  1. 0:00One of the many things you can do to
  2. 0:02rank your local business higher on
  3. 0:05Google Maps is reviews. Not just getting
  4. 0:08more reviews because I mean, look at
  5. 0:10this. These guys have 1,200 reviews,
  6. 0:12though they rank below the guys with
  7. 0:15400. So, not just more reviews. But
  8. 0:17again, one of the things you can do and
  9. 0:19one of the things I'm going to show you
  10. 0:20in this video is how you can leverage
  11. 0:23reviews and a couple more things to rank
  12. 0:26your GBP, your Google Business Profile
  13. 0:28listing higher on Google Maps. Be it
  14. 0:31here in the map section or if people
  15. 0:33search up whichever keywords, right?
  16. 0:35Let's go with plumber
  17. 0:37keywords you want to rank for in the
  18. 0:38classic Google search, right? Or here in
  19. 0:40this section. I'm going to show you
  20. 0:42exactly a couple of things you can focus
  21. 0:44on, right? To rank higher in Google
  22. 0:47Maps. This is going to be a video on
  23. 0:48local SEO. Now, there's three things,
  24. 0:51but all these three things are under
  25. 0:52reviews. We all know how important
  26. 0:54reviews are, reviews, reviews, reviews.
  27. 0:57You want more reviews, better reviews.
  28. 0:59You want
  29. 1:00More reviews is always better, right?
  30. 1:02Even if they're negative, okay? More
  31. 1:04reviews, a good volume of reviews is
  32. 1:06always a good thing.
  33. 1:07However, there's a proper way of doing
  34. 1:09it, okay? By the way, again, as I said
  35. 1:11before, just because you have more
  36. 1:13reviews doesn't mean you're going to
  37. 1:15necessarily rank higher, okay? It
  38. 1:16depends because there's a ton of ranking
  39. 1:18factors. There's proximity, right?
  40. 1:20There's the um
  41. 1:22the rating as well. These guys have 4.8,
  42. 1:24these have 4.6. Now, this could also be
  43. 1:26flipped because again, there's a ton of
  44. 1:27factors. Number of reviews, velocity,
  45. 1:31what they say in the reviews, how you
  46. 1:32reply to the reviews, how well your site
  47. 1:35ranks in the classic Google search
  48. 1:36because there's a high correlation
  49. 1:38between how well you rank in the classic
  50. 1:40Google search, right? And how well they
  51. 1:42rank right here. So, there's there's a
  52. 1:43ton of factors. So, what I want you to
  53. 1:46take away with this video is that
  54. 1:48what I'm going to show you right now
  55. 1:50doesn't guarantee you'll rank first,
  56. 1:52right? It However, it can increase your
  57. 1:54likelihood of ranking higher. And that's
  58. 1:57all we want to do, okay? So, now
  59. 1:58specifics, okay?
  60. 2:00First thing,
  61. 2:01>> [snorts]
  62. 2:01>> the number, the stars, and the content
  63. 2:04of the review, the what, the where, and
  64. 2:06the who are extremely important. Let me
  65. 2:10just show you an example, right? Real
  66. 2:11quick here. If I go in and type in
  67. 2:12plumber Dallas, right? What do you see
  68. 2:14right here, right? What do you see here?
  69. 2:16Not only is the keyword, right, that I
  70. 2:18searched for uh bolded out, and this
  71. 2:21believe it or not, it plays a huge part
  72. 2:23because this is confirming what I'm
  73. 2:25writing right here. Just like if you
  74. 2:26type in best iPhone charger, I don't
  75. 2:29know, something like this, right?
  76. 2:31There's um the words, right, are bolded
  77. 2:34out uh or they used to be at least.
  78. 2:36There you go, some of the words are are
  79. 2:37bolded out. And this plays a big part in
  80. 2:39click-through rate. That's why Google
  81. 2:40does it, okay? So, things same thing
  82. 2:42applies here, right? It bolds out the
  83. 2:44words you search for. If I searched for
  84. 2:46a plumbing company Dallas, most likely
  85. 2:48the word plumbing would also be bolded
  86. 2:49out.
  87. 2:50But my point is even isn't even that. My
  88. 2:51point is that
  89. 2:52this section right here,
  90. 2:54these sections right here, this one as
  91. 2:56well, this one as well,
  92. 2:58these are here because they're sta-
  93. 2:59they're taken from reviews your
  94. 3:02Google Business Profile is in got. So,
  95. 3:05you get the reviews and they're shown
  96. 3:06right here. And I'm not even talking yet
  97. 3:08about the large language model of
  98. 3:11opportunities, excuse me, that it
  99. 3:13disposes.
  100. 3:14We'll go over that in a bit.
  101. 3:16Now, again,
  102. 3:17the first thing about reviews, right,
  103. 3:19is the number. So, you want to have as
  104. 3:21many reviews as you possibly can. Focus
  105. 3:23on volume, okay? Well, that's you know,
  106. 3:24this is pretty basic.
  107. 3:26Then the stars, of course, you want to
  108. 3:27maximize the number of five-star
  109. 3:29reviews, okay? All the time.
  110. 3:31Nobody wants negative reviews. However,
  111. 3:33every business and any business has
  112. 3:35negative reviews. For example, Amazon on
  113. 3:37Trustpilot, they have 2.6 stars. And
  114. 3:40it's a great product, but every single
  115. 3:43business has negative reviews, right?
  116. 3:45And it's your job not to focus on the
  117. 3:47negative reviews. It's your job to, of
  118. 3:49course, reply to the negative reviews,
  119. 3:51but it's your job to get more positive
  120. 3:53reviews. You know, we'll go over that in
  121. 3:54a bit.
  122. 3:55But again,
  123. 3:56one of the things and this is the very
  124. 3:58first thing you can do to maximize the
  125. 3:59likelihood of you guys ranking your
  126. 4:02Google Business Profile listings higher
  127. 4:04on Google Maps is
  128. 4:05getting a bunch of reviews with great
  129. 4:07stars, but then more importantly, the
  130. 4:09content. What were new?
  131. 4:11Now, not always
  132. 4:14you're able to instruct
  133. 4:16users how to leave reviews. But then
  134. 4:19ideal review is one that's sprinkled in
  135. 4:21with the service that was done. Okay,
  136. 4:24what service was done?
  137. 4:26Where? Right, for example, this guy is
  138. 4:28Tribeca. Okay.
  139. 4:29And by who? The brand name, the company
  140. 4:31name. Okay. And if you can, added
  141. 4:34photos. This is boom, uh cherry on top.
  142. 4:37And even even another cherry on top is
  143. 4:39coming from a local guide. Okay. Cuz
  144. 4:42what a local guide is is basically a
  145. 4:43little badge Google gives to certain
  146. 4:44Google accounts that they call local
  147. 4:46guides, uh where not only do they have a
  148. 4:49um
  149. 4:50these reviews show up higher, right? But
  150. 4:52they have they carry a bit more weight,
  151. 4:53even though Google doesn't like to admit
  152. 4:54it, right? What this is basically a
  153. 4:56trust badge, right? These guys have left
  154. 4:58a ton of reviews across multiple
  155. 5:00businesses, right? They're a trusted
  156. 5:01source in Google's eyes. So, Google puts
  157. 5:03in a bit more weight in what they have
  158. 5:05to say. It's pretty pretty obvious. Now
  159. 5:07again, as I was saying, you can't always
  160. 5:09instruct
  161. 5:11uh your customers to
  162. 5:12leave reviews a certain way, but you can
  163. 5:15try and do a better job at it, okay?
  164. 5:17So, a great way to get more reviews is
  165. 5:19of course sending people an email and
  166. 5:21SMS with a link to the the Google
  167. 5:23listing, right? To I'm sure that maybe
  168. 5:25already doing this, right? If you're
  169. 5:26not, you should do it, okay? Email
  170. 5:28people, SMS people after a service was
  171. 5:30done
  172. 5:31uh or the product was bought to leave a
  173. 5:33review, right? You can give people some
  174. 5:34incentives, depending on which state you
  175. 5:37live in, maybe you can, maybe you can't.
  176. 5:39Um or give a discount on the next
  177. 5:41service or whatever. There's ways to uh
  178. 5:44incentivize people to leave reviews.
  179. 5:46However, the very first step is to
  180. 5:48actually send people a request to send
  181. 5:50to put a review by asking them, "Hey,
  182. 5:52can you leave a review? How was the
  183. 5:54service?" Call them up, SMS them. You
  184. 5:56can do this all automatically now with
  185. 5:57AI. Email them via your CRM a link to
  186. 6:00the review.
  187. 6:01Then, if you're already doing this,
  188. 6:03right? Instruct them on how. A simple
  189. 6:06one-liner, "Hey,
  190. 6:08please leave a review." Whatever. If you
  191. 6:10can, please make sure to mention the
  192. 6:11service that was done and by who
  193. 6:14and where. Right? Instruct them on how
  194. 6:16to do that because it's very important.
  195. 6:19These the listing your GVP listing is a
  196. 6:21living entity, right? This is a living
  197. 6:23entity, okay? And you're going to feed
  198. 6:25it with
  199. 6:26reviews, right? Review replies, photos,
  200. 6:30videos, posts. And the more you feed
  201. 6:33this the more you keep this entity
  202. 6:34living, right? The more Google thinks
  203. 6:36and knows, "Okay, this is an active
  204. 6:38business. Getting reviews, getting
  205. 6:39replies. They're uploading new photos of
  206. 6:41the jobs they're doing, videos they're
  207. 6:43posting every day, right? The reviews
  208. 6:44are getting actually mentioned the
  209. 6:45service that that that they're doing.
  210. 6:47The reviews are getting actually
  211. 6:48mentioned locations, the brand name, the
  212. 6:50company name." This is all great
  213. 6:52signaling that your business should be
  214. 6:54ranking on top because if all your
  215. 6:56all your reviews just say
  216. 6:58uh five stars, great service.
  217. 7:01Your listing is going to become
  218. 7:02irrelevant compared to a competitor
  219. 7:05business listing that has a review
  220. 7:06saying, "Hey, great plumbing job.
  221. 7:09Amazing guys over at brand name. Thank
  222. 7:11you so much for doing the service. Uh it
  223. 7:13was amazing. Uh you guys charged me less
  224. 7:16than I was expecting. Only $300, right?"
  225. 7:18All these little signals, especially for
  226. 7:20a lens, are insanely good. So, something
  227. 7:23like for example,
  228. 7:25a review was would be something like
  229. 7:26this.
  230. 7:27Uh
  231. 7:28"Great service. You guys came in
  232. 7:32in to fix whatever service, okay?
  233. 7:35Uh
  234. 7:36over at location
  235. 7:39location.
  236. 7:41I'm very happy
  237. 7:44with the team
  238. 7:47or
  239. 7:48at I don't know company company name.
  240. 7:52Thanks. We'll be back.
  241. 7:54Uh I was only charged $100 to have my
  242. 8:00whatever fixed, right? So, this is a
  243. 8:02great type type of review.
  244. 8:04Not only because
  245. 8:06these keywords are going to be pulled in
  246. 8:09right here when you're skimming through
  247. 8:10these right here, but also now for LLMs,
  248. 8:12for large language models. If there's a
  249. 8:14guy saying, "Hey, great service on this
  250. 8:16plumbing job. I was only charged $300
  251. 8:18and they came to my house in 15
  252. 8:20minutes."
  253. 8:21All of that is gold because when someone
  254. 8:24is asking ChatGPT or asking Google or
  255. 8:27Amode for a quick fix plumber that
  256. 8:30charges less than $200, who do you
  257. 8:32think's going to show up? The the GBP
  258. 8:34listing that has that as complex in
  259. 8:36their reviews or one that just has
  260. 8:38thanks, great service?
  261. 8:40Right, of course it's this one. So, my
  262. 8:42point is that it's very important to
  263. 8:44focus on what's written in the review
  264. 8:47itself. It's key. And the way in which
  265. 8:50you can affect this or influence this is
  266. 8:52just instruct your customers on how to
  267. 8:54do it, right? And maybe you're alr-
  268. 8:56already doing a good job at this. Maybe
  269. 8:58you're not. If you're not, just instruct
  270. 8:59people. Now, as important as the actual
  271. 9:02review is the reply.
  272. 9:04Firstly, you should be replying to every
  273. 9:05review. I think it's dumb to not even
  274. 9:08put in the effort to reply. You should
  275. 9:09should just should reply to the reviews.
  276. 9:10In fact, you can just use something like
  277. 9:13Now, you can use AI agents to
  278. 9:14automatically reply to these things. We
  279. 9:16actually built one of these here inside
  280. 9:18Arvo. Real quick, let me just quickly
  281. 9:19show you. You can set up rules right
  282. 9:21here with your automation. You can have
  283. 9:22our AI agents actually reply to your
  284. 9:24reviews. They'll learn on how you reply
  285. 9:26to reviews.
  286. 9:27So, they can answer they can reply to
  287. 9:29the reviews in your with your own
  288. 9:30brand's tone of voice, personalized
  289. 9:31replies, templates. You can you can set
  290. 9:33so it doesn't reply to negative reviews
  291. 9:35or to or that it replies to four-star
  292. 9:36reviews in a different way than it
  293. 9:38replies five star reviews. You can
  294. 9:39change the tone, the language to match
  295. 9:41the language of the reviewer, the delay
  296. 9:44of the reply, the length of the reply. I
  297. 9:46mean, you can do a ton of stuff right
  298. 9:47here. Point being is that there's no
  299. 9:49excuse not to reply review to reviews
  300. 9:51when you have stuff like this that
  301. 9:53allows you to automatically reply to
  302. 9:54reviews using AI agents and AI as well
  303. 9:56AI tech with your own tone of voice and
  304. 9:59set a ton of rules so that it looks real
  305. 10:01and just yeah, it's a great thing. Now,
  306. 10:03again, as I was saying, the replies are
  307. 10:06as important because all that we all
  308. 10:08that we talked about so far regarding
  309. 10:10these little signals that you're giving
  310. 10:11when the reviews have the sprinkled in
  311. 10:15what, where, and who, the replies are
  312. 10:16the same thing. So, I'm not even I'm not
  313. 10:18even going to talk about replying to the
  314. 10:20reviews because that's
  315. 10:21that's basic. You should be replying to
  316. 10:23every review and there's no excuse not
  317. 10:24to do it. Again, set this up. This just
  318. 10:26runs on autopilot and replies to all
  319. 10:27your your reviews on autopilot. So, you
  320. 10:29should you should set set this up,
  321. 10:30excuse me.
  322. 10:31But now,
  323. 10:32the way in which you reply is also very
  324. 10:34important, right? Regardless if it is a
  325. 10:36positive or a negative review, you
  326. 10:38should also apply the same thought
  327. 10:39process on
  328. 10:41um
  329. 10:42sprinkling in instead of just saying
  330. 10:43thanks, saying, "Hey, thank you so much
  331. 10:45for coming in into our brand name,
  332. 10:47right? We're very happy we were able to
  333. 10:49to help you with fixing
  334. 10:51XYZ issue.
  335. 10:52Uh I I I was I was made aware that our
  336. 10:54technicians came in just 20 minutes to
  337. 10:57your house and
  338. 10:58paid no taxes or NYC, whatever, right?
  339. 11:01Be hyper specific in your reply. Very
  340. 11:04important because these are these are
  341. 11:05all little signals we're giving
  342. 11:07to the listing itself to make it more
  343. 11:08hyper relevant to whatever service
  344. 11:10you're providing, to LLMs when people
  345. 11:12are interacting with them via AI
  346. 11:14chatbots, and you can also just take
  347. 11:16these and put them to your onto your
  348. 11:17site, both the review and the reply,
  349. 11:19making a dedicated page on your site for
  350. 11:21reviews or testimonials, making your
  351. 11:22site even more hyper relevant to
  352. 11:24whatever it is that you're selling,
  353. 11:26increasing the likelihood that it can
  354. 11:27that it can rank higher in search
  355. 11:29engines. Because why would you just
  356. 11:31waste these 1,200 reviews and just have
  357. 11:33them here? These are packed with
  358. 11:35information, packed with brand name,
  359. 11:37packed with people saying good things
  360. 11:38about you, mentioning the services that
  361. 11:39were done, the pricing, all this good
  362. 11:41stuff. Don't just leave them here,
  363. 11:43syndicate them, put them on your site.
  364. 11:46You can literally have a page titled
  365. 11:47{slash} testimonials or {slash} reviews
  366. 11:49and pull all these in. You can even just
  367. 11:50put all the positive ones and then
  368. 11:53your site Remember, your site is also
  369. 11:55browsed by large language models. So, if
  370. 11:58there's a competitor of yours with 1,200
  371. 12:01reviews on a dedicated page on their
  372. 12:02site and you don't, well, who do you
  373. 12:04think's going to most likely show up for
  374. 12:06the the highest variety of search terms
  375. 12:08and issues people could search for in
  376. 12:09the plumbing niche? Well, it's them
  377. 12:11because they have it on their site.
  378. 12:13Remember, sure LLMs browse listings, but
  379. 12:15they also browse sites. So, put them
  380. 12:16there. Um
  381. 12:18very important. And so again, just to
  382. 12:19reiterate this, the replies are
  383. 12:22extremely important, even more important
  384. 12:24than the reviews themselves. So, again,
  385. 12:26baseline, if you want to be competitive,
  386. 12:28you should be replying to every single
  387. 12:29review. Again, use it like this, this
  388. 12:32little tool like pulls in every review
  389. 12:34you got. This is just like a test
  390. 12:35account. Pulls in every review you get,
  391. 12:37right? Allows you to like draft a reply
  392. 12:39real quick right here and then allows
  393. 12:41you to set automation rules, okay?
  394. 12:43Personalized replies, you can set set
  395. 12:45settings for um
  396. 12:47five to one-star reviews, again
  397. 12:50change the tone, giving it giving you
  398. 12:51them some giving it some custom
  399. 12:53prompting so it knows how to reply to
  400. 12:54your reviews and you can even even leave
  401. 12:56the review replies in draft so you can
  402. 12:58manually approve them if you guys want.
  403. 13:00Point being is that replying is the
  404. 13:02baseline and then how you reply to them
  405. 13:04heavily important. You can even take
  406. 13:06this YouTube video's transcript right
  407. 13:07now, put it in the ChatGPT
  408. 13:10ask it to analyze what I said and give
  409. 13:12you some guidance to put right here
  410. 13:14inside of this so that to make sure that
  411. 13:17my thought process of my brain is
  412. 13:19passing through to what you need to
  413. 13:20write right here. Hopefully that makes
  414. 13:22sense, okay? If you have any questions
  415. 13:23by the way, you can just hit hit
  416. 13:25support. But, very important, okay?
  417. 13:28Then, last but not least, okay, so it's
  418. 13:30also very very important, is that
  419. 13:32velocity matters, okay? Velocity means
  420. 13:35active.
  421. 13:37What I said in the beginning of the
  422. 13:37video was, you want more reviews, you
  423. 13:40want
  424. 13:41five-star reviews, you want reviews with
  425. 13:43with with your keywords and locations
  426. 13:45and brands sprinkled in them. Same thing
  427. 13:47for replies, but same thing for reviews.
  428. 13:50I said that this is a living entity.
  429. 13:53You're getting reviews, right? You're
  430. 13:54getting reviews, replies. You're getting
  431. 13:57videos uploaded, you're getting images
  432. 13:58uploaded to your listing, right? Not
  433. 14:00just in the reviews, right? Sure,
  434. 14:01reviews can have images, but I mean the
  435. 14:03actual uh
  436. 14:04imaging itself. You can upload new
  437. 14:06images, you should be uploading new
  438. 14:07images, right? You're getting you're
  439. 14:08you're posting to the listing, right?
  440. 14:10And [snorts] these are all signals that
  441. 14:12signal to Google that this is a living
  442. 14:13entity, a living business, a living and
  443. 14:14active and breathing business is getting
  444. 14:16getting business every single day. And
  445. 14:18what does Google want? Well, Google
  446. 14:20wants to satisfy the search intent of
  447. 14:23the searchers' keywords the better
  448. 14:25possible. And what's the best way to
  449. 14:27satisfy satisfy in this case someone
  450. 14:30looking for a plumber in Dallas? Well,
  451. 14:32you have to give the searcher, of
  452. 14:33course, after the sponsored results,
  453. 14:35the best business that they feel like
  454. 14:37could satisfy the search intent. And
  455. 14:39what's the best business that could
  456. 14:41satisfy the search intent? Well, it's
  457. 14:43the business that's the best one. And
  458. 14:44what qualifies a business to be the best
  459. 14:46one? Well, it's the one that is the most
  460. 14:49active. It's uploading photos of the of
  461. 14:51new services, videos, it's getting
  462. 14:53reviews. 10 reviews is getting like 10
  463. 14:55reviews a week consistently, more
  464. 14:56reviews than any of those other guys
  465. 14:58right down here down here. So, the
  466. 14:59velocity, the speed, the cadence of the
  467. 15:02review matters. Reviews matter, excuse
  468. 15:04me. So, it's a continuous effort, right,
  469. 15:08to getting more reviews. And this all
  470. 15:10ties in with asking. Because, as cliche
  471. 15:13as it sounds, if you don't ask, you
  472. 15:15don't get. So, ask your customers for
  473. 15:17reviews, ask them and sort of try and
  474. 15:20guide them on how to leave the correct
  475. 15:22review. Send them a template. Just have
  476. 15:24a one-liner saying, "Hey, please mention
  477. 15:26the service that was done." And you
  478. 15:28could just even do that. If you just
  479. 15:29mention, "Hey, please mention the
  480. 15:30service that was done." By the fault,
  481. 15:32people will
  482. 15:33be because they you asked them to
  483. 15:35mention the service, they now know and
  484. 15:37they are actively writing writing more.
  485. 15:40So, they're more likely to write more
  486. 15:42stuff mentioning the brand name,
  487. 15:44mentioning the price they paid, for
  488. 15:45example. They're more likely to mention
  489. 15:46more stuff because now you've asked them
  490. 15:49and they've also been instructed to
  491. 15:51mention a specific thing. So, they're
  492. 15:52more likely to mention other specific
  493. 15:53things. Okay, this is how this works.
  494. 15:55So, again,
  495. 15:56number the stars, the content, what,
  496. 15:59where, and who, replying to the reviews
  497. 16:01with taking this same thing into
  498. 16:02account, right? And the speed, the
  499. 16:04velocity, the cadence. This is just one
  500. 16:07of many parts, right? I will make a
  501. 16:09video on on this next, uh which is
  502. 16:12basically all the other steps because
  503. 16:14you can see the reviews are just one
  504. 16:15step. It can be complicated. Honestly,
  505. 16:17nowadays, you could basically fully
  506. 16:18automate this with AI. And again,
  507. 16:20we have a quite a few people now using
  508. 16:22this AI agent for this and I'm just not
  509. 16:24just saying this because this is my
  510. 16:25business. Of course, if you buy this
  511. 16:27tool, I make money, full disclosure. Um
  512. 16:29but we actually wanted to build
  513. 16:31something valuable. And I've been doing
  514. 16:32local SEO. Actually, I got into SEO
  515. 16:36very firstly for from local SEO,
  516. 16:38actually doing rank and rent for local
  517. 16:39SEO clients.
  518. 16:41And if I was getting to local SEO right
  519. 16:43now or if I had an agency for local SEO
  520. 16:45right now, you'd be so dumb of me to
  521. 16:47spend human resources on analyzing and
  522. 16:50replying to reviews manually when you
  523. 16:51can just have an AI agent that knows how
  524. 16:54much what my business does, what they
  525. 16:55sell, how they replied to previous
  526. 16:57reviews, replying to the reviews. You'd
  527. 16:59be dumb of me not to use that for my
  528. 17:01agency clients. And we have quite a few
  529. 17:03agency clients actually using this for
  530. 17:04multiple locations, which is pretty cool
  531. 17:06see pretty cool to to see, excuse me,
  532. 17:08which basically goes goes out and proves
  533. 17:10that what we're building actually has
  534. 17:11some real use case and real value. It's
  535. 17:13quite nice. Then again,
  536. 17:15you can still do it manually, right? You
  537. 17:16don't need to don't need to use my
  538. 17:17software. Just make sure that that you
  539. 17:19actually do it because if you don't,
  540. 17:21well, especially in more competitive
  541. 17:22niches, it's going to be very hard for
  542. 17:23you to compete.
  543. 17:25That's it. And again, if you're still
  544. 17:26here, if you want to learn a bit more
  545. 17:28about local SEO, well, you can click
  546. 17:29here to watch this next. I'll also leave
  547. 17:31a link for the software that I mentioned
  548. 17:32before on the automatic review replies
  549. 17:35in the description and in the pin
  550. 17:36comments. But regardless, if you want to
  551. 17:38learn a bit more about local SEO, you
  552. 17:39can click here to watch this one. This
  553. 17:41is my best local SEO course all for free
  554. 17:43here on YouTube. I'll see you there.
  555. 17:45Bye.
