:31just realized I wasn't thinking about it
- 14:32anymore. I genuinely was not concerned.
- 14:35The when had just completely let itself
- 14:37go. I wasn't measuring the days against
- 14:40some kind of invisible deadline like I
- 14:42was doing before. And this is a very
- 14:44common indicator cuz when you are
- 14:46genuinely living from the end and in the
- 14:47Sabbath, you're no longer going to be
- 14:49worried about time. You're not going to
- 14:51be fixed on it. You're not going to care
- 14:53about it. You're not even going to think
- 14:55about it anymore. But then there was the
- 14:58bigger shift. And that was stop thinking
- 15:00about them constantly. And this is where
- 15:02the panic almost got to me cuz it was
- 15:04genuinely very jarring. And the old me
- 15:06would have read that as a complete
- 15:08disaster. Wait a minute. I just went the
- 15:10entire afternoon without thinking about
- 15:12them once. Oh my god, am I moving on? Am
- 15:15I losing the connection here? Is it
- 15:16dying? Do I need to go do something to
- 15:19bring it back to life? And I want to
- 15:21save you from this spiral because it can
- 15:23be a trap in and of itself. So, let me
- 15:25say this as plainly as I can. Your mind
- 15:27going quiet about them is not the
- 15:29manifestation slipping away. It's not
- 15:31you moving on or no longer wanting them.
- 15:34It's the natural occurrence that happens
- 15:36when you have reached the end, when you
- 15:38are living from your state of the wish
- 15:40fulfilled. And I want you to think about
- 15:41something that you genuinely know is
- 15:44yours, something that you already have.
- 15:47This could be your name, your home, or
- 15:49the city that you live in, the people
- 15:50who already love you. You don't think
- 15:53about them every waking second. You
- 15:55don't anxiously rehearse them all day.
- 15:58They just are. They sit in the
- 16:00background, in the back of the mind, as
- 16:02a fact. The reason you used to think
- 16:04about your person and every waking
- 16:06moment wasn't coming from love, it was
- 16:08coming from lack. The mind obsesses over
- 16:11something that it feels it's missing.
- 16:13So, when the obsession lifts, it's not
- 16:15because they've left or that you're
- 16:17moving on, it's because on the inside
- 16:19you're no longer feeling that missing.
- 16:22So, if you've noticed that you are
- 16:23thinking about them less, maybe they're
- 16:25not occupying as much real estate in
- 16:27your mind anymore, do not panic. Do not
- 16:30take this as indication that you're
- 16:32losing them, you're losing the
- 16:33connection, that you're giving up on
- 16:35them. None of that is true, and I need
- 16:38you to hear me when I say this. It is
- 16:39normal to think about them less when you
- 16:42are living from the end. That is a good
- 16:44thing, in fact. And the same thing
- 16:46applies for the timing and constantly
- 16:48fixating on the time. The moment that
- 16:50you stop counting the days, and the
- 16:52moment that you just let yourself be,
- 16:55when you're no longer fixated on how
- 16:57long it's been or how long it's going to
- 16:58take, is the exact moment that you stop
- 17:01holding everything at arm's length in
- 17:03the future. Because counting the days
- 17:06and constantly thinking about them from
- 17:08a place of lack is just more broadcast
- 17:11to your subconscious of what you don't
- 17:13have, which will only manifest more of
- 17:14the same. So, please, if this is you, do
- 17:17not try to get yourself or force
- 17:20yourself to continue doing techniques
- 17:22because you are no longer as obsessed or
- 17:25that you're not fixated so much on the
- 17:27time or on them like you used to be.
- 17:30Don't go back into obsession to keep it
- 17:31going. Just let that quiet be quiet. Let
- 17:35that peace of mind be peace and let it
- 17:38be something that you enjoy. Trust that
- 17:40the silence of your mind is the sound of
- 17:43the work that you've done finally
- 17:45finishing. This is the part where you
- 17:47can rest. Genuinely and truly let
- 17:49yourself rest. Where you no longer have
- 17:51to treat any of this like a problem that
- 17:53you need to solve. So, all of these
- 17:55combined were really the greatest
- 17:57indicators letting me know without
- 17:59question that I was in the Sabbath. My
- 18:01mind became silent. And when it started
- 18:04to fill again, it started to fill with
- 18:05this feeling of knowing. It felt
- 18:08settled. It felt like something I didn't
- 18:10need to keep doing to try to make happen
- 18:12anymore. I stopped fixating on the time.
- 18:15I stopped fixating on how long it's been
- 18:17or how long it's going to take to get
- 18:18them back. I stopped thinking about them
- 18:22constantly. I mean, of course, sure, he
- 18:24would pop up in my mind throughout the
- 18:26day-to-day, but it was nothing like the
- 18:28constant front of the mind obsession
- 18:31that it was when I was just starting
- 18:32out. If at any point I did have an
- 18:35intrusive thought, an old thought that
- 18:36came up just out of habit, I was no
- 18:38longer reactive to it. I no longer
- 18:40resonated with it. Everything from that
- 18:42old state started to feel very, very
- 18:45foreign to me. Things that were once
- 18:46very triggering and upsetting no longer
- 18:48fazed me. And this is why the Sabbath is
- 18:51the highest form of faith. It asks you
- 18:53to trust the unseen
- 18:55over what your 3D is showing you right
- 18:58now. Anyone can feel trusting and secure
- 19:01when your person is actively messaging
- 19:03you and engaging with you in an ideal
- 19:05way in the 3D. The Sabbath is the
- 19:07feeling of being chosen, the feeling of
- 19:09acceptance that this is done before the
- 19:113D has given you a whiff of indication
- 19:14that is true. Ultimately, what happened
- 19:16to me is that the striving to get them,
- 19:19the constant struggle and battle on how
- 19:22to fix this, on how to get them back,
- 19:24completely fell away. The chasing, the
- 19:27seeking, the needing for validation, the
- 19:29worry about what was going to happen,
- 19:32all of that ceased. And in its place was
- 19:35just inspired living. I really at that
- 19:38point in my life was the most magnetic
- 19:40version of myself because I genuinely
- 19:43loved myself. I had a confidence that I
- 19:45had never felt before in my entire life.
- 19:48And not just in relation to him, but
- 19:51with everyone. I was finally in a place
- 19:53of peace and I was pouring all of my
- 19:56energy, all of that satisfaction and
- 19:58fulfillment, I was pouring that into my
- 20:00own life and my own self, not his. I let
- 20:04the relationship just feel mundane and
- 20:07ordinary. And this is a normal part of
- 20:09my life. And it started to feel so
- 20:11natural to dwell there that it would
- 20:13have felt bizarre if they wouldn't come
- 20:16back. The idea of him not coming back
- 20:18felt just as far-fetched as the idea of
- 20:21him coming back did when I was in a
- 20:22state of lack. That inner steadiness,
- 20:25that calm, that groundedness was the
- 20:28most reliable instrument, the most
- 20:30reliable gauge that I had for sensing
- 20:32and noting that I was in fact on the
- 20:34right track. I stopped trying to control
- 20:36it. The how was never my job to begin
- 20:38with. My only job was to remain the
- 20:41person, the version of me who already
- 20:44had what I wanted. That was my one and
- 20:46only objective and I genuinely and truly
- 20:49was happy to give the rest up. So, if
- 20:51you are watching this and you find that
- 20:54perhaps you're not quite here yet, maybe
- 20:56you're still in the surveillance loop,
- 20:57maybe you still have fearful thoughts,
- 21:00intrusive thoughts, maybe you waver or
- 21:02are double-minded from time to time,
- 21:04rest assured that is okay. That is a
- 21:06natural part of this process and this
- 21:09journey. What I would gently recommend
- 21:10here is to let yourself take a step back
- 21:13because we have to remember, no matter
- 21:15what we are aiming to manifest, we will
- 21:17never find it through seeking external
- 21:19confirmation and trying to change the
- 21:21outside. And when I did finally reach
- 21:23the Sabbath, it didn't feel like
- 21:25fireworks. It didn't feel like this
- 21:27grand finale. It was quiet. It was a
- 21:29settled knowing. The things that used to
- 21:31trigger me, things that used to upset
- 21:33me, things that I would worry about, no
- 21:35longer had that effect on me anymore.
- 21:37The relief that I didn't need them to do
- 21:40something to maintain my own happiness
- 21:42and well-being. And that is truly the
- 21:44most beautiful part of the Sabbath, is
- 21:46the healing that comes with it. The
- 21:48Sabbath brought me to a place of healing
- 21:50and completion that I had never felt
- 21:52before in my life up until that point. I
- 21:55stopped bleeding for his attention,
- 21:57begging for a sign for him to just reach
- 22:00out to me, and I started coming home to
- 22:02myself instead. And when I truly got to
- 22:05place where I knew that no matter what
- 22:08the outcome, no matter what would
- 22:09happen, I was going to be okay, and I
- 22:12was going to still continue to be the
- 22:14very best, the very most confident
- 22:16version of myself, the most loving and
- 22:18charismatic and respected part of
- 22:20myself. That could not be touched by
- 22:23anyone or anything external. There is an
- 22:26empowerment that comes with that
- 22:27feeling. It's hard to even put it into
- 22:30words how amazing it is when you truly
- 22:33and genuinely are not leaning on anyone
- 22:35or anything because you are so secure
- 22:37within yourself that anything extra
- 22:39would just be an added bonus, but
- 22:42certainly not anything that we are
- 22:44needing. And from that place, you become
- 22:46an absolute magnet. It's from that place
- 22:48that everything external begins to
- 22:51shift. Because once this happens for
- 22:53you, once you reach a place where you
- 22:55are no longer in need of that external
- 22:58thing, when you are genuinely in a place
- 23:01of secure peace detachment from the old
- 23:04fears, the doubts, the insecurities,
- 23:06when it's no longer constantly in the
- 23:08obsessive forefront of your mind, when
- 23:10you can genuinely say that you are
- 23:12grounded and feeling settled in the
- 23:14matter, that is how you can tell you've
- 23:17reached the Sabbath. And that
- 23:19is how you'll know that you will
- 23:20ultimately manifest whatever it is that
- 23:23you want. So, I hope you guys enjoyed
