  1. 0:00When we look at the night sky, we see only infinite star patterns and endless thick
  2. 0:06darkness. Have you ever looked at the sky alone on a quiet night and wondered
  3. 0:12? What is the end of this dark space beyond the stars we see
  4. 0:19[Music]. Where is the limit of our solar system, this
  5. 0:23Milky Way galaxy that we call our galaxy [Music]?
  6. 0:27We live
  7. 0:32on a very small island, not even worth a grain of sand in the ocean called the universe. Usually, humans think that
  8. 0:38modern astronomy and our technology have now reached their maximum level. We
  9. 0:44have sent the Hubble Telescope into the vast expanse of space like the James Webb Telescope
  10. 0:49. But there is a huge limit that even this modern science can never break through . [Music] Science
  11. 0:55has only been able to see a very small part of this universe
  12. 0:59. [Music] They call it the
  13. 1:03observable universe. Modern physics tells us
  14. 1:09that the universe we see is 93 billion light years across.
  15. 1:16What is a light year? [Music]
  16. 1:17Light travels at a tremendous speed of three hundred thousand kilometers per second.
  17. 1:23That means that in the blink of an eye, light
  18. 1:29has circled the entire Earth seven times. That is, one light year is the distance that can be traveled at that speed for a year
  19. 1:35. So imagine that 93 billion light years is
  20. 1:41an immense space that our average human mind can never imagine. [Music]
  21. 1:46Western science is still trying to use physical machines
  22. 1:52to receive messages from other beings in another universe using radio waves. But
  23. 1:57[Music] This is where Albert Einstein's theory of relativity completely stops the journey of Western
  24. 2:01science. Einstein points out
  25. 2:06that no matter in this physical world, no plane, can exceed the speed of light. That
  26. 2:12is the ultimate speed limit in this universe, the cosmic [music] speed limit. Why
  27. 2:18is that? Einstein's famous equation e = mc^ tells us that matter and
  28. 2:25energy are two sides of the same coin.
  29. 2:30As a spacecraft approaches the speed of light, its mass increases.
  30. 2:38If that spacecraft wants to reach the speed of light, its mass [music] must increase to infinity.
  31. 2:44To push that infinite mass, infinite energy is required. [music]
  32. 2:49There is no infinite energy anywhere in this universe. That is why
  33. 2:55no machine made of iron or matter can ever exceed this limit called the speed of light
  34. 3:01. Let us imagine for a moment that one day in the future our science
  35. 3:07creates a highly advanced spacecraft or satellite that can
  36. 3:11travel exactly at the speed of light. Let's say. We
  37. 3:17send that spacecraft to the edge of this universe to search for another universe. To reach the edge of the universe, the spacecraft
  38. 3:22would have to travel at the speed of light for 46 billion years. Let's imagine
  39. 3:29that our spacecraft went to a place 15 billion light years away. It would go there,
  40. 3:35collect some data there, and send that message back to Earth. The message would be sent
  41. 3:40at the speed of light. But here, the most
  42. 3:44dangerous place in the universe is happening. Our sun and this earth can only sustain life for
  43. 3:51about five billion years.
  44. 3:54Modern astronomy knows for sure that in a few billion years, our sun
  45. 4:00will run out of hydrogen fuel [music] and explode
  46. 4:05into a giant red giant, engulfing this earth completely. So, logically, when
  47. 4:10a message comes to our earth from that spacecraft 15 billion light years away,
  48. 4:17there will be no earth [music] left to receive that message.
  49. 4:22Not only the earth, but this entire solar system would be reduced to ashes and disappear.
  50. 4:27What is the clear truth in this? That means that no physical machine or
  51. 4:32telescope made by humans can ever see the end of this universe.
  52. 4:37Data about another universe [music] cannot be brought to Earth. As long as machines made of metal made of physical matter
  53. 4:43can be seen, modern science will forever be trapped
  54. 4:48inside this small solar system . Because machines are
  55. 4:54things subject to the laws of this three-dimensional physical world. There is no way for physics to break those laws and escape the speed of light
  56. 5:00. Western science is completely blinded at that 93 billion light-year limit
  57. 5:07. It is dumbfounded. They cannot see anything beyond that.
  58. 5:12[music] But 2500 years ago, the Blessed One,
  59. 5:17without any distance and without any mathematical equations,
  60. 5:24He sent his vision to the end of that universe. He opened his eyes beyond that vast limit
  61. 5:31of the [music] that is the seat of the Yantra Sutras .
  62. 5:36The light of his ultimate wisdom began where the darkness of physics ended
  63. 5:41. Although this universe is one for Western science,
  64. 5:45he saw that another universe begins where the light of this universe ends.
  65. 5:53We are now going to talk about that supreme Buddhist Vishwa Veda [music] and
  66. 5:57the culmination of the Kavatam Vidya. 2500 years ago, Ananda Thera
  67. 6:04asked the Blessed One a very scientific question. Venerable sir, where is the limit of this universe?
  68. 6:11The answers that the Blessed One preached then are included in the Chulanika [music]
  69. 6:15Sutras. Even modern astronomers today
  70. 6:21are speechless when they read this sutra. Because that sermon [music] is very similar to the modern Kosmali Vishwa Veda
  71. 6:26. He preaches that
  72. 6:30when a thousand such worlds, each with its own
  73. 6:36[music] line, one moon and one earth, are combined, it
  74. 6:42is called a thousand worlds. A thousand worlds are combined. Today in astronomy,
  75. 6:49this is called a solar neborah. Or a starry sky. Next, he
  76. 6:56preaches that when a thousand of those worlds are combined, that is, when one world point
  77. 7:02is joined together, it is called a million worlds. A million told worlds This is just like
  78. 7:10what we call a galaxy in modern science. Our galaxy
  79. 7:16is like our Milky Way. The Blessed One then takes this infinite
  80. 7:20mathematical equation even further. He preaches that Ananda,
  81. 7:26when these two thousand worlds are combined, that vast system is called a thousand thousand worlds
  82. 7:33. [Music] A billion fold world sister
  83. 7:38Today's science calls this a galactic supercluster. Our galaxy
  84. 7:43belongs to the so-called supercluster. When the Blessed One explained this,
  85. 7:48we must remember
  86. 7:53that people in Europe thought that the world was flat like a disk
  87. 7:58. But the biggest twist in this whole story
  88. 8:04is not here. The Blessed One saw what was
  89. 8:07beyond this enormous thirty-thousand-fold world element [Music], that is, beyond the limit of the light of this universe that passes from us
  90. 8:12. [Music] He called that empty space the interplanetary hell. It was a great gap filled with extremely cold, extremely dense darkness where no light could penetrate
  91. 8:19. Like an abyss between two universes.
  92. 8:26After that great darkness, another universe [Music]
  93. 8:29begins. This concept is still a mystery to modern science.
  94. 8:34[Music] Some astronomers believe that this interplanetary hell is
  95. 8:39[Music] a huge cosmic void separating two universes.
  96. 8:44It could be a cosmic gap. Others say that these are supermassive black holes. [Music]
  97. 8:49That means that they could be huge black holes. The black holes that can swallow even light are
  98. 8:55the same immense darkness that the Blessed One preached about.
  99. 8:59After passing through these black holes, then after this abyss of darkness is cleared,
  100. 9:05modern quantum physics
  101. 9:10suspects that other parallel universes can begin through the black holes. The Blessed One saw that extremely complex cosmic structure 2500 years ago
  102. 9:16. [Music] That means that the Blessed One
  103. 9:19preached about the parallel universe or metaverse that modern physics suspects today
  104. 9:26. Our universe is
  105. 9:31just one [music] bubble out of the trillions of bubbles floating in that ocean. Within each of these universes,
  106. 9:36there are four hells, the human world, the six heavenly worlds, and the Brahma world.
  107. 9:42That [music] is an extremely complex network of 31 planes. [music]
  108. 9:48So the next extremely complex question that arises for us is that when a human dies on this earth,
  109. 9:54his consciousness travels to another parallel universe that is billions of light years away,
  110. 10:01how does it travel?
  111. 10:06Many people think that at death, a soul or some nature
  112. 10:12flies out of our body like a bird leaving a nest and travels through space
  113. 10:16to another world. But Abhidharma and modern science show
  114. 10:22a completely different reality. A very frightening reality.
  115. 10:26In Abhidharma, death and rebirth are called the chuti citta and the pratisandhi citta.
  116. 10:32The moment the last thought of this body is destroyed, the next mind arises in the next life without any time gap
  117. 10:37. This is similar to the concept of quantum entanglement
  118. 10:44in modern physics .
  119. 10:49When a particle of energy in one place changes,
  120. 10:55another particle billions of light years away, without any physical connection, instantly becomes the same.
  121. 11:00Here consciousness does not travel. Karmic [music] energy
  122. 11:05is only transmitted instantly. Then the biggest question comes to us why someone is
  123. 11:10not born on this earth but in that distant parallel universe. This is determined by
  124. 11:15the frequency called frequency in modern science or [music] the karmic
  125. 11:21energy in our Buddhist philosophy. At the moment of death, the strongest karma that your mind works on
  126. 11:25is the Abhidhamma, or the karma of the near one. Here, extremely subtle vibrational matches
  127. 11:31are created. Imagine that at the moment of death, someone is extremely angry, greedy
  128. 11:38or hateful. That thought has a very low, wavy vibrational
  129. 11:44frequency. [Music]
  130. 11:45If there is no physical body or environment
  131. 11:51on this earth that can withstand and recognize that vibration at that time,
  132. 11:56that karmic energy , like a huge magnet, sweeps through the entire vast space and
  133. 12:03instantly locks into a hell or ghost world in another universe billions of light years away
  134. 12:09that matches that frequency . Distance is not a problem for that karmic energy. Because karma works
  135. 12:14according to physical laws. If we look at this from the other side, such a person
  136. 12:19is born on this earth itself. In this universe, this same dimension, but in a visible physical body, birth
  137. 12:25takes place. How can a person be born on this earth after becoming a human and then
  138. 12:30become a bird, a dog, a cow, or some other different creature in the next life? This
  139. 12:35is where physics and biology
  140. 12:40show a remarkable similarity with the Abhidharma. The DNA and brain that we see are not just a piece of meat
  141. 12:46. It is like a very complex magical antenna that can attract the karmic energies circulating in that universe
  142. 12:52. If the last mental vibration of a dying human
  143. 12:58matches the frequency of a fetus developing in another human womb on this earth, he
  144. 13:03is reborn as a human. But if the desires, vibrations, and jealousies in their minds at the moment of death
  145. 13:08match the frequency of an animal, that is,
  146. 13:14the brain waves of an animal, that superconscious energy goes and connects to
  147. 13:19a fetus developing in an animal's womb. This karmic [music] energy inside those physical cells
  148. 13:27binds with that energy and creates a
  149. 13:31new nest, that is, a name-form, where that consciousness can live
  150. 13:37. Where you are born in this universe and what
  151. 13:42kind of body you are born with is not decided by a god, a Brahma, or a Maha Brahma.
  152. 13:48It's just [music] a very inert mechanism that determines which antenna in the universe the
  153. 13:54vibration wave created by your own thoughts matches . Then we are talking
  154. 14:00about universes billions of light years away and how consciousness travels there after death. But
  155. 14:05we have to face a much more terrifying and intriguing reality.
  156. 14:10[music] That is, before going to those distant universes,
  157. 14:17there is a world of invisible things that is right here in the room you are in right now, all around your body, but you can't see it at all.
  158. 14:24To understand this, let's
  159. 14:30turn a little to the most profound dimension of modern physics, string theory.
  160. 14:35Our normal brain only feels and sees the three-dimensional space of length, width, height, and time
  161. 14:41. Then we see a 4D world. But women
  162. 14:47have mathematically proven
  163. 14:53that there are seven more dimensions in this universe. Then these seven and fourteen make a total of 11.
  164. 14:58[Music] If you ask a scientist,
  165. 15:01where are these other seven dimensions? They will answer that they
  166. 15:05are not far away. They are in the same dimension that we are in, the same space that we are in.
  167. 15:11But they are very finely compressed so that they cannot be seen by our five senses. They
  168. 15:17are called Fourier dimensions. Because they are. And modern astronomy
  169. 15:23says that in this entire universe, our eyes can only see about five baryonic matter and our instruments can
  170. 15:29only see it. It is very small matter. The remaining 195
  171. 15:35is dark matter. You have heard of it. And dark energy as energy
  172. 15:41. It is all around us. That gravity affects us. But
  173. 15:47no camera can catch them. The Abhidharma explains that the olari rupa guruster is
  174. 15:53the extremely small matter that our eyes can see, which is 1085,
  175. 16:01but the sukhama rupasapultar, which is invisible to our eyes , is something similar to
  176. 16:09the 95, which is the arman duk matter .
  177. 16:14According to the Abhidharma, beings created from sukhama rupas
  178. 16:19do not have solid bodies like gods and ghosts [music] like us. Their bodies have no weight. They are subject to gravity.
  179. 16:25There is no [music]. That is why
  180. 16:30they are able to travel through the physical walls of our world and live in the same space without bumping into each other.
  181. 16:36Where are the gods in the four hells that the Blessed One preached 2500 years ago, the ghost world,
  182. 16:41the demon world, and the lower planes of
  183. 16:48existence? When we were young, we thought that hell was under the earth and the gods were
  184. 16:53above the clouds in the sky. But when we study the group of images that the Abhidhamma comes from, we
  185. 16:58are shown that these invisible beings are not far away.
  186. 17:04According to pure Theravada, there is no Gandhabbhavadhaka anywhere in the consciousness of a deceased person.
  187. 17:10The concept of Gandhabbhava, which is a ghost in the body and seeks the next life,
  188. 17:15is rejected by pure Abhidhamma. [Music] After the mind is lost, the next life is assumed, that is,
  189. 17:20the rebirth occurs immediately. But they are born immediately. Those
  190. 17:27beautiful forms that we talked about earlier that we cannot see
  191. 17:32can be in the ghost world, or even in the divine realm. If that happens, the person who was born in another world immediately after death
  192. 17:38will live their spiritual life in this physical
  193. 17:43space where you and I walk to breathe magic. In the same physical space. That means that
  194. 17:49that spiritual being born at a different frequency, at a different fraction,
  195. 17:55may be sitting right next to you at this moment. So why don't we see them?
  196. 18:00This is where we have to bring the vibrational frequency that we talked about earlier. Or the vibrational frequency
  197. 18:06back into the picture. [Music] Our eyes
  198. 18:11only see a very small range of the electromagnetic spectrum of light. That
  199. 18:16means that we can only capture wavelengths from 400 to 700 nanometers
  200. 18:22. We only have a very weak sense that
  201. 18:26the bodies of the ghosts, the spirits, or the gods in the supernatural world are made up of. I
  202. 18:30say these spirits have subtle bodies,
  203. 18:34not of this nature of the spirit. Their bodies are not made up of the solid matter that we see
  204. 18:38. Abhidharma calls those forms subtle forms. That means their vibration
  205. 18:43speed is completely different from the speed of our physical world. This is
  206. 18:48like listening to different channels on the same radio. Imagine that you are listening to a song by tuning to the 99.9 frequency on a radio
  207. 18:54. Can you say that the news broadcast on the 101.1 frequency is not in this room
  208. 19:00when you hear that song
  209. 19:05? That is also in this room. But the two waves do not collide with each other
  210. 19:10and travel in the same space. Then, if we tune the antenna, it will
  211. 19:18be scattered here. Or no, you and I, in this physical world, our bodies and our five senses
  212. 19:24are tuned to that human frequency only. That is why we
  213. 19:30do not see the ghost world, the divine world, and the nature of the odors that travel at different frequencies.
  214. 19:36That is why Western science has spent billions of dollars and sent machines into space
  215. 19:41that will never see these things. Because all those machines are made
  216. 19:46with things tuned to that human frequency in physical matter. Just as you can never
  217. 19:52catch a WiFi signal from a [music] radio,
  218. 19:55you cannot grasp those subtle dimensions with physical machines. So, there is only one device
  219. 20:01to observe that multi-dimensional, vast, multi-dimensional universe that Western science has failed to grasp
  220. 20:07. What is it? [Music] Your mind, which is inside your skull at this moment but which
  221. 20:13you have never used even a ten-thousandth of its full potential, was not built
  222. 20:19by the arahants of the distant past, like those Western scientists
  223. 20:25, by making machines out of iron. What they did was
  224. 20:31to develop the instrument of the observer, that is, their own mind through meditation. Meditation
  225. 20:38is not about being in tune with, concentrating, and not thinking about anything. The scientific process
  226. 20:43is to completely calm down the vibrations of our mind, the beta and gamma brain waves, and to bring
  227. 20:50the vibration frequency of the mind to a state of extremely subtle alpha, theta, and beyond
  228. 20:57. [Music] That is called Abhidhamma, the formless and formless
  229. 21:02meditation. There is a sermon about me, go and listen. If anyone has
  230. 21:05not heard it. After tuning the mind waves to that maximum level, it
  231. 21:10is as if a new channel on the radio becomes sharper, and those
  232. 21:15dimensions that our eyes had not caught, those otherworldly relics,
  233. 21:22begin to be seen very clearly, as if looking through a glass. Normally, our brain operates
  234. 21:28with high-frequency waves called beta and gamma. These waves can
  235. 21:33only capture our three-dimensional physical world. But when meditation develops the mind, the brain waves
  236. 21:39It is possible to reach even the lowest frequency levels of alpha theta and even deeper lata
  237. 21:44. What usually happens here
  238. 21:49is not that the neuronal activity in the brain decreases. [Music] The mind's attention is focused on a single point and
  239. 21:55goes beyond the limits of the normal five senses. This is what Buddhist philosophy calls the Dibba Chakhu
  240. 22:00. The Blessed One did not preach about these vast universes in the Churanika Sutta
  241. 22:05by looking at any distance. He opened the antenna of this great wisdom to the universe itself
  242. 22:11. But the real culmination of Buddhist philosophy is not here. Even if you
  243. 22:16develop your mind and see these infinite universes, you must understand that even if you leave this earth and
  244. 22:22are born in that beautiful parallel universe billions of light years away, that
  245. 22:27will not solve your problem. Because the Blessed One saw that
  246. 22:32this Malverse, this infinite world element, no matter how vast and beautiful,
  247. 22:38is just another prison of X, subject
  248. 22:43to the law of cause and effect in every dimension of every universe, subject to entropy. He did
  249. 22:49not want to switch from one channel on the radio to another. His ultimate goal
  250. 22:54was to blow up this entire radio, this vast samsara matrix, with all his heart
  251. 22:59. The only and final weapon he used for that was
  252. 23:05vidarshana. Or
  253. 23:09the ultimate observation that sees all impermanent suffering [music] as non-self. Western
  254. 23:13science is always trying to make new machines
  255. 23:17to find out more about the things inside these houses
  256. 23:23and to make these houses more beautiful, but the Blessed One showed us
  257. 23:28the path to eternal freedom from this vast universe of infinite parallel universes. The decision is yours whether you try to travel further within this vast universe
  258. 23:34or to be forever trapped in this great illusion.
  259. 23:39[Music] May the blessings of the Three be in your hands.
