  1. 0:01All right, it is
  2. 0:0330th of September and it is 10:06
  3. 0:08a.m. I'm about to start working and um I
  4. 0:12think right now I'm just thinking about
  5. 0:13I spent most of this morning just
  6. 0:14thinking about
  7. 0:16how to or how I'm thinking about like
  8. 0:18growing the business over the next like
  9. 0:20year or so. What I think the huge levers
  10. 0:25that I can pull are. Right. So just
  11. 0:26thinking about leverage, what levers to
  12. 0:28pull and how I'm planning to basically
  13. 0:30just grow the business. Right? So I'm
  14. 0:33just going to walk through my mental
  15. 0:34model here just so I understand. This is
  16. 0:36mostly for me to understand exactly if
  17. 0:38this makes any sense and if what I'm
  18. 0:40saying really makes sense as well.
  19. 0:42Right. So right now throughout this year
  20. 0:44we have really focused on for context I
  21. 0:46run a business. It's called Koa Ko
  22. 0:48Yatalent.com.
  23. 0:50Um you can check it out. It's a staffing
  24. 0:52agency. We train Nigerian software
  25. 0:54engineers in AI automation and then
  26. 0:56staff them with pretty much like AI
  27. 0:57agencies but businesses in general. Um
  28. 1:01the first thing is like I was saying
  29. 1:03throughout this year um we have tried
  30. 1:06staffing devs with other types of
  31. 1:09businesses. I recently spent like 2.5
  32. 1:11million on a marketing campaign like a
  33. 1:14cold email campaign trying to test
  34. 1:15different like um industries and
  35. 1:17everything. And I'm just going to, you
  36. 1:19know, summarize all of the learnings as
  37. 1:22the markets that has worked really well
  38. 1:23for us has been the market that has
  39. 1:26worked really well for us has been AI
  40. 1:30agencies. So staffing with AI agencies
  41. 1:32in particular because the pain point is
  42. 1:34there for AI agencies. For AI agencies,
  43. 1:36they are delivering AI as a service. So
  44. 1:38they need someone who understands and is
  45. 1:40good with AI to come on their team and
  46. 1:42help them with fulfillment. That is
  47. 1:44where the pain point is highest. And
  48. 1:46like I said, I spent quite a bit of time
  49. 1:47trying to see if we could expand outside
  50. 1:48of this niche and if this applies and if
  51. 1:50we can staff a automation devs with
  52. 1:51other types of businesses, but the main
  53. 1:53problem there has just been that I it's
  54. 1:57just not resonating as much, right? And
  55. 1:59the amount of efforts that we have to
  56. 2:00put in to get the returns on there
  57. 2:02versus just like locking in on AI
  58. 2:03agencies, it's just like it's very
  59. 2:05different. So right now the plan is to
  60. 2:08focus on AI agencies like primarily
  61. 2:10throughout the end of this year. So, I
  62. 2:12spent some time on a call on Monday.
  63. 2:14Today's Wednesday, with my friend, um I
  64. 2:17say my friend, he's my friend, but he's
  65. 2:18also my colleague. Um if we're just
  66. 2:20planning out what the what the um plan
  67. 2:22is. He's like the go to markets guy on
  68. 2:24the team. And the the the way I'm
  69. 2:28thinking about this, there are two main
  70. 2:30levers that I can pull. The first level
  71. 2:32that I'm trying to pull right now is on
  72. 2:34the outreach side. So, we've been doing
  73. 2:35outreach for a while. Code email is how
  74. 2:37we've signed most of the clients that we
  75. 2:38have. In fact, all of the recurring
  76. 2:40clients, all of the clients that are
  77. 2:42going to buy from us this month or that
  78. 2:44have bought from us this month, um,
  79. 2:46again, I'm thinking in October, we're
  80. 2:47still in September. It's the last day of
  81. 2:49September, but all of the clients are
  82. 2:50going to buy from us in October will be
  83. 2:52from outreach. So, like that's the main
  84. 2:53driver of the business. And, um, in
  85. 2:57September, one of the things I
  86. 2:58experimented with was cold calls, right,
  87. 3:01as well. So, cold calls. So, I'm going
  88. 3:03to divide this into two. There's the
  89. 3:04community which I'll come to and then
  90. 3:05there's direct outreach which is
  91. 3:07something entirely different for direct
  92. 3:09for direct outreach in the past month
  93. 3:12like I said we spread ourselves thing
  94. 3:14like I have I could show you the I wish
  95. 3:15I could share my screen I'm using photo
  96. 3:17booth to record this video so that's not
  97. 3:19possible but we did a bunch of campaigns
  98. 3:22we targeted if I pull it up right now we
  99. 3:24[snorts] targeted marketing agencies we
  100. 3:26targeted insurance agencies B2B
  101. 3:28wholesale distribution companies I don't
  102. 3:30even know what that is but spent quite a
  103. 3:31bit of time on that flight and logistic
  104. 3:33ICS companies, accounting and booking
  105. 3:35bookkeeping companies, e-commerce and
  106. 3:37DTC companies just trying to see and
  107. 3:39then of course AI agencies as well but
  108. 3:41the results for AI agencies was just
  109. 3:42astronomically better than all the other
  110. 3:45like industries and all the other places
  111. 3:47that we targeted. So the idea is okay
  112. 3:49let's lock in on AI agencies but for AI
  113. 3:51agencies in particular the outreach that
  114. 3:52we've been doing before how can we make
  115. 3:54this much better like how can we
  116. 3:56actually improve the outcomes that we're
  117. 3:58getting for this niche we know that the
  118. 4:00main problem with agencies is that the
  119. 4:01time is quite small right the total
  120. 4:03addressable market in terms of like the
  121. 4:05volume of people right is quite small
  122. 4:07compared to like e-commerce where
  123. 4:09there's a ton of brands or like
  124. 4:10marketing agencies where there's a ton
  125. 4:12of them so the question is like how can
  126. 4:14we make sure that every input that we're
  127. 4:16having here is going the extra and we're
  128. 4:18really dialing in on this. So, the first
  129. 4:20thing that we decided to do on the
  130. 4:22outreach side is first of all, we need
  131. 4:24to build better systems for filling up
  132. 4:26our pipeline. Like, how can we build
  133. 4:27better systems for filling up our
  134. 4:28pipeline, for getting new leads, new
  135. 4:30prospects that we can reach out to and
  136. 4:32potentially get some leads from there,
  137. 4:33right? Or new people, new AI agencies
  138. 4:35that we can reach out to. So, we created
  139. 4:37a plan and how we're going to do that,
  140. 4:38which is like sourcing or sales now is
  141. 4:40some of it. Then if he has some systems
  142. 4:42around like um checking he has a list of
  143. 4:45domains a bunch of them from like web
  144. 4:46search and some other tools that he's
  145. 4:47played around with um checking for their
  146. 4:49LinkedIn pages basically like AI
  147. 4:51workflows to find more people there.
  148. 4:53There's a bunch of databases that we
  149. 4:54want to try um and just a bunch more
  150. 4:56things. I think another thing that we're
  151. 4:58going to experiment with this month is
  152. 4:59archetypes of AI agencies. So there's
  153. 5:01regular AI agencies that are just
  154. 5:03offering AI services. There is um
  155. 5:06experienced people that have small teams
  156. 5:08and that are building AI powered
  157. 5:09software. I don't know if that's going
  158. 5:11to work as well, but it's something that
  159. 5:12I think we're going to do a bit of
  160. 5:13experimentation around this month with
  161. 5:15our outreach. And then the final one is
  162. 5:17agencies that are running AI enabled
  163. 5:18services, right? So let's say AI powered
  164. 5:21marketing or AI voice agents, AI
  165. 5:22receptionist, AI content, AI
  166. 5:24advertising, AI creative, AI chat bots,
  167. 5:26websites, things like that. Those I
  168. 5:28guess still fall under AI agencies, but
  169. 5:30like are slightly different than just
  170. 5:32like building automations for people. So
  171. 5:34those are the things that we're planning
  172. 5:35to do under number one is filling up the
  173. 5:37pipeline. Now the second thing that
  174. 5:38we're thinking about before is like okay
  175. 5:39before we were just doing one channel
  176. 5:41which is just email we're just hammering
  177. 5:42email but how about we make our outreach
  178. 5:45multi- channelannel right so doing email
  179. 5:46and other channels so initially the plan
  180. 5:48was to do email LinkedIn maybe a bit of
  181. 5:50SMS and code email and code calls as
  182. 5:53well right so we're expanding the touch
  183. 5:55points for every single lead that's
  184. 5:56coming through our funnel but the
  185. 5:58problem with that is so I'm getting some
  186. 6:01messages okay the problem just want to
  187. 6:04make sure nothing is on Uh,
  188. 6:08okay. We're good. Um, so the problem
  189. 6:09with that is I'm I'm finding it hard to
  190. 6:11there's bottle there's a huge bottleneck
  191. 6:13on LinkedIn, right? [snorts] So I was
  192. 6:15planning to use Lem list for this which
  193. 6:17is like a sequencer that we could use
  194. 6:19but there's a huge bottleneck there
  195. 6:20which is I mean for LinkedIn you can
  196. 6:22only send like 100 connections per week
  197. 6:23and we're looking to do a bit more than
  198. 6:25that um in terms of the outreach that
  199. 6:27we're looking for. So Lem list is not
  200. 6:29going to be as effective and LinkedIn as
  201. 6:31effective of a channel. So right now
  202. 6:32what I'm primarily thinking about is
  203. 6:34code email and code calls. Those are the
  204. 6:36two different channels that we're
  205. 6:37thinking about. Now for code email and
  206. 6:39for code calls there's like breakdowns
  207. 6:41under each of these as well for code
  208. 6:43email. So for code email before what
  209. 6:44we're doing is just one campaign right
  210. 6:46and we're just putting leads inside is
  211. 6:47when we find new leads we put them in
  212. 6:48and then we're hoping for the best and
  213. 6:50like the response rate. We're just like
  214. 6:51passing it through the metrics of the
  215. 6:53response rate and all of that and seeing
  216. 6:54who we can book. But now we have three
  217. 6:56different campaigns that we're setting
  218. 6:57up. Number one is a new leads campaign,
  219. 7:00which is basically we're finding new
  220. 7:01leads from the methods that I've
  221. 7:03mentioned before and then we're adding
  222. 7:04those new leads into the campaign,
  223. 7:07right? To hopefully get positive replies
  224. 7:09and hopefully like book some calls, some
  225. 7:10appointments from that. But then another
  226. 7:13thing that we're doing because the time
  227. 7:14is so small and this is something that
  228. 7:15people talk about especially in like the
  229. 7:16cold email space is reaching out to your
  230. 7:19time every quarter. So we've been
  231. 7:20reaching out to AI agency owners like
  232. 7:21over the past over a year now. We have a
  233. 7:23database of about 11,000 plus AI
  234. 7:26agencies with their emails verified and
  235. 7:28all of that that we've reached out over
  236. 7:29the past like year or so. [snorts] So
  237. 7:32the idea now is that we want to reach
  238. 7:34out to our entire term and our entire
  239. 7:37total addressable market every single
  240. 7:39quarter. We're just going to recycle it
  241. 7:41and recycle it. So every single quarter,
  242. 7:43everybody that we've ever reached out to
  243. 7:45our entire total addressable market is
  244. 7:47being reached out to all over again
  245. 7:48every single quarter. And one of the
  246. 7:50main reasons for that is because of
  247. 7:52timing. For the marketers that are in AI
  248. 7:54agencies when it comes to hiring, timing
  249. 7:56is a very very very very important
  250. 7:58piece, right? They need to be at a time
  251. 8:00where it makes sense for them and they
  252. 8:01just need to hire at that point. And if
  253. 8:03we reach out to them at a point where
  254. 8:04it's not relevant, they're not looking
  255. 8:05to hire. It's not going to work as well.
  256. 8:06So the idea here is recycle every single
  257. 8:09quarter. As we're finding more lead,
  258. 8:10they get added into that. As long as
  259. 8:12they've not said they not interested or
  260. 8:13we should stop contacting them, we just
  261. 8:14repeat that cycle over and over again.
  262. 8:16So that's the second campaign. The third
  263. 8:18campaign is a nurture campaign. What a
  264. 8:20nurture campaign is is basically like I
  265. 8:22said the main issue here is timing. So
  266. 8:23there's a bunch of times like in the
  267. 8:25past we have a database of people that
  268. 8:27we've reached out to have said oh now is
  269. 8:28not a good time or maybe later or we're
  270. 8:30still early in the business we'd like to
  271. 8:31come back later and a lot of those
  272. 8:32people are just sitting inside of our
  273. 8:34sequencer and we've not done anything
  274. 8:35with that. So the idea is we're going to
  275. 8:37have a nurture campaign where we have a
  276. 8:39sequence of pre-written emails and then
  277. 8:41every single month the cadence that
  278. 8:42we're looking at right now is a month.
  279. 8:43So once a month we just send an email to
  280. 8:45them just to stay top of mind, maybe
  281. 8:47share some kind of value, let them know
  282. 8:48what the update is or whatever, right?
  283. 8:50But just to nurture them and be like,
  284. 8:51"Hey, I mean it's not nurturing. It's
  285. 8:53more like reminders if you will, but
  286. 8:54we're still sharing some form of value.
  287. 8:55I mean like, hey, we're still here. If
  288. 8:57you're looking to hire, you know, we are
  289. 8:59the ones that like can help with that
  290. 9:01and you should think of us." So that's
  291. 9:03what we're doing on the code email front
  292. 9:04that weren't doing before. So think
  293. 9:05about this way. First of all, I've
  294. 9:07talked about how we're bu filling up the
  295. 9:08pipeline, getting more people to join
  296. 9:10the pipeline, right? Then now finding
  297. 9:13more creative ways for to add people to
  298. 9:14the pipeline, right? And then also
  299. 9:16making sure that we're trying to like
  300. 9:18make take advantage of every lead that
  301. 9:20we have, right? Really increase the
  302. 9:22touch points for every lead that we
  303. 9:23have, which is like the new list
  304. 9:25campaign, the time every quarter, and
  305. 9:26then natural campaign. Now, aside from
  306. 9:28code email, cold calls is another aspect
  307. 9:31that I've experimented with um in
  308. 9:33September. I haven't done like crazy
  309. 9:35number of dials. I've probably just done
  310. 9:36like a,000 dials this month, [snorts]
  311. 9:39but like the connect rate isn't great.
  312. 9:41Um, and it's just like, you know,
  313. 9:44there's a couple of things that you'd
  314. 9:46have to pay attention to there. But the
  315. 9:48interesting thing for me in September is
  316. 9:49that I've been able to dial in my method
  317. 9:51for doing this properly. I've been able
  318. 9:53to dial in my method such that I have a
  319. 9:55script that works now, right? I had to
  320. 9:56tweak that according like along the
  321. 9:58lines, but I have a script that works
  322. 9:59now. I've gotten a couple leads from
  323. 10:01there as well, right? So the idea is to
  324. 10:03keep that going throughout like October
  325. 10:05as well. The only thing I'm trying to
  326. 10:07figure out there is around timing like
  327. 10:08when I'm going to be doing the code
  328. 10:09calls because I need to also do a couple
  329. 10:11of things for the code email side. The
  330. 10:12first is going to be handling that
  331. 10:13entirely. I'm going to be on top of it
  332. 10:15as well, but he's going to be handling
  333. 10:16the actual implementation of that. I'm
  334. 10:18just checking in and making sure
  335. 10:19everything is on track. So I don't need
  336. 10:20to put too much energy there. Um the
  337. 10:22code calls part is something that I need
  338. 10:24to personally do. So I'm going to be
  339. 10:25doing the code calls. So the idea here
  340. 10:27is that when we get a new lead, right
  341. 10:29now we already have a database of leads.
  342. 10:31Like I said, those 11,000 people and
  343. 10:32what we did is we scored we had AI score
  344. 10:34the leads and then divide them into tier
  345. 10:36A, tier B, and tier C. So for the tier A
  346. 10:39and tier B leads, those are the ones I'm
  347. 10:40reaching out to, right? So I've added
  348. 10:42them into my dialer. I'm using a
  349. 10:43parallel dialer. If you don't know what
  350. 10:44that is, you don't have to worry about
  351. 10:45that, but I'm using a parallel dialer um
  352. 10:47to run the code calls and those are
  353. 10:49already put into a campaign that is
  354. 10:50there, right? So um
  355. 10:54yeah, we have the campaign. So the idea
  356. 10:57is every single new lead that comes in
  357. 10:58right we should make a workflow such
  358. 11:00that it classifies them into the
  359. 11:01appropriate tier whether A or C and then
  360. 11:03pushes it into the CRM. So we have to
  361. 11:06set up a CRM. So far we haven't had a
  362. 11:08CRM so we've not been able to track the
  363. 11:09history of the leads that we've been you
  364. 11:11know working with. So now we need to set
  365. 11:12that up. That's something that is
  366. 11:14currently working on and then push it to
  367. 11:15the CRM and it automatically updates the
  368. 11:17cloud talk campaign. So every time I
  369. 11:19just need to open my cloud talk and I'm
  370. 11:20dialing and once I dial I just you know
  371. 11:22write the um notes on the person I spoke
  372. 11:25to if they were interested. If they're
  373. 11:26not interested I can just select it and
  374. 11:28then it pushes it out to the CRM. So
  375. 11:29that way we have a database an updated
  376. 11:31database. So when we want to run the
  377. 11:33time every quarter email we can kind of
  378. 11:34see this person I called this person
  379. 11:36before the person said he's not
  380. 11:37interested or never contact him again.
  381. 11:38We're not going to mistaken contact him
  382. 11:40again or this person said follow up with
  383. 11:41me in 2 months and then the CRM is now
  384. 11:43noted there. So we can actually follow
  385. 11:44up in 2 months. So those are the systems
  386. 11:46that we're trying to put in place for
  387. 11:47that um there. So um yeah m to CRM as a
  388. 11:51source of truth set up the campaigns
  389. 11:53inside of cloud talk that is already
  390. 11:54done newly blah blah blah. So that's the
  391. 11:56main thing that we're thinking of on
  392. 11:58there in terms of like filling up the
  393. 12:01pipeline. So that's the first thing,
  394. 12:02right? So I've talked about one aspect
  395. 12:04which is um AI agency outreach. That's
  396. 12:08what we're primarily focused on right
  397. 12:09now, AI agency outreach. But I think
  398. 12:11another lever point, another lever, not
  399. 12:13lever point, another lever that I'm
  400. 12:15trying to pull before the end of this
  401. 12:16year and implements before the end of
  402. 12:18this year is a community. So one the way
  403. 12:20this idea came about is that I have been
  404. 12:23looking for ways I think one thing that
  405. 12:24could unlock a lot of growth for us is
  406. 12:26there's a lot of communities where
  407. 12:28[snorts] they are teaching people how to
  408. 12:30build an AI agency right or communities
  409. 12:32of AI agency owners and I think that if
  410. 12:34we're able to like get a partnership
  411. 12:36some kind of partnership with the owner
  412. 12:37of that community and just have them
  413. 12:39promote us and figure out like an
  414. 12:40affiliate thing it would be huge for us
  415. 12:43and we'll get a lot of deal flow and we
  416. 12:44hit our goals faster from that. But the
  417. 12:46problem has actually been getting that
  418. 12:47to work and getting people to pay
  419. 12:50attention to it and actually sign that
  420. 12:51affiliate deal like just get that
  421. 12:52working. Um it's either like we would
  422. 12:54have to,
  423. 12:56you know, um staff somebody with their
  424. 13:00business first and then they see the
  425. 13:02result of that and then they willing to
  426. 13:04recommend us to their community. Um
  427. 13:05there's just like a lot of nuances
  428. 13:07around that to make it work. And what
  429. 13:09we're trying to do right now is like the
  430. 13:10idea was basically, you know, why not
  431. 13:11just start a community of your own
  432. 13:13instead of trying to get partnerships
  433. 13:15with other communities. So that was an
  434. 13:16interesting idea. I think what's also
  435. 13:18interesting to me is like it could be an
  436. 13:20opportunity to nurture those leads and
  437. 13:21to build relationships with AI agency
  438. 13:22owners. So right now I just explained
  439. 13:24the amount of work we're going through
  440. 13:25just to book calls with AI agency
  441. 13:27owners. But the idea is like if I just
  442. 13:29make the offer simpler, we have a
  443. 13:31community, an exclusive community for AI
  444. 13:33agency owners where they get to run
  445. 13:34masterminds with each other. We figure
  446. 13:36out like a good product on there on the
  447. 13:37community side. Meet other AI agency
  448. 13:39owners. Everybody in there has been
  449. 13:40screened. They all making money. They
  450. 13:41all have clients. You know, they all
  451. 13:43credible people. Like we screen them. We
  452. 13:45vetted them already. Like join this and
  453. 13:47you know, you know, get value. You share
  454. 13:48your problems. You get answers. And then
  455. 13:50you can also like learn from other
  456. 13:52people. Blah blah blah. All right.
  457. 13:54That's a very easy offer. And I also
  458. 13:56have the leads already. Remember, I have
  459. 13:58like 11,000 plus leads already. So, all
  460. 14:00I need to do in this case is create a
  461. 14:02separate email campaign and just funnel
  462. 14:04those leads inside that campaign and the
  463. 14:05reply rates are going to be higher
  464. 14:07hopefully. I mean, that's the plan. The
  465. 14:09reply will be higher cuz the offer is
  466. 14:10simpler and it's a free thing and it's a
  467. 14:11community, right? And that way I don't
  468. 14:14have to kill myself to get on calls with
  469. 14:16these AI agency owners. So, that way I'm
  470. 14:18still getting on calls with these AI
  471. 14:19agency owners, right? Although it's
  472. 14:21obviously not for my offer, right? Um
  473. 14:22for my business offer, but I'm getting
  474. 14:24on calls with them and I'm able to build
  475. 14:25a relationship with these people. So
  476. 14:27once I'm building a relationship with
  477. 14:28these people, I'm getting to know them.
  478. 14:30I can check in, you know, see where
  479. 14:31their business is at, how things are
  480. 14:32going, and I could have a database of
  481. 14:34all these people too. So I have like an
  482. 14:36AI system that can kind of say, "Oh, I
  483. 14:37need to connect this person and this
  484. 14:39person together." So I'm like, "Oh, I
  485. 14:40think you should meet this person. He's
  486. 14:41really interesting. He's currently in
  487. 14:43the similar stage to what you're doing.
  488. 14:44He currently figured out something
  489. 14:45you're currently trying to figure out."
  490. 14:46Things like that. I can deliver value to
  491. 14:48these people and build the
  492. 14:49relationships. And they know what I do.
  493. 14:51Um, we need to figure out systems for
  494. 14:52promotion and what that's going to look
  495. 14:54like. But they know what I do. And that
  496. 14:55way it's like oh when they want to hire
  497. 14:57they think of me because I've provided
  498. 14:58so much value for them. I've built up
  499. 15:00the relationship and it's just going to
  500. 15:01be an easy you know source of deal flow.
  501. 15:04So yeah those are the two main things
  502. 15:05that I'm thinking about right now. AI
  503. 15:07agency outreach and AI agency community
  504. 15:09this morning. That's why I'm working on
  505. 15:10the community. The plans for that I have
  506. 15:12to answer an email first but after that
  507. 15:14um the plans for the community is
  508. 15:15primarily what I'm thinking about and I
  509. 15:17think it could potentially be huge um
  510. 15:19for us. So those are the two main things
  511. 15:20that I'm trying to dial in this year. I
  512. 15:22think if we're able to dial in our
  513. 15:23systems properly for finding new people,
  514. 15:25nurturing them like multi- channelannel,
  515. 15:26ultra channel, just like getting that
  516. 15:28flowing, that would be great. And the
  517. 15:30second one is um the community, getting
  518. 15:32that stood up, making it super valuable
  519. 15:34such that they actually enjoy being
  520. 15:35there. They want to be there and
  521. 15:38building systems around that. So those
  522. 15:39are the two main things um that I'm
  523. 15:41working on and two main levers that I
  524. 15:42think will be interesting to pull and we
  525. 15:43get us to our goal. Um I was doing the
  526. 15:45math with my colleague Fammy who is like
  527. 15:48the community manager. He's going to be
  528. 15:49managing the new community. He also does
  529. 15:51like the programs and the management of
  530. 15:53the community for the current like devs
  531. 15:54that we've staffed and the ones we're
  532. 15:56training right now. And for me to end
  533. 15:59this year good, right, I was doing the
  534. 16:01math. Where's my book? Okay, I was doing
  535. 16:02the math. Um, we need to place about
  536. 16:04nine devs. I think we have about nine
  537. 16:07devs to place before the end of this
  538. 16:09year. So, that's about three devs per
  539. 16:10month. And I currently have a client
  540. 16:12who's in the process of hiring like six
  541. 16:14um people. So, we need to complete that
  542. 16:15and then place nine devs and we'll be
  543. 16:17able to hit our goals for this month and
  544. 16:18just like create good opportunities for
  545. 16:20people as well. So, that is exciting.
  546. 16:23Um, that is the huge thing that we're
  547. 16:25trying to figure out and build systems
  548. 16:26in place. I think overall my goal for
  549. 16:28all of this is that I don't have to
  550. 16:30think about the email side like the
  551. 16:32outreach side as much or really any
  552. 16:35more. [snorts] I just have EA dealing
  553. 16:37with that. I just look at the metrics
  554. 16:38see everything is on track and EA is
  555. 16:40handling all of that. Then on the AI
  556. 16:42agency community part, I would want FMY
  557. 16:44to be doing most of that. I just want to
  558. 16:45have calls with these AI agency
  559. 16:46founders, right? And um make sure that
  560. 16:50I'm delivering value to them. I also
  561. 16:51need to be picking up the phone to dial.
  562. 16:53So dialing as well is something that I
  563. 16:54need to do and that should be my job and
  564. 16:56making sure the placements go well. Um
  565. 16:58we need to build out the team if we're
  566. 16:59going to get to nine people, one more
  567. 17:00person as a manager, blah blah blah. I'm
  568. 17:02not going to talk about all of that, but
  569. 17:04yeah, that's what we're looking at. Um,
  570. 17:05and I think for next year, the main
  571. 17:08lever that I'm going to be able to pull,
  572. 17:09I don't know if I should make this a
  573. 17:10separate video cuz this is getting quite
  574. 17:11long, but um, I think that our offer for
  575. 17:15AI agency owners has a cap, right? Cuz
  576. 17:17the time isn't that great. I don't think
  577. 17:19we could get to like 100K per month with
  578. 17:20this offer. Like, no, I think we can get
  579. 17:22to 100K, but past 100K, it's like
  580. 17:24another milestone. I don't think we'll
  581. 17:25be able to do that or it will just take
  582. 17:26an infinitely long time cuz we're just
  583. 17:28waiting on timing. And I don't know how
  584. 17:30much else we can dial in the systems
  585. 17:32past what we're doing now or what we're
  586. 17:34planning to do now. But I guess we could
  587. 17:35always find out new things, right? Um,
  588. 17:38so we need to figure out another offer.
  589. 17:39I've been speaking with um a guy or
  590. 17:42is his name. Um, and he's been giving
  591. 17:44some ideas on how he thinks we should go
  592. 17:46about it. But yeah, I don't know what
  593. 17:49offer I want to, you know, bring up
  594. 17:51next. I think the more logical thing or
  595. 17:52the straightforward thing is just like
  596. 17:54offer do like an AI agency offer. Um,
  597. 17:57but I don't know if I want to do that. I
  598. 17:59don't know if I'm excited about that,
  599. 18:01but I think it's something that's
  600. 18:02unavoidable that I would need to do next
  601. 18:03year. Um my next year I think the next
  602. 18:05level that I want to pull is on content.
  603. 18:07So if I have the community outreach
  604. 18:09dialed I think content will be the next
  605. 18:10thing I want to go h on like content for
  606. 18:13my business probably YouTube as well
  607. 18:14like making good YouTube videos for
  608. 18:16business owners on how to implement AI
  609. 18:18and then it's like oh we could staff you
  610. 18:20with somebody that can do this for you
  611. 18:21if you're at that stage and it works or
  612. 18:23we could actually just help to build out
  613. 18:24the systems. It's just very
  614. 18:26straightforward right? Um, but one thing
  615. 18:27I'm struggling to figure out now, and I
  616. 18:30shouldn't be spending much time thinking
  617. 18:31about this to be fair, but one thing I'm
  618. 18:33trying to figure out now is whether
  619. 18:36whether um we need to make the offer
  620. 18:38more specific, where it's like we help
  621. 18:42home service businesses, build um AI
  622. 18:46receptionist systems or something like
  623. 18:49that where I make it like super niche.
  624. 18:50I'm not excited about any of that. I'm
  625. 18:52not excited about the AI agency offer
  626. 18:53either. Um, but I guess we'll see. it is
  627. 18:56what it is and see what we can scale to
  628. 18:58by the end of this year. But that's my
  629. 19:00goal for this year. Complete all the
  630. 19:01placements. Those are the plans that we
  631. 19:04have. I guess on my next since I've kind
  632. 19:06of like opened the business side and
  633. 19:07just talked on tactics. I guess the next
  634. 19:09video that I make um sorry not the next
  635. 19:11video but the video that I make at the
  636. 19:13end of this week just to give an update
  637. 19:14of how things went. I'll talk a bit
  638. 19:16about that. I'm already tired. I'm going
  639. 19:17to end this video right now. Bye-bye.
