- 0:00There's two types of people in the
- 0:01world. Those who own the means for
- 0:03creating wealth
- 0:05and those who work for them.
- 0:07Which one do you want to be? You need to
- 0:09make that choice now. I heard that first
- 0:12eons ago on a college campus and they
- 0:15were all cheering, "Power to the
- 0:16worker." I heard that.
- 0:19I thought,
- 0:20"Well, it's clear.
- 0:22Become an owner."
- 0:23And in 2026, this is the golden year for
- 0:26it. I started my home manufacturing
- 0:28system was it uh last October and I'm
- 0:31going to show you my first quarter
- 0:32profits and earnings and profits. We're
- 0:35going to talk about what I've did right,
- 0:37what I've done wrong, what you can do
- 0:39different. I'm going to even show you
- 0:40what I make, where I sell it, and then
- 0:42we're going to talk about what you
- 0:43should be doing and what you should be
- 0:45selling.
- 0:46Hot tip,
- 0:48don't try to make what you see me
- 0:50making. I mean, maybe you can, but I see
- 0:53so many people, I'll show them something
- 0:55and then they'll they'll fixate on that
- 0:56and go, "I need to make that." Someone's
- 0:58already doing that. That hole's already
- 1:00filled. You need to find your own, okay?
- 1:03Let's get into this, all right? So, this
- 1:05is on my Shopify store. Full disclosure,
- 1:09I do not sell anywhere else. I sell on
- 1:13Shopify. I don't have Etsy. I don't Why
- 1:16actually do have an Etsy account, I
- 1:17don't use it. Uh I have an eBay account,
- 1:20I don't use that. Uh
- 1:22I only show sell these products through
- 1:24Shopify, but I can do that because
- 1:27reasons, we'll talk about, all right?
- 1:29So, first first uh first three quarters,
- 1:32we sold $11,892.85 worth of product. I
- 1:35run at a 40%
- 1:40profit margin, which means I made
- 1:42approximately just under five grand,
- 1:45okay? So, that back to the napkin kind
- 1:47of stuff. And I'm pretty tight on those
- 1:49margins. I hit those pretty accurately.
- 1:51I I buy uh filament in bulk, which is
- 1:54why for everyone who's like, "I can't
- 1:55get filament right now." Sorry about
- 1:57your luck, but I'm fully stocked or
- 1:59mostly fully stocked.
- 2:01And as you can see here, it started off
- 2:03big. We had a huge first month. Now,
- 2:06here's the reason why I can do some
- 2:09things that maybe you can't, but you can
- 2:11do them in a different way, okay?
- 2:13I am a full-time content creator on my
- 2:16main YouTube channel. So, yeah, I got a
- 2:19little silver play button there and
- 2:20everything, right?
- 2:22Otter's holding them up. So,
- 2:24I I'm I do this full-time, all right?
- 2:27So, a lot of people are like, all the
- 2:28you can'ts were like, well, you can't do
- 2:29this, you're just lying to people
- 2:30because you can just advertise whenever
- 2:33you want on your main channel.
- 2:35Thanks for telling me my business that
- 2:36you absolutely knew nothing about
- 2:38because I can't do that. Well, I could.
- 2:40Have you ever been on those YouTube
- 2:41channels where every time you turn
- 2:42around you you start playing the video
- 2:44and they're like, buy my coffee. Buy my
- 2:45coffee. Buy my coffee.
- 2:48Decaf, guys. You need to switch to
- 2:49decaf. I get it, you're selling coffee.
- 2:52That's fantastic, more power to you.
- 2:55Decaf. Point is, we have something
- 2:57called inventory, all right? So, for
- 2:59every video, I could put in an ad, but
- 3:02if I put in too many ads for the same
- 3:04thing, we have something called
- 3:05oversaturation and you're going to turn
- 3:07people away.
- 3:08Also, for every time I I'm big enough on
- 3:11my channel that I have a line of
- 3:14sponsors lining up who wants to be in my
- 3:16videos. If I put them in my video, I
- 3:20make money.
- 3:22If I don't put them in my video and I
- 3:23put myself, I'm throwing that money
- 3:26away. Hence,
- 3:29like, let's say it's $500. If they paid
- 3:31me $500, but I say no, I'm going to put
- 3:34my own product in, I'm losing $500. So,
- 3:37in in essence, I'm this is math, just
- 3:40basic math.
- 3:41If I use a slot, one of my inventory
- 3:43slots, for my product, I'm paying $500.
- 3:47That's my cost. It's a real cost because
- 3:49I'm not putting $500 in my pocket. So,
- 3:51it's not for free.
- 3:53Okay? Maybe on a smaller channel it is
- 3:54for free.
- 3:56Guess what? Guess who could start a
- 3:57small channel?
- 3:59You could. It's not that hard. I'm an
- 4:02old I'm 57 years old in Montana, gray
- 4:05hair, not the best looking guy. Okay,
- 4:08ruggedly handsome, but not the best
- 4:09looking guy. All right, I'm I'm I'm old,
- 4:12out of shape, and and not cool at all.
- 4:16Trust me, I just went to a creator event
- 4:18and I was the least cool person there.
- 4:21Uh but, I wasn't the smallest person
- 4:23there, not by far, because
- 4:26I just keep at it, all right?
- 4:28You do it and you can do that, too. But,
- 4:30let's get back to the numbers, all
- 4:31right? So,
- 4:3211,892.
- 4:35I did two videos, one full-length video,
- 4:39and one YouTube short.
- 4:40And this basically is what I got from
- 4:42that as the initial product launch.
- 4:45There was a lot of discussion about it.
- 4:47Uh the short did very well. The the main
- 4:49video did meh. Uh not nearly as good as
- 4:52one of my regular videos. And then, we
- 4:55got this trickle of views coming
- 4:57through. This dead period right here was
- 5:00we pulled back. I didn't take any
- 5:02orders. I was trying to recuperate from
- 5:05these because they hit me kind of hard.
- 5:07The products we make, and let's talk
- 5:08about the products that we make. All
- 5:10right? This is the page I sell through.
- 5:12I don't sell on Etsy. I don't sell on
- 5:14eBay. I don't have anything. I just sell
- 5:16on my Shopify store. And here's what you
- 5:18see. We got pit trays. We got microfiber
- 5:21cleaning cloths. We got welding uh table
- 5:24fixture pins. I haven't even sold any of
- 5:25those. Should probably take it off. But,
- 5:27these are the socket trays that we sell.
- 5:29Now, here's the deal.
- 5:31So, I talk about on my main channel a
- 5:33lot about Harbor Freight. And Harbor
- 5:34Freight, along with a bunch of other
- 5:36companies, have come out with something
- 5:37called master socket sets. Now, if those
- 5:40of you knows what a socket set, we're
- 5:41talking tools, things you take nuts and
- 5:42bolts off with.
- 5:44Master socket sets are bigger sets that
- 5:46have you know, most sets they skip the
- 5:48stuff they think you're not usually
- 5:50going to need. And for most people you
- 5:51won't need them. But for those of us
- 5:53kind tool heads, we do run into those
- 5:54situations. And what really sucks is
- 5:56running into that situation and be like,
- 5:58"Ah, I got to put this on hold, go to
- 5:59the store, buy that socket, come back,
- 6:01now fix it." What master socket sets do
- 6:03give they give you all the sockets you
- 6:05could possibly need all at once.
- 6:07Which is great, except they don't really
- 6:10make it socket trays that can hold that
- 6:12many sockets or or have numbers and all
- 6:14stuff for all those things. So I saw a
- 6:17hole in the market. Now at some point
- 6:19master socket sets will get popular
- 6:20enough that they will make socket trays
- 6:23to to do this themselves and they'll try
- 6:25and put me out of business. And they're
- 6:27welcome to try that. But my my what I
- 6:30have to do as a first mover is I have to
- 6:32keep innovating. I can't just develop
- 6:34one thing and sit back and be like,
- 6:35"Okay, I've done this is going to be
- 6:37make my millions. I don't need to
- 6:39innovate anymore." You always have to
- 6:40keep innovating, okay? That's a pro tip
- 6:42there, all right? But back to the
- 6:44numbers. That was the first 3 months. So
- 6:47we had a lot of big sales and these
- 6:49socket trays there's a lot of trays like
- 6:51I think seven come in the largest sets.
- 6:53Seven trays in one set. And then people
- 6:55will order multiple sets. They'll order
- 6:581/2 in 1/4 in 3/8 in chrome and then
- 7:01there's five sets on there and there's
- 7:03two in impact and then there's like
- 7:04seven and five and I think it's like
- 7:06something like 23 some socket trays, all
- 7:09right? They take a while to print, okay?
- 7:11So that first we had to pull back put
- 7:13the brakes on and catch up with that.
- 7:16And then after that it was
- 7:18uh Black Friday season and the holiday
- 7:21season. So I pulled back and I didn't
- 7:23really talk about it I didn't really
- 7:24advertise it because I had to keep track
- 7:27of my main business and I wanted to
- 7:30spend Christmas with my family. So
- 7:32rather than in the shop, you know,
- 7:33making socket trays.
- 7:35So we could we didn't go whole hog. I
- 7:37didn't really talk about it any more
- 7:38than I had. I just I I I put like one
- 7:40mention. I didn't do a whole video. I
- 7:42didn't do any other kind of updates.
- 7:43Just kind of like, "Hey, by the way, we
- 7:45we still have these." I think once or
- 7:47twice. And and that was it. And it's
- 7:50kept going. It kept going. Now, I have
- 7:51mentioned it again recently because
- 7:53there's going to be a big sale at Harbor
- 7:55Freight on the master socket trays. And
- 7:57I And come that sale, which is next
- 7:59week, after that, we're going to put a
- 8:01big push in advertising. And guess
- 8:03what's going to happen? We're probably
- 8:05going to get a whole bunch of sales and
- 8:06we'll have to catch up to those as well.
- 8:08So, this will probably be a recurring
- 8:10thing every quarter because that's about
- 8:12how often Harbor Freight advertises.
- 8:14Every time they advertise those socket
- 8:15trays or those socket sets, we're going
- 8:17to advertise our socket trays. They kind
- 8:19of go together. Every business is going
- 8:20to have its ups and downs. You have to
- 8:21learn to ride that wave. Kind of, you
- 8:23know, go with the surf, as it were. But,
- 8:26it's, you know, we're looking at just
- 8:28under 12,000. Our in the pocket was just
- 8:31under 5,000. Now, full overtime here,
- 8:35this is year-to-date in the last 2
- 8:37months, January and February, we've done
- 8:39just under $3,800. Now, why so little?
- 8:42Well, as I said, I haven't been really
- 8:44pushing it. I haven't been talking about
- 8:46it because uh we had we had one issue
- 8:49with electricity. And my landlord is an
- 8:51electrician, which means he never has
- 8:53time to come and work on my electricity.
- 8:55He's a good friend of mine. I'm teasing
- 8:57him. Uh but, I needed him to come down.
- 8:59We had to redo the whole panel. So, we
- 9:01just got that done like 2 weeks ago. So,
- 9:03I was dealing with basically running a
- 9:05at half uh half of print branch because
- 9:08if I tried to run everything, my my
- 9:10breakers would would go. They were old
- 9:11breakers. It was technical issue. Uh
- 9:14but, we've redone the whole panel. Now,
- 9:15I can run everything at once. So, we're
- 9:17ramping back up and we're all ready for
- 9:18this next sale. But, it was, you know,
- 9:20I've got a regular business to run. I
- 9:22need, honestly, to hire somebody to help
- 9:24with production for the studio and for
- 9:27production for the print ranch. Probably
- 9:29something you won't have to deal with,
- 9:30okay? Just remember, everyone's in their
- 9:32own situation. Don't look at somebody
- 9:34else and go, "Well, you're dealing with
- 9:35that, I'm going to have to deal with
- 9:36that." You have to think, is this
- 9:38something they have to deal with it
- 9:39because of X, Y, and Z? Do I have X, Y,
- 9:42and Z? Or do I have other issues I'll
- 9:44have to deal with? You need to make that
- 9:46call. But, the reality is we are in a
- 9:49the dawn, the very dawn, the lights just
- 9:52coming over the horizon of the golden
- 9:55age of home manufacturing.
- 9:57Now, I talk a lot about the death of
- 10:00gatekeepers. All right, gatekeepers are
- 10:02people who stop you
- 10:04from doing something, all right? A big
- 10:06one, a really obvious one is in
- 10:07publishing. If you've got a book you
- 10:09want to publish, you write your book.
- 10:11This is a great book. You show it to all
- 10:12your friends and family. They say it's
- 10:13great. You should get it published. You
- 10:15send it in to a publisher. At the
- 10:16publisher, an editor reads it and goes,
- 10:18"I don't like it." And they throw it
- 10:19away, and you never get published.
- 10:21That's a gatekeeper.
- 10:23Those people have been bypassed through
- 10:25digital publishing. Now, you can publish
- 10:28directly on Amazon through Kindle. You
- 10:30can publish online. There are people
- 10:32publishing chapters of their book as
- 10:34they write it. And then those get picked
- 10:36up and published as actual books. The
- 10:38Martian was was done this way, okay?
- 10:41There are great novels and stories out
- 10:44there being told that are getting
- 10:45published now because they can go right
- 10:47past the the gatekeepers. The gatekeeper
- 10:49is like, "No, we don't want we like we
- 10:51don't care. We're going to do
- 10:52ourselves." I have since had Oh, by the
- 10:53way, I'm a best-selling published
- 10:55author. So, I know a lot about this. I
- 10:58have had after I published, no one
- 10:59wanted to publish my book. Afterwards,
- 11:01all five of the major print houses
- 11:03offered to publish my book, and I told
- 11:04them uh no, thank you. You may kiss my
- 11:07rear.
- 11:08Uh but, uh the
- 11:10the And other things, in in video games,
- 11:13digital publishing came out. You can
- 11:14bypass the gatekeepers. In movies,
- 11:16people are direct directly publishing to
- 11:18YouTube. Forget, you know, public access
- 11:20TV. We have YouTube. We can publish
- 11:22straight to there. So, finally we have
- 11:25the gatekeeper to manufacturing because
- 11:27I can buy a 3D printer, print what I
- 11:30want, and sell it on Etsy. I can sell it
- 11:32on eBay. I can set up my own Shopify,
- 11:34sell it directly to you. I can set up my
- 11:36own Instagram account, TikTok, or
- 11:38YouTube and market it. I can pay people
- 11:40to do that. I can do Facebook. You got
- 11:42to figure out where the people are that
- 11:44you want to market to. I'm going to do a
- 11:45whole series on teaching people how to
- 11:47market. That's what's really important.
- 11:50And then you have to pace yourself,
- 11:51okay? As I said, right now my my sales
- 11:54are slow. It's January and February, the
- 11:56slowest months of the year
- 11:57uh for for sales across the board. And
- 12:00I'm taking time to pull back, retool,
- 12:03get ready for the you know, the big
- 12:05spring fling as it were. Now, you don't
- 12:08have to do this, but I do. I put all
- 12:11everything that I I sell, in fact,
- 12:13everything I design, and I put it on my
- 12:16MakerWorld page. You can go to my
- 12:17MakerWorld page and download it right
- 12:20now. I had somebody and you know, my
- 12:22licensing on it is you can uh you can
- 12:26make it for yourself, but you can't sell
- 12:28it. I had somebody approach me and say,
- 12:29"Hey, I want to be able to sell this. Is
- 12:32there some kind of licensing thing we
- 12:33can come up with?" I'm like, "Where are
- 12:34you going to sell it?" He's like, "I
- 12:36could sell online, but I'm really
- 12:37thinking about local fairs and stuff
- 12:38like that." I'm like, "Well, I'm not
- 12:40okay with online cuz then you'd be
- 12:41competing with me. But, if you want to
- 12:43sell locally,
- 12:45donate a few bucks to local charities,
- 12:47help people out." And he's like,
- 12:49"Brother, I can do that." And he's a
- 12:50father of four and he's going to jump on
- 12:53board and he's going to be selling
- 12:54printing these and selling these. And
- 12:55that that's awesome. That that makes me
- 12:57so happy. I don't care about missing out
- 12:59on that. That's never going to be a
- 13:01market I'm going to be in. If anything,
- 13:03people are going to see that, go where
- 13:04can I get it? Well, they Well, you can
- 13:06get it from him, but he may be not
- 13:07selling today. They're like, "Oh, but
- 13:08you can get it online." Then tools, all
- 13:11right? They do a search for it, they'll
- 13:12find it, all right? I have other stuff.
- 13:14I have the you know, the other things
- 13:15that I make as well. I've got the the
- 13:18thing that's hold not the otter, the
- 13:19actual thing that's holding up my my
- 13:21plaque because it took a tumble cuz I
- 13:23did have it just sitting up there and
- 13:25that was that was bad.
- 13:27Uh that's the other things we've got
- 13:29here. Uh Uh I've got the door handles
- 13:31for the
- 13:33the the Bamboo Lab three printers that
- 13:35we have here. The door handle does not
- 13:37have people like I downloaded the door
- 13:38handle it doesn't have the logo on it.
- 13:40No, that's that's my logo. It's the the
- 13:42the the handle's blank. Uh you you
- 13:44download you put your own logo on it,
- 13:46all right?
- 13:47Uh what else have we got here? We got
- 13:48Oh, the this thing.
- 13:50My bearings I have this Buc-ee's mug and
- 13:54I'm not even trying to get everything
- 13:55off. I had downloaded a handle for it
- 13:58cuz I wanted a handle. My wife's got the
- 14:0040 oz with the handle like I looks
- 14:02great, but I don't want to buy another
- 14:03mug. Uh so, I I downloaded this one and
- 14:06actually this is I upscaled this because
- 14:09it the handle was really rinky small for
- 14:11little little paws. And I'm like that's
- 14:13that's okay, but I want something
- 14:14beefier cuz I got the big old bear
- 14:16mitts. And so, I came up with this
- 14:19and made it totally from scratch and
- 14:21didn't didn't you know didn't copy them.
- 14:22It was inspiration surely, but uh
- 14:25there's a bunch of them out there. And
- 14:27this thing works great. This is awesome.
- 14:28I love this, but it's not something I'm
- 14:30going to sell. I'm not going to take the
- 14:31time to do that. Uh other things that I
- 14:33use I downloaded I I downloaded this
- 14:35recently. Now, this isn't a a video I
- 14:37have up or not I'm not I mean a a model
- 14:39that I have up, but uh this is a stand
- 14:43for a MacBook Air
- 14:45uh and that I use as my traveling studio
- 14:47when I'm I'm out and about, but it's
- 14:49these two pieces and the MacBook sits in
- 14:51there and then they've got two
- 14:53connecting pieces and I'm like that's
- 14:55really annoying having to say it works
- 14:57great. Don't get me wrong. It works
- 14:59great and for most people who are just
- 15:00sitting at their desk, it's fine. But I
- 15:02have to every time I go from a hotel to
- 15:03hotel, I have to tear it down and I'm
- 15:05like I want a hinged version. So, I
- 15:07designed
- 15:08this.
- 15:10Look at this. Print in place hands.
- 15:12Isn't this awesome? It doesn't work.
- 15:14First of all, I broke it. This I It's
- 15:17glued together right now trying to get
- 15:19it cuz sometimes print in place stuff
- 15:20kind of sticks and I was a little
- 15:23exuberant in trying to break it. But the
- 15:25other thing is that I I did these roll
- 15:28pins so that it would fit at whatever
- 15:30angle, but what happens is we sit the
- 15:32MacBook in it because those are rolled
- 15:33and these are rolled it makes it slide
- 15:35together which means it sits right about
- 15:37here. It's not very stable. Does it
- 15:39work? Sure. Is it the best thing? No, I
- 15:42think we're going to go back to the
- 15:43drawing board on this. But it's my first
- 15:44design myself print in place hinge and
- 15:47it worked. So I'm pretty happy about
- 15:49that. Uh other things we talked about.
- 15:51Well, there was a I have a whole video
- 15:54on this. A woman in Montana here
- 15:56locally. She's not a techie. She's not
- 15:59some young, you know, spring chicken.
- 16:01She's not old like me, all right? But
- 16:02she's, you know, she's just your
- 16:04average, you know, Montana gal and she's
- 16:07making these boxes and she sells them
- 16:09directly to a local ammunition company
- 16:11who then turns around and sells this as
- 16:13their as their box. It's fantastic. Now
- 16:16a lot of you fixated on that video and
- 16:18like where can I get that box? Where can
- 16:19I get that I want to print those boxes
- 16:20and sell them. Don't do that. People are
- 16:23already doing that. You got to find the
- 16:25next thing. You got to do what I did
- 16:27with the socket trays. You got to look
- 16:28at things you know, look at the areas
- 16:30you understand that you have subject
- 16:32matter expertise in
- 16:34and figure it out. Okay? And figure out
- 16:36where the hole is and you could do it.
- 16:37This is what a company This is a tool
- 16:39that a company just sent me. I did a
- 16:41video on. This is a um I don't think
- 16:44it's going to be mass produced like
- 16:46this. Uh but this is a 3D printed
- 16:49uh
- 16:50case for this for this torque
- 16:52screwdriver. This thing is awesome. It
- 16:55is really good.
- 16:57It fits so well. I can I can literally
- 16:58drop it in there and it just through air
- 17:01it goes down on its own. Goes in here
- 17:03and it's got a couple screws, so they do
- 17:05have two two bolts in there. And then
- 17:07I got to figure out that snapping
- 17:09mechanism cuz it's fantastic. I'm I'm
- 17:11I'm going to steal that. That is
- 17:13amazing. Uh and other thing I've I've
- 17:16recently. This is a clip that came out
- 17:19with that attaches to my desk. And let
- 17:22me get my faith my hand behind it so you
- 17:24can see it. What this does is I measured
- 17:26the width of my desk, this slides on
- 17:28there, and then I have a pasture I can
- 17:30put cables through. So, I can run cables
- 17:32all around my desk. I can also pinch
- 17:34some in here, that's why it's got this
- 17:35little curve here. And this also makes a
- 17:37great way to grab it and pull it off.
- 17:39Fantastic. Unfortunately, this only
- 17:41works for my desk. You know, your desk
- 17:43is probably going to have something
- 17:45diff- different in width. But if you
- 17:47were like, "Hey, what's the most popular
- 17:49desk out there? What's the most popular
- 17:51width?" And you design something like
- 17:52this, you could sell these, all right?
- 17:54Another one is this box. Now, there's a
- 17:56lot of boxes like this out there. This
- 17:58one I have designed that I have holds uh
- 18:02rounds of silver. That Each one of those
- 18:04is an ounce of silver, currently worth
- 18:05over $90. Pretty happy about that.
- 18:07Silver Mountain back. I'll be like, "I
- 18:09want to I want to sell that box." I'll
- 18:10be like, "Stop doing that, okay? But it
- 18:13didn't give me an idea. So, I'm working
- 18:15on a second rev of that box. But we're
- 18:18actually going to skip that, go straight
- 18:19to a third rev, because what I'm going
- 18:20to do is I want to make a modular box.
- 18:23I want to make a box that you can go
- 18:26into a CAD program and be like, "I want
- 18:28it you know, basically it has like the
- 18:29corners and the latches." And then
- 18:31you're like, "I want it to be this wide,
- 18:33this high, this And then you can do your
- 18:35own inserts in that box, and then you
- 18:37can sell those. So, that's something
- 18:39we're working on. But let's go back
- 18:40here. So, we talked about about this.
- 18:43Now, what do I
- 18:44Now, I started about designing stuff.
- 18:45So, I do everything in Tinkercad. Yes, I
- 18:48have said that I am going to learn
- 18:49Fusion 360. I will. One day, I will set
- 18:53about time when I am not
- 18:55completely crunched for time, like
- 18:56that's going to happen. I'm going to
- 18:58learn uh Fusion 360. But I designed that
- 19:01that hinged model you saw in Fusion Or
- 19:04not Fusion, in Tinkercad. And it's print
- 19:06in place. Now, I will say this, I do
- 19:08have to print it on a um
- 19:10on one of the larger 3D printers. It
- 19:12will not fit on a standard 256 by 256,
- 19:14not even diagonally. Uh I could probably
- 19:16scale it down, change some of the
- 19:17diameters, and do that. But, this is
- 19:20where I'm at right now with it, and I'm
- 19:21I'm still working on it. If I ever get
- 19:23to a point where I like it, and I think
- 19:24it's good enough, I will put it on
- 19:26MakerWorld. Now, what do I print all
- 19:28these on other than than this item here?
- 19:31I print it on Bambu Lab, all right? And
- 19:33the reason I use Bambu Lab specifically,
- 19:36I have nine of these. I have nine of the
- 19:38P1Ss. I have three of the H series, and
- 19:42I have a P2S. The P2S is like my
- 19:45test printer off the side. The H series
- 19:47are my large-scale printers, and my nine
- 19:49printers are my go-to. They're the ones
- 19:51who print 24/7. Except right now,
- 19:53they're all down for monthly
- 19:55maintenance. I got to clean them all
- 19:56out, re-grease, re-oil, lubricate. But,
- 20:00this is a workhorse of a 3D printer. And
- 20:02for $400, fully enclosed in the Bambu
- 20:06ecosystem, I can't recommend it enough.
- 20:09Are there workhorse? Can you go with
- 20:10something cheaper? Yes, there are
- 20:11cheaper 3D printers out there.
- 20:13Why spend the money the extra money for
- 20:15the Bambu? Here's why. At the end of the
- 20:17day,
- 20:20what you spend on the 3D printer is
- 20:21going to be nothing compared to what you
- 20:24spend on filament.
- 20:26It's not even close.
- 20:27Saving $100 on a 3D printer that you
- 20:31have to fight versus one that just works
- 20:33within the ecosystem, just works with
- 20:35their filament, that there's tons
- 20:37there's good online support, there's
- 20:39every part you could possibly need, and
- 20:42there's tons of people out there in the
- 20:43community who can help you as well,
- 20:45that's worth more than $100, guys. It
- 20:48really is. You need to think about that.
- 20:50All right? I'll put a link to this 3D
- 20:52printer down below. Please, when you if
- 20:53you can, use my links cuz they're
- 20:55affiliate links, and we get a small
- 20:56commission off of that. Doesn't affect
- 20:58you. It comes comes out of their pocket,
- 20:59all right? That's how we, you know, pay
- 21:01for the channel and stuff like that. So,
- 21:03if you can, check it out. Anyway, the
- 21:05point of the matter is this.
- 21:08I can do this.
- 21:10You can do this. Cuz if I can do it, you
- 21:12can do it, all right? Yes, I have easy
- 21:14access because of my channel, but you
- 21:17could buy that access. And chances are
- 21:19you're not ready to hit full, you know,
- 21:22talk to somebody who's at my size and
- 21:24get that level of orders. I've had uh I
- 21:27think it was 200 and some orders uh
- 21:31let me total total orders
- 21:33No, I take it back. It was three 150.
- 21:36Ooh, 150 even orders that we've had. And
- 21:39my conversion rate is terrible. My
- 21:40conversion rate is .48.
- 21:43Way lower than yours is going to be. But
- 21:45my conversion rate is that low because I
- 21:47get a lot of looky-loos who want to see
- 21:49what I'm doing for my main channel. They
- 21:50see it, they have no intention to buy
- 21:51it. They just want to go see what I'm
- 21:52doing.
- 21:53You won't have that problem, all right?
- 21:56Uh and as such, you know, on Etsy that
- 21:58would be bad for me because Etsy would
- 21:59see that as low conversion and not
- 22:01promote my products as much. So, be
- 22:03careful about showing that around. If
- 22:05you have questions, put it down below in
- 22:07the comments.
- 22:08I am going to probably do a course.
- 22:12Right after I learn Fusion, probably,
- 22:14when I get the free time to make it. I
- 22:15get so many people asking for help. I
- 22:17want to do this, I want to do this.
- 22:19I can help you with the answers to what
- 22:21would be the best printer for this, what
- 22:23would be the best way to market this,
- 22:24what would be But don't sit there and
- 22:26ask me what should I make. I can't
- 22:28answer that for you. You have to look at
- 22:29what you know, what you're excited
- 22:31about, as well as what markets you have
- 22:33access to, and where those two meet
- 22:36is then you got to find the hole, and
- 22:38once you find that hole, that's what you
- 22:40should make, all right? Anyway, hope
- 22:42this helped you out with that. If you
- 22:45like what we did here, go ahead and
- 22:46chomp the old like button, smash that
- 22:47subscribe, ring the bell on the way out.
- 22:49You all take care. God bless. As always,
- 22:52shine on.
- 23:15>> Mhm.
