- 0:00Yes, my people. So, I am super super
- 0:03excited to go through this video here.
- 0:05Probably the most informative video I've
- 0:07ever done when it comes to explaining
- 0:09the strategy and technical analysis in
- 0:11terms of my model. So, let's get
- 0:14straight into it. Insane free value in
- 0:17this. Probably I shouldn't be doing
- 0:19this, but it is what it is. If you do
- 0:21like this, just please leave a
- 0:22subscribe, like, comment. It goes a long
- 0:24way. So,
- 0:25how do we start when we look at the
- 0:27chart? The first thing is we want to
- 0:30see, okay, bias. And when I talk about
- 0:33bias, I'm talking about the short-term
- 0:36trend. Everyday when I jump on the
- 0:38chart, okay, I'll go on something like
- 0:41the M5 or the um
- 0:4315 and I'll look at the short-term
- 0:46trend. These two are my higher time
- 0:49frame, okay, the M15 and the M5, and I
- 0:51look at the short-term time trend. How
- 0:53do I determine the short-term trend? I
- 0:56simply see, it's quite simple, are we
- 0:58respecting highs? Are we respecting
- 1:01lows? Are we breaking highs? Are we
- 1:04breaking lows? Which ones are we
- 1:06currently breaking? Which ones are we
- 1:08currently respecting? And as I go
- 1:10through each step, I'm going to show you
- 1:12live on the charts. Take this gold chart
- 1:15for example. I need to see which highs
- 1:18and lows are we currently respecting and
- 1:20disrespecting, and I can do this on a
- 1:215-minute. If I'm clear, I can step up to
- 1:23the 15-minute. Let's see. Well, I can
- 1:26see we have a low here.
- 1:28What do we make? A higher low. What do
- 1:30we make? A higher low. A higher low. A
- 1:33higher low. So, is it fair to say that
- 1:35we are respecting lows? What about
- 1:38highs? We have a high, we break it. We
- 1:41have a high, we break it. We have a
- 1:43high, we break it. So, we are respecting
- 1:45lows, breaking highs. That tells me that
- 1:49this short-term 5-minute trend is purely
- 1:52bullish. I should not look for sells at
- 1:55all. Now, as we can see on this next
- 1:58point, we need to find the invalidation
- 2:00point. If I am looking for buys and I am
- 2:03bullish, where am I wrong? What needs to
- 2:06be taken for me to switch this
- 2:08short-term trend and stay on the right
- 2:10side of the market. So, if we go back to
- 2:13our current structure here, what I want
- 2:15to find is the last Okay, well, the
- 2:17current high,
- 2:19which is here, and I want to find the
- 2:21low it came from. By doing so, I look at
- 2:24the last big break of structure. This
- 2:26isn't big, this isn't big. This break of
- 2:28structure here is big. So, where's the
- 2:31lowest point between this high and where
- 2:32we broke it? It is
- 2:35this low here. So, this is my uptrend,
- 2:38and as long as this low holds, I'm still
- 2:41looking for buys. This area here, as
- 2:44mentioned, is my invalidation point or
- 2:47my protected low. Now, I have my trading
- 2:50range. I know I'm looking for buys and
- 2:52continuously looking for buys as long as
- 2:54this low holds. What's the next step?
- 2:56Well, now that I have my range, I need
- 2:58to find okay, liquidity.
- 3:01Now, we need to determine are we in an
- 3:03uptrend or are we in a downtrend? This
- 3:05scenario, we are in an uptrend, so we're
- 3:06looking for swing lows. You have to know
- 3:08that in a uptrend, okay,
- 3:13lows are your liquidity. In a downtrend,
- 3:17okay, highs [snorts] are your liquidity.
- 3:20Set rule, we always stick with that. In
- 3:22this situation, we know that price is in
- 3:25an uptrend. So, what does that mean? We
- 3:28are looking for higher time frame swing
- 3:30lows. If there is no liquidity in your
- 3:33leg, you cannot take the trade. I can't
- 3:37force it. I can have a beautiful range,
- 3:39a beautiful trend. If I have no
- 3:42liquidity in this leg, I don't touch a
- 3:44button. And another super key important
- 3:47point is I need that liquidity to break
- 3:50structure, otherwise it is not valid.
- 3:53So, here we are in an uptrend, we're
- 3:55looking for a swing low. If we're in a
- 3:56downtrend, we're looking for swing
- 3:57highs. Again, what does it say? On the
- 4:00higher time frame. This has to happen on
- 4:02the higher time frame. And I need it to
- 4:04break structure. So, if I have this,
- 4:08okay, my liquidity here, can you see? It
- 4:11broke structure, so it is valid. If
- 4:13price has done this, this is not
- 4:16liquidity because it hasn't broken
- 4:18structure. So, your swing lows need to
- 4:20break highs, your swing highs need to
- 4:22break lows. Let's go into the chart. So,
- 4:25going back to our range here, okay, this
- 4:27high to this low, we are looking for
- 4:29liquidity for price sweep, obviously,
- 4:30above this low to target higher prices.
- 4:33So, we need to see swing lows that have
- 4:35caused mini breaks of structure. So,
- 4:37let's zoom in here. We can see we have a
- 4:40very small swing low that has done what?
- 4:43It has caused
- 4:45a mini break of structure, high, low,
- 4:47high, high. This swing low here is
- 4:49valid. This is valid liquidity. Again,
- 4:52here on a higher time frame, we have a
- 4:54swing low here, which has done what?
- 4:57Caused that mini
- 4:59break
- 5:00of structure. So, this becomes a what? A
- 5:03valid area of liquidity. Here, what do
- 5:05we have? A swing low that has caused
- 5:07what?
- 5:09A mini break of structure. Now, for
- 5:12example, this one and this one, they are
- 5:14valid, but they're not high probability.
- 5:16The ones with more of a one candle
- 5:18pullback, I can see this is a one candle
- 5:20pullback, this is a one candle pullback.
- 5:22They are less [clears throat] obvious,
- 5:23okay? The higher pullbacks like this,
- 5:25the bigger pullbacks, boom, boom, boom,
- 5:27boom, there's definitely more liquidity
- 5:29resting here, and there's definitely
- 5:31more people placing their stop loss in
- 5:33this area here or this area here. So, I
- 5:35do favor the bigger pullbacks as my
- 5:38liquidity. However, these are still
- 5:40valid. So, of course, now I have my
- 5:42liquidity areas, I only want to enter
- 5:45after we have swept liquidity, whether
- 5:48it be this one, this one, or this one,
- 5:50it doesn't matter. It doesn't have to
- 5:51sweep all of them, but it has to sweep
- 5:54liquidity before entering. So, how do I
- 5:56know when and where to enter from? Well,
- 5:59this is where we go to step three, which
- 6:00is our zones and our points of interest.
- 6:03So, we draw our zone, okay, around our
- 6:06breaker structure. So, we have that big
- 6:08breaker structure, this high
- 6:11to this low becomes where we draw our
- 6:13zone. We always want to enter within the
- 6:16previous external breaker structure. If
- 6:19we are trending lower, we want to enter
- 6:21within the previous breaker structure,
- 6:23this area here. Before we wanted to
- 6:25enter in this area here. So, it was that
- 6:28previous external range. Now, within
- 6:31that zone, we're going to have points of
- 6:33interest, okay? We're going to have
- 6:35points of interest are going to be areas
- 6:36of demand, areas of supply, and fair
- 6:39value gaps. In an uptrend, I'm only
- 6:41looking for demand, okay, and bullish
- 6:45fair value gaps. In a downtrend, I'm
- 6:48only looking at supply and bearish fair
- 6:51value gaps. I do not care about supply
- 6:53if we're in an uptrend. I do not care
- 6:54about demand if we are in a downtrend.
- 6:57Now, there's certain criteria for these
- 6:59POIs, okay? They need to be
- 7:01un-
- 7:02mitigated, okay? They can't be full,
- 7:05they need to be fresh. We
- 7:08criteria where we count prices
- 7:09unmitigated if less, okay, than 50%
- 7:15of the zone has been touched. We'll get
- 7:18into that on the charts now. So, back
- 7:20into the chart, what do we start with?
- 7:21We start with our zone, we said, which
- 7:23was our external breaker structure. Our
- 7:26external breaker structure was this high
- 7:29to this low. All right, that was our
- 7:30nice external big breaker structure.
- 7:32So, we have to enter in this trade here.
- 7:34That means I can kind of get rid of this
- 7:35liquidity
- 7:37because
- 7:38I'm waiting for price to come into it
- 7:39anyway, so it will sweep this liquidity.
- 7:41I can focus on that for now. Now, points
- 7:43of interest, okay? But, I just get rid
- 7:45of these
- 7:46and I'm looking for demand in this zone,
- 7:50and I'm looking for bullish fair value
- 7:52gaps in this zone. So, where can I find
- 7:53areas of demand? Well, the first thing
- 7:56is I can see where price stopped in the
- 7:58pullback. Buyers stepped in to push
- 8:00price up. Cuz price was trending higher,
- 8:02pulled back, pushed price up. So, some
- 8:04sort of buyers stepped in here to end
- 8:06this pullback and push price higher.
- 8:09Where can I locate that? Well, I can see
- 8:12as price is pulling back, we had a low,
- 8:15we had a high,
- 8:16we had a lower low, boom, we had a
- 8:19higher high. So, this was the last move
- 8:22that the sellers had before buyers
- 8:24overtook them. So, I'm going to
- 8:26highlight this area here as my area of
- 8:30demand, okay? My refined points
- 8:34of interest, right? It's near my
- 8:36protected low, and it's where you can
- 8:38see seller, seller, seller in control,
- 8:40buyers, buyers, buyers came back in
- 8:42control once we got that internal change
- 8:45of character
- 8:47to the upside. Now, is this fresh or is
- 8:50this not fresh? Well, I look at from
- 8:52after we've left it. Only from after
- 8:54we've left it. So, after we left this
- 8:56high here,
- 8:57was here. We left this high here, price
- 8:59has come down and pushed up. Has price
- 9:02come to this 50% level? No. If price
- 9:05left this zone, came to 50% and pushed
- 9:08up, then this would be invalid and a
- 9:11mitigated zone, which has no use to me
- 9:14anymore. I want to enter a fresh zone as
- 9:16well. I can see now that this zone is
- 9:17fresh as what since leaving this zone,
- 9:20we have not returned to anywhere near
- 9:2250%. This is valid for me. Now, I have
- 9:25summed down on narrowed down the
- 9:27structure to looking for buys, looking
- 9:29for this to get swept, and looking for a
- 9:31reaction in here. Everything is now
- 9:33becoming higher and higher probability.
- 9:36So, what's the next step? Of course,
- 9:37it's going to be getting an entry entry
- 9:39confirmation. What does that look like
- 9:41for us? Well, remember we have to sweep
- 9:44that higher time frame liquidity first
- 9:45that we saw.
- 9:46Then we can enter the trade. If you
- 9:47don't wait for the liquidity sweep, you
- 9:49are going to be the liquidity sweep. And
- 9:52obviously, we don't want that. Then I
- 9:54want to see a shift in structure on my
- 9:57lower time frame, okay? This should be a
- 9:59lower time frame shift in structure.
- 10:01Think about it like this. The higher
- 10:03time frame is going to push higher,
- 10:06push lower,
- 10:07push higher. Simple higher low, higher
- 10:09high. The lower time frame is going to
- 10:11be making consecutively higher lows,
- 10:13higher lows, higher lows, higher lows,
- 10:15higher high. This tells us that this
- 10:18pullback is ready to stop and price is
- 10:20ready to expand higher. Once we have
- 10:22that, we can enter
- 10:25the trade, okay? And we want to enter
- 10:28where we can get at least a simple 1.5
- 10:32R. When I trade the strategy, this is
- 10:34what I go for for a 1.5 R with the final
- 10:37TP being that external range high
- 10:41or low. Now, let me show you on the
- 10:43chart exactly what I mean. So, we said
- 10:46we need to wait for liquidity to be
- 10:47swept, and we want to wait for it to
- 10:49enter our zone before we even look for
- 10:52an entry. This keeps us in a high
- 10:54probability trade and avoids us getting
- 10:57caught out on this noise. You can see we
- 10:59just barely swept this liquidity.
- 11:02Let's see. If we do, this is where a lot
- 11:04of the fakeout this happened.
- 11:06How many of you would have entered here,
- 11:09right? Expecting price to rip, and then
- 11:11get stopped out
- 11:12on the way down because we haven't
- 11:13properly swept liquidity, and most
- 11:15importantly, we haven't come into our
- 11:17POI. Boom.
- 11:19Now, and only now, we can start looking
- 11:22for entries. I drop down to the lower
- 11:24time frame. And what do I want to see? I
- 11:26want to see a shift in structure back to
- 11:28my higher time frame. So,
- 11:30I can see this lower time frame is
- 11:32pushing
- 11:33lower. I want to see it push higher and
- 11:36break this high here, telling me that
- 11:39this pullback has stopped and the
- 11:41expansion has started. I need that
- 11:43candle close. Boom. So,
- 11:46we're trending lower. We came into our
- 11:48zone. Now we're trending back higher on
- 11:49the lower time frame. This is exactly
- 11:52what I want to see. So, now if I'm
- 11:54expecting price to trend continuously
- 11:56push higher, it should not make a lower
- 11:57low. So, it should not go below this
- 11:59lower low. This is where my stop loss
- 12:00will be. Where's my external target?
- 12:04My external target, as we can see, is
- 12:06this high here. Okay, I'm expecting a
- 12:08high, low, high, low, higher high. This
- 12:11is what I'm targeting. Don't need to
- 12:12target highs up here, highs up here.
- 12:13Just targeting this
- 12:15external or this range high
- 12:17that we started with cuz our job is to
- 12:19catch the higher low, which is going to
- 12:20give us the higher high.
- 12:23So, where can I set an entry where I can
- 12:24get at least a 1:1.5
- 12:26risk to reward? It's going to have to be
- 12:31in this situation
- 12:33here, okay? If I don't get tagged in, I
- 12:35don't get tagged in. If price takes out
- 12:38this external high, I move on and I go
- 12:40to the next trade. I rinse and repeat.
- 12:42Don't have FOMO. Don't buy high. Don't
- 12:45do anything stupid. As you can use see
- 12:47in this situation, we get tagged in
- 12:49perfectly to the T. The patience pays
- 12:52off. You can see we come into this lower
- 12:53area of demand as well. And what do we
- 12:55do? We rip up and we smash this final
- 12:58take profit. Now you might think this is
- 13:00it. The whole strategy explained. No,
- 13:02cuz the next part is 10 times more
- 13:04important than this entire model. Before
- 13:07I get into that, I do want to say if you
- 13:09want me to physically hold your hand
- 13:11through the charts every single day,
- 13:13through my live streams, through my
- 13:15daily breakdowns, work with you
- 13:17one-on-one until you become profitable,
- 13:20no exceptions, then please, please,
- 13:22please feel free to apply for my
- 13:24mentorship where I can really dive in
- 13:27and help you. So, the boring part, but
- 13:29the most important part, is simply risk
- 13:32management. Okay?
- 13:34Your risk per trade. I want you to risk
- 13:37anywhere between 0.5 to 1% per trade.
- 13:41Risk management, this is what makes
- 13:43strategies work. Two people can be
- 13:45trading the exact same strategy. One
- 13:47person is a consistently profitable
- 13:48trader. One person is broke because they
- 13:51have different risk management systems.
- 13:53For the strategy I'm going to show you
- 13:54the simplest risk management strategy
- 13:56system that you can use. I want you to
- 13:58risk between 0.5 to 1%. If you're low
- 14:00confidence, you're just starting out,
- 14:01get closer to that 0.5% range. If you
- 14:03have a bit more experience and seeing a
- 14:05bit success, you can push towards that
- 14:061% range. Now, I want you to take, okay,
- 14:10if I just scroll down
- 14:14here. I want you to take max, it's going
- 14:16to be max three trades a day, okay? And
- 14:19you're going to go for 1.5R
- 14:23per trade. We need is a small piece of
- 14:25the pie, okay? Max three trades per day.
- 14:29And like we says, that is going to
- 14:30depend on your trade outcomes. To make
- 14:33it simpler, I've put it on this chart
- 14:35here, okay? As you can see, you are
- 14:37taking
- 14:40To make it simpler, I've put it into
- 14:42words in this chart here. Your first
- 14:44trade, if it is a 1R win, you walk away.
- 14:47You do not take another trade. If your
- 14:49first trade is a loss or break even, you
- 14:51can only take another trade if it is an
- 14:54A+ It doesn't mean you have to. It means
- 14:56you are allowed to, but only if your A+
- 14:59setup presents itself. Too many people,
- 15:01their first trade is a loss, and then
- 15:03they force another setup. No. Your
- 15:05second trade, if it is a win, you can
- 15:07walk away. That means you are guaranteed
- 15:09up for the day if you stuck to the 1.5R
- 15:13rule. The second trade, if it is a break
- 15:15even, again, you can only take another
- 15:17trade if it is A+. Your second trade, if
- 15:20it is a loss, you have to walk away. No
- 15:23exceptions. And this using this logic,
- 15:26you're going to take between one to
- 15:27three trades a day.
- 15:29When you are green, you are securing
- 15:31green days. When you are red, you are
- 15:33limiting red days because avoiding red
- 15:35days is impossible.
- 15:38All you can do is control them. If you
- 15:40are trying to avoid them, you are going
- 15:42to blow up your account. Now, after each
- 15:45trade, this is super important, take
- 15:46just 15 minutes to input and review in
- 15:50your journey. Okay? In your journal,
- 15:52sorry. Doesn't matter if it's a win,
- 15:54loss, or break even. Regardless, just
- 15:56take a screenshot, take some notes, put
- 15:58it in your journal. If you're not
- 15:59journaling, you're unprofitable. And
- 16:01this way, it helps stops you from
- 16:04revenge trading. You can't automatically
- 16:05revenge trade because you know you have
- 16:07to take some time out now to put in your
- 16:08journal. Stops you over trading cuz you
- 16:10know you're going to have to journal.
- 16:11And keeps you on track with your data
- 16:13collection. If you're leaving it to the
- 16:15end of the day, end of the week, you get
- 16:17lazy. You think, "Oh, I've got too many
- 16:18to do now. I can't be asked." This keeps
- 16:20you on point. So, there you go.
- 16:22Everything you need to become profitable
- 16:23on technical analysis to risk management
- 16:26explained for you in a short video. But
- 16:28if you feel like you do need
- 16:29accountability, if you do feel like you
- 16:32do need that extra support where I can,
- 16:33like I said, one-on-one help you, then
- 16:36please feel free to apply for the
- 16:37mentorship in the link in the
- 16:38description below. Apart from that, I
- 16:40appreciate your time. I appreciate any
- 16:42likes, comments, subscribes, as always.
- 16:45And I'll catch you in the next one.
