  8. 0:21animal when to sleep when to eat when to
  9. 0:26Die the bruises heal but the Mind Gams
  10. 0:29remain
  11. 0:31it's the worst day of your life starting
  12. 0:34again and again and
  13. 0:37again 22 hours a day spend in this cage
  14. 0:41without perspective without
  15. 0:44hope there is only
  16. 0:46silence silence creeps up on you it gets
  17. 0:49louder and louder until it
  18. 0:53screams how can you stay
  19. 0:56sane one man wrapped his bed sheet
  20. 0:58around him and set himself on fire
  21. 1:01another ate his own
  22. 1:02eyeball one man believed that if he ran
  23. 1:05fast enough he could break through the
  24. 1:08wall I mean how can you stay s when all
  25. 1:12you hear see or smell is
  26. 1:16desperation
  27. 1:18fear
  28. 1:20death I've seen hundreds of them walk
  29. 1:22down this hallway for the last time some
  30. 1:25guilty some
  31. 1:27innocent some weren't ready to go go and
  32. 1:31others wanted to be
  33. 1:35killed 18 and 1/2 years of physical
  34. 1:38imprisonment but they've never
  35. 1:40incarcerated my
  36. 1:41mind and even the worst day of your life
  37. 1:45comes to an
  38. 1:46[Music]
  39. 1:48end this is my last
  40. 1:53day and the beginning of many more
  41. 1:56[Music]
